Speaker 1 (00:03):
You're listening to doctor Troy Munson's Words of Radiance. Now
here is doctor Munson. Hello and welcome. I'm doctor Troy.
Sometimes we get into a bit of a pickle inside ourselves,
and I can think of times that I get a
(00:25):
bit hysterical. And hysteria is an interesting concept. It is
basically kinds of kind of looks like excitement, like very excited,
can be a lot of crying, can be a lot
of fits and things of that nature. And my wife
of the day, she's like, you're way too hyper right now,
(00:47):
and I thought, oh, I kind of am. And I
could tell there was a lot of energy running around
the system. I thought, Okay, I'll smooth it out, and
so I did. And yet the other day somebody was
quite agitated, quite irritated or irritable, and very serious about
what was going on. And one of the things is
(01:10):
it's wonderful to have people around me that say the
things that are totally necessary, but I'll often take them
because at some point in time, I know they're going
to be necessary and useful for me. And so this
was a gem that I heard from one of my
good friends, and they had said, there is always a remedy,
and I thought, Ah, that's a comforting statement. There's always
(01:35):
a remedy, no matter what's happening in your life, no
matter what area is falling apart, no matter if it
is your health or something else, or financial or whatever,
or children or parents, whatever, there's always a remedy or work.
It just doesn't matter. There's always a remedy. Now, might
(01:55):
we say that yeah, but I'm going to die, yes,
but there is always a remedy. And the remedy that
we tend to think of when we think of the
word remedy is that there's some type of cough syrup,
or there's some type of lotion or potion or whatever
that's going to make us better. And that's not necessarily
(02:16):
what we're talking about. The remedy many times is a
change in our own thinking. The remedy has to be upstairs.
And when that remedy occurs and we take it fully
in and let it change us, we're now ready for
the physical to come alongside and now perform admirably and
(02:41):
to do whatever changes need to do. And all of
a sudden, we're now exhibiting that wonderful peace, that wonderful health,
that wonderful job, that wonderful spouse, that wonderful house, whatever,
those things will start showing up, so to speak. But
as we begin to really look deeply within, the remedy
(03:05):
is there. Now. I've done many a podcast on remedies.
Like you are indeed the king or the queen or
the ruler, whichever word is the most meaningful to you.
You are the ruler of your kingdom, and your kingdom
(03:25):
will be ruled by you and by your dominant thinking.
So if you don't like the kingdom that you're in,
you're it. You're the one that has the problem. Now
you might change your thinking, but the physical will take
some time to right itself to this new thinkingness that
(03:48):
you have adopted and realized a higher form of truth.
And that higher form of truth always resonates much more
clearly in a much more beautiful band. Now, some of
you are quite low, and so let's say you're sitting
at shame and grief resonates, and you pop up into
(04:09):
grief and you're like, well, at least it's an improvement,
but I still feel like crap. And some of you
come up into anger because anger feels a lot better
than grief, and so you stick around at anger for
a while, sometimes years, and you pop up into pride, like,
look what I've been able to choose, you know, make
and control and create with my anger. Now I'm prideful.
Look how good I am. And then all of a sudden,
(04:30):
one day you decide to look deeply within and courage
is sitting there waiting for you, And courage pops up
and you're like, hey, I'm willing to take a good,
hard look at what I've done and where I've been
and what I'm thinking, and I think maybe I could
be way, way better, and that courage is the first
(04:53):
point of positivity, And all of a sudden we get
up into neutrality. Wow, this feels amazing, and then to willingness.
I think I'm going to do something radically different. I'm
going to be something different. I'm gonna have to dump
a lot of my friends, or at least for a
time being until I can really get this through my
thick head. And then see who wants to stay with
(05:14):
me and who goes. And then we get up into
reason and really start searching and expanding our knowledge base,
and then all of a sudden we realize, you know
what love is? Pretty freaking awesome. And so we get
up into love and unconditional love. We allow people to
be just as they are without trying to change them
(05:36):
or better them or do anything. We just we're just
real good, and we invite them into our space. And
then we get beyond that unconditional love, and then we
get to a true sense of peace, an abiding sense
of peace that is beyond human understanding. Nothing can encroach
(05:56):
upon that piece. That peace is all pervasive. It is
everything we realize we've ever wanted in all that we are,
and within it encompasses everything, and it is a beautiful
state of being and of course a wonderful springboard to
even higher states. And we of course welcome those two
(06:17):
because there is no fear left. There is only possibility,
no judgment, no perception, just simply amazing awe in it all.
And so there is quite a bit of possibility for
somebody who is in constant states of hysteria. But until
(06:42):
you value something more than that hysteria, you likely will
not leave that familiar ground that is chaos, that is drama.
I'm not judging you for it. It just simply is
your choice. It is no longer mine. But I don't
mind that you choose it either. It's okay. But when
(07:02):
you're done with that, come, come sit on the piece
that is the park bench and watch the amazing things
around you, knowing that you're a part of it all
and not separate. You're not missing something, you're simply now
flowing with it and enjoying the time you have until
next time. I'm doctor Troy, and remember you have nothing
(07:26):
to do, only something to see. O
