As many of you know I have been doing shadow work with clients as well as in my personal life. And my guest for this episode of Empowering Chats captures this same theme in her book, Astrology and Shadow Work. I am excited to welcome author and astrologist, Catherine Gerdes to this powerful chat.
When I opened Catherine’s book, I was caught by this aspect of combining shadow work with astrology.
According to Catherine we are all born with a cosmic blueprint which when followed or lived allows us to come back home to ourselves and connect to the essence of who we are.
In her book, Catherine presents a detailed exploration of the twelve sun signs and their shadow aspects. She guides us, the reader by showing us how to turn our birth chart into a practical road map for self-discovery.
