Speaker 1 (00:15):
Hey, everybody, welcome to today's show. Welcome to Equality and
Writes for Role. I'm your host, Anthony lavery good Duke,
and we have a very interesting topic for today's show
in which it is Trump's problems with transgender people and
also Trump's problems with companies and agencies deis. So let's
(00:37):
get right into this. Let's get right into the first part,
Trump's major problems with the LGBT community, but more specifically
towards transgender people. The newest thing that Trump has done
against trans people is he said that they're no longer
(01:00):
allowed to join the military. So excuse me, what's to stop? Huh? So,
sorry about that. I had to get taken care of.
(01:23):
But anyways, Trump's problems with transgender people that has expanded
it now into they're not allowed to join the military.
They're not allowed. So for those that want to defend
this country, who are capable of defending this country, they're
not allowed to. Now, you know a lot of people
(01:54):
in the LGBT community are outraged about it, and rightfully so.
So I don't know, I don't I don't even know
what to say to that. I mean, we all knew
this was coming. We all knew that this was coming. Okay,
(02:18):
So but anyways, now let's get into the second part.
Trump's problems with companies and agencies deis. And for those
people out there who don't know what DEI s are,
DEI stand for diversity, equity and inclusion. Okay, And so
(02:46):
latest update on that is, you know, uh, he's forcing
a lot of agencies and companies to get rid of
their uh DEI agendas. They're getting rid of their DEI agendas.
(03:11):
So there's no longer diversity and inclusion. And here's here's
another example. Trump does not want the military to discuss
about uh, black people in aviation, how they helped, how
(03:33):
they historically helped the United States in aviation, and like, uh,
the Air Force is not allowed to uh discuss anything
about education about black people's history and and aviation and
(03:54):
stuff like that. They're no longer allowed to talk about that.
And now here's the other newest thing that Trump and
the Republicans in Congress are doing with that horrific, with
that horrific playing a helicopter crash that killed I think
(04:17):
at least thirty people in Washington, d C. Trump is
blaming that on the Democrats and all this other stuff.
But he's also blaming it on DEIS, and he's saying
that it's because of women and black people are within
(04:42):
the FAA or whatever, you know, whatever agency that is
that deals with air transportation and stuff. But he's blaming
that there's this horrific crash on women and black people
being in the FAA or whatever. It is ridiculous. It
(05:09):
has nothing to do with that. There has nothing to
do with DEIS. A horrific crash was because supposedly because
there was no communication for the helicopter and the airplane.
(05:32):
There was, you know, probably some miscommunication or whatever, but
it had nothing to do with DEIS. But Trump wants
to blame DEIES, which is ridiculous, ridiculous, has nothing to
do with it. But this is what the Republicans and
(05:56):
the mad people elected into office. So but anyways, I
wanted to remind all my fans a couple of things. Actually,
I wanted to stipulate something. Just give me one moment.
I want to get to it first so I can
(06:18):
read it properly. Hold, I'll give me one minute. This program,

surprise to me, but I got this is really great news.
