Speaker 3 (01:06):
Perfectod podcast recording this Tuesday, October seventh, two thousand and
twenty five.
Speaker 4 (01:14):
We have a nice show here here for you guys.
How you guys doing.
Speaker 3 (01:19):
By the way, here's here chilling and the screen off
fair oops, My bad, my bad, my bad. We have
watching the videos I used I'm talking about there. But
we have a lot to get to on the show today,
but obviously review week five in the NFL. You know,
Taylor Swift's had a record seting weekend with her new
album coming out. Ill that's gett into that a little bit. Also,
(01:42):
uh we the sad news of uh after nineteen years,
splinning up of Keith Urban, Keith Urban and Nicole Kidman,
and then.
Speaker 4 (01:49):
A strange story from the sanchis.
Speaker 3 (01:51):
Remember Mark Sanchez, Remember former New York Jets quarterback two
amc tell games but fumble uf USC quarterback, Well, apparently
he's a lot of trouble. We want to break down
that story here on the show, but first I want
to dive into yet another horrible sports weekend for myself.
Speaker 4 (02:12):
No, not last week.
Speaker 3 (02:12):
You remember last week obviously the Mets failures last week,
last weekend four States failures as well, and not beating
in Virginia and making that Cain's game a lot bigger
than it should have been.
Speaker 4 (02:27):
And this week was no better. The Giants up.
Speaker 3 (02:30):
You know, New York Giants had a game where they're
up fourteen three, I think it was one point, and
then they.
Speaker 4 (02:36):
Blew that league the same thing they by the way,
How the hell do.
Speaker 3 (02:39):
You turn the ball over on five different possessions? The
Giants had no business in losing that game against the
Saints on Sunday. That was ridiculous, absolutely ridiculous. So that's
part of it. I put a Dolphins ball to you
here in Miami. They blow a big lead. That was
terrible with diving that in a second. But of course
(03:01):
the big from the biggest one for me was two things.
Some one FSU was losing the um you know. That
made me sad, of course because it's my favorite Abbel sports.
I'm an episode fan, of course. But then more thing
else as a gambler, you know, I know, look, I'm
not someone that goes broke for gambling, but I do
like a little bit of parlays and I come in cheap,
you know what I mean, and in a hope of
some hitt and big and I had parlays that were
(03:24):
destroyed by upsets that should not have happened in the
first place. For example, my first out of parlays, I
bet on Saturday in college football where I had uh
a ten legger, where I had Iowa State, you know,
beating Sinnati a lost sin Natty, Okay, but the worst
(03:48):
one of all was where I bet two ten leg
par days okay, all money line, all heavy favorites.
Speaker 4 (03:54):
Okay, and.
Speaker 3 (03:57):
The nither ten legs all hit. The only light didn't
think get hit. It was the biggest favorite of all
Penn State, Penn State Royal, Me Royal screwed me royally.
Speaker 4 (04:09):
I want, I want to say the F word, but
I'm trying to.
Speaker 3 (04:11):
I'm trying to not cuss as much as I'm trying
not to cuss as much that to my kids can
tell me to cus too much. My my old son,
he's telling me, no, Dad, he curse went too much.
And I'm gonna try to get better at that. But honestly,
I don't know Penn State, and they get upset by
one for U c l A on Saturday, you know,
and then on Sunday I have I have a parlight
set where I had another like I think eight teamer
(04:33):
where I had like okay, so I had the the
As I told you guys, I don't start I don't
bet spreads anymore.
Speaker 4 (04:39):
I stopped betting spreads. So what I did was I.
Speaker 3 (04:45):
I bet uh the vikings and then to win in
the Vikings to cover by he's down two points.
Speaker 4 (04:52):
Thank god. Okay, you know, even I still come to
that points they barely did.
Speaker 3 (04:55):
It's a sweat. But the rest of the games were
relatively easy game. So I'm thinking it's gonna be a
cakewalk here. You know, maybe there's one and two speats there.
Speaker 1 (05:03):
You know.
Speaker 3 (05:03):
So I had the Dolphins, and had the Dolphins, Dolphins, Bills, Cardinals, Eagles,
and by the way, the one o'clock set, the one
o'clock games, the one o'clock games, I'm looking pretty at.
Speaker 4 (05:14):
Halftime all the game, all the teams that are ahead.
Speaker 3 (05:20):
That were you know, I've been on all ahead okay
and head big Eagles, Dolphins especially, and then those teams
two teams blow it. But in hindsight, I gotta say,
I'm kind of glad that happened, because here's why. Had
the Eagles and Dolphins held on, I still had Buffalo
an Arizona money line to take care of business. And
(05:44):
given how those games went, specifically the Cardinals Tennessee to
Cardinals Titans game, how that played out, in the way
they lost that game, I would have been even more
pissed off. So to be honest with you, betting losing
having the Eagles on Dolphins lose early in the one o'clock.
Speaker 4 (05:59):
Session was actually my mental health, honestly, it really was.
Speaker 3 (06:03):
So yeah, that was my weekend in a nutshell, another
shitty sports weekend.
Speaker 4 (06:09):
But you know I sing her to say, I'm done gambling.
I'm not gonna gamble anymore. Bro.
Speaker 3 (06:16):
You know I'm damn mom, I'm back my black asses
backdup gambling this weekend again. Colleg football and the NFL.
Let's go, okay, she going to college football. I mentioned
FCS in the um. You know, I've been saying we
haven't talk to watch much Comfortable on the show recently.
A lot of this because Kyle uh student game report
has been done one yet this year.
Speaker 4 (06:34):
I'm hoping. I'm hoping to get one in the next
couple weeks on what Kyle.
Speaker 3 (06:37):
But Kyle, Kyle honest have been really busy and you
know today job, he has other gigs going on, and
so I respect that give him space. And I always
told him to the door those open. We wanted to
do record show, we can do it now. But one
of the cool things on The Comfortable this year I
really enjoyed is that I've said that this year has
felt because the playoffs especially, but it's felt wide open.
(07:00):
You can make a case for nine or ten teams
that if they won the national title this year it
would not surprise me.
Speaker 4 (07:07):
Well, I felt that way before this week. After this week,
I this fence, the separation.
Speaker 3 (07:14):
Really Okay, I think right now they are in my opinion,
and because the polls tell me this is because I
just what I've seen in my eyes, there are clearly
two great teams in comfortable. They're the two best teams.
It's a Tier one and Tier one is only two teams,
and it is the Ohio State bluck guys and my Hurricanes.
The my Hurricanes right now to me, in my opinion,
are the best thing comfortable. Okay, it's between dumb in
(07:35):
Ohio State. What I saw with that team on Saturday.
You know, granted they almost they got little they got
little dice in the end, they turn to melt the
clock in earlier they probably should have. But in watching
this team all year long, and by the way, they've
had a rough schedule too, they beat no the game
as well, they beat you us self when they're playing well. Okay,
they met four state now and a road so they
(07:57):
have quality wins to speak on. Okay, and I'm not
a knesman. I hate the knes You guys know this
ready by I calls fave a spade. This Hurricanes team
is really really good and the best. The thing best
thing about them also too, is the fact the way
this team is built. They are built in entrenches. They're
not the same old classic, flashy Canes teams of yesteryear.
(08:18):
You know, they had these phenomenal fast receivers. I'm not
saying they don't have craft viewers now. But their strength
of that team is in the middle, in the gut,
the office line, defensive line. Okay, they are built like
a Big ten team, and that is to me, that's
a model that is absolutely sustainable. Okay, that wins national
titles for years on end. That's a model that Alabama's
(08:41):
used it. That's a model that Ohio States Country still uses.
Great SEC teams, great Big ten teams, Classical classic teams
are great in the trenches.
Speaker 4 (08:50):
So is Miami. They're gonna be They're a problem. Okay.
Speaker 3 (08:53):
People don't say, oh, what about Oregon. I don't believe Oregon. Honestly,
Orgon is good. They're a really good team. They're really
good team, but the getting in that they'll get into
the playoff, but they're gonna lose. They're gonna lose early.
I guarantee can lose early because because you know why,
that's what they do. Okay, they are a soft team. Sorry, hey,
break the team. So this is the first week that
we got, in my opinion for me anyway, that we
(09:14):
have the separation between the haves and the have nots,
and is at least in terms of like who are
the real national contenders? Like who who are two of
the best teams in comfortable and to me, it went
from having eight or nine teams, y'all missus Oregon sad,
the Penn State. Penn State is gone, They're gone, Texas gone. Okay,
it's Miami, it's Ohio State. Door closed and discussion anyway, Week.
Speaker 4 (09:37):
Five in the books.
Speaker 3 (09:38):
Now we five in the books in the NFL are
doing a Week in the show on a Tuesday show.
I always give you my top five takeaways from week one,
number one. So right now I'm recording this, it's almost
eleven o'clock in the morning. How the fuck does Mike
mcdanham have a job still? The Dolphins need to fire him. Now,
(09:59):
then you fire him and Chris gear Now, okay, that
lost It's Carolina and the way they lost, dude, that's
a fireable game. That's a performance where yeah, this team
is not good, and only not good. They're disconnected and
this is a problem. Okay, they got a fire mc daniel. Now, okay,
there's no there's no way that guy should have a
(10:21):
job right.
Speaker 4 (10:21):
Now at this point. It is ridiculous.
Speaker 3 (10:24):
And yet he has a tenn o'clocks morning and look,
it can still happen, but as red o'clocks warning, he
is still with a job.
Speaker 4 (10:31):
And I'm not wanted to sit and condone all firings
in a month. But this is bad. This is bad.
This is bad.
Speaker 3 (10:38):
I don't want to hear anying about Tyreek kill not
playing bullshit. You're playing the comment Panthers, you're always seventeen nothing.
This team is cooked. This seems is absolutely cooked. So
they need to fire him and fire Chris Grear right now,
all right, number two, So maybe the Ravens are done.
(11:00):
What the fuck was that On Sunday they got with
the forty four to ten boat raced by the Houston
Texans who came to the game I think one of them,
if not the worst offense in all of football. And
I understand the Ravens have a lot of injuries. They
have a lot of injuries, and I get all that,
(11:22):
but my god, you can put up a fight, not
even a fight forty four to ten?
Speaker 4 (11:27):
Are you kidding me?
Speaker 3 (11:29):
Now?
Speaker 4 (11:30):
I still hold out, hope, I still hold out. Hope.
Speaker 3 (11:35):
I've done my power rankings, on which I appear on
the whole of podcast every week.
Speaker 4 (11:38):
I'll get little teaser right now.
Speaker 3 (11:40):
I went to bed last night, but the Ravens a
my bottom five, okay, and this this morning, I changed
it because there's still small, small chance that Lamar Jackson's back.
By the way, you want to know why Lamarn Jackson
the best playing football? You want to why's best Scordre
at football? Okay, this game proved it, not because they
got blown out because I was the Demons is bad.
But this game, even though even if they lost his
(12:00):
game to Houston, it would have this would have been
as bad as lost with Lamar in there.
Speaker 4 (12:05):
Okay.
Speaker 3 (12:06):
So when you people doubt me and tell me why
Lamar is the best playing football, games like these are
only make that point.
Speaker 4 (12:12):
Trying to point home Okay.
Speaker 3 (12:15):
So yeah, I hold out hope because he could be
back as early as this week. They have been Rams
this week, then a bye and then the schedule gets softer.
Now here's the question. Will the Ravens get healthier in time?
I still think the seventh seed in the in the
in the in the in the playoffs, Pitcher, it is
(12:36):
gonna be wide open because I I there's a lot
of teams that are you know, like Jaguars are pretty good,
and yeah, well these seen Broncos are really good.
Speaker 4 (12:42):
But first for starters, I'm not even certain that the
Steelers are that good.
Speaker 3 (12:48):
I'm a still I have question to Steeler even though
they're what three and one are now, I still course
how good they are. And there's still two games in
the schedule that the Balls have to play Pifford this year,
So if they win those both those games and get
and get hot things around, so to me, they're not
even out of the AFC North race as is, just
because how good they are and the schedule and winning
at Lamar Back and whatnot, and other teams around them.
Speaker 4 (13:09):
The Bengals stink. The Bengals are done so the rounds,
so I can't rule it out there yet.
Speaker 3 (13:14):
Plus we just saw last year the Bengals almost make
the playoff last year after the stolen year what oh
and three four, and then they were they were like
below five hundred for a good third of the year
and then they caught hot, got red hot. I mean,
unless you're believing in these teams the AFC, the due
they're doing now, you know what I mean.
Speaker 4 (13:33):
But but it's a problem. It's a problem. They got
geting healthy. First off.
Speaker 3 (13:38):
If the hell they're not getting healthy, then then they're
ne're done. But I think they'll probably get healthy er
in the next two weeks. We'll see, but maybe they
are done. But I'm not ready to check mark that
just yet fully because i think, like I said, the schedule,
the AFC is still I'm still having belief issues on
some of these teams. They're now are ascending. I'm not
(13:59):
fully there yet, all right, Number three, semmy Buccaneers are
a problem. And yes, I get it, they're winning games close,
and but these are the games that you were you're
graded by can you win games down the stretch and
play clutch By the way, Baker Mayfield is right now,
the MVPD, the NFL right now, also, Todd Bowles has
(14:22):
a great case for Coach of the Year. Okay, this
Bucks team, we know is a solid team. We know
we all said that it'd be a ten win team.
Maybe maybe they lucky eleven to wins.
Speaker 4 (14:32):
But that's what that was.
Speaker 3 (14:33):
That was that was their ceiling. Bro No, this team
might get in the one seed in NFC. Okay, Philadelphia's
kind of sort of sleepwalk right now. They lost their
first game in the year is Denver. Tampa, you know,
lost to Philadelphia, but came back late in that game
and they were banked it as well too.
Speaker 4 (14:53):
Tampa's a problem.
Speaker 3 (14:54):
I mean, I'm almost ready put in sup Bowl tender
now because Baker Mayfield is a gamer. They have great players.
They're gonna get healthier. This is all, by the way,
Mike Evans still out. You know, there's Jim bus is
the kid they number two. There's a gym bussing name
is the receiver? Oh no, Babuka whatever his name is.
Think about the guy from Seattle. They're gonna get healthier.
(15:16):
They didn't get guys back. And now what so the
Bucks are problem and I will go ahead and say it.
They are a super contender. I can see them playing
in stall game this year. Okay, I think that race
number two in the NFC. We started the Europe saying
Packers number two the NFC. They went to the Rams
last week, and then they pulled up that bullshit against
the Niners last week.
Speaker 4 (15:36):
Maybe it's the Bucks. Who knows.
Speaker 3 (15:40):
What we do know is the NFC is really tough,
all right. Fourth thing here, the Colts win. It's Vegas,
not surprising, but the response and the way they won
that game sell out to me. I said, I said,
you guys last week in the podcast that what my
takeaways last week was that in week four was that
the Colts losing that game to the Rams. They lost
that game. They they the Rams don't win that game.
(16:01):
The Colts lost that game. They made mistakes, but they
were in that game. They were competitive the way through.
And then they responded this week and whinning, we're don't
even the way you're supposed to against the team that
that quite franking stinks. Now the Raiders stink. The Raiders
are terrible. Okay, that's a lot to me. The AFC
right now feels wide open across the board. Like Buffalo
(16:24):
lost the New England. You're still a great team, but
Buffalo has does not Buffalo. There's there's a lot of things,
but Buffalo that that's still concerned me. You know, KC
last night, So I happened in Jacksonville, Baltimore is right
right now, right now, bottle the bar right now currently.
So there is really there. There are, in my opinion,
in the AFC, no real runaways. Okay, so the Colts
(16:47):
as a contender might be by default at this point. Okay, Look,
is Buffalo the favorites to win the AFC?
Speaker 4 (16:55):
Yes? Are they the heavy favorites? I can't say that.
Speaker 3 (17:00):
Okay, they have Josh Allen, but beyond that, who knows
the Colts what they do? And I've been saying this
is week one, is sustainable. They run the ball well.
Daniel Jones is playing really good football, and he's another
one in the MV discussion MVP discussion along with Jonathan Taylor. Okay,
I think there, I think I'm there, I think and
it's by default because of the other things happening in
(17:22):
the conference. Well too, I think I'm there in the
Colts that they are a super contender now by default?
All right, another team here get four in the AFC,
five by fifth take away here. Okay, I gotta apologize
to Broncos and Broncos fans. Yeah, you guys are serious.
You guys are two bounces from being five. And oh
(17:43):
you guys should have beaten the Colts in week in
week two. Okay, you got the penalty in the game,
the penaltyon on the on the missfield goal and again
Nicoles gonta rekick and they won the game. The de
charges game. You guys had that head of dead rights.
You guys be EASi lea five and oh right now, Okay,
I been apprehensive. I'm buying on the Broncos because I'm
(18:03):
not a big boon mixed guy. Like he's solid, but
I'm not. I'm not there yet with bow Knicks. But
uh yeah, you win in Philadelphia like that, and he
has some really quality win this year two also and
seemingly and watching it every week. Yeah, this is a
really good team. Am I ready to go as far
as called school contender? Actually probably because they are again
(18:26):
looking the rest of looking scope for the AFC. The
charters are back up now, Charters now lost to the row. Okay, also,
charters are gonna lose their running back for a little while.
Speaker 4 (18:35):
Hampton. Things a thing. We're in the AMC.
Speaker 3 (18:38):
Man, things are very weird in the AMC. So yeah,
that's that's where I'm at now Week five. I had
a lot more I could add here, but honestly, it's
been a wonky season.
Speaker 4 (18:49):
My gambling.
Speaker 3 (18:50):
My gambling losses only show that, you know. But uh yeah,
it's been a really really strange NFL years so far.
Now it SARTs of the Baseball playoffs, which is around here.
I I do love the playoffs structure. They is well
playoffs so far Baseball, you know, obviously Waldcar run Wadcar
rounds three three games, the Mission rounds five games, then
(19:12):
the Champion Series and a Wild Series the seven games each.
Speaker 4 (19:14):
I love it.
Speaker 3 (19:15):
And for some reason this year the playoffs to me anyway,
something I don't know what it is, but it's felt
more important in ways has in the past.
Speaker 4 (19:24):
I don't know. It's it just feels I don't know.
I know there's a structures chick a little bit. I
don't know.
Speaker 3 (19:27):
I don' know what's happened, but it just feels important now,
even more important than it has in recent years.
Speaker 4 (19:33):
You know what I mean.
Speaker 3 (19:33):
I'm not saying rains even better olth The rings is
probably a little bit decent now, but it just feels
more important. You know, the America Leagues wide open, you know,
ye right now, the Yankees and the Phillies and information
Phillies and Daughters series two old Daughters they go back
to they go to Donner Stadium for Game three and four.
Speaker 4 (19:50):
Okay, up to nothing.
Speaker 3 (19:52):
I mean that's you know, I'm not gonna might I
might put the Phillies a bad yet just yet, but
damn the Yankees meanwhile got the doors bowed off from
gainst the Blue Jays in the first two games.
Speaker 4 (20:05):
Is aaron who knows?
Speaker 3 (20:07):
You know, you know, there's there there are expectations when
playing or managing a team like the Yankees, who were
the probably the most popular sports franchise in all in
all sports, American sports. You know, it's a lot going
on there. Uh Cubs that now brows up to nothing
gets the Cubs now in their series? Uh what I'm
missing here? Got two nothing, Yankees down to nothing. Let's
(20:30):
just say Blue Jays seattles one nothing nothing in their series.
Speaker 4 (20:33):
I believe.
Speaker 3 (20:36):
I think to one thing too? Nothing comings that what
is by? I went for Seattle win the whole thing
for Mariners. I love I love the cal Raley story.
Let me see that way we actually check that, make
sure of that, right cause I don't want to say
things here out of pocket that that that makes no sense.
Speaker 4 (20:50):
So I know Seattle won the other night.
Speaker 3 (20:52):
Yeah, I think there are two nothing actually though, yeah,
let me see that Seattle, so Seattle one game game two.
Speaker 4 (21:00):
And then.
Speaker 3 (21:02):
Yeah, no, no's one one Detroit one game one. That
was that was the extra endings game. That's right, So
one ones. That's why the best, That's why the most.
That's obviously the most competit series right now going in
in individual round Miami for Seattle to win the whole thing.
It's been a fun it's been a fun playoffs. I
I really enjoyed it, really really have enjoyed it.
Speaker 4 (21:18):
All right.
Speaker 3 (21:19):
Some music news here, As you know, Taalors fifty album
came out last week. Life of the Showgirls, released last
week August October third, has achieved massive sale figures in
its first days, so many figures here. First day of sales,
two point similar copies combining physical and digital downloads were
sold in the US, and the first day alone this
figure immediately made it the second largest.
Speaker 4 (21:40):
Sales week for any album in the mount of era.
Speaker 3 (21:42):
Uh, second only the Dallas twenty five, which it sold
three point three million in the first week as well.
Speaker 4 (21:47):
That's fucking amazing, huh.
Speaker 3 (21:49):
The album insteady became the first best selling album of
twenty twenty five based on this first day performance. And
so the vinyls actually, which I'm a big final guy,
of course, it broke the modern era record for the
most vinyl albums sold in a single week. One point
two vinyl copies sold on its release day the first
week projections where you will get later in the week.
It has on track to achieve an opening week total
(22:09):
up between three millions people five million, between between three
and three point five million equivalent album and units. This
puts it in the contention for to potentially break Adell's
first week sales record. And yet when you hear all
the reviews from not just critics, because critics you give
them take because because a lot of those critics also
(22:30):
have agenda to be passed two also, but from actual
fans and actual Taylor Swift fans has been very mixed
and in fact, I.
Speaker 4 (22:38):
Will actually lean negative honestly.
Speaker 3 (22:40):
Now, I've heard only one song on the album that
was the song would that's the one I think it's
supposedly about, uh, Travis Kelcey and you know his whatever
you know, I mean, you know his thing. It's not
a bad song.
Speaker 4 (22:54):
It has it.
Speaker 3 (22:54):
The intro sounds like a Jackson five song I Want
You Back. Like I said, I'm not a Taylor. I
think he's a nice, nice person. I root for her
because she's a nice person. I get people white frustration
and people are tired of her and in oversaturation.
Speaker 4 (23:09):
But this is the market. This is the market we
are now, this is this is what the market is today.
Speaker 3 (23:12):
You know, you have to be accessible and people, I
think what I don't get with people sometimes they don't
understand why she's as big as she is. Okay, the
reason why is because she's relatable. Is that she's not Beyonce,
who's not relatable. She's you know, It's the same thing
I keep telling you guys, why why Rihanna is so popular?
Speaker 4 (23:32):
Still? Rihanna's relatable to people? Like, what was the thing?
Speaker 3 (23:35):
I was? What was the the the analogy I us
last year in the podcast where I said that if
you were to smoke weed with someone.
Speaker 4 (23:43):
Who you think would be smoking. What are the odds
you you spoke with Rihanna versus Beyonce.
Speaker 3 (23:47):
Rihann be the ones from we with right Who is
someone you would probably see in a random target a
Walmart right now?
Speaker 4 (23:54):
Okay, Taylor or Beyonce is Taylor.
Speaker 3 (23:57):
Taylor is much more accessible, relatable, and so while you
may not like the content she's putting out there, in
necessarily in the music people like that. People are responding
to that. And that's the MA and and and that's
the bottom line. That's what the market wants. The market
is the market. I keep telling you guys. The data
is the data. Okay, the data is the data. Okay,
(24:18):
you may not like Tail Swift, but people are buying
the records. Okay, that's the bottom line. So you're better
off getting out of your feelings about it.
Speaker 4 (24:27):
Okay. You know this girl is huge. She's huge.
Speaker 3 (24:31):
Okay, and I've said it already on record. We've had
three phenomenons in the history of of music. We had
obviously the Beatles, we have Elvis, we have Michael Jackson. Okay,
the three biggest phenomenons in history of music. Okay, Taylor
Swift might be the fourth one. She's chucking out all
the boxes that require me to say, yes, you are
(24:53):
the fourth one.
Speaker 4 (24:55):
That's simple. That's simple. So I'm go cure.
Speaker 3 (25:00):
Here is how the how the album, how the album
sells overall, will sell twenty million copies?
Speaker 4 (25:05):
Will self?
Speaker 3 (25:05):
You know, because yes, the hype is real. You know,
there are a lot of people who are who prior
to the album. But is this record sustainable? Because again,
the the reviews are very negative. I'm mixed the best,
but most of them I've seen and I might even
trying to find negative ones. But everybody, everybody I've I've
seen it on TikTok and and even my personal friends
(25:26):
who love her have not been as enthusiastic about the
record as they were about.
Speaker 4 (25:30):
Her past records. That's just the reality. So we'll see
how it goes. But you know, we'll we'll we'll update
and see where she's in sales wise, But I think she'll.
Speaker 3 (25:40):
Break Adella's a record, youante, because there's still enough hype.
Speaker 4 (25:43):
You know.
Speaker 3 (25:44):
Some sad news and comes in terms of UH celebrities here,
including the one I really I've always loved, Keith Urban
and the cole Kimmen has split up The Cold Kimmen
filed for divorce from Keith Urban on September thirtieth after
nineteen years of marriage, citing irreconsolable differences in the court documents.
Speaker 4 (26:06):
While that is the legal reason.
Speaker 3 (26:07):
Reports from various sources suggest several things set factors to
the split.
Speaker 4 (26:13):
Number one distance the business schedules.
Speaker 3 (26:15):
The couple was poorly living apart since the beginning of
the summer of twenty twenty five due to the demanding's careers.
Kimmin was filming products like Practical Magic Too in London,
while Urban was on his High and Live World tour,
which poorly led to a lack of intimacy and growing
apart and balance of Chris. Report sources indicated also strained
over a balance of professional lives. Keith Urban was poorly
used used to her being supportive for in his career,
(26:37):
but she didn't feel the same level of support from
him as her own acting career and testified now. Sources
have claimed that Keith Urban was the one who initiated separation,
expressed in his unhappiness and callt got issues in the marriage,
which poorly blindside Nicole Kimmen.
Speaker 4 (26:51):
Source state Kimmen did not want this and was trying
to save the marriage.
Speaker 3 (26:55):
The reports also that Urban had moved on with another woman,
with sources close Kimmin did not this, though it reportedly
left her feeling shocked. Now in terms of a prenuptial
agreement clause, reports suggests also highlight a clause in their
prenuptial agreement tied to Urban sobriety, which entitles him to
a large payout for remaining for maining sober throughout the marriage.
(27:17):
Sources claim this create attention, which with kim In allegedly
feeling furious and betrayed that she would have to pay
to some following the breakdown of the marriage, sad. I
I've always been a Nicole kimmen fan. I think she's beautiful.
I think she's still aging.
Speaker 4 (27:36):
Well. She hasn't work done obviously, but she's in the
late fifties. Said to see that. I hate seeing marriages
that last long. Nineteen years.
Speaker 3 (27:46):
You know my wife bearit don't Last week she goes,
I told what the news about this? She's like, She's like,
A you know, could we've been married for nineteen years.
She's like all together, twenteens Whether she goes this is
a sign I go stop. It's not a sign stop.
Speaker 4 (27:56):
It as sad to see that when you have kids.
Bault too also, I think kids, I think the kids
is pretty young. Hate seeing that. But it's a very
sad story, it really is.
Speaker 3 (28:07):
And again I don't want to sit there and and
and you know, give them the spotlight and that in
that way, because you know they're they're the celebrities and
people get divorced every day.
Speaker 4 (28:15):
But I don't like. I don't like it.
Speaker 3 (28:17):
I don't like, you know, marriages that last that long
and when no one's trying to fix it, especial when
you invest so much time into it, you know, I
mean you invest so much years into it.
Speaker 4 (28:27):
You know that that that's the part that really upsets
me as a.
Speaker 3 (28:31):
Someone who's I wouldn't go so far as as call
myself a hope of romantic but I do love romance.
I do love relationships. I do love the the beauty
of relationships and growing in with a couple. You know,
It's what I always I always talk about that with
my wife, and you know how I love being with
her and love even through our challenges. And I appreciate
(28:54):
that because it keeps iron Truby's iron. You know what
I'm saying, and it's sad that it's unfortunately another situation
where it was divorce. You know, it sucks, but that'st
reality of today and that's all you know.
Speaker 4 (29:08):
All right?
Speaker 3 (29:08):
I want to ask the thing I got to hear
shocking story here out of Indianapolis here, So you guys
know Mark Sanchez, Mark sentence is the excuse me? He
is the former Jets quarterback took two title games on
the Rex Ryan in two ten and eleven.
Speaker 4 (29:23):
Thing was he got apparently did he? So we'll go
to the news. Okay.
Speaker 3 (29:30):
So on Saturday morning, twelve thirty am, Santez was involved
in altercation in the alley outside of a pub in
Indianapolis where he was scheduled to cover the game for
Fox Sports. He was injured in an incident and take
to nearby hospital. We was reported to being stable condition.
He got stabbed for a leave. The two report came
in that he was stabbed. Okay, so corner reports and
charging documents. Sanchez allegedly confronts a sixt nine year old
(29:51):
truck driver who was picking up frying oil from a hotel.
The dispute was probably about the man's park vehicle. The
situations escalated and it was alleged that Sanchez through or
shoved the mand resulting an elaceration to his face. By
the way, I saw a picture of the guy also
two and they looked at at all. The truck driver
be portly Troy investigators. His first use, he first just
(30:13):
pepper spray to defend himself and when he did that
didn't stop Sanchez. He stabbed him two or three times.
Sanchez suffered several stab rooms to his upper right towards
the area area. By the way, there's the video the
teams he put out this boarding. Check it out Surveilan's
video of Sanchez walking on the road struggling holding his
(30:34):
torso when he got stabbed. In terms of charge of
legal status, Sanchester Storty is old was arrested at the
hospital for his leged role in the incident. He was
charged with three missmaeners, battery resulting in body injury unauthorized.
Speaker 4 (30:46):
Uh what's that? Sorry about that? I'm reading it here unauthorized.
Speaker 3 (30:51):
He was charged of misspreaener, battery, unauthorized entry vehicle, and
public intoxication.
Speaker 4 (30:56):
The man who stabbed Sanchez claimed.
Speaker 3 (30:58):
He acted in self defense, which police believe was consistent
with hotels to mean Bilio now Central spred up to
service analysts for the Colts Raiders game on Sunday, but
that he did not work.
Speaker 4 (31:09):
It was a place like Grady Quinn Fox.
Speaker 3 (31:11):
Sports statement expressing his granty for the doctors and staff,
a requesting privacy for Sanchez and his family.
Speaker 4 (31:17):
Now he the uh his charge. Now he got three
miss beans.
Speaker 3 (31:21):
Addtionally, that got upgrading to a level five felony charge
for battery involve serious value injury. And now this charge
can carry a prison term of one to six years
and a fine up to ten thousand dollars in Indiana.
I think it can sell out of court, honestly. But
you know what's bad when you're the one that got
stabbed and yet you're the one that's also got arrested
(31:43):
and charged. And it looks like this, this this, it
looks like the story is very fluid in a way
where he's not even challenging this, like I don't know
if he's pleaded guilty, not guilty, interesting yet, but the
way the story's going, it looks like that this guy
was in the right. And I'm sorry, what is Martens doing?
Speaker 4 (32:02):
What are you doing? So you're throwing. You're throwing your
own tire career now if I go through.
Speaker 3 (32:06):
Your career doing this shit. Okay, you got stabbed and
you still got arrested. How how dumb can you be?
How fucking dumb can you be?
Speaker 2 (32:15):
You know?
Speaker 1 (32:15):
Bro?
Speaker 4 (32:16):
How can you how dumb can you be? You know?
Speaker 3 (32:21):
I guess the butt fumbles enough now so we remember
him now for a guy that but fumble number one
and then now got stabbed and still got arrested because
he was one of the wrong so really really messed
up here, So anyway that would do it for me?
