specializing in sports medicine and functional nutrition, I've witnessed firsthand

The modern supplement industry can be a minefield of hype,

to say, what but you guys touched on it all night.

Well, you've accomplished a lot, and especially in the clean
supplementation category, which we're going to discuss. So let's go
ahead and do some heavy lifting here, Darren, what would
you recommend that say sun Warrior is over other brands

For sure, And you mentioned this in the introduction talking

far as being a competitive weightlifter, having played football in

in order for me to recover the right way. Naturally,

years old with my dad and he was a former
powerlifting champion as well. You know, I've been around the

especially because I take our sets every single day for

working out or recovery, I know there's not going to
be long term damaging effects to what I won't see
maybe in the short term. If I was to take
a different supplement or product that's using artificial colorings, artificial green,
synthetic ingredients, this it's clean, like I said, So I'd
say that's probably our number one benefit over other brands,
especially in the supplement industry where you know, ours is clean.

And I say the second part too with that is,
you know, because it's clean, the performances there as well.
And I like to say, you know, I'm probably one
of the biggest uters of our products on the planet
because I probably take shoot five that fix, different shaker
bottles of different concoctions of protein powders and aminos and
pre workouts and everything in between that that we have.
But the fact that you know, I'm about thirty five

years old now still competing and powerlifting, I feel like
I look like I'm twenty five. You'll have to verify
with my wife on that one, But I feel like
because of the ability for me to recover and be
able to perform like I am, like the big part

I'd say the big one right now from an active
performance perspective. So the thing is if this is something
that anyone on the daily can use that just wants
to be healthier, is creating. And it's funny because when
I was growing up, I remember creating was kind of
this no no word performance enhancing kind of drug where
if you said creatine, people are like, oh, they treated

like steroids, which was kind of interesting. And you see
the studies on it now and the benefits that you gain.
People are starting to catch on and learn that you know,
is a clean way to supplement and make your way,
you're yourself healthier. And the two things I always point
out with creatine as well is you know the two
major functions one and people get caught on this one,
(24:27):
I feel like a lot and forget the other part.
But the first one being the water retention your your
muscles being able to retain or water. If you think
about that and fluid in your body again, you know
your muscles are mostly made of water, being able to
recover and have that fluid in there be able to
help with hydration Pretein's great for that. If you think about,
you know, our brains and getting fluid to our brain,
there's a lot of cognitive studies about how creatine helps

with that brain fog and helps with focus, and so
if you think about that as well, that water retention
is big for just how our bodies function in general.
And the second piece too is creatine is actually one
of the main sources of energy, like I said, for muscles,
So when we're working out, our body naturally produces creatine
as well, and then it gets processed and and people,
I think forget about that piece to where there's there's
(25:10):
a lot of muscle performance inner workout that you gain
by supplementing with creatine as well. So that's a that's
a big one in the industry right now. I think
people are catching on too. I've had people who you know,
aren't you know working out to the intensity that that
I am, but again they're taking it as part as
a clean, regular supplementation their day, and one it's either
giving them you know, better energy throughout the day, better

focus and cognition. And then as well, people I've heard
with struggling with you know, cramping and and those kind
of side effects of maybe not saying hydra as much
as possible, that the creating is able to help with
that again helping your body retainer water. So creating, yeah,
would be my my, my big trending product right now

five main things. Any pre workout should have to be
like a complete pre workout, one that needs to have
some type of pump vascular component everyone wants to pump
in their workout, or even again, you have benefits from
just having better vascularity, a hydration component, creatine in it,
an energy component, whatever ends up being an artist case,

it's we use some neotropics or mushrooms and also the
coffee berry fruit as a kind of a caffeine source.
And then the fifth one being it's clean so again
in our products where they're clean, they're vegan or plant based,
it again won't have the long term side effects in
a bad way on my body that I would if
I was taking somewhere. So I take again because I'm

lifting five six days a week, every single week, taking
this before every single workout. This is by far and
my favorite. And the other part too is I would

So let's get back into it. Right before the break,

we were talking about about something that I consider a
misunderstood part of clean supplementation, and that is caffeine. Can
you tell our listeners what they can expect with the
sun Warrior brand and caffeine that is in some of
the supplements, like you said the pre work.

I see our company in five to ten years, I

would love to anyone who thinks of clean supplementation, they
