Speaker 1 (00:15):
Oh hey, everybody, that's right, it's that time again, time
for drinks with Ddie.
Speaker 2 (00:19):
And I love you, I love you, Happy to be
here in Madison.
Speaker 1 (00:25):
And for the record, we were not canceled, we weren't postponed,
we weren't removed from the air indefinitely like some I'm sorry,
not indefinitely. What did they say? These A very tricky
word like for further examination. They used a word so
that they could turn tail and run and put Jimmy
Kimmel back on the air.
Speaker 2 (00:45):
Yeah, that was a surprise. What I felt was offensive
about all that was. I think it was good they
did it, which they took him off. But what was
offensive is they said they were going to do a
Charlie Kirk special that night of the memorial and they
ended up playing reruns of Celebrity Family Feud. Yeah, that's
(01:09):
so disrespectful. I mean, I love Celebrity Family Feud. I
was on it. It was fun. But don't say you're
going to pland a memorial or a special about Charlie
Kirk and then you do that.
Speaker 1 (01:22):
Kind of they kind of they kind of messed up
every conceivable way. Number one, Well, here's what I believe happened.
I know you didn't ask what you're dying to know,
because I've been in television, you've been We've been in
television for a long time. So what was happening was
Jimmy Kimmel's ratings were plummeting and plummeting and plummeting, And
as far as I'm concerned, Bob Iger and the gang
(01:42):
were looking for any excuse at all to pull the plug.
They didn't want it to appear political, but there was
an opportunity where Jimmy Kimmel, who has gotten so used
to the taste of his foot in his mouth because
that's where it lived, he said something that back in
(02:04):
my day, there used to be an organization or a
department within all of the networks called standards and Practices,
and if you violated it was in case somebody went
out and made a fool of themselves publicly before the
Internet or all that, and did some horrific interview somewhere
that the network it was only CBSABC and NBC, they
(02:26):
could say, up, you're in violation of the standards and practices.
You have therefore reached your contract. You're fired. Problem with
a deal like Jimmy Kimmel has why they didn't do that.
I wish they had done that because then they could
have just fired him. But the way it is now,
I think Jimmy Kimmel will get paid for the rest
of the if his contract regards got to.
Speaker 2 (02:46):
Chase someone else and they don't want to pay two people.
Speaker 1 (02:49):
But they gave in twice, so first it appeared. Actually
I don't think they gave in the first time. I
think they took advantage of an opportunity, like I said,
to get rid of a failing showed show. Let's call
it what it is, Yeah, Charlie.
Speaker 2 (03:02):
Kirk movement, and the sentiment was so big they'd be
crazy to not address it, and so at least they
did that. And then they backtracked right away.
Speaker 1 (03:12):
And then yeah, so they took it off seemingly because
he said something bad. You know how I feel about that.
It was a terrible it's just dumb. So then they
made a big stink about that. And then I started
reading where there it was backlash against Disney for taking there.
Now you've got to question this. It's kind of like
(03:34):
when when historically you're in a in a state where
sixty seven percent of people vote, which is huge, and
all of a sudden, three hundred percent of people vote.
So you've got to wonder why this show stayed on
the air. If it didn't stay on the air to
further the uh, the propaganda of its owners, then what
(03:59):
was it on for. It wasn't making any money, and
we all knew that, so they stopped. They stopped the show.
They made a statement, and I think a bunch of
conservative people like us said, way to go. That's great.
That's showing showing at least that you care about decency.
We're not talking about politics here, We're talking about decency.
(04:20):
There are some things. If Johnny Carson said something terrible,
and I think he may have on like maybe two
occasions in gosh, how long was he on twenty years,
he would apologize. He would say, you know, I'd said
something the other night and I believe it, but I
shouldn't say it on the air, and I apologize everyone
(04:41):
who's watching. I believe Johnny Carson would do that. We've
seen Bill Maher do it. Of all the people in
the world, I did politically and correct several times. Of
all the people in the world that we would expect
last to so you know, I thought about that, and
(05:01):
I'm starting to change my mind. I'm having a I'm
having a change of heart on that subject. Way to go, Bill,
Way to go.
Speaker 2 (05:08):
But on a good note at least, you know, it's
so tragic and so terrible about Charlie cook Kirk. But
the good news it's it's really cemented a huge movement,
and you know, and our folks are not going to
watch tonight. John posted something saying, hey, did boycott the show?
Speaker 1 (05:25):
Don't watch? Just don't watch, don't watch if if his
ratings go up, if if this how we equate it
is that? What ABC? It's ABC? Right, yeah, ABC Disney.
What they've done now is they've they've towed a Lamborghini
to the side of the road. They've turned it upside
down and set it on fire. They want everybody to watch.
(05:45):
That's why they release such propaganda. I'll say it as well.
You know, Jimmy Kimmel does have something to say tonight,
but it's going to fall short of an apology.
Speaker 2 (05:55):
It's terrible.
Speaker 1 (05:56):
So that's terrible. So why watch it? Why Why give
your and your analytics and your viewership to something that
you can watch and you're going to be able to
hear this clown not apologize tomorrow on YouTube? Why not
do that? It's going to be everywhere whatever it is
he says or does not say tonight. But you don't
have to watch that show to find out what that is.
And then we don't.
Speaker 2 (06:17):
This would be really mad if you had said, well,
it was a Democrat that killed Charlie Kirk what I mean?
You know, he shouldn't have say anything like that either,
But no one's maga really didn't seem like a maga.
Got to me.
Speaker 1 (06:29):
It's kind of yeah, yeah, not even closed. And by
the way, for clarification, in case you have forgotten, which
if you watch this podcast, of course you haven't make
America great again. Tell me the offensive word in that
in that statement.
Speaker 3 (06:48):
Make?
Speaker 1 (06:48):
Is that a bad word? America?
Speaker 2 (06:49):
I'm trying to say it was a right winger who
did it, and it wasn't.
Speaker 1 (06:54):
With no evidence whatso, but by god, we were what
we're learning about this this uh, this is yeah, as
they say in the show, crazy people out there that
dog won't hunt Jerry.
Speaker 2 (07:07):
Crazy people out there.
Speaker 1 (07:09):
Yeah, Unfortunately, there are crazy, crazy people out there that
do terrible things. And the problem is that I'm quite
sure that the indoctrination of this young man. I'm not
making excuses for him at all. He did what he did,
he told people he did what he did, and he
needs to take his medicine for it. But how did
(07:31):
this young man twenty two? How how did this young
man's perspective go?
Speaker 2 (07:38):
So?
Speaker 1 (07:39):
How did he come to believe at twenty two years
old that this was a good, right and noble thing
to do that had to be done in order to
save the world.
Speaker 2 (07:52):
But I will tell you a great right, noble thing
was John Schneider, who wrote produced for a uh and
in less than a week or maybe was right at
a week, had a song called Charlie's Words.
Speaker 1 (08:07):
Which we wrote it on Monday, recorded it on Wednesday,
and by Friday, at six o'clock it had had it
had had over a million views already. So thank you
for being yeah, well more than that.
Speaker 2 (08:18):
Now, that was maybe a couple of days.
Speaker 1 (08:20):
But I have to tell you, while every sentiment in there,
and it was Brandon will and I wrote this. We
actually during the Chicago If you were at the Chicago
Convention the Smallville Festival last weekend and you saw me
on my phone, I was writing back and forth with
Brandon Will the words to this song. But here's what happened.
(08:42):
We were we were at a restaurant last week, and
you know, my wife here has an Emmy from Fox.
Speaker 2 (08:50):
Uh not from Fox. You don't get emmy's from stations.
Speaker 1 (08:54):
Oh I'm sorry, the Academy. From the Academy, I apologized
work on Fox.
Speaker 2 (08:58):
And otherwise and other wise, Okay, I have just everybody knows,
uh international talk shows, so specifically for that. But it
was definitely a republican and republican story, a far right
well I wouldn't say a far right, but a conservative
song anymore right right.
Speaker 1 (09:16):
Right, all right, sting further right everything.
Speaker 2 (09:18):
But thank you, honey. But but I was on Fox
all the time and I did a lot of qub
but this particular emmy was for an international talk show,
and I chaerish that. That's wonderful. So thank you, sweetheart,
You're welcome.
Speaker 1 (09:30):
So she got she got that, she has that, so
she has uh. She she called someone at Fox and said,
you know, John is writing a song, a tribute song
about Charlie. I just ordered lunch and I'm like what
(09:51):
she said, Oh yeah, he'll talk to you. Oh, sure, yeah,
an hour, fine, okay, thank you. Click what did you do?
So she she inspired here. Here's my analogy is that
we're in an airplane and she throws the parachute out
and then grabs me and says, hang on a second.
(10:12):
It's like then she says, go get it. So the
challenge was set before me. I then set the challenge
in front of Brandon and Cody, so we called. I
called Cody McCarver and said, uh, we need to record
(10:33):
Tuesday or Wednesday. We absolutely have to get in the studio.
And my preference is to have our usual you know,
the band that we use in the studio. And he
said when you know, and he's thinking, you know, three
weeks a month, and I said, this Tuesday or Wednesday, okay,
I'll be right on it. He did it. Thank you, Cody.
Look at that. Just wash my hair and I can't
(10:54):
do a thing with it. Oh my gosh. And and
everybody involved was was just great. So we recorded this,
uh brand and I finished writing it on Monday night,
then tweaked it a little bit on Tuesday, recorded it
on Wednesday. I worked on the video.
Speaker 4 (11:15):
Uh.
Speaker 1 (11:16):
It was just it was just great. It was totally
inspired and I think fueled by God because it was like,
we did this in the amount of there's no reason
in the world we should have been able to do
this in the amount.
Speaker 2 (11:29):
Of time comes providence. Yep, yeah, meant to be so
kind of happened in this song. I mean, look, there's
been a lot of tribute songs as well.
Speaker 1 (11:38):
There should be, absolutely, there should.
Speaker 2 (11:40):
Be many, many, many, but John's really is the best
one and special, and everybody says, I'm just.
Speaker 1 (11:45):
Saying, well because it's not that Yeah, yeah, you know,
the other ones are sweet and pretty and and uh
and we were we were working on it Monday night
and it was sweet and pretty. It might have been
Sunday night. Anyway, We're working on it, and uh, this
one comes in and says, that's so, that's so sweet
and so pretty. We don't need sweet and pretty. And
(12:06):
I said, well, you know, we'll rough it up when
we do it. She said, you better because right now
it's sweet and pretty and nobody's going just so. She says,
I produced it, and Cody produced it and Shane produced it.
But so did she absolutely, because she's the one that
Charlie Kirk was like, she's the one that threw threw
the parachute out of the plane.
Speaker 2 (12:25):
Well, he was always challenging and big, bigger in life
like you are. And his wife is well and she's like,
you have no idea what you've done?
Speaker 1 (12:32):
And John Usa is are her words?
Speaker 2 (12:33):
J And those are you know? And those are like
you know, like John said, and the in a battle cry.
Speaker 1 (12:39):
Uh.
Speaker 2 (12:39):
And that is what Turning Point is doing. And of
course all proceeds of this song will go to Turning Point.
We will certainly make nothing.
Speaker 1 (12:45):
Why don't you take a look at the video here? Yeah,
we don't want to.
Speaker 2 (12:48):
Yeah, we finished dedicated to Charlie Kirk and his family
and give them money in a Turning Point, that's where
we're doing.
Speaker 1 (12:54):
Absolutely. So here's the song we're talking about. Enjoy it.
We'll be right back. So we better go. Let's go hit.
What if you.
Speaker 3 (13:18):
Saw it, you wish you hadn't, And if you were there,
you wish you weren't.
Speaker 5 (13:31):
The tear A single shot rang out and a bullet.
Speaker 1 (13:36):
Palms the earth.
Speaker 5 (13:39):
When they thought it was all over, they were sure
we'd give it up.
Speaker 1 (13:45):
They were wrong. It's so not true. It's up to
us because we're not through. See what we do with
Charlie is were.
Speaker 5 (14:00):
All these words broke through the barricades, How these words
come through the dark? Charlie words gave silence people of perpose, saying,
as far they spoke of me, they spoke of you,
He spoke of them and us and we Charlie's words
(14:22):
gainst things to people to get up on their people
here speaking loud, speaking proud, with the voice God gave
to them. I tell you now, before we went through,
they have no idea what they're done or what will
(14:42):
do Me and you.
Speaker 6 (14:49):
With child is worse A coward shot that was into silence.
Speaker 5 (15:03):
Because now all around the world Bok and United sleeping
giants flags forever now unfurl while they're laughing, my god,
(15:27):
sorrow ficking tears. Mean went out to call Tony's feel
our fire. We're rising up to call them blood with
Charlie's words. Charlie's words broke through the barricades. Charlie's words
(15:47):
cut through the dark. Charlie's words gains silence.
Speaker 1 (15:51):
People the world. We're saying the.
Speaker 5 (15:55):
Sport they've spoke of me, They've spoken you this. I'm
going there, man, listen. We Charlie's words can't strand to
people even where they disagree to, speaking loud and speaking
proud with the voice God gave to them. I tell
(16:17):
you now, before went through ain't no idea what we've
done or.
Speaker 1 (16:24):
What will do?
Speaker 3 (16:28):
Me and you?
Speaker 1 (16:31):
Which child is worse.
Speaker 5 (16:40):
This conn say shady there over. This is a movement,
not a tread.
Speaker 1 (16:54):
You can't his.
Speaker 3 (16:55):
Line bump me?
Speaker 5 (16:56):
Then free on you will we we are. Charlie's words
(17:36):
rode through the barricades. Charlie's words cut.
Speaker 2 (17:40):
Through the dark.
Speaker 5 (17:42):
Charlie's words gay, silence people, my sound as far.
Speaker 1 (17:48):
Fay spoking me. They's spok of you.
Speaker 5 (17:52):
They spoke of.
Speaker 1 (17:53):
Them and us and we.
Speaker 5 (17:56):
Charlie's words in power people all the rise upon ify
and speaking loud, speaking proud with the voice God, Candler.
Then I tell you now, before we went through them,
no idea what they've done, what we'll do?
Speaker 1 (18:21):
Me and you?
Speaker 4 (18:24):
With Charlie's words talking about me and you and Charlie's.
Speaker 5 (18:41):
How do you want to be remembered like die?
Speaker 1 (18:44):
I want to be remembered for for courage from my faith.
Yeah you know it was. How do you? Oh, thank you?
(19:04):
I love your hat. It's hard.
Speaker 2 (19:06):
Thank and by the way you've got James. Yeah, this
is because the boys laugh about the wild wild West
and about how and then the hat to kids the
girl because back in the day the West, but yeah,
they usually had a big hat too, and well you had.
Speaker 1 (19:24):
Yeah, there's no way to around it.
Speaker 2 (19:26):
But if I may interject before we go back to
that very important subject of Charlie Kirk and remembering him
and his family on a liner. Now, every windows I
love hats, and in fact we do a hat giveaway.
Now every single show there's like one gown that's not
I've gotten back to us. So please, if you're watching
and go back to the YouTube shows and we say congratulations,
(19:51):
you want give us your moniling address. We can't give
it the hat unless we know what your address is
and then we ship it off to you.
Speaker 1 (19:59):
But but post office.
Speaker 2 (20:01):
The post office, we love. We love our post office,
all the staff, they're so helpful. Anyway, So this hat
before we do the giveaway, this hat. It came from
Churchill May dear friends of ours, Tammy. I believe it's
Tammy's business. But Tammy an Tanya, they do everything. They're
lovely people, lovely sisters. I love this hat I wore
(20:25):
another one I got there yesterday that also had orange
in it, and yesterday it was the first day of autumn,
and I love orange and browns for autumn. I love it.
So anyway, this hat is fantastic. I'm keeping it. That's
the hat, Mad, that's not the hat. This one is.
But I love this hat too. It is exquisite. Oh yeah,
(20:47):
it's brown for autumn to bring you in the bottom.
It's corduroy, it's lace, and it's also satin. It is exquisite.
I love this hat.
Speaker 1 (20:58):
I'm not going to try it onto.
Speaker 2 (20:59):
It not for me to give these hats away, but
it also makes me happy because when you get them,
it's like, oh, this is a beautiful hat, and.
Speaker 1 (21:09):
It is vengeance. I've never seen so many beautiful hats.
Speaker 2 (21:13):
It's so pretty.
Speaker 1 (21:14):
We were just watching uh we finished watching Turn and
I turned Dedie on to Downton Abbey and a lot
of hats. The wardrobe and the hats, and then she
would wear a scarf around the hat to hold the hat. Anyways,
beautiful stuff, beautiful hats. If you are a hat person,
you will love this. If you're a costumer, you will
(21:35):
appreciate this because.
Speaker 2 (21:36):
This is or not you can't give it away to
someone like what we're doing. It's been fun to give
the hats away, but it's hard to put them in
the and they put them it's like a kid going
to school. Put them in the box and send them off.
Speaker 1 (21:47):
But just send them off to school school like on
the old There we go.
Speaker 2 (21:53):
This is like putting the hat in the box and
it's going away. But it'll give joy to people, and that's.
Speaker 1 (21:58):
What's However you want to however you want to fold that,
however you want to wear it. You know who I
think of when I see this hat, I think of
Lois Lane. That is so from the Yeah, that's the show,
not Smallville.
Speaker 2 (22:10):
But if you're feel a little more conservative. But but
this would be like a little party hat, maybe I could.
Speaker 1 (22:16):
See some of you're going to write their notes down. Okay,
there's that hapen.
Speaker 2 (22:20):
Let's get to the question.
Speaker 1 (22:21):
It's the question it's for. But it's still I think
right here, like three weeks.
Speaker 2 (22:26):
Ago, there that falls I will cry because the floor
is wet. The deck is wet anyway, So it's a
two for. But it's easy. What is the forty nine
state admitted to the Union and the Fifthio state admitted
to the Union. I bet you all know what they are,
but you probably don't know the order.
Speaker 1 (22:48):
The order is different than you think, so.
Speaker 2 (22:52):
So just tell us what's the forty ninth and Fifthia state.
Speaker 1 (22:55):
That's all there. You go here.
Speaker 2 (22:57):
It's a little clue. You can't drive to them.
Speaker 1 (23:01):
Yeah, that's a little clue. We drive to the Greenland.
Speaker 7 (23:05):
Staying in the United States. Look, we went easy last week.
We're going easy this week. But next week be ready
because it's going to be hard.
Speaker 1 (23:12):
You can't drive to them while staying in the United States.
That's right, Good for good clarification. Gee like last week? Yeah, yeah,
I've been people could touch that resident known for his hickory.
Speaker 2 (23:25):
Well everyone knew that too. But I'm just feeling generous
because I love autumn. It's our first show for this
autumn of this year. I love this hat. I just
love everything right now.
Speaker 1 (23:36):
Yep, I do.
Speaker 2 (23:37):
I love the hat. The question's easy, but next week
it's going to be a little more challenging. Two weeks
ago it was people had in trouble with it.
Speaker 1 (23:46):
But the two weeks ago you actually were.
Speaker 2 (23:48):
A little I was a little confused myself, but other
people got it. So anyway, what we do in the
YouTube show as we say congratulations you went, and so
that up to you. Yeah, I mean we may bring
back as if you don't claim them. It's like a
lottery ticket. If you don't claim a lottery ticket, guess
what you ain't getting it.
Speaker 1 (24:08):
We have some in the Bronco.
Speaker 2 (24:09):
Yeah, we do, we do. I know sometimes I'll.
Speaker 1 (24:13):
Telling me she's going to win the big one. We
don't usually do it, but all of a sudden said.
Speaker 2 (24:18):
But I'm like, why don't webody, I can win the
power ball, win stuff.
Speaker 1 (24:22):
Okay, well, if you have the winning ticket to the
power Ball last month in that truck, that's not good.
Speaker 2 (24:29):
I'll check it.
Speaker 1 (24:31):
I want to uh, I want to celebrate ninth and
fifteth state.
Speaker 2 (24:34):
Let us know in this will be yours.
Speaker 1 (24:38):
It's right. You can't just name the two states. You
have to name the.
Speaker 2 (24:40):
Order in order, in order, and I think a lot
of people get them mixed up. But now they'll know.
Speaker 1 (24:48):
I'm sure didn't know. Words broke through the barricade.
Speaker 2 (24:53):
Charlie's word got through the dark. Charlie's will Let's get silence.
Speaker 1 (24:58):
It says silenced people a purpose and a spark. They
spoke to you, they spoke of me, they spoke of
them and us and we I'm going to put Charlie's
words empowered people to get up on their feet.
Speaker 2 (25:11):
I'm going to put the beautiful hat in a place
that it cannot get wet.
Speaker 1 (25:15):
I'll be right back. Good idea, I'll be right here,
and I'm going to thank I just posted. Whoa, it's okay,
the camera. It's just because we're on the porch. We're
on our new porch. You can see it right. There
was a something that came up somebody I followed. Gosh,
I don't know, I don't know his name, but I
(25:35):
posted on my Facebook just a little bit ago, and
uh it was a young black man who was saying, look,
I'm obsessed now with Charlie Kirk because of you. So
this plan that that if people continue to say terrible thing,
(25:56):
it's backfired too. It's amazing to me all things work
for good. Anyhow. What this young man said was I
was only kind of aware, if at all, of Charlie
Kirk before all you started hating on him, you know.
(26:17):
So it was I thought, well, I want to find
out what this what this guy said is he is
he really that bad? Is he terrible? And he said,
he said so. Now I'm looking at these and there's
a that it leads to a string of videos. He said,
Now I'm looking at these debates, and I challenge you
who say these terrible things about Charlie Kirk to watch
a debate and actually take his answers in context, not
(26:41):
just the little the little sound bite. And I've said
this so many times. Don't just keep spewing out the
hatred that comes over your phone. Now if you agree,
I don't believe in hatred, But if you agree with
whatever comes over your phone, at least read it and
watch these things in context and see whether or not
you actually agree that he was a terrible person. And
(27:06):
if you do, that's your right. And I believe with
all my heart and soul that Charlie gave his life
for your right to feel that way. But he also demanded,
because he was so smart and I believe so eloquent,
(27:26):
he demanded that you bring your a game to that
tent and that debate, because if you're going to challenge
him on something, he was going to come back at
you with a very well formulated, long lived Although I
think the proper pronunciation is lived perspective, very smart and
(27:49):
if you there was gosh, there was one I watched
the other day where he was he was battling, debating
against and then this woman said something and he said,
you know, I like that. I like that. I'm gonna
put that. I'm gonna put that in here. He wasn't
afraid to have his mind changed. Right. What did it
(28:12):
say on his tent? It's do is it changed my mind?
Or me wrong? Prove me wrong, prove me wrong? I
think now prove me wrong. I'm not being critical of
their marketing, but I think what he means is change
my mind. You know, bring to me, bring to us
(28:33):
the body politic, Bring to us an opinion, a perspective,
and a delivery of said opinion, and said perspective that
will challenge us to keep thinking the way we do.
But if not change my mind. I've had my mind
changed on several occasions. And that sounds silly, you know.
(28:54):
I'm sixty five, and several occasions I'm opinionated. But occasionally
some one will come up to me and say she
likes my snaps. Someone will say something that makes me
have to I call it a recipe card file. Got
to put it back there in my recipe card file
(29:16):
and see what comes out. Uh, And I I relish
those times. You know it's uh, it's sometimes it's boring
to feel the same way for so long.
Speaker 2 (29:31):
Charlie's words.
Speaker 1 (29:34):
What else is going on in the world here? Wait,
I'm gonna touch It's gonna touch the screen, so we
I guess we're still good yet.
Speaker 2 (29:40):
To remind everybody.
Speaker 1 (29:42):
Oh hey, by the way, just got a uh. We're
running the track the song through an amazing composer and
conductor named Larry Hall. He did all of the the uh,
the scoring for to Die For uh and and he
just took a pass. He's sending me a pass right
now of Charlie's words with some orchestral work done to it.
(30:09):
Once we get that done, I'll put that on Vimeo,
the version of Charlie's words that's on YouTube, which has
had now almost half a million views, over two million
views collectively. And remember all that anythingny proceeds go to
Turning Point USA. But I'll put it in Vimeo. Then
(30:29):
I'll post that on my Facebook page because in Vimeo
you can replace the video. So as the orchestration gets
put in. I'm going to replace that video, but I
can't do it on YouTube or you lose all the
analytics on Vimeo. You keep them, so.
Speaker 2 (30:46):
I'll post that so good and you did in such
a short period of time, so it's like kind of
like polishing it up. And the thing about Larry's he
puts the orchestra, French horns and whatever I mean, it
will be because it's Ornian anthem, it won't be. It
really will be beautiful if he is up to the challenge.
I assume he is, or he wants to. Oh my gosh, Yeah,
(31:07):
what did he say? I mean, as you say, Yeah,
always said.
Speaker 1 (31:09):
I love the song. Absolutely, I'm honored to give it,
honored to.
Speaker 2 (31:11):
Give it in. Yeah, he'll make it absolutely.
Speaker 1 (31:14):
So he just sent me. He just sent me one.
And when we're done recording this podcast, I'm going to
listen to it for the first time. I'm very excited.
Thank you, Larry, greatly appreciate it.
Speaker 2 (31:23):
But again, went and thank you all for all the
suggestions for the the state. Happy Birthday America to our being.
Speaker 1 (31:28):
You a beautiful wife.
Speaker 2 (31:29):
Sorry, yes, and cheers to America. Happy Birthday America. Next
fourth of July. Is the two hundred and fiftieth birthday
of our country.
Speaker 1 (31:38):
And guess what happy birthday?
Speaker 2 (31:39):
This last week? We would have had several states, but
instead we came back from Chicago to Nashville to record
Charlie's words because we had to. John had to. Absolutely,
there was such a big mission. So we are behind. Well,
I don't say it behind.
Speaker 1 (32:00):
Oh I was editing last night.
Speaker 2 (32:01):
I did as we would have been, not behind.
Speaker 1 (32:04):
We're just not as far ahead as it.
Speaker 2 (32:06):
Yeah, yeah, because we still have a year. But there
are a lucky stage and the luck and guess what
two of them we can't drive to in the states.
I wonder what those are.
Speaker 1 (32:17):
I don't know.
Speaker 2 (32:18):
You know what they are? In the owner you'll get
that boat.
Speaker 1 (32:20):
They've already gotten this people right now.
Speaker 2 (32:24):
That's okay though sometimes it's going to make things easy.
It's been a tough way for every buddy. So let's
have something easy and fun. But again, suggestions galore, please,
any suggestions you have of stops in your state or
escape that you love, please let us know. We are
looking at everything and we're having a ball with it.
Speaker 1 (32:42):
I'm just starting Connecticut right now, so then there's that
doing Connecticut did did Indiana? It's from your hat did Indiana?
Did Tennessee?
Speaker 2 (32:54):
And what John's referring to is, we're doing a documentary
into ten part documentary.
Speaker 1 (32:59):
Five states. It's per part.
Speaker 2 (33:01):
Per part, per episode, right, John's amo's done with the
first one. I can't wait to see it. Because John's
a genius with music and on TV and movies or whatever.
What have you put in front of you, do you
get it done? He can do anything, It's true.
Speaker 1 (33:18):
Our hope is that it's informative and that it's fun
and that you learned something about individual states that maybe
you didn't know. So we're not going to the UH
to all the obvious places us well, but for example,
we did when we were in Manhattan. We didn't go
to the Empire State Building, we didn't go to Ground zero.
We went to France's tavern where where General Washington finally
(33:41):
got to take control of York City back during the
Revolutionary War. And actually that's where he where he said
goodbye to his troops because it was done and UH
and we had won, and then he went on to
be I would, I would say, kind of a reluctant president.
Speaker 2 (34:00):
Yeah. Remember when we're in Philadelphia, and we're in that
room when they were voting, and then George Washington, they said, oh,
I've got to get.
Speaker 1 (34:08):
I don't want to be He didn't want it. He
didn't want to be there, and I don't think he
wanted to influence either. Right. It sounds to a hard
person to look in his eye and not vote for him,
from what I understand.
Speaker 2 (34:18):
But it sounds like it was kind of what he
don't do. People wanted General Washington and be the first president,
but the fun part and I mean, man's disgusted here
before on our podcast about the timeline. So some people
are like, well, it needs to be president for life. Well,
isn't that what we decided against a monarchy? And then
another said, well maybe a year, but that's.
Speaker 1 (34:40):
Not very long amen of time, not even without communication
and the transportation. It's not enough.
Speaker 5 (34:46):
Yeah.
Speaker 2 (34:47):
So, I mean that is what our lunchist La tours
do and that's what the Supreme Court does. And that
is a republic. We are a constitutional republic, not democracy. Correct,
believe in democracy, but that isn't on our setup. Just
so everyone remembers.
Speaker 1 (35:06):
Love that I'm moving this. I don't have my timer
up there anymore. Oh, well, so Tony, I don't know
how much time we have left, but uh, we'll keep
talking until we see something. I don't know.
Speaker 2 (35:19):
Well, it's confirmed. I'm looking at this new Star and
Sinclair will not resume airing Jimmy Kimmel. So again asked John.
Speaker 1 (35:28):
Thank you the Star. Thank you Sinclair. That's what I
posted on I didn't know new Star, was he That's great,
So that means weird they're.
Speaker 2 (35:35):
Part of it as well. Well, that's they're not airing
the kim Ol Show.
Speaker 1 (35:39):
I think that's it.
Speaker 2 (35:40):
Then, well, I don't know.
Speaker 1 (35:42):
That's two of that's two of three.
Speaker 2 (35:44):
I think, yeah, I don't know the third one.
Speaker 1 (35:46):
These are affiliates, and affiliates have the rights to play
what they want or not. That's a big thing there.
Speaker 2 (35:51):
That's a big thing there. We are so excited about
the tour, even though we took a detour, but it
was for Charley Kirks and the song. So this we're
going to Salt Lake City, so we hope to see
you there if you're around the area. And then weren't
going to go actually at.
Speaker 1 (36:11):
The Salt Palace Convention Center. This now it's weird here Thursday,
So while you're watching this. So it's Thursday, Friday, Saturday weekend.
It is this weekend, but it's Thursday. I don't think
I've ever done one.
Speaker 2 (36:24):
I guess I don't know. Maybe they don't do Sunday stuff.
Speaker 1 (36:29):
Bless them for it. I think that's great. I think
that's great. You left the door open. I'll be right back.
Speaker 2 (36:38):
I was so excited coming back that I left the
door open. And then but and there aren't bugs here
in Indiana. You just drank a bug.
Speaker 1 (36:48):
I did nice.
Speaker 2 (36:50):
Well.
Speaker 1 (36:50):
I drank a bug my own my swallowed a fly up.
Speaker 2 (36:57):
I guess you'll there was a old lady.
Speaker 1 (37:00):
Swallowed a spider that wiggled and jiggled, and something inside
giggled insider. She swallowed a spider to eat the flies
she swallowed. Anyway, it's terrible because.
Speaker 2 (37:13):
At the end and says, I guess she'll die. That's
a horrible song. We're not going to say that part.
I guess you'll cry.
Speaker 1 (37:19):
One hundred bottles of beer. On hundred bottles of beer,
you drink one down and pass.
Speaker 2 (37:26):
Henry.
Speaker 1 (37:27):
That's going on in the World's.
Speaker 2 (37:29):
Funny Thing between John and May. So there are certain
songs that if you've seen them. You cannot get the
money of your own, No, don't, but ours is It
must have been the Mistletoe And it's a song John
did with Reba McIntyre and Christmas and two.
Speaker 1 (37:44):
It's a wonderful song. It's a wonderful movie.
Speaker 2 (37:46):
But the Christmas stuff pops up. We always start singing
that and then it's like all day We're like, oh
you start doing it?
Speaker 6 (37:55):
Is?
Speaker 1 (37:57):
How about? I'm so cute their magic in the frosty air?
Are we only at thirty two minutes? Oh but we
showed the video which is six minutes.
Speaker 2 (38:05):
Yeah.
Speaker 1 (38:05):
True.
Speaker 2 (38:06):
Well do you have somewhere to go? Are you in
a hurry?
Speaker 5 (38:08):
Oh?
Speaker 1 (38:08):
No, I just want to know.
Speaker 2 (38:10):
Some things to talk about. But I actually see what's
going on either it's really weird.
Speaker 1 (38:14):
That's okay, he can see us. It's fine. The sun
is coming out. When we sat here, initially it was
was very overcast, big weekend here in Madison, Indiana. Right,
this is the how do you say it?
Speaker 2 (38:24):
Shit talk?
Speaker 1 (38:25):
What good? Takua shoid talk wa And you can go
to mad Love and get a chautaco.
Speaker 2 (38:32):
You know what I love about our friends, our friends
and fans and not you know, I never went and
sold anyone, you know, saying that. But people are coming
to Madison now and checking it out. They are, and
they love it. They're like, oh my god, we love medicine,
and medicine really is amazing. And thank you again, Mayor
Bob Courtney.
Speaker 1 (38:51):
Who's Fay Mayor Bob.
Speaker 2 (38:52):
He gets the job done. And you know, but it's
always difficult because municipal government is tough because you're feeling
pot and picking up trash and doing these things, put.
Speaker 1 (39:03):
In new sewer systems.
Speaker 2 (39:05):
Dogs are in other people's yards and they have to
deal with things that are not exactly glamorous, but they're
very important to our lives. And Bob does a great job.
Speaker 1 (39:13):
Thank you marya Bob, Thank you Mayor Bob. And hello,
may Or Bob. My brother, Mayor Bob. Did you hear
I'm getting her watching Downton Abbey and Brother Bob and
Susy they were the ones that got me watching. Oh really, yeah,
that's good.
Speaker 2 (39:26):
Well, I well, the other last night we were watching
and the father was tolling some news and he ran
out of the room. And until Johnny's haid for sure
the war started. They knew the timeline or whatever I mean,
and that is like the war starts. Its terrible.
Speaker 1 (39:39):
It's fun watching historical fiction with someone who knows history.
Speaker 2 (39:44):
Well I knew, I mean you could tell by the
look on his face. It's like World War One started
and England got really destroyed. World War one and two
it was very difficult in England. And we're going there
in November, by the way.
Speaker 1 (39:57):
So going to Liverpool, living in Liverpool with Malville crowd.
Speaker 2 (40:01):
And I'm hoping maybe Grandma Scottland, we'll see. I'd love
to go play golf in Scotland. And I'm Clan Napier.
Those are my people.
Speaker 1 (40:09):
Oh and there's a napier. There's a napier in the
in the Downton Abbey. So she's all, look, I told
you we're everywhere.
Speaker 2 (40:17):
Where everywhere, well not everywhere, but in America. I mean
it's usually like Appalachia and eastern Kentucky, eastern Tennessee and
someone's Virginia and that's sort of thing. But napiers. Remember
what you saw the other day that oh oh it
was in the tape. He invented the desc one point.
Oh that's right, And I said, oh, wait for this.
Speaker 1 (40:38):
Er invented the decimal point.
Speaker 2 (40:40):
John Napier I believe invented the dest one point and
that was in the.
Speaker 1 (40:46):
Where did we see that?
Speaker 2 (40:47):
No, no, we didn't see it. We were listening to
the book on tape.
Speaker 1 (40:51):
Oh oh yeah it was that Dan Brown. Yeah, guys,
that were guy that wrote the Da Vinci Code and
we're listening to one of his books.
Speaker 2 (40:59):
That's different. This is like Secret of Secrets and it
is bizarre. I mean, I think in a fascinating way.
So I would recommend it the book absolutely, I would
recommend it.
Speaker 1 (41:11):
Absolutely. We travel so much and we listen. I mean
I would love to sit and read, and I haven't
done that in a while, but we listened to books.
It's where we listened to the last couple of Reacher.
Reacher novels. Still love that show, waiting for another one
to come out.
Speaker 2 (41:24):
We definitely listen to books. But this one's fascinating.
Speaker 1 (41:27):
Oh yeah, it's great because they start off by saying
every everything we mentioned it. You know, the story is fiction,
but all of the facts, all the organizations, all the
historical facts, all this this is all true, all these
all these groups of people, and and what the gollum,
the Golam gollum golam. Anyway, it's really uh, it's secret
(41:50):
of secrets. Is that the name of it. Okay, secret
of secrets is the name of it. We belong to Audible.
Love listening to Audible. It's been great. So if you
going to go on a road trip, do that, or
if you sit and read. I'd love to sit on
our beautiful porch and read. But that's what's been going
on with us and editing the news show or the
(42:11):
first episode of the documentary. That's been fun. Like I said,
moving on to Connecticut right now, what is the state
song of Connecticut? Yankee Doodle Cane do London just to
ride the phonies, suck a feather in his cap and
called it Yankee Doodle'll keep it up, Yankee doodle dandy.
Mind the music and the step and with the girls
(42:32):
be handy.
Speaker 2 (42:34):
Wouldn't the girls be handy?
Speaker 1 (42:35):
Handy?
Speaker 2 (42:36):
Yes, mean handy like hand hands.
Speaker 1 (42:38):
Not handsy, No, handy, handy like dance well.
Speaker 2 (42:42):
Like you like you fix a cabinet, handy, sure.
Speaker 1 (42:47):
Like a fix it Oh, by the way, a fix
it person.
Speaker 2 (42:50):
By the way, Tony will send you this. But John
made my cat wall and there's going to be another
hat walk.
Speaker 1 (42:59):
I figure out what to do with your hats. I
figure that out.
Speaker 2 (43:05):
Because we got a lot of room, but those we
got a lot of rooms, and John put it on
one one is going to be on another, and it's beautiful.
It's an artistic display. I love you, honey.
Speaker 1 (43:15):
It is all thank you. And we didn't have to
paint because now you can't if I pat the walls,
you can't see them because they're covered in hats.
Speaker 2 (43:23):
But we don't need to paint those walls. Yes, we
like kind of fun and fabulous, and you know, we
have all kinds of ideas for the places we want
to be. If it's not fun and it's not worth it,
you make it fun.
Speaker 1 (43:36):
So I'm actually thinking about putting that idea. See putting
that idea on my Pinterest page.
Speaker 2 (43:43):
Oh well, well, it is amazing. And I have to
tell you it was so funny when we went to
our front door and they go, oh, Danie, we have hats,
And I'm like whoo, because John's always like, how many
more hats do you need?
Speaker 5 (43:57):
Well?
Speaker 2 (43:57):
I need them all And I feel good about it
because we're giving away hats every week on them podcasts
and they're beautiful hats.
Speaker 1 (44:05):
They're not like they are beautiful hats.
Speaker 2 (44:07):
Doesn't mean we won't give a cap away here. And now,
I mean, these hats are lovely, They're beautiful. You know,
the detail is incredible, and I am enjoying giving them away.
Speaker 1 (44:18):
So check this out. This is the idea I came
up with. If you have, you know, a couple of
hundred hats laying around, and you want to more than
hang them up, display them in some way. The angle
is important because I thought about just putting them on
something straight up and down. How John that all of
the all of the lines in this in this building
(44:39):
are longitude and latitude. That's it. That's it. So it's
either straight up and down, but that's what it is.
So I took a room that does this and I
added a little bit of that to it. And her
hats are all different colors and different sizes and shapes,
and it's artistic, it's beautiful. It also makes it so
they stay up on the They stay up on that
(44:59):
that board easier anyway.
Speaker 2 (45:01):
Friend, Kim and Jeff they own Mad Love, the restaurant
where we're at most of the time, and that's where
we were, and I said, oh, honey, you're doing a
song for Charlie Kirk.
Speaker 1 (45:10):
No, you said, honey, you're talking to Fox in an
hour about the song you're writing.
Speaker 2 (45:15):
Yeah, and why not because you can do anything.
Speaker 1 (45:18):
Well, thank you guys, what hello?
Speaker 2 (45:20):
You did it.
Speaker 1 (45:21):
But what's funny is I was thinking about a song
because I thought, okay, well it's Charlie's words. That's it.
It's Charlie's words.
Speaker 2 (45:27):
And is amazingly. Look up, everybody, Look you have to
check out Charlie's words, YouTube, Facebook, whatever. Eventually it can
be downloaded and now we'll all go to Turning Point.
It takes a minute to do that. I mean, it
was all but I.
Speaker 1 (45:43):
Think anything that came from uh, there's been a like
I said, half a million views on YouTube and that's monetized,
so that money will go to Turning Point too.
Speaker 2 (45:51):
Yeah. So we want to just help Turning Point in
the mission. Absolutely, so we'll do what we can. Keep
the dialogue the dialogue.
Speaker 1 (46:01):
Yeah, but if you're if if you are hearing that
Charlie Kirk was somebody who stopped the dialogue, then then
I challenged you to watch some of the debates, like
like the young man said that I posted you know,
he basically has been forced by people who want him
to believe that that Charlie Kirk was Hitler, and he's
(46:24):
now gone. He said, I went down this rabbit hole.
I didn't want to, but I had to. I had
to see what you were talking about. My god, I
want to see this horrible person.
Speaker 2 (46:33):
And I'm watching this, and he realized he was an
amazing person.
Speaker 1 (46:39):
Who was diecredibly articulates, gosh, so much so in what
he believed.
Speaker 2 (46:44):
See. But here's the thing I think, folks, Charlie Kirk
when that happened, I mean, as all of you, I
was so devastated and shocked, and it was so upsetting.
I mean we cried. We both cried.
Speaker 1 (46:57):
He was one of those people you thought, you watch
him and you feel like somehow you know that feeling.
Speaker 2 (47:03):
No, I did not. My cousin's daughter was going to
work for him, and they said, hey, Dedie, what do
you think about Charlie Kirk. And I'm like, oh, my god,
do it. He's amazing. And if you can work with
Charlie Kirk, you do it. Because he's very very young.
He was very young, so good at what he did,
and so in inspiring and it was like, and you
(47:24):
move mountains. But he reminded me of John. So that's
why I thought, like John Eames to certainly do his song,
and John lay Hanna had to do it. I just
like pushed it because it needed to be done before
the memorial and it was. And it's like millions of views.
But John is big and good looking, outspoken, doesn't care. Hello,
Charlie Kirk same thing. Loves his wife, loves the world,
(47:50):
and this martyr for the world needs to be remembered.
And in fact, we talked about it on the last show.
I think he should be sainted.
Speaker 1 (48:00):
Yeah, so this is a guy. If this is a repeat,
I apologize, But this was a guy who encouraged debate.
He encouraged conversation, He gave an open mic, He gave
voice to people, some of whom are now or some
who never got the mic, who never watched a debate,
who are now saying he was a divisive character. Wasn't
(48:21):
a divisive character.
Speaker 2 (48:22):
It's a saint. I mean, I think that's where we
cut out before because the weather it's weird today, so
we keep kind of cutting out everywhere. But I feel
like Charlie Kirk should be sainted. He did so much
and he moved some up so many people, and I
think he did it for good. And I don't know.
This is my personal opinion and whenever that's worth, I
(48:43):
think he should be sainted by the Catholic Church.
Speaker 1 (48:47):
Wow, well that's.
Speaker 2 (48:48):
A big deal. But I feel like he has moved
mine and moved hards, you know, and inspired so many people.
Speaker 1 (48:55):
Is it?
Speaker 5 (48:56):
Now?
Speaker 2 (48:56):
What saints do?
Speaker 7 (48:58):
I don't know.
Speaker 1 (48:58):
I'm not Catholic, so I don't know.
Speaker 2 (49:00):
I'm not either. But one of our friends, slash Fans, said, look,
you don't have to be Catholic to be a saint.
Because I thought you I kind of thought you did.
I kind of thought you had to be a Catholic
to be sainted. And then and then I was schooled
by an expert saying, Nope, you do not have to
be a Catholic to be a saint. So I personally
(49:23):
feel and what does my opinion matter to the Catholic Church.
It doesn't because I'm not Catholic. However, how amazing would
it be if he was sainted? And also here's another thing.
There was like a ballistics expert that said the way
the wound hit him, he saved a lot of lives
because there was not an exit, meaning that if it
(49:45):
killed people, So somehow his body was like a fortress
to save others because I think he had a flack
jacket on. I'm not sure that's what we think. And
then bull went.
Speaker 1 (49:56):
Up shirt huh he did.
Speaker 2 (49:59):
But there was not an exit because if there was
an exit, that probably want to have killed somebody. So
where did you move mines? And when you like fill
people's hearts? I think that's being a saint.
Speaker 1 (50:15):
Well, when you challenge people to think it through, two
things are going to happen. A bunch of people are
going to follow you and a bunch of people are
going to hate you. Yep, can't get around it.
Speaker 2 (50:28):
But that's kind of in my opinion saying Hud like
my friend Stephanie, and she's a very very very devout Catholic.
And I wouldn't like to know when Jim Cabizel things.
I bet Jim cabizl want agree with that. You know,
he had the very devout Roman Catholic. You know, he
was in the show Madison, he was in the movie
Like the Christ, The Christ Going to do It Again.
(50:49):
I mean, look, Charlie.
Speaker 1 (50:51):
Count of Monte Cristo. One of the great views. Yeah,
he was so gonna frequency with Dennis Quaid amazing.
Speaker 5 (50:59):
Uh.
Speaker 1 (51:00):
And my co driver for the Silver State Classic Challenge
many years ago, one hundred and one hundred and thirty
one hundred and thirty miles an hour. Yeah, yeah, and
Jim in the general release. So it was before Passion
of the Christ. But still I like to think that
God was my co pilot. And still Jaz, that's right, thirty.
Speaker 7 (51:23):
Three JC and he starred in the movie Madison, which
we love, and then about the bow races or whatever.
Speaker 2 (51:30):
So we have Regatta that the Madison Argotta so it
called the movie Madison.
Speaker 1 (51:37):
Oh and what else? We just heard a big from
Big and Rich Big was just mentioning, uh and hey, John,
if you're watching, like he had just mentioned that there's
a high school program here that is teaching people not
just music to play, but how to record it properly,
(51:58):
how to be engineers and mixers, sound mixers and all that.
So uh, he just he just messed big Kenny, Big Kenny.
Speaker 2 (52:05):
But here's the thing with me, and so John knows
all of these people I'm not.
Speaker 1 (52:09):
I've never met. It's forgive me big. I know he's
big Big Kenny. Never met Big Kenny met Cowboy Troy.
Speaker 2 (52:16):
Yeah, I know, but from my protective as not really
into country music. I love it, but I've never really
been around that genre or that business.
Speaker 1 (52:27):
Not much I have now.
Speaker 2 (52:29):
So anyway, So we go to the Marshall Blackburn official
send off. She's running for governor and we totally support her.
And John Rich is there, a friend of John's, John Schneider's.
John Rich a big and rich. And I'm beginning to
get so confused because John Rich is very little. He's
not big. I mean, I think he's sweet and wonderful,
(52:52):
but I'm like big and rich. Okay, So there's a
big guy.
Speaker 1 (52:55):
Well he wasn't a big one, okay.
Speaker 2 (52:58):
But I'm just sharing with you all my perspective of
my life with John Schneider and Big Ridge. So we
went to the Marsha Blackburn a bad My friend is
her fundraiser, my friend forever. I've known him forever, and
of course we love Marsha Blackburn, so we support her.
So we go and she's amazing and John Riches there
(53:19):
and he's so smart and he's talking about tv A.
Speaker 1 (53:22):
Yeah he had a the tv A was doing some
things in his where he lives, and they are and nobody,
nobody liked it. And apparently the TVA is one of
those governments.
Speaker 2 (53:36):
Well that's I'm just.
Speaker 1 (53:37):
Saying, no that, but there they are one of those organizations,
one of those groups.
Speaker 2 (53:42):
That apparently very heavy handed.
Speaker 1 (53:44):
Well they're heavy handed, but they have been given the
right to be heavy handed. They have they have long
I don't know if their lifetime appointments or but but basically, basically,
you know, what what happens in the world is people
think they are above the people they serve. It's the
Tennessee Valley Authority. We are the people of the well
(54:05):
here we're in Madison, but when we live in Tennessee,
or people who live in Tennessee, they are the Tennesseeans
who live in the valley. So their needs should be
should be of utmost concerned. So John told apparently, and
forgive me John if I'm talking out of school here,
but he talked to somebody at the TVA and they said, wow,
(54:25):
you know, well, well look at and John said, look,
you know, I'm I'm a songwriter. I'm going to write
a song. I'm going to write a song and song
and and they said yeah, yeah, Well so John wrote
a song and put it out and and and John
John the TVA. So thank you John. So if you
(54:46):
think you don't have that, oh no, John Rich, I
can't do that, Well yes you can. You can do
that in a conversation today. You can debate somebody like
Charlie Wood and change their mind orliere or dare to
have your mind change. But have the conversation.
Speaker 6 (55:03):
All these words, this conversation is it over.
Speaker 1 (55:08):
This is a movement, not a trend. Very important words.
He gave his life for a faith that freedom. Can
I do it? Will you will? We will lie will you. You
don't have to do it in a big, big way.
You can do it in a small way. Like I
said about Jimmy Kimmel, just don't watch it. It becomes
(55:31):
a big way. Yeah, you're right. The impact of a
small thing can be huge. You don't like Jimmy Kimmel,
don't watch him. You don't like Tom Hanks, don't go
another Tom Hanks movie. I have not seen and will
not see. I will watch Goodfellas again, but I think
(55:51):
de Niro just happens to be in it. Be careful now,
I love everybody else.
Speaker 2 (55:57):
Okay, we love good Fellows here.
Speaker 1 (56:00):
I just said I will watch good Fellows again, but
I was about to say I'm not gonna watch I'm
not going to watch another Robert.
Speaker 2 (56:06):
De Niro movie was amazing and he was a conservative,
absolutely an amazing man. And we watch good Fellows forget
Robert DeNiro, but well.
Speaker 1 (56:16):
Watch it for bake poly and I'm it's right, and
and Joe and it just it's it's amazing. And I'll
tell you what, Denio did an amazing job. DeNiro always
does an amazing job. But I can no longer support.
I can no longer be one of the reasons why
that man can pay his mortgage. And that's a decision
(56:38):
of mine. I made that decision with Woody Allen twenty five,
thirty years ago. Have not seen another film. So you
can speak with your actions, but you can also speak
with your non actions. No longer support. I've been preaching this,
by God. It's kind of like watch Donald Trump from
(57:01):
nineteen eighty seven. I've said this since there's been an internet.
Don't support those things that you disagree with, even though
you think, Okay, this is going to be a great movie.
If somebody in it has a voice that goes against
everything that you believe and everything you feel, then don't
(57:22):
support it. Don't support it. You have tremendous power, the
power of the purse, the power of the pocketbook.
Speaker 2 (57:31):
But the good guys.
Speaker 1 (57:32):
Talk about the good guy. Garrysonse by God, he wrote you,
he said, I love this song. This is so great.
Garysse is a Dean. Kin's a wonderful guy. Scott BeO
is a wonderful guy. There's a wonderful people. How about
Kevin sorbook that wonderful guy, wonderful guy, wonderful theme. How
about how about David White, David A. R. White, wonderful support.
Speaker 2 (57:55):
How about the god that are talking about? That's your
run for governor of California.
Speaker 1 (58:00):
James Woods, James Wood, I love thank you, James.
Speaker 2 (58:06):
I'm sorry I said a bad word. Tony. Will you
block that out?
Speaker 1 (58:11):
Oh no? You know what we need to do is
we need to have a little thing and it should
go D D D D.
Speaker 7 (58:18):
Because James was Google and James Wood was in Nixon
when Paul and a great guy, I mean, but he
was ahead of all of us who was head of
John He was everybody. James Woods has been absolutely berating
the left forever and he has been destroyed because of it.
Speaker 2 (58:40):
But in our one we love him. He is amazing.
So we love James Wood, John Boyd, John Boyd as
well for sure.
Speaker 1 (58:48):
Great people out there, great people, And now we we
are we're not new to this, but but this name
in our world kind of came up kind of late
and gets a lot of press, but it doesn't matter
because he's on he's on our side. He has a big,
big voice, it's st alone. So we appreciate that too.
We appreciate, we appreciate people who aren't afraid to to
(59:12):
but their conservative opinions and you know, people should people
I know, right, But you know, with with Arnold, I
think it's I think he's a smart man and what
he's done is he's done the math and he's now
finding out what happens to people who are that much
(59:33):
against what a lot of people like myself and I
think I can speak for my wife, heel is common sense.
Speaker 2 (59:39):
We don't care. In other words, we are warriors. We
are there. No mana what.
Speaker 1 (59:44):
I've gotten very used to the taste of my foot.
Speaker 2 (59:46):
Sure, No, no, no, we are there no matter what.
So some people that we mention at the end, they
kind of go with the win. John and I are warriors.
We are with you no matter what. We are in
the conservative movement. We want America to be great again.
We love our country and we will not waiver no
(01:00:07):
matter what, No matter what.
Speaker 1 (01:00:08):
Amen make America great again, make America safe again, make
America prosperous again, make America lead again, make America proud.
Speaker 2 (01:00:18):
Again, make America healthy again. It makes you, thank you,
thank you, la love you are okay, my goodness.
Speaker 1 (01:00:25):
You know, and now we're now. They had a summit
yesterday where apparently they're there. There's been a school of
thought for decades that the vaccines of nineteen eighty seven,
nineteen eighty eight, they weren't mandated, but a lot of
people took the vaccines and autism became so much on
(01:00:46):
the rise in children that were born in ninety ninety one,
ninety two, ninety three. I know that that is that
is factual. That there's a lot of people that believe
that I happened. I happen to believe that as well.
But it's not a new idea. I'm sorry, baby, They're
throwing this out like it's a new idea.
Speaker 2 (01:01:05):
We don't believe in them bacs. We don't do vacs, right, baby.
Speaker 1 (01:01:08):
No, hell, I did a song called drinking the kool
Aid vax y'all are out of your lines. I guess
they're drinking the kool Lade.
Speaker 2 (01:01:16):
We come to CBS and you're like, we love our
drug store. They're great. But I'm like, we're not doing
any of the vaccinations ever, right.
Speaker 1 (01:01:25):
I had the polio vaccine when I was a kid.
Somewhere in my fifties, I got a I got a
flu shot. I don't know why, because people said, you know,
if you get the flu shot, you're gonna feel like
you have the flu. I said, well, why don't I
just not get it? And if I get the flu,
I'll feel like I have the flu anyway, But I
gave into it. I got the flu shot, and guess what,
it felt like I had the flu. So I'm up
(01:01:46):
there going I leave you tomorrow.
Speaker 2 (01:01:49):
God. And an idea, we get no shots, we don't,
well I do.
Speaker 1 (01:01:56):
I do get a testosterone shot.
Speaker 8 (01:01:59):
Hey, I'm sixty I'm sixty five years old, and my doctor,
who I love, doctor kid, One of the funniest people I've.
Speaker 1 (01:02:10):
Ever met, said, you know your numbers are low and
so okay. I think that's all the time we have. Letdies, gentlemen,
I'm glad you were here for drinks with Ddie and John.
Speaker 2 (01:02:23):
John.
Speaker 1 (01:02:23):
We love you, We love you.
Speaker 7 (01:02:25):
Remember, give us choice recommendations for the Happy Birthday America Tour.
Speaker 1 (01:02:31):
Thank you, Yes, voice your opinion. Thank you, be the
change you want to see.
Speaker 2 (01:02:35):
You don't watch Jimmy Kimmel, don't do it direct love you,
Love you guys, nobody watches anyway.
Speaker 1 (01:02:43):
That's the thing. They're making this into something because if
he had great ratings, none of this would stop it,
None of this would matter. Did you take the test
hospital shot?
Speaker 2 (01:02:54):
No?
Speaker 1 (01:02:55):
Love you later.
Speaker 2 (01:02:56):
Bye, Love you,
