(00:02):
Get out of the grave. I'llrepeat myself again, get out of the
grave. It is time to capturethe moment. It is time to get

(00:23):
back into action, into loving ourselves. Self care is the best care.
We're about to go into the hotgirls summer. I know this is supposed
to be timeless, but either way, it doesn't matter. I'm just saying,
or hot boy, somemer, whateveryou wanna call it. And you
know, people are springing up aboutand we're about to you know, it's

(00:46):
about to get really warm and thesun is coming out. It's a new
season. And I really really reallyreally really want you guys to understand.
This was a rough winter. Itwas very cold and icy, and you
know, we went through it.We got through it, but mentally we
didn't understand how we got through it. And I said, why did I

(01:07):
say get out of the grave,Because I want you to get out of
the grave, that grave that we'vedug for ourselves over years and years and
years, and we dug it sodeep that we literally have to climb out
of it, out of it.And I've come here to tell you that

(01:27):
you don't have to stay in yourgrave that was dug for you. Sometimes
the grave was dug for you andyou're just looking down at it. But
those people have to awaken to what'sreal and what's not real in these days
in time. Now it's very quiettime. And I met this you at

(01:56):
Steak Escape or whatever, Steak andShake, whatever it's called. I didn't
eat there, but I mean,he had some Jewish letters on the back
of his truck, and we justasked him a few questions about what it
meant and what he said for andhe had some really good points. He
basically said that we're in that timewhere it's peaceful, but we have to

(02:16):
make sure that we don't get leftnot left behind per se. But well,
how did he say he's worried? It in a different way. He
said it in a way where itreally made sense. If I could interview

(02:38):
him, I really would. Butanyway, basically, we got to get
it right amongst ourselves, amongst eachother. We just have to get it
right. And whatever that right isfor you, you know what it is.
It always sings to you in theshower, when you go to bed,

(02:59):
when you fall sleep, before yougo fall asleep, before you wake
up, when you wake up.It's always on your mind. Whatever that
right is for you, whatever thatis for you, you need to find
that right get out of the grave. I had to get out of the
grave. I had to literally crawlout of that thing. Why because mine

(03:23):
was dug so deep I couldn't seethe light. Yes, I was a
lily in the valley and I wastrying to get out of it. I
was trying to understand what in theworld, How in the world am I
going to start over? After divorce, after losing my show, after losing

(03:44):
my home, after losing my mind. What else do I have left?
And I said, well, Ihave the life that I have to give
to every day. I have tounderstand that, Yes, I have to
give to it. I have togive life every day. I might not
be giving birth every day, butI have to give life every day.
I have to decide on whether Ineed to get up out of the bed

(04:06):
and make that first step, justlike you do unconsciously. You do not
know that when you wake up inthe morning, you have to make a
step first out onto the floor toget up out of the bed. You
have to make that first step toget up out of the grave that you

(04:27):
have dug over the years. Somany things have gotten you down. Bills
might have you down, circumstances mighthave you down. But you know what,
it doesn't matter anymore because you canmake that choice of Look, I'm
gonna make that first step. I'mgonna get out. I'm gonna get out

(04:48):
of this bed. And I knowI'm tired, I know I'm exhausted.
I know I lost some things inmy life. I know I don't have
everything I need. I don't haveeverything I want. I don't have this
and I don't have that. Well, listen, I don't have this and
I don't have that. I don'thave everything I need. I don't have

(05:09):
everything I want. But guess what, I decide to take that first step
every day to get up out ofthe grave. And why are you saying
grave angel? Why not just saythe bad, because honestly, that's deep
the grave. Think about it,the grave they dubbed for Jesus. He
had to get up out of thatthing. He couldn't stay there, and

(05:30):
he had every right to stay there, but he couldn't stay there. You
gotta decide to live life to thefullest. I can't decide on I don't
know who's gonna come in and outof my life. I don't know what's
gonna happen. I don't know whatday to day brings to me. But

(05:51):
all I know is whatever the daybrings to me, I need to appreciate
it. I need to have moregratitude. My attitude needs to be of
gratitude everything. You need to bethankful and grateful for all the above,
because you gotta understand people, youare a gym. And once you find

(06:12):
that out, and once you themost important day of your life, two
days is the day you're born andthe day you find out why are the
most two important days of your life. Once you find that out, once
you find out your purpose. Ohboy, but listen, some people are

(06:33):
not there yet. I'm not thereyet. I'm allowed to say that.
I can say that, and I'mgonna say a loud and proud and I
am going to be very honest withyou. I looked at somebody and I
said, listen, I'm tired,I'm exhausted. I got my own place
through a nonprofit organization. They helpedme out. They helped families that you

(06:58):
know went through trauma, whatever thatcase may be. But I know I'm
giving you a little bit too muchof my business. But it's okay.
I don't mind. It's all kosherwhatever. I don't hear. I really
do like to air out my dirtylaundry so you can understand and we can
relate to each other because I don'thave it all, but I have enough,
and I'm so grateful. I'm thankfulthat I had to do the work

(07:19):
to even do that part, toeven get that, to get to that
point. So you things don't justcome to you. You have to really
get up and make that first step, make that first phone call, and
then see where things go. Butsee, this is the thing. I'm
not ready to just go out thereand full fledge to go work at wherever

(07:41):
I went through a burnout, AndI really have to one day hone in
on that word burnout, because that'sa real thing and it can last up
to a couple of months. Somepeople can get over it real quickly and
get back to their daily routine, and some people, like me, unfortunately
it's in years because I have workedmy butt off for people, and I

(08:03):
have worked my butt off for myself, and I just really ran myself ragged
to the point where I could notreturn. And I'm still at that point,
like, what is my purpose?Where am I going? Where am
I going with this? Where amI going with this? I'm asking you

(08:24):
where are you going from here?Because I can sit here in the grave
and say I don't want to doanything for the rest of my life.
I'm comfortable where I'm at, andthat's okay, that's my choice. But
at the same time, when youget uncomfortable and things starts to shift in
a different way, then that's whenyour mind needs to start to shift.

(08:50):
You need to say, Okay,it's got to be something out there that
gets me excited. It's something that'sgot to be out there that gets me
to going every day. It's gotto be something out there that just gets
my fire going. There it is, there's the word. There's something out

(09:11):
there that's inspiring me to do more. And see, I'm not at that
point yet. What is it thatI need to do more? What is
it that I'm doing? And alot of people will call it, well,
she's well, here goes the word. Y'all don't want to hear this
word. I don't like this wordbecause it's soul against what I am.
It is a lie from a pitof hell, and people that will say

(09:33):
that do they don't understand and they'renot educated. I'll just say it that
way. I won't I won't badmouth them. I'll just say they're just
they just don't know, they don'trealize what they think when they think so
little of people. And some peoplewill call it lazy. Oh, I

(09:56):
just don't want to go back orwork. I just can't do it.
I can't do this and I can'tdo that. And guess what, It's
not about what you can't do.It's about what you want to do.
Your desire, your heart desires somethingmore than what you have to actually complete.

(10:18):
And what I'm saying right now isthat whoever is calling you lazy,
whoever is calling you something that youdo not understand, they do not understand
you, first of all, andthey do not understand that they cannot comprehend
it. You probably went through avery traumatizing time like I did, and
you anybody that went through a burnoutcan tell you that they're not happy about

(10:43):
even hearing the word work. Itsends them down a spiral that sometimes is
incontrollable. So what I'm saying toyou today is focus on what it is
that you desire. What does yourheart tell you to do, Because if

(11:07):
it tells you to rest, atthat time, you need to rest.
Restoration is everything. If your bodycannot work, you cannot work, if
your mind cannot work mentally, ifyour ability cannot move to the next step
or the next whatever situation, youneed to rest. Don't let people rush

(11:31):
you. Do not let the internetrush you. I'm telling you it's about
to be hot girls summer, hotboys summer, and we about to come
out out of here and what itis, what's it gonna be. We
all gonna be telling our stories andwhat you got going on, and this
and that and the other. Andlisten, don't be ashamed of saying right
now, I'm taking a time out. I'm okay with that. I'm taking

(11:58):
a brother. There are steps thatcan be taken for you to get out
and do what it is that youneed to do, and do it in
a graceful way. Have a goodtime. Go out there and be audacious.

(12:18):
I don't care, be bold atit whatever you do. But I'm
just telling you that do not letanybody make you feel like you do,
not like you like you can't likeyou can't go to the next level because
you can. You are built forthis. That's why you have to get

(12:39):
out of the grave. And thatgrave that we dug for ourselves, it
is in it's it's it's tumultuous. You don't want to go into that grave
because it's dark. You might seesome things that is real dark down there.

(13:00):
In your dreams. People have deepdreams. I have very in depth
dreams. When I went through mydepression, what they call it on paper,
it was the Great depression because Ihave never ever in my life.
Somebody said, did you experience anouter body experience? I said, well,
I guess so, And if youwant to call it, I don't

(13:22):
want to call it possession because Idon't want to be like the interest is
because I wasn't anything like that. But I'm telling you I was possessed by
something that was in my body thatI could not control, and I was
fighting life in depth at the sametime. I had to really really wake
up and decide to get out ofmy grave that I was really in at

(13:45):
that time. Mentally, I wasin a deep grave where I really had
to tell myself get up out ofthis bed, go eat wants a day?
If that that's all I had theenergy to do. That's all my

(14:16):
body was capable of that at thattime, to do. I couldn't rush
the process. I didn't I couldn'teven trust the process. I had to
just go through it. And whensomebody is telling you you need to do

(14:39):
this, and you need to dothat, and you need no you do
what makes you happy? What doesthat look like for you? Write it
down, write it out, listen, talk it out, Look at yourself
with the mirror and say, whatdo you want today? What do you
What are you getting out of mylife today? What am I going to

(15:01):
contribute to humanity today? What canI do to make another person smile today?
Or make myself smile? A lotof you don't even smile. It's
a lot of people out here justfrowned up for no reason. They're better.

(15:22):
No, let's get better. Let'snot get better, let's not get
bad, Let's get good. I'mnot gonna hold you, but I wish
I could hold you. If youneeded somebody to hug you, to give

(15:43):
you some time, to listen toyou, if you have no one that
you feel like is there there arehelplines out there, prevention of suicide out
there listen. This thing can godeep. That grave can take you to
death. I literally think I havedied several times and come back to life.
No I have I ever told anyonethat now, but I'm telling you

(16:07):
I feel that way, and thisis my This is another opportunity for me
to get it right. Like theJewish man said, get it right.
We have to get it right onearth. Whatever that looks like. You
know what's chasing after you in yourmind. You know what comfortable feels for

(16:34):
you, and don't let anybody pullyou out of that comfort zone because if
you do, you might slip intosomething what you call a burnout. You
will get so burned out. We'regonna go into detail one day about this.
You will get so burned out there'sno way, there's no return.

(16:56):
But I will let you go,get out of the ground and decide to
make a better decision to do abetter thing for your life today. And
I'm proud of you. I loveyou. Take care
