Today's upload is all about how it's important to know the place and time to deal with difficult situations in different ways. How you begin a conversation can either go very well or very bad. What you say in a conversation can determine the complete outcome of a situation. Know who you're addressing and understand the challenges you're facing with confrontation. Getting someone to look at themselves with fault or sometimes finding fault in self, can be quite confusing and upsetting. Other times there's no fault at all, just the stress of life can cause people to response badly. We all have triggers and don't really know what they are, until it's activated.
