La definición que encontramos en el diccionario es la de “fobia a los extranjeros”. Pero vamos más allá. Partimos de la base de que el ser humano, para sobrevivir, tiene la necesidad de formar parte de un grupo. Ése es uno de los cinco motivos universales que nos impulsan a vivir en sociedad -que también te contamos en el podcast-.
Pero ¿por qué en tantas ocasiones vemos a “los otros”, al “otro grupo”, con peores cualidades que las de aquellos que pertenecen a nuestro grupo? ¿Qué podemos hacer para luchar contra este sentimiento de infravalorar a los que no forman parte de nuestro grupo?
