is an accomplished scientist and executive leader with over twenty

wait to get into this. This is very interesting. We're
going to discuss some of the technology you've developed and
successfully used to contact and communicate with what you believe
are non human and possibly off planet intelligences, and what
you're doing is pretty incredible. I'm looking forward to learning

about how this technology works, the methods you're using to
establish the communication, as well as your thoughts on exactly
what you believe that we're communicating with. Here now, before
we get into any of this, this is your first
time on tell us a little bit about yourself, your background,
and what led you to discover this technology and research this.

Thank you, Chris, thank you for the introduction. Yeah, my background,
I'm a scientist. You know, I do have a Bachelor
of green chemistry and you know, strong background in engineering,
electronics and you know some other disciplines like that I have.
I've been a license Ameateter radio operator since childhood. I

was I think twelve thirteen when I passed my license,
and one of my passions was to build antenna systems.
Pretty much throughout my life, I've been building all kinds
of you know, intenna systems. And you know, in parallel
to that, I was always very much into the universe,
and you know, I read. I love reading books when
I was younger, you know, of astrual physics and stuff

like that in astronomy, and I was always very passionate.
So anyway, you know, that's what really these uh put
me on the path of being in what I'm doing today.
Some of the work you know of me in contact
with non man intelligence, which which is by the way,
accessible to everyone. It's not you know unique to my situation.
Everyone anyone can do it, can do this, and what

I'd like to do today. I do have many slides
to provide visuals to the audience, video clips of experience
and contact experience I've had. So I will go through
that and explain in more details what this uh you know,
contact modality consists of, and show again how it's accessible
to everyone. And and we'll transition all that to things

that are all a bit more profound, because what we
realize is the manifestation from the non Neuman intelligences contains information,
very very profound information about the how the universe operates,
really how the universe works, and so I do have
evidence of that. I will show how this is all connected.

There are many connections to to the ancient secret size
that are located and located all around the world, which
contains that information as well. So it's a pretty broad
topic obviously, and we probably could talk for for two
days non stuff, but we'll limit it for the time
we have. Again, I can present the slides and we'll
go through that together.

Yes, definitely. Now before we get to your slides, I
just have to ask, was this technology developed because you
were interested in making contact or was it that you
accidentally made contact and then developed this technology. How did
that come about?

Speaker 2 (05:30):
It's a great question, good question. Well, I it was
purely initially to make contact to do you know? Again,
as I said, I was since an amateur radio operator
I have. I was building all this loge equipment for
moondansk communication, and at some point I got into I
got very intrigued and interested in the what people call

human initiated contact, or some called it CE five or
different modalities, and I said, you know, why not using
my equipment, you know, to to send a message out
there and see if something happens. I had absolutely zero
expectation or zero hope that anything will happen. But to
my surprise, something happened. I do have video of that too,
with my you know, essentially my first contact experens. I

will be able to show that in a minute. But yeah, no,
this was not a planned thing and it just unfolded
that way.

Excellent. So the first light we have here is essentially
how the host started, and that answers a bit the
question that you asked me earlier is you know, how
did I get started? So, as I said, since I'm
amateur radio operator licensed, I practiced this hobby for many years,
pretty much throughout my life, and in twenty thirteen it

became interested in a contact modality called moon bounce communication.
I had never heard of that before, and when I
heard of it, I was very intrigued. And you know,
and this contact modality really consists in beaming powerful, very
beams of radio waves and to bounce or scatter these
radio waves off the surface of the moon and essentially

used the moon as a passive reflector, like a mirror,
if you will, a mirror of radio waves, right, And
so we can essentially reflect these radio wave of the
Moon and they will bounce back you know, I'm using
the word bouncece more scattered, but they bounce back towards
Earth a very small fraction of it, very very you know,
a weak single that comes back towards Earth. So using

that that methodology, we can essentially make two way contact
all over the planet. Really as long as there was
a moon window, a common moon window between two the
two radio stations that attempting to make contact. This actually,
this contact modality was developed during the Second World War.
You know at the time that satellite, no internet, nothing, right,
so how could people communicate from one side of the

planet to the other? You know, the some use HF radios,
but this depends on the ion s fee and the conditions.
So the moon bounce was a reliable a way to
establish communication really worldwide, you know, using the technique. So
I heard about it and I said, I said, I
need to try this. This is too cool technically speaking
and very very technical as I love the challenge. I'm

gonna I need to I need to do this, I
need absolutely try to do this. So I started building
the antenna system, uh to make that happen and build
up my radio stations. And you know this, this is
all homemade. I did. All all my antennas are totally homemade.
I do have a special software to design the antenna.
This is very complex, you know, and the software model

how the radio wave or the electromagetic you know field
is producing an antenna and so on. And it's not
you know, this kind of equipment to do moon bounce.
It's not something you can just buy at Walmart. You know,
it's it doesn't exist out there, right, It's very such
a small specific thing. So anyway, I went along and
I created my radio station really and in twenty sixteen,

as we see here on that second slide, I ended
up with, you know, a system which I call the
top of triangular rotate the popularity antenna system. I won't
get too much into the detail, but this, this configuration
was very unique, and I ended up publishing writing a
couple of scientific papers about this system. And we can
see it on the screen. And this was published in

a magazine in Europe, the technical magazine in Europe specialized
in the field. And and this is the setup I had.
And so I mean, for all these years from twenty
thirteen to twenty seventeen. Really I made over seven hundred
and eighty two way communications via moon bounds with other
radio stations all over the world. So it was working

really successfully. And so this is all started. And then
in twenty seventeen, you know, I had heard, as I
mentioned before talk, I had heard about human initiating contact
and see what people sometimes keep see five And I said,
that's really cool. I said, you know, I was really

interested in trying it as well. I had seen some
watch some videos on YouTube and they were showing people
making successful contacts. So we'll say, I said, I'm going
to get into this and try it. And I had
located the site in Los Padres National Park in California,
in was Valley, California. I had located a site with
Google LIRF, and I said, I'm going to go there

on given night and just first, I mean for that
first actually experience was mainly to go screen the site,
you know, for future contact work, like it was a
reconnaissance mission, if you will. But before going there, I said,
I'm going to create a message, you know, why not
use my radio station, which is you know, if I

can do moon Bounce, I can obviously broadcast messages that
will reach all the corners of the solar system literally
with that kind of power we're talking about power. On
one hundred forty four Maker Hurts, my station was capable
of deploying over one ondred and fifty thousand wants of power.
And on four hundred thy two Maker Hurts, my radio

station is capable of delivering a quarter of a million warts.
So that's way more power and power density than the
commercial or typical radio station, even the biggest one that
you know, people listen FM radio on FM radio. So
this is this that kind of power is really allows
to reach all the corners of the solar system. So

so before going to the side on May first, twenty seventeen,
that was the date that I had chosen that we
can to go there, to go to that location which
was deep again in Lost paralanstation was there's no cell signal,
no you know, light interference, light pollution, and so I
created a bannery code message, you know, a homemade binnary

code message, and this is what I broadcasted a few
days prior to going to the site. And that binary
code message contained a greeting message essentially with coordinates, times
and dates where I will be, you know, attempting to
make contact, and so they basic message. But that message

contained all that information well with the latitude, longitude, dat
and talents one and I have Actually I can plain
a message here. I do have the video and can
hear briefly how it sounded like. So let me just
play it now.

This is your basic This is basically invite message, right,
that's right to invite contact exactly.

So let me just play it here. So this is
essentially how it sounds like. And we can see on
the screen here that the different frequencies that I'll mentioned here,

and you know, all these frequencies essentially each sentence of
this message was encoded at the different soul fagial frequency.
So it was a very kind of unique message in
a sense. And so that's what I broadcasted before going
to the side. So so I did that, and then
you know, on Mady first, twenty seventeen, I went, I

went to the location I was, you know, not expecting anything,
to be honest with you. I had brought my little
handheld radio, which we can see on the screen here
on the right side. I had brought a handheld radio
with me which I had tuned to the same frequency
that I had broadcasted the message, you know, the message
using my launch radio station. So I brought an I

tuned it and went to the side, and you know,
I got there and it was a beautiful location by
a lake and very quiet, again, far from any source
of interference, no cell signal, nothing. It was really far, deep,
deep in the valley. And you know, after maybe fifteen
twenty minutes, I said, Okay, that's that's great, that's perfect

side of you know, so I will come back here.
At the time I had my initial thought at the
time was to set up a little group together, a
little contact team, if you will, and to come back
there to do contact work there, just like many C
five team or C five groups two and so. But
before leaving, I said, I'm gonna just relax a little bit,

and so I put my radio on the top of
my car and I sat in a chair for a
few minutes as I'm just going to relax and did
it and I'm just going to pack up and go
back home. And inmediately when I do did that, a
few minutes later, the radio started interacting in a way

that it had never interacted before. Again, I was you know,
it was at night, the middle of the night, you know,
where there's no cell signal deep in the valley, there
was no potential source of interference. And the radio started
chirping and interacting. And again I had used this radio
for years to do a satellite communication. And you know,

I'm an amateur radio operators. I had used this video,
so I know very well how it behaves or if this,
if it's triggered by any kind of interference, how it
looks like and it was. It didn't look anything like it.
It was extremely strange. But and I have a video
I'm going to show show here how it interacted. But
at the moment, to be honest, I didn't make the connection.

That didn't even cross my mind that this could be
some kind of reply or interaction back to answer the
message that I had bought casted this. This was to me,
It's not the first thing that came to mind, because
again I'm a scientists, so I need to eliminate, you know,
all the potential source or other explanations you know that
that could have caused this. And I didn't. Again, I

didn't make the connection. Let me play the video briefly.
Here's just maybe thirty seconds. And the video you're going
to see is not the video of that first contact night,
but it's it's it's a video that I recorded a
few days later, which the interaction was identical. So what
you're going to see here is a perfect representation representation
of what happened on the day of my of the
first contact. So let me just play the video here. Okay, great,

there we go. Is two sixteen in the morning. The
radio is very active right now, So this is how
this is. This is how the radio behaved. And you know,
it was not most code because I know most code.
I've I've been doing most code all my life, so

(16:58):
I know this modulation and you know this, this modulation
was not moscowed, so I didn't know what it was.
And again on my first day, actually, as crazy as
it sound, I almost got annoyed because the radio was
just going crazy, and I said, what's going on with
this radio? You know, I just I was just trying
to relax there, you know. So so I anyway, after

a few minutes, I packed everything back up, everything and
went back home, you know, but was intrigued by what happened.
And you know, during that week, I kept the radio on.
I clipped it on my belt and I kept it
on me just to see how it would behave, right,
Because if I thought to myself, if the radio is
interacting or being triggered by any kind of filterference, it

should happen while I am in the city, not in
the middle of nowhere, right, So I said, if I
keep it on me while I'm going to the bank
and the grocery store and everywhere, you know, we'll see
how the radio behave and if it's being triggered by anything. Right.
So I did that, and amazingly, the radio stayed completely silent.
And this video is all set up of design to
be silent, right, if there's no a single coming in, right,

there's a Squelsh automatic squealsh on it. So they were
supposed to be silent, and it remained silent the entire week.
So so I decided to go back. Of course, a
few days later, and I was with a friend at
this time, I was not alone, and I did the
same thing. I broadcasted the message a few days prior

to going to the side with greeting message with date
and time and coordinates, the same binary recorded message we
heard earlier, and we got to the site, and a
few minutes later after arriving to the side, the same
thing happened again. The radio started behaving exactly the same
way that as it did a few days prior. And

then it was very clear, it seemed very clear that
it was that it was there seemed to be an
intelligence behind it, because we were asking questions and the
radio was interacting, and it's just like answering a question.
It was just very strange, but really didn't They didn't
seem random at all. And and I had also in
the prior days read and looked at on the internet,

and clearly I realized that these type of interactions, you know,
people doing contact work, it can happen some some have
trifield meters and all kinds of equipment you know, that
can be triggered by non EU manue intelligence. So I
realized that this was this was the real deal, This
was this is what's happening. This, this is what this
this it was happening. And and from there, you know,

I kept you know, I kept doing it then for
for the following many weeks. I was very passionate. I
was really intrigued, and so I purchased a night vision camera,
and I started I started having sightings after that, you know,
a lot of different sightings in the sky, high strangeness.
And uh so this is how this is how my
story started, really my experiences and and and I think

it's it's it's probably important and this juncture to mention
explain the physics of it, why that's even possible? And
you know, because before me, I wonder, you know, how
is it even possible?

So you know, I do have to ask before you
get into this the skeptics, and there's a lot of
very conspiracy minded individuals that listen to this show that
I have to ask this. Could it be possible that
the responses you got may have been part of some
sort of black operation or military operation that they somehow

(20:30):
knew you were trying to contact extra terrestrials and responded
to you as an experiment or as some sort of
black operation, or just to throw people off the trail.
I don't know, is it possible.

Speaker 2 (20:45):
It's a good question. Good question. I asked myself the
same question, right I thought about these things. I mean,
when we when we look at the entire tea of
these experiences, still many reasons why, you know, I don't
think that's the case. First of all, the interactions coming back,

(21:05):
and I will show that. I have a video to
demonstrate that or breaking the laws of physics, what's coming back?
These interactions are not driven by regular electromagnetic radio waves,
and I will demonstrate that in a minute. It's some
other form of energy that we do not understand, and
I'm going to demonstrate that. I have videos to show that.

(21:26):
You know, even for instance, if you put the radio
in a far ready cage, you know, which does not
let any radio within and out when you have these interactions,
the interactions will keep happening anyway, so it's not driven
by radio wave. And I have a video in a
second here I'm going to show where the intelligence even
if you use like three radios, let's say they'll cut
up one next to each other, three identical radios like

we see the screen, the intelligence will be able to
trigger and activate only one of the radio and not
the two orders for instance, while they all set in
tune to the same frequency. So if and if you know,
if these interactions will be driven by really regular radio wave,
if you have three radio set to this frequency, they
should all behave the same way, right, if you listen

to an FM radio station, you have three identical radio
set to the channel ninety six point nine, for instance,
you're going to hear the same radio station. But that's
not what happens here. They are able to control precisely
one radio or two in different ways. And I have
videos of chewing it which completely breaks a lot of physics.
And so there are signs like that. And often also

these interactions are combined with sightings in the sky and
other high strangeness. So and this has happened for years
in my case. So I mean, if that will be
some intelligence agency or whatever, you know, trying to mess around,
I doubt they will spend all that energy and time
on me. You know why one will you do this? Right?

And again it's breaking a lots of physicals.

Well, the argument is because you're presenting such profound information
and you are a reputable scientist, so maybe they're gonna
throw these things at you so that you can establish
a UFO narrative. Because there's some believe that there are
some behind the scenes that are trying to put out
a UFO narrative so that they can either roll out

some sort of technology or deceive us with a you know,
fake invasion and things like that. So that would be
that would be some of the thinking.

Speaker 2 (23:23):
Probably yeah, well yeah again, and they all the variety
of sightings that occurred over time, and I have example
of that during daytime, and you know, daytime sightings are
very close by right at nighttime. If you have a
siding during nighttime, it can be in space literally, like
I satelight hundreds of miles away in space, so it

can be farm when you have a dataime sighting, we're
talking about a few miles. So these kind of closing
counters and as I as we'll see in a few minutes,
I have slice to show with these sightings contain information
about the keys of the universe literally, and so it's
so profound and so defying the laws of physics and

everything we know that you know, I couldn't see that
as being you know a possibility. Have these transmissions been
detected by some you know some of these programs. Is
says absolutely possible, possible, but the interactions back I really
doubt it based on all the evidence that I have
so far, excellent, So and I'm going to show you

example of that in a second. So just to explain
a bit here the physics, and people don't know that
when they for instance, the International Space Stations passes over
your head, right over your location. At any given time,
the station is I think like two hundred thirty miles
in altitude. It's not very far. Well, maybe three hundred
miles in altitude, it's not far. That station is not

very far away, and it transmits with a few million
wards of power. Does a bunch of transmitters on these
stations and satellites too that transmit you know, telemetry and
all kinds of things, and it's in the fractions of
one whatt it's fractions of what of power because they
don't need more than that because it's in there's no

obstacle right between us and space. The same for satellite
that delivered you know, TV and GPS and all kinds
of other services. Typically they will broadcast in a few
million wats or fractions of wats that you don't need
more than that to cover that distance. And I have
myself and people doing up at the radio know that.

I mean there's a you know, we can communicate with
satellite that there's a bunch of amateur radio satellite that
passes over that are equipped with repeaters and transponders, and
you can when they pass over, you can transmit to
your message and the repeater that's located on the satellite
will take your message and rebroadcast it will repeat it
over a broader of obviously geographical geographic location. So you

can make contact this way for other people, you know,
using the satellite as as a relay, if you will.
So this as well as theblished that physics is there.
This is not new. And again you need a few milliwats.
So if we take that now, that that fact, that
scientific fact, and a PAIET to contact work. This means
that with a single a simple handheld radio which typically

will have a power or maybe a four watch to
eight wats of power five wats, right, that's that's the
range typically going to find. If you buy a vhf
uhchef radio with that kind of power, if you transmit
with you know, this hand held radio, you the radio
wave your voice will will go very far in space,
tens of thousands of miles in space actually and actually

unbelievably it's your message will even reach the moon, and
people don't know that. So essentially we can get our
voice heard in space really easily, and we can literally
reach the Moon with a simple handheld radio which you
can buy for twenty five dollars, you know, twenty five bucks.
These are scientific facts. So and just to give you

a demonstration of it, have a slide on the screen here.
In twenty fourteen, China had a mission called a fore
em mission, and they sent a probe going to the
Moon and back. So it was a probe going to
the Moon and back. And that trobe was equipped with
a little transmitter one what only and we see the
picture on the screen here in a graphical picture and

with you know that transmitter had only a power of
one what and a small vertical antennae just like you
have on a handheld with pretty much right you have
about the vertical antennae and not a lot of power.
And throughout its journey this probe was transmitting telemetry. We
see it at the bottom right of the screen here
the kind of messages this probe was transmitting. And the
amateur radio community on the Earth, those who were equipped

with good antenna system like I have the moon bounds,
were able to follow that probe throughout its journey going
to the Moon and back. While this probe was transmitting
with only one lot of power and we were able
to decode these messages. So this is a technical proof
demonstration that even with one not of power, a signal

that's broadcasted from the Moon or from Earth will reach
you know, the Moon that kind of distance and it's
it's these are established facts. So people don't know that,
and you know now and when you know, I started
thinking about it, I started realizing as it probably that
these uh civilizations have these very high advanced technology, probably

have AI artificial intelligence where every single that all broadcasted
from the Earth coming out of planet Earth or automatic
automatically picked up by these artificial intelligence. They're analyzed, decoded
and you know if if if needed, then it's uh,
the intelligence that's behind it is acting upon these these

these signals, these messages essentially. So it's not very surprising
in the sense that if we broadcast something with an
intention of contact and with specific specific messages or specific request,
that we may get some kind of reply back. Because
we can just imagine a civil civilizations that maybe maybe
a million years ahead of us, what kind of capability
they have in terms of AI to detect and decode

these messages and they will act upon these messages if
it's safe and appropriate for them to do so. Uh,
And I think that's probably what happened in my case,
and especially since I was broadcasting with my large eostation
which covered the entire Solar System, the radio wave will
physically reached every planet of the Solar systems. I need
obviously be in the antenna in the directions which I did.

It's like a layer of beam really, it's directional. And
it made sense that you know, if there's any civilization
out there that's monitoring planet IRF, that they will have
picked up that message and decoded it and acted acted
upon it.

And was there any way to tell how far away
these signals are originating from you? No?

Speaker 2 (29:50):
No, unfortunately, Uh, it's you know, it's not possible, but
you know, it happens. So I have a I will
show actually, let me show a video here of a reply,
a transmission that was made to the Galactic Federation world
and what happened after the transmission. And you will see

in this video you will see three different radios that
set the the same fluency and how these radios are
being told individually independently from one from one to the
other again, which completely define the laws of physics. So
let me give you let me get started on this. Yeah,
that's okay, And what you will see here is an example.

So what I've done over the years is I have
a software to do that. I can create any kount
of messages with pictures and things like that, and I
ankored these messages into an audio file and that is
that audio file that then broadcasts with my radio station.
And so what you're going to see here is the
actual message that I broadcasted, and what you hear is

the audio version of that message. So you know, you
know a theoretical et civilizations that receiving this audio message
can transform that audio message back into its original picture
if you will, using a simple spectrogram spectrum analyzer, and
people can literally use a spectraumalizer, I mean the iPad.
There's an app on the iPad that you can download

and played that you know, we call that audio message
and you're going to see the picture showing up. So
it's again very accessible technology. So let me just play it. Interesting.

the three radios are identical, you know, same brand, same model,
said that the same frequency. There will just set next
one next to each other, and and we can we
could hear, you know, people just can hear. We could
see and hear the radio is interacting in a very

powerful way, and they behave completely differently from one to
the other radio. No radio is acting the same way,
and which is not possible. I mean, this is this
is not what should happen with regular radio wave, right
if you receive some kind of reply back, they should
all be doing the same thing, and they are behaving
completely differently. And and these interactions, by the way, you

have tried to be produced and it's just impossible to
reproduce what you saw. It's just not possible. I'll challenge
any anyone to try to replicate that. It's it's it's
not puzzle. So this this is this is an example
out of many other examples of confirmation that that is.

an example here of a broadcast that I made in

made a specific request. The request was to for the
intelligence to produce a data a daytime siding SID think
during daytime that I could record and then that will
essentially share that recording with you know, with the rest
of the world. If you know this will they will
make it happen and so we will see the actual
transmission the message and then what happened next. Yeah, so

then the play video here. This is an example, you know,
daytime festation. So twenty twenty one, twenty twenty two, free
far forward. So I ended up moving to Arizona and
I set up my new capability here, and I ended

up also setting up cameras on my ANTENNACIDYM for the
first time. I had not you know, when I was
in California, I had not set up a camera stem.
So I was doing contact work but I was not
necessarily looking at the sky during the transition. So I
added this capability back in twenty twenty one, and things

really accelerated even more from there because then I started
seeing and recording, you know, sightings and manifestation taking place
during transmissions in the sky. And I I have a
few pictures here I can show, so this is an
example of manifestation. I was broadcasting towards the moon December

twenty first, twenty twenty one. So we see these two
objects here popping in and out out at the end
of the antenna, and we see a little camp trier
or so just next to it, but very clear picture,
and we can see shape right, I mean this, there's angles,
very precise angle to this, you know, there's ninety degree here.

So it's very very interesting signing. Another one here of
a triangle or craft just popped in and out again,
just right in front of the antenna system. While I
was broadcasting the Golden Racial frequency and people we have
heard of the skin Walker range and this famous one
point six gigahertz you know single that they're detecting, and

we'll see it a little bit further. But my research
led me to discover that this frequency, actually this one
point is gigers harmonic has something to do with the
Earth grid, and the Earth grid is based on harmonic
one of red forty four. That's a harmonic number. But
once we convert that harmonic to an actual frequency a

frequency scale, you get one hundred sixty one point eight
or one point six gigaherds if you're on a gigahertz.
And this is just essentially a manifestation of the activity
of the Earth grid. So if there's a portal there,
which this probably is because it's located on one of

these harmonic one four four on the Earth grid, then
the result of this activity of the Earth grid, will
you know, release that frequency, and my research, you know,
that's what the discovery. So what I did here in
this transmission, I was actually transmitting a frequency harmonic of
that which I call a Gluden racial frequency. Golden ratio
is one point sixty one eight you probably know. So

I was broadcasting this frequency as a test to see
if this will trigger any manifestation from non U menu intelligence.
And during that broadcast, this triangular shape just popped tinning
out right in front of the antenna system. And I
have the video recording of that too. All these pictures
that I do have video recording, this is a transmission
towards Vega. And and you know when I see here

transmission towards Otuous or Viga. When there's a manifestation, I'm
not implying that it's with life from Vega or Curious literally, right,
And I think this the intelligence is much closer. They
are within the atmosphere actually not very far away or
within oursco systems.

be close within either our atmosphere or definitely within our
solar system.

Absolutely, I mean, I mean even the government has been
hiding this stuff for decades, you know. Now they're showing

incident the gimbal and the tic TAC video. Right, all
this material has been released. These craft where in atmosphere,
all in all space, so they are not very far.

And that's why when I mentioned earlier about this radio
contact or even the small handheld video that you singal
we'll go tens of thousands of miles in space. That's
more than enough to reach them if they are around us.
And the evidence seems to indicate that they are here, right.
All the sightings that we see in people document is
because they are they are not very far. Another picture here,

another transmission towards vegan in June twenty twenty two, we
had three craft this example here that just popped in
in out during a transmission. This one was very amazing
to me. On July July eighteen twenty two, we see
these four objects appearing right in front of the antenna
system in a very peculiar shape. And it's interesting that

when we looked at the shape more carefully, that shape
happens to be the symbol for landa, which means wavelength
or collate correlates to frequency. So that was very interesting.
And this one is probably one of the most profound
and important siding I've had, which I'm going to explain

So this craft has manifested during transmissions on four occasions
so far. I have all of them on video recorded
and on that third that fourth manifestation here, which happened
on April twenty second, twenty twenty two, so it's just

had manifested three times already. I made a request or
broadcasted the message to invite this craft to come back again,
and I have the video I'm going to present it.
It's just a couple of minutes to three minutes. But
this graph is significant because there's very important information contained

is very profound because after analyzing this manifestations more deeply,
I realized that this triangle of shape is very unique

of the sides of this triangle. And what's amazing is
if we take any side of this triangle. Let's say,
if we take the side C here on the upper
right side, and we divide it ratio it over the

of the side B, for instance, the blue, and we
ratio that over the length of the SIE, we get
the golden ratio again at ninety nine point eight percent,
matching this time. And then finally, if we take the
longest side C and ratio that over the side A

over any other side of this triangle, you always get
the golden ratio. And why is the golden ratio important?
I mean, the golden ratio is really one of the
key driving force in the universe, right, That's what dickstates
the proportion of the human body. For instance, we see

the elbow to the wrist, and if you show that

over the distance between the risks going to the finger tip,
it's ratio of one point six. Right, That's what the
golden racial number is. It's a proportion. It's a mathematical proportion.
And that division, that that way to assemble things in
nature is everywhere in nature, from the proportion of the

pine cone trees, even to the dynamics of hurricane, which

for this to happen by accident, I mean, you know,
the level of accuracy of this is just so stunning.
It's well above ninety nine percent and above on a
single screenshot that I took and measured, right, there was
things behind this that's very profound. And when I looked

a software that does you know, to model triangles and
I started playing with it and find tunit because I said,
maybe there's more Negolden ratio w encoded in this in
this sighting. And what do I realize If we look
on the left side of the screen, the left side
of this triangle, the angle A that we see here

once fine tune the struggle, the angle is matches four
point thirty two degrees. So this harmonic for thirty two,
which is extremely important and which happens to be one
of the frequency I'm broadcasting on four hundred thirty two megahertz,
is just stunning that this triangle contains that angle. And

then if we go on the right side of the triangle,
the angle B, which is six point ninety four degrees,
and I'm going to show it on the screen here. Amazingly,
if we take six point ninety four degrees and we
do one over X write a reciprocal of that number,

So this is stunning because this trend well not only
contains harmonic for thirty two and haw manic one red

the dimension of the Great Permit in meter in the

six point six and finally the slow peg goal is

if there was any kind of connection there. And I
was absolutely blown away to realize that even the Great

same harmonics. And give you an example here, sure that
I'm not making this up. So the High Party News
of the Great Pyramid, which is one hundred eighty six
point six meter, again it's all available information on the Internet,

and I'm multiplied by four point thirty two, so that's
harmonic four ud thirty two squared, I get one hundred
eighty six point six. You see, it's exactly exactly the
High Party news of the Great permierive Giza. Similarly, if

four four, and we had the golden ratio squared, we
get one hundred forty six point six, which is exactly

So these harmonics work or completely encoded in the Great Permid.
If we look even at the angle the great print,
which is fifty one point eighty four, well fifty one

point eighty four, or is equivalent to harmonic four hundred
twenty two forty three point two times harmonic one four
four square root, and we get the angle of fifty
one point eighty four. I just did it on a
calculator machine riding on a screen here, and this is
the exactly the angle of the Great Permiitive Giza. And finally,
if we take any sign of this, if we take

we ratio that we have based. We get the golden
ratio now right one point six eight. If we take
the height of the great period and divided by the

work also led me to realize that even the Earth
grade itself is based on the lattice of the Earth

encoded of light. Everything is made of light energy really,
and we live in this holographic universe and this equation here.

going to give a couple of examples and extra slides
to demonstrate that. And this all connects to or equals
to the number one, which represents the holographic universe or

What the golden ratio and these two harmonics right one,

four four and four thirty two for the angles. We
saw it in the Great Permitive Giza as well, very
some harmonics and this is what we live based on.
All my work is having the universe we live in.
And why is the important, I mean, why is this
even important? Is that once we understand how the universe
operates functions, then we can develop healing technologies. Based on that,

we can you know, extract free energy from the Earth
grade for instance, we can develop telepathy and events that
field of telepathy, develop anti gravity and space travel and
so on. And notice that even the Golden ratio triangular crafts,
I'm going to put it back here, through it proportion here,

that's design. And that may be the reason why that
maybe the technology behind why this craft is able to
manifest instantly from you know, on one side of the
universe to the other instantly because it's in tune with
these harmonics of creation. And clearly that information has been
communicated to humanity for thousands of years, you know, against

have it black and white here, this is this key information.

different experiencers and researchers saying that this very thing that
these beings are trying to get us to realize or
understand that we have this amazing free energy and this
power all around us surrounding us that we're not utilizing that.

first of all, this stuff exists. And it makes me
wonder how much are like we were talking earlier, how
much does our military industrial complex know about this? Are
they already utilizing some of this technology and this new
state of matter that we don't understand yet? Do you

think that that's possible that that's what this is, like
a new state of matter that we don't understand.

Absolutely? Absolutely, I think clearly this our new physics stat
emerges from that, and that's what we're see in the
slide here. As a result of this work that I've
been doing now for several months, I recreated the set
of physics equation based solely on this, on these ingredients
of creation harmonic one on rered forty four for thirty

two and the Golden jew And with these ingredients alone,
we can recreate our entire physics and I have the
slides that describes it here, and I have many examples
of it. I have hundreds of slides showing example how
this connects to everything around us in nature. Let me
show this here example if we take for instance, just

give you an example. Everybody knows a human resonance, right, so,
and the key to this and I probably eskip an
important portion here the way it works. I mean, we
know universe is based on geometry. Everything is based on geometry.
And you know the units that we use to calculate distances.
You know people use maybe the miles or the kilometer

or whatever, right, these units are not necessarily in harmonic
resonance with geometry. So, but when we use units to
measure distance and time at all in harmonic resonance with geometry,
we call them geometric harmonics. Well, we see a totally
new reality, We see a new physics. And this work

was initially started by a pioneer in the field called
the Bruce Katy. We developed some of the really the
basic fundamentals and mathematical fundamentals to it and use for instance,
the nautical mouth system in terms of distance you need
to use because the ntical mouth systems there are like
three hundred sixty meridians, right, circling the globes, and there

are ste divisions per every degrees or prom meridians, so
we end up with twenty one thousand, six hundred divisions.
And the not all mouse represents exactly that. There's twenty
one thousand six dred nottical miles, you know it takes
to circling the globes at the equator. So by using

with geometry, that's what essentially opens the door this new reality.

And I'm going to give an example here. If we
take the human resonance. We all know the human residance
frequency is seven point eighty three herds, right, that's very
well document and known, and there's some harmonics to that. Now,
this frequency is based on a time scale, right, we
have a time scale like you know, sixty seconds per
per minute, sixty minutes an hour, right, and so on

in twenty four hours a day or day is based
on a twenty four hours based system and so on.
But in geometry, the time scale is based will be
based on twenty seven the cosmic time, and I don't
have time to go in the detail of the The
cosmic time is based on twenty seven. So instead of
having twenty four at the basis of a day, the
cosmic time is based on twenty seven. When we make
that conversion of time and we convert this frequency to

up with a geometric harmonic equivalent to six point ninety four.
So the frequency of the geo trick harmonic frequency that
corresponds to the human resonance is actually six point ninety
four in what we saw earlier. If we take six

So if it takes six point nine four and we
do the reciproc CaAl, we end up with har manic
one four four again. You see. So even the human
the earth beat, heartbeat of the planetary if itself, vibration

Tisla was using to have his revelations and his inspiration.
It's between seven and hurts right, which matches again the
human resonance frequency. You see between seven and eight and
seven point eighty three is the human resonance again, the
states where we get all this inspiration that's known that

even Tesla, Tesla is utilizing, isn't harmonic resonance with the
harmonic of creation. It gets forty four. And you know,
if people know about, for instance, the Monro Institute right
where you know they are specialized in the science of

out of body experience, where they have protocols to induce
out of body experience and the way they do it
is that they induce or the they use binar world
tones to you know, they put the frequency I want
to hear a different frequencies. They're here to create a
beat of matching the human resonance seven point eighty three herds.

And with that beat, with that frequency that are inducing
in a brain, they are able to induce out of
body experiences, right, expanded states of consciousness. And this is
all mathematical. I'm not speculating here. What I'm showing on

it's been demonstrated that time is an illusion, right, time
doesn't exist. We we create this notion of time. And

which I love, is like if you take a film
right eight minimeter film strip, film strip, and you lay
it all on the wall that you can see the
entirety of the film in one instant. The whole film
from left to right is contained right there in front
of you, right, and it's instantaneously you have access to
the entire movie if you will, uh, instantly, it's try

laid out in front of you the film strips. But
if you take that same film strip, now you roll
it right on the b and you're running through a machine.
All we see is this the film, the movie going
from the beginning of the movie to the end. And
we have this notion of time. Right, we see the
movie with the passing time and depending on the speed
of the machine, we said, we're going to get different speed,

different timescale. But this is a bit what's happening with
all physical body, right or physical body? We we all
the information is there actually instantly is available. Everything is there,
instantly available. There's no time. But as we're all experiencing
we have the exception of experiencing it through all physical
body we have, we create this perception of time. So

time is an illusion. And this is a I mean
this one thing that many experiences of people have had.

essentially kind of thing to cheat ourselves here in this dimension.
Is I density some of that knowledge? Right? But rules right?

said that the way we experience life is like a
movie reel, a movie rolling out the way that a
movie is normally presented through a film role. It seems
like it's a linear type of phenomenon. But if in reality,
if these say, if it is an extremely advanced civilization

that has a knowledge of how to not only interact time,
but maybe manipulate our understanding of it, it could be
more like the pages of a book that are always there,
but we can just pick and choose what page and
where we want to go in within that book at
any given time. What do you think about that?

Yeah, I mean yeah, I like the way you put
it together. It's it's really a possibility. I cannot confirm
that's exactly the case here, but this is absolutely a possibility,
and that you know, they've been essentially putting this information
in front of us through ancient secret sites around the earth,
even actually the myths I have a slide, but I
don't know, I didn't put it in this presentation. If

we take the location where the myths incident occurred on
the Earth grid. And we calculate the distance between the
craft where it happened on the East grolf Catalina Island
and the Great Brain of Giza, which is one of
the key reference points on the Earth grid, you realize
that you have exactly harmonic one for for that at

The other thing that discovered if we take the average
distance of the plant in our solar system, I mean

even the distance between the Moon and the Earth, the

of the Moon to the Earth is exactly a harmonic

in the field of material science, you know, we can
create alloy and various molecules based on this knowledge, and
really can we can heal the body for instance, you know,

which is all original seed, we can heal a human

be a quickening of these events to usher in a
new era of complete technocratic control and a newly transformed
human race which can be easily controlled and integrated with technology.

information in your book before where you do. Like I said,
it's been a while since you've been on remind the
audience a little bit about yourself, your background, and what
ultimately got you looking into these topics.

Well, background, I've lived. I figure I've lived like five
incarnations in one. But I would say the most important
thing was that I was researching for years, like decades,
because I'm older, for a series I wrote called The

sub Rosa America, a Deep State History. And this series
is four books. It's actually in a fictional base to
in order to explore and put forward what I think
my generation, the sixties generation was all about. And to

do that, I read profusely. I think I have a
biblio of what I read, in part for those books alone.
At my Elanafreeland dot com website, I must have read
over one hundred books, and that's not including when the

Internet happened finally, when the military let us have the
internet too. I then read tons there too, as I'm
sort of scotch taping together the history of America since
John Kennedy's assassination. And I don't know if you remember,
I must have said it on your show before, but

what drove me really was when I was sixteen, I
was at Girls Nation in Washington, d C. We were
just doing mock government on a national level. And I
spent an afternoon with John Kennedy, President John Kennedy in
the Rose Garden, and I think Bill Clinton was there too,

because he referred to it several times that when he
was at Boys Nation. So Kennedy was a huge moment
in my life. I had no idea, I mean he was.

He remarked briefly to me that or to the audience
that I definitely looked a little bit like his wife.
And then at that pictures were taken and I was
sort of a celebrity for five minutes in my home state.
I then, after my trip to Washington, went to the

civic groups who had paid for my trip. And then
three months later he was dead, and I was invited
back by the civic groups to give another talk of
my day with Kennedy, in which Americans were sobbing and
run from the room. So you know, it was it

was my political awakening. You might say, through a very
personal experience of that president that to this day, no
one has served a day in jail or in any
other way for that assassination, which of course we all
know the CIA was involved in et cetera. So the

sub Rosa America series goes into that time period right
after that, and I set it up so that we
could look at a majority of events behind what was
we were being told in the already corporate control press.

And I had a file on chemtrails, and I had
a file on heart the high frequency act of a
rural research project up in Gakona, Alaska. But I didn't
know they were even at that point. I didn't even
know they were connected. But then I met Clifford Carnicum,

the independent scientist who has done the lion's share of
work on those early days in the nineteen nineties when
he was noticing these chemical trails in the sky, not contrails. Contrails,
they're very short, they don't last longer than fifteen twenty seconds.

They're just water, vapor and ice crystal. No, these were
chemical trails. And he could tell from twenty five thirty
thousand feet below that they were chemical because they had
a signature to them, and all chemicals have a certain signature.
They if they encountered oxygen in the air. So I
met Clifford. You know how life is, It leads you

to the people you need. I met him at a
breakfast and we got engaged in a conversation about what
he was finding. And then I'm still actually working in
tandem with Clifford Carnicum to this day. So that was

was asked by Adam Parfrey, publisher at Farrell House, an
independent publisher, if I thought I could write a book
on chemtrails. And at that time, kim trails, of course,
has become a very negative term now though it came
from the US Air Force Research Academy, which was preparing

their pilots for flying, and the chemical manual was called
kim Trails one oh one, so you know, we got
that term from the Air Force. But yes, I started
with the sub Rosa, I went to the kim Trails,
I went into HARP, I went into the patents for HARP,

and I was off and running. And that was the
first book came out in twenty fourteen, which is called
Kim Trails HAARP and the Full Spectrum Dominance of Planet Earth.
And full Spectrum Dominance is the name of the military
doctrine for I think, and I would say Catherine Austin Fitz,

the investment analyst agrees with me. That is from straight
from the secret Space program. And that secret space program
has been going since I would say since nineteen thirty
seven and is full on now and has probably been

absconding with funds from the US Treasury for the budget
all these years. And I think Utherne did a study
with her friend, a lawyer friend, that indicated at least
twenty one trillion dollars was missing from the American budget,

and then suddenly it was like fifty six trillion. So,
in other words, it's a big black hole into which
all this money is pouring. And one of the things
that it's paying for, because you can't get enough money
out of the taxpayer to pay for what we've been
through for twenty five years now, is the geoengineering program,

and that is classified. That is not just solar radiation
management throwing a little sulfur out and collecting carbons, No,
and no, it goes way further than that, way further
and is completely in bed with the secret Space program.
So all this took time and a lot of study

to find out, because on the intern a lot of
this classified stuff is there in sort of a skeletal
form and in a very disseminated form where this piece
really belongs with this piece over here on a different
website and at a different time, and all of that

is takes a lot of effort to learn how to
discern the difference between disinformation misinformation and then reading between
the lines for classified operations. Anyway. That's if you'd asked
me twenty years ago would I be writing books on

geo engineering, I wouldn't even I wouldn't even have known
what you were talking about. But I have been now
thirteen years in this so called movement, which basically is
an Internet movement of moving information among several of us
who are really following this because America, as you know,
is inundated by everything but the kitchen sink as far

as what to pay attention to. I mean, we are
in a state of civil war now and everything is
just going bananas. So I feel that I'm carrying this
one thing. I could be carrying a whole lot of
other things like MK ultra and electromagnetic weapons and targeting.

is our planet, this is our We're breathing what's coming
down from the sky and it's completely impacting human health
over the entire planet. So that's what I've been doing
now for yeah, thirteen years.

those different layers that you're just talking about, because there
are layers to this, and it's very difficult to get
people to understand how all these pieces fit together and
how they're is this overarching agenda to alter humanity in

not only just about altering humanity. It's about more control.
It's about technocratic enslavement, like I said earlier. But the
methods used to achieve this are multi angled. You have food, water, air,
like you were saying in the chym trails frequencies. The

other side to this is what they're socially programming us
through psychological operations, along with the biological changes through big
pharma that they are implementing on humans. It is all
leading to an ideology that these globalists, these individuals that

are in power and steering humanity in certain ways, they
have a belief system and they have a desired outcome
that they want from all of this. This is the
hardest part to explain to people what is behind all
of this because there are occult aspects to this as well,
and I want to get your take on what is

behind everything we're seeing.

Yeah, you've got it, You've got it. And when I
come to people to talk, I mean mostly I think
people just think I miss bad news, you know. I mean,
I'm just like, Oh, my god, can't we just press
a button and make this better? Can't we just vote
for someone and make it better? I mean, I think
now we're seeing that the level of criminality in this

clearly in America, in the government itself, is so over
the top now that you know, a lot of people
just feel like we should throw a match into the
room and ignite it and get rid of it and
start over. But all my job is is, yes, I
am not here to fix it. I one day was

talking to an activist I hadn't talked with or emailed
to for a long time, and she mentioned that, yeah,
back then, we thought we were going to be able
to stop these chemtrails. Well I had to correct her
because I certainly never thought that I would be able

to stop it. I just was have always been trying
to awaken people to the reality of our situation so
that they can take measures to protect themselves and their
families and at the same time develop their consciousness. You know,
I'm a student of Rudolph Steiner, right, I mean I've

been a student of Rudolf Steiner for about forty five
years now. And this one man who died back in
nineteen twenty five early was probably murdered, and he has
left so many clues as to how we can develop

our consciousness. Our thinking, feeling, and willing. Those are the
three main tenets. When I took Waldorf teacher training and
was involved in the Waldorf School movement for about sixteen years,
I understood from his book The Philosophy of Freedom that

we have to be able to take our percepts, what
we perceive out here in the world with our five
senses and maybe a little bit of intuition and some thinking.
But when take those perceptions and translate them into the
concepts that they are part of, and that's kind of

what the not the whole brain, but certainly the neo
cortex that is the most recent part of our brain.
The neo cortex is very much prone to that wants
to do that. But look at what they've done, they
being the media, they being the globally lead. They being
the Satanists who run everything. With their atheism and their

sneering attitude toward humanity. They have made it so that
we can't really honor our humanity, and instead we're confounded
by materialism, a materialistic perception. But it's the perceptions that

we have are not nature based anymore. We've been sort
of stripped of nature. Me myself is a good example,
because I write these books and have to do tons
of research. I'm always on this computer, you know.

It's the information and the revelations of what's going on
technologically are moving so fast that I have to keep up.
So my relationship with nature. I remember when I lived
in Hawaii and what's going to University of Hawaii and

sand and the waves every day and just loving it,
just loving all of it. That's a million years ago.
I'm not able to do that now, not just because
of age, but because I have a mission to do.
I have to do something, and so people have this

overwhelming feeling, especially when they listen to me. Oh my god, Eli,
you know, I thought it was bad just to know
about five g I thought it was bad to just
know about how the food industry with the GMOs is
take over our health. Yeah, this is more, it is more.

this is now culminating due to this year psyop that
we've just been through, in which an inoculation program has
now instituted formally the beginning of a transhuman race. That's

or people being enslaved. It's a matter of can we
retain a human race at all? Or are human beings

by the atheistic who are in charge of this world
with their money and their resources. There's so much more,

people to become conscious of what is going on so

and they can live for something greater than just putting
bread on the table, paying the mortgage and all the

rest that goes with being here. So that we understand
we are spiritual beings. The powers against us absolutely do
not want us to remember that. Absolutely they want us
to think we're just peans, that we're just slaves waiting
to happen for them, and they go after our children.

That's one of the first things you have to know
is that youth is constantly targeted by these types of
I suppose I have to call them human, but if
they have abandoned their humanity, which really has to do
with a whole series qualities that we tend to think
only the very wise have, like dignity, honor, kindness, forgiveness,

you know, those all those virtues, but that that is
part of being human. And we have had thousands of
years in which we have, at least despite the economic
slavery under the elites that has been thousands of years now,
and they're taking our children and doing whatever they do

with them. We have the capability, as Jesus said somewhere
in the New Testament, you shall do greater things than I. Well,
what could he have possibly been thinking? Well, for one thing,
if you are simply a human being, a regular person,

and you come to this planet for your incarnation, what
are how are you going to proceed? You don't have
a map, you don't remember what you were doing before
you got here. You don't seem to have your child,
just a little innocent child with you know, some imperfect parents.

How are you going to find your way? Well? That's
that's it, isn't it. Who am I? What am I
doing here? And that's where we now know. It isn't
the experts who are going to tell us. It's each other.
We have to be together in this sharing information. It's

really pursuing it and not whining and complaining about how
hard it is to read these books that I write.

to And like you said, the biggest threat to these globalists,
to them those day, whoever we consider them to be,
is open discussion in us together and sharing these theories
and ideas. And I want to go back to something

get your insights into the possible purposes for this that
the nefarious purposes. Of course, I know that depopulation and
eugenics is on the list, but you were talking about
the creation of a new type of human. We both
mentioned this as well. The implementation of five g frequencies

seemed to be a very strange coincidence that it coincided
with the rollout of COVID and the jabs, the inoculations
and now the boosters and all of this. It seems
to be connected in some ways, and I'd love to
get your insights into it.

Oh yeah, I'm big on that one because the very
minute I saw the Wuhan footage years three years ago,
down more of the people dropping dead, and whether or
not they were they were hired actors. To me, it
doesn't matter. The point is that this dropping dead in

the streets was like a It was like a message
from those who were now going to be in charge
of governments and industries, all sorts of things for the
next few years. So I saw that and I immediately

knew that someone had flipped the five G switch on.
I had followed Wuhan because Wuhan was known in China
for being where they would have the state of the
art five G system implemented, and that was a very

big deal. Wuhan had some industrial activity there and as
you know, it had biowarfare labs. So we really saw
a big clue, is how I look at it. It
says though, you know, I could even maybe say, you know,
the divine world gave us that little clip of those

people dropping dead in Wuhan as an indication that this
sixty gigahertz of the five G which is known among
everybody who studies electromagnetics, that sixty gigaherts is an oxygen
depletion frequency, so you know, to just suck the oxygen

Do you think that they were testing a different frequency
than anywhere else because it had so much of a

I've asked myself why were we shown that once scene? Yeah,
it's very dramatic that people drop dead, all right, and
we now have that going on big time because post
inoculation right where people literally are dying much more than

They're able to see little tiny computer parts, routers and

So what we're seeing is an entire cybernetic layout of

But all this is going into people's bodies. And then

right there on the dark Web. You've got the right
the right number for that particular VAX or that particular person.

being tracked and traced, and that makes sense given that
this is all experimental, and you know it's the first
transhuman generation. So I myself am you know, I wrote

and a half decades wasn't just about controlling the weather.

weather is engineered now, all of it, every bit of it.
There are no exceptions, there's no natural weather. It's all
being used. There is a natural weather system that rises

and they then utilize it for running the weather in

is not a separate department and we don't know what
they're doing. No, they have a role in this because
the human being and life itself on the planet is

operation neural meaning mind control from space, from satellites, upper

into some of these aspects that you were just going over,
Starting with the implications of what's possible with this inoculation.
You were mentioning that it can form wires, and it
under microscopes it looked like microchips and some sort of

that they could be achieving with the implementation of these
inoculations and all the technology inside them. What is the

glad you reminded me to emphasize. This is the whole
thing with the mRNA and the spike protein factories that
now human bodies are putting out antigens, and there's anigens

would be frequencies. Every time I say component, don't think virus,

Robert Duncan is a PhD, and he admits that he

about the things he worked on when he worked for

large numbers like that. But many new people are now

delicious things, so I'm not just you know, grabbing a
piece of cheese or something. By the way, I don't
eat dairy because the cow is trying to get rid
of the stuff they're breathing in, and it goes in
the dairy just like it goes in their meat. So

whenever you eat from the animal, you're doubling off what
you're already taking in from what is being delivered by
geo engineering. You know, it's a matter of thinking things through,
and that's something that Americans are abysmal at, with the
rotten eduation they've had since I would say from the

early seventies, because I had a relatively good education because
I'm so old back in the fifties and sixties, and
then the seventies hit and boom it was all gone.
So next, your inner life, Do you have one? If

you don't have one, you need one now. It can
be zen Buddhism, it can be meditation. Do not recommend
the type of meditation whereby you leave your body. I
think then your body becomes very vulnerable to entities that
don't aren't bothered by having a physical body. That's my

own personal opinion of that. There are meditations in which
you are deeply in your body, and probably those would
be better prayer. Definitely, great prayer, prayer work. Whether you're
praying to Jesus or God or Buddha or to your

dead relatives, there is something to it that is the
appeal to the spiritual world to give you a little
bit of help. Yeah, prayer is good. I consider my
whole life to be sort of a prayer, so I'm
constantly in it. My famous my adage is every day

of Sunday and everywhere as church. So really think about
your inner life because you will need it, as in
skin harder and then they will be get harder. So
that and I know there's more, but those are three
big ones.
