I mean sports right now. Weare kind of in a golden, golden
time. So NFL heading into weekeight, this is when the show thrives
because this is when the storylines reallypick up. We got teams that we

are going to proclaim as contenders.We have teams that are now have their
eyeset on that first overall draft pick. We're gonna have coaches fired, we
have the NFL trade deadline. Nextweek, we have bye weeks. We
have international games starting back up,going to Germany. We have a bunch
of stuff. Players are going tobe labeled as bus We have Deshaun Watson

faking more injuries. We have allkinds of stuff happening. No shortage of
storylines in the NFL. So nextweek, over the next month, you
know, from now until Thanksgiving.Truly, it's going to be NonStop,
tons of NFL news. And thenI mean, we look to NBA today.

tonight. The NBA is back.We got the NBA Cup coming in November.
Is it? Is it anything worthwhile? Is it anything cool? Is
it meaningful? Whatsoever? The answerto all of that is no. But

trust me, I will be obnoxiouslycovering it, being the only enthusiastic person
about the NBA Cup because I thinkthat is funny. Gotta watch out for
those wild cards. Shout out RichardJefferson, what a moron. So we
have the NBA starting tonight, tonsof storylines with the NBA. We will
see what happens for our Wisconsin listeners, which is probably the bigger segment,

the bigger market for this podcast.Obviously a lot to love about the Milwaukee
Bucks getting Dame Lillard. That isgoing to be a big thing to watch
to see, and I mean anew head coach as well. See how
the Bucks do this year. Theyare certainly favorites to win it all.
The NHL has their star who isEnglish speaking. That's a big deal,

eighteen year old Badarter. Can't evenremember his name. Doesn't really matter.
It tells you how good NHL marketspeople. But you know, the NHL
has been going on for a week, maybe two weeks now, they are
starting to find their groove a littlebit. The UFC coming off one of
the bigger cards of the year,the main event, the co main event,

both getting replacements, both getting replacementsfrom Vet's biggest stars of the game.
Coming in last second to take fightsmain event, Volkanovsky pound for pound
best fighter according to many. I'mnot sure. I don't believe he technically
held the spot anymore. I thinkthey gave it to John Jones, probably

a mistake whatever, taking a rematchof his only loss and forever going up
away class to fight Islam Makachev.People thought Volkanovski maybe shouldn't have lost the
last one, a little bit ofweird decision. All of a sudden boom
leg kick out of nowhere, Knoxhis ass out in the first round.

Islam answers all the questions, provesthe doubters wrong. On the other side,
Volkanovski, though, did some thingsin the fight, in that short
fight that proves that this dude isfucking good. This guy is incredible.
So storyline's coming from that. UzmanKamarrow. Uzman, seemingly unbeatable for years,

lost back to back fights to LeonEdwards. Those losses were kind of
weird takes. The scariest fight possiblylast second, faces kam Zat Shamaiev.
That dude's an absolute psycho. Hehas been trying to be healed for so
long, trying to be the badguy. Finally last fight, missus wait,

just screaming at people people, finallyhate comms at Shamayev. He comes
into this fight talking about wanting tokill Chamayav, trying to or trying to
kill Uzman. All of that swarmson. Uzman immediately really handles that fight
for the majority of it, gothis ass kicked a little bit in the

second round, but he wins thatfight, goes on this touching, heartwarming
speech afterwards. All of a sudden, Shamayev doesn't really seem like a heel
anymore, talking about obviously the warsin the Middle East and all of that,
all of that shitty thing, allthose shitty situations going on Islamkachev obviously
talked about it as well, Butinteresting situation there. Uzman didn't look that

bad, seeming like that was anumber one contender fight. But I say
this to say, there's just storylinesgalore coming out of this. The third
fight of that card was just canceled, like the doctor said he was unfit
to fight after getting hit, whichwas kind of bullshit. So many weird

things happening in the UFC, Somany weird things are happening in the NFL.
The NBA college football is popping offprobably the most exciting and notable college
football season in years. Truly incrediblestuff. Big, big, big name

stars that are expected to come intothe NFL and make an impact immediately.
Obviously, it helps that many ofthese stars are at the quarterback position,
so you know spotlight's going to beon them anyways. But so much to
love about college football, so muchto love about football. Basketball starting up.

College basketball will be starting up verysoon as well. Scandals galore,
storylines galore. You can trust thatthe Flurry Sports podcast here will stay up
to date on some of the biggestthings. And apparently baseball is still happening
as well. Don't know what's happening, not sure what's going on, go
