Speaker 1 (00:35):
God is our refuge and strength, and ever present help
in trouble. Therefore I will not fear, though the earth
may give way, and the mountains may fall into the
heart of the sea, though its waters roar and foam,

(00:57):
and the mountains quake with their surgeon. There is a
river whose streams make glad, the city of God, the
holy place where most high dwells. God is within her.

(01:18):
She will not fall. God will help her. At the
break of day, nations are in uproar, kingdoms fall. He
lifts his voice, the earth melts. The Lord Almighty is
with us. The God of Jacob is our fortress. Come

(01:45):
and see what the Lord has done, the desolation he
has brought upon the earth. He makes wars, sees to
the end of the earth, breaks the bow and shatters
the spear. He burns the shield with fire. Well, that's

(02:19):
from Psalms forty six, and as you know, psalms were
to be sung. Of course I didn't exactly sing that.
I just kind of read it. But we're supposed to
pray the psalms to God with joy in our hearts,

(02:43):
because God has come to rescue us. He has come
to offer us guidance. He has come to offer us
a better way. But we're human, and with being human

(03:07):
comes a lot of problems. One of the biggest is
we don't listen, that we turn our backs on God,
that we worship false idols. We turn our attention towards

(03:31):
greed and things as opposed to opening our hearts to
God's love and the understanding that when we do so,
he will always take care of us. We get scared
and think that God is no longer holding us our hands,

(03:52):
He is no longer protecting us because we see danger
ahead and that we have to go straight through it.
But if we ask God for his hand, he will
offer it and he will guide us through every danger

(04:14):
we face. We just have to ask, and we have
to stop being afraid that we have to stop looking
away from His love and stop picking up the false idols.

(04:38):
If we look at what our world looks like today,
the people of Gaza being starved, it isn't that they
are suffering starvation, it is that another government is literally
starving them. Why are they starving them because they're afraid

(05:00):
that the Palestinian people are going to take away the
land that they believe that God has given them. Instead
of following the faith that was handed to them through
the generations. They're following something else. We see massive people

(05:25):
being ripped from their homes in other countries because the
tyrant leader wants everything for himself. He wants the loyalty,
he wants the love, and he wants everyone to worship

(05:52):
him instead of God. We see these things and knowingly
we placed some of these people into the offices that
they are at. And how did we get tricked into

(06:15):
it is because we weren't paying attention to what God
wanted for us, that we stop looking and believing what
God's love could do for us to care for us,

(06:35):
that we focused our attention somewhere else. That's true, We
did that. And that's just two leaders in our world
today that are misguided. I don't want to say that

(07:01):
they're evil, because that's that's pacing a judgment that only God,
our creator, can actually put there. So we'll leave it misguided.
We have to ourselves. We cannot put these leaders back

(07:25):
on on on on God's path. They have to do
that themselves. But what we can do is accept God ourselves,
and while this storm that is being raged by these
other people, while that storm rages, we can pray and

(07:54):
we place our faith in to God, and he will
guide us. He will guide us through the danger. He
will guide us through the storm that we are seeing
around us. He will guide us and take us to
our path along the way. Yes, we can help others

(08:14):
that want to come on the path with us. Yes
we can do that. We can help them find God's love.
And the biggest way that we will actually do that
is because we will do this by our example. We
have a great example if we follow in the real

(08:36):
footsteps and words that Jesus Christ has given to us.
We know that everybody is worth being loved by God,
that there are no people who are supposed to be
left out. It doesn't matter gender, identity, or color or faith.

(09:04):
All faiths, all real faith preach the same exact thing,
love and guidance, guidance towards a divine love. That is
all all faiths preach that. And as long as they're
preaching faith to a single creator, a single God, the

(09:29):
God that that has put that divine love into us,
that has placed all of these things deep inside of us,
all we have to do is look inside of ourselves
and activate them. As long as we do that, we're
following God's word, temptations will happen. Yes, we will have

(09:59):
to cross trouble waters. Yes we will have to cross
the slides as mountains fall into the water. Yes we will.
But if we ask God for his guidance and his hand,

(10:20):
we will find it. For all those in Gaza who
are being starved right now, God is there on that
land to take those people home to where his love is.
He is there, He hasn't forsaken them. All we have

(10:47):
to do is open our hearts to God and we
will find our way through. And so yes, sometimes he
just simply takes us home to his kingdom, that is true.

(11:18):
But if we place our faith into God, we can
help build part of that kingdom here within ourselves right now.
We don't have to wait until we pass on. We

(11:39):
can start building that now, building the kingdom of love
that God wants for us right now. And all you
have to do is open your heart to His love,
open yourself to that love, and start building it is

(12:07):
that simply put, It is a simple deed to do.
Success does take the work, but if you're working with God,
he'll do a lot of the heaving lifty. Just put

(12:27):
your faith, your trust and your love in him. Lord,
send us your spirit now, and help us to find
your love, to find the tools that you want us
to have, so that we can build your kingdom right
in our own hearts, that we can start building that

(12:48):
faith right within ourselves. We find that brightness right within
ourselves because your spirit enters inside of us through your love,
through that central love that you have placed in each
and every one of us. Help us to open our hearts,

(13:09):
open our lives to your guidance and your way. Amen,
