Speaker 1 (00:43):
What's up, guys, Welcome to face Off today.
Speaker 2 (00:47):
I'm Sam coming over from Dynasty Drip, which is my
channel as well. This is my first time going live
on the face Off channel alone. I'm gonna start doing
this every Tuesday night. So thank you guys for anyone
that joined in. Pretty excited to get into some stuff today. First,
we're gonna start it off with some rookie ADP value
(01:08):
who's gonna use some information from Dynasty Data Lab. And
then we had a couple of people on Twitter submit
a couple of rosters that we're gonna go over, maybe
go over kind of what sort of team we are
looking at with these teams? Are they going to rebuild?
Are they a contender? Kind of moves should they maybe make?
(01:29):
And we have some screenshots from those two rosters as well,
so I'm pretty excited to get into that. If you
are joining the channel here, make sure to subscribe to
the face Off channel and make sure to search over
Dynasty Drip and subscribe to my channel as well. Super
stoked to be collabing with them moving forward doing a
bunch of Dynasty content, maybe some Redraft stuff as well,
(01:54):
And thank.
Speaker 1 (01:55):
You guys for tuning in. So we're gonna get this
kicked off.
Speaker 2 (01:58):
We're gonna head over to Dynasty Data Lab and start
going over some of my favorite ADPs. If you are
joining the channel today, if you are posting a comment
on the stream, I will get to all those comments
when I can, and I want to answer every single question.
Make sure to subscribe to face Off and subscribe to
(02:19):
Dynasty Drip on YouTube as well if you want to
get your comment answered. But kicking off today's stream, we're
going to go over to Dynasty Data Lab, something I
personally really like. I was actually introduced to this tool
by the Face Off guys about a month or so
ago when I came over, and it just has a
lot of very fun information, definitely some very good ADP information,
(02:44):
which is something I like to look at when I'm
going into my rookie drafts, just to compare and contrast
my own rankings within kind of just how I'm doing
my rookie drafts. You know, not only do I want
to draft based on my own rankings, but I also
want to know when I need to reach or when
(03:05):
I can wait a little bit to draft some of
my guys so that I get them for the best
possible price.
Speaker 1 (03:11):
So just before we.
Speaker 2 (03:12):
Get into this, looks like we already have a question.
Looks like good evening, Hustle and Bruce appreciate you joining in. Dude,
would you trade Omari and Hampton for James Cook in
a twenty twenty six mid first fourteen team PPR? Personally,
for me, I think I would stick with Hampton on
(03:33):
this one. I may be higher than a consensus. I
have Hampton at my two looks like ADP wise, that's
about where he's going.
Speaker 1 (03:41):
I like James Cook, and I think a mid first
could be good.
Speaker 2 (03:46):
I really don't like to really ever assume that a
pick is going to be mid or early. I like
to assume everything is kind of going to be late
ish potentially. So I think I'm not really trading Hampton
ya until I see what I have in him. I
think if you are going to trade the one too,
I think I would be aiming a lot higher.
Speaker 1 (04:06):
And I probably really wouldn't be trading one too.
Speaker 2 (04:09):
Unless I'm getting potentially a top fifteen to twenty dynasty
asset in return, plus maybe some capital. So for that
specific trade, I would say no. Thanks for tuning in, Bruce,
make sure to subscribe to both channels. But going over
here on Dynasty Data Lab, a couple guys that wanted
to highlight. I'm going to start with a guy at
each position that I do like their ADP at and
(04:29):
I think are good deals just according to where they're
kind of falling in ADP. So first one on the
board that I want to talk about is going to
be a quarterback, and I think that's going to be
Jackson Dart right here, rank fourteen according to.
Speaker 1 (04:46):
Dynasty Data Lab. Here.
Speaker 2 (04:48):
Something I like about Dynasty Data Lab is it kind
of tracks their ADP history as well, so as you
kind of see he is kind of rising up almost
into one to eleven right now. I think that is
really more I probably would be targeting him. I understand
not reaching on him over some of the running backs
you know, Travon and Judkins here, I.
Speaker 1 (05:07):
Don't think I would really reach on him. I think a.
Speaker 2 (05:09):
Mecca is interesting, but then kind of unless you're in
a tight end premium league where you want to Tiger
want to target these tight ends, which I definitely love.
In a tight end premium format, I think you got
to start looking at Dart and a Mecca and Harvey
and Johnson kind of right after this Judkins Trayvon Tier
because when it comes down to it, Dart was a
(05:31):
first round pick and he's gonna get a chance to
play on this team.
Speaker 1 (05:35):
Man, it's you know, I like Russ whatever, He's probably
gonna get matched by the end of the season. And
as sad as it is to say, the Giants do
have some weapons.
Speaker 2 (05:47):
Man, they do have Malik Neighbors, and they have two
good running backs as well in Scataboo and Tracy, and
potentially an improving offensive line.
Speaker 1 (05:56):
Hopefully Thomas can stay healthy this year.
Speaker 2 (05:59):
But I think Jackson is a pretty good value here
if you can trade into the early part of the
second and Dart is still there.
Speaker 1 (06:05):
I definitely don't hate that.
Speaker 2 (06:07):
Something you know you could try is maybe you can
trade too late seconds to try to trade up for me.
I really don't ever really mind trading a couple later
seconds to get one more elite player on my team.
Speaker 1 (06:20):
Now.
Speaker 2 (06:20):
Wide receiver wise, I think someone who really stands out
to me is having just immense value and is really
just a lot farther down in the ADP ranks, at
least according to the dynastate of lap than I personally
have him, and that's Kyle Williams all the way down
here at wide receiver ten. I mean I wouldn't take
him over Golden. I wouldn't take him over Burden. I
(06:43):
personally have Williams kind of right in here with this Higgins,
Trey Harris, Jack Beck tier. I would take Higgins over him,
but I think I could totally see taking Williams right
in here. He has a chance to be the number
one weapon in the passing game for that team. For
the Patriots, I mean Digg's coming back from an injury.
I think Trayveon is going to be very involved as well.
(07:05):
But I think it's an exciting offense potentially moving forward.
Wouldn't be surprised to see the Patriots kind of be
a surprise team this year and next year. Rabel is
a very good head coach man. I was a Tennessee
Titans fan. I was sad to see him leave. He
gets the most out of his players, and I wouldn't
really expect any difference than him getting the most out
of Drake May. And you have a chance to get
(07:26):
Drake May's potential number one offensive weapon on the outside
in Kyle Williams here in the early third round. I
would feel very comfortable taking him in the late second.
Not going to reach in the early second, but I
think mid to late second. Kyle william is a great
guide to target. Now, moving on to a couple of
my favorite running back targets. First, I want to highlight
(07:47):
someone all the way down here in round four, dark
Wet Hunter going to the RAMS. I think he was
a pretty good player in the SEC. I think that's
important to keep in mind that some of these guys
coming from the SEC have played against Elie competition. Looks
like his ADP is really rising, only a couple of
picks still early fourth round. I feel very comfortable taking
(08:07):
Hunter in the third round, maybe closer to kind of
where Samson Arroyo. I wouldn't take dev Neil this high.
I would take Hunter over a lot of these guys
in this in this late third round, especially you know
the wide receiver here, Howard Olli.
Speaker 1 (08:23):
Gordon, I don't know, man.
Speaker 2 (08:26):
I could almost make the argument to take him kind
of right in here after Samson. I like Samson and Blue,
but for me, that's kind of where I'm at, And
you know, love this from Adam and Rock here tuning in,
putting some trade ideas out for each other. That's what
dynasty is all about, guys, and keep tuning in. I'm
(08:48):
trying to get to as many questions as I can.
If you have some comments, I want to highlight you, guys.
That's what's fun about going live, something I haven't been
able to do on my own channel yet. We're trying
to build the following. So if you can't, I don't
over there. Hit subscribe. Help me get to a thousand
for now. Let's engage on this channel though, and make
sure to hit subscribe on face Off as well. Last
target I want to talk about though, personally for me,
(09:12):
someone who I think is one of the best targets
in Rooky draft. Heere, especially if you're in a tight
in premium league, it's gonna be a tight end and
that's gonna be Terrence Ferguson. What I like about Ferguson
is a lot of the notes that came out about
him and how the Rams fell. They personally came out
and said that they were comfortable taking him with their
first round pick. They traded down still got him, so
(09:34):
I think he needs to be valued as a little
higher honestly, probably even than Taylor.
Speaker 1 (09:38):
Now. I like Taylor as a comment as.
Speaker 2 (09:41):
A talent as well, but I don't really know if
Justin Fields is the guy to unlock Taylor.
Speaker 1 (09:47):
Now.
Speaker 2 (09:47):
I like his draft capital as well, but I don't
see any reason that Ferguson shouldn't really be going up
in this range. If you're in a tight end premium league,
I understand, you know, if it's not a tight end
premium league and you have some elite web and like,
you don't really need to reach on tight end except
the elite ones because most likely they're not really going
to be a difference.
Speaker 1 (10:07):
Maker for you.
Speaker 2 (10:09):
And I think that's something you always have to keep
in mind in a tight end league. If you're just
doing a single tight end, is that unless this guy's
going to be scoring points that are a difference making amount,
it's really not worth it. But once you kind of
get to this late second, early third, I think this
is kind of the money zone to start taking stabs
on some of these tight ends, because after you get
(10:32):
past some of these elite prospects. I mean, I like
Jaylen Milroe, but he's a dart throw man. I mean,
I like, you know, Jaylen Noel. Sure, maybe he takes
over for Christian Kirk. I think that's a pretty good
comp for him. But that's a maybe I would bump
Kyle Williams up there according to this ADP. But I
think that's stuff you really have to keep in mind.
(10:53):
Like you know, Ferguson just he had the tape at Oregon,
and you got to keep in mind the opportunity he's
going to be there for the Rams. I mean throughout
the years when Higbee's been on the field, he's been
a decent fantasy starter, and you gotta say, like for that,
he really has potential to be one of the best
(11:15):
values of this Dynasty rookie class, especially if you're getting
him in the third round. I mean, if you can pair,
let's say you're rebuilding your team. You can get a
running back in Genti or Hampton at one to one,
one two, you get a wide receiver at two to
one two two in you know, Luther Burden or something
Matthew Golden, then get a tight end in the third
I think that's pretty good value, and especially for Ferguson,
(11:37):
I think he's someone everyone should have on their list.
Speaker 1 (11:42):
There.
Speaker 2 (11:43):
Now we're gonna get in. Well, that's a big face
for me.
Speaker 1 (11:47):
Man. We're gonna get into our first roster of the
day here.
Speaker 2 (11:52):
Thank you guys that were on Twitter. Make sure to
follow me at Dynasty Drip and follow face off if
you want to get in on the next roster views.
That's where we're gonna be taking submissions for now. You know,
we only had two for this one, and I'm gonna
be going over both rosters, so definitely, you know, hit
the alert button if you want to get in on these.
Every Tuesday, I'm gonna try to do a roster review
(12:13):
if we can get the rosters to cover first one,
I want to go over and to bring this one
up on screen, it's gonna be a little hard to see.
I may be looking at my phone as well. This
one from our man Jason Bourne. Yes, the Jason Bourne.
Obviously Jason Bourne. I love to see it. So he
(12:36):
has some picks here. I'm checking on my phone just
to make sure I can zoom in. But if you
guys want to listen as well, I can read off
his players.
Speaker 1 (12:43):
I get at a little hard.
Speaker 2 (12:44):
I had to screenshot these off Twitter to get them perfect.
From what he's saying though, it's a twelve team super
Flex Titan Premium.
Speaker 1 (12:53):
Keep that in mind.
Speaker 2 (12:55):
We got Jalen Hurts, Chase Brown, AJ Brown, Brian Thomas,
Chiggy Oak, DeVonta Smith, lab McConkie, Marvin Mims, Jaden Daniels, Pickett,
Bryce Young Roshawn Zach Moss, McCormick, Sean Tucker, at Well,
Dilmi Brown, Calvin, Austin, Mechi, Kateotten, Michael Mayer, Sinnet one
eleven two, two, two eleven, two, twelve, three eleven, So
(13:18):
some pretty good capital this year, looking like one eleven
was his own pick. So he was the runner up
last year. And then just to add on top of that,
based on his own thing, in addition to the picks
that are on the screen, he's a third and fourth
in twenty six and a couple twenty seven first and
he twenty seven second. So first thing for me that
(13:40):
I'm liking here is number one, Jason has some very
elite assets. And for me, what I like about that
is he has some cornerstone elite assets that are gonna
give him an advantage over his opponent on any given day.
To start that off, obviously, Jalen Hurts the big one there.
(14:01):
I love the stack with AJ Brown and Davonta Smith.
This is a pretty good wide receiver corp Jalen Hurts,
AJ Brown, Brian Thomas, Davonta Smith, Lad McConkie, and Jayden Daniels.
So this is an incredibly strong QB room and wide
receiver room. I'd love to see a small improvement out
of tight end, and then I think the running back
(14:22):
position too. As I'm sure Jason knows with these picks,
I wouldn't be surprised to see him hoping a tight
end maybe falls to one eleven and then maybe slam
two or three running backs with two two, two eleven
and two twelve here. I mean, if you could get
Loveland or Warren in that order. For me personally, at
one eleven, I'm slamming that pick every single day. I
(14:44):
think that is an immense value there. I think that
is really the hole in this team I'm seeing. I
like Jig, I like Auton. He probably got some good
play out of Auton last year to keep him competitive.
Looks like we're gonna have to wait another year for Senate,
and even then, I don't know if that's really a
We're going to beat something and then running back rise
you know, to two. I think there's some good guys
(15:06):
in that in that two two, two eleven, two twelve range.
We covered some of them. Curious to see if Johnson
or Harvey Slips would slam.
Speaker 1 (15:15):
That at two two.
Speaker 2 (15:16):
I think Skataboo is interesting. Don't mind targeting Tuton, Jayden Blue,
and Samson with those late seconds if you are just
looking to bolster that room. Looks like he lucked out
here on kind of keeping Chase Brown and keeping Chase
(15:37):
Brown's value just because I was a little worried that
the Bengals might take someone and they didn't, So I
think you really lucked out there. Going over some of
his future draft capital, third and fourth and twenty six,
I think.
Speaker 1 (15:54):
That's pretty negligible.
Speaker 2 (15:56):
Two twenty seven, first and a second and three thirds
is absolutely massive, though. I think when it comes down
to this team, I'd be pretty comfortable starting off the
team if I can get a tight end or running
back with that first round pick and then kind of
get the other position with my second round picks. That's
probably what I would focus on doing. I think Ferguson
late second would be a great pick for ad for
(16:19):
Jason's team, I'd love to know his real name.
Speaker 1 (16:23):
Looks like I mean, e Rock whatever. But uh, you know.
Speaker 2 (16:30):
I think something I like to do a lot, and
I'm gonna clear this off.
Speaker 1 (16:35):
Looks like we've had a good enough look at his
team now.
Speaker 2 (16:38):
But something I like to do, if if you don't
really know exactly what your team is, is see how
the season starts. I mean, don't be afraid to make
some off season trades. See how the season starts, though,
and if you get off to a hot start. You know,
if you can start off four and two, five and two,
five and three, six and three something like that, then
you know and you cannot not be a ready to
(17:00):
move some of those twenty seven picks.
Speaker 1 (17:03):
Potentially one of those first to go get a guy
to really push you over the edge.
Speaker 2 (17:08):
You know, maybe you can catch a guy who is
deciding to tank and he's willing to sell a starting
running back to really take you over the edge.
Speaker 1 (17:15):
Maybe you can get a Josh Shakops for a future.
Speaker 2 (17:18):
Late twenty seven first something like that where you can
still get a couple of year window out of your
running back to pair with Chase Brown. There's definitely something
that I really wouldn't mind doing and for this team specifically,
I like, I mean, I respect this though, Jason. That's
why I said, I mean, it really does depend on
your exact team first can go up in value, but
(17:41):
sometimes I really don't mind trading them if it's to
go for the ship, you know, And that's something that
is one of those things that is kind of the
balance in Dynasty Fantasy Football. So what we're gonna do now,
If you guys are just tuning in or you're catching
a late feel free to scroll earlier catch all of
the video. I'll also be posting this as a recorded
(18:03):
video as well, if if you want to, If you
want to check it out. You guys have any rookie
draft or trade questions as well, feel free to drop
them in the chat. All I ask is that you
subscribe over on Dynasty Drip on YouTube and subscribe to
the face off here if you want to get those
questions answered, and we'll get to them. But we're gonna
move on to our second team of the day.
Speaker 1 (18:25):
Bear with me. This is one of those very long
and kind.
Speaker 2 (18:29):
Of difficult to see streaming sleeper ones which actually works
pretty well honestly. So we're gonna take a peek just
to the starting lineup. We're gonna do one more comment
from Erck here, exactly Warren Loveland than our bet with
the second pick is exactly my plan if Warren Loveland gone,
(18:50):
targeting Ferguson late second, I think that is a great
plan for the rookie draft. I mean, if Warren and
Loveland are there, awesome, If Warren and Loveland go, you
can target Harvey and or Johnson with that one to
eleven pick, and that's how it would take them in order.
And then I think you could slam almost double tight
end in the late second Ferguson, Taylor, Fannin Royal guys
(19:11):
who I think have a chance. But so now we're
gonna focus on this next team starting lineup Dak Bucky Singletary, Phukah, Ladd,
aj Brown and Ladd again on a second team Addison Herbert.
Then we're gonna scroll down McCarthy, Watson, Rudolph mac Jones, Wilson, Pickett, Godwin, Jalen,
(19:34):
Watdall on the bench.
Speaker 1 (19:36):
Group of tight.
Speaker 2 (19:36):
Ends here and Hunter, Henri Luke Musgrave strolling down to
the taxi squad. McLoughlin, Watson, Eric All, Bob Memes and
one one, no other picks in twenty five, double, twenty
six first, a third, triple twenty seven first. So this
(19:58):
looks like more of a rebuild that just happened to
hit on Bucky Irving last year. According to the sleeper
screenshot here, he earned.
Speaker 1 (20:11):
One one on his own, So.
Speaker 2 (20:15):
This was a you know, a full tank or rebuild,
whatever you want to call it. In looking at this team,
I don't think it's fully ready to compete yet, but
I mean, honestly, man, if you can come back or
Waddle can turn it around, Goddard plays well, and you
(20:37):
have Bucky and Ashton Genty holding it down, I mean,
I honestly think this could be a playoff team. I
love the QB death here in McCarthy, Herbert and Dak.
I wouldn't be surprised if by the end of the
season you're maybe playing McCarthy over one of those quarterbacks.
A lot a lot of wide receiver death there, Godwin
(20:59):
and Walk on the bench with potentially five deep here
in the starting lineup. I mean, obviously you're not going
to start Ayuk. You could start Godwin or Waddle instead
of Ayuk here, But in general, I mean, it's a
pretty good squad here. I think Adam did a good job,
especially in building future capital here. Not only to have
(21:21):
the one one, but to have five first round picks
over the next two years really allows you to maneuver
around the draft.
Speaker 1 (21:28):
Board or just maneuver your team in general.
Speaker 2 (21:31):
I mean, I really would give the same advice here
for this team that we're covering, which is, I think
you see what you have through the first five six
weeks of the season, and I wouldn't be surprised if
this team potentially wins more games than you would think
if genty comes out strong. You have the wide receiver
(21:52):
corps Puka lad and aj Brown that could probably compete
with anyone.
Speaker 1 (21:55):
I think your quarterbacks are deep.
Speaker 2 (21:57):
I don't think you have a top five guy on
any give, but I think with the depth and honestly
just kind of the way this team is built, you.
Speaker 1 (22:05):
Have a lot of depth at the wide receiver position.
Speaker 2 (22:07):
Now, I wouldn't mind adding another running back if you
are going to try to compete this year, but if
you are just doing more of a slow rebuild, you
don't have to. I personally think you might want to
take advantage of you know, some of these wide receivers
being in the middle of their career though. Puka aj
Brown lab they're all going to produce. Addison's producing, and Ayuk,
(22:28):
I mean you, to me, is maybe the odd one
out here. I wouldn't maybe mind trading him and testing
the waters a little bit on what someone would potentially
give you for Brandon Ayuk. I've never been the biggest fan,
and now with the injury, the fact that they wanted
to get rid of him, the fact that they wanted
to trade him, I think it's tough, and I think
(22:51):
it's something that you have to consider.
Speaker 1 (22:54):
I think there's some interesting guys.
Speaker 2 (22:55):
Obviously, really nothing to go over draft pickwise in this
specific draft on this team. Just take gent one to
one and move on with your life. When it comes
to guys like Ayuk, though, I think there are some
interesting targets at running back that you can maybe start
to take a peek at. A guy mentioned last time
(23:16):
would be I'd do a price check on Josh Jacobs.
I wouldn't be surprised if I you can maybe some
sort of future draft pick looking at his team here.
I mean, could I YU get a couple thirds open
the door for Josh Jacobs. But yeah, I mean I
think I agree with what you're saying here. I mean,
(23:36):
you have to test the market on Ayuk. I'm not
gonna sell Low, but sometimes people tend to believe in
some of these guys more than you do. But like
you said, I mean, I'm not selling Low on Ayuk,
but if I can use him and some picks to
maybe get a running back, I don't think it's the
worst idea on the planet. But I mean this was
fun team to look at too. I mean definitely puts,
(23:57):
you know, some of my own teams. I think it
probably puts some of y'all's teams in perspective just kind
of what a team can look at.
Speaker 1 (24:05):
I'm gonna open it up real quick.
Speaker 2 (24:08):
If anybody does have some specific trade questions, feel free
