On to joined us because, as I mentioned, doctor Bob
and I, we feeld lots of questions on not only
just the eyes in general, but since we mentioned the

some of the most important details of not only that product,
but their eyehealth in general. And Leslie, let's start with
something that will probably shock our listeners. You you told
me about how many cataract operations are performed annually in
the country, and I want you to tell our listeners
that because I know that the percentage has been increasing

quite a bit over the last few years.

Well yeah, ten years ago it was two million operations
annually and now it's four million operations annually, and actually
they think that's upwards to five because that last count
that we have accounting for was in twenty three. So
that's a huge percentage of the population. And we know that,

you know, just our lifestyle today contributes and we are
seeing earlier onset of cataracts now in people because of
of course, all the screen time, because of all the
chemicals we're exposed to The eyes are so dynamic and
so reactionary to the environment that we're in and to
(05:27):
what we put in our bodies. It's just, you know,
it's an ongoing battle to sustain them, and they are
kind of the canary and the cave, if you will.
If your body is stressed, or you're under you're dealing
with an autoimmune condition or anything else, the eyes are
are going to let you know. In fact, it can
be as simple as just an inflammatory condition. If you
(05:49):
ate a bunch of chocolate cake the night before, you
might wake up and notice that you were mentioning the
clouding up. You wake up and your eyes look cloudy.
The vision actually changes based on your state of health
in that moment. That's why we always advise people don't
go get an eye exam if you've got a bad cold.
It really will make a difference in your visual acuity measurement.
(06:12):
And so that's how sensitive the eyes are, and that's
how important keeping the homeostasis of the eyes is. Right,
So watching your stress levels, you know, ensuring that you
are you know, you're not eating sweets right at bedtime,
watching those blood sugar levels. This is why diabetics tend
to have more cataracts, more problems with their eyes. You
(06:36):
can manage this and you can even reverse many of
these conditions based on the type of support you give
your eyes. They're very dynamic. Some of the most the
cellular exchange rate in the eye, the healing response in
the eye is absolutely tremendous. So by improving that environment,
the potential for healing and repair is significant.

Yeah, and I agree with that, and I know that
when we've talked before, or we talked about how important
proper nutritional intervention is in these right eye drop protocols,

In the statistics what you just mentioned there with over

four million cataract surgeries maybe five million in the United
States alone, when we're talking about acclamed eye drops, we're

Yeah, it's it's really fascinating story. And you kind of
have to go back to the beginning with this. You know,
doctor Babachef from Moscow is the senior research investigator at
this institute and over there, it's interesting they aren't so
run by pharmaceutical companies, so the research does have a
purity level to it. The senior research investigator gets to

pick what they're going to study. And so they were
simply looking at the distinctions between healthy eye tissue and
unhealthy eye tissues. And they used cataract as the model
because it was the perfect model to be able to
see the reversal of oxidation. So oxidation being the inflammatory
response that causes the clumping of the proteins that clogs
(08:30):
up everything, covers up the lens, blocks the outflow pathway
for people with glaucoma, results in stress to the eye,
all the problems. So what was the difference in those tissues?
And they found that young, healthy eye tissue had this
incredible abundance of these amino acids and more specifically anacetyl
carnosine or L carnissine if you will. And so they
(08:54):
began a trial just saying, okay, well what happens if
we reintroduce L carnissine to eyes that are already diseased
and deficient. Would this change? Would this improve the situation?
And they got very dramatic responses right away. And of
course they started out with rodent trials, went on to
animal clinical trials, and then ultimately went on to their
(09:17):
human studies. But when he presented the results, he had
before and after pictures of totally clouded over lenses that
he presented in Monaco. Doctor Bob Martin attended that conference
twenty years ago, and doctor Bob talks about this that
you could have heard a pin drop, you know, in
the room with all the doctors, because for years doctors
(09:39):
had all been told you can't unfry an egg. So
basically you can't reverse these conditions. You know, you can't
reverse cataract, you can't reverse glaucoma. But you know, here
he was proving this in black and white right on
the screen with you know, clinical photos and really high
level studies, and yet it was a NAT TRU antioxident.

They had to go through lots of refinement of course,
to improve the formula and make it available to people.
That went on for years, but we've been carrying the

I want you to tell about some of the other
products that you know, our listeners are familiar with. Can see. Uh,
but the but the other products that you have are
are wonderful for eye health as well. So can you
discussed that just a little bit further detail.
Speaker 4 (14:02):
Oh yeah, I mentioned that doctor Babachev, the Russian doctor,
had actually developed an oral supplement to complement the effects
of cancy eye drops, and this is really recommended for
our patients who have, you know, multiple conditions and people
who have especially glaucoma. It's nac C plus, which is
a form of an acetyl carnisine in the oral form
(14:24):
anacetyl cysteine as well. So it's a lot of the
steam I always say the steins because it's not all
the long names that are in it, but they're all
amino acids and they really are synergistic together, and so
they helped to sustain the action of the eye drops
for longer periods in the eye and so and they're
a natural anti inflammatory as well as the eye drops
(14:47):
are a natural inflammatory anti inflammatory. So the combination of
the two is just incredible. And we've used this over
the years for people who maybe didn't get as good
of a response in the beginning, and often these are
people who've had maybe a traumatic injury to the eye
or who have an autoimmune condition, so you're fighting a
(15:07):
bit more of an uphill battle. The eye drops alone
worked tremendously well, but having this in our arsenal to
really you know, up the ante, so to speak, has
just been incredible. And then of course the armed eye
drops named specifically for people with ARMD right, so macular degeneration,
(15:29):
and this is a melatonin formulation that was researched by
doctor Walter Pierre Paoli. He's a doctor that lives in
Switzerland and his research was absolutely tremendous. It was actually
a Chinese doctor who started this, and he was working
with people with macular degeneration and found that across the board,
people who had macular degeneration seem to have a lower
(15:53):
than normal for their age level of melatonin production. So
then he began searching the retina and researching that deeper
and finding that the retina synthesizes melatonin. Okay, so this
is what the eye uses to heal itself, repair itself,
(16:13):
restore itself. So before melatonin is released into the body,
it's actually synthesized through the retina, and if you don't
have any melatonin, well guess what happens to the back
of the eye. It's not good stuff. And so they
found that by getting people into that deep rem state
of sleep at night, that is when the back of
(16:34):
the eye can heal, begin to heal and repair itself.
And their study was like, we were in the ninety
percentiles of healing responses of people that had both wet
and dry macular degeneration. So typically there's nothing to offer
anybody with dry macular degeneration. It's another one of those
conditions where they say, well, just wait till it gets wet,
(16:55):
you know, wait till it starts bleeding, and then we
do something very dramatic. So to be able to address
this condition in its early stages and prevent that likelihood
from happening is so huge, not to mention you'll find
that it really improves your sleep. Yeah, So we have
people that are using all three products who have you know,
(17:17):
they'll use them as a protocol, but there are people
who just you know, want one and they all have
their independent uses. So we can help you with those
decisions of course.

answering questions and and so Leslie, with this what you're

mentioning here with the armed and the macular degeneration, that's remarkable.

treating those symptoms. Now, our listeners they probably also want
to know how long before you can actually see improvement
in consistency being this key factor here, you know, using

it as as a daily use.

Well, in the initial studies they you know, they started
out with a six month timeframe they went on to
two years. But so they say, you know, for for
significant results, you know, six months. But they also noted
in the studies as early as three months people were
you know, they were seeing measurable improvements in their eye conditions.
(18:58):
And we actually have people who are telling us within
a few days they feel like their eyes are seen better,
and they have to say, oh, no, no, no, no,
this is not cataract ory versal. But and the eye
does recognize antecetyl carnosine because it is something that it
had when it was young, and so when you have
a supported eye, it does perform better for you. Just
(19:19):
like I was saying earlier, how you can wake up
some mornings and feel like everything looks blurry and other
mornings not so much. That's not a cataract getting worse
or better. That is just the state of health of
your eye performing better for you. So quite often when
people first start using the drops, they make your eyes
feel so good and the eyes become more relaxed. They're
being supported, they are performing a little better for you.
(19:41):
But it isn't necessarily addressing the condition that you're using
them for until you've actually had because it takes a
while to build up the levels into your eye. So
typically at least by three months people are seeing some
notable improvements and glare sensitivity, in color definition, those types
of things, now being able to read the words on
(20:03):
the screen of your TV a little better at a distance,
that kind of thing. You're looking more at the six
month timeframe for those types of improvement, depending of course,
on the severity of your cataract or whatever it is
you're dealing with.

So it is.

About consistency of use as well. The good news is
these do seem a little expensive in the beginning. You
are kind of doing a loading dose, if you will,
in the beginning, and so but after you start to
see those improvements, as soon as you start to see
those really notable improvements, that tells you that you've done
(20:40):
a good job of re establishing Neil carnissine levels deep
into the eye, okay, And so at that point, all
we have to do is keep those levels there. So
this is when you can go down to the maintenance
dose and you can use half as much of the product,
and the improvements will continue. As long as you keep
those levels there, lean responses continue, and after six months
(21:03):
of use, we even recommend taking a week off every
six weeks or so, just to kind of mix things
up for the eye. Doctor Babbitcheff was really adamant about this.
He felt that it would improve the overall long term
use of the product by taking a break every now
and then, not something you typically hear from somebody pushing
their medication, you know, take a week off. But this
(21:25):
is something that he really advocated for. So it's just
about being, especially in the beginning, being super consistent, getting
those levels re established, and then you know, continuing on
in a you know without Some people think once their
eyes start seeing better, oh, I don't have to use
this anymore, And it doesn't really work that way either.

we were talking before the break about just the consistency
of taking the aquamed eye drops from Why's Choice Medicine.

So Leslie, here's here's a question we've been getting from
the from our audience. How can they ensure they're getting
that absolute best possible results from aquamed.

Yeah, it's a good question. You know, basically, if you
get it in your eye on a regular basis, you're
going to have some improvements. It is so bio available,
it's absorbed right into the tissue. People used to worry
that when they would put the drops in their eye
and then a little bit would leak out that they weren't,
(23:40):
you know, getting the full dose in, and you know,
so on and so forth. But truly, doctor babache If
used to say this, as long as you get it
in the eye, you're getting the job done. It's going
right into the tissue. We do suggest closing your eyes,
you know, for maybe thirty seconds after putting the drops in,
just to kind of ensure that it's in there, and then,
(24:03):
you know, if you're going to put another drop in
right away, at least wait, you know, two or three
minutes before putting a second drop in, so that your
eye is back to its normal moisture level and you'll
be sure to get you know, your full dose at
that time. You know, having the eye drop in a
location in your home that's convenient for you can be helpful.
(24:24):
You do not want these things getting heated up. You
don't want it sitting in a windowsill or out in
your car and your purse or you know, something on
a hot day, so you do want to be cognizant
of that kind of thing. But putting it in a place.
A lot of people keep the eye drops right on
their dining room table and then when they take their meals.
That's when they take they do their eye drops. They
(24:45):
just lean back in the chair and put a drop
in each eye then. So finding a routine, I think
is really important. If you have an autoimmune condition and
you suffer from dry eye condition, you know, these drops
are too exp to use liberally during the day. You
can't use too much of them. They're not going to
hurt you if you do more, but it is kind
(25:07):
of you know, you don't want to be wasting your product,
and so we always recommend using If you have a
nice preservative free lubricant that you like and you enjoy,
feel free to use that in between your auclamed drops.
You know, keeping that eye, you know, in a nice
pH only improves the outcome. So you know, if you
(25:29):
have that type of condition, keep in mind that instead
of waiting until the eye is stressed to be helping
it out, try to stay ahead of that problem. So
if you have a chronic dry eye problem, try to
stay ahead of it. Interestingly, when you take the eye
out of that stress state and you start using auqulamed
and as soon as those nisetyl carnosine levels get elevated,
(25:52):
oftentimes those dry eye conditions will self correct. This helps
the surface of the eye as well, so people that
have cornial issues are going to see improvements as well.
So again, consistency, consistency, keeping the eye hydrated. You know,
watching your stress levels. We know that stress. I was
talking about the retina earlier and how it processes melatonin.
(26:16):
Cortisol is processed through the retina, so you know, really
watching your stress levels, watching your blood sugar levels. You
know we always harp on sugar, but it's just it's
so important for eye conditions. But the combination of all
of those is just you know, common sense things, really, uh,
(26:36):
and then being consistent. And most people once they start
using these, they make your eyes feel so good and
they are just heavenly to the eyes. They relax everything.
You start kind of getting addicted to them, and so
then you know, it's not hard to remember to use those.

Yeah, and letslie, one thing that absolutely amazes me about
about ACULAMDA I drops the versatility. This one formula that
seems to help so many different eye conditions. But Leslie,
I want you to touch on that a little bit,
but also tell me a little bit. Maybe the difference
between can C which is which is available now again

can work in combination with each other, and what what

Well, the Auklamed is sort of a step up from CANC.
You might say. Doctor Babachev was really a purist. He uh,
he really felt that, you know, just the nisetal carnisine alone,
and he was a less is more kind of guy,
you know, and he really believed in that lower that

one percent solution. The company that manufactures Auklamed uh went
a different avenue with it, but it's got the nisetyl
carnissine in it, and they have a little high percentage
of anacetyl carnosine in the drops, and they added some
of the other amino acids that doctor Babache have put
in the oral formula. Okay, so they're both excellent formulas.
(28:11):
We've had fabulous reports on from both products. You know,
the CANC is a little less expensive than the Aqulamed,
but they're both excellent formulations. You can't go wrong with
either one. I don't really think I can recommend one
over the other. Honestly, we just wanted to have some
options there for our customers to try. You know, one
(28:34):
has a slight preservative, Cancy has a preservative in it.
Auculamt is preservative free. Some people who have a lot
of sensitivities to various combinations like to use something that
has less ingredients in it, and that would be Cancy.
So you know, speaking with our products specialists might help

you make that decision. But either one of them are excellent.
As long as you're getting anocetyl carnisine in contact with
your eye, you're going to start seeing some improvements pretty quickly.
And you know it was bound to happen. Cancy, you know,

you brought up to me about people that have already
had cataract surgeries. Can they still benefit from acclamed eye

of people asking this question because after cataract surgery, there
are people who tend to have chronic dry eye problems
and sometimes, you know, the surgery doesn't always go as
well as we'd hoped. And also, most eye doctors will
tell their patients that they may need to have a

little secondary laser treatment a year after their surgery, and
that's because there is sort of a trauma response in
the eye to cataract surgery and there can be a
clouding up response behind the new lens, if that makes sense.

surgery can prevent the likelihood of that occurring, can actually
improve the eyes ability to recover from the trauma of surgery,
because it is quite a trauma to the eye. And
the one thing we know about the eyes is they
do not like trauma. And dry eye and even chronic
dry eye after surgery, unfortunately is quite common, and so
(36:37):
using cancy to destress the eye can prevent the likelihood
of that occurring as well. Of course, there are steroidal
eye drops that you will be given after surgery for
a period of time. You would want to wait until
you were done with those before introducing canc, but can
see absolutely is recommended post cataract surgery to improve long

term outcome for people.

Yeah, and one of the questions that I get quite
often from listeners are there any any side effects of
the eye drops that our listeners should be aware of?

You know, that's you know, that's one of the almost

will say I did have a woman one time who

On to joined us because, as I mentioned, doctor Bob
and I, we feeld lots of questions on not only
just the eyes in general, but since we mentioned the

to We're going to we're going to try to discuss

some of the most important details of not only that product,
but their eyehealth in general. And Leslie, let's start with
something that will probably shock our listeners. You you told
me about how many cataract operations are performed annually in
the country, and I want you to tell our listeners
that because I know that the percentage has been increasing

quite a bit over the last few years.

Well yeah, ten years ago it was two million operations
annually and now it's four million operations annually, and actually
they think that's upwards to five because that last count
that we have accounting for was in twenty three. So
that's a huge percentage of the population. And we know that,

you know, just our lifestyle today contributes and we are
seeing earlier onset of cataracts now in people because of
of course, all the screen time, because of all the
chemicals we're exposed to The eyes are so dynamic and
so reactionary to the environment that we're in and to
(05:27):
what we put in our bodies. It's just, you know,
it's an ongoing battle to sustain them, and they are
kind of the canary and the cave, if you will.
If your body is stressed, or you're under you're dealing
with an autoimmune condition or anything else, the eyes are
are going to let you know. In fact, it can
be as simple as just an inflammatory condition. If you
(05:49):
ate a bunch of chocolate cake the night before, you
might wake up and notice that you were mentioning the
clouding up. You wake up and your eyes look cloudy.
The vision actually changes based on your state of health
in that moment. That's why we always advise people don't
go get an eye exam if you've got a bad cold.
It really will make a difference in your visual acuity measurement.
(06:12):
And so that's how sensitive the eyes are, and that's
how important keeping the homeostasis of the eyes is. Right,
So watching your stress levels, you know, ensuring that you
are you know, you're not eating sweets right at bedtime,
watching those blood sugar levels. This is why diabetics tend
to have more cataracts, more problems with their eyes. You
(06:36):
can manage this and you can even reverse many of
these conditions based on the type of support you give
your eyes. They're very dynamic. Some of the most the
cellular exchange rate in the eye, the healing response in
the eye is absolutely tremendous. So by improving that environment,
the potential for healing and repair is significant.

Yeah, and I agree with that, and I know that
when we've talked before, or we talked about how important

In the statistics what you just mentioned there with over

have to go back to the beginning with this. You know,
doctor Babachef from Moscow is the senior research investigator at
this institute and over there, it's interesting they aren't so
run by pharmaceutical companies, so the research does have a
purity level to it. The senior research investigator gets to

pick what they're going to study. And so they were
simply looking at the distinctions between healthy eye tissue and
unhealthy eye tissues. And they used cataract as the model
because it was the perfect model to be able to
see the reversal of oxidation. So oxidation being the inflammatory
response that causes the clumping of the proteins that clogs
(08:30):
up everything, covers up the lens, blocks the outflow pathway
for people with glaucoma, results in stress to the eye,
all the problems. So what was the difference in those tissues?
And they found that young, healthy eye tissue had this
incredible abundance of these amino acids and more specifically anacetyl
carnosine or L carnissine if you will. And so they
(08:54):
began a trial just saying, okay, well what happens if
we reintroduce L carnissine to eyes that are already diseased
and deficient. Would this change? Would this improve the situation?
And they got very dramatic responses right away. And of
course they started out with rodent trials, went on to
animal clinical trials, and then ultimately went on to their
(09:17):
human studies. But when he presented the results, he had
before and after pictures of totally clouded over lenses that
he presented in Monaco. Doctor Bob Martin attended that conference
twenty years ago, and doctor Bob talks about this that
you could have heard a pin drop, you know, in
the room with all the doctors, because for years doctors
(09:39):
had all been told you can't unfry an egg. So
basically you can't reverse these conditions. You know, you can't
reverse cataract, you can't reverse glaucoma. But you know, here
he was proving this in black and white right on
the screen with you know, clinical photos and really high
level studies, and yet it was a NAT TRU antioxident.

They had to go through lots of refinement of course,

That went on for years, but we've been carrying the

Let's get back in to today's conversation with Leslie Burke,

restore itself. So before melatonin is released into the body,
it's actually synthesized through the retina, and if you don't
have any melatonin, well guess what happens to the back
of the eye. It's not good stuff. And so they
found that by getting people into that deep rem state
of sleep at night, that is when the back of
(16:34):
the eye can heal, begin to heal and repair itself.
And their study was like, we were in the ninety
percentiles of healing responses of people that had both wet
and dry macular degeneration. So typically there's nothing to offer
anybody with dry macular degeneration. It's another one of those
conditions where they say, well, just wait till it gets wet,
(16:55):
you know, wait till it starts bleeding, and then we
do something very dramatic. So to be able to address
this condition in its early stages and prevent that likelihood
from happening is so huge, not to mention you'll find
that it really improves your sleep. Yeah, So we have
people that are using all three products who have you know,

they'll use them as a protocol, but there are people
who just you know, want one and they all have

Well, in the initial studies they you know, they started
out with a six month timeframe they went on to
two years. But so they say, you know, for for
significant results, you know, six months. But they also noted
in the studies as early as three months people were
you know, they were seeing measurable improvements in their eye conditions.

And we actually have people who are telling us within
a few days they feel like their eyes are seen better,
and they have to say, oh, no, no, no, no,
this is not cataract ory versal. But and the eye
does recognize antecetyl carnosine because it is something that it
had when it was young, and so when you have

like I was saying earlier, how you can wake up
some mornings and feel like everything looks blurry and other
mornings not so much. That's not a cataract getting worse
or better. That is just the state of health of
your eye performing better for you. So quite often when
people first start using the drops, they make your eyes
feel so good and the eyes become more relaxed. They're

But it isn't necessarily addressing the condition that you're using
them for until you've actually had because it takes a
while to build up the levels into your eye. So
typically at least by three months people are seeing some
notable improvements and glare sensitivity, in color definition, those types
of things, now being able to read the words on

the screen of your TV a little better at a distance,
that kind of thing. You're looking more at the six
month timeframe for those types of improvement, depending of course,
on the severity of your cataract or whatever it is

About consistency of use as well. The good news is
these do seem a little expensive in the beginning. You
are kind of doing a loading dose, if you will,
in the beginning, and so but after you start to
see those improvements, as soon as you start to see
those really notable improvements, that tells you that you've done

a good job of re establishing Neil carnissine levels deep
into the eye, okay, And so at that point, all
we have to do is keep those levels there. So
this is when you can go down to the maintenance
dose and you can use half as much of the product,
and the improvements will continue. As long as you keep
those levels there, lean responses continue, and after six months

of use, we even recommend taking a week off every
six weeks or so, just to kind of mix things
up for the eye. Doctor Babbitcheff was really adamant about this.
He felt that it would improve the overall long term
use of the product by taking a break every now
and then, not something you typically hear from somebody pushing
their medication, you know, take a week off. But this

is something that he really advocated for. So it's just
about being, especially in the beginning, being super consistent, getting
those levels re established, and then you know, continuing on
in a you know without Some people think once their
eyes start seeing better, oh, I don't have to use
this anymore, And it doesn't really work that way either.

we were talking before the break about just the consistency
of taking the aquamed eye drops from Why's Choice Medicine.

So Leslie, here's here's a question we've been getting from
the from our audience. How can they ensure they're getting
that absolute best possible results from aquamed.

Yeah, it's a good question. You know, basically, if you
get it in your eye on a regular basis, you're
going to have some improvements. It is so bio available,
it's absorbed right into the tissue. People used to worry
that when they would put the drops in their eye
and then a little bit would leak out that they weren't,

you know, getting the full dose in, and you know,
so on and so forth. But truly, doctor babache If
used to say this, as long as you get it
in the eye, you're getting the job done. It's going
right into the tissue. We do suggest closing your eyes,
you know, for maybe thirty seconds after putting the drops in,
just to kind of ensure that it's in there, and then,
(24:03):
you know, if you're going to put another drop in
right away, at least wait, you know, two or three
minutes before putting a second drop in, so that your
eye is back to its normal moisture level and you'll
be sure to get you know, your full dose at
that time. You know, having the eye drop in a
location in your home that's convenient for you can be helpful.
(24:24):
You do not want these things getting heated up. You
don't want it sitting in a windowsill or out in
your car and your purse or you know, something on
a hot day, so you do want to be cognizant
of that kind of thing. But putting it in a place.
A lot of people keep the eye drops right on
their dining room table and then when they take their meals.
That's when they take they do their eye drops. They
(24:45):
just lean back in the chair and put a drop
in each eye then. So finding a routine, I think
is really important. If you have an autoimmune condition and
you suffer from dry eye condition, you know, these drops
are too exp to use liberally during the day. You
can't use too much of them. They're not going to
hurt you if you do more, but it is kind
(25:07):
of you know, you don't want to be wasting your product,
and so we always recommend using If you have a
nice preservative free lubricant that you like and you enjoy,
feel free to use that in between your auclamed drops.
You know, keeping that eye, you know, in a nice
pH only improves the outcome. So you know, if you
(25:29):
have that type of condition, keep in mind that instead
of waiting until the eye is stressed to be helping
it out, try to stay ahead of that problem. So
if you have a chronic dry eye problem, try to
stay ahead of it. Interestingly, when you take the eye
out of that stress state and you start using auqulamed
and as soon as those nisetyl carnosine levels get elevated,
(25:52):
oftentimes those dry eye conditions will self correct. This helps
the surface of the eye as well, so people that
have cornial issues are going to see improvements as well.
So again, consistency, consistency, keeping the eye hydrated. You know,
watching your stress levels. We know that stress. I was
talking about the retina earlier and how it processes melatonin.
(26:16):
Cortisol is processed through the retina, so you know, really
watching your stress levels, watching your blood sugar levels. You
know we always harp on sugar, but it's just it's
so important for eye conditions. But the combination of all
of those is just you know, common sense things, really, uh,
(26:36):
and then being consistent. And most people once they start
using these, they make your eyes feel so good and
they are just heavenly to the eyes. They relax everything.
You start kind of getting addicted to them, and so
then you know, it's not hard to remember to use those.

Yeah, and letslie, one thing that absolutely amazes me about
about ACULAMDA I drops the versatility. This one formula that

of the other amino acids that doctor Babache have put

We've had fabulous reports on from both products. You know,
the CANC is a little less expensive than the Aqulamed,
but they're both excellent formulations. You can't go wrong with
either one. I don't really think I can recommend one
over the other. Honestly, we just wanted to have some

has a slight preservative, Cancy has a preservative in it.
Auculamt is preservative free. Some people who have a lot
of sensitivities to various combinations like to use something that
has less ingredients in it, and that would be Cancy.

you brought up to me about people that have already
had cataract surgeries. Can they still benefit from acclamed eye

That's a great question, doctor, Yes, we get a lot
of people asking this question because after cataract surgery, there
are people who tend to have chronic dry eye problems
and sometimes, you know, the surgery doesn't always go as
well as we'd hoped. And also, most eye doctors will
tell their patients that they may need to have a
(35:48):
little secondary laser treatment a year after their surgery, and
that's because there is sort of a trauma response in
the eye to cataract surgery and there can be a
clouding up response behind the new lens, if that makes sense.
So using can ce, you know, as a prophylactic after
(36:11):
surgery can prevent the likelihood of that occurring, can actually
improve the eyes ability to recover from the trauma of surgery,
because it is quite a trauma to the eye. And
the one thing we know about the eyes is they
do not like trauma. And dry eye and even chronic
dry eye after surgery, unfortunately is quite common, and so
(36:37):
using cancy to destress the eye can prevent the likelihood
of that occurring as well. Of course, there are steroidal
eye drops that you will be given after surgery for
a period of time. You would want to wait until
you were done with those before introducing canc, but can
see absolutely is recommended post cataract surgery to improve long
(37:01):
term outcome for people.
Speaker 3 (37:04):
Yeah, and one of the questions that I get quite
often from listeners are there any any side effects of
the eye drops that our listeners should be aware of?
Speaker 4 (37:16):
You know, that's you know, that's one of the almost
unbelievable things about something that could be so powerful and
so effective and yet not have any side effects. And
there have been absolutely no reported side effects. Now, I
will say I did have a woman one time who
had a sensitivity to plastic and she called and she
