I valori , in questo caso si considera l interpretazione di ciò che deve essere fatto dal punto di vista cognitivo , se chi deve fare ritiene che ciò non rientri nella sua scala di valori , nella quale i valori riconosciuti possono essere messi ad altezze diverse , difficilmente si riuscirà a creare una collaborazione .
