We proceed through my grandfather's book, chapter 2 today! The Enemy hates this work and does not want it to be made available to the church.

DM1:69 -- March 9

Watch out about compromise!

The Devil will do everything he can to tempt you to forsake God's way. -- And if he can't get you to stop, he tries to get you to compromise. He tempts you with half-truths that make you doubt your convictions or not live up to them fully.
Most people don't realize that if they hold one little thing back from the Lord, one little compromise, they're on their way to backsliding! -- Because one little disobedience leads to another, one little refusal and denial leads to another, and one bit of selfishness leads to more. -- So let this be a warning to you! You may think, "Oh, just this one little tiny sin, just this little thing -- it's not important!" But that little crack in your armor is where the Devil begins to seep in, and then his gas of deceit begins to poison your mind because you disobeyed, and pretty soon you're totally off the track! -- And if you don't really repent and stop, you'll eventually go all the way back on the Lord.
Don't let it happen to you! -- Be faithful to the Lord. Be faithful to the Voice of God. Be faithful to His Work, the particular ministry He's called you to. -- Be loyal! -- "Resist the Enemy and he will flee from you!" (Ja.4:7). Don't give him an inch or he'll take a mile -- or more, and everything you've got! "Give no place to the Evil One!" (Eph.4:27). Amen? Hallelujah!

the latest thing. When is it gonna stop being the
latest thing and it's gonna be the past thing. God's
got a plan for our lives that's much bigger than

(03:27):
going from one emergency to another emergency.

Speaker 2 (03:32):
And we all here.

Speaker 8 (03:33):
Frolicking on the mountains. It's a beautiful day. This is
the Spear Force with Michael Basham Fringe Radio Network. Get
the app Fringe Radio Network on Apple and Google Play.
Support the War Effort. Just got off the phone with
my wife. There's like a million things that we're dealing

(03:54):
with up here, and you start to count them all
up and you're like, Wow, Lord, thank you jez for
the Word of God. Without this Word of God, there
would be no hope whatsoever. We are a recruiting station
for the Spirit Force, the military of God. We are

(04:15):
open to applications. It's called the prayer closet with the Bible.
Many many opportunities. I can't say that we provide dental insurance,
but there is. We have alien abduction insurance. That was
what I was thinking we should start marketing as a fundraiser.

(04:38):
Are you getting abducted every night? Well, seriously, We're going
to do a Cross Files podcast about super soldiers and
some of the supernatural spiritual warfare topics later today. But
I'm going to get into on this episode. We're going
to be reading the true and false prophets, my grandfather's work.

(05:01):
I don't want to just make this whole show about,
you know, the spiritual warfare and the corruption. And there's
fear from Russia, fear from China, fear more fear. No,
there's you have the high ground. You can stand on
this word and you can overcome all the enemy's tactics,

(05:24):
all of his plans. Hey, Wesley, dental would be great. Well,
if you live in Taiwan, then you already have really
good dental. I'd say just go on a trip to
Korea or Taiwan and get your dental work done. They're
great over there. Pray over your teeth, pray over your body,
get your dental insurance on your lips, get your life insurance.

(05:46):
Get filled with the holy spirits. Speak in tongues. When
people bring up to you all their problems, you combat
those problems with this word of God. You declare the
already finished work of Jesus Christ on that issue. Oh,
thank you Lord, new laptop, but thank you God, my

(06:08):
eight year old laptop is still working. New studio, But
thank you Lord for this studio. Currently, I just praise
you God that you're going to update, update, upgrade, upgrade,
new cars, new friends. I thank you for the friends
that I do have. It's just sometimes you're like, I
want to do more, and you've got a lot of
issues with the people that you're working with. Are you

(06:31):
in the right community, should you be in the right
are you in the right echelon? So the way that
the kingdom structure operates, it's not like the military where
you have a bunch of egos where everybody is trying
to one up, one up, one up, and get higher
and higher rank. The servant of all is the greatest

(06:56):
in the kingdom, and he who humbles him like a
little child, you receive the word like a little newborn baby.
That's what's great in the eyes of God. God will
bless that, marvelously bless it. And intimacy with God, the
laying down of our sinful nature, sinful flesh. What did

(07:21):
Eve do? She wanted to control everything. She was like, here,
eat the apple. Eat it. Man, you've got to not
eat that apple. Your wife trying to hand you that apple,
You say, no, sure ee, ma'am. And that doesn't mean
that you're gonna lord it over your wife all the

(07:42):
time either. There's this interesting interpretation about the woman after
the fall, you will your desire will be to actually
rule over your husband. That's one interpretation. I've never heard that, Johnny,
If you've ever heard that, that's funny. I wish I

(08:04):
could read your comment. But it's a Christian show. Who
says bad words on a Christian show? It's one of
my favorite quotes from an old Iron show. He's like, oh,
damn it. Who says damn it on a Christian show?
Well we are. I guess the rule in the network
is don't use any words that aren't in the Bible.

(08:26):
So technically there are some words. But yeah, I've gotta
probably shave my beard eventually. It's just one less thing
to do every day, you know, shave every day? Are
you kidding me? He says, I don't trust you with
the beard. You look like you're gonna beat me up
and rip me off. Maybe rip me off and then

(08:46):
beat my ass. I can't decide. I've just been out
here in mountain country so long. It's cultural appropriation. So
this concept of entering into contractual agreements and then following through,

(09:09):
Like what if I was some kind of con man
and then I got you to sign here and now
here give me the keys to your car, and now here,
let sign the title over to me. Well, in the
garden of Eden the serpent. First of all, Eve listened
and engaged with the con man, the ancient serpent, the devil,

(09:33):
and then she followed through and she obeyed, and then
she gave some to her husband, who also ate he
was standing right there. So the curse then was you're
going to desire to Your desire is going to be
to your husband, and he shall rule over thee. Well,

(09:56):
I just read this yesterday, and I never saw this.
This is so interesting. First of all, I never heard
that interpretation. Have you, Johnny, you've ever heard of this.
I'm not saying I agree or not, but there's certain
interpretations that say, like in the Old King James, it
says in verse sixteen, unto the woman, he said, I
will greatly multiply thy sorrow and thy conception in sorrow,

(10:22):
thou shalt bring forth children, and thy desire shall be
to thy husband, and he shall rule over thee. And
apparently there's another verse or another interpretation, sorry that that
is basically that the desire that the woman will have
will be to rule over the husband, and that there

(10:44):
was a translation change. I don't know if that's true
or not. By the way, if you're watching on Faceboogers,
we are live on Fringe Radio Network dot com and
that is the new and improved audio. Oh audio and
TikTok too. If anybody's on there and we're broadcasting to

(11:04):
Rumble Hellelijah, make sure my audio is good on nark. So,
So this is this is an interesting interpretation. I'm not
saying I have a final thesis on it, but it's
interesting when you look at in a bigger sense instead
of people get all emotional when you talk about relationships,
when you look out and you see how the world

(11:26):
has been dominated by the Babylon system, Babylon horror system,
and she has wanted to rule over everything. I mean,
look at the Internet of things, look at the fifteen
minute cities, look at all their different evil that they're
going on and on and on, and I just wonder
about you know, the church. The bride of Christ is submit,

(11:52):
submissive to her husband, and but what do we see.
We see Christians running around trying to control God. You know,
God give me this, God give me that, and then
treating him like a drive through at McDonald's. I want
my healing. I want to get out of debt. But
then I don't want to be under you. I don't
want you to be my lord. I'm not gonna submit

(12:15):
to you. I'm gonna try to control you. God. I
want you to do whatever I want to do want
you to do. And so that interpretation is kind of interesting.
And yeah, Johnny never heard that either. That is so interesting.
I'll have to look and drink some tea on that too.
Thanks for commenting. I would love to have a website

(12:43):
with every comment we've ever had and every like review
for every little business that we're starting that we've ever had,
and just save it, because to me, these words are
as precious as when you comment, when you leave a
good review on the podcast on Spotify or iTunes, that's

(13:06):
bigger than just iTunes or Spotify. That's like if you
got a letter. C. S. Lewis used to reply to
every single letter he would get, and I'm sure back
then it was not as overwhelming with no social media,
but he would sit down and he actually wrote a
letter to a professor that I met in Tokyo who

(13:26):
had the letter laminated. Imagine having a letter from C. S. Lewis.
It was just a nice, short little reply to something
he wrote, a blessing. But that man carried that blessing
his whole life. What if we treated our comments more
importantly like that more importantly? So back to that. Typically,
you women will want to rule over you, so you

(13:47):
have to set limits and controls on her to keep
things even. Well, people can stay in their lane, right,
Like if a man is trying to do all the
cooking and child rearing, and I mean, that's usurping what
women are actually much better at doing that, And don't
not saying women all have to do it. It's better
to get really rich and hire a maid to do

(14:09):
it and childcare as a rule, I mean, we should
be making plans to have that kind of wealth and
marching towards that destination. Not well, honey, we got to
seal another card to pay for the insurance and the
credit card. But here's another interesting thing. So I was

(14:31):
reading specifically looking at that, but then this popped up too.
So you know, thy desire shall be to thy husband,
he shall rule over thee. Well, there goes sin, you know,
and then they get kicked out of the garden. And
then verse chapter four Adam knew Eve, and then they

(14:52):
had Cain and Able. And then obviously Cain brought the
fruit of the ground as an offering, but Able brought
the first lings of his flock and of the fat thereof.
So what was the deal here? Cain? Unto Cain, and
to his offering he had not respect God was not respectful,

(15:14):
and Cain was very wroth, and his countenance fell. And
the Lord said, unto Cain, why art thou wroth? And
why is thy countenance fallen? If thou doest well, shalt
thou not be accepted? And if thou doest not well,
sin lieth at the door, and unto thee shall be
his desire, and thou shalt rule over him. Now, parallel

(15:36):
that verse with three sixteen. Thy desire shall be to
thy husband, and he shall rule over thee. I'm not
trying to be a Bible teacher here. I'm just saying
there's a lot of parallel between those two scriptures. And
when we talk about self control, for example, like crucifying
the flesh, not giving into lust, not giving into backbiting

(15:59):
and gossip and jealousy and envy, and not even just
we're gonna be reading my Grandfather's book here a little bit.
But it's not just the big heenous sins. It's also
it's also ruling over that thing. And ruling does not

(16:20):
mean micromanaging. If I'm burdened by someone else's sin, I
can go to my prayer closet and pray for them
and get the burden off of me, because what sin
does is it tries to like one guy's gross sin
tries to get on everybody else, and then pretty soon
the whole ship is rotten and all the apples are rotten,

(16:41):
and everything's fallen apart, and there's lawsuits. And but what
I'm learning as an intercessor is spending more time in
prayer whenever somebody is burdening me. And it's just like
that uh kind of feeling. I'm sure Johnny's had it
with me when I've missed the mark? What is sin?
Missing the mark? And it's like, oh, well, I'm pretty

(17:04):
sure Johnny's prayed for me on those kind of times.
It's because he did not bring the Lord his best veggies.
Oh he brought old some old wilted ones, wilted onions
and peels and stuff. That's hilarious. Yes, yeah, I would
assume there. I mean, if he was a gardener, then

(17:26):
it should have been it should have been fine that
he brought vegetables, right, I've never heard of any sacrifice
being vegetables. Maybe he should have like bought some sheep.
It was like finding out the hard way, like God
doesn't like he's not a vegetarian, doesn't like vegetables. You know,

(17:50):
that's a good question, actually, like what what was going on?
Cain was a tiller of the ground, and Cain brought
of the fruit of the ground and offering unto the Lord.
So like that's kind of practical, like that's what you
would expect. But maybe God didn't tell them. He's like, hey,
I want you know, to cover your sin, you need

(18:10):
to have a blood sacrifice. There's no vegetable sacrifice. There's
no like impossible burger sacrifice. There's something deep to that too.
So I really you know, oh I never sinned against Johnny.
Oh well, I think Johnny is so like the Lord.
He just forgets when people do make mistakes around him,

(18:31):
he forget. He's quick to forgive. People have told me
they're like they're envious, like how come you have loyal
friends like Johnny? I don't have any friends, Like, well,
I'm your friend, yeah, but you don't count Like what
But no, I said, it's not a real conversation. It's

(18:53):
just but people have said to me about you, and
just having loyal friends is so valuable. And that being said,
I want to promote the Fringe Radio Network on a
higher level. I was telling my wife about just how
great it is to have an app and to be
able to use the Fringe Radio Network app. You know

(19:16):
how much money people spend to get an app. That's
a that is a blessing to know how to do
code and to know how to do all these different
complex operations. So the word is so infinite, like we
could keep going in and going in and going in,
but it really comes back down to and my wife

(19:37):
was reminding me about this today too. It's just it
comes back down to love and at the heart of everything,
faith and understanding mysteries, all of the interesting topics that
we explore on Fringe Radio Network and the Crossfiles podcasts.
That we're going to do another episode today at four o'clock.
I don't think it'll be live, so I shouldn't be

(19:58):
promoting it. But go to Crossfiles Dot Org and that's
those are the premium content. I would say I like
to go live every day because I believe in the
power of the word released as a weapon. And some
people like to criticize the Bible, so I like to
walk around with my Bible as much as possible. Oh

(20:20):
I was wrong. They did do Veggie sacrifices. Okay, interesting,
I didn't know that. That's that's a good That's why
live is good. So yeah, if you guys are listening
to this wherever you're listening to it, leave a review
on Spotify, iTunes, Spirit Force, and Fringe Radio Network and

(20:43):
get the app. Tell people about it and pray for us.
And if you want to donate, you can donate at
the network website. On my personal website, you can pray
for us most of all, and word of mouth helps
a lot. If you just text somebody and say, you
know this guy it really doesn't know when to stop talking,
but maybe you could just encourage him. Here's his website,

(21:04):
here's his podcast, and listen to the other shows because
it's a great thing to be among hard working warriors.
Don't take this for granted too, You guys take the
internet for granted. What is it going to be like
ninety percent of the Internet is going to be fake
in twenty twenty six, in a few short months, ninety

(21:25):
percent of the Internet is fake. And we use AI
for stuff. But I'm real like, if you hear me
on here with some kind of new, bad wonky doctrine
worse than usual, I've been through some circles and but
we're getting cleaned up. We're joining with word of faith

(21:47):
five fold. Ministry gifts a lot of freedom in there,
a lot of freedom, a lot of expansion room. And
I would just recommend listening to the broadcasts and yeah,
let us know what you think.

Speaker 5 (22:03):
So.

Speaker 8 (22:04):
Leviticus twenty three to nine through twenty two describes the
festival of weeks and the grain offerings that accompany it.
Numbers twenty eight one through thirty outlines the daily festival offerings,
including grain offerings. Oh, olive oil. Okay, so there were
other offerings. So maybe then Cain's offering was just not

(22:25):
very good. And this is something I'm learning about tithing.
I'm not telling you guys to tithe, to us saying
that tithing is a thing. It's a big thing in
the Bible to obey if you want to get out
of the hole. And I've been reading verses in the
Bible about how to receive from God and verses that

(22:48):
you can declare over yourself that my motivation this isn't
a verse, but this is a quote. My motivation for
accumulation is distribution. I am a source of the blessing
to us and I love to give. Amen. I think
this is good for Cain. We should have told Kane
this one two Corinthians nine sixty eight. Remember this, A

(23:11):
farmer who plants only a few seeds will get a
small crop, but the one who plants generously will get
a generous crop. You much each decide in your heart
how to give, how much to give, and don't give
reluctantly or in response to pressure. For God loves a
person who gives cheerfully, and God will generously provide all

(23:32):
that you need. Then you will always have everything you
need and plenty leftover to share with others. Amen, hallelujah.
So let me just see what wine was a gift? Okay,

(23:52):
give the give the priests subourban for their for their
heart work. I've literally had we had Costco donating to us,
and some of the donations were were Costco whiskey. It
was like, yeah, these missionaries, they could really use some
of this. All right, I'm gonna jump to Derek Prince

(24:18):
The Authority and Power of God's Word. I like to
read a page of this. There is just a very
short little booklet that the Ministry gave us. Actually, we've
been distributing these. We're missionaries here with even when we
do like a door dash delivery or whatever property management
house clean. It's all part of the ministry. We can

(24:38):
distribute tracts, booklets. We are looking at giving away cars.
We've given away trailer, our trailer. We've helped to connect
people with donation platforms. After Hurricane Helen, it's been a
lot of weird wonky weather. Have you guys seen the
weather in Jamaica recently? It looks like a bomb went

(25:01):
off in Jamaica. Praying for the protection of the people.
And as heartbreaking as those videos are, you can see
I see God allowing some of this sinful artificial weather manipulation.
And I mean, what is it going to take to

(25:22):
get you into your Bible? What is it going to
take for a nation like America to repent, not to
vote for Trump, but to repent, to come back to
the Word, to come to God. And I don't know
what the deal is in Jamaica, but I'm not happy
to see what Melissa did there. But I'm also like, okay,
let's get ready for revival in a serious way. And

(25:47):
I'm just speaking to myself that I'm getting into this word.
I mean, this is my brand new Bible. I broke
in a new Bible, and I can't get out of it.
I am absolutely caught in this word morning, day and night.
And I have little places like places where I start.
If I don't know where to start, I go to

(26:08):
the Psalms. I'll go to specifically, the progenitor of the
Psalms was Hannah, and that prophetic psalm is so excellent.
Blow the show far too, I recommend. All right, we'll
be right back. I'm going to take a small.

Speaker 4 (26:25):
Little break and we will retore in just a moment. Hallelujah.
Welcome my friends, Welcome to spirit force.

Speaker 8 (26:37):
Let me.

Speaker 4 (26:39):
Cue the powerful music we will be taking over on
all sides Alsae.

Speaker 8 (26:46):
Time through the Word of God. Amen. Okay, thank you Jesus,

(28:15):
we are still here, and praise the Lord. It's a
good thing to be here with y'all. Love you guys,
thanks for joining us. No tithing, even the Old Testament
unless you're a farmer or rancher workers around alilable required
to tithe. Not getting out of anything if you happen

(28:38):
to be selfish and greedy, that's for sure. Yeah, I'm
talking about breaking free from the kind of like I
am my own source of I mean, whatever the verses are,
I mean, it's pretty it's pretty well known that that

(29:01):
all churches and throughout time and the Temple, and Paul
tried to make a point of like I'm not gonna
you're not gonna need to support me. I'm gonna work
all day every day. But that's not that's not God's system.
That's not what he I mean. It actually says that
they that preach the gospel should live of the Gospel.

(29:24):
And I've always been more of like Paul, like Okay,
I'll just go work all the time and I'll be
a missionary at the same time. But there's a lot
of mess to that and sacrifice. Whereas if you have
if you have people in obedience in a community with
a pastor and the five full ministry gift, and people

(29:44):
are doing their jobs. The vision is that they they
should get paid. People are used to doing things for
free because there's been so much disobedience to what the
word says. And some of the poorest people I know
will say that they don't believe in tithing. It's not
a salvation issue. It's not an eternal issue. It's like,

(30:08):
it's just an obedience issue that will bust you out
of the whole of poverty that so many people that
I've known have lived in for so long. But yeah,
giving and being given and being according to the need, yes,
ten percent, but no percentages is even given. Well, we'll

(30:28):
have to look at that more. I really do believe
in breaking free from just like oh, I did this
for you, and you kind of did this for me,
and but it's kind of vague and instead of let's
say I have a foundation or a trust or some
kind of five oh one C three or something that's

(30:49):
charitable that's on paper, and I'm helping somebody with a
really good deal to rent a car, but then they
can't afford to pay me. And instead of stressing about
it and getting all few me about it, like be like, okay,
well this is this is now not under a profit business.
It's a nonprofit and this is how much we just

(31:11):
donated to this person that couldn't pay us the two
thousand bucks or whatever. And that goes on the on
the record as a seed, whether the government recognizes it
or not. I'm not an accountant, and I don't really
understand taxes that well. I like how Jesus did taxes.

(31:33):
Bill Johnson's like the Lord was born in the in
the barn, and there was the sheep who said I
will keep him warm, and then there was the pigs
that said. The cow said I will feed him, and
then there was the chickens said I will give him

(31:55):
of my feathers and my eggs. And then the fish
said I will pay his taxes. And then the pig said,
I will allow him to fill me with demons and
jump into the ocean. Bill Johnson love him. I gotta
work on my accent Bill Johnson accent. But anyway, when

(32:19):
you are dealing with a situation like I am, which
I'm used to, the mess which is really bad. I mean,
you don't want to raise your family and be like well, kids,
it's just a big frey for all. Just do whatever
you want. And that's how we've always done it. No,
we're going to start talking about getting things in order
to where you're you're ready to get the big bucks.

(32:42):
Like you have organized finances, and you know you have
a separate checking account for the tithe. So when I
make a hundred bucks, maybe I put ten dollars into
paying off a debt account, and then I put ten
dollars into the tithe account, and then I put thirty

(33:02):
dollars into gonna pay off the rent account, and just
start being organized and start thinking like, Okay, I'm not
gonna live in this fighter flight sort of mess mode.
I mean, God is not in a fight or flight mode.
He's not in a rush. He's never in a rush.
Jesus's parables were about building incredible amounts of wealth in

(33:27):
certain cases. And what did he do. He went around
healing people, getting people free from demons. He wasn't like
scratching his head about, oh my gosh, how are we
gonna make money for the disciples, or even when it
was it looked like an emergency.

Speaker 2 (33:42):
Oh these people they need to eat.

Speaker 8 (33:44):
There's just so many hungry people. It's like, you give
him something to eat. He already knew what he was
gonna do. He's trying to teach us how to feed
the five thousand. Don't go running around listening to every
Alex Jones report all day and then pretend like you
have faith. You've got to have faith before the apocalypse,

(34:04):
whatever that looks like, because when it comes time, you're
going to need to be able to raise that dead person.
You're gonna need to cleanse that leper. You're gonna need
to And so what happens is you start today this morning,
when the devil tries to throw like a million fastballs
at you about whatever your situation, so and so situation,

(34:27):
and a lot of it is in your head. The
devil will try to get into your head, and if
he can't get you to stop serving God, he'll try
to get you to compromise and put some doubts in
and just water down your conviction. You know, backsliding is
a thing that happens over time. Criminals don't just like

(34:52):
I didn't just become a criminal the day I forgot
to shave and start beating people up and you know,
conning them. I'm just if you weren't here earlier. Johnny
says that my beard makes me look like I could
be that kind of guy. I just think it's a
it's a slighty slopey wave mess into like from this

(35:14):
mess to this mess, to this thing to this thing.
And the whole time, all you needed to do was
get in the word and get the word on your lips.
And when the enemy tempts you to break away from
the word, then you really double down and you break
into that word. When the enemy tempts me not to
get behind this microphone and share the truth, then I

(35:38):
get even more adamant, Like we're doing the show, oh man,
and get out that show far and blow it. The
adversaries of the Lord shall be broken to pieces out
of heaven shall he thunder upon them. The Lord shall
judge the ends of the earth, and he shall give

(35:58):
strength unto his king and exalt the horn of his anointed.
Where is it in here that I have to do
that for myself? See, I'm putting the Lord on the spot.
I'm just getting my life organized. I'm putting the Lord
on the spot to handle and judge the ends of
the earth. Our prayers are. Why Trump is there in

(36:24):
Korea getting a three hundred and fifty billion dollar deal
with the Koreans to raise the tariffs. To remove the tariffs,
the Koreans are going to spend three hundred and fifty
billion dollars. That's how much it's worth to them to
not have those tariffs anymore. And what are we doing
back home? We're getting rid of all these EBT waste,

(36:46):
billions of dollars of waste, replace it with tariffs. I mean,
this is called accounting. What did I do? I have
some little things that I've let go for a while
that were online because I've got different checking accounts. We've
got one checking account for the podcast now and all
the bills, the internet bill, that bill are going through

(37:10):
that checking account, so it's organized. So I'm I'm reviewing.
I'm like, well, why are we paying fifty dollars a
month for this? This could actually be twenty dollars a month.
Why are we in this suit? You know, it doesn't
mean all your messes are going to be fixed at once.
One of the reasons I recommend coming back to the
Hannah's prayer because it's time stamped. It's between a very

(37:33):
dark time in Israel, and she's got an adversary. She's
got her husband had another wife and because Panina Penina,
Panina Penina was having all the babies, but Hannah was
the pretty one. And it's pretty obvious to see what

(38:00):
while all Cannah was in he was having his little
you know, the perennial having two wives problem. And so
it says that her adversary also provoked her sore for
to make her fret because the Lord had shut up
her womb. Why did the Lord do that, I don't know,

(38:23):
but she was weeping, she was not eating. Year by
year when she went up to the house of the Lord,
she provoked her. So she provoked her. So this is
the adversary. It's really it was Satan. It wasn't. It
wasn't the other wife. And she finally she's like, look,

(38:45):
I have asked of the Lord a son. If I
have this son, I will give him to the Lord.
And she got her way and she overcame. And Samuel
was such a critical man in this dark time in Israel,
when people were not they were the people in the

(39:06):
temple knew, not the Lord. I mean, this is a
very serious time and it's it's kind of a headache
sometimes to read through all the wars and all the
I won't call the reading the word a headache. Ever, Lord,
I apologize, I repent. I'm saying that it's a labor
of love to go through this much of the Bible

(39:28):
where it's just like endless flesh, bad decisions, fighting, wars, pride, egos. Well,
the way you read it is you go back to
this prayer, this victorious, unleashing, unlocking of the anointing prayer
that Hannah prayed. I mean she says it right here.

(39:52):
The Lord kills and makes alive, he brings down to
the grave, he brings up. The Lord makes poor and
makes rich, he brings low and up. So the Lord
is about to make a lot of democrats, not normal
traditional ones, but like the weird ones that voted for
Kamala Harris and still doubled on on that, and a
lot of just wicked men are about to start getting

(40:15):
their wealth taken away. And the Christians that have been
I mean, God bless us, but we've been not really
doing it right half the time most of the time.
But the ones that are faithful give to this man
that invested his talents, the talents from the guy that
didn't do anything with it. God is about to get
really Jewish with his people, and as in Jesus, the

(40:41):
Jew is going to help make sure all of our
accounts are in order, and we're not. There's no more waste,
and we're not going to be like all like whoa
wow when we get our jets and we get our helicopters,
and because it's going to be the company jet, it's
going to be the church's jet. It's a boy body
of Christ. It's an economy of blessing and prosperity that

(41:05):
none of us take full credit for because we're all
in our zone doing our specific thing. But don't curse
the people that have a jet right now, because then
when it comes time for God to give you one,
because God is the one who's gonna give it to you,
you're not gonna have the faith for it because you
spend all this time criticizing people that did have it.

(41:26):
You're gonna have to repent from so many I have
to repent for so many things every day, and I'm
getting free. And it's the Lord makes poor and the
Lord makes rich. He brings low and he lifts up.
What do you see go out and sl well, I'm
a truck always done gone breaks down around this time
of year. The people of this nation are cursing themselves

(41:50):
with their tongues all the time. God is trying to
bless us. But we have to have our hands open
through our lips first and foremost, be willing to change.
And if we do end up doing nephelim insurance or
alien abduction insurance, I don't know, that might be one fundraiser.

(42:14):
That'll be a fun raiser. But when it comes down
to it, the Lord is the one who is going
to give us everything that we need and then some.
He says, I will open up the storehouse of Heaven
and pour out a blessing so much so that you
will not be able to handle it. That's what Trump

(42:41):
always says. He's like, look, you're gonna be You're gonna
be winning and winning and winning and more winning and
more winning. You're gonna be like, oh, we're winning too much.
But first we have to get used to this culture

(43:01):
of tithing again. I'm not asking you for money for me.
I don't need your money. The Lord is the one
who pays my bills and takes care of me. The
gifts and go is for the don Bashan ministries, and
it's there's a church that we want to buy with that,
and there are three cars that I want to buy

(43:23):
to be able to help the local people and to
turn around make that a faithful investment. But if that's
if that's not put in my hands, I'm not going
to stop witnessing. I'm not going to stop all the
different things that we do, printing out tracts, and it's
just that we're giving away time at a loss on
the books. It doesn't make sense to move forward this way.

(43:46):
So we are going to set up a five to
one C three and we are going to have car
donations and just donated time. But every single second somebody
gets on the phone with a suicidal veteran, we're going
to keep very sharp notes and minutes because that is
worth gold, and gold is just falling here, falling there.

(44:10):
What we're doing here is extremely effective and useful. Not
in the sense of how many Instagram people you have,
You mean, how many board lonely distracted people are clicking
through your podcast? Well, how many effective ministers are you
in touch with? How many people that actually know how

(44:35):
to handle money and know how to get things done
in a militarized sense, not even on the outside. I
mean it's it's about getting the job done. It's about
actually doing it, not just talking about it, says the
podcast host who spends hours a day talking. But we're
speaking the word. Bring ye all the tithes into the storehouse,

(44:59):
that there may be meat in mine house. We have
meat for sale, by the way, a lot of it.
And prove me now herewith sayeth the Lord of Hosts.
If I will not open you the windows of heaven
and pour you out of blessing, that there shall not
be room enough to receive it. And I will rebuke
the devourer for your sakes, and he shall not destroy

(45:22):
the fruits of your ground, neither shall your vine cast
her fruit before the time in the field. Say it
the Lord of Hosts, and all nations shall call you blessed.
This is what's happening with America. I mean America, as
an extension of Israel is blessed. And I can hear
Internet people's heads exploding when I said that. But it's true.

(45:43):
I mean we're an extension of Israel, which is God's country.
Doesn't mean the people are doing the God's will all
the time. Obviously, people waste so much time debating that
instead of just reading the word, you shall be a
delightsome land. Say it, the Lord of Hosts. Your words

(46:04):
have been stout against me, say the Lord. Yet you say,
what have we spoken so much against the You have
said it is vain to serve God? And what prophet
is there? That we have kept his ordinance? And that
we have walked mournfully before the Lord of Hosts. See
the ones that fear the Lord. That hearkened and spoke

(46:27):
often one to another. Further on down up you can
read the whole thing Micah chapter three. God is he's
marking and noting the people who feared before the Lord,
and it says that a book of remembrance was written
before him for them that feared the Lord, and that

(46:49):
thought upon his name. You can recognize it the more
you get in the word, not in like a self
righteous way, but you can recognize it as just like
a matter of fact way, like oh yeah, you're totally
not in the word like at all, Like I don't
need to listen to you go on and on and on.
In the Babylon horror system, the sinning woman who's giving

(47:17):
you the fruit, You have a choice to receive that
or not, and hopefully you're saying, just say no to fruit.
Just say no to the fruit of the garden of
you know, the tree of knowledge of good and evil.
Just say no, I don't care how pretty she is,
don't eat it. And if you start looking at every day,

(47:39):
you are at that position where Adam and Eve were
with the snake with the fruit, and there's this beautiful
wife of yours or however we're looking at this the
system of this world that's now fallen, that's going to
completely be destroyed by the way, don't eat of that fruit.

(48:01):
Don't say, oh, I'm gonna take out a loan to
pay off this thing and get into debt for that.
Don't speak to those mountains in the way the world does.
That is sinning. Speaking against the word is sin. It's
missing the mark. We have plenty of space to repent.

(48:21):
And when you when you start to see this, it's like,
oh my gosh, like I have opportunities not to sin
every day all day. And at first people think you're crazy.
But you know what, I've already been on here talking
about spaceships for years now, almost a decade at least. Yeah,
it's been over a decade coming online and talking about

(48:43):
the New Jerusalem and visions and dreams. And I've found
though that coming online and sharing visions and dreams usually
ends up just inspiring people to want to get into
the flesh, whereas getting in love with the Word and
making the Word my whole world, that is where the

(49:05):
fruit is, and that's where I can feed others and
be fed myself, and the whole day is just completely transformed. Okay,
let's get into the authority and power of God's words.
So the point about the spaceships, though, is that we're
starting from the New Jerusalem and we're trickling our way
down and the river comes from the throne of God

(49:27):
into the judgment courtrooms of Heaven through his people and
through those that He has anointed to speak to us,
ministers like Derek Prince and and a lot of these
ministers that have had their faith to build up, get airports,
get wealth going for the sake of the gospel. As

(49:48):
Jeremy Pearson said at their jet fundraiser, which I'm going
to participate in, is that this is a preaching machine.
What is this beautiful studio that I have. It's a
preaching machine. And there's more ways to do this than
just in the back of a storefront that every month

(50:11):
that it stays open is a miracle. We are in
a disaster zone in the mountains, full of witchcraft and
a lot of battles, but thank you Lord, we've had
just enough to still keep the lights on and speaking
the word out loud has provided a shield for the
operation here and we've been able to get a lot done,

(50:34):
but we could do a lot more. Anyway, Let's read
the Fallibility of Man. Oh, we read that yesterday. I'm
sorry I forgot to mark that I read that. Thank

(50:58):
you Lord. How Jesus used scripture? This is so good. Hmmm.
Leading up to this though, I'll just back up a
little bit, just in case Jesus and the scripture. Yeah, okay,
to understand the authority and we got to do our
Derek Prince and I don't have any Star Wars music

(51:20):
right now, but.

Speaker 4 (51:22):
Hallelujah, hallelujah.

Speaker 8 (51:25):
What would Dirk Prince do today? Let's let's we're not
going to the witch of end or we're not summoning
Derek Prince from the afterlife. We're just just you know,
close your eyes and just picture Derek Prince coming reading
to you some words.

Speaker 10 (51:41):
Hallelujah, hallelujah. All right, Johnny Michael, Fringe Radio Network.

Speaker 8 (51:56):
Here we are today in TV. Last.

Speaker 4 (52:01):
To understand the authority and power of God's word, we
need to consider the attitude of Jesus himself told the Bible,
because for us, who are his disciples, he is the pattern.
How did Jesus relate to the Bible. Let's look at
helpful scripture in the Gospel of John, in the context

(52:22):
of a discussion with the Jewish leaders, Jesus said, if
he God called them gods to whom the Word of
God came, and the Scripture cannot be broken. In that
one verse, Jesus gives to the Bible the two titles
his followers have used ever since, the Word of God
and the Scripture. When Jesus identifies scripture as the word

(52:46):
of God, he means it proceeds from God. It did
not even proceed from man. It came from Heaven, from God.
When he says the scripture, Jesus means that which has
been recorded in writing. God said many things which are
not recorded in writing. But those that are recorded in

(53:09):
the Scripture the Bible are recorded for our special benefit.
They contain all we need to know for our salvation.
Jesus attitude toward the Bible is summed up in that phrase,
the Scripture cannot be broken. Nothing can express the authority
of Scripture more completely than that simple phrase. If we

(53:30):
believe that the Scripture cannot be broken, God will hold
us accountable for it. He will expect us to accept
the authority of Scripture in every area of our lives.

Speaker 8 (53:40):
Amen, Thank you Lord, Thank you for Derek Prince.

Speaker 2 (53:44):
See you later, Derek Prince. Bye. Thanks for helping us.

Speaker 8 (53:59):
All right now, we're gonna switch the channel over to
uh Don Basham. We're not summoning Don Basham from the
spirit realm. We're not doing any kind of necromancy here.
This is not divination. Samuel was p ode when they
when they did that, We are receiving words from great

(54:22):
men of God in the past. Okay, let's let's get
Don Bashman going. Okay, And I actually can't really do
a Don Bashman impression. So because he's my grandfather, that's

(54:43):
like making fun of your grandfather. You can't do that.
But I am going to read chapter two True and
False Prophets here and and this is this is the truth.
This collection of work by my grandfather and his partner

(55:07):
Derek Prince in the past is so needed today that
the devil has fought so hard to keep Christians, especially
Internet Christians, just in the anything goes category of doctrine.
But I'm thankful for Brother Johnny sharing some insights and
his love for scripture and his ability to be open

(55:29):
to new interpretations just brilliant. Now. Derek Prince Ministries is
a publications ministry and Don Basha Ministries also likewise as
we get the ministry going. But you can go to
emiic dot org and have a shepherd pastoral anointing with

(55:53):
the oral Roberts anointing from the Copeland family. I would
recommend doing that as soon as possible, or just join
and join a local church or find a church that
you like that you can really get that covering over you.
And I'm not here to be your pastor. I'm not
here to be your instructor or your teacher. We're like

(56:17):
in a default pastoral role at times because of the
lack of that and just the superfluous kind of religious
spirit we've from time to time entered into those kind
of roles. But ideally you have an organized, ordered, militarized
type of church setting, just the structure, the basic infrastructure,

(56:42):
if you will. I like the idea of just having
a very militarized functional like having prayer command and having
you know, here we are with communications. This studio literally
looks to my marine buddy. He says, it minded him
of some of the signals intelligence command bases in Iraq

(57:06):
in the war. I did I build this. You got
a podcast studio. You didn't build that. Somebody else made
that happen. Well, kind of all the things in here
are a total gift. So I am so blessed, and
I'm just wanting to pay it forward. Bless you. I've
been blessed. I want to bless you guys. And it's

(57:29):
it's gonna be exciting to see what God does because
God is my source. Okay, So God is the one,
He is our deliver He is the provider. Okay, we're
gonna jump into true and false prophets. I was gonna
kind of segue into that music before. It's just like.

Speaker 4 (57:47):
Grandpa, Grandpa, come teach us, teach us, Hallelujah.

Speaker 8 (57:53):
But I don't I don't want to be too silly,
just a little silly, just a tiny bit, just like
my great grandmother used to say, I love you just
a tiny bit, Just just a tiny bit. She was
oozing with love for everybody. I just love you just
a tiny bit. I love you just a little bit,
all right. Hallelujah, So true involve prophets. Thank you Jesus.

(58:17):
It was some years ago that I first wrote a
book about immorality and unethical behavior among Christians. I wrote
with some haste and the hope that my brief introductory
survey of the subject would encourage other Christian writers and
teachers to examine the problem in greater depth. But today,
a decade later, that hope remains largely unfulfilled. I know

(58:38):
of no other book specifically addressing the subject, and my
first book is long out of print. Yet the crisis
of immoral and unethical behavior among believers, including Christians and leadership,
seems to have grown steadily worse. I wrestled with the
problem for several years before deciding to write about it.
As an author and Bible teacher involved in the charismatic

(58:58):
renewals since nineteen sixty three, I had seen thousands of
Christians experience new life and power in the Holy Spirit.
But it didn't take long for me to discover that
the New blessings did not put an end to old problems.
In the counseling and correspondence that accompany any public teaching ministry,
I found myself listening to an endless stream of confessions

(59:19):
by troubled believers whose personal problems seemed to deny the
faith they professed. Many were trapped in dishonest or immoral
relationships with other Christians, including Christian ministers. On occasion, I've
even found myself sharing leadership in conferences with men who
had powerful public ministries but whose private lives were a

(59:41):
blatant contradiction of their public teaching, but because of their
moral behavior was not generally known or at least not
publicly admitted, they often took advantage of the very people
receiving their ministry I received. I remember a seminar in
a Western state where I spoke on spiritual warfare. Later,

(01:00:01):
in the prayer room, under the ministry of several mature leaders,
many people were set free from demonic torment. But there
was one troubled young divorcee. We could not help. She
became hysterical and rushed out of the prayer room. Sobbing. Afterward,
one of the conference speakers, who had declined to help
us in the ministry was waiting outside the door. He
was furious. The young woman who had rushed from the

(01:00:24):
room was seated near him, still crying. What were you
men trying to do to this girl? Basham, he shouted, Man,
every time people get near you, they start imagining they
have demons, that deliverance ministry of yours causes nothing but trouble.
Before I could answer, he grabbed the girl by the
hand and hauled her away. A short time later, it

(01:00:46):
became public knowledge that the angry minister was in fact
engaged in an adulterous relationship with a young woman, an
affair that had led to the breakup of his own marriage.
No wonder she couldn't receive deliverance, No wonder he became
so angry From such experiences. I came to realize that
spiritual anointing and power in a Christian's life are no

(01:01:07):
guarantee of moral or spiritual integrity. Watch out for false prophets,
Watch out for false prophets. Jesus warned by their fruit,
not their gifts, you will recognize them. In fact, the
naive and unscriptural belief that effective ministry is proof of
righteous character is one of the most dangerous of all fallacies.

(01:01:28):
It has allowed Satan to create Havoc and the Body
of Christ. Exposing that fallacy and correcting the religious naivete
that sustains it was to become a major goal of
my first book on the subject. Yet making the final
decision to write the book proved difficult. Regardless of what
seemed to be a genuine prompting from the Holy Spirit,

(01:01:50):
something inside me recoiled at the thought of writing in
on such a painful subject. Neither was I anxious to
stir up more trouble, since the deliverance ministry in which
I was involved was providing more than a little controversy already. Besides,
who was I to talk about other people's problems anyway?
Wouldn't I be accused of sitting in judgment? Wouldn't it
appear that I considered myself better than those that had

(01:02:11):
fallen into Satan's snare. While a loving wife and a
happy marriage gave me a security that some men in
ministry did not have, I knew I was no more
deserving than others who had fallen, only for more fortunate
in my case, opportunity for misconduct seemed providentially to coincide
with times when I felt spiritually secure. So this is

(01:02:34):
really a needed book. I believe in this generation, if
we can get people copies of my grandfather's books. This
is the only copy I have, Otherwise I'd make it available.
We've got a lot of faced up with the miracle copies,
but in general, Don basha ministries, if you can just
pray for us that we're going to have those, and

(01:02:57):
I speak to this that we are going to have
the resources and the ability to make these available to
people on a large scale. All I can do is
make the sermons free, and we pay for the Don
Basham dot com, u ur L and the Spreaker account

(01:03:20):
with Don Basham's sermons, So you just hit Don Bashum
dot com and you can listen to his teachings. But
he would he would directly confront things like like does
this hurt? Does that hurt right there when we push
right there?

Speaker 2 (01:03:34):
Ah? Yeah that really hurts.

Speaker 8 (01:03:36):
Okay, good, We're gonna keep pushing on it. Aha. So
this is really what is needed. I recall the last
night of a meeting in a northern city where during
prayer at the church altar, a number of people were
visibly touched by the power of God. One of them,
a young woman with a stunning figure, warmly embraced me
in a manner that communicated more than spiritual gratitude. Embarrassed,

(01:03:59):
I peeled her arms from around my neck, said something
about giving God the glory, and turned to pray with
someone else. At seven am the next morning, at my motel,
I was already dressed and packed when there was a
knock on my door. When I opened it, there stood
the same sexy young lady, dressed even more provocatively. She

(01:04:20):
breathed something about needing counseling and started past me into
the room. Grabbing her firmly by the arm, I said,
we can talk while I have breakfast. Safely seated in
the coffee shop, I listened to her tearful recitation about
an unhappy marriage to a wealthy older man who seemed
largely oblivious to his wife's physical charms. I'm so hungry

(01:04:42):
for love and affection. I'm ready to have an affair,
she said, frankly, trying not to look shocked. I expressed
sympathy for her plight, suggesting that she had she and
her husband find an understanding marriage counselor as soon as possible,
and reminded her I had a plane to catch. Then
I raced my room for my lug, caught the airport limousine,
and forty five minutes later, was safely aboard the plane

(01:05:04):
headed home to my wife and children. But even as
I thanked God for protecting me that day, sober memories
of other days came to mind, low despairing days of
doubting God, days that left me struggling against unholy mind,
searing thoughts that never found expression and outward conduct. Had
opportunity for sin ever appeared. At such a time, avoiding

(01:05:25):
Satan's snare would have proved far more difficult. That's a
sermon by the way that he made avoiding Satan snare.
And I'll add to this. You know, the the answer
is always the word. So how do you make it
through a dark time where it's like, oh, what if
you do have an affair? What if you do turn
into some raging alcoholic drug addict, chainsmoking, dog kicking, wife beating,

(01:05:58):
or even just a gossip or or backslider somebody that's like, well,
I don't really believe in the Bible anymore. Oh my gosh.
There's people that I've told me this that were Christians
before I was in a marriage where that literally was
the case. Just see somebody just slowly leave their faith
behind and and it just got worse and worse. And
people there's even people that are supposedly in the Word

(01:06:22):
kind of, but they don't really have that loving relationship
with God. And God has put his word even above
his name. So you can sit there and have mystic
revelations all day. But if I don't see a Bible
in your hand, I doubt those mystic revelations are really
going to be helpful in the end, especially mystics that

(01:06:45):
say don't don't bring your Bible to church, don't be
looking for verses in your Bible while I'm preaching. That
is so dangerous. And I've never had more respect for
the Bible now than when I've come into the circles
of of faith where you don't have a bunch of
affairs with Jesse d Plantists and Jerry Savelle passed on

(01:07:06):
and he's left his wife with this beautiful ministry. I
think I gave him like twenty bucks and I got
all these phone calls for prayer and ministry. I mean,
that is a real, legit, beautiful ministry still going strong.
I speak that ministry is going to be even stronger
than when he left, proportionally as Derek Prince Ministries was

(01:07:28):
after Derek Prince died. Derek Prince ministry has exploded. And
I'm speaking life into the Don Basham ministries because I
don't know how to start a ministry. I mean, I'm
a humble podcast host, but there are people out there
that need these words. And I know there's still a
few people that remember his name, and there are young

(01:07:49):
men rising up who actually know of my grandfather's work,
and they're out there ordaining, planting churches, going on the attack.
God bless him, dare Uh, Dennis and David and others
that I've met in California. So and the devil hates
it when we read this, so I'm just gonna keep

(01:08:09):
reading it. Literally had a police encounter after the last
broadcast where the first broadcast where I started reading true
and false prophets, somebody called the police on me, and
it was like the most random like way that persecution
could come for the words sake, and I just realized
the devil is literally getting stirred up as we're reading

(01:08:32):
these words, as we're sharing these words. The enemy is
so furious because he's lost so much to my grandfather's ministry,
and we're carrying on that legacy right now in this studio.
I'm gonna stop talking about it. I'm gonna I'm gonna
stop talking about the gun. We're gonna start shooting with it. Well,

(01:08:53):
here's the hole, stern, here's the barrel. And I don't
know if we'll finish this chapter today, but I just
want to say though, that the word is the answer,
and you can sandwich these heavy topics with really solid,

(01:09:14):
encouraging teaching from Nancy DeFraine or the Copeland family or
Jesse Do Plantists and just get that word flow. I
listened to Pastor Keith Moore all night last night. I
just listened to the whole series of God's Will to Heal?
And is it God's will to heal you? Yes? Do

(01:09:34):
you look healed? Do you feel healed? Doesn't matter. God
already pay for my healing. I am healed. I'm not
going to back down. And you can say, well I
don't feel happy, Well, God is delivering you from a
spirit of heaviness and depression. And it's not about feeling
happy too, It's actually joy is way deeper. The joy

(01:09:57):
of the Lord is your strength. But for all my
reservations and unanswered questions, the problem of immorality and unrighteous
behavior in the body of Christ seemed so great, and
the prompting of the Holy Spirit seemed so insistent, I
felt I had to say something. My first attempt took
place in a Bible seminar in West Palm Beach, Florida.
I remember the occasion vividly because of the audience's unexpected

(01:10:18):
reaction to my teaching. In my message that evening, I
began by sharing some thoughts on the differences between the
gifts of the Holy Spirit, which are manifestations of God's
supernatural power, and the fruit of the Spirit, which reflects
righteous character. I stressed the need for both. Then I
cited some scriptural examples of leaders who fell into immorality.
I also shared some carefully disguised illustrations of contemporary influential

(01:10:42):
Christians whose lives had been wrecked by dishonesty or immorality.
I ended the message with a fervent plea for personal
righteousness and holiness. While I felt the Holy Spirit's approval
as I spoke, public response was not what I expected.
The audiences I normally faced were conditioned to hearing messages
on spiritual renew faith, healaying deliverance, which is great by

(01:11:04):
the way. They were used to hearing testimonies of answered
prayer and hearing how the power of God could be
more fully released in their own lives. They were shocked
and stunned by my blunt warnings about dishonesty and immorality,
and their reactions quickly showed it. I was accustomed to
people coming forward after a message to ask questions, to
express appreciation, or to seek ministry, but this time the

(01:11:26):
group was much smaller than usual and mostly hostile. Some
frankly said they didn't believe me. Others asked sharp critical
questions I could not answer, making me aware that I
needed to make a more thorough scriptural study of the
whole subject. One man, a minister, said he believed it
was highly inappropriate to speak publicly about such sensitive matters.

(01:11:49):
The barrage of criticism tempted me to drop the whole
subject permanently. Fortunately, among the crowd of critics, were a
few people who seemed grateful, saying things like I've been
waiting for years for somebody to tell it like it is.
I was most affected by the confession of a woman
who drew me aside to speak in private. She had
become sexually involved with a prominent Bible teacher and had

(01:12:10):
suffered months of deep distress and guilt before finding forgiveness
and restoration with God. I was weak and foolish in
allowing me myself to be seduced, she confided, And I
know God has forgiven me. But what distresses me most
is the attitude of the minister who took advantage of me.
He became furious when I broke off the affair, but

(01:12:30):
publicly he still preaches and teaches as if nothing happened.
Shouldn't something be done to correct or discipline him. Her
testimony and her plaintive question helped keep my resolve alive.
Final encouragement to write the book came from a conversation
with Len Lessard and his wife, the late Catherine Marshall.

(01:12:51):
The Lswords were members of the editorial board of Chosen Books,
which only a few months earlier had published my book,
Deliver Us from evil. One evening when my wife Alice,
and I were having dinner with them, the conversation turned
to the subject of my next book. When Catherine heard
I was considering writing on morals and ministry, but was
feeling reluctant to tackle such a sensitive subject, she shared

(01:13:13):
something that occurred during the writing of her best selling novel, Christy.
In Catherine's novel, Miss Alice Henderson, a Quaker missionary, confesses
to a shocked and protesting Christi how as a sixteen
year old girl, she had been seduced by a Quaker evangelist.
In the book, her tragic confession covers an entire chapter.

(01:13:34):
I've extracted only a few paragraphs, so we're not going
to finish this chapter today. I think it'll be good
to come back to this tomorrow. But the book True
in False Prophets, which we're reading today, is in my hands.
And it's not like to dwell on sin, but it's

(01:13:55):
to be aware of and to share among responsible people
that I mean, this is kind of normal, actually to
have this kind of like the great thing is you've
got church going, you've got people coming together, and you've
got the church happening, and you can read First and
Second Corinthians, and you can see all the issues that

(01:14:17):
were going on. First Corinthians is like whoa man, whoa
I mean, Paul is delivering people to Satan for the
destruction of the flesh. Little leven levens, the whole lump
purge out there for the old leven that you may
be a new lump as you are unlevened for even Christ,
our pass over is sacrificed for us. Just real fatherly

(01:14:42):
instruction in First Corinthians and dealing with these kinds of problems,
and Second Corinthians gets a lot more out there and
just wow, like you clear out the sin and all
the issues that are blatantly obviously wrong, and then you
get to go into the revelations of God because then

(01:15:04):
the Holy Spirit can land in that spot where there's
a clean holy temple that doesn't have all this prostitution
going on. Basically, but even in the word, he doesn't

(01:15:25):
get too out there. There's so much to do in
our lives today when it comes to living your Christian
life that to just get into out there stuff all
the time. I mean, I'm a baby when it comes
to ministry, Like just starting to learn my pastors keep
showing up in my dreams helping me to repent from things,

(01:15:48):
stuff that I didn't even know was junk. They're like, yeah,
you don't need that. Like Pastor Terry showed up in
a dream and she's just showing me like I had
this book from Japan and I really liked this story,
but there's a lot of violence in it and not
very Christian themes. And she was basically taking the book
out of my hand as she was talking, and she

(01:16:10):
was replacing it with another book that was more pure,
and she's like, you know, my father used to do
this and that and whatever he would preach, and she
was just doing it in such a Southern Texas lady
kind of a classy way. And I'm like, yeah, I'll
get rid of that, sure. I mean, things that I

(01:16:30):
never even thought were hindering my life for God. And
then another dream I had, I was like a little kid,
and I was walking around the church and Pastor Terry
was getting ministry ready and getting the like the service ready,
and I was literally getting to just follow her around

(01:16:52):
and just be a part of it and see how
it was all going to happen. So trippy, like how
a past Once you come under a pastor, they their spirit.
You're like, well, how are they gonna have time for me?
Listen to me? I mean her deputy Pastor Brian was
right in this studio last year or was that this year?

(01:17:16):
When when did they come here? I forget it was
around November. I think it was following the hurricane. Anyway, Yeah,
tomorrow's Halloween. So praise God, We're gonna get through this
season of darkness. And I'm not even gonna pay attention
to the devil. They're just a bunch of squabblers screamers.

(01:17:40):
I was in Walgreens yesterday and I was like, you
know this, this worship of death is getting out of control.
Like I take my kids to school and there's like
a dead baby face on the big house in front
of the school, like just blatant evil and worship of
evil in front of little kids. And when the police

(01:18:00):
officer came because some ridiculous thing, I literally got out
of the car and opened the door and was cleaning
my car. And because I had millet like army pants on,
somebody thought maybe I was like some dangerous, weird guy
like officer. I was literally cleaning my car while waiting

(01:18:21):
for my child to get here. But since we're here, sir,
and he was like, frazzled too. It was weird. It
was just the whole thing was weird. But I had
just finished a podcast reading true in False prophets, so
I knew that it was the devil trying to frazzle me.
And I refuse to get frazzled. I refuse to get
all funky. You'll know when you get into the word enough,

(01:18:45):
the first reaction is not fear. Your first reaction is
faith and love and patience.

Speaker 5 (01:18:55):
But I was.

Speaker 8 (01:18:56):
I confronted the officer and I was like, well, sir,
since you're here, what about that big demonic evil thing
that all these little children see when they come to
the Christian school. And he just said, oh, it's a Halloween.
There's nothing we can do, like okay, but what if
there's like anyway, thank you, sir, Sorry, okay, sorry for
the trouble today, officer. I've spent a lot of time

(01:19:28):
outside this country. What year is it, twenty twenty five.
I've spent almost twenty years on exotic missionary frontiers. And
the Lord saw fit to just PLoP us down here

(01:19:49):
in the mountains and you know, people are living their
lives and they're they're happily going throughout their credit cards
and seeing which one isn't overcharged and seeing which one
they can, and going to church and having some word.
But then these curses, like we're just all sinners, say
bad grace? Don't you dare say amen when somebody says

(01:20:09):
that you are the righteousness of God in Christ Jesus.
I don't care how messed up your life is. But
I'm I'm here, and we're here. You're obviously here too,
And this is an excellent opportunity to wage war on
the enemy's camp through prayer, through absorbing the word, and

(01:20:33):
through sharing the word. And these Don Basham books are
sitting there. I've got a box of tapes there that
I recorded to spreaker to don Bashium dot com for free.
They've been sitting there for years, though, how is anybody
gonna find them? So I'm taking it to the next
level and we're going to assemble more warriors together. I've

(01:20:56):
driven across the country from to Florida to Californi and
back up to the mountains the Atlantic Ocean, and these
podcasts are declarations of God's kingdom coming to us, the
Word of God manifesting, and I'm just kind of like

(01:21:16):
I've had it with everyday life that people live in
their own little box and they things are about to change.
Don't miss the boat, get your butt in that prayer closet,
get your eyes on that Word of God. You'll start
to notice when people are are being children and in

(01:21:39):
a faithless generation. I mean, Jesus just kept saying, He's like, man,
this is a faithless generation America. Hello, guys, it's a
faithless generation. And I don't consider myself on some high
horse here. It's like the pursuit. I see the mountain

(01:22:00):
top ahead, and I want to go straight up to
the top of that mountain. I think people who listen
to me, who can sense that this is real, Like,
we're not here to play, We're not here to pass
the time. We're not here because we don't know what
else to do with ourselves. The Word of God is

(01:22:22):
your only defense. It is your only refuge and shelter
and get under ministries that likewise, at least they're pursuing
that they no ministry is perfect, but the Word of
God is perfect and converts the soul silver purified seven
times you can't go wrong with the word, like confession

(01:22:45):
of the Word through your lips. Get Basics. Get the
Basics booklets free. We're gonna make that more on the
front burner. You can get the Basics book. You can
get Insights on Prayer. That's at Happy Texas Bell b
E L L E on X and that's our Prayer Command,

(01:23:10):
Admiral of Prayer Command. I have a book as well,
Kingdom Romance. It's a more of a fun, trippy adventure,
my first attempt at fiction, which only good reviews so far,
some really good reviews, some really like encouraging ones saying

(01:23:32):
you know, keep writing and pray for our businesses. We
have a lot of different operations going on. I'd like
to encourage you think of yourself as an entrepreneur. Don't
just think clock in and clock out is always going
to be here, because it ain't, because it ain't God's will.
You don't lack it when His people are slaves and babylone.

(01:23:55):
Just say no to slavery, all right, hallelujah. Last of all,
let's read one of the little daily mites here. Watch
out about compromise. The devil will do everything he can
attempt you to forsake God's way, and if he can't
get you to stop, he tries to get you to compromise.
He tempts you with half truths that make you doubt
your convictions or not live up to them fully. Most

(01:24:21):
people don't realize that if they hold one little thing
back from the Lord, one little compromise, they're on their
way to backsliding, because one little disobedience leads to another,
one little refusal in denial leads to another, and one
bit of selfishness leads to more. So let this be
a warning to you. You might think, oh, it's just

(01:24:41):
this one little tiny sin, it's just this one little
tiny thing, it's not important. But that little crack in
your armor is where the devil begins to seep in,
and then his gas of deceit begins to poison your mind. Well,
maybe God doesn't want to heal me. I don't know,

(01:25:03):
because you disobeyed, and pretty soon you're totally off the track,
off the track, and if you don't really repent and stop,
you'll eventually go all the way back on the Lord.
Don't let it happen to you. Be faithful to the Lord.
Be faithful to the voice of God, be faithful to
his work, the particular ministry. He's called you to be loyal.

(01:25:24):
Resist the enemy, and he will flee from you. James
four to seven. Don't give him an inch, or he'll
take a mile or more. And everything you've got, give
no place to the evil one. Amen. Hallelujah, Thank you,
Larree Bell bless you. Good morning. So this is a
