I mean, like, these things don't really bother me that much.
I see them kind of as like a parasite, like
a bug, a nat a mosquito. I really just post

my field, flexed my field. I know that there's a
lot of precautions that I can take in order to
eliminate those issues. My field is pretty coherent, so I
do a lot of subconscious programming, like black Flame, Firewall programming.
I don't know if you've seen that. I don't know
if you keep up with like anime and stuff like that,
but it's been a huge inspiration and a lot of

the techniques that I've developed, because you know, there's a
lot of truths in those animes. And in the new
Dragon Ball Super you know, they reach a new super
sand form which is called Ultra Instinct, and it's supposed
to be like the most ultimate form. It's like it's
it starts to reach the level of the gods and
it actually transcends the gods and goes into the angels,
and basically it's like autonomous. When they're fighting, they're not

thinking anymore. It's just a reflex. And so that's what
I try to get my psychic protection to be as
as a subconscious reflex, an autonomous program that I don't
even have to consciously access. I just constantly program it
every single day, every single day. So if it detects
some type of psychic intrusion or you know, disharmonic energy

being sent to me and a malicious with a malicious intent,
it just automatically starts to operate.

If you were gonna give like a day one tip
to the people listening, what would you suggest that they
do be able to start to protect their energy, because
I know a lot of us in this community are
just getting that. Well, I'm gonna be honest, we're taking
a shit kicking because we don't know what we're doing.
Like there is an entire Stephen calls it. Are remembering
and awakening is the common term. There's something going on

of the spiritual nature on a broad scale, and the
ones who are just waking up are often getting basically
abused in the ethereal. What would you suggest that they
do to begin to protect themselves.

You know, again, I'm a very pragmatic individual, and I
find that there's a lot of power and simplicity, and
I even find that there's more everybody kind of This
is just something that I've observed, and I've been guilty
of this as well. You know, we always kind of
like want to find this like very complex technique or
like this like super subtle kind of like anatomy to
work with, or this visualization or all these kinds of things.

But really the thing that strengthens your psychic protection is
your will power. The stronger your will the less your
feel is able to be you know, penetrated or violated, infiltrated.
So again, to be as the saint as possible here,
I would recommend doing yoga four to five times out

(03:01):
of the week, even if it's just a simple sun salutation.
And that's because not only does yoga realign your physical
body and release tension. And if you simply define an
energy blockage as simply as you can, and energy blockage
is just tension, and so if not so again, like

if you are able to release that tension, if you're
able to build up that that praana, that chi in
your body, that is, those are things that are able
to like clear like this harmonic resonance from from your
field and from your body. But more importantly, getting up
on the mat or you know, getting up and getting
on the mat, you know, multiple times out of the

week creates a level of discipline that really strengthens the willpower.

Okay I, I know BG like pushes Kundalini yoga and
I've dabbled in it. I ended up. Okay I was
like just getting into it. I was twenty days into
it and I screwed up my neck at work, so
I had to stop. But if what variation of yoga
do you tend to lean towards Kundalini yoga or something else?

Speaker 2 (04:14):
So I am formally trained in Oshtonga yoga. I actually
used to so like my ex wife was actually a teacher,
an oshtanga teacher, and our teacher, uh was one of
like the only people in the US to be blessed
by the founder of it to like really push it
in the States and stuff like that. And so that's

(04:38):
what I do. I do Ashtanga yoga and that's not
a yoga, that's it's for everybody either it's it is
very militant, it is very arduous. It's a lot of asaumas.
And but even so I just do the sun salutation.
All you have to do is just a simple sun salutation.
You could do that that every yoga teaching or you know, uh,

(04:59):
branch of yoga as their own form of a sun salutation.
And so when you're doing yoga, you never go past
eighty percent. I was very, very blessed to be born
extremely flexible. So like my yoga practice is pretty gnarly,
but you never pushed too far with yoga ever. That's
how you get hurt, you know what I mean. You

(05:20):
always the thing about anything Eastern. Okay, it goes back
to fucking karate kid. Excuse my language, It goes back
to karate kid. You know it's uh, you have to
do the wax on, the wax off. You do these
little teeny tiny things over and over and over and
over and over, and that consistency is what allows you
to fall into the more complex postures the more that

(05:43):
you do it.

Speaker 1 (05:46):
That makes sense because and that was one of the things,
like this is crazy, Like my wife got to witness this.
Ever since I was a kid, I couldn't touch my toes.
First of all, I had wow, terrible gym teachers who
told me to do it like legs completely straight, and
it was almost impossible. Right. It was fifteen days after

(06:07):
starting yoga that I could finally touch my toes and
I'm fortunate.

Speaker 2 (06:09):
So okay, but that's still good that fifteen days. That's
not that bad.

Speaker 1 (06:14):
Yeah, So I totally agree that you do develop that flexibility,
that the ability to reach further and further. But there
you do want to have. You definitely want to go slow.
Like I was happy I screwed my neck up at
work and not doing yoga because then I'd probably been
put off.

Speaker 2 (06:36):
Again. I can't stress that enough. Like I want to
really emphasize on that, you know, and you know like
you always want to take your time with yoga. You
never want to push yourself too hard. It's not about
forcing anything. It's just about the consistency.

Speaker 1 (06:52):
Absolutely. And I'm gonna circle back to something because it's
another video clip that I have. You were talking about
somatic response is through leptokinesis doing your sessions online, and
like I was telling you, guys, I felt Matt Mornian's
etheroral body working on me. So I know this well.

(07:13):
I don't like to say I know, but I strongly
believe that what I experienced was one legitimate and what
I watched on your page just blew my mind. And
I'm going to share that now because this goes into
the somatic response thing.

Speaker 3 (07:29):
All right, we're gonna start the session our area. I'm
just gonna see what happens. Make some hand movement. The
hands and arms are actually directly connected to the heart.

There is a heart tuned pathway.

To something referred to it as.

So while it's so calm, it's going to check the brainstem.
Beautiful had a very strong somatic release that manifested from them.

We're just gonna do some mind body synchronization. We're sending
a current of energy down the personal nervous system and
up to the cerebrums through the brain stem, and it's
gonna go like pop up.

That I know you apologize for your language. That blew
my fucking mind. Like when dude started twitching like that.
I have never seen anybody get that kind of result
like I could feel, Matt. I I know a lot
because I've had a lot of injuries in my life
and I know about when your muscles are just contracting

on their owner, reacting to stimuli, because you can't fake
the twitches and stuff that I've seen in your videos.
They are neuroelectrical muscle responses, right. I know this for
effect because I've experienced them. What you're doing, you have
to be literally projecting some type of energy to the

ethereal form of your patient, and you blew my mind.
