Speaker 1 (00:22):
Welcome, Welcome to the Porch. On Firefall Talk Radio, I'm
Richard Ground. This is when we get back to basics,
the uncompromised Red Letter basics of the Word of God,
focusing on the Book of xs Church to see how
they serve the Lord. When we do that, we find
the Church the Lord intended and not the one Man created.

(00:45):
The Porch is a non denominational, full Gospel approach to
the Bible. It's based on the examples from the Book
of Acts, and it aims to restore the priesthood of
the believer and regain the world shaking influence of the
early Church. Because the Church Age isn't over no matter

(01:06):
what anybody says. The Upper Room experience is as much
for today as it was on the day of Pentecost.
It's yours if you want it. We offer you the
Word as the Apostles would have to the Jewish and
Gentile believers of their day, using both the Yeshiah and Jesus.
When speaking of the Lord, we prefer to use the

(01:28):
term Messiah rather than Christ, as it more accurately reflects
how he was referred to by those who knew him. Additionally,
we provide definitions in Hebrew, Greek, can Aramaic when necessary.
Getting back to basics isn't just a motto, it's a
mandate from the Lord. Links to all of our social

are multiple ways to do so, including a po box
if you want to mail the blessing. We appreciate you
your support and encouragement. Thank you for being a part
of the porch. Contact us if you need prayer. I
would like to pray for others. Remember we care about you.
Continue to pray for healing of you know this bug

(02:31):
that's going around, for my wife and her surgery. We'll
get to that. And just pray, pray, praise, and stay
in the presence of the Lord. Me I just praise him.
I praise him for my home, for my wife or
our family, sons and daughter in law's grandchildren, furry kids.

(02:53):
You call them pets, all of our possession, his protection
over us, this ministry, his ministry, for the dreams and
the visions, and all the things that he shows me.
I praise him that his healing virtues is still available
to us, that we can praise him in everything and
for everything, for his favor and for the divine revelation

(03:18):
that he still offers to us. I praise him for
being a new creation and living in these prophetic times.
I praise him for America. It's got its problems, but
you know what, I wouldn't want to live anywhere else.
Praise him for the signs that he's giving us that
he's getting ready to return, which means we need to pray.

(03:40):
We need to pray for the Middle East, for Israel
and the peace of Jerusalem Some one twenty two, verse six.
Pray for the peace of Jerusalem. They prosper who love you?
So I pray for its leaders and my Jewish brothers
and sisters. I pray for America. I pray for the fatherless,
the widows, the innocence, the victims of injustice. I pray

(04:02):
against the slaughter of the innocence, praying for mercy. I
pray for the missing and exploited children, the victims of
sex trafficking. For our brothers and sisters around the world
being slaughtered and persecuted for their faith, religious persecution, anti Semitism.

(04:22):
It's on the rise. The spirit of the Antichrist at
first John four to three says, which you've heard, is coming.
It's already in the world at this time. It's here.
We're seeing it or feeling it. I pray for divine
homeless health and healing as we get back to our
divine design. My wife had to have surgery agan on
the shoulders she shattered ten years ago. The mechanism they

(04:45):
put in had to be replaced. Or pray for her
quick recovery. I pray for all who are sick and
hurting right now in heart and mind, body, soul or spirit,
in the name of Yeshua and the name of Jesus,
be healed in accordance with His will and his word.

(05:06):
I pray for divine protection, for the inspiration, the fire
the Holy Spirit to rise up in us. I pray
for the remnant to wake up, rise up and answer
that call to action. If you've been blessed, be a blessing,
so that that blessing can be passed on to others.
Pray for the doors that we need opened to be opened,

(05:29):
that we could be highly effective, highly mobile, to do
everything that He has called us to do. Open the
conduits of His blessings. Fund, the dreams, fund, the divisions,
fund the missions. We pray for our lost family members. Father,
we come to you now in the name of your son,
the name above all names, and we cry out Abbah, Papa, Daddy.

(05:53):
We need you. We need to touch in our body.
We need to touch in our heart, in a mind,
our soul, or spirit. We need need your presence in
our lives. Thank you for Ya Shuah. Thank you for
paying the debt for us doing what we could never do,
so that we could be reconciled to you. Lord. We

(06:14):
love you. We thank you for the Cross. We thank
you for the empty tomb. We thank you for the
Upper Room. We thank you for the Holy Spirit sent
to walk with us, teach us and guide us. Now,
Holy Spirit, we thank you for being with us right now,
for opening our eyes, our hearts, our minds. We take
our thoughts captive to the obedience of Messiah. Claiming the

(06:37):
mind of Messiah. We cast down every vein imagination that
would exalt itself above the knowledge of l E on
God most eye, our abba Father, So have your way,
do whatever it is you want to do. Let this
word go forth, let it ripple through the spirit, and
let it change us, Lord and inspire us. And I

(07:00):
pray all these things and your shoe his name, Amen.

Speaker 2 (07:28):

Speaker 1 (07:44):
So we went a little old school with the prayer
and the intro and the praise. I just felt like
we needed to get back to that from the day
of Pentecosta. Now the Holy Spirit he's speaking to us,
speaking to his church and through his church, his presence
and his words bear fruit for the Kingdom of God.

(08:06):
But we're going to talk about a different fruit tonight.
We're going to take we'll pick up the fruit of
the spirit teaching next week. But I was moved by
the Lord to do this lesson today, sat down and
flowed right out. So that's when I know it's him.
Go with me to Matthew three, starting verse one. In

(08:29):
those days, John the Baptist came preaching in the wilderness
of Judea, saying, repent for the Kingdom of Heaven is
at hand. For this is he who was spoken of
by the prophet Isaiah, saying, the voice of one crying
in the wilderness, prepare the way of the Lord, make
his path straight. Isaiah was talking about John the Baptist.

(08:51):
You sw his cousin first four. Now, John himself was
clothed in camel hair, with a leather belt around his waist,
and his food was locust and wild honting. Then Jerusalem,
all Judee in all the region around the Jordan went
out to him and were baptized by him, and the
Jordan confessing their sins. But when he saw many of

(09:14):
the Pharisees and Sadducees coming to his baptism, he said
to them, brude of vipers, who warned you to flee
from the wrath, to come, therefore bear fruits worthy of repentance.
And do not think to say to yourselves we have
Abraham as our father. For I say to you that

(09:35):
God is able to raise up children to Abraham from
these stones. And even now the axe is laid to
the root of the trees. Therefore, every tree which does
not bear good fruit is cut down and thrown into
the fire. I indeed baptize you with water unto repentance.

(09:56):
But he who is coming after me is mightier than
whose sandals I am not worthy to carry. But he
will baptize you with the Holy Spirit and fire. His
winnowing fan is in his hand, and he will thoroughly
clean out his threshing floor, gather his weed into the barn,

(10:19):
and he will burn up the chaff with unquenchable fire.
But there's one line in there that should have jumped
out at you. It's verse eight. Produce fruit that is
consistent with repentance, Demonstrate new behavior that proves the change

(10:40):
of heart and a conscious decision to turn away from sin.
The fruit of repentance comes from the presence of the
Holy Spirit, and John shows that it is preparation for

(11:00):
the coming Messiah, a time of repentance. That's where we
are right now. Rashashana began at sunset September twenty second,
and it's ending sunset tonight, September twenty fourth. It's already
over in Israel. In case you want to know, Yam
kapoors October second and so caught. The Feast of Tabernacles

(11:23):
begins on October sixth and ends nightfall on October thirteenth.
We have begun that flow of feasts. God does everything
by feast. Pay attention to them, don't get ritualistically locked
into them, participated in them. As a believer in Yashia

(11:49):
would our Jewish brothers and sisters are celebrating a new year.
Old things are passing away, and it's the time to
look toward the new as mess As a Messianic believer,
which is what I consider myself. On Rashashana, I celebrate
the return of Messiah. And no, it did not happen.

(12:11):
And for all those that were planning for it to
happen and gave away their possessions and their animals and
did all of that. You didn't pray, because had you
asked him, he would have told you that this was
not it. The common greeting at this time of year
is leshanato Va for a good year. It's also called

(12:32):
Yom Turua, the day of noise blasts. Turdhua is the
blowing of the show far, specifically the ram's horn, but
it's translated as a joyful noise. Sometimes you hear people
blow the show far it. It is a noise, but

(12:52):
it's a joyful noise. Feast of trumpet comes at the
end of the fruit harvest in Israel is seventh seventh
month called tissary. It's Leviticus twenty three, verses twenty two
through twenty five. When you reap the harvest of your land.

(13:14):
You shall not wholly reap the corners of your land
when you reap, nor shall you gather any gleaning from
your harvest. You shall leave them for the poor and
for the stranger. I am the lords of God. Then
the Lord spoke to Moses, saying, speak to the children
of Israel, saying, in the seventh month, on the first

(13:35):
day of the month, you shall have a sabbath rest,
a memorial, a blowing trumpets, so far as specifically a
holy convocation. You shall do no customary work on it,
and you shall offer an offering made by fire to
the Lord. So Leviticus twenty three told us not to choke.

(13:56):
It tells us that it's a memorial, But of what
what's being memorialized? Well, I believe in many others believe
it's a memorial to God's grace towards Abraham by substituting
a ram in the thicket in place of Isaac hearing

(14:20):
the show far blow is a mitzvah. It's a command,
and most Messianic congregations follow the tradition on how to
blow the show far. Traditionally, this show far is blown
one blast to kaya, followed by three broken blast called chevarim,

(14:46):
followed by nine even faster broken blasts called turua. The takaya,
chevarim and turua each last the same length of time
and they are repeated three times, and finally, the show
far blower concludes it all by blowing a final blast

(15:06):
and doing it for as long as he can, basically
till he runs out of breath. And that's called the
takea gedola. The show far has sounded one hundred times
on that day. Tutoa make a noise. You don't have
a show far, make your own noise. They're not that expensive.

(15:27):
You can get them online. You can get them on
even Amazon or any of the places online and learn
how to blow them. Yan tudoua rasashana means the head
of the year. It's the new Civil Year. It's kind
of misleading because just like Rashana is similar to our

(15:53):
American New Year, you know, the drinking, the celebrating, they play,
we play football. They did not, as far as I know,
I haven't seen any evidence of that. But the other
similarity is this, you plan towards a better life, you

(16:14):
make resolutions. But with Russia Shana, that resolution involves repentance,
looking back at the mistakes and declaring I won't make
those mistakes again. That's what repentance is. It's turning and
going in a different direction. It's also considered the anniversary

(16:35):
of the creation of Adam and Eve, the beginning of
that inception of the father child relationship with Almighty God.
So Russia Shana emphasizes a special relationship that was intended
between our creator, our abba father and humanity, our dependence

(17:00):
upon him as our creator and sustainer, and his dependence
upon us as the ones responsible for making his presence
known and felt in the world. That decree, that blessing,

(17:23):
that sound. As believers in Yushua, we're not subject to
the law, we're not subject to the measurement anymore. That
this is about our names are written in the book,
in the Lamb's Book of life. We know where we

(17:45):
spend eternity. But when you celebrate this, you proclaim him
King of the universe, which I do every day. Barukatar
and a la haino Malechr. Blessed though you, Lord, our God,
king of the universe. And then I had good morning Father,

(18:06):
good morning Lord, good morning Holy Spirit, and I do
it out loud. I don't know if my neighbors hear me.
I don't know what they think. I know what the
enemy thinks. I know they don't like it, and I
continue to do it, but I know it pleases my
father and pleases the Lord. So that sound of the

(18:26):
shofar is central to Rashashana. It's a cry. It's a
call to repentance and the anniversary of man's first sin,
and it begins the ten days of repentance. As we
culminate that in yamkad Pour, the day of atonement again,

(18:49):
our atonement has happened on the cross. Repentance, a feeling
of regret, a changing of the mind, a turning from
sin to God. It's not just a mere regret, not
a mere change of the mind. It's a re orientation

(19:10):
of the sinner to God, turning their back on sin
and turning their face towards God, changing their priorities and
their choices. And during those ten days, that's what our
Jewish brothers and sisters are supposed to be doing, in
which the blowing of the show far is followed by
the time of introspection. It doesn't stop. It's a constant

(19:34):
reminder worshipers looking into their own hearts and lives for
the transgressions that do not please Him. And then after
yam Kipur, you have succult, which I think represents him

(19:55):
tabernacling with us. As John said, he came to tabernacle
with us us. It's the It's the blessing of the time,
and the wilderness of the of the fruit of the family,
of all these things. If you've never built a so
called if you've never done that, it's an amazing experience.

(20:16):
I long for the day to have the property to
do that every year with our family, and I believe
that it's coming. Yeah, I'm tudo. A Rushashana marks the
beginning of the appointed times, a joyous celebration, a worship
of our heavenly Father, so that so far takes us

(20:40):
to Genesis twenty two, the Binding of Isaac, when God
asked Isaac to be sacrificed by his father Abraham, and
just as Abraham was about to do it, the Angel
stopped him and provided the sacrifice in the ram caught
the thicket. So the show far blowing. The show Far

(21:04):
reminds us that he is Jehovah Jira. He is our
provider on this special day. It's the herald of new seasons.
Alfred edersheiman author, wrote, one of the main purposes of
the show Far is to rouse men to repentance. Jewish

(21:27):
philosopher and commentator Mamianese makes use of the following words
to denote the meaning of the blowing of the show Far.
Rouse ye, rouse you from your slumber. Awake, Awake from
your sleep, You who mind vanity for slumber most heavy
has fallen upon you. Take it to heart before whom

(21:49):
you are to give an account in the judgment. Gee,
that sounds familiar. It sounds like something Paul, who studied
under Gamileel who it sounds like something he would say,
you know what he did Romans thirteen. He lays it out,

(22:09):
starting with love and verse eight. Oh, no one anything
except to love one another. For he who loves another
has fulfilled the law. For the commandments, you shall not
commit adultery, you shall not murder, you shall not steal,
you shall not bear fold witness, you shall not covet.
If there's any other commandment, all are summed up in
this saying, namely, you shall love your neighbor as yourself.

(22:34):
Love does no harm to a neighbor. Therefore, love is
the fulfillment of the law. And do this everything I
just said. Do this knowing the time that now it
is high time to awake out of our sleep. For
now our salvation is nearer than when we first believed.

(22:55):
The night is far spent, the day is at hand. Therefore,
let us cast off the way works of darkness and
put on the armor of light. Let us walk properly
as in the day, not in revelry drunkenness, not in
lewdness and lust, not in strife and envy. But put
on the Lord Jesus, the Messiah, and make no provision

(23:18):
for the flesh to fulfill its lust. Repent, turn from
those old ways. The other thing about the show far,
it's a summons. It's called to worship. It's an alert
warning to prepare for something. It's to hail and arrival,

(23:38):
or a wake up someone who's sleeping spiritually or physically.
And it's a war cry. Joel two, Verse one, the
day of the Lord. To blow the trumpet in Zion,
sound an alarm in my holy mountain. Let all the
inhabitants of the land treble, tremble, for the day of

(23:59):
the Lord is coming, For it is at hand. Do
you hear it? You hear the sound of the shouf fear?
Let all the inhabitants of the land tremble, for the
day of the Lord is coming, for it is at hand.

(24:22):
Among the many reasons the enemy doesn't like it in
which we always do it at everything we do, every mission,
every cleansing, no matter what it is, that chauffeur gets blown,
it's because they know what it means, and the enemy
reacts to it, they will manifest. We've taken pictures of
all these spirit orbs suddenly popping out, being pulled into

(24:46):
manifestation where they can't hide. They know it means the
King is coming. Blow the trumpet in Zion, warn of
impending judgment. Sound the alarm on my holy Mountain's iyon.
So it's a cheering, it's a blasting. It's the beginning

(25:06):
of the days of awe, and the celebration lasts for
two days. In the ancient world, they had no way
to tell which day it was. They didn't have the internet,
they didn't have GPS, they didn't have smart devices. So
it took time to relay the message throughout the land

(25:28):
to the scattered tribes that the new moon had been
sighted and the seventh month had begun in the appointed
time times for the Sabbath rest and a holy convregation convregation.
So since some people were not aware of the feast
day until it was nearly over, the holiday was extended

(25:48):
for an additional day. But does the Lord hint at
this Rashiashana in Matthew twenty five four verses thirty six
to forty four. But of that day and hour no
one knows, not even the angels of heaven. When they
talk about Razashana, they say, no one knows the day

(26:10):
of the hour, but my father only. But as the
days of Noah were, so will also the coming of
the Son of Man be For as in the days
before the flood, they were eating and drinking, marrying, and
giving in marriage until the day that Noah entered the

(26:31):
ark and did not know until the flood came and
took them all away. So also will the coming of
the Son of Man be. Two men will be in
the field, one will be taken in the other left.
Two women will be grinding at the mill. One will
be taken in the other left. Watch therefore, for you
do not know what hour your Lord is coming. But

(26:53):
know this. If the master of the house had known
what hour the thief would come, he would have watched
allowed his house to be broken into. Therefore, you also
be ready, for the Son of Man is coming at
an hour you do not expect. So as believers in Messiah,

(27:14):
as believers in Yashua, we should understand that the Spring
feast passed over unleavened bread and Chava Pentecost had their
prophetic fulfillment in Yeshua two thousand years ago, and we

(27:34):
anticipate the prophetic fulfillment of the fall feasts Yamsudu a
yam Kipur succult at Ishua's second coming. But of that
exact day and hour no one knows, not even the
angels of heaven nor the son in his humanity. Of course,

(27:58):
he's sitting at the right hand of the fire. He knows,
but the Father alone, for the coming of the Son
of Man, the Messiah, will be just like the days
of Noah. So be alert, give strict attention, be cautious
and active in faith, for you do not know which day,
whether near or far, your Lord is coming. And a

(28:19):
lot of people have taken that phrase and run with it.
The one thing they miss is that the phrase highlights
both the certainty of divine plans and the mystery of
their exact timing, and the Father's unique role in knowing

(28:42):
and appointing times underscores his divine sovereignty that these things
will reflect his plan, God's plan for history. First, this
looneans five, verse one, I believe infers and addresses this.

(29:07):
This is the amplified version now as the times and dates,
and the Greek word here for times refers to the
length of time, indicating how long one must wait for something.
Now as the times and dates, while the word for
dates refers to the particular time of an event that

(29:29):
will happen, it hasn't yet, Brothers and sisters, For you
have no need for anything to be written to you,
for you yourselves know perfectly, perfectly well that the day the
return of the Lord is coming, just as a thief

(29:50):
comes expectantly and suddenly in the night. And while they
are saying peace and safety, all well, all is well
and secure, then in a moment of unforeseen destruction will
come upon them suddenly like labor pains on a woman
with child, and they will absolutely not escape, for there

(30:12):
will be no way to escape the judgment of the Lord.
But you believers, all you who believe in Messiah as Savior,
in acknowledging him as God's Son, are not in spiritual darkness,
nor are you held by its power that the day
of judgment would overtake you by surprise like a thief.

(30:34):
For you are all sons and daughters of Light, and
sons and daughter of the Day. We do not belong
to the night nor darkness. So let us not sleep
in spiritual indifference as the rest of the world does.
Let us keep wide awake, alert and cautious. Let us

(30:55):
be sober, self controlled, calm and wise. For those who
sleep sleep at night. Those who are drunk get drunk
at night. But since we believers belong to the day,
let us be sober having been, having put on the
breastplate of faith and love, and as a helmet the

(31:17):
hope and confident assurance of salvation. Scripture repeatedly warns believers
not to try and pinpoint exact dates. Yes, we recognize
times and seasons, but instead we are to live in

(31:37):
a state of perpetual spiritual preparedness. You've heard that from me.
For all the years that the porch has been on
the air, and over the centuries, and even recently, some
have attempted to predict specific dates, and they always fail

(32:00):
because the timing is only known by God and will
only happen in the fullness of time, so no one
knows the day in the hour. Of that phrase, it
anchors a vital principle that we need to heed. The
exact timing of Messiah's return is God's alone to disclose

(32:22):
and to decide. So when we study the scriptures, we
should understand that we should live in a constant state
of readiness and engage in honoring God through our efforts

(32:45):
to further the kingdom and to maintain vigilant hope, to
not be complacent, to encourage, to be faith, to trust
in the Father's perfect wisdom and assurance that in God's

(33:06):
appointed time, Messiah will return to fulfill all things. And
if you think I was joking when I said that
people gave away their possessions, including their pets, it's all
over the internet. People actually did that. One woman, I

(33:27):
don't know who she is, I don't know her name.
I wouldn't say it anyway, reached out to her regular
pet sitter to give her her furry kids, her pets.
But she did it in a way of the fact
that well, I'm leaving, you're staying and going to hell.
Could you take care of my dogs? Really? Yeah, that's

(33:52):
a great witness the fact that you even fell for this,
and people fall for it every year, But because this
year fell on us a certain numerical equation, I understood
how they were deceived. But what they missed was a
All you had to do is pray about it. There
was no confirmation of it, and the time is not yet.

(34:21):
The sound of the shuffar is meant to get our attention,
and I'm hoping that it does. I'm hoping that every
time I play it on the beginning of every session
of the porch, it's meant to call you to worship.
It's a meant. It's meant to get your attention. But
it's also called a war. When we blow it, when
I blow it, when we're out with SRT doing what

(34:43):
we do, it's a war. It's a declaration. We're here.
You lose because the king is with us. But first
we worship. Let's get cleaned up and then go to
war in his ba half. Let's repent. Let's look for
any sin that hinders us, any hidden thing. Let's look

(35:05):
for anything the enemy might have against us or in
us before we try to go to battle with them.
The other thing about Rashishana, for me, it's really not
about our personal lives. People make it about that, but
not us, not believers in Yushilah. It should be about
the Kingdom of God. Should be about the future of

(35:32):
the Kingdom and the people of God and the future
of humanity. So our Jewish brothers and sisters, they don't
see it that way. They're celebrating the new year. They've
had the sweets, the honey of the apple, they've done
all those things, the pomegranate. They have the symbols, but

(35:52):
they don't have the spirit. They ask God for forgiveness
for the mistakes they've made over the past years, and
they remind themselves to not repeat those mistakes in the
coming year. But secretly then they know they will. But
you and I, our hope is not in rituals. Our

(36:16):
hope is not in this world or anything in this world.
For our citizenship is in Heaven, from which we eagerly
wait for the Savior, the Lord Jesus, the Messiah, who
will transform our lowly body that it may be conformed
to his glorious body, according to the working by which

(36:39):
he is able to even subdue all things to himself
Philippians three Versus twenty and twenty one. So the war
for the kingdom is our job and our calling. And
we have been commissioned to go. Set the captives free,

(37:00):
to heal the sick, the lame, the blind, raise the
dead even, and proclaim, j you believe, Go into all
the world, preach the Gospel of all creation. He who
has believed in Me and has been baptized will be
saved from the penalty of God's wrath and judgment. He

(37:22):
who has not believed will be condemned. Pretty clear, Mark sixteen,
Verses fifteen and sixteen Now, I don't ever do what
that woman did, or dogs that are rub it in
somebody's face that they're possibly condemned to hell. That just

(37:45):
makes no sense to me, And I do not believe
that has the spirit of the Lord in it. Most
people know in their heart. Excuse me, getting better from
the bronchitis, but there's still some lingering stuff there, So

(38:06):
excuse me. Most people know they know it in their heart,
whether they want to admit it or not. Tewod Corinthians
ten verses three through six. For though we walk in
the flesh, we do not war according to the flesh.
For the weapons of our warfare are not carnal, but

(38:29):
mighty in God. For pulling down strongholds, casting down arguments
in every high thing that exalts itself against the knowledge
of God, bringing every thought into captivity to the obedience
of Messiah, and being ready to punish all disobedience when
your obedience is fulfilled those two Corinthians ten versity through six.

(38:56):
Then we pick it up. Actually, I'm gonna give it
to you again, but in the amplified I want you
to understand this, and we're going to talk in the
weeks ahead. Once we get past, the fruit of the spirit.
About spiritual warfare, the war the battle is in the mind. Yes,

(39:19):
we're battling for the hearts, and that's what salvation I
believe happens. I don't believe you can debate people into
the kingdom. The spirit has to touch them in their
heart and they have to decide. In as much as
we refute arguments and theories and reasonings and every proud

(39:41):
and lofty thing that sets itself up against the true
knowledge of God, and we lead every thought and purpose
away captive into the obedience of the Messiah, being ready
in readiness to punish every insubordinate disobedience when our own

(40:07):
submission and obedience as a church are fully secured and complete.
We cannot defeat the enemy if he has access to
us in our lives, if we have open doors in
our lives, if we have breaches in the hedge around us.

(40:28):
So the battle starts where it starts with us. And
most people have seen that lose, that warfare lose because
they thought the battle started with the enemy. No, it
starts in you. The Lord has a heart, the heart

(40:49):
of a warrior. The prophet Isaiah tells us in Isaiah
fifty nine verses seventeen and nineteen. For the Lord put
on righteousness as a breastplate or coat of mail, and
salvation as a helmet upon his head. He put on
garments of vengeance, for his clothing was clad with zeal

(41:10):
and a furious divine jealousy, as a cloak according to
their deeds deserve, According as their deeds deserve, So will
he repay wrath to his adversaries, recompense to his enemies.
On the farign islands and coastlands. He will make compensation,

(41:33):
for as the result of the Messiah's intervention, they shall
reverently fear the name of the Lord from the west
and his glory from the rising of the sun. When
the enemy shall come in like a flood, the spirit
of the Lord will lift up a standard against him
and put him to flight, For he will come like
a rushing stream, which to breath of the Lord drives.

(41:57):
So don't think he's here for peace. He didn't come
for peace. And when he comes back, he's coming as
the lion of the tribe of Judah. And he will roar,
and out of his mouth will come his indignation, will
come his judgment. And he was speaking from the mount
of olives. So the fear, the divine punishment on the

(42:22):
enemies of God is coming. But until then we are
called to do what pray, seek his face, speak his word,
go rescue the people. Say to those who are fearful hearted,

(42:42):
be strong and do not fear. Behold, your God will
come with vengeance, with the recompense of God. He will
come and save you Isaiah thirty five, verse four. And
I'm sure my Jewish brothers assistance during this time as
they're going through the things they go through in the
Middle East, the warfare of the trying to the hostages,
all that's happened to them, they hold on to that,

(43:04):
not understanding that repentance has to start with them in
their hearts, and that starts with them finding Hamosiah Messiah
becoming complete. When the enemy comes in like a raging flood,
the spirit of the Lord will drive him back. Well,

(43:26):
how does that apply to his New Testament Church? Pretty easy,
if you've been paying attention all these weeks. The spirit
of the Lord is in his church. We are the
driving force against the enemy. Every time you hear somebody say, oh,

(43:47):
let's pray, let's call the spirit down. No, the spirit's
in me. I need to release it. I need to
arise and shine. We need to let it out. Do
I believe he sends more, Yes, but in response to
us letting it out, praising him, worshiping him, understanding who

(44:13):
we are, understanding who he is Isaiah forty five six,
that they may know, from the rising of the sun
to its setting, that there is none besides me. I
am the Lord, and there is no other. Every chance
you get, remind the enemy of that he is the Lord,
and there is no other. His name is the name

(44:34):
above all names, that the name of Yashua. Every knee
shall bow, and every tongue confess in heaven and on earth,
and declare, declare, declare that Yeshua, that Jesus is Lord,
to the glory of God the Father p. One thirteen,
verse three. From the rising of the sun to its

(44:57):
going down, the Lord's name is to be praised. Start
your day in praise, End your day in praise. Doesn't
matter what happened, doesn't matter what you're going through. You
could be laying in a hospital bed, you could be
laying at home. You could be broken hearted, You could
your spouse could have just walked out. You may have
just lost your job, and the whole world telling you

(45:18):
to cry, to weep, to rage, no praise, throw your
hands up towards Heaven, and in your tears, praise him,
call upon his name. Praise of the Lord is a
declaration over his sovereignty over everything, over the fact that

(45:43):
his holiness and his power as our living and loving
creator cannot be matched Some one forty nine, verses four
through nine. For the Lord takes pleasure in his people,
he will be to fight the humble with salvation. Let
the saints be joyful in glory. Let them sing aloud

(46:06):
on their beds. Let the high praises of God be
in their mouth, and a two edged sword in their hand,
to execute vengeance on the nations and punishment on the peoples.
Divine the kings with chains and the nobles nobles with
fetters of iron, to execute on them the written judgment,

(46:26):
this honor. Have all his saints. Praise the Lord a
two edged sword. The word of God is a two
edged sword. Praise him. I blow the show far as
often as I can, not often enough. Actually, got to

(46:47):
keep that lip, gotta keep the feeling of the vibration
when it's right. But when it's right, it's right, praise him,
Oswald Chambers says, to the year of God, everything he
created makes exquisite music. And man joined in the payan

(47:09):
a praise until he fell. And then there came in
the frantic discord of sin. The realization of redemption brings man,
by way of the minor note of repentance, back into
tune with praise again. We're here because He put us here.

(47:33):
We've been anointed, appointed, empowered to build his church. Look said,
I will build my church. That's us. I will build
my church. And the gates of Hades. The power of
the infernal region shall not overpowered. They'll be strong to
hold out against it. We've been empowered to bind the

(47:56):
strong man and plunder his goods, which are the soul
that he has stolen, and to sack his kingdom see Rashiashana. Yeah,
I'm cup whatever you want to whatever. All of these
feasts have meanings, Yes they do. I acknowledge that. I

(48:17):
study them. I see what they mean, I see what
they foreshadow. But the fact is he has shown us
why he's doing what he's doing. See. The war for
the kingdom is a war for the souls of humanity
of mankind of furthering his church. That's why he wants

(48:41):
to build his church, so that he can build his kingdom,
not other people's kingdoms, not an organization, not a name,
not a person, his kingdom, and the enemy flourishes when
the church is silent. Means we have to take a stand.
We got to speak when a voice needs to be

(49:02):
heard and needs to hear the word and speak his
word no matter what Martin Luther King Junior said, our
lives begin to end the day we become silent about
things that matter. So isn't it interesting that the blowing

(49:23):
of the chauffeur was and is the duty of a worshiper.
It also was a call to battle, so the two
go together. But yet even in battle, it's not in
our strength, it's in his. It's not in our power,
it's in his. So it is a call for the

(49:46):
Lord to participate. It's a call for the angelic realm
to participate. I don't think you can order angels around
or tell them what to do. Please don't do that.
I can tell you unequivocally. I know for a fact
they don't appreciate it. Numbers ten nine says when you

(50:10):
go to war in your land against the enemy who
oppresses you, lose that, then you shall sound an alarm
with the trumpets or actually the choufar, and you will
be remembered before the lords are God, and you will
be saved from your enemies. We're living in a time

(50:30):
where we've lost the understanding of the basics that He's
set up for us. We've just lost the basics. We
don't talk about sin. Very few preach sin. It's become
illegal to do that certain parts of the world. But
I remember this quote by John Wesley, and I've used
it before. Give me one hundred preachers who fear nothing

(50:53):
but sin and desire nothing but God. And I care
not a straw, whether they be clergy or laymen. Such
alone will shake the gates of hell and set up
the Kingdom of God upon the earth. No fear. Now,
before we go, I want to talk about something, and

(51:15):
hopefully I don't lose you. And if I do, if
I say something you don't agree with or don't understand,
please reach out to me. The Charlie Kirk memorial that
took place very powerful, a little too political at times
for me, but that's who was there. I'm not into
the politics. I'm into the praise. I'm into the worship.

(51:37):
I'm into the gospel. Could care less about the politics.
But the memorial was a shot in the arm for
the church. It inspired people, It definitely did. I've seen it.
But what I don't hear anybody talking about is that
it was a declaration of war to the enemy. Let

(52:00):
me say that again. Yes, it was inspiring and a
shot in the arm for the church and to wake
people up, but it woke up the enemy. Two. I
could feel it in the spirit. I could hear it,
the clamoring, the preparing, the excitedness from the enemy. Finally

(52:25):
we have a fight. The enemy lives to fight, lives
to destroy. So I want you to understand that. Don't
get caught off guard. Don't think, oh wait, wait, what's
happening here. I've told the story, but it bears repeating.
There was a period of Christian heritives when I first
got there, and the spiritual warfare took off, and I

(52:47):
was blessed to be a part of that and instigated
some of it. That we had a Resurrection Sunday production
that I wrote and directed and performed in and as
did others that just shook shook the principality. The youth

(53:10):
got saved, people got saved, heal and delivered. We couldn't
fit the people, and we probably broke fire code laws.
It was powerful, powerful stuff called overcomers, and the enemy
took it for exactly what it was, a declaration of war.

(53:30):
And outside of a handful of us, the Church was
not ready for the retaliation. And over the next year,
one casualty after another, one destruction after the other, and
it changed the way I perceived warfare, understanding how things

(53:54):
really work in that realm. I should have known better,
but I got caught up in the excitement of it.
So what I want you to understand. Take the time
of repentance. You want to do it over the next
ten days, that's up to you. I do it every day.

(54:14):
I call for it every day. Take the time of
repentance to prepare for the days ahead. Make sure that
the enemy has no place in you or your life.
Remember what the Lord spoke to the disciples before going
to the Garden Oficosemite and then the Cross John fourteen thirty.

(54:37):
I will no longer talk much with you, for the
ruler of this world is coming and he has nothing
in me. He was telling with them, I won't be
speaking with you much longer. For the ruler of the
world Satancetan, the adversary is coming and he has no

(54:59):
claim on me, is no power over me, nor anything
that he can use against me. That's what sin does,
That's what rebellion does. So just check yourself every day.
Start the day checking yourself, Holy Spirit, check me and

(55:19):
the day sins of omission, sins of commission. Whatever did
I disobey? Did I get it right? Lord? Did I
hear you? If I didn't, I'm sorry to not give
the enemy any ground. A confrontation is coming. It's already begun,

(55:42):
began on the day of Pentecost, and it has become
more ferocious of late, a confrontation for the souls of humanity.
But on that day, before the Lord went to the Cross,
the ultimate battle where he took back the the keys,

(56:04):
Satan had no authority over him. He had no ground,
he had no influence, he had no rights. The Lord's
church should be the same. You know, when ses SRT
goes on a mission, we go through that, we check,

(56:24):
we pray, pray for one another, lay hands, take communion,
We make sure that there's nothing there. And one of
the most dramatic ones, one of the members of the
team did have something there and his life pretty much
fell apart after that. So the show Far, it sounds

(56:46):
in the spirit. You hear it, I hear sound. Do
you hear that? It's calling the church to attention, to repentance,
to be alert because the king is coming. So I'm
gonna pray. I'm gonna pray, and then I'm gonna play

(57:09):
the show Far again. And while that show Far is
playing twenty to thirty seconds, whatever it is, I want
you to check yourself. I want you to make sure
that the enemy has no ground, has no authority, has
no place in you, so that you can be useful

(57:30):
to him in the days ahead. So Father, Abba, Papa, Daddy,
as your children, we boldly approach the throne of grace
and mercy. We throw up our hands and praise and
also to pick us up. Dad. We want to be
held close. We want to wrap our arms around your neck.

(57:53):
That's where it's safe, hidden under the shadow of your wings,
under your arms with your angels, in the presence of
the Lord. And we just want to stay there. We
want to hide. But we can't. We have a job
to do. We got to go out in the world,
set the captives free, preach the gospel, no matter what

(58:14):
the cost. Sometime during a conversation, I don't know how
many of your children have been murdered because of their
faith in you. We can't forget that. Every time we
think of Charlie Kirk, we should remember the nameless, faithless

(58:34):
people who don't have social media, have no following, and
have no influence, who are murdered and forgotten, whose bodies
were hacked up, set on fire, whose homes were taken
and everything they had. Let it always be a memorial
to us about them, not just one man. So Holy Spirit,

(59:00):
to check us right now. Search us, search our hearts,
search our thoughts. Help us to pray and to pray right.
Help us to say what needs to be said, even
if it's engroanings which cannot be uttered. So during this
time we celebrate Lord, your creation. We celebrate you. We

(59:24):
celebrate freedom, We celebrate your shoe, We celebrate the cross,
we celebrate the empty tomb, we celebrate the upper room.
We celebrate the defeat of the enemy and the soon
coming king. And we prepare in the spirit, and our
hearts and our minds. We prepare to see you again

(59:46):
face to face. But before then turn us lose, fully empowered,
fully clean, fully ready, And I pray all these things
in your shoes His name.
