Welcome to this meditation. Let's sitdown with our feet. Somebody is placed
on the earth, and what comfortableposition suits past for you. We can

sit straight with your legs folded.Where you can sit with your back against
a wall. We're on a chairwith your feet placed firmly on the floor.

Making sure you feel comfortable. Saytaking yourself away from any of the
distractions that life gives you, allowingyourself to just enter the space how you're

in. Now. Become aware ofthe tensions that you may feel within your
body at this moment. You mayfeel specific parts of your body are holding

this tension. Be your shoulders aretensed, your jaw be tight, your
tongue, your feet. Try topay attention to your body and understand the

feelings that you're having in this moment. Noticing way your tension is attaching yourself

into your body, you can startto breathe through this tension, through this
tightness. Focus your attention towards thesepaying points and start to breathe deeply.

Start to unwind mind from your busyday, the day you're about to have.
Be here with yourself in this moment, Be present except all the tensions

that you're feeling breathing. Through adeep breathing and a long breath out,
you can start to be aware ofthe cold eye that is being inhaled through

your nose and warm air that isbeing exhaled up from your mouth. Continue

to notice the colder being inhaled inthe warm man that's being exhaled. Focus
your attention and their eyes and thefall of your natural brass. Remember that

to be within, to love ourselves, to accept all the tensions, to

breathe through them, and to letthem go. If you notice that someone

wanted, thoughts, doubts, fairs, anxieties keep occurring in your mind,
keep coming through talks at you tochange the way of thinking. Always know

that you can change this. Youhave the choice to stop those thoughts,
to turn your inner language and toopositive, constructive, fulfilling possibilities, love

and compassion to yourself at this moment, and always accepting the sensations are passing

by. Notice them, be awareof them, sit with them, watch
them. But as you by beingaware at these moments of the tightness,

it can make you feel that uneasy, uncontrollable feeling these negative thoughts may have
on you. You can accept themfor what they are and you can let

is just for you, for youto relax and discover this in a perfect
place of safe peace, joy lovewithin you. This is your safe place

You can feel a sense of serenityand complete joy. Are sure existing

in a place of peace and relaxation. Remember, if you start to feel

that way and accept that feeling.Let's start to bring your attention to the

surroundings where you are, to theroom that you are in, the space
you are in, The noises arearound you. Start to listen to them,

start to bring yourself back into thespace, preparing yourself for the day
ahead, all for the night,and always knowing throughout the day, through

these noises you can still feel calm, relaxed. You can always bring yourself
back to the present moment. Butto feel in this way, when anything

starts to distract you, to hurtyou, to change your emotions to negative,
you know you have the choice tolet that go, accept let that
go, and come back to thepresent moment. I'm nothing can hurt you.
