Speaker 9 (03:47):
You don't you ever let anybody take your power from you?
You have the same power that you did before November fifth.

Speaker 10 (03:58):
Welcome to hashtag go right with Peter Boykin, where we
fight for the principles of our constitutional republic.

Speaker 11 (04:05):
Imagining this, seventy.

Speaker 10 (04:07):
Three percent of Americans agree that President elects should prioritize
deporting illegal immigrants. But here's the kicker. Trump is threatened
to slap Canada and Mexico with twenty five percent tariffs
if they don't curb the flow of illegal aliens and
fentanyl across our borders. This, my friends, is not just policy.

(04:29):
It's a statement on the sanctity of our nation's sovereignty.
But before we dive deep, let's touch on some political
chess moves. Kamala Harris, amidst the chaos, is keeping her
opinions and options open for a twenty twenty eight presidential
run are perhaps a return to California's governorship. On the

(04:50):
flip side, Trump ally kate Lyn Jenner is eyeing the
California governor's seat in twenty twenty six. Meanwhile, in a
that could send shields down the spine of peace lovers everywhere,
US and European officials have been discussing arming Ukraine with
nuclear weapons to deter Russia.

Speaker 11 (05:13):
Are we really playing with fire here? We'll be right back.

Speaker 10 (05:17):
Remember we fight for what's right because it's time to
go right, Time to.

Speaker 12 (05:24):
Go right, time to go right, time to go right.

Speaker 10 (05:42):
A tragic event happened in Rochester, Michigan, where a community
pastor was killed by an individual believed to be an
illegal immigrant in a crosswalk. It's reignited debates on immigration.
Paul this incident serves as a grim reminder of the

(06:04):
need for secure borders. As advocates for liberty, we question
when our leaders will prioritize the safety of American citizens
over political expediency. This is not just an opinion, but
a call for enforcement and accountability in our immigration policies,

(06:30):
which is why we've made this a huge concentration of
reporting these types of stories and go write news.

Speaker 11 (06:39):
We'll be right back.

Speaker 13 (06:47):
We have to show the American people. We got to
be transparent and show the American people why we need
to secure the border. It's about saving lives. Bottom line,
is about saving lives. And I'm sick and tired of
my thirty four years holding the children, holding dead children,
talking to girls as young as nine that were raped
multiple times and I've said it before. Everything innocent and
pure within that little girl was ripped from her. She

(07:09):
will never be the same. We're going to tell the story.
American people need to know the story.

Speaker 10 (07:15):
Stiff for American Justice Council Special Counsel Jack and well
he's special alright. Special Counsel Jack Smith has dropped all
federal charges against President elect Donald Trump, signaling an into
what many see as a politically motivated witch hunt.

Speaker 11 (07:37):
Now here's the breakdown. J six case.

Speaker 10 (07:41):
Judge Tanya sh Can dimissed the charges related to the
January sixth Capitol riot following Smith's motion, and I'm ready
for the January sixth political prisoners be free to classified
documents case previously dismissed by Judge Alien Cannon has now
withdrawn his appeal, acknowledging the DOJ's policy against prosecuting a

(08:06):
sitting or incoming president. The cessation of these legal battles
comes as other cases against Trump crumble. The Georgia election
interference case against him was paused due to corruption allegations
against DA Fanny Willis, and the New York hush money
case has been indefinitely postponed. Trump celebrating his this legal

(08:31):
victory stated quote, over one hundred million dollars of taxpayer
dollars has been wasted in the Democrat Party's fight against
their political opponent.

Speaker 14 (08:42):
Me.

Speaker 10 (08:44):
It was a political hijacking and a low point in
the history of our country that makes such a thing
could have happened. And yet I persevered against all odds
and won make America great again. And we're also talking
about two assassination attempts almost three as well. This statement

(09:08):
reflects not just a personal triumph, but underscores the opinionated
view that this was law fair, a term used here
to imply legal action driven by political motives rather than justice.

Speaker 11 (09:26):
We'll be right back.

Speaker 9 (09:27):
Don't you ever let anybody take your power from you.
You have the same power that you did before November fifth,
and you have the same purpose that.

Speaker 15 (09:39):
You did.

Speaker 10 (09:46):
CNN amidst. Americans are loving the Trump transition.

Speaker 16 (09:49):
Or take a look here President Trump's transition and net approval.

Speaker 17 (09:53):
You go back to November at twenty sixty.

Speaker 16 (09:55):
Look at this, it was just a plus one point,
just a plus one point.

Speaker 17 (09:58):
That was well well well below the historical norm.

Speaker 16 (10:01):
Look get where we are today, significantly higher plus eighteen
points that seventeen points higher on the presidential transition net
approval rating. The bottom line is this, if eight years
ago Americans were lukewarm on Donald Trump at this particular point,
they're giving him much more of the benefit of the doubt.
A lot more Americans are in love with this transition.
This much more meets the historical norms where normally presidents

(10:24):
get that boost coming out of their victory. And what
we're seeing here is Donald Trump's presidential transition is getting
a thumbs up and dare I say two thumbs up
from the American people.

Speaker 18 (10:34):
And you know, we're still on the appointment phase at
this point, but it does give insight to sort of
where this team is thinking to lead some of these
key departments.

Speaker 17 (10:41):
Of course, I mean, but how do.

Speaker 18 (10:43):
People feel about the prospects of his presidency given the
context of some of these bigs.

Speaker 16 (10:48):
Yeah, it's not just that they like what Donald Trump
is doing right now.

Speaker 17 (10:51):
They're optimistic for the future.

Speaker 16 (10:53):
So again, let's compare ourselves now versus where we were
eight years ago. And what you see eight years ago,
fifty three percent of Americans were scared or concerned, the
majority towards.

Speaker 17 (11:03):
The upcoming Trump term.

Speaker 16 (11:04):
Look at where we are now, the shoe is on
the other foot. Fifty three percent of Americans are excited
or optimistic.

Speaker 17 (11:10):
It's flip flop. Where a majority, a narrow majority.

Speaker 16 (11:13):
Eight years ago, we're scared or concerned about the upcoming
Trump term. Now what we see is that the majority
is excited or optimistic about the Trump term. So what
we're just seeing is very different numbers from where we
were eight years ago. Eight years ago, folks really were
not that in love with the Trump transition. Now they
are and more than that, looking forward to the upcoming
Trump term. Four eight years ago, the majority we're scared

(11:34):
of concern. Now the majority are excited or optimistic.

Speaker 18 (11:38):
And look, I mean, the reality is for these cabinet picks,
they've got to get confirmed by the Senate here and so,
I think, rightfully, so a lot of concern has gone into, Okay,
where will Republicans fall in supporting these picks since.

Speaker 17 (11:51):
They're the majority.

Speaker 18 (11:52):
But Democrats were also very opposed to Trump's picks and
his presidency overall in twenty seventeen.

Speaker 17 (11:59):
Coming in. Where are they now?

Speaker 16 (12:02):
I think one word to describe Democrats now, it's just
they're exhausted, tired, you know, it's very hard being in
the opposition. Donald Trump wears out his opponents, and I
think they've done that here. So Democrats, Trump Trump's win
motivates me in what way to do things? Just forty
four percent say to oppose Donald Trump. The majority the
fifty six percent either forty six percent it doesn't motivate

(12:23):
me at all, which I think is really the exhaustion
pick right, this is the plurality, or ten percent say
it actually motivates them to support Donald Trump. Together, these
numbers get fifty six percent, far higher than the forty
four percent who say oppose Donald Trump. The bottom line
is this Republicans very motivated by Donald Trump's win, and
compared to eight years ago, Democrats just really really tired.

(12:45):
They have just given up. We'll see what happens, right, Yeah,
I get more.

Speaker 18 (12:48):
Number twenty twenty four.

Speaker 17 (12:49):
I think a lot of people are exhausted the election.
I think a lot of people are exhausted.

Speaker 16 (12:53):
But this is really a very different picture from eight
years ago. The American folks are much more behind Donald
Trump than they were back in November of two, twenty sixteen,
and Democrats who were so rich in their opposition of
Donald Trump eight years ago. At this particular point, they're
just like, hey, I'm going to take a step.

Speaker 19 (13:07):
Back, Harry Anton.

Speaker 18 (13:09):
Everyone appreciate you being thank you being here and staying
over there. That distance is good, Okay.

Speaker 10 (13:14):
Tucker recalls what happened the last time a politician tried
to take on the deep state.

Speaker 20 (13:20):
I know a couple of people and who I know
are compromised in the US government, and I sort of
feel sad for them, because how'd you like to be
in that position? All it would take is one brave
man to give a press conference. There was actually a
guy cookie Roberts's father, Hail Boggs, who stood up in Congress.
He was this majority leader in about nineteen seventy. He
was on the Warren Commission, and he did not buy
the conclusions at all. And he told other people that

(13:40):
he was from Louisiana, and he stood up and made
some noises about on the on the floor of the
House about how the CIA was doing things they were
not supposed to do in domestic politics and had unchecked
power at center.

Speaker 21 (13:50):
Numerous members of Congress have referred to me that their
telephone conversations and activities had a subject of civiliance by
the FBI, confirming my own experience, which leaves allegation.

Speaker 20 (14:01):
He was immediately denounced as mentally ill, probably an alcoholic,
and then he disappeared in a plane crash with Begatch
in nineteen seventy two, and o'less kind of play was
never seen again. I'm not saying he was murdered.

Speaker 19 (14:11):
For that dog. You know, I would not at all
bes pricing he was.

Speaker 20 (14:14):
But why is he the last guy to say anything
like that.

Speaker 19 (14:17):
Well, because he died in a plane crash and was declared.

Speaker 21 (14:19):
Mentally When the chief law enforcement agency for the nation
violates a law, then we're indeed in trouble.

Speaker 10 (14:26):
The CEO of Axos threw a tantrum over Elon Musk,
telling his users on X you are the media now.

Speaker 22 (14:34):
I hate this damn debate about the oh, we don't
need the media, like it is not true. Think about
what makes this I love this country. I'm a beneficiary
of this country, like some dipshit from Wisconsin who can
come and start two companies, be up here with an
award sitting next to Mikey. I'm a beneficiary of it.
But there's something about the country. There's something about it right.

(14:57):
There's something about freedom, capitalism, the animal spirits of democracy.
But at the core of that is maybe transparency, maybe
a free press, maybe the ability to do your job
without worrying to go to jail, Maybe the ability to
sit in a war zone and tell people what's actually
happening so they're not just looking at distortion.

Speaker 2 (15:14):
Matters.

Speaker 22 (15:15):
It matters profoundly. It's why it's not like we just
love getting up at three or four in the morning
doing this every single day, like we do it because
we love it. We do it because it matters. The
work that we do matters, folks.

Speaker 10 (15:42):
I am also if you don't know, the founder of
gaye for Trump, and I have recently updated Gaysfortrump dot org.
I usually repeat the news posted on there on go
write news, but there's news specifically for that website. And
today we're going to talk about gay's working for Trump,

(16:06):
starting with openly gay and you would say he's a
Gays for Trump. Scott Bessett, Trump's new Secretary of Treasury.
Scott Bessett, openly gay and key figure in the Gays
for Trump movement, now apparently has been named Trump's Secretary
of Treasury. His priorities, extending the twenty seventeen tax cuts

(16:26):
and eliminating taxes on tips, over time, and social security.
These policies aims to boyster economic freedom and reward work,
aligning with conservative physical policies. Let's talk about Trump's bold
choice for Treasury Secretary Scott Bessett as he shatters stereotypes.
It's a Chris sunlight morning in Washington, d C. And

(16:48):
young professionals gaver outside a cafe, chatting adamantly among the
topics dominating their conversation. As President elect Donald Trump's latest
announcement nation of Scott Bessett for Treasury Secretary, a few
salt coming sparks, a lively debate as they sip their coffee.

(17:09):
One uses allowed. Doesn't this upend everything we were told
about Trump?

Speaker 11 (17:15):
From monks?

Speaker 10 (17:16):
Detractors painted Donald Trump as a man poised to turn
back the clock on LGBTQ plus rights, some accused of
of planning draconian measures that would target gay Americans. Yet
here he stands selecting an openly gay man, Scott Bessett,
to one of the most critical positions in his administration.

(17:38):
Scott Bessett a financial powerhouse with a stellular reputation brings
professional a quum to the table in a modern, inclusive
representation of what it means to serve in public office.
A devoted husband and father, Bessett embodies a version of

(17:59):
the American that is both traditional and trailbasing. Trail blazing,
his nomination challenges the shrill cries from pundits who perpetuated
baseless fears about the future of LGBTQ plus.

Speaker 11 (18:13):
Individuals under the Trump administration.

Speaker 10 (18:17):
Let's talk about this constitutional republican action. This nomination is
more than just a political move. It's a reformation of
the principles upon which our constitutional republic stands. The bedrock
of liberty is the belief that individuals should be judged
by their merits and not by arbitrary characteristics like sexual orientation.

(18:39):
Trump's choice demonstrates a commitment to these ideals, even as
critics attempt to undermine his every action. Now, Bessence and
I apologize, IM I pronounce it his name incorrectly. It's
not out of disrespect. Total respect for the man. Bessence
impressive financial expertise speaks volumes about why Trump shows him.

Speaker 11 (19:04):
A man with.

Speaker 10 (19:05):
Decades of experience in navigating complex economic systems. Bessence is
well possessioned to guide America's physical policies through the challenges
of the modern global economy. This nomination reflects a calculated
decision rooted in pragmatism rather than political posturing. It shows

(19:26):
that Trump values competence and innovation over ideological purity. With this,
it's debunking the hysteria. Let's not mince words here. The
hysteria surrounding Trump's alleged anti LGBTQ plus agenda has always
been based on emotion rather than evidence. Claims that his

(19:46):
administration would quote, declare war on gay people or established
intermittent camps were absurd on this face. Yet it's not
summertime yet, usually camps in summer.

Speaker 11 (19:57):
But besence nomination is a bold.

Speaker 10 (20:01):
Retributal, a rebuttal, sorry, a bold rebuttal to these outlandish acquisations.
While some critics might discuss this as mere political theater,
it's well the gays do like theater. It's hard to
endure the significant of disappointment in quelling fears of discrimination.

Speaker 11 (20:22):
We'll give me the opinion.

Speaker 10 (20:23):
Though the left often accuses conservatives of intolerance, Yet when
actions like this defy their narratives, they pivot to nitpicking
or outright denial instead of celebrating this historic moment. Some
will undoubtedly spin it into a narrative tokenism, but the
truth is plain to see. This nomination reflects a government

(20:44):
focused on individual achievements and liberty, not the divisive identity
politics of the past. With this becomes a call of unity.
As Bessett prepares for his confirmation hearings, Americans should take
a moment to reflect on what this appointment means for
the future. It's a reminder that our constitutional republic thrives

(21:07):
when we place principles above partnersonship, an excellence above prejudiced.
Whoever you agree with Trump on every issue or not,
his choice of Scott signals that his administration is not
beholden to stereotypes or ideological conformity. It's time to set
aside the manufacturing fears and acknowledge that liberty and opportunity

(21:33):
remain alive and well in America. For conservatives who cherish
the ideals of freedom and mediocracy, this nomination is a
reason to stand proud, and for skeptics, it's an invitation
to rethink their assumptions about a president who continues to
surprise and defy expectations.

Speaker 23 (22:01):
So Trump just announced that Scott Bessett is his pick
for Treasury Secretary. Scott is an investor, a hedge fund manager,
and the founder of Key Square Group. He lives in Charleston,
South Carolina, primarily with his husband and two children. When
Scott is confirmed, he will be the highest ranking openly
gay official in US history. But wait, doesn't Trump hate

(22:24):
gay people. The incessant fear mongering from the left is
the reason why people are leaving the left in droves.

Speaker 19 (22:31):
No one takes you seriously anymore.

Speaker 23 (22:33):
Trump has a history of being on the LGBT community.

Speaker 19 (22:37):
Side, despite what the liberal media has to say.

Speaker 23 (22:39):
Trump was primarily responsible for deleting any anti LGBT rhetoric
from the Republican Party platform. He was the first president
in history coming into office supporting gay marriage. He's hosted
a plethora of gay marriages in the comfort.

Speaker 19 (22:54):
Of his own home at mar A Lago.

Speaker 23 (22:56):
His Supreme Court ended workplace discrimination on the basis of
sexual workstation. Trump appointees Neil Gorsich and Amy Cony Barrett
have reaffirmed oberge Fell as settled law. Rick Grenell was
the first openly gay cabinet member in US history appointed
by Trump, and President Trump launched a global initiative to
decriminalize homosexuality, especially in places like the Middle East, barring

(23:19):
Israel because they're fine with it.

Speaker 19 (23:20):
Whoever is saying that Trump is trying to.

Speaker 23 (23:22):
Take away rights from the LGBT community, they're lying to you.

Speaker 10 (23:35):
And with that, let's move towards Scott Presler. Scott Presler
a guy I've known for many years, a little busier
now lately.

Speaker 11 (23:45):
I haven't been able to speak to him in about
a year or so. Mom.

Speaker 10 (23:49):
I know he's busy, and he is one of the
most popular gayser Trump. He doesn't talk about, you know,
being gay and may that a huge issue in his life.
He does great work. So Scott Presler defies expectations in
Pennsylvania voter drive. When Scott Presler, a dedicated activist who

(24:11):
supports Donald Trump, walked into a voter registration boof in Pennsylvania,
he probably didn't expect to become the center of a
CNN report, But there he was the embodiment of what
our movement stands for, proving once again that our constitutional
republic is not just about following the mainstream narrative, but

(24:33):
about the power of individual liberty and the diverse voices
within the Republican Party in our constitutional republic, where the
voice of the people should echo the principles of freedom
and equality. Presler's effort in Pennsylvania are a testament to
the fact that the GOP is not a monolith, but

(24:55):
a vibrant coalition of Americans who believe in constitutional liberty,
regardless of their sexual orientation. He as a gay man
supporting Donald Trump i EA a gase for Trump, has
shown that political alignment is about shared values and policies,

(25:16):
not just personal identity. His voter registration drives have registered
thousands of new voters and challenged the status quo, showing
that our political landscape is changing and thus the impact
of grassroots activism is afoot. Pressler's work in Pennsylvania underscores

(25:38):
an important aspect of our political system. It's not just
about the candidates at the top of the ticket, but
about the grassroots level where real change begins. His efforts
have directly contributed to the Republican surge we've witnessed demanding
constitutional reform under President elect President elect Donald Trump. This

(26:00):
and my opinion is where the heart of our constitutional
republic beats strongest in the hands of its citizens who
engage actively in the democratic process. I like to say
the republic, but you know, in this case, it kind
of does work that way. Challenging the narrative folks, Yes
we are, and Scott's doing the best at it. The

(26:24):
media's patrol of Pressler has been a mixed bag. Some
outlets have tried to paint him as an anonymaly a
contradiction to their preconceived notions about political alignment. But we know, folks,
with this group of Gaisher Trump that I helped found
with my other half of many years, we've been around

(26:44):
for a long time. I mean, the Long Cabin's been
around since nineteen seventy seven. I disagree with them on
some things. They seem to me, the national Organization, they're
not exactly grassroots. They've done their part, but Case for
Trump and the people in Gas for Trump, the people
who are associated from Gates or Trump, people like Brandon

(27:05):
Strop from the Walkaway campaign and Scott Pressler, who we're
talking about now, they have made great changes. And we're
a huge group. We're so big that I can't even
keep up with how many people we have. I have
over four thousand people in one group on Facebook, over

(27:26):
four thousand or so people following the page on Facebook.
I have multiple people that follow Geyser Trump type of
counts on Twitter. Everywhere that I'm able to plant the footing,
it grows. And I know that they do polls and

(27:47):
they claim that so many people voted for Trump, and
they're claiming that less people vote for Trump this year.
But honestly, I looked at the polls and I've always said,
it makes no sense. Your little pole of whoever's out
and all that it doesn't make There's more gay people.

Speaker 11 (28:02):
Who vote for Trump. There really is. So let's get
back to Scott this narrative.

Speaker 10 (28:11):
It fails to recognize the complexity and diversity within the
Republican Party. In our review, supporting Donald Trump isn't about
conforming to a single identity, but about backing policies that
uphold constitutional freedoms and economic opportunities for all Americans. Now
I'm going to give you an opinion. I will always

(28:32):
plays devil advocate for issues. I am concerned about some
of the issues that concern some of the trends people
not that being transgender affects me personally, because it really doesn't.
I have a lot of people in our group that
say we should just be lesbians and gays and bisexuals,

(28:54):
or some people just want lesbian gays. There's alliances that
don't want trance bring it down as this for trans
no matter what, if you consider yourself a trands, if
you're a man that wants to be a woman, you
still technically are a gay male. If you're a woman
who wants to be a man, you're technically still and

(29:15):
lesbian woman, regardless of what they want to tell you.
And we still have to worry about rights and freedoms
and our liberties, but we also have to make sure
where our liberties don't affect other people's liberties, which comes
down to the transports, which comes down to the trans

(29:37):
in the bathroom, which does come down to possible trans
in the military. But we got to work through that.
And the only we can work through that is through compromise.
While the left will scream and complain that, oh, you're
anti trans, I've been labeled that too, which makes no
sense at all to me. At the end of the day,

(30:01):
we have to work through We thank god, we have
people like Scott Presler and others in our group, and
myself included, that work for everybody's rights, and I hate
it when people want to label me a certain way.
I'm a Republican, I'm a moderate. I play devilic, advocate

(30:25):
for a lot of issues, and because I work towards
gay rights as well, sometimes people within my own party
we'll try to say, well, you're a liberal, You're you know,
you're woke, and et cetera. But honestly, I'm not. For me,
I think that it all boils down to this principles

(30:45):
of our republic, the principles of our constitutional republic, which
is why I like to call myself a constitutionalist for liberty,
all right. Sidetracked with that, the surprise and sometimes critical
coverage of Pressler is activation activism highlights a broader point.
The Republican Party is evolving, still gonna lot, still gonna.

Speaker 11 (31:08):
Love to learn.

Speaker 10 (31:10):
It's becoming more inclusive while maintaining its core conservative values.
And I still feel like the meaning of conservative could
be social conservative, which I'm not a social conservative. The
conservative can mean so many other things. It's about conservation. Now,

(31:30):
this evolution is not without its challenges. But it's a
journey toward a more representative constitutional or public where everyone
has a shake or a stake in the future. Prestler's
activism serves as a shining example for others within gage,
for Trump and Americans and beyond, showing that you can

(31:53):
be true to yourself while advocating for conservative principles. Now,
as we move forward, the work inspired by individuals like
Scott Pressler will continue to focus on voter engagement, ensuring
that our constitutional republic reflects the will of all its citizens.
We believe in a government that respects individual liberties, advocates

(32:17):
for less intrusion which means stay out of my bedroom right,
and supports policies that benefit everyone, not just to select few.
Our activism is not just about securing votes for one
election cycle. It's about fostering a long term commitment to
constitutional principles. Because beyond Donald Trump in conclusion and well

(32:43):
collusion in conclusion, the journey of individuals like Scott Pressler
who support Donald Trump while proudly embracing their identity is
a narrative of empowerment, diversity, and constitutional fidelity within our.

Speaker 11 (32:58):
Constitutional or public.

Speaker 10 (33:01):
While some may see our efforts as merely political.

Speaker 11 (33:04):
I argue that they are.

Speaker 10 (33:06):
Fundamentally about ensuring that our government remains true to the
ideals of liberty, equality and justice for all. This, in
my opinion, is the true essence of being a constitutionalist
for liberty and a moderate conservative Republican. Now note, folks,

(33:29):
the opinions expressed by myself are those of me, Peter Boykin.
They do not necessarily reflect the views of all members
of Gays for Trump are its affiliates. I might be
the founder of Gaster Trump, but I've never become the
dictator of Gainst for Trump. I've called myself the president
of Gainster Trump when I was in the organization stage,
but I'm the founder and we have many views, and

(33:52):
only thing I can do is hope that we can
gather this like minded group and ensure that we're working
through this, that we are specializing on things, that we're
encouraging others to step up, like Scott Pressler, Brandon Strock
and others, so many others, and that we're not blacklisting

(34:13):
each other. We've talked about that in the past, and
we are using compromise for the best solution of not
only gay rights, but American rights and people's rights and
the world's rights and human rights.

Speaker 11 (34:33):
And I do express when I have an opinion. Take
that into account. We'll be right back.

Speaker 2 (34:48):
Those winds are called, and feel the sound.

Speaker 24 (34:51):
Funds and chains falls silent, hit the ground, the ground.
No wall too high, no luck too strong. This is
a fight we all belong. A spark becomes a fire,
A dream lifts us higher. The open skies remind us

Disturbing traffickers on the border off in tariet unaccompanied minors
and votable families, knowing that the children have no way
of protecting themselves, and this tactic of sedating children on
the border is a way that traffickers make sure that
children are seen but are not.

Heard by border authorities.

Speaker 32 (46:43):
In California, authorities just rescued a child who had been
heavily sedated by a trafficker they believe to avoid detection.
According to the l Central Sector's Border chief, the trafficker
was also caring birth certificates for multiple children. In Arizona,
CBP officers at the saim Luis Port of Entry intercepted

(47:04):
a woman attempting to smuggle.

Speaker 19 (47:06):
Two children across the border.

Speaker 33 (47:08):
The children aged eight and eleven had also been sedated.
The woman, a US citizen, presented birth certificates that didn't
belong to the children, who were later found to be
Mexican citizens. The suspect was arrested and the children were
turned over to authorities. And in Laredo, Texas, a twenty
three year old woman has pleaded guilty to smuggling a

(47:28):
toddler across the border, sedating her with melitonin gummies, and
using a fraudulent birth certificate. The suspect was part of
a child smuggling operation that targeted young children under the
age of five. Members of the smuggling ring pretended to
be related to the children when crossing the border. While
smugglers often claimed family relations with the children, a recent

(47:49):
House Committee report said that as many as three and
ten children had no familiar relation whatsoever to the adults
that claimed them.
