eight eight two two or doctor Bob dot com. All right, folks,
it's time to ditch the aging vision lie in unlock

(03:12):
your bodies innate power to heal. So let's roll today.
I want to bring light to a recent study about
dry eyes and maybe give you some paths to relief.
Did you know that over half of adults in the
US suffer from dry eyes, yet most never seek help.

(03:32):
It's a staggering statistic and it's one that deserves our attention.
Let's explore why this is happening, the impact it has
on daily life, and most importantly, what we can do
about it. Dry eyes, they might seem like a minor inconvenience,
but for those who experience a daily it's anything but.

(03:54):
Imagine trying to focus on your work while your eyes
they feel like sandpaper, or maybe you're driving at night
only to be blinded by discomfort and blurred vision. These
are just a few of the challenges faced by millions
of people worldwide. According to this recent study, fifty eight
percent of the general population experienced dry eye symptoms at

(04:17):
any given time, yet only about seventeen percent of US
patients receive some type of formal diagnosis. Why is this?
A doctor Peter Wozenak, a dry eye specialist, explains that
many people see dry eyes as a normal part of aging,
something to endure rather than treat. But you know what,

(04:41):
simple treatments like lubricating eye drops can provide significant relief.
So why aren't more people seeking help? The study reveals
some alarming trends. Up to one third of patients experience
symptoms for more than five years before seeking professional help.
Sixty percent weight at least four months in twenty percent

(05:05):
weight more than a year. This delay it's concerning, especially
since dry eyes it's a progressive disease. Early intervention can
prevent a vicious cycle of this inflammation and even worsening symptoms,
and the impact of dry eyes is a quality of
life issue. Seventeen percent of suffers stop driving at night,

(05:30):
fifteen percent no longer wear makeup in another fifteen percent
reduce the use of heat or air conditioning due to
that dry eye symptoms in their house. One in three
report that their symptoms have worsened in the past year,
while only ten percent see any improvement. One of the
biggest barriers to treating dry eyes is just the lack

(05:53):
of awareness many people. They don't realize that dry eyes
can lead to other eye problems, including vision loss. They're
also unaware of the range of treatment options that are available.
Doctor Wosenach emphasizes the need for patient education. He says,
we need to educate patients in the public on the causes, consequences,

(06:18):
and treatment options for dry eyes, as well as the
importance of regular eye checks. He says, so healthcare professionals
they play a critical role in this. Dry eyes is
not a one size fits all condition. There's different types
that require different treatments, and matching the right treatment to

(06:42):
the right patient is key. As a doctor that's more
geared towards natural medicine, I'm always looking for holistic solutions
to health challenges. So while lubricating eye drops in particular,
the ones that we're going to disc us today with
our special guest. They should be a first line treatment

(07:04):
for you, but there are also other natural approaches that
can complement traditional care, like omega three fatty acids. I
talk about these often, and they're so important for your
body's inflammation or to take out your body's inflammation. These
omega three fatty acids, they're found in fish oils and

(07:26):
flaxed oils, and omega threes can help reduce the inflammation
and actually improve your tear quality. Another important note is
to state hy hydrated. Saying well hydrated is essential for
maintaining that healthy tear production and obviously lubricating those eyes.

(07:48):
Another thing that I've suggested in the past is humidifiers,
especially in the bedroom. Adding that moisture to the air
can help prevent that evaporation of tears, especially in dry
or air conditioned environments. So again, if you add that
at nighttime, that may help you even throughout the day.

(08:08):
I've even suggested blank exercises, as silly as the sounds,
just regular blinking can help spread the tears evenly across
the eye's surfaces. So again, if we're talking about this,
one of the first things that you can do and
you can implement it right away. Are those dietary changes,
So incorporating foods that are rich environement A, C and E.

(08:33):
They can help support that eye health. If your dry
eyes they're left untreated, they can lead to complications like
inflammation of even that eyelids, which can lead to infection
and even can impact the outcomes of some of those
eye surgeries. So this makes early diagnosis in management critical.

(08:58):
So you might ask, well, how do you diagnose the
dry eyes? Well diagnosis tools they include measuring your tear production,
maybe even assessing the glands of the eyes in using
dyes to evaluate the eyes surfaces. These tests, they can
help healthcare providers tailor treatments to individual needs. Of course,

(09:20):
if you're experiencing dry eyes, I suggest trying a few
of the overcounter or just dietary type of recommendations that
we're going to give later on the show. The findings
from the study they should be a wake up call
for most of us. These dry eyes they're not just
some minor annoyance. They're the widespread condition that significantly impacts

(09:42):
quality alive. So it's time to break the silence on
this and encourage more people to seek help. Again. If
you're experience these symptoms like dryness, itchy burning, or blurred vision,
don't wait. Schedule an eye exam and discuss your concerns

(10:04):
with a healthcare provider. Remember, early intervention can make all
the difference here. Dry eyes. They may be common, you know,
over fifty percent early sixty percent in the United States
have it at any given time, but they're not something you
have to live with. With the right knowledge and treatment,

(10:26):
relief is within reach. So let's spread the word and
help help more people see clearly and comfortably once again.
So we're gonna come up on a break, and after
the break, we're gonna have a special guest again as
a favorite of the show. She's a researcher on ihealth
and she's created as some very great products for this.

(10:48):
You may have heard her just to recently talk about
a nice supplement called arm. She's going to bring in

Speaker 2 (12:11):
And you got e turned to think about.

Speaker 4 (12:15):
What you do with it?

Speaker 2 (12:17):
What did you.

Speaker 1 (12:18):
Do with it?

Speaker 2 (12:20):
What did I do with it?

Speaker 4 (12:23):
What would.

Speaker 5 (12:27):
Scott?

Speaker 2 (12:29):
And welcome back. You're listening to the Doctor Bob Martin Show.
I'm doctor Adam Brockman, and I want to remind you
if you've got questions about your health, natural health, nutrition,
or anything in between, our toll free hotline is open
for you at eight hundred six zero six eight eight
two two. As we're two licensed physicians, doctor Bob and

(12:49):
I are standing by to help you unlock your best self.
Eight hundred six zero six eight eight two two. Again,
that's eight hundred six zero six eight eight two two.
All right, let's get back into it. We've been talking
about your eyes in a recent study about dry eyes
and folks. Our eyes are our windows to the world,

(13:10):
yet we often take them for granted until something goes wrong,
whether it's that creeping pressure of glaucoma or the foggy
veal of cataracts. IE health is something we just can't
afford to ignore. IE health isn't just about treating problems,
it's about preventing them, and today's digital world, our eyes

(13:35):
are paying the price for that. With screens that dominate
our lives. Digital eye strain has become a widespread issue,
so symptoms like the dry eyes, the dryness, blurred vision,
and headaches they're all too common. But here's the good news.
There's always ways to combat that, like the UV sunglasses

(13:58):
and the twenty twenty twenty rule that we've discussed before.
You know, looking at something twenty feet away for twenty
seconds about every twenty minutes, especially if you're at your computer.
These are simple yet effective strategies, and nutrition also plays
a critical role. While carrots are often highlighted or thought

(14:18):
about for eyes, Omega three fatty acids, lutine, xaxithin, and
vitamin C. Those are real heroes. Foods like salmon, leafy greens,
and citrus fruits. They support retinol health, reduce inflammation, and
protect against conditions like macular degeneration and cataracts. The future

(14:41):
of eye health is bright with advancements in things like
gene therapy, stem cell research, and even AI driven diagnostics.
They offer hope for more personalized treatments. So your eyes,
they're the windows to the world. Treat them with care
they deserve, and they'll reward you with a lifetime of

(15:02):
clarity and beauty. So our special guest is here, She's
going to discuss this important topic in give you some
valuable tools to improve your eyehealth. So our next guest,
Leslie Burke, has been a favorite on The Doctor Bob
Martin Show for many years now. Leslie is a vision
health expert with a focus on educating people as to

(15:25):
how to improve and effectively protect their eyes based on
the latest research. Leslie was a US liaison for the
world renowned heim Holtz Research Institute for Ocular Disease in Moscow,
where double blind, placebo based clinical research was conducted, resulting
in the development of the first an effective cataract reversal

(15:50):
eye drop in the world. Leslie is a longtime CEO
of Wi's Choice Medicine, the largest US distributor of can
see the n aced carnosine eye drops. But that's not
all Wise Choice Medicine provides multiple cutting edge ocular support
products and also protocols to effectively address eye conditions like glaucoma,

(16:13):
macular degeneration, floaters, and eyes in that dry eye syndrome.
With that, Welcome to the Doctor Bob Martin Show, Leslie,
how are you today?

Speaker 5 (16:23):
I'm doing great, Doctor, Thank you for having me on again.
And it was so interesting listening to you talk about
all the things that aren't we now know you know
that are so helpful for the eyes. For so many
years you just kind of went to the eye doctor
and waited for the bad news. We've learned so much,
you know that it's and and the fact that our

(16:45):
eyes are the one thing that can really debilitate us
so quickly, you know, if we lose our vision, you know,
through macular degeneration or glaucoma. I think it's one of
the greatest fears for people is losing their vision, you know,
as they age and so and it's something that is
so manageable and so preventable now with the knowledge that

(17:07):
we have, and even reversible from holistic perspectives. So it's
really an exciting time. I feel like in the field
of by medicine, I feel like it was the last
area that we've really begun to master. It took us
a long time to get here, but we're here now,
So there's a lot of good news out there.

Speaker 2 (17:27):
I would say, yeah, in the eyes, they are complicated structures,
so maybe that is what took us so long to
get here. But this focus on natural health is great now.
And that's what I love about your products. It's a
focus on those natural health, whether it's through supplementation, or
the can See eye drops. So Leslie can See has

(17:50):
been safely and successful in addressing cataracts in glaucoma for
more than twenty years now. My question is has there
been any new researcher developments in this area? And like
you were just alluding to, what are this research and developments?

Speaker 5 (18:06):
Well, yeah, that it's kind of I'm glad you're asking
me this question because for so long I always had
to say, no, there hasn't been any research. But there
has been, you know, the like you said, the breakthrough
research that was conducted in Russia was more than twenty
years ago. But the United States here, we've now got

(18:26):
scientists who've sort of picked up the baton, so to speak.
We have now impressive US studies with an enhanced formulation
made right here in the United States. So that's very exciting.
And you know, in the study, results found that if
the patients use this new formula, eighty percent, you know,

(18:47):
within three months start having measurable improvements in visual acuity
and lens clarity. And along with that they had improved
you know, overall eyehealth and absolutely no negative side effects.
So sort of further confirming the original research that was
done and so, you know, it's kind of nice to

(19:09):
see that happening here in the United States. The product
was initially released to veterinarians for veterinary purposes only, okay,
and so it was marketed that way for several years.
But over the last few years they've now got a
human formulation and the results just keep reconfirming that good

(19:29):
news and so and it does have some additional acids
to support the action of the anisetyl carnosine and the
eye drops to address cataract and glaucoma and retinal conditions.
So it's it's all good news at this point that
the research is being continued. I'm really happy to see that.

Speaker 2 (19:51):
That's great. And then you you made me aware that
Wise Choice Medicine was going to carry these eye drops.
So do you have a do you know, can you
already go ahead and explain a little bit about where
what the name of the product is and how they
might be able to find that.

Speaker 5 (20:06):
Yeah, it's called auklumed kind of a mouthful auklumed and
they're right there on our website now, uh, and so
you know, some of the advantages to the you know,
new formulation kind of you kind of have to look
back at the original research because when they were first
doing this research, what they were simply looking at was

(20:28):
the distinction between healthy eye tissue and unhealthy i tissue.
They were just kind of trying to determine, Okay, what
is it that causes you know, are is kind of
contributing to cataracts and glaucoma, floaters and unhappy eyes in general.
And they found that young healthy eye tissue had this
incredible abundance of amino acids, and anacetyl carnosine was the

(20:50):
primary one they found that you know, was grossly deficient
in the eyes of unhealthy eyes, if you will, and
so they but they also found that there were other
amino acids that were deficient, glue de thione being one. Elhistadine,
which manages histamine response like for allergyis for example, you

(21:12):
give a lot of problems with allergyies, you've probably got
a histamine problem in your eyes. But there was a
whole host of amino acids. Well, doctor Babachev originally just
went with the anisetyl carnosine because that was the primary
one in the eye drops. Well, this new formula has
a whole list of additional amino acids to support the
function of the L carnosine, so it is an ENHANCEDLA

(21:34):
at this point.

Speaker 2 (21:36):
Okay, okay, great Leslie. We're coming up on a break.
But for those of you that like to nerd out
on names of amino acids and things like that, let's
come back and talk to that a little bit after
the break where you're talking with Leslie Burke of Wise
Choice Medicine. She's an I specialist. Stay tuned. You're listening
to the Doctor Bob Martin Show.

Speaker 3 (22:00):
Are you waiting on a night?

Speaker 2 (22:01):
Strike?

Speaker 3 (22:03):
Are the perfect night?

Speaker 2 (22:06):
How are you waiting to the time is right?

Speaker 4 (22:12):
Do you learn to deal with?

Speaker 2 (22:15):
Don't you want to take.

Speaker 5 (22:16):
The wild stand?

Speaker 6 (22:20):
Many money?

Speaker 2 (22:27):
Welcome back, Doctor Adam Brockman here, and you're tuned into
the Doctor Bob Martin Show. As we navigate today's conversation
with Leslie Burke, the CEO of Wise Choice, I want
to remind you about our incredible listener resources, one being

two two. That's eight hundred six zero six eight eight
two two. Don't hesitate. Your health journey matters to us,

(23:12):
and we're here to help you every step of the way.
All right, Leslie, Before the break, we were talking about
aklamed A, an eye drop with an acetyl carnosine in it,
but you are also saying it's still it's still a mouthful.

Speaker 5 (23:27):
Right mouthful?

Speaker 2 (23:29):
Yeah, yeah, absolutely absolutely, so I'd like for you to
explain exactly what that is and also the other amino
acids that are in this eye drop. It's it seems
like it's going to be a very great product and
we're lucky to have it here in America.

Speaker 5 (23:46):
Yes, I know, all made here, shipped here. It's just
going to be a little bit easier for us to,
you know, to carry this product. But it hasn't it
you know, well, an acetyl carnosine being an amino acid
tide in the acolum peptides and all this new lingo
that we have now, But what it really does, you know,

(24:06):
there's several primary causative factors. You know, there's oxidation, which
you know is the clumping of the proteins that if
you think about that little protein peptides and proteins clumping up,
they're kind of clouding up the lens of the eye.
There's also histamine responses in the eye that you know
come from allergens in the eye. And then we have

(24:26):
the glycation index in the eye, which is the sugar
index in the eye. So all of these things, interestingly,
antisetyl carnosine helps to check and helps to reverse. What
we found was that, you know, doctor Babaget, one of
the things he said to me one time, which was
I thought was fascinating, was that the eye is the

(24:48):
most incredible healing machine that we have in the whole body.
He said that the cellular repair rate in the eye
is five hundred times out of any other system in
the body. It's just fascinating that He's it's very sensitive too,
and so the decline of health can happen very rapidly
in the eye because of that cellular exchange rate. But

(25:10):
the potential for improvement is also very great if we
get the homeostasis right. So by adding back some of
these amino acids that we now know we've become deficient
in as we age, you can restore that functionality. So
it's really not the product that is clearing up the
cataract or reversing the eye pressure problem. It's really getting

(25:33):
the inhibitors out of the way that prevent the eye
from correcting itself, from self correcting. So really your eyes
are actually doing all the work on their own. We're
just getting the you know, the enemies out of the
way because the eye is so amazing. So you know,
this again is why we encourage people to keep their

(25:54):
eyes lubricated, you know, very liberally lubricated if they have
a dry eye problem, because the pH and the eye
then changes. When your eyes get dry, you become more
acidic in the eye, and when the eye becomes a cydic,
all the healing and repair mechanisms in the eye come
to a screeching halt. So by keeping the eyes lubricated,
by keeping the amino acid levels elevated where they should be,

(26:18):
and then allowing time the healing and repair mechanisms happen
at an optimal level. So you know, there's a lot
we can do, you know, keeping the bacterial load checked,
so using an eye wash once in a while you
can get those little over the counter eye washes at
your drug store, and just flushing the eyes every now,
you know, a couple times a week. That checks the

(26:39):
bacterial load in the eye and allows the repair function
to work more optimally. So we recommend all these things
to our customers who come to us in need with
eye conditions. And so what I would say to people
is when you go to the doctor to get a
diagnosis and you get a bad diagnosis that you're worried about,

(27:00):
don't despair because really, with the knowledge we have now,
there's so many options for you, and the potential for
healing and repair is significant.

Speaker 2 (27:11):
Yeah. Absolutely, And Leslie, you use the buzz term peptide,
So I want you, in your words to explain the
difference between amino acids and peptides if there is one.

Speaker 5 (27:24):
Well, you know, that's probably too technical question for me.
So I would say, you know, a peptide is a
protein in the eye, and I think it's one of
the building blocks of the eye, and so I always
kind of link them together with the amino acids, that
they're a peptide amino acid. But maybe you can further

(27:45):
enlighten me on the technical explanation.

Speaker 2 (27:47):
Well, I think I think for our listeners, I think
that's the best way to explain it. I always describe
amino acids as the building blocks of protein, the building
blocks of our body, so to speak. So peptides have
became a really buzz buzzword and uh, and it's important
to realize, you know, that's that. I think that's the
thing that a lot of people when they're researching things. Yes,

(28:10):
you have the amino acids in this in this product
in the eye drops here the acqulamed eye drops, but
you also you also have the peptide components. So so
basically what we're doing is you're you're having that building
blocks of of your proteins, of your body, of your
eyes all working together for the eye drop. I think
that would be the safe, the safe way to explain

(28:32):
it for our listeners.

Speaker 5 (28:34):
Yeah, that's exactly exactly. Uh, it's just amazing to me
that you know, we can deliver these things topically, that
was the question in the beginning. Uh, And in the
initial research they were able to see that not only
were they being delivered to the surface of the eye
and to the lens, but also to the back of
the eye. So this is why we see such improvements

(28:56):
for people with retinal conditions as well. So people with
blocks homa or even macular generation, they're actually getting these
very kind of large amino acids, large peptides being delivered
even into the back of the eye. So, you know,
in the initial research they were you know, primarily looking
at cataracts as their model, but they also noted in

(29:18):
the studies that you know, eye pressures seem to improve
and there seem to be improvement in the macula area,
and so this is really what the eye uses to
heal and repair itself. That's what that tells us. It's
very simple, you know, and so safe. That's what's nice
is after all these years, twenty years of use of

(29:40):
antacetyl carnescine eyedrops, there's no known side effects, nothing negative,
But yet we still have to fight to get the
information out.

Speaker 2 (29:48):
Yeah, yeah, why do.

Speaker 5 (29:49):
You think that is, doctor, Well, I think that might be.

Speaker 2 (29:53):
Well, well, I do think. I do think it is
getting better. And I think this is a this is
a perfect a perfect time to be involved in this
natural health space. And I think that that is going
to be the important thing for the future to to
realize that. Hey, and this is a great platform to
get to get your your message out because we do
get a lot of questions on on this topic, especially

(30:14):
you know, ie health at anything aging or and as
doctor Bob and I like to say anti aging I
and so, so this is one of those things I
would go ahead and put it in that anti aging
group because of what you just said with the peptides
and the amino acids, right, those those buzzwords, that's what
we're figuring out. Uh, that's what That's what people people.

(30:36):
They want to live longer, they want to live healthier
and that and that's important movement and I think we're
shifting that in healthcare right now. And so Leslie, when
we come back after the break, I want to I
want you to discuss some of the healing tips that
that you have for these degenerative eye conditions. We're talking
with Leslie Burke of Wise Choice Medicine. You're listening to
the doctor Bob Martin Show.

(35:11):
the word doctor doctrbob dot com. Now let's get back
in today's conversation with Leslie Burke of Wise Choice Medicine,
the makers of Aklamed, which she just just announced on
the show today. In Leslie, I also want to talk
about diet or oral supplements. Do you have any recommendations

(35:32):
of that for our listeners?

Speaker 5 (35:35):
Well, as far as diet goes, I hate to deliver
the bad news, but once again, you know, sugar is
the enemy here. This is the reason that diabetics are
the most vulnerable population to degenerative by conditions. But almost
all of us as we age, you know, have some
blood sugar issues.

Speaker 4 (35:56):
We have some.

Speaker 5 (35:57):
Insulin resistance, you know, and so that's what's contributing in
a good part to a lot of the eye conditions
we see today is the way we eat, what our
diet is. So of course again low sugar diet is
so important, you know, and eating like you said, essential
fatty acids, you know, lots of salmon. You know, we

(36:19):
were told for so long that fat was the bad guy,
and now we're learning that no, no, no, fat is
the good guy, the healthy fats. I'll proface that with
As far as supplements go, doctor Babache actually developed an
oral supplement, especially for people with glaucoma or more advanced conditions,

(36:40):
to be used in combination with anisetyl carnisene eye drops.
And there's a lot of research on anisetyl cystein combined
with vitamin E, on managing on helping with glaucoma and
eye pressure problems and protecting the optic nerve. And so
again this is an amino acid stack of oral you know,

(37:01):
oral amino acids that you take with canc you know,
or with maquamed either one of the anocetyl carnisine eye
drops that we have, and when you use them together
there's a real you know, it really takes it up
to another level. So to take you back over the years,
we would have people that maybe had had chemical exposure,

(37:21):
had had an injury, and they got to a certain
plateau in using their anisetyl carnisine eye drops, and then
doctor Babachev would tell me, we'll have them take anocetyl cystine,
L heistadine, deep panthonine, elmathienine, and I was spelling out
all these means, you know, to tell them to take
to kind of help improve the effects of the eye drops,

(37:45):
and they finally did develop a formula and we do
have that formula. So that is something that I highly recommend,
especially for people that you know, do have a combination
of eye conditions, and quite often they do. Quite often
people will have cataracts, on glaucoma and macular degeneration. If
you can imagine, you know, they're dealing with multiple conditions.
So what's that tell you is that the eyes are

(38:08):
completely depleted in all of these amino acids. Right, You've
got an eye that's really under attack, it's under stress.
So by using these things together, we can quickly, actually
quite quickly restore those levels. And again keep in mind
that quick cellular repair in the eye and how once
we get all the inhibitors out of the way and

(38:28):
support the eye properly, you know, just get out of
the way and let the eye take care of yourself
and you'll see improvements. And these are not things you
have to use at a high level for the rest
of your life. We actually suggest taking a break from
these products every now and then once you've seen your improvements,
and even reducing the dosing because once you get the

(38:49):
levels re established, it takes very little of the products
to keep in there. So in the beginning, yes, you're
spending a little more, you know, but as time goes
on and you have improved, you can drop down and
just maintaining those levels now will keep the healing improvements going. Okay,
so it becomes very easy to do.

Speaker 2 (39:09):
So Leslie again, make mention of the name of that
oral supplement. Also make mention of the eye drops and
where our listeners can find them. And also also, you know,
we talked about about a month ago about armed can
you can you go ahead and tell our listeners about

(43:11):
We've covered a lot of ground today. You're listening to
the Doctor Bob Martin Show. I'm doctor Adam Brockman. We
talked about the sneaky dangers of dry eyes to natural
solutions that can keep your eyes sharp and clear. Remember,
your eyes aren't just another part of your body. They're
your connection with the world and with the right care,

(43:32):
you can keep that connection strong for years to come.
Cataracts in glaucoma, they don't have to be inevitable. With
early detection in natural therapies, you can slow or even
reverse their progression. Your diet and supplementation is your first
line of defense. Load up on leafy greens, omega three,

(43:52):
fatty acids like in salmon, and colorful fruits to nourish
your eyes from the inside out. In supplement the guest
where's needed And let's not forget what our special guest,
Leslie Burke. She shared the latest research in ways to
keep your eyes healthy, giving you proof that your body
has an incredible ability to heal when given the right tools.

(44:14):
So Leslie, thank you for that. And do you have
any final comments before we go today?

Speaker 5 (44:20):
Well, I feel like I've probably overloaded everybody with information,
and also I will say that on our website we
do have an ocular health protocol and tips, and again
we have a product specialist who can help you with
your questions. But there are some really simple things that
you can do to improve your vision in combination with

(44:41):
the right products for your specific situation. And again, I
think you know we all need to manage our stress
levelsly know, cortisol is such an enemy, right stress, and
so really do what you can, and sometimes it can't
be helped. We're just in I swear that a lot
of people who call contacted us over the years are

(45:02):
a mother who's been caring for her drug addict son
for a long time, or a you know, somebody who's
caring for their elderly parent. You know, you know, caring
for others is one of the stress most stressful things
we can be through. And that's when you're looking at
a potential for retinal detachment or you know, an aggressive

(45:22):
cataract starts forming, because cortisol is just cranking, and boy,
that is the enemy of the eyes. And so I
would encourage people to do what we can, you know,
prayer work, you know, I will say meditation if you know.
And so there's just a lot it's the eyes are
part of the brain, you know, They're part of our brain.

(45:43):
So we have to keep that in mind.

Speaker 2 (45:45):
Yeah, yeah, ways to de stress, decrease our sugar intake,
and focus maybe on some other other diet things and
supplement the rest. All right, Leslie, thank you very much
for joining us today. We've been talking with Leslie Burke,
the CEO of Why Choice Medicine. If you've got questions
