Dr. Troy delves into the paradoxical nature of enlightenment, questioning its validity if all creation is inherently connected to the source. He explores how perceived growth may merely be a human construct, akin to solving self-imposed puzzles. As we shed mental blocks, it may appear as enlightenment, though, in essence, we lack nothing. Dr. Troy reflects on the journey of unraveling these complexities and suggests the concept of growth is just another illusion. In this contemplative exploration, he invites listeners to see beyond constructs, embracing the unity and completeness of existence.

and strengthen us. Before we begin, here is a special
message for today. No matter where you find yourself in life,

(00:27):
whether in seasons of joy or struggle, God's light is
always present. His word is not just something to hear,
it's something to live. Today. Open your heart and let
truth transform you because in his radiance we find strength, hope,
and renewal. Get ready to step into the warmth of
his promises, the power of his presence, and the depth
of his love. Let's begin.

Speaker 2 (00:56):
Hello, Welcome, I'm doctor Troy. This might be a title
that she might be thinking, what in the world is
he talking about? And why would he say something so ridiculous?
But for those that have been on the journey long enough,
you may have realized that if indeed, everything is one,
for everything is connected to the source, to God, whatever

(01:17):
you want to call that, and everything is as it
was created. Is the concept of growth or learning or
enlightenment even remotely true? And of course we come to
the realization that it's not. And it does seem like
there's this journey in a linear fashion in a human
body where it seems to learn things and become better

(01:39):
at being less angry, being more peaceful, more kind, more generous,
more loving, more unconditionally loving. And of course it looks
like enlightenment. Oh, you're becoming enlightened. Well, the highest ideal
of the egoic mechanism is to be seen as the source. Hey,

(02:00):
come to me, bow at my feet. I know everything,
and I am your God. And of course that would
be the saddest thing, as each one of us, being
a part of the whole, lacks, nothing has, everything is
forever just as we've been created. Though we can believe
with our limited intellect of the brain that we are

(02:23):
not those things. And it seems like it's mostly just
an overcoming of the puzzle of the brain. So we
made ourselves a puzzle, and in that puzzle we can
call it enlightenment. As we begin to learn that puzzle. Well,
now I'm up to jigsaw puzzles, five hundred pieces, no less.
Oh wow, good for you. Well, I'm at two thousand
piece puzzles. Oh my gosh, that's incredible. I'm at ten

(02:44):
thousand piece puzzles that are all the same color, you know,
whatever it is. And so these puzzles that we tend
to create for ourselves is just that. And so when
we begin to lay aside all those blocks that we've
played with since we were two years three years of age,
and we've just traded those blocks for other types of blocks,
and as we let go, and it looks like we're growing,

(03:06):
and it looks like that we're becoming more and more enlightened,
and that people might even follow us and say, oh
my gosh, you got to listen to this guy. Those
are more trinkets to let go of. And so here
we are all going together, and perhaps somebody who's even
listening to this all of a sudden, let's go of
everything in one fail swoop. This is what they needed

(03:27):
to hear in order to let go completely. Well, we'll
all follow you now, and it'll be great, of course,
because everything's great. At least we've been told it's very good.
So hope this was mildly helpful. Just a short blurb
on that understanding and that concept of enlightenment or growth
or whatever it is, that you feel so comfortable calling it,

(03:49):
or that people might even call you a word. Hopefully
it's a kind word, but doesn't really matter. That's a
concept for another time. Until next time, I'm doctor. Try
and remember you have nothing to do, only something to see.
