Hey, everybody, welcome back. It is the Rasball Fantasy Baseball Podcast.
I am beat On, joined by the one, the only,
the Fantasy Master authority himself, Gray Albright. How's going over there? Gray? Hey? Good?
Speaker 3 (01:21):
What's going on?
Speaker 1 (01:22):
Beat On?
Speaker 3 (01:22):
I heard through the grape frind aka. I read it
on our podcast outline that you were gonna be going
to some All Star game festivities. Where are you going
to the home run derby? Fill me in.
Speaker 1 (01:37):
I think I'm gonna go to the Saturday activities, which
is the Futures Game. I may or may not leave
after the Futures Game, but at least the Futures Game.
There's like the Celebrity Game and some other things that
happen on Saturday, but the Futures Game will definitely be
worth attending. So I'm gonna go to that, gonna go
to the home Run Derby, why not? Might as well
(01:59):
go do that, and then the All Star Game, so
I wunna go, uh, pretty much all three of the
big days that they're doing their nights.
Speaker 3 (02:07):
I guess you're going to the actual game.
Speaker 2 (02:11):
I am.
Speaker 1 (02:11):
I mean, you know, I've never been to an All
Star game, and it's I don't have to travel over
in a hotel. Most I'll pay for an uber because
parking and driving over in that area can be kind
of a pain. But uh, you get good seats or
I haven't actually bought the seats yet. I'm waiting for
(02:31):
people to freak out because I saw some pretty cheap
prices today. And I'm also waiting to see if if
anybody actually wants to go with me rather than me
just sitting there like a weirdo by myself.
Speaker 3 (02:44):
So just waiting this m you might get a Raspball
listener if if you're in the Georgia area, contact be
done in the comments on YouTube.
Speaker 1 (02:56):
An All Star game, yeah, or if you're just coming
in for the All Star gaming, you don't have to
live here. You know. If you just happen to be
an All Star.
Speaker 3 (03:03):
Game person, someone's already coming in for the All Star Game.
They priory have tickets, so yeah, but on your parade.
But you're not really gonna be sitting with them if
they already that's fine.
Speaker 1 (03:16):
You know. There's a lot of standing areas over there
and cool stuff to do in between the activities. It's
actually a really cool area versus the old Brave Stadium,
which was just I mean, there was the stadium, which
was cool, but then everything there was nothing, nothing around
it for miles. So it's it's the cool area.
Speaker 2 (03:36):
Fine.
Speaker 3 (03:36):
From how far are you from Brave Stadium?
Speaker 1 (03:40):
Probably like thirty minutes.
Speaker 3 (03:43):
Hmm, okay, that's so bad.
Speaker 1 (03:45):
I lived on the northeast corner. It's on the northwest corner.
Speaker 3 (03:51):
Mm hmm, okay.
Speaker 1 (03:53):
I don't know.
Speaker 3 (03:54):
I don't know what that means. I've only been to
the Atlanta Airport. I've never been really to Atlanta, so
I don't know it direction.
Speaker 1 (04:01):
I won't, I will I'm not even gonna run through
it because I know you don't care. So I went
to the Uh.
Speaker 3 (04:08):
Actually you you mentioned the stuff I didn't do. I
went to the home run derby.
Speaker 4 (04:13):
Uh.
Speaker 3 (04:14):
The year it was in Dodger Stadium, which is now,
what was that twenty twenty three? Maybe maybe probably probably
should remember that early early on said.
Speaker 1 (04:31):
Everything kind of blurs at some point. Great, there's a
lot of years to remember.
Speaker 3 (04:34):
It's fine, it's true. Yeah, Actually that's a good point,
Like why do we have to remember all years? Why
I don't even remember.
Speaker 1 (04:46):
Like I know, I should know like every picture and
every every single player on every single team. But you
know what, I have the Internet for that. I don't
really need to memorize it anymore. And it takes up
a lot of a lot of memory, and I quite
frankly need these days, there's just more and more stuff
to get shoved up there.
Speaker 3 (05:06):
Right, it was twenty twenty two. Actually, I just I did.
I did a quick google. Not that, not that I
wasn't listening to you, of course. So anyway, I went
to the home run der But I don't know people
if maybe people remember, but I uh, I went with
Craig Mish and his kid. Craig Mish is Marlin's beat reporter.
(05:29):
And anyway, I went with him his kid and uh
and Koog's and we uh and Craig actually caught one.
Was it one? I think it was once? Was it
Wan Soda or Julio Rodriguez? He caught a home run
(05:50):
in the outfield. Well that's where home runs go right by,
Like we were right by the foul pole, and it
like hooked around the foul pole and he caught it
and he gave it to his kid. And I mean,
I'm not really I'm not the type to get choked
up on stuff. But I was like, I wish I
wish Craig miss was my dad.
Speaker 2 (06:11):
It was beautiful, man, Like he handed the ball, he
handed the home he caught the home run, He caught
it one handed, handed it right to his son.
Speaker 3 (06:20):
And I was like, oh man, I got to go
to the bathroom and cry. It was beautiful. But uh, yeah, no,
it's it's a good time. I didn't go to the game.
I didn't go to that game. I actually this is
gonna this is gonna date myself, like I used to
(06:41):
date myself in high school. Huh in the shower, you
know what I'm saying. No, anyway, Uh, this is gonna uh,
this is gonna date me, but I uh in the uh.
I went to the All Star Game in nineteen eighty nine,
the one where bo Jackson let off the game and
hit a home run. That shows you how old I am.
(07:03):
I went to that All Star game. I didn't Yeah,
I didn't go to this one. I didn't go to
the Dodger at the one in Dodger Stadium because it
was like it was really expensive. So anyway, that's a
long story that went nowhere. Ha Hey, you got you
want to hear more shaggy dog stories? Due we can.
Speaker 1 (07:23):
We can let Gray just talk guys. I just I
just wind him up and let him go. I just
we could just record that and just follow him around
his house as he mumbles to himself whatever. Uh you know,
I gotta be honest Gray. If like I catch an
akunya any cup so pc a Tucker H. Schwarber former cup, Like,
(07:43):
if I catch a home run from one of those guys,
I'm probably not handing it to a kid, oh Tony,
Like I'm not.
Speaker 3 (07:49):
Handing it to a kid.
Speaker 1 (07:50):
I'm probably I'm probably keeping it Like there better be
a be a cute kid standing.
Speaker 3 (07:57):
Next to me, not to not to uh uh uh
A small point in the story that you might have missed.
He handed it to his kid, I understand, but like
the was handed to a random kid who was supposed.
Speaker 1 (08:17):
To right, Like you're supposed to catch a ball and
hand it to like the nearest child, because it's not yours,
catch one from a cup former cub A tani or akunya.
I'm probably keeping it.
Speaker 2 (08:30):
No.
Speaker 3 (08:31):
I know, I cought a foul ball in spring training
off of the bat of Michael Saunders, and I didn't
even hand that to a kid.
Speaker 1 (08:39):
I was like, I've never caught a ball. Leave me alone.
Speaker 3 (08:47):
Anyway.
Speaker 1 (08:48):
I mean, I won't see says Zuki there unfortunately, because
he didn't make the team. Uh. Nor did Michael Bush,
who deserved to make the team. Juan Soto randomlyd in
make the team. Trey Turner, I mean, your boy Andy
Paeys didn't make the team. I mean maybe you were
in charge of voting. Maybe that's why he's not there.
(09:09):
I don't know. Uh. You know, all star stumps are
whatever they are, Like half these guys are gonna end
up on the roster anyways, some way, somehow. But for
our purpose. It's great for fantasy game. Do you do
anything differently here in the second half of the season.
Speaker 3 (09:28):
No, I was thinking when you were mentioning the All
Star Game snubs, I was thinking, how like Juan Soto
probably heard that he was snubbed and he was like, oh, man, shucks,
Now I can't go on a five day vacation at Cancun.
Boy sink.
Speaker 5 (09:44):
This guy.
Speaker 3 (09:45):
You guys are like who I could go play baseball,
or I could go on a vacation with my family
that I haven't seen in three months. I would think
I would think most of them, brother are glad they
didn't make the team, except for maybe like a Michael
Bush who's younger, or like a junior Camerino, or or
Andy Bojes. Sorry Andy Bajes, I was in charge of
(10:08):
the All Star Game voting.
Speaker 2 (10:10):
No.
Speaker 3 (10:11):
I mean, well, next week we'll talk about my top
one hundred for the second half. But I mean, guys
who make the All Star Game or don't, Guys who
are in the Home run Derby who or who aren't.
I mean, it doesn't really I don't think that really
plays into any sort of effect on the second half.
Like you know, some people some people might look at
(10:34):
one guy who's in the in the home run derby,
who then struggles in the second half and be like, oh,
it's because of the home run derby, And the player
himself may even think it's because of the home run derby,
But it really isn't. I mean, it really has no
effect on anything. It's just like if something gets in
a guy's head, then it could turn into something. But
that could be for anything, like if he gets in
(10:56):
the home run derby and he only hits like one
homer and he gets eliminated in the first round, that
could get in his head. Or if he goes to
the final round and wins it and and that mess
and that suddenly gets in his head because it messes
up his swing or something, or on the other side
(11:16):
of it, like you know, the All Star Game or
any of that other any of the any of that nonsense. Really,
I don't think it matters at all, except if he
gets in a guy's head. But anything like you know,
things getting guys heads all the time. Like you know,
it's like if if I, like say, Azuki is like
you know, if it gets in his head, it's like, wait,
(11:36):
am I not good enough? To be at the All
Star Game. Maybe that you know, maybe that turns into something.
But in reality, I mean with say iss Azuki specifically,
I want to be shocked if someone bows out and
he ends up going anyway. So I don't even really
I don't even think he's necessarily not gonna be in
the All Star Game. I think I think you may
(11:57):
end up seeing say this Azuki there, But yeah, I don't.
I think it's all just it's it's all narratives that
don't really mean anything when it comes to like Home
Run Derby's messing up swings or All Star Games messing
up with a guy. I don't. I don't think any
of that really matters. I mean, if it happens, it happens.
But there's no way of planning for that.
Speaker 1 (12:19):
Okay, fair enough. The Nationals fired Mike Rizzo and Dave Martinez.
I mean it's been it's been long enough. They've they've
gone through a very long rebuild. It actually looks like
there's some hope for the future, but they're they're moving
on from a fantasy side. Do you see anything changing,
you know, stolen bases is the biggest thing that comes
(12:40):
to my mind, obviously, been just very plentiful. Do you
think that changes? Uh?
Speaker 3 (12:49):
That would that would stink.
Speaker 2 (12:50):
I I thought, you know, I thought of that, uh
you know, with which we call it, uh, Miguel Cairo
becoming the I think he's the interim manager.
Speaker 3 (13:02):
I doubt they name anyone until the offseason.
Speaker 1 (13:05):
But yeah, I don't know.
Speaker 3 (13:07):
Hopefully. I mean the fact that Miguel Cairo is gonna
be the interim manager. I mean he was the bench coach,
so you would think he probably has the same philosophy
as David Martinez. So hopefully, hopefully nothing changes as far
as how aggressive they are on the base pass.
Speaker 1 (13:26):
Okay, so nothing really changing for you there. Let's move
over to some call ups. Coulson Montgomery called up by
the White Sox number four on Inch's White Sox prospect
lists in the preseason in Tria. This year, he has
sixty games, loving home runs forced one basis, thirty runs,
thirty two RBIs. He's hitting two fifteen, two ninety five
four sixteen, thirty three p K rate and eight percent
(13:48):
walk rate. Are you interested in Coulson Montgomery and in
what leagues? I guess obviously I'll only grab everybody, but beyond.
Speaker 3 (13:56):
That, yeah, right now, I'm not interested. I didn't even
look at uh picking him up in any mix leagues.
I you know, it's like he was in the minors
he had a thirty three percent strikeout rate and was
hitting two fifteen as you mentioned, and what do you
(14:17):
what's that going to become in the majors. Like, I
really don't think he's anywhere close to ready. I don't know.
I don't even know why he got promoted. I honestly,
I don't know prospects as well as like Itch or
other guys, but he does not seem like he's ready
(14:39):
at all for major leagues. Like I mean, he hit
two fifteen in the minors this year, Like I don't like,
what is that? Ian? Last year the previous season he
hit two fourteen, So I guess he got better, I
mean barely. Yeah, I don't think he's ready, But you know,
(15:00):
I guess if you're in a fifteen team mix league
or deeper and you want to take a flyer in case,
like his power translates because he does have good power,
but he doesn't really have speed. And as I keep saying,
he doesn't seem like he makes enough contact to be
like decent so I don't know, man, this one's puzzling.
(15:21):
I don't know why they called him up, to be honest,
unless I'm completely missing something here, But yeah, I wasn't
interested in any leagues outside of like you know, al only,
which you mentioned, or fifteen team mix league if you're
really desperate for upside and you want to try a
guy for like a utility spot. But yeah, I had
(15:43):
no interest.
Speaker 1 (15:44):
Really, Yeah, I'm with you that it really looks like
he's kind of run into a wall at trip Lea.
He had really good numbers going into that, but he's young.
He's twenty three, so youngish, you know. I think he
just needs a little more time in the minors. And
I'm usually the guy that's saying send him up, send
him up, But this just it looks like a case
(16:06):
where the White Sox needed a reason for people to
come to the park and this is what they decided.
Maybe it works, maybe they get some more fans, but
I just don't see this working out for our game.
I agree, if you want a little take a little
lottery ticket. You never know. Maybe he was just dogg
it in Triple A. Maybe they asked him to work
on something specific, but I don't see much here, young
(16:30):
kel for Fernandez was called up by the Rockies. Sixty
four games in Triple A, thirteen home runs, forty three
to thirty nine on the counting stats two eighty three,
forty seven five oh two, fourteen percent strike out rate,
eight and a half percent of walk rate. You know,
genuinely considered less of a prospect, but the numbers look
better in Triple A. What are your thoughts here?
Speaker 3 (16:53):
Oh, actually, I just remember it the Yeah, the baseball
I caught from Michael Son. I just remembered it was
on my desk. Yeah, I actually like Yank kill Fernandez better,
like I better than Montgomery, that is, I you know,
(17:14):
I any guy who's gonna be in Coors for at
least half his games is somewhat interesting. So there's that.
And also like his numbers look pretty good in the
minor leagues, like he was making good contact fourteen percent
strikeout right, Like, I think there could be something there.
I wish he had some speed, but he did. You know,
he did show some power, and course helps a lot
(17:38):
with Babbitt and Bouning average, So there could be something.
There could be something here. I'm definitely more interested in
yank kill Fernandez. I I don't think I'm interested enough
for like a twelve team mix league. I would say
fifteen team mix league or deeper, which is and fifteen
team mix league. It's pretty on the it's pretty borderline
(18:01):
depending on like, you know, because the Rockies they platoon
guys for no reason. I mean, they're just a terribly
run franchise. So if he's getting platooned, you got to
kind of watch out for that. Because he is a lefty,
so there is a little bit element of like, you're
probably better off not starting him against lefties anyway, but
(18:22):
still that's gonna hurt his counting stats. And if you're
in a like a fifteen team mix league that is
a weekly league, which is you know, you lock him
on Monday. If a guy sits a couple of days
a week, that hurts his runs and RBIs and it
hurts his overall value. So I do like him, though,
I mean I would I would probably grab him in
(18:44):
a fifteen team mix league if I had a need.
I don't think. I don't think twelve team yet, but
he could end up being twelve team worthy. Like the
numbers look pretty good, I mean, the contact is not
banned at all, And like I said, cores, so yeah,
I don't mind him.
Speaker 1 (19:04):
Yeah, I pretty much agree with everything you said there.
Cam Shittler was called up by the Yankees across Double
A and Triple A this year. He has sixty seventy
six and two thirds innings, two eight two era A
one two one whip, thirty one point nine percent kra
and an eight point four percent walk rate. Expected to
start Tuesday or Wednesday versus Seattle, are you interested in
(19:26):
picking him up? Are you gonna start him? What are
your thoughts here?
Speaker 5 (19:31):
Yeah, I mean, you know, the uh, the Yankees definitely
could use a uh, a bit of uh you know, good,
a good injection into their rotation from their just from
their minors, so that if he does well, he could
stick around.
Speaker 3 (19:50):
So that immediately is sort of like you know that
that's a that's a good thing.
Speaker 1 (19:56):
Uh.
Speaker 3 (19:56):
And also his minor league numbers don't look terrible either,
you know, and the Yankees really drag their feet on prospects.
So just for the you know, just that he was
in the minors until he was twenty four probably doesn't
mean anything. I mean, it's just like you know, they
they drag their feet. That's this is what they do
as an organization.
Speaker 1 (20:17):
They go to a you know, a.
Speaker 3 (20:20):
Vet before they go to a rookie slash prospect. So yeah,
I think there could be something here, but probably just
a streamer at best at this point in a fifteen
team mixed league or deeper. Like I wouldn't I wouldn't
try him in a twelve team yet. I mean, there's
(20:40):
just too much risk involved with a with a rookie pitcher,
and he doesn't really have great command. So if he's
you know, if he's above a three walk per nine,
even pushing close to a four, he's got to have
a ton of cas to really offset. So I'll be
(21:02):
watching him for sure on Tuesday or Wednesday whenever he
starts versus the Mariners, and you know, the Mariners are
a decent matchup usually, so I mean he could come
out of the gate well and stick around. So yeah,
I'm interested, you know, as much as that is for
(21:22):
you know, watching him and potentially picking him up and
maybe a stream for a fifteen team mix league or deeper,
but yeah, not a not in a twelve team mix
league yet. I think you got to see what he
looks like first before I think we get we get
involved in a twelve team mix league or shallower.
Speaker 1 (21:40):
Yeah, I would agree. I would. I would think if
you have the roster spot, go ahead and grab him.
He does have, you know, high strikeout potential. The walks
are high, but they're not They're not out of control
high at least, so I would go ahead and you know,
scoop him up if you have a roster spot and
see how this start goes. Just kind of avoid the
wave wire or fab battle that may come after you
(22:03):
know he this the start comes out, it does go well.
Versus Seattle, a couple of guys who aren't necessarily you know,
coming out for the first time, but are being brought
back up from Triple A. Let's start in dodger Land
where Estuary Ruiz comes up. Sixty eight games in Triple A,
eight home runs, thirty nine stone bases, he had two
(22:23):
ninety five, three ninety five, four fifty six ta Oscar
and Edmund are both a little banged up, but after
they're back, I'm not sure where he's really gonna fit
in here. Gray, what are your what are your thoughts
on Stuary Reeves? Uh?
Speaker 3 (22:36):
Yeah, I mean as as the time of the recording here.
We don't know really what ta oscars deal is. He
founded the ball off his foot. If he goes to
the IL, then Ruiz might get a little bit more
playing time. But if ta Oscar's fine day to day
and is back in the lineup by like Tuesday, then yeah, yeah,
(22:57):
Ruiz is gonna be useless. So you know, take all
this with a grain of salt. Actually, the the Dodgers
they plan on playing ha Sung Kim. I'm just kidding.
I'm kidding. They never want to play Kim. They signed
him for no reason. That's what the Dodgers did.
Speaker 1 (23:19):
They just wanted to, you know, just grab every single
Asian player they can grab, just help the market out
whether they're going to play or not, right the marketing.
Speaker 3 (23:30):
Yeah, Sung Kim is like, uh, what's he? He's hitting
like three sixty five, and they're like, we don't really
want that.
Speaker 1 (23:38):
We're good.
Speaker 3 (23:40):
It's kind of showing off a little bit, you know
what we're I thought you we would be more of
a modest person coming from what you do. You know,
It's like, come on, you should know better hit three
twenty or something lower, hit lower. Yeah, I don't I
don't know, man, it's so weird because they're like they
(24:00):
had room with Monthsy going down and then they went
right to Enrique Hernandez like like that was like Dave
Roberts definitely has guys that he likes, uh and and
those guys are are Vets.
Speaker 1 (24:14):
For sure bets and they speak English.
Speaker 4 (24:17):
That's yeah, I don't I don't know, man, I don't
know what Dave Roberts deal is, but like Hasung Kim
should really be playing and he's not, So I don't anyway.
Speaker 3 (24:28):
So that's a long way of me saying I don't
think Ruiz is gonna play. I don't really see that happening.
But on top of that, we don't know really what
tay Oscars deal is as of right now. So yeah,
I mean, if you need steels in a deep league,
I guess you could look at Ruiz, but I don't.
I don't think his playing time is going to be there.
Speaker 1 (24:49):
All right. Let's move over to Milwaukee, where Andrew Vaughn
was recalled after getting traded from the White Sox. He
played forty eight games in the Majors for the White Sox,
five home runs, he and triple A. He had two
runs and hit to eleven for the White Sox, got traded.
Sixteen games in Milwaukee's Triple A system. He's hit three
home runs and hitting two fifty nine. You know, I mean,
(25:12):
he was the top prospect at one point. He was
kind of a twenty home run to sixty ish hitter
for a few seasons in a row. What's what's your
thoughts here Andrew Vaughan rejoining the majors?
Speaker 3 (25:26):
Uh? You know, Andrew Vaughn to me brings up the
back to like the Aaron Sevalier and how badly the
Brewers wanted to get rid of him. Because they got
rid of him and they didn't even have any interest
in getting someone that they wanted, Like, I don't like
Andrew Vaughn. Who cares? Yeah, sure, send does Andrew Vaughn whatever,
(25:50):
I mean, he went right to the miners. It was
that was kind of shocking to me that they they
I don't know, I feel like maybe I'm I'm wrong,
Maybe I'm too much like Mike Elias, where I think
my guys are gonna get better, better returns in trades,
so I just I want to hold on to them.
(26:11):
But I would think Andrew Vaughn, like would be more
valuable than going to the minors or I mean, I
don't know, he has been awful. Like, don't get me wrong,
I don't think he's great, but I'm kind of surprised
that Savalier just got back Andrew Vaughn, who the Brewers
seem to have no interest in anyway. I mean, I
don't think Aaron Savalier is good either, but I mean
(26:34):
he throws innings, like what the Dodgers can't use innings.
I mean, the Dodgers right now are like they're they're
piecing together a number three through five starter. No one
you would think they would have taken Sevalier for someone
as at least as good as Andrew vaugh Anyway, Andrew
(26:54):
Vaughn has no value he has He has no value
for us in fantasy. Maybe in an NL only if
he gets some playing time. But I don't even see
the playing time being there. So yeah, there's nothing there
for Andrew Vaughn unless he gets hot and he starts playing.
But that seems like a far stretch at this point.
Speaker 1 (27:15):
Yeah, it seems like he's on the short side of
the platoon for you know, a first base job that
hits at the bottom of the lineup probably, so I
don't really see a lot of playing time. I've actually
always kind of liked Andrew Vaughn. I thought he would
succeed if he could get out of there. But you know,
it just doesn't seem like anybody wants to give him
(27:37):
a job, and the Brewers certainly didn't want to give
him a job as he was sitting in the minors.
And now he's seems like he's going to ride the bench. Yeah,
like you said, l only, but beyond that, I don't
think you're really looking here. Let's talk some of the
ADP finds of the year so far as we're about
to hit the All Star break Gray, And of course
(28:00):
I'm gonna do it with my favorite game in your year,
game that you have to accept because I'm the one
who makes this outline, the Anchorman game. If you're listening
for the first time, or if you still don't get
it scientific fact, you believe in what they're doing, they're
gonna you know they they are for real sex panther
(28:20):
sixty percent of the time. It works every every time.
That means you know, they may do what they're doing
or they you know, it may just be a little
bit falling off of the pace that they were at
the All Star break. Uh. And then I don't believe
you meaning they're going to turn into the pumpkin and
you should sell them at the All Star break while
you have some time to talk to your league mates
(28:43):
and move them for whatever you can get. Let's start
with Kyle Stowers. His ADP was after five hundred. He's
inside the top one hundred on the play raider, eighty
four games, sixty one runs, thirty stone bases forty forty six.
He's hitting two eighty three fifty two fourteen. Where's Kyle
Stowers fit for you? Gray?
Speaker 2 (29:05):
Uh?
Speaker 3 (29:05):
You know I was actually when I'm in the Uh,
I'm doing the top one hundred for the second half
right now. I'm writing it up like I mentioned earlier.
We'll go over it next week on the podcast. And
and Stowers was a guy because I obviously I look
at the player raider when I'm doing this, I also
look at the rest of the season player raider to
(29:27):
see if like guys are, you know, if they're higher
or lower on that. A guy with no track record
like Stours is obviously going to be lower on the
rest of the season one. But you know, looking at
his stack cast, it doesn't really look like he's necessarily.
Speaker 1 (29:45):
He's not.
Speaker 3 (29:46):
I don't believe you, that's for sure. Like and I
and I struggle with scientific fact because the sample size
is still like even a half season, it's still a
little bit low. But his stack cast does look solid.
He is hitting the ball hard in max exe VOSSI
one thirteen zero point seven a ex slugging five point
(30:10):
fifty two. Oh okay, sounded like you fell over anyway,
A fifty three percent hard hit rate. Yeah, I mean,
you know, all these numbers are saying to me like
it's not a fluke. He's definitely doing He's doing well
(30:31):
in you know, as far as fantasy goes, like you mentioned,
he's in the top one hundred of the player raider.
But in reality it doesn't look fluky either. He's doing
well as far as like hitting the ball hard. So yeah,
I mean, unfortunately, he doesn't really have any speed whatsoever.
His strikeouts are a little high, so I doubt he
(30:52):
hits two eighty for the for the full season, So
there is some concern. I guess it's a long way
of me saying he's a secon panther in my eyes,
I think the power is real, but the sample size
a little bit small. He's got no steals and his
average is probably a little bit higher than we should expect.
Speaker 1 (31:12):
Yeah, I agree. I mean, I hate to just say
I agree with you, but I do. I just think
the average probably comes down, which brings the power down
a little bit if the average comes down. But I mean,
I think what we're seeing is generally what we get
from Kyle Stowers. Let me throw some names at real quick, Cole,
(31:32):
Kyle Stowers or Nick Castianos. MM.
Speaker 3 (31:38):
Casilano's at this point is really just a I mean,
he's he's a runs RBI's guy, counting SATs guy. I
think I think I'm gonna go to ours. But they're close.
I mean, that's a that's a fair comp even they're
not too different. But yeah, I'm gonna go Stours.
Speaker 1 (31:58):
Yeah. I kind of feel like that's maybe where we're
looking in the future is like Casi Towers Copp but uh,
Jason Domingez, who is showing up after this last week,
or Kyle Stowers.
Speaker 3 (32:12):
I'm gonna go Stours as well, just because Domingos is
in this weird sort of platoon where I mean, I
actually have dimingas in one league and I have no
idea what he's playing. So it's so confusing what Boone
is doing with him. You know, It's like Gihn Carlo
came back, that became It's like, anyway, I'm gonna go stours. Yeah,
(32:35):
I agree, what your bray you, I'll go to bray you.
Speaker 1 (32:40):
Okay. So I think we've kind of hit the line.
But I mean that that still puts Kyle Stowers at
a pretty good spot and definitely, you know, a place
where where you want to own him. And if somebody's
not buying what he's doing at all, I think there's
even a buying opportunity if they want to get rid
of him. Here at the All Star break, I have
to ask you Gray, we're gonna move on to you know,
(33:03):
your your favorite guy here, Danny pies A three eighty
play raider of thirty two eighty seven games, seventy one
runs seven stone bases forty five fifty eight. He's sitting
two ninety three, twenty nine, four ninety seven. Where where
does he fit on the the Anchorman scale? Uh?
Speaker 3 (33:25):
You know, Andy, pa haz to me is like, not
only do I not believe him. I feel like he's
the worst hitter in the Major now. I'm joking, I like,
Andy Pa, has you made this though?
Speaker 1 (33:38):
You don't I like him. I don't like him, you
hate him.
Speaker 3 (33:42):
I like him, Yeah, I mean, you know, like he's
got power, speed, he's hitting. I mean, he's making great contact,
he's hitting for a good average. I feel like, I
don't know, I think we've done this before with Dodgers
outfielder coming out and becoming like you know, having having
(34:05):
their their breakout and then fading again. I think, but
I think this looks for real, Like I don't know,
I mean the scientific fact, I guess I don't see
anything really in his numbers where I'm like, you know,
I I think, if anything, maybe the average comes down
(34:25):
a little bit, but not even that much. Maybe because
two ninety is a lot for anyone to hit in
today's game. Maybe he hits two seventy five. But still,
I mean, the power looks real. The speed, I mean,
the speed's not incredible. But if he's stealing twelve bags,
that's great. You know. If he's if he's going like
right now, the projection say thirty twelve, two sixty, Uh,
(34:53):
that's other people's projections. But you know, just for the
sake of argument, that doesn't sound terrible. I mean that's
pretty solid to me. Uh So, Yeah, I like him.
I like Andy pa has a decent amount.
Speaker 1 (35:06):
Okay, I'm gonna throw some names Andy Pies or Cody
Bellinger Mmmm.
Speaker 3 (35:13):
I think uh, I think I'm gonna go Pajes, but
it's pretty close.
Speaker 1 (35:19):
Okay. How about Helio Helio Ramos Mmm.
Speaker 3 (35:25):
I like Helio too. I mean I wrote a sleeper
post for Helio. I've liked him a lot, but I'm
gonna I'm gonna go Paes.
Speaker 1 (35:34):
Yeah, okay. And how about Brandon Nemo, who's also been
very good this season.
Speaker 3 (35:42):
Yeah, but I don't really, I don't buy into Brandon Nemo. Really,
I'm gonna go you.
Speaker 1 (35:47):
I do.
Speaker 3 (35:48):
Actually, I do hate Brandon Nemo. That's not a made
up thing.
Speaker 1 (35:56):
One last name he started to turn it on Brent.
Speaker 3 (36:01):
Uh yeah, No, I like I like Brent Ruker better.
Speaker 1 (36:04):
Yeah. I agree with everything he's saying behind Rooker, but
I would take bias with the rest of them. Let's
move on to the next guy. Andrew Abbott, who had
an ADP around five hundred player Raider is now eighty
three eighty three and two thirds innings. He has a
two to one five yarra and one on nine whip,
twenty three percent strikeout rate, and a six and a
half percent walk rate. What do you think about Andrew Rabbit? Uh?
Speaker 3 (36:31):
Yeah, I mean this one's tough because I actually have
Abbot in a few leagues, so I want to say
scientific fact and absolutely and let's go baby. Unfortunately, his
numbers don't really look that great. I gotta be honest,
I'm a little concerned about my teams with Andrew Abbot.
Speaker 1 (36:52):
Uh.
Speaker 3 (36:52):
He he looks like a guy who could be lined
up to have like a five plus e array in
the second half. Like I'm I'm truly concerned about Andrew Abbott.
I'm gonna say sex panther because he has done it
so far this year. He's managed to, you know, beat
off the babbit gods even even for like two seasons now,
(37:17):
he's managed to beat beat the babbit guy. So yeah,
I mean, maybe he can just he can stave off
the babbit regression is stay where he's at with like uh,
you know, his k's and command and maybe only regress
to like a three point five e r a guy
(37:40):
versus like the numbers are saying he's terrible. So he's
only three point five y r A in the second half.
That's a regression to three point five, which means he's
gonna have like a four point two year or something. Anyway,
I want to say sex panther, but it's pretty effie,
(38:03):
all right.
Speaker 1 (38:04):
If I gave you a line of three three seven
e RA for rest of season, taking the over under.
Speaker 3 (38:14):
I'll take the I'll take Oh it's tough. I'll probably
take the over, but I but I I want to
take the under.
Speaker 1 (38:25):
Record. He has not had a month yet that he
has had an e RA over that number yet, so
I mean, so far, you know, he hasn't done that.
But I would tend to draw the line right about there.
I think his problem is he's a high fly ball
pitcher in a terrible ballpark to be a a fly
(38:48):
ball pitcher. So when when summer heats up and a
few more of those become become home runs versus you know, deep,
deep fly ball outs, that's where I think he's gonna
get in trouble. I mean said, I think he's you
know what he's done for two seasons. You can even
say three seasons. Really the whip has gotten a lot
(39:10):
better this year. I don't know if I believe that.
Maybe that's where we've really seen the regression. Is is
the whip dropping back more into like a one two,
one two five area the one oh nine. That's pretty
hard to believe based on his previous track record. But
you know, he's still only twenty six. He could he
(39:30):
could have figured some things out. I agree sex Panther,
but maybe more like seventy five percent of the time
it works every time. Spencer Torgelsen ADP three sixty five
Play Raiders, sixty six, twenty one runs of Stolen Base.
He's sitting two thirty five, three thirty five, four ninety three,
He's got fifty one runs, fifty six RBI. The powers there,
(39:55):
the county numbers are there, the average is pretty much
where it's always been. But is this something you expect
to continue? Uh?
Speaker 3 (40:03):
Yeah, No, I think is his numbers look probably about
what I expect. I think he's scientific fact at this point.
His his K percentage is a little bit down from
last year. So the fact that he's hitting two thirty five,
which is, you know, the highest of his career, not great,
but still the highest of his career. I think that
(40:25):
sounds about right, though, I think he could maybe even
hit two forty to forty is not exactly the best
thing in the world, but I mean, I don't know
like what people expect from Torkulsen, you know, outside of
like thirty homers zero speed hits two thirty five, that
sounds I mean, that's that is what he he is,
(40:46):
what he is, you know, it is what it is.
Speaker 1 (40:48):
He is who he is.
Speaker 3 (40:51):
I don't think he's amazing, but yeah, I mean what
he is right now looks like scientific fact.
Speaker 1 (40:58):
Yeah, I mean it's still a great comeback on what
he put up last year. So I mean, definitely can't
complain if you have him him or Goldschmidt has predictively
fallen off.
Speaker 6 (41:13):
Yeah, i'd Gourlesen, Vinnie Vinnie p uh Turglesen, Tyler Salastromurkleson,
Freddy Freeman, Freddy Freeman.
Speaker 1 (41:25):
Okay, uh so we've we've found the line then, because
right now Tourglesen is number five on the Player Raider
at first base number two. I mean Michael Bush, who
is not at the All Star Game. Hunter Goodman adp
of three twenty three player raider forty nine eighty games,
(41:46):
sixty home runs, one stone base forty four and fifty
on the runs and RBIs to eighty one three, twenty six,
five sixteen is Hunter Goodman?
Speaker 3 (41:56):
Uh?
Speaker 1 (41:57):
Where's where's Hunter Goodman on the scale? Uh?
Speaker 3 (42:01):
Right now? As as of the recording of this, he
has thirty homers in one hundred and seventy three career games.
So you figure that's around twenty eight homers in a season.
That's and he hit two forty in that time. Yeah,
I mean that sounds about right. Like I I think
he was probably a bit underrated coming into this year
(42:24):
because of the batting average was so low last year,
but his babbitt was super low last year, So I mean,
I don't think he's a two eighty hitter necessarily as
he is right now, but I do think he's probably
like a two forty five to fifty hitter with power.
Say at the end of the at the end of
the day, is gonna have twenty eight homers and a
(42:45):
two fifty five average. That's fine, It's it feels scientific
fact to me. I mean, it's not expecting a ton,
but that that is I think he is who he
is at this point, and that's that's the player that
I see, and I think that's probably what I would
have guessed, that is what most people are expecting at
this point.
Speaker 1 (43:07):
Yeah, I agree. I actually think the average could stay
where it is. And the main reason I say that
is he's actually hitting for a higher average on the
road than he is at home. So, you know, aggression
hits in the average, you'd still expect the average home
to either maintain or even improve if he's hitting better
(43:27):
on the road. So I actually see a path to
him kind of maintaining the average. But I would typically,
you know, if we're if we're projecting or taking bets,
I would take the under on his current two eighty.
That being said, the like the stat Cast numbers are,
you know, they're great. They're way better than they have
(43:49):
been in the past. He's up to a ninety two
average eggs of velocity, a fifty one percent hard hit rate.
The highest he's had before was a forty three point
eight in that so significant increases on you know, the
stat Cast numbers. So I fully believe that Hunter Goodman's
power is is at least legitimate on that side. Uh,
(44:12):
we'll see if he the average does maintain. But yeah,
absolutely love to see what what Hunter Goodman's done this year.
I didn't really believe in him, but he's done it.
Matthew Boyd ADP of three oh one player Raider of
two fifty or twenty five, don't have the number here anyways,
(44:32):
it's good. He's been good. One hundred and three innings,
two five two year, one oh seven. We have twenty
three point two percent, right, I got ready five point
six percent walk rate. If you want to play Raider
number number, you can go to rasball dot com and
find it there.
Speaker 3 (44:51):
I uh, yeah, I think Matthew Boyd. See he's one
where I think he was scientific fact, but I think
it does He was for like the first three months
of the season. But I feel like he's now moved
into a sex panther area because I think if you
have Matthew Boyd, you have to expect him to either
(45:12):
get shut down or come down with an injury, or
have like a little bit of regression. At this point,
it's all gravy with Matthew Boyd. I mean, you had
a nice run of one hundred plus innings in the
first half of numbers that you would happily have taken.
(45:33):
And you know, I think you should just be happy
with what you got. Really, I don't think he's necessarily
I don't believe you. I just feel like, if you're
realistically looking at him, it's gotta be a sex panther
at this point at best, Like at best, you're like
he was scientific fact, but now he's like a sex
(45:53):
panther and he's gonna at some point just like he's
gonna have to get shut down or something like he can't.
He hasn't thrown this many innings, like six seasons. I mean,
he's gotta back off a little bit, I would think,
even even though he is thirty four, so it's not
like to have to save his arm for something. But still, like,
(46:14):
I mean, come on, he went from like less than
forty innings to over one hundred right now. I don't
know I like him though. I just think at this
point you should be selling versus baying.
Speaker 1 (46:27):
Yeah, I would agree, just as much as I would
love as a comes fan for him to be able
to just stay healthy and be around all season. I mean,
the chances of that happened are pretty low. You mentioned,
you know what he's he's done in the last five years,
(46:50):
six years in regards to innings, So absolutely you should
sell him. Would you sell him for Kevin Gosman, Yeah,
Ryan Pepyott noh Code I singer. Yeah, okay, so everybody
(47:11):
except for Pepiat, who has been not great recently, so
that makes that makes some sense. But you basically take
anybody that you check to finish the.
Speaker 3 (47:20):
Season, basically, yeah, okay.
Speaker 1 (47:24):
Moving on to South Relick adp of three fifty four
player raider one twelve eighty seven games, six on runs,
fifty fifteen stolen bases. He's sitting in two ninety four nine.
What do you think it's South Relick.
Speaker 3 (47:39):
I think he has some of the most hilarious looking
stackcast sliders I've ever seen one. He's like Stadcast is
basically like this guy is awful that the sliders are like,
don't look here there is I would yeah, I would
(48:02):
probably tend to agree. I mean the thing is with
like speed guys. Yeah, I mean, you know, if you
need steals, you gonna you can potentially get some steals.
But that's a it's a one category guy. I'm surprised
he's he even has six homers on the year. I mean,
he must be got really lucky with those six because
(48:23):
his numbers. He does not hit the ball well at all.
I guess he does hit it in the air, so
you know, if he gets into a couple, then there's
that he's actually the type who shouldn't hit it in
the air. So yeah, it's it's not good. I would say,
I don't believe you, but if you need speed, sure, Yeah.
Speaker 1 (48:44):
See, I think this is kind of a scientific factor
for me because he is what I expect him to be,
which is, you know, a handful of home runs, twenty
five stolen bases, and then hit hit for a solid
average and take the occasional walk like that's that's kind
of what I expect him to be. That's what he's done.
So I'm gonna go like scientific fact on this. I'm
(49:06):
gonna complete opposite on you. Here we talked about Kyle Stowers.
I'm assuming you would take Cayle Stawars.
Speaker 3 (49:12):
Yeah, I would go Stours all right.
Speaker 1 (49:16):
Since we've talked about him with Stours, would you take
Castianos Jason de Minguez, well your Brave, I mean those
are the same names. I feel like south Relick is in.
Speaker 3 (49:26):
I would I would take those other guys over Frelik.
I yeah, except for I mean Fredlick. If you need steals,
then by all means Frelick is fine. But Cassilianos and
Frelick are They're not the same player, are they? Six
one and a half a dozen another? I don't even
know what that cliche means. I don't know, I don't know.
(49:48):
Maybe whatever that means, Yes, I would go Frelick or
Castliano's depending on your needs. If you need steeles, Casleos
is doing nothing for you. But if you need runs
and RBIs and Castalanos is more interesting, So it kind
of depends on needs. I I don't really love like obviously.
(50:10):
I think his numbers look real empty. I think I
think his average is gonna come down. Like right now,
he's hitting two ninety four. He looks a lot closer
to a two fifty hitter to me, So yeah, I
mean he just hits the ball in the air too
much for a guy who has like hardly any power.
(50:31):
So yeah, I don't really like him. But if you
need steals, go for it.
Speaker 1 (50:37):
Yeah, I mean the average definitely could come down. I
don't know if I would say probably two seventy two
seventy five would be more where I'm where I'm thinking,
But uh yeah, that's fine. We'll move on to the
next guy. Who is Michael Bush Player Raider to fifty
or ADP of two fifty player Rader forty one. He
has eight don't runs four stone basis forty four fifty six.
(50:59):
He's sitting two ninety seven three eighty four, five sixty six.
If you own Michael Bush, you're welcome for his recent
run of success post me trading him in the Parts League.
What do you think of Michael Bush, who is currently
the number two first baseman on the play Raider.
Speaker 3 (51:16):
I actually traded for him, not from you, in another league.
I traded for him last I want to say Tuesday,
and everyone knows Michael Bush had a huge weekend. He
hit three homers on Friday, hit another hit his fourth
homer in two days on Saturday. And anyway, my trade
(51:39):
doesn't go through until this Monday, so I didn't get
any of that. I got none of it. I lost,
and I also traded. I traded for Michael Bush and
Reyese Hoskins, and Hoskins already hurt, so that was a
good trade by me. I sent away Lauren's butler, which
(52:03):
in case he mightes. So, I mean it feels kind
of I don't know, it's like whatever. I like, I
probably lost the trade, but you know what a certain point,
you're just gonna start making moves. Man, you gotta make moves.
Speaker 1 (52:16):
Brou this is not your number one overall team.
Speaker 3 (52:21):
No, no, that's not the team. We're I'm in first anyway. Uh,
you know, obviously I trade for him. I think Michael
Bush is for real. I I like him. I actually
I think he he might even be a little bit underrated.
I'm I'm a fan. I think he's I think his
numbers look good. I mean, right now everything is is
(52:43):
going the Cubs way, so uh, you know, maybe there's
a little bit of that and there's gonna be a
come doown moment next year or something, but right now,
everything looks good in Michael Bush's numbers, Like his strikeouts
are way down from my year. His power looks good. Uh,
steals are are are what they are. I mean, you're
(53:05):
not going to get like a ton of steels from him,
but maybe a handful. Batting average doesn't look completely out
of line with what to expect. Maybe a little bit
high at two ninety seven what he's currently hitting. Maybe
he's more like a two eighty two seventy five hitter,
but yeah, I mean he looks good. Honestly scientific fact.
With Michael Bush.
Speaker 1 (53:25):
Yeah, I will happily eat this loss on that trade.
If Michael Bush continues to be a fifteen percent strikeout.
Speaker 3 (53:32):
When he trade Michael Bush four, it's not.
Speaker 1 (53:35):
Important, Gray, It's not important who I traded him for.
I had like five first basemen. They all were not
hitting for the entire month of May, and I just
needed I needed to move one of them. I moved
the wrong one obviously. Uh you know, he went from
striking out and not hitting the ball at all and
(53:55):
not hitting with any power.
Speaker 3 (53:57):
To hitting everything because again, strike you know, it was
a good trade. Is a good trade, is what.
Speaker 1 (54:02):
Look, the Cubs are gonna win because I made that trade.
That's fine with me, Gray, Speaking of reasons why the
Cubs are gonna win, Gray, Pete kerw Armstrong was ADP
of one twenty five. He is number four on the
player Raider ys twenty three on runs twenty stolen, twenty
seven stolen bases, sixty four runs sixty seven RBIs two
(54:25):
seventy two, three oh nine, five fifty. As I'm reading
Ottle numbers, I feel like I wrote those down wrong,
but I know that I didn't because Pete Kerr Armstrong
is the man. I mean, I would curse if this
wasn't going on YouTube, and you know we were subject
to those but he is. He is just the man Gray.
(54:48):
I mean, what where like is it? It's hard to
say scientific fact when he's twenty three twenty seven sixty
four sixty seven. But what do you think?
Speaker 3 (55:02):
Yeah, no, I think it was the first week. It
was either the first week or the second week of
the season. I wrote up a post saying that he
looks like the Jaron Duran breakout of twenty twenty five.
Speaker 1 (55:14):
I stand by that.
Speaker 3 (55:16):
Still, he looks like he broke out in the in
the in the first month of the season and it
hasn't stopped since, and I don't expect it to, you know, stop,
like for I mean, maybe a little bit of a
comedown on the power potentially. I mean, he is hitting
for a ton of power right now that you know,
(55:38):
maybe maybe there's a little bit of come down, but
I don't even see that much really, I mean, he
looks to me, he looks like a thirty like his
projections right now have him at as a thirty fifty
two sixty player sounds great. It doesn't sound. It doesn't
sound I mean, it doesn't sound too crazy. Maybe a
(56:01):
little bit of come down if we're talking like for
next year, but for right now. Yeah, I mean, I
think I believe everything he's doing, like I I honestly,
I probably I think in the in my top don't.
I don't remember where I have him for Well, we'll
see next week where I have him in the top
one hundred for the second half. But I I completely
(56:23):
buy in. I'm pecrow Armstrong.
Speaker 1 (56:26):
Okay, So I'm just gonna let people check your article out. Great.
I was gonna throw some names at you, but that's
about as good a teaser as we can come up
with for your articles. So we're just gonna leave that there,
and we're gonna move on and saged off it up.
Let's talk. Let's talk closers. Actually a pretty good week
for the Bullpens. Not a ton here, but Detroit Tommy
(56:48):
Conley will will Vest both get saved this week. Conley
also blows a save. What are your thoughts on the
Detroit bullpen.
Speaker 3 (56:57):
I think will Vest is the closer. It's sometimes he's
either gone a couple of days in a row and
needs a rest or. It's a matchups thing with Tommy Kanell,
I like, I think they're both probably worth rostering. But
will Vest looks good. I have no problem with him.
(57:18):
I think he seems to be the Tigers closer, and
he looks like he looks like he's having a nice
little season.
Speaker 1 (57:25):
Yeah yeah, I mean he's he's been he's been solid.
You know, they have they have Chase Lee and Tyler
Holton there who've been better than both the guys, but
they they don't seem to want to put them in
that role. So for the time being, I would agree,
it seems like will Vest they keep giving Kindle the
opportunities even though he's terrible. San Diego Roberts West gets
(57:50):
saved but allows three hits in an earn run. We
talked about his recent struggles last week. Are you are
you ready to go ahead and grab up everybody else
in this bullpen? And who I be?
Speaker 3 (58:02):
Everyone literally in that bullpen is good except for the
actual closer, but they keep going to him. If I
were the Padres and I could get anything in a
trade for Robert Surez, I would absolutely trade him and
just then go to Jason Adam as the closer. I
(58:24):
think they'd probably they'd probably be better off going with
Jason Adam right now, but I just don't see that happening,
and especially not right now. They only need, you know,
if they can hold on for another couple of weeks,
but Robert Sourez as the closer, and then trade them
it looks a lot better, I think then, you know,
moving him out of the closure role and then trading him.
(58:46):
I don't know, I mean, maybe that doesn't matter, but yeah,
I like Jason Adam though. I think Jayson Ada's probably
worth rostering in most leagues just on his own because
he's been so good. I mean, he's probably at least
the twelve team mix league and deeper guy at this point,
even without the saves. I mean, he's just been excellent.
(59:08):
And the crazy thing is how excellent he's been. He
doesn't even have he doesn't have one save on the year,
but he's been so good. So yeah, I would. I
would probably grab Jason Adam right now, and then I
don't know, maybe maybe it ends up being astrata. Maybe
it ends up being more John. Maybe maybe it becomes
a committee if a Swerez gets traded or removed. But yeah,
(59:33):
I think it's swore as his job still.
Speaker 1 (59:36):
Yeah, I mean I agree. I think it's gonna be
SWE's job and so they can move him or just
I mean eitherles. He just continues to just blow games
over and over and they have to make the move.
But I feel like they really want him in that
role so they can move him. And you're right, Jason
Adams been awesome. He's the number seventeen relief pitcher on
(01:00:00):
the play Raider and that is without having, you know,
ever having a bulk of saves, So that says how
good he's been. I great, gave give the people some
waiver wire bats. I'll give him some pictures and we'll
get out of here.
Speaker 3 (01:00:12):
Ooh key. Uh so we mentioned him earlier this show.
Jason Dominguez has had a great week.
Speaker 1 (01:00:18):
Uh.
Speaker 3 (01:00:18):
If he's available in any of your leagues, you should
absolutely add him.
Speaker 1 (01:00:21):
Uh.
Speaker 3 (01:00:22):
Speaking of adding, I add a sin add a sin
Burger is Uh. His hot Uh has third base and
outfield as ability. He's he's a good ad if he's
out there Mickey Moniac has been hot, but he was
also in chorus for the week, so you got to
take that into consideration. I guess.
Speaker 6 (01:00:43):
Uh.
Speaker 3 (01:00:43):
Spencer Torkelsen has been hot. According to the Seven Day
play Raider. He's actually available in two percent of leagues,
which is kind of ridiculous. He shouldn't be.
Speaker 1 (01:00:53):
Uh.
Speaker 3 (01:00:54):
Tyler Freeman is uh you know, he's also he was
in coorse, but he's been hot according to the Player Raider.
Nolan Gorman, Caleb Durbin, Josh Bells, Sean Murphy, Cabrian Hayes,
Tommy Fan, Evan Carter, Jacob Young, Michael Gonfordo, Carlos Correa,
(01:01:15):
Austin Hayes, Kyle Stowers, Max Munsey, the A's Max Month,
see Harrison Bader. So there's some names for you.
Speaker 1 (01:01:25):
Yeah, I like it. I've grabbed up Caleb Durban pretty
much everywhere he is available, and mainly because it's my
middle and field is terrible in a couple of leagues,
but also Caleb Durban has been doing a really good
job recently and really for like the last month, he's
been pretty solid. Streamers. Brian Nelson at the Angels, Quinn
Priester Versus Washington, Trevor Rodgers versus Miami, Brian Bayo versus
(01:01:50):
the Rockies and versus the Rays, Dan Kramer versus Miami,
Kumar Rocker at the Angels, Charlie Morton versus the Matt's
Logan Allen at the White Sox, and Andre Jante versus
Washington and versus Atlanta. All right, Gray, Hopefully everybody makes
the right calls on their start since pickups wear it
(01:02:10):
well and talk to you next week after your article
of your top one hundred drops.
Speaker 3 (01:02:17):
All right, cool man, all right, I see it lates,
