College athletics doesn't have an NIL problem. It honestly doesn't have a transfer portal problem. It has a blue blood problem. That system is being protected by the, CFP. Six of the top ten spending teams from 2024 didn't make the playoffs. And the reality is that 17 outta the top 25 spenders didn't make the playoffs either. In fact 7 teams had a losing record.
