NYC Mayor Elect Mamdani's Rental Freeze Will Destroy NYC Housing Market

have a very important topic for today's show. But I'm
gonna make the show very short today because I got
a lot of stuff to do. So, but the topic
for today's show is Mayor New York City Mayor elect
ma'm donnie's rental freeze will destroy New York City housing market.

So let's quickly get right into this. New York City
Mayor elect ma'm donnie has a planned to for rental freeze,
and if that plan goes into effect, it will destroy
the New York City housing market. It will absolutely destroy it.

And if that gets destroyed, that destroys also New York
State as well. And to prove this, to prove this,
there's already some proof that many people, many people, including
many businesses are just looking into already they're looking into

housing and places in other states, even like in Connecticut
and Florida and stuff like that. They're already looking into
it because relators in those other states are already saying
that they're listings, that they're or whatever they call it,

are really booming with people from New York City that
are looking into real estate, and they're states like in
Connecticut and Florida and stuff like that, so it's already
started to happen now in a sense that the people

are already looking into real estate in other states. So
there's nothing written in stone yet, but they're already looking
into it. So if they're looking into it, that means
they're interested, possibly in moving. So I hope Mayor Elect

Mamdonni takes this really into consideration and thinks about this
and has a backup plan for this. So it's in
order to help deal with the New York City housing
market that will be destroyed if New York City Mayor
Elect Mamdonni has his rental freeze put into place. So
