Speaker 1 (00:02):
What do you do when your soul is tired? You
just gotta breathe first and then try to figure out
the rest later. Sometimes days are so who bliss? And

(00:32):
then sometimes you're just tired. You're tired of the ripping
and running for an absolution that it seems like it's
never gonna get there, and all you want is a break,
but you're afraid you're gonna get too comfortable staying where
you're sitting. Do you get my drift? So? What do

(01:00):
you do when your soul is tired? What does that
mean to have a soul tired? Like a tired soul?
I mean, sorry, that was an angel moment. What do
you do when you have gone through so much in life?
And sometimes it's not about going through something something all
the time. Sometimes you're just tired. And is that more

(01:26):
dangerous than going through a heartbreak? Because I have never
experienced his tiredness in my entire life, and I don't
know who to talk to about it. I can't do
one thing without feeling tired. And I'm not really talking
about a physical tire. I mean, we can get through
a physical tiwer you just take a nap and revamp.

(01:48):
But when I'm talking about your soul. I'm not talking
about the physical. I'm talking about the mind, body and soul.
When your mind is tired, that's the most dangerous thing

(02:11):
you could ever go through. But still, at the same time,
when your body is tired, you just rest and you
can get over it. But when your soul is tired,
there's a question mark there. There are dark holes in
the galaxy, and no one knows the mystery of that
dark hole. And that is what I feel like, When

(02:31):
will we never? When will we ever figure out the
mystery of the dark holes of the soul? Oh? I
felt that. And if you don't know what dark holes is,
YouTube it. It's very interesting if you want to watch it.
It's something that is sucking up some kind of air.

(02:54):
But listen, there is nothing to it. Nobody can find
out what's in the dark hole. Nobody can reach it
that far. They can't go there. That is massive, a
mystery unknown in the space that man can't even touch it. Whoa.

(03:22):
And we've touched so many things in the past and
in the present, we're doing things that are so innovative,
but we are so tired of the matrix that we're
running around in This is a rat race that I
feel like never ends, and I'm so tired. I had
to get on here and explain that to you, because

(03:44):
do you feel the same way I do? Because I
am so My soul is exhausted, it's worn out. What
has happened? I don't even get excited about going on
a date anymore. Like I just be so tired and dressed.
My soul is over it. It's over it. What is

(04:08):
it over though? Is what I'm trying to figure out
the whole thing. What do you do when your soul
is tired? Somebody please answer me this question, because I'm
going through this as we speak. I'm having a tired
in this moment. I had to pause, do a long

(04:46):
pause there, because I'm trying to figure it out, just
like you're trying to figure it out. We all try
to do this together. The greatest achievers, I am so
jelly of them and that I I feel like that's
a good thing because I'm trying to strive so hard
to be like them, but be myself at the same time,

(05:07):
you know what I'm saying, and really just be those
high achievers that can really go to the extra the
extra mile and the distance, and you know, it just
seems like you roll the dice and it just doesn't
roll back twice. You'd be like, dang, you know things

(05:29):
can be going well for you. Things are not bad
in my world either. It's not. I feel like I'm
full of freedom that I'm not yet used to yet.
I moved into a new place. It's absolutely adorable. I'm
so grateful. It feels so new. It's only two years old.
The building is only two years old. And listen, y'all,

(05:52):
I'm not really paying a lot to stay here, but
I'm still in heaven on earth. I'm having my own
little like time to rest, and I'm scared I'm getting
too much rest. But my soul was so exhausted from
going from a mental disability, still recovering from that mental disability,

(06:14):
and still trying to figure it all out. When you
go to the grocery store, that is that's a that's
a prime example of your tire. Yeah, but I'm talking
about when you sit around the house, when everything is done,
when your work is done, when you have everything in order,

(06:37):
when things are actually aligning the way they are, and
the things that are actually aligned things are actually you know,
your ducts are in a row. Things are going great
for you, but your soul is tired. I think it's

(07:00):
when you start to pinpoint some things in your life
that you're like, you know what, I'm tired of being
used or feel like I'm being used, whether it's by
men or women, whatever the case may be. You know,
you just feel like you just want to just settle down,
but you don't know who to settle down with because

(07:20):
you don't have a real relationship. But it's a situationship.
But you don't know there's no title soul. You really
can't question that person. They can't question you too far,
you know what I'm saying, Like you don't own each
other anymore when you're not in marriage. It's really hard
to be in a relationship with someone that you are
married to when you're allowed to be yourself completely and

(07:46):
now you gotta take those sheets off. Well I don't.
I'm still myself and I'm loving it. We're having a
good time just being best friends, but we can't call
it that because we know it's deeper than that. It's
deep or it's a deeper connection to connect with someone
that you used to be married to and all of
a sudden. Now you're best friends, and well the title

(08:08):
is not a best friend. We are way beyond that.
We are transcended from marriage. But I just want to
say that you have to understand that even when you
have sometimes they don't answer the phone when you feel
like talking, and you just be sitting there tired. You
can't pick up the phone. When you can't pick up

(08:29):
that phone and call somebody, I went a year without
talking on the phone. You are tired, Your soul is tired.
Something is not right, but maybe it's right. Maybe it's
time for you to think about your freedom of just
being around people. If you don't feel like being around people,
that's your prerogative. If you don't feel like going to

(08:52):
an event, that's your prerogative. If you don't feel like
doing this or doing that, that's your prerogatives. But I
think it's when you pins you know, like what I said,
being used, and then you know your soul. It's not
your body. Your whole body can feel. You can feel

(09:13):
your body parts on yourself. You know what I'm saying.
And so when you talk about mine, that's the brain.
The brain operates the whole shindy, but the soul solidifies
it and you be wondering. I'm like, I'm like, this

(09:37):
is me for real, thou, this is the real mean
right now, listen, I have gained some weight and I
don't even like it. And I'm like, oh my god,
I did not want to be fat. And nothing's wrong
with being fat. I'm not judging it. It's just as
I have never been this big before. And I know
it's the you know, side effects of things that I'm

(09:58):
doing that medically, I know it's not healthy for me,
so it's almost time to let it go. So I
know what's best for me. You know what's best for you.
But you know I'm eating the same amount. I don't
eat that bad. Everybody thinks I eat carves because I'm
like vegetarian. When I'm at home, I'm basically vegetarian. I

(10:20):
don't eat a lot of carbs. I eat a lot
of just nothing because sometimes, and where I'm going with
this is I'm tired of eating. That's physical, that's the body,
that's the body, that's your body saying you're just but still,
when you get tired of cooking, you get tired of

(10:43):
registering for men that don't give it down, you get
what I'm saying, you poured into your soul into these people,
and guess what, you get nothing out of it? And
then what then? What I'm saying all this to say,

(11:06):
what do you do? What do we do when our
soul is tired? And the best advice I can give
you is just go to bed as much as you
can when you can, so you can restore your body.
There's no other way because when you keep overthinking it,

(11:29):
overthinking it your that means your mind is tired, It's
aggravated a bit your body, and your mind body and
and and your body is tired and your soul is
equally tired. So when it's all three of them aligned,
you cannot have that in a one room. You must
lay it down. Everybody say you need to eat right,

(11:52):
you need to do this, you need to do that.
But nobody's talking about rest because everybody's trying to compete
to get to the top of what tiredness. Because I
know when they're over and sending themselves because I have
been there, done that. I have been a boss, have
been work, I've worked for other people. I made a living,
a good living in marketing, marketing other companies, and I

(12:14):
did a damn good job at it. But I exerted
myself to the point where I cannot there's no return.
What do you do when you're just tired? Your soul
is tired? Is that near death? What does that mean?

(12:38):
I have questions too, just like you do. We all
have questions about this life that we're lifing. As my
brother said in the Serving this Morning, life the lifing

(13:02):
who I listen, I feel for you. If you're in
this state right now, I pray that it be lifted
off of you. You know, because we have to live on.
We cannot say that we wanna end our lives at
a time that it's like near death and we wanna

(13:23):
commit suicide. You know. Listen, there's so many scary stories
I've been hearing lately. It's been crazy about people wanting
to off their lives. And I give my hearts out
to them, cause I know I've been there before. I
know what that feels like. And sometimes it's a daily
battle when your soul it's tired. So don't let it

(13:44):
defeat you, don't let it beat you. You just get
back up again. You push as hard as you can.
But I don't wanna push you. I don't wanna push
you to a point of no return. Just lay down,
get some rest. Your body telling you you need to
rest at no costs. You need to find out when

(14:06):
you can take those fits. If you work a lot
all day long, you need to figure out how to
make those fifteen minutes and disco naps work for you,
because if you don't, you gonna run yourself ragged to
a tree that you can't bark up. A burnout is

(14:28):
no joke. When you are burned out, your soul has
been ripped apart. It's not all about just working. You
can be burned out from life cause life be lifing.
You look back at your past, at the past years,

(14:50):
and I know, I know I had one. I look
back at my life and I said, did I really
go through that? Oh? This is bookworthy? But I don't
even have the strength to write it. And that is

(15:11):
so scary. You get what I'm saying. That is just
the wrong thing, the wrong way of thinking. Mm well, listen,
I wish you well. I do, I really do. But

(15:34):
it's getting real hot up in here because I am
so fired up and I have to let I have to.
I usually don't go past that. I have to say
this if you're still listening, and it's for you. If
you're still listening, cause it's sometimes it crosses your mind

(15:57):
you ain't even told nobody. But if you're s a sidle,
reach out to somebody and talk to them before you
make the biggest mistake of your life, because it's something
that you can never get back. When you take your life,
you can never go back and say, oh, I made
a mistake, but to fix that. And some things are fixable,
but when you take your life, that's unfixable. So if

(16:21):
you're still listening in if you know somebody that's trying
to do this and that try to reach out, try
to do what you can do, Pray for them if
you feel like it, you know, that's what you do,
and keep moving. I don't want nobody to stop, but
it comes to a point where you need to rest.
And that is okay. I had to say this because

(16:44):
we are all interconnected and we have to really come
like a village sometimes, like like they used to do
back in the day. You know, let's sometimes somebody get
in your business and tell them your business sometimes and
sometime that's the best thing you could ever do for
your soul. When it gets tired, let it off of you.

(17:05):
You gotta load on top of you somewhere that you
can't get off, and you need some help, ask somebody
to help you. It's okay. And I do not like
to ask for help. I don't, but sometimes I have
to because I can't help it. I can't help it.
What else can you do to surviving? Is life? And listen,

(17:28):
I have been trying my best to get in this
circle life and really, you know, race it out. But
I'm not sprinting no more. I'm not even running no more.
I'm not even walking no more. I'm crawling. My soul

(17:54):
is so tired.
