quick. The episode itself, I'llbe covering the episode of the latest episode
of Invincible, but I also havea trailer to kind of sort of break

down, and I really it's moreit is a breakdown, it's really just
more of my thoughts on it becauseit's a new IP. I'm talking Rebel
Moon here, and I should saysorry, Rebel Moon Part one, a
Child of Fire. The movie looksdope. I'm not gonna lie. This

looks so I never when the firsttrailer came out. It's not that I
refused to do a breakdown of it. I was like, I was already
go see the movie, so Ididn't really need to do a breakdown.
But after talking with my neighbor whoworked on it, so what I'm really

just gonna do is go through thetrailer see point out some parts that look
very awesome and look very wicked,I will say, yeah, a lot
of cgi. Of course, there'sa good chunck of CGI. But I
believe Snyder has come out and saidhe's did a lot of practical for this

movie, and that could be wrongon that. Maybe I just misread the
quote because it is a sci fimovie, and I'm not saying that you
can't do practical with sci fi.That's literally what Star Wars was for the
original trilogy, and a giant chunkof the sequel trilogy and arguably arguably Rogue

one and Solo for the most part. But regardless, gonna talk about the
trailer and actually just go go aheadand hit getting the trailer now. And
so we started off here with ourprotagonist Corah. She is running. I

believe she has been picked up bya farmer because we actually hear the narrative
of saying, when you know whenI picked you up, when I found
you in that that recorde, II was afraid to bring her home and
figured you'd be trouble. And sheis now on a farm planet. We
do see a scene where her she'stalked to some people and she turns around.

There is a giant ship coming inand she goes running up to the
warning bell. We saw warning bellsin I believe it was and or Uh,
you know, informing the the empirewas on their way. Now this

is the warning bell system where they'reringing the bell to let people know what's
going on. That's that's very common. So that's that I really like that.
And she and this she knows whatthese ships mean because that we have
Cory Stall's character, who I meantto write his name down. They didn't.

He asked what the ships? Whatdo they think they was? And
she responds with everything because she afterwatching the trailer, she talks about how
she's a child of war and wesee her in the past in a basically
a an army outfit. So sheshe knows what the ships are, she

knows who this is. She knowswhat's going on. And we continue on
with these soldiers coming off. Wedo meet Admiral Atticis Noble played by Or
I meant to grote his name down, the guy from Deadpool. Oh what

uh? Francis from Deadpool. Sothat that's that's gonna be fun. And
he's coming to this planet. Andthe guy Terrek, who was narrating earlier,
talk about how he should have hewas afraid of of bringing Cora into

their world. He basically is like, you know, we're just farmers,
We're not a threat. I'm notgonna kill us. Oh no, that's
actually that's Gunner who is saying allthat. Which then they show a scene
of them killing one of the farmersor me one of the farming laves.
I don't know. Basically, Corais just like, I know, Like

she gets to a point where whatis going on she can't just let happen.
Of course, this is after afew of them are got killed,
which is not great, and sheyells at some of the soldiers to stop,
and as one of them starts tothreaten her, she just facimates this

little that was not platuning battalion.No, this little segment of like five
or six soldiers. She just killsthem all, kills them all and basically
rallies this this town, this settlementto stand up against the the admiral and

well he's actually a right hand manof somebody else, but basically stand up
against this this army, this thistyranny, if you will. But they're
also she also understands that they arejust a small group. She's gonna need

more people. Uh. Like,she meets up with Kai, who is
played by Charlie Hunnam. I believeshe goes in search of her old general,
which I mean to write his namedown, but that he's played by
Jaman Hansu, along with a coupleof other people. Like she's basically recruiting
a rebel, a rebellion to fightagainst these oppressors that more than likely she's

been fighting against before. That's that'smy guess. That's my uneducated guests,
but that's my guess. We dosee some beautiful, beautiful scenes here where
she is there on this planet justlooks wonderful. Things are getting blown up,
so you know that's always great too. I don't know who those two

characters are, obviously that's the swordsmithlady that she recruits. Yeah, it's
gonna man, it's gonna be.This looks amazing if if I'm being honest,
just a lot of the this,you guess it's saying there are no
heroes, only rebels. A lotof goos right at Griffin. Of course,

you got some slow moo going onhere with the one guy jumping off
the ledge, a lot of specialeffects there. Yeah, it looks amazing.
I'm I'm here for it, sadly, I am not one of the

six cities. I'm not nowhere nearone of the six cities here in America
that it will well, I guessjust six cities total. It's only two
in America that will be airing thisthing in theaters. First, I should
say, because it I'm almost certainthis will maybe after Part two comes out

and we get the unrated director's cut, those going maybe not unrated, but
the director's cut, the are ratedcut, those going to theaters. I
think I'm gonna talk to my neighborabout that one. Could. I know
he he just was telling me thathe's literally making four He's he's adding four

movies because he's doing the two rightto Netflix, and then he's doing the
two R rated. And I thinkhe had just got done doing the part
one of the R rated. Hejust finished up that one not too long
ago. And then I think he'sworking on part two R rated. I

don't recall exactly, but regardless,if these going to theaters after they're on
Netflix, I am one gonna begoing to see them. This looks awesome.
I oh oh. I should alsosay this was revealed this past week,

and actually I think, well,my neighbor did kind of hint this,
but this has a tie two Armyof the Dead. If you saw
Army of the Dead on Netflix,you may recall right there the very getting
something that you see like a lightkind of just shoot off in the in

the sky. After the the convoycrashes with the zombie and then infacts of
Vegas, it was revealed that wasn'tquote unquote alien ship. Mm hm.

It's this is taking place in thesame world, not same same universe.
So Armya Dead takes place on Earthwith some maybe potential alien things involved,
which is why the zombies were smarterin that one. And then obviously all

the Rebel Moon stuff is taking placein a different section of this universe.
So that's exciting. There's i I'mnot gonna say potential of a crossover,
but just the potential of we're we'rein the same There is possibility that we

could get characters crossing over. Imean, I'm not gonna say there's a
lot, but it's it's there,it's it's it's promising. And I also
know that they're the animated movie that'ssupposed to be taking place or series or
something that's it's in the world ofArmy is allegedly still happening. I haven't

heard anything much from it about itcoming out, but it still is happening,
other than just confirmation from my neighbor. So I mean, that's that's
as of right now. Who knowsafter now that the strikes are done,
things could be shaking up. It'spossible it couldn't be coming on now,

Like I don't know. This waswhen he told me that it was still
happening. That was weeks ago,when when the strikes were still still going.
So that being said, I thinkwe'll go ahead and take our first
ad break right now, and thenwe'll go ahead and get into Invincible.

go. You know what, it'sreally interesting, uh, when you have
a lisp and you don't really youplay it off very very well. Actually,

gets revealed that Omni Man killed theGuardians of the Globe and after he beats
down Mark and then leaves. Soit be issues I want to say,
like fourteen thirteen or fourteen till aboutissue I'm trying to think of my head

real quick, twenty two maybe,and mind you, in those in those
issues, we do have the issuewhere Mark goes to Mars with the Astronauts
and saves them and gets them back, which we got in season one.
What else is there? I thinkwe also in there in those issues.

We also had the one where heis helping out Titan and gets zast beat
by Battlecat and and that whole groupof of at you know people. Yes,
yeah, so so all that thatstuff takes place in season one,
and then we get we're gonna pickup the rest of it here in literally

in just this episode. But wedo start out with it's the graduation day
and the teacher who is played byReginald Ville Johnson. I wish I could
remember his what his name is herein the the show, but anyway,

he h maybe mister Weathers. Yeah. So he's giving a speech at graduation,
basically just droning on about hey,it's you're you're doing such a great
job. You just have to haveto basically just keep up. And they
do at one point do the titlesequence where he's like at the very end

of his speech he tells class tobe invincible. And with that title sequence,
it's continuing from the last one wherethere's a crack down at there we
again another crack and a piece fallsoff and I'm sure we're gonna see some
more of that later. But beforewe get to the end of that,

that right there, Mark is takingcare of doc Seismic. He showed back
up. He's he is attacking theLincoln Monument, sorry memorial, Lincoln Memorial
in DC, basically trying to say, hey, you know it was made
out of stone, so I'm gonnaany stone building I'm gonna take back into

the earth because they used earth materialsto make this. Basically, Seismic is
just being I don't know where there'swhere's all get out? But he does
like open up a bunch of likelava shoots, and there's some lava monsters
that pop out and kind of giveInvincible a a hard time for for a

hot minute, but eventually Mark doesInvincible does stop Seismic, not without a
lot of damage to the Memorial though, So yeah, anyway, he does
finally get to his graduation ceremony,and then we get Tyler screen like I

said, uh, and then wesee Mark, Eve, Amber and William.
Uh. They have a they havea little get together at what I
assume is Amber's new place because she'snot allowed in her house with her parents
(18:59):
and they're having the beer, eventhough these kids are you know, high
school age. But Mark is like, hey, I'm on call. I'm
always gonna be on call now,so he's he's abstaining from having an alcohol,
although I don't think he can getdrunk because of his alien physiology,
but whatever. But Williams is justlike, all right, so what are
(19:21):
you all gonna be doing for summeror your summer vacation. He's like,
I'm just gonna be chilling out,relaxing, doing whatever. Eve says she's
going to help rebuild Chicago. Amberis gonna be helping out, she says,
gonna do something like it says,act activism, what activism. There
(19:41):
we go. She's gonna be helpingout at like the the shelter for most
of the week, and she ishelping a i'm gonna say, a call
center basically like trying to call andmake sure people are like registered to vote
and all that good stuff. Andof course Mark is going to be superheroing
(20:03):
working for Cecil. We get aquick scene of Russ Livington, the astronaut
who was actually a Martian stuck hereon Earth because he was able to escape,
and you know, we saw thereal Russ at the very end of
season one, having all those alienglob things on them getting ready to I
(20:30):
believe, make their way to Earth. I mean, really, they're just
currently breaking out. But yeah,so Russ the Martian has taken over Russ's
life and he's at work where NASAis just like, look, we need
to like bomb Mars because they've gotall of these little alien beings that could
(20:52):
control us, and if they getloose, we need to do something about
that. And then the director kindof looked at this suppeer, I should
say, looks at Russ, andhe gets all nervous and rushes to the
bathroom because he's not really giving agood report. And so the supervisor's like,
look, man, you need tojust get away from work until you
(21:14):
get your head on straight. Youjust need to take some time off,
which Russ thought he was going tobe killed because in his world, if
you don't do your job, youdie, apparently, so he was really
worried that he was going to diehere, but his supervisor's like, no,
(21:37):
just just go home, relax,figure out what's going on with you.
Over to Eve, and she startsusing her powers to help rebuild Chicago.
She puts a building like part ofa building back in the place,
and then the construction foreman like jumpsdown Eve's throat like saying, how that
(22:00):
How do I know that's up thecode? Like that's what you're doing?
Is you scared? My men?Like what the heck you doing? And
then the mom and daarter like Idon't like screw you, like who are
Like if if she didn't do anything, we would still be out for a
few more weeks because you you guysjust take your time with all this like
(22:25):
you have there's so much yourcratic redtape that it's already been a month.
It'd be another month before everything isfinalized. So basically they're taking Eve's side,
and so she is like she's happy, and then she decides there's an
empty lot that is just trashed andjust terrible. So she decides to take
(22:49):
all the trash in there and makethem too a little bit of a park,
a little bit of a playground.And like the the residents are excited.
They're happy because not only can theymove back into their house now,
but now they have a little fun, little lush player that they can go
in. And as that's all happening. Eve then gets called from her mom
(23:14):
and she is she's a little word. We'll catch up with that back up
here in the bit. So Markand Debbie are still having some issues at
home there they're not really coping together. Well. We saw that in the
(23:34):
last episode where Debbie was drinking alot more and Mark was off in his
own little I don't want to say, his own little world, but basically
dealing trying to be a superhero butthen being like shut down by Cecil and
everything. He's trying to abstain fromOmni Man's name, and this is no
(24:00):
different. Debbie's trying to plan atrip. Mark is just kind of ignoring
her because he is he's trying tobe a superhero full time, and it
is Debbie is. She's trying toreach out, She's trying to get some
(24:21):
middle ground, and Mark wants nothingto do with it. And then Cecil
breaks it up, and because he'sgot a mission for him to do,
we get a quick jaunt over tothe Guardians and they have just got done
training where Rex is basically giving theImmortal a hard time, saying that it's
(24:48):
like whatever, dude, like you'rea you're annoying as all get out.
I get enough death at me inreal life. I don't need it in
training as well. And basically everybodygoes to hit the showers, and as
Rex is in the shower, he'slike, oh, he's thinking he can
get hooked up with Duplicate because she'sthere. But it turns out that Duplicate
(25:11):
is actually starts a relationship with theImmortal, and yeah, so there's that.
So Rex is a little upset.And I know, if I remember
correctly, and I'll probably be inthe next episode, Rex is gonna reach
out to Eve and try and rekindlethat relationship, but Eve is not going
(25:36):
anything to do with it. Sowe'll see, we'll see what's going on
there. Back over to Russ andhe is in his apartment eating uncooked frozen
pizzas the landlord comes knocking on thedoor asking for money. He's just like,
I don't what, okay, what, And she basically says, look,
(25:59):
if you don't pay up by likethe end of the week, you
have to leave. Like I knowthat you just got not let go from
your work, but like you justhad a things happen, but you still
need to pay to live here.And so she leaves. He goes back
to watching his documentaries on the Gardensthe Globe sees the Martian I can't remember
(26:25):
who his actual name was on hereon the documentary, and he's like,
I could be a superhero and we'regonna see what comes up with that here
in just a little bit. Sothe mission that Cecil had Mark do was
go over to Midnight City because apparentlydark Wing has been sighted and Cecil wants
(26:53):
to know what's going on. Sohe goes Invincible, goes to Midnight City.
We do see the if you guysremember in the first episode when dark
Wing was by the end of theend of it, when he was first
called to the Guardians Globe, hewas in the process of arresting two guys
(27:21):
that he's like, you know,if you wait, just I'll come back
tomorrow to release you. If youbasically think you think of what to do,
what to say. Yeah, wesee their skeletons, they're they're still
hanging up on the water tower,which I appreciate the attention to detail there.
(27:41):
I thought that was really cool.But he comes so so Mark gets
down to Midnight City, meets upwith the dark Wing that's there. It's
actually night Boy, who was darkwings sidekick, and he is kind of
gone insane. He's killing just peopleleft and right. Uh, there's a
(28:03):
fight that ensues a little well,I say fight, it's really more of
a night not well Nightboard. DarkWing is using new technologies this cloak and
cloak and dagger style where he's he'sbasically sticking to the shadows. He can
go in out of the shadows totry and attack Invincible, but he does

pull Invincible into the dark realm.I guess you could call it or if
you if for all of my yugi oh watching watchers and players the shadow
realm. Basically, he traps himinto this this dark world and he's gonna
(28:48):
be like, yeah, you're justa You're just like your dad, just
like I'm the man. I'm gonnasave the world by leaving you here.
But before he can actually fully leave, Invincible grabs his wrist and pulls them
and basically threatening Someone's like, yeah, so we're gonna stay here until you
release us, and Dark Rings justlike, no, you don't understand what's
(29:11):
here, Like I don't like tostay here any longer. I need to
We need to get out and ifit's was like, yeah, try me.
He's basically leaning into the fact thathe's Omni Man's son, and that's
both good and bad. One it'sit's good because it gets the intimidation level,
(29:34):
but it's bad because the more youlean into it, the more you
rely on that, the more thatwill come out, and that's not good.
So either way, I know itwas all just a ploy to get
him what he needed. But Ithink if he relied on that too too
much or too many times, it'sgoing to be bad for him. This
(29:56):
is coming from somebody who's read thecomics who knows the outcome. But I
also know that this show has alreadychanged things, and we're going to get
into some of that changing here injust a minute. Either way, dark
Wing brings him out Invincible, kindof knocks him out, and then brings
him he's got to take him backto the the GDA. Is that what

it's called? G D, gDA, GDA and cecil. He was
like, Hey, so I losttransmission with you for a minute. Ter
what's going on? He's like,Oh, it was it was night bore.
I'm bringing him in. Once hewakes up, you can talk to
him He's like, all right,cool, So I gotta go because Debbie
shows up and basically is mad thatCecil is taking Mark's childhood, Like,

I mean, I do understand.He's eighteen seventeen, eighteen. Uh,
he's a superhero. He's going tocollege. But Cecil kind of reminds him,
reminds Debbie's like he chose us.He came to me, and it's
it's is what it is, likeI won't give him, I won't give

him dangerous missions, but he isworking for me. And then DeBie sees
Donald, which I know those lastepisodes, I was confused by that,
and Cecil just kind of brushes itoff, like he quickly shoes w away,
(31:26):
and then when Donald brings it upto Cecil later, he just kind
of brushes it off as well.And I'll admit, I don't remember that
moment in the comics, and I'msure it's in there, like I'm sure
we have a scene where Donald showsback up and somebody sees him and questions

it. I don't remember it,And I am rereading the books right now,
but West is not very far inthem, if I'm being honest.
The way, so Eve returns hometo her foster parents, and she is
realizes that they are in a bitof a financial woe because apparently her dad
(32:15):
is now working at a either likea fast food job because the the job
she had, or he had thefurniture store closed up because Superheroes busted the
main office in Chicago referring to theOmnive Invincible fight and place closed up.

So you go get a a newjob, but it's not as financially stable
as it used to be, asit as he would like. Eve does
offer to help, like she basicallystocks the pantry and even was going to
she she even took like an appleand made a twenty four gold apple and

was trying to give it to herdad, and he's like, I don't
want any of that crap, likethis is all just get out of here.
This is your He's I'm not sayinghe's scared of her, but he
is. He doesn't want to relyon her. I guess that would be
the right word. Next we seeAmber working at her job trying to call

people to I don't register them tovote, actually really more register them to
or have them get the understanding ofwhat they're blithing on. And one of
the person she's talking to like hangsup with her, and I'm not gonna
lie, I've I've never hung upon any of those quote unquote telemarketers,

but I definitely kind of I'm notgonna say, shrug them off, but
quickly stop them, like I justdidn't care, because which is I mean,
it's I don't want to say Ididn't care. It's like I knew
who I was voting for, Iknew what I was doing, and if

I really wanted to learn all thatstuff, I can look it up,
which I've done. Okay, Iadmit it. Guilty concience over here,
come on, calm down. UhSo it's yeah, yeah, either way,
it's not going great. So Markpops in and flies her to lunch,

takes her to Vegas and because he'slike, you know, I can't
really take it to the real Parisbecause you're only on the lunch break and
if I fly at the speeds thenI need to get there. Your skin
would peel off, and you knowthat's bad. So she's like, you
know what, A for effort,did a good job. He gets a
(35:01):
call from Cecil that he's got anothermission, and I do like this because
he's like, you know, hey, I gotta go rain check on lunch
date. She's like, yeah,sure, I should also mention that he
flew her to the Eiffel Tower inVegas or at the Paris Casino in Vegas,
(35:22):
and like, is she's on thetower, like on one of the
pillars, not at the top,not at the bottom, but like it's
somewhere in the middle, and helike flies off and then she kind of
looks around for a quick second andhe pops back cups like, you know,
but first I need to take youback to work, because yeah,
so I appreciated that. But eitherway, so he goes and he is
(35:49):
meets up with Cecil and it turnsout that since Omniman's killed Aquarius their hero,
now he has to go and marrythe queen because that's just what their
rules were. And so Mark's justlike, I'm sorry, what I'm I'm
(36:15):
in the relationship already, I can'treally be doing this, and seems just
like, don't worry about it.It's just it's it's old treaty. We'll
have something figured out before you know. You have to. All I gotta
do is just go rule by proxy. If you will, You're just marrying
(36:36):
her by by name only, likeyou don't you not really have to do
anything, and then he blips backover to the g DA where the Lizard
League is is starting to run themook and then the so he sends the
(36:58):
Guardians because obviously can't send I'm Invitciblebecause he's got a different mission, and
so the Guardians head out there.But before anything can really happen, we
see another Rex show up and punchout one of I think the Supreme Lizard
this is name I don't know,and Rex from the Guardian's like, oh

hell no, none of this crapagain. And it gets revealed that it's
actually Russ going by the name ofShape Smith and he wants to be a
part of the Guardians. Then theobviously the the Lizard League fights back.
Guardians pop in like it just justa quick little fight. We get back
(37:42):

I'm sorry what and then obviously getsin the fire with a cracking.
Yeah. That one was was interesting. We do get a few more scenes
with with Debbie over here. Uh. She decides she's gonna go back in

real estate and her first house she'sshowing with this couple. Uh. The
husband is a bit of an asshole, and basically he is kind of one
of those guys who's like, look, I make all the money, I'll
make the decisions. The house they'relooking at is really nice, but he
immediately has an issue right off thebat. He's like, oh, these

they remodeled and it looks terrible.Uh and all and this and this and
that and that, and I actuallylike, originally I thought this was her
house, like there were she wasshowing off her house to sell and move
on. That was my first viewingmy second view and I realized, no,
it's just some random house she's tryingto sell. She's trying to do

something other than sit around the houseand get drunk. But as soon as
the husband like blows up with thewife saying, look you will, you'll
do as I say kind of thing, Debbie's just like yeah, she's uh,
she's not your pet. And he'slike, I'm sorry, would you
say like one of those alpha malekind of things. And her partner,

Paul is like, hey, let'sgo look at the garage just so spacious
and yah YadA, yeah the andthen he basically just sends Debbie home because
she wasn't ready for this, whichscrew you, dude. I'm sorry.
I'm with Debbie on this one.You're not gonna stand there and let some
douchebag belittle his wife in front oftwo rare them strangers. You know what

he does behind closed doors probably alot worse. So no, Paul,
no, because of you, we'regonna go to a commercial break. It's

So uh, here is your threecounts. Like I said, don't

So back to Mark and the Kraken. Uh. It's actually pretty back and
forth, although Mark has really takenmore of a beating than than anything than
the cracking is. At one point, the Kraken releases a like sonic wave

that actually hurts Mark and then likeat that point, Cecil had already contacted
him, like, hey, what'sgoing on? And Mark is just like,
look, man, like they gotrid of the wedding thing, now
I have to fight this giant seacreature. And she says like that's no,
that's too much keeping it. Rememberinghis promise to Debbie, He's like,

we gotta get you out of there. So he sends help and by
his way of sending help and sendinga bunch of missiles at the kraken.
But the bad thing is is thekracking was chained up. The missiles.
Not only did it hit the Kraken, it hit one of the chains and

broke the chain, which which allowedhim to have a little bit of leeway.
And it did give Mark the timeto get out of there. But
as he's he's swimming off, theKraken is starting to kill some of the
Atlanteans and it's about ready to killthe queen when Mark's like I can't just
(41:55):
leave him down there, and Cecilwas like, yeah, you you can't
help them, like you're not yourdad, Like you just need to get
out of there. And he's like, yeah, I know, I know,
I'm not my dad. That's whyI'm going back because his dad would
have just left him. So hegoes back, is able to save the

Queen, gets the craken back intolike the depths of the seabed, but
he actually gets dragged down as well. He does emerge onto the beach with
a bunch of vacationers, but hewins. You know, it's it's it's
great, and Cecil like admits toMark like that by saving the Queen,

he actually like ended the feud withthe Atlantis that was happening, So yay,
I guess, and then he endshis call, but he talks to
Donald is like, hey, soisolate this sound because he heard over the
the mic over the earpiece that Markhad. It's like this, we need

to develop something some sonic weapons becausewith this will hurt a vultramite. We
need to do something with this.So Eve comes back to see your parents
and know this is that all thestuff that she had made, including the

twenty four Carrot Gold Apple. It'ssitting in the trash and she basically just
barges in there and is like kindof starts yelling our dad, like basically
saying, you know, it's you'renot being You're not you're not being what's

the right phrase? Turn her phrasehere, It's okay to ask for help,
like you don't have to put yourselfon a pedestal and basically have to
prove anything. But the problem isis she he kind of like shoves the

paper into her face, and itis an article about how the playground that
she made in Chicago was on alike the ground was unstable, the foundations
were unstable and not up the code, and so everything there like fell in

on itself and I believe actually eitherinjured some people or maybe actually killed some
people. And basically it like hethrows in her face, like there was
a reason why that thing wasn't developed. That was the reason why we do
things by the book, so thingslike this doesn't happen, basically saying that

powers power is dangerous as it makespeople do what they tend what they want
to do. And this devastates Evebecause she was only trying to help and
she this is also a nice littlelesson. It's a it's a as harsh

as that is. This will helpEve in the future, and it just
sucks that people got hurt for herto learn that lesson. Get a quick
blip back over to Debbie and shefinally gets frustrated with the house. Earlier

in the episode, her Mark likewanted to go close the cabinet, but
it kept opening. He kept tryingto push it closed and he kept opening.
And now she tries to do that, like she pushes it closed and
it opens up, and she likeslam like slams it closed, and then
eventually just like keeps on slam it, rips it off and starts breaking it

and she has a breakdown. Shehas it. She has a breakdown and
is just sobbing on the ground.Mark comes in to try and comfort her,
but she doesn't want it and shewon't accept it, And so we
end the episode here with Russ shapeSmith getting a tour of Guardian's Tower Guardian's

headquarters, I guess you will,and he's like, okay, cool,
so, uh you all live here? Right? So can I Can I
join the team? Is this?It'll be great? Is that is that
fine, which, honestly, havingRust on the team is not a terrible
idea. He's a shape shifter,that's good, that can help. But

the problem is is we do geta montage of what is going on on
Mars and with those parasite squid things, they've literally just taken over Mars like
it's it's bad and they're gonna obviouslymake their way toward the Earth. I'm

Secil on a female Donald. Yeah. I don't know, but he basically
he tells like these they pop in, is like I don't know who you
are, mister, but like you'reyou're in the wrong place. And then

Angstrom opens up. Poorlow. He'slike, yeah, so you need to
see that this guy faces justice becausehe is a piece of work. And
then he leaves, going somewhere elseinto the multiverse, and that's how we
end that This episode was it was. It was good in its simplicity,

you know, it's it's a lot. It was multiple stories, which,
like I had already said in thevery beginning when I started covering it,
these stories are basically single issues inthe comic run, so having it here

the comics to the show to makeit work. So I've got every confidence

looks so I never when the firsttrailer came out. It's not that I
refused to do a breakdown of it. I was like, I was already
go see the movie, so Ididn't really need to do a breakdown.
But after talking with my neighbor whoworked on it, so what I'm really

just gonna do is go through thetrailer see point out some parts that look
very awesome and look very wicked,I will say, yeah, a lot
of cgi. Of course, there'sa good chunck of CGI. But I
believe Snyder has come out and saidhe's did a lot of practical for this

movie, and that could be wrongon that. Maybe I just misread the
quote because it is a sci fimovie, and I'm not saying that you
can't do practical with sci fi.That's literally what Star Wars was for the
original trilogy, and a giant chunkof the sequel trilogy and arguably arguably Rogue

one and Solo for the most part. But regardless, gonna talk about the
trailer and actually just go go aheadand hit getting the trailer now. And
so we started off here with ourprotagonist Corah. She is running. I

believe she has been picked up bya farmer because we actually hear the narrative
of saying, when you know whenI picked you up, when I found
you in that that recorde, II was afraid to bring her home and
figured you'd be trouble. And sheis now on a farm planet. We
do see a scene where her she'stalked to some people and she turns around.

There is a giant ship coming inand she goes running up to the
warning bell. We saw warning bellsin I believe it was and or Uh,
you know, informing the the empirewas on their way. Now this

is the warning bell system where they'reringing the bell to let people know what's
going on. That's that's very common. So that's that I really like that.
And she and this she knows whatthese ships mean because that we have
Cory Stall's character, who I meantto write his name down. They didn't.

He asked what the ships? Whatdo they think they was? And
she responds with everything because she afterwatching the trailer, she talks about how
she's a child of war and wesee her in the past in a basically
a an army outfit. So sheshe knows what the ships are, she

knows who this is. She knowswhat's going on. And we continue on
with these soldiers coming off. Wedo meet Admiral Atticis Noble played by Or
I meant to grote his name down, the guy from Deadpool. Oh what

uh? Francis from Deadpool. Sothat that's that's gonna be fun. And
he's coming to this planet. Andthe guy Terrek, who was narrating earlier,
talk about how he should have hewas afraid of of bringing Cora into

their world. He basically is like, you know, we're just farmers,
We're not a threat. I'm notgonna kill us. Oh no, that's
actually that's Gunner who is saying allthat. Which then they show a scene
of them killing one of the farmersor me one of the farming laves.
I don't know. Basically, Corais just like, I know, Like

she gets to a point where whatis going on she can't just let happen.
Of course, this is after afew of them are got killed,
which is not great, and sheyells at some of the soldiers to stop,
and as one of them starts tothreaten her, she just facimates this

little that was not platuning battalion.No, this little segment of like five
or six soldiers. She just killsthem all, kills them all and basically
rallies this this town, this settlementto stand up against the the admiral and

well he's actually a right hand manof somebody else, but basically stand up
against this this army, this thistyranny, if you will. But they're
also she also understands that they arejust a small group. She's gonna need

more people. Uh. Like,she meets up with Kai, who is
played by Charlie Hunnam. I believeshe goes in search of her old general,
which I mean to write his namedown, but that he's played by
Jaman Hansu, along with a coupleof other people. Like she's basically recruiting
a rebel, a rebellion to fightagainst these oppressors that more than likely she's

been fighting against before. That's that'smy guess. That's my uneducated guests,
but that's my guess. We dosee some beautiful, beautiful scenes here where
she is there on this planet justlooks wonderful. Things are getting blown up,
so you know that's always great too. I don't know who those two

characters are, obviously that's the swordsmithlady that she recruits. Yeah, it's
gonna man, it's gonna be.This looks amazing if if I'm being honest,
just a lot of the this,you guess it's saying there are no
heroes, only rebels. A lotof goos right at Griffin. Of course,

you got some slow moo going onhere with the one guy jumping off
the ledge, a lot of specialeffects there. Yeah, it looks amazing.
I'm I'm here for it, sadly, I am not one of the

six cities. I'm not nowhere nearone of the six cities here in America
that it will well, I guessjust six cities total. It's only two
in America that will be airing thisthing in theaters. First, I should
say, because it I'm almost certainthis will maybe after Part two comes out

and we get the unrated director's cut, those going maybe not unrated, but
the director's cut, the are ratedcut, those going to theaters. I
think I'm gonna talk to my neighborabout that one. Could. I know
he he just was telling me thathe's literally making four He's he's adding four

movies because he's doing the two rightto Netflix, and then he's doing the
two R rated. And I thinkhe had just got done doing the part

Netflix, I am one gonna begoing to see them. This looks awesome.
I oh oh. I should alsosay this was revealed this past week,

and actually I think, well,my neighbor did kind of hint this,
but this has a tie two Armyof the Dead. If you saw
Army of the Dead on Netflix,you may recall right there the very getting
something that you see like a lightkind of just shoot off in the in

the sky. After the the convoycrashes with the zombie and then infacts of
Vegas, it was revealed that wasn'tquote unquote alien ship. Mm hm.

It's this is taking place in thesame world, not same same universe.
So Armya Dead takes place on Earthwith some maybe potential alien things involved,
which is why the zombies were smarterin that one. And then obviously all

the Rebel Moon stuff is taking placein a different section of this universe.
So that's exciting. There's i I'mnot gonna say potential of a crossover,
but just the potential of we're we'rein the same There is possibility that we

could get characters crossing over. Imean, I'm not gonna say there's a
lot, but it's it's there,it's it's it's promising. And I also
know that they're the animated movie that'ssupposed to be taking place or series or
something that's it's in the world ofArmy is allegedly still happening. I haven't

heard anything much from it about itcoming out, but it still is happening,
other than just confirmation from my neighbor. So I mean, that's that's
as of right now. Who knowsafter now that the strikes are done,
things could be shaking up. It'spossible it couldn't be coming on now,

Like I don't know. This waswhen he told me that it was still
happening. That was weeks ago,when when the strikes were still still going.
So that being said, I thinkwe'll go ahead and take our first

real quick, twenty two maybe,and mind you, in those in those
issues, we do have the issuewhere Mark goes to Mars with the Astronauts
and saves them and gets them back, which we got in season one.
What else is there? I thinkwe also in there in those issues.

We also had the one where heis helping out Titan and gets zast beat
by Battlecat and and that whole groupof of at you know people. Yes,
yeah, so so all that thatstuff takes place in season one,
and then we get we're gonna pickup the rest of it here in literally

in just this episode. But wedo start out with it's the graduation day
and the teacher who is played byReginald Ville Johnson. I wish I could
remember his what his name is herein the the show, but anyway,

he h maybe mister Weathers. Yeah. So he's giving a speech at graduation,
basically just droning on about hey,it's you're you're doing such a great
job. You just have to haveto basically just keep up. And they
do at one point do the titlesequence where he's like at the very end

of his speech he tells class tobe invincible. And with that title sequence,
it's continuing from the last one wherethere's a crack down at there we
again another crack and a piece fallsoff and I'm sure we're gonna see some
more of that later. But beforewe get to the end of that,

that right there, Mark is takingcare of doc Seismic. He showed back
up. He's he is attacking theLincoln Monument, sorry memorial, Lincoln Memorial
in DC, basically trying to say, hey, you know it was made
out of stone, so I'm gonnaany stone building I'm gonna take back into

the earth because they used earth materialsto make this. Basically, Seismic is
just being I don't know where there'swhere's all get out? But he does
like open up a bunch of likelava shoots, and there's some lava monsters
that pop out and kind of giveInvincible a a hard time for for a

hot minute, but eventually Mark doesInvincible does stop Seismic, not without a
lot of damage to the Memorial though, So yeah, anyway, he does
finally get to his graduation ceremony,and then we get Tyler screen like I

said, uh, and then wesee Mark, Eve, Amber and William.
Uh. They have a they havea little get together at what I
assume is Amber's new place because she'snot allowed in her house with her parents

and they're having the beer, eventhough these kids are you know, high
school age. But Mark is like, hey, I'm on call. I'm
always gonna be on call now,so he's he's abstaining from having an alcohol,
although I don't think he can getdrunk because of his alien physiology,
but whatever. But Williams is justlike, all right, so what are
(19:21):
you all gonna be doing for summeror your summer vacation. He's like,
I'm just gonna be chilling out,relaxing, doing whatever. Eve says she's
going to help rebuild Chicago. Amberis gonna be helping out, she says,
gonna do something like it says,act activism, what activism. There

we go. She's gonna be helpingout at like the the shelter for most
of the week, and she ishelping a i'm gonna say, a call
center basically like trying to call andmake sure people are like registered to vote
and all that good stuff. Andof course Mark is going to be superheroing

working for Cecil. We get aquick scene of Russ Livington, the astronaut
who was actually a Martian stuck hereon Earth because he was able to escape,
and you know, we saw thereal Russ at the very end of
season one, having all those alienglob things on them getting ready to I
(20:30):
believe, make their way to Earth. I mean, really, they're just
currently breaking out. But yeah,so Russ the Martian has taken over Russ's
life and he's at work where NASAis just like, look, we need
to like bomb Mars because they've gotall of these little alien beings that could
(20:52):
control us, and if they getloose, we need to do something about
that. And then the director kindof looked at this suppeer, I should
say, looks at Russ, andhe gets all nervous and rushes to the
bathroom because he's not really giving agood report. And so the supervisor's like,
look, man, you need tojust get away from work until you

get your head on straight. Youjust need to take some time off,
which Russ thought he was going tobe killed because in his world, if
you don't do your job, youdie, apparently, so he was really
worried that he was going to diehere, but his supervisor's like, no,
(21:37):
just just go home, relax,figure out what's going on with you.
Over to Eve, and she startsusing her powers to help rebuild Chicago.
She puts a building like part ofa building back in the place,
and then the construction foreman like jumpsdown Eve's throat like saying, how that
(22:00):
How do I know that's up thecode? Like that's what you're doing?
Is you scared? My men?Like what the heck you doing? And
then the mom and daarter like Idon't like screw you, like who are
Like if if she didn't do anything, we would still be out for a
few more weeks because you you guysjust take your time with all this like

you have there's so much yourcratic redtape that it's already been a month.
It'd be another month before everything isfinalized. So basically they're taking Eve's side,
and so she is like she's happy, and then she decides there's an
empty lot that is just trashed andjust terrible. So she decides to take
(22:49):
all the trash in there and makethem too a little bit of a park,
a little bit of a playground.And like the the residents are excited.
They're happy because not only can theymove back into their house now,
but now they have a little fun, little lush player that they can go
in. And as that's all happening. Eve then gets called from her mom
(23:14):
and she is she's a little word. We'll catch up with that back up
here in the bit. So Markand Debbie are still having some issues at
home there they're not really coping together. Well. We saw that in the
(23:34):
last episode where Debbie was drinking alot more and Mark was off in his
own little I don't want to say, his own little world, but basically
dealing trying to be a superhero butthen being like shut down by Cecil and
everything. He's trying to abstain fromOmni Man's name, and this is no

different. Debbie's trying to plan atrip. Mark is just kind of ignoring
her because he is he's trying tobe a superhero full time, and it
is Debbie is. She's trying toreach out, She's trying to get some

we get a quick jaunt over tothe Guardians and they have just got done
training where Rex is basically giving theImmortal a hard time, saying that it's

I get enough death at me inreal life. I don't need it in
training as well. And basically everybodygoes to hit the showers, and as
Rex is in the shower, he'slike, oh, he's thinking he can
get hooked up with Duplicate because she'sthere. But it turns out that Duplicate

is actually starts a relationship with theImmortal, and yeah, so there's that.
So Rex is a little upset.And I know, if I remember
correctly, and I'll probably be inthe next episode, Rex is gonna reach
out to Eve and try and rekindlethat relationship, but Eve is not going

anything to do with it. Sowe'll see, we'll see what's going on
there. Back over to Russ andhe is in his apartment eating uncooked frozen
pizzas the landlord comes knocking on thedoor asking for money. He's just like,
I don't what, okay, what, And she basically says, look,

if you don't pay up by likethe end of the week, you
have to leave. Like I knowthat you just got not let go from
your work, but like you justhad a things happen, but you still
need to pay to live here.And so she leaves. He goes back
to watching his documentaries on the Gardensthe Globe sees the Martian I can't remember

who his actual name was on hereon the documentary, and he's like,
I could be a superhero and we'regonna see what comes up with that here
in just a little bit. Sothe mission that Cecil had Mark do was
go over to Midnight City because apparentlydark Wing has been sighted and Cecil wants

to know what's going on. Sohe goes Invincible, goes to Midnight City.
We do see the if you guysremember in the first episode when dark
Wing was by the end of theend of it, when he was first
called to the Guardians Globe, hewas in the process of arresting two guys

that he's like, you know,if you wait, just I'll come back
tomorrow to release you. If youbasically think you think of what to do,
what to say. Yeah, wesee their skeletons, they're they're still
hanging up on the water tower,which I appreciate the attention to detail there.

I thought that was really cool.But he comes so so Mark gets
down to Midnight City, meets upwith the dark Wing that's there. It's
actually night Boy, who was darkwings sidekick, and he is kind of
gone insane. He's killing just peopleleft and right. Uh, there's a

fight that ensues a little well,I say fight, it's really more of
a night not well Nightboard. DarkWing is using new technologies this cloak and
cloak and dagger style where he's he'sbasically sticking to the shadows. He can
go in out of the shadows totry and attack Invincible, but he does

pull Invincible into the dark realm.I guess you could call it or if
you if for all of my yugi oh watching watchers and players the shadow
realm. Basically, he traps himinto this this dark world and he's gonna

be like, yeah, you're justa You're just like your dad, just
like I'm the man. I'm gonnasave the world by leaving you here.
But before he can actually fully leave, Invincible grabs his wrist and pulls them
and basically threatening Someone's like, yeah, so we're gonna stay here until you
release us, and Dark Rings justlike, no, you don't understand what's

here, Like I don't like tostay here any longer. I need to
We need to get out and ifit's was like, yeah, try me.
He's basically leaning into the fact thathe's Omni Man's son, and that's
both good and bad. One it'sit's good because it gets the intimidation level,

but it's bad because the more youlean into it, the more you
rely on that, the more thatwill come out, and that's not good.
So either way, I know itwas all just a ploy to get
him what he needed. But Ithink if he relied on that too too
much or too many times, it'sgoing to be bad for him. This

is coming from somebody who's read thecomics who knows the outcome. But I
also know that this show has alreadychanged things, and we're going to get
into some of that changing here injust a minute. Either way, dark
Wing brings him out Invincible, kindof knocks him out, and then brings
him he's got to take him backto the the GDA. Is that what

it's called? G D, gDA, GDA and cecil. He was
like, Hey, so I losttransmission with you for a minute. Ter
what's going on? He's like,Oh, it was it was night bore.
I'm bringing him in. Once hewakes up, you can talk to

shows up and basically is mad thatCecil is taking Mark's childhood, Like,

I mean, I do understand.He's eighteen seventeen, eighteen. Uh,
he's a superhero. He's going tocollege. But Cecil kind of reminds him,
reminds Debbie's like he chose us.He came to me, and it's
it's is what it is, likeI won't give him, I won't give

him dangerous missions, but he isworking for me. And then DeBie sees
Donald, which I know those lastepisodes, I was confused by that,
and Cecil just kind of brushes itoff, like he quickly shoes w away,

and then when Donald brings it upto Cecil later, he just kind
of brushes it off as well.And I'll admit, I don't remember that
moment in the comics, and I'msure it's in there, like I'm sure
we have a scene where Donald showsback up and somebody sees him and questions

it. I don't remember it,And I am rereading the books right now,
but West is not very far inthem, if I'm being honest.
The way, so Eve returns hometo her foster parents, and she is
realizes that they are in a bitof a financial woe because apparently her dad

is now working at a either likea fast food job because the the job
she had, or he had thefurniture store closed up because Superheroes busted the
main office in Chicago referring to theOmnive Invincible fight and place closed up.

So you go get a a newjob, but it's not as financially stable
as it used to be, asit as he would like. Eve does
offer to help, like she basicallystocks the pantry and even was going to
she she even took like an appleand made a twenty four gold apple and

was trying to give it to herdad, and he's like, I don't
want any of that crap, likethis is all just get out of here.

is. He doesn't want to relyon her. I guess that would be

really take it to the real Parisbecause you're only on the lunch break and
if I fly at the speeds thenI need to get there. Your skin
would peel off, and you knowthat's bad. So she's like, you
know what, A for effort,did a good job. He gets a

call from Cecil that he's got anothermission, and I do like this because
he's like, you know, hey, I gotta go rain check on lunch
date. She's like, yeah,sure, I should also mention that he
flew her to the Eiffel Tower inVegas or at the Paris Casino in Vegas,

and like, is she's on thetower, like on one of the
pillars, not at the top,not at the bottom, but like it's
somewhere in the middle, and helike flies off and then she kind of
looks around for a quick second andhe pops back cups like, you know,
but first I need to take youback to work, because yeah,
so I appreciated that. But eitherway, so he goes and he is

meets up with Cecil and it turnsout that since Omniman's killed Aquarius their hero,
now he has to go and marrythe queen because that's just what their
rules were. And so Mark's justlike, I'm sorry, what I'm I'm

in the relationship already, I can'treally be doing this, and seems just
like, don't worry about it.It's just it's it's old treaty. We'll
have something figured out before you know. You have to. All I gotta
do is just go rule by proxy. If you will, You're just marrying

her by by name only, likeyou don't you not really have to do
anything, and then he blips backover to the g DA where the Lizard
League is is starting to run themook and then the so he sends the
(36:58):
Guardians because obviously can't send I'm Invitciblebecause he's got a different mission, and
so the Guardians head out there.But before anything can really happen, we
see another Rex show up and punchout one of I think the Supreme Lizard
this is name I don't know,and Rex from the Guardian's like, oh

hell no, none of this crapagain. And it gets revealed that it's
actually Russ going by the name ofShape Smith and he wants to be a
part of the Guardians. Then theobviously the the Lizard League fights back.
Guardians pop in like it just justa quick little fight. We get back
(37:42):
to Mark and he's talking to theQueen. He's like, look, you're
a lovely fish lady. I've gota girlfriend, so I don't really want
to marry you if that's okay,and she's like marry me, Like no,
we abolish that stupid rul years ago, like I'm a queen in my
own right, like screw you,I don't need it, Like King,
like you're gonna be fighting our Uh, you're gonna be doing a trial by
(38:04):
by battle like you're fighting, gonnafighting this cracking over here and he's like,
I'm sorry what and then obviously getsin the fire with a cracking.
Yeah. That one was was interesting. We do get a few more scenes
with with Debbie over here. Uh. She decides she's gonna go back in
(38:25):
real estate and her first house she'sshowing with this couple. Uh. The
husband is a bit of an asshole, and basically he is kind of one
of those guys who's like, look, I make all the money, I'll
make the decisions. The house they'relooking at is really nice, but he
immediately has an issue right off thebat. He's like, oh, these
(38:50):
they remodeled and it looks terrible.Uh and all and this and this and
that and that, and I actuallylike, originally I thought this was her
house, like there were she wasshowing off her house to sell and move
on. That was my first viewingmy second view and I realized, no,
it's just some random house she's tryingto sell. She's trying to do
(39:13):
something other than sit around the houseand get drunk. But as soon as
the husband like blows up with thewife saying, look you will, you'll
do as I say kind of thing, Debbie's just like yeah, she's uh,
she's not your pet. And he'slike, I'm sorry, would you
say like one of those alpha malekind of things. And her partner,

Paul is like, hey, let'sgo look at the garage just so spacious
and yah YadA, yeah the andthen he basically just sends Debbie home because
she wasn't ready for this, whichscrew you, dude. I'm sorry.
I'm with Debbie on this one.You're not gonna stand there and let some
douchebag belittle his wife in front oftwo rare them strangers. You know what
(40:00):
he does behind closed doors probably alot worse. So no, Paul,
no, because of you, we'regonna go to a commercial break. It's
all your fault, Paul. ActuallyI just need to go to commercial break.
So uh, here is your threecounts. Like I said, don't
get the control of the ads andand all that stuff. So we'll be

right back. So three two oneand we are back, all right.
So back to Mark and the Kraken. Uh. It's actually pretty back and
forth, although Mark has really takenmore of a beating than than anything than
the cracking is. At one point, the Kraken releases a like sonic wave
(40:49):
that actually hurts Mark and then likeat that point, Cecil had already contacted
him, like, hey, what'sgoing on? And Mark is just like,
look, man, like they gotrid of the wedding thing, now
I have to fight this giant seacreature. And she says like that's no,
that's too much keeping it. Rememberinghis promise to Debbie, He's like,
(41:14):
we gotta get you out of there. So he sends help and by
his way of sending help and sendinga bunch of missiles at the kraken.
But the bad thing is is thekracking was chained up. The missiles.
Not only did it hit the Kraken, it hit one of the chains and
(41:35):
broke the chain, which which allowedhim to have a little bit of leeway.
And it did give Mark the timeto get out of there. But
as he's he's swimming off, theKraken is starting to kill some of the
Atlanteans and it's about ready to killthe queen when Mark's like I can't just
(41:55):
leave him down there, and Cecilwas like, yeah, you you can't
help them, like you're not yourdad, Like you just need to get
out of there. And he's like, yeah, I know, I know,
I'm not my dad. That's whyI'm going back because his dad would
have just left him. So hegoes back, is able to save the
(42:17):
Queen, gets the craken back intolike the depths of the seabed, but
he actually gets dragged down as well. He does emerge onto the beach with
a bunch of vacationers, but hewins. You know, it's it's it's
great, and Cecil like admits toMark like that by saving the Queen,
(42:45):
he actually like ended the feud withthe Atlantis that was happening, So yay,
I guess, and then he endshis call, but he talks to
Donald is like, hey, soisolate this sound because he heard over the
the mic over the earpiece that Markhad. It's like this, we need
(43:08):
to develop something some sonic weapons becausewith this will hurt a vultramite. We
need to do something with this.So Eve comes back to see your parents
and know this is that all thestuff that she had made, including the
(43:29):
twenty four Carrot Gold Apple. It'ssitting in the trash and she basically just
barges in there and is like kindof starts yelling our dad, like basically
saying, you know, it's you'renot being You're not you're not being what's
(43:49):
the right phrase? Turn her phrasehere, It's okay to ask for help,
like you don't have to put yourselfon a pedestal and basically have to
prove anything. But the problem isis she he kind of like shoves the

paper into her face, and itis an article about how the playground that
she made in Chicago was on alike the ground was unstable, the foundations
were unstable and not up the code, and so everything there like fell in
(44:35):
on itself and I believe actually eitherinjured some people or maybe actually killed some
people. And basically it like hethrows in her face, like there was
a reason why that thing wasn't developed. That was the reason why we do
things by the book, so thingslike this doesn't happen, basically saying that
(45:00):
powers power is dangerous as it makespeople do what they tend what they want
to do. And this devastates Evebecause she was only trying to help and
she this is also a nice littlelesson. It's a it's a as harsh
(45:22):
as that is. This will helpEve in the future, and it just
sucks that people got hurt for herto learn that lesson. Get a quick
blip back over to Debbie and shefinally gets frustrated with the house. Earlier
(45:49):
in the episode, her Mark likewanted to go close the cabinet, but
it kept opening. He kept tryingto push it closed and he kept opening.
And now she tries to do that, like she pushes it closed and
it opens up, and she likeslam like slams it closed, and then
eventually just like keeps on slam it, rips it off and starts breaking it

and she has a breakdown. Shehas it. She has a breakdown and
is just sobbing on the ground.Mark comes in to try and comfort her,
but she doesn't want it and shewon't accept it, And so we
end the episode here with Russ shapeSmith getting a tour of Guardian's Tower Guardian's

headquarters, I guess you will,and he's like, okay, cool,
so, uh you all live here? Right? So can I Can I
join the team? Is this?It'll be great? Is that is that
fine, which, honestly, havingRust on the team is not a terrible
idea. He's a shape shifter,that's good, that can help. But

the problem is is we do geta montage of what is going on on
Mars and with those parasite squid things, they've literally just taken over Mars like
it's it's bad and they're gonna obviouslymake their way toward the Earth. I'm

dope. I wouldn't be surprised ifthat's the next episode, but definitely coming
up. I just I think Iknow what episode four is gonna be,
especially after we get to our andmid credit scene, so I wouldn't be

I would not be surprised if ifthe next episode is these parasites coming to
leaving Mars coming to Earth, especiallysince we already had a comment earlier they

know. I don't watch the upcomingepisodes like the trailers for the next episode

been captured and is being held bythe g DAH and he basically wants Mark
to explain how they stopped Invincible onIron Man, and once he gets the
until he needs, he leaves Invincibleto the GDA which in this version,

I guess it's the theme everybody's likegender swapped, because we see a female
Secil on a female Donald. Yeah. I don't know, but he basically
he tells like these they pop in, is like I don't know who you
are, mister, but like you'reyou're in the wrong place. And then

Angstrom opens up. Poorlow. He'slike, yeah, so you need to
see that this guy faces justice becausehe is a piece of work. And
then he leaves, going somewhere elseinto the multiverse, and that's how we
end that This episode was it was. It was good in its simplicity,

you know, it's it's a lot. It was multiple stories, which,
like I had already said in thevery beginning when I started covering it,
these stories are basically single issues inthe comic run, so having it here

as a markushod hoj paj An episodeof segments. In this one episode,
I really like that they I thoughtthey really did a really good job,
and I'm looking forward to what theyhave coming because I think what they have
coming is Angstrom. Levy is theantagonist for the season. That's a given.

it that way because and I'm justgonna predict it now, I could definitely
see that coming to a head inepisode four because episode four, after that,

after the events of episode four.So I got an idea of what it

Mark was supposed to take the placeof Aquarius, become the new king,

then that stops because the butler,I guess who has always loved the queen
steps in and stops it. Ultimately, it was a Mark. They're part
of the reading wedding ritual was tofight a crack and stop it and then

copulate. But Mark pretends to bescared, and then the butler steps in
and Mark helps him out to stopthe crack and then goes and marries the
The queen. So they just tookthe butler part out, which I mean

fine, like it was, didn'tmake no difference if I'm being honest.
But yeah, so they can theycan change. They've they've changed things from
the comics to the show to makeit work. So I've got every confidence
in the show. But I dolove the comic. I will say the
