Mos è nata e cresciuta ad Atene, dove ha studiato e lavorato come avvocato. A metà anni '90 si è trasferita a Milano. Quando sua figlia Emilia le ha proposto di portare avanti questo progetto non si è tirata indietro, dato il suo forte amore per lingua e cultura greche, diventando la "mamma greca" della community!
Emilia ha studiato al Liceo Classico e poi ha proseguito il suo percorso nell’ambito della comunicazione per specializzarsi in comunicazione d’impresa, relazioni pubbliche e brand strategy. Metà italiana e metà greca, naturalmente bilingue, per Emilia Greek Mama Says rappresenta le sue due anime: la Grecia e l’Italia!
