per multiple major media outlets, theCleveland Browns have in fact resigned longtime
running back Kareem Hunt. It isa one year deal worth up to four

million dollars. Despite the fact thatJerome Ford played sensational in lieu of Nick
Chubb, who was now lost forthe season with a significant knee injury,
the Browns didn't feel like they hadenough running back deep with just Pierre Strong
and the aforementioned Jerome Ford, sothey do the obvious. After Kareem Hunt

came in for a visit yesterday,they have officially signed there now current running
back in Kareem Hunt. Hunt hasscored roughly twenty three touchdowns in the past
four seasons. Kareem Hunt. Now, the Browns did stay in the off
season that they feel Kareem Hunt losta bit of his speed. He lost

a little bit of a step,but he knows the system. He can
slide right in on game day andhave an immediate role. The bad thing
is, Waivers went out last nightin a lot of leagues right Tuesday night,
Waiver Wire runs and a lot ofpeople went crazy bidding for Jerome Ford.

Now, what do we do withKareem Hunt? What do we do
with Jerome Ford? What if wedropped a couple of bucks on Pierre Strong?
How I see it that you canmake the case that it's gonna be
the majority of Jerome Ford. Ican see this guy taking on the Nick
Chubb role and not the Nick Chubbroll of this season, the Nick chubbro

when Kareem Hunt was there. Meanwhile, Kareem Hunt will just slide back into
his role as the number two asa change of pace. So both of
these running backs could in fact havevalue in fantasy football. So if you
went all in on Jerown Ford,I wouldn't panic just yet. He's gonna
be fine. He's gonna have arole, But so will Kareem Hunt.

Kareem Hunt's rostered in a lot ofleagues. But if he is not rostered
in your fantasy football league, andyour waiver wire has already run and it's
first come, first starve, rightnow, go pick up Kareem Hunt,
especially if you have the roster spot, because you might have a guy on
ird you have a free roster spot, or if you have an expendable player

on your roster like Marvin Jones,cut him, go pick up Kareem Hunt.
If you have waivers running tonight,because some leagues they run on a
Wednesday night, you might want athing twice about going all in on Jerome
Ford. If you were thinking aboutgoing seventy percent sixty percent on Jerome Ford,

maybe cut it back to forty fiftypercent and then put a conditional bid
on Kareem Hunts at half the priceyou were willing to pay for Jerome Ford.
This way you end up with apiece of that backfield which is now
