Visualization is an effective relaxation technique thatallows you to take a mental vacation
to reduce stress, decrease anxiety,and experience full body relaxation. Take a

and make some slight adjustments to increaseyour comfort. Take a deep breath in,

as you sit or lie down inthe sun. It is a pleasant day,

the grass whispering, See the mixof meadow grasses, clover wildflowers around

you. Watch a small ladybug climba blade of grass, climbing up toward

your eyes and listening to the soundsof the meadow. Hear birds singing,

turning your face up toward the sky, eyes closed, enjoying the warmth of
