(00:02):
Making Richard Angela's son made sense.Hi, I'm James L. Junior.
It's the fucking crestaff of the showhere on jael J Media. I know,
and for some people they're like,oh, red conning a term that
I hate that term because the peopleuse that term so much that in some

(00:24):
cases it's not true. But inthis case, there's a bit of red
conning in there. I totally getit. There is because obviously Leonard Turner's
character is supposed was okay, it'san awful story. Okay, Later it's
revealed that Angela's nemesis and God shehates so much, becomes her. It
is her son, and now it'shere's the deal. It makes for good

(00:52):
story. It makes it makes fora great story, and it just does.
I know for some folks it doesn't. But to have you know,
it's because in the end, Richardand Angela's relationship was very interesting. It

(01:15):
wasn't cookie cutter, it wasn't Theygrew to kind of carry each other begrudgingly.
I like the whole frenemies, whichmeans friends and enemies like the Frenemi's
thing. I like the thing whererelationship starts are are they don't fit a

(01:37):
mold because it makes for more story. So in later after we find out
that Richard is his is her son, later decisions are kind of murky because
he starts to become protective. Theyeach kind of in their own way,
start to become a little protective ofthe other because they are related. Now

(02:01):
Angela, they decided to make Angelahad this stillborn child, and that's what
happened, and it was gone andall this stuff and turns out against your
alive, which shows do all thetime. They did all the time.
They did all the time. That'sthat's not uncommon. It's not it's not

(02:25):
uncommon. And uh and the wayDavid Selby played rich was just just was
amazing. He just what what agreat? What a great? Yeah,
it's okay. So before Jacqueline waskilled in shots when she was trying to

(02:49):
help protect her son, her otherson, So there were the whole thing
was about Richard, right, thatRichard and Chase are half brothers. That
she had this news that she hadgiven up Richard for adoption when he was
a baby, but later it Isaid, they recondit differently, right,

(03:16):
And another thing that came out ofthat that I loved was that. I
enjoyed Richard's relationship with his sisters Juliaand Emma, especially when Emma. Him
and Emma became really close again. But writ did episode wherever look she was
like, you know, she mayhave some issues, but she was kind
of smart. So they a soin a way, they didn't go back

(03:42):
in and change something. But itto me, it worked better. I
think you know, when it showsare on for a long time. When
I say a long time, i'mtalking back then twenty two episodes and now
we're talking three or four or fiveseasons, that's a long time time.
Yeah, you may do twist andturns, and sometimes for the better,

(04:05):
and so I was for the worse. I think in this case Richard becoming
Angela's son, it worked. Itworked. It worked for me. I
liked it, had a problem withit. So I don't know how you
guys feel at home who are watchingDasty. You tell you what you think.
You think that it's a it's ait was a good choice to do

(04:26):
or Shay left it alone. Ithink it was a good choice. I
guess that's just me. I'm Jameslautenim this is the fogging Princet Actor Show
and I'll talk to you next time.
