Speaker 1 (00:00):
Hello, ever one, then, welcome to another episode of A
Walk to the Multiverse. I'm your host, Joe, and this
show is part of the Geek Ultimate Lined network with
six shows in total. You can find them down in
the show notes below. We've got a Patreon with two
tiers of dollar tiers. Nice little thank you. You appreciate
what we're doing and you would just like to give
back somehow. But we also have five dollars tier with

(00:21):
which will you add free content, early access to content
and pictureon exclusive content. Add free because this show will
have ads and there will be a sound bites when
those ads happen. As for the Patreon exclusive content, I've
been doing my Multiverse minutes Disney Dives, where I've been
going through all of the Disney animated and Animated A.

(00:42):
Jason content from the beginning, working my way through to
the current present day. Uh been giving been going over
the episode and giving my thoughts on them, behind the
scenes stuff, and just generally loving Disney stuff because you know,

(01:02):
we all grew up with Disney property. So it's also
been just fun rewatching the Disney animated movies. It's been
kind of great. Also, myself with Travis have been doing
on DC Films through the years for DC Alliance and
then Chris and David for Marvel Alliance have been doing
what they are calling Baxter Broadcast, where they're going through

(01:24):
the Fantastic Four movies, including the Roger Corman one that
was never released back in nineteen ninety before, and they're
going through all of those to kind of torture themselves
because really mainly Chris tortured himself for the twenty fifteen one.
But yeah, that's that's that. But they also have a

(01:47):
bunch of great content over on our Patreon back content,
a couple other shows on there, So if you if
you're able to, you know, go check that out. We
greatly appreciate that. If you can't, we totally understand, just
go ahead and give us a rating and review and
it will help other people find the show and maybe

(02:09):
hopefully subscribe. So welcome everybody to This episode is the
pen ultimate episode of Revival, episode nine of this first season,
and this episode is very interesting one. It's definitely a

(02:32):
big setup episode, getting people getting the pieces where they
need to be. It's I think I talked about this
last week where I don't recall much of the book
and I've flipped through that compendium I got recently, and

(02:56):
I feel like, I definitely feel like they are They're
I mean, they're most definitely moving things around, but this
also feels like they are they're telling as much of
the story as they can, because it's one of those
things where where they don't know if they've got a

(03:20):
you know, another season it is, who knows it's It's
one of those things where I don't know if if
this show is, if this if this season has got
enough numbers, strong enough numbers to warrant a second season.

(03:41):
Just yeah, I haven't seen anything. I haven't seen anything
indicating a yes or knowing that, And I'm sure we'll
probably find out within the next couple of weeks if
if there will be one or not, but you never know, see,

(04:01):
but hopefully they are able to tell a good enough
story with this first season. I mean. The problem is, though,
is you really can't tell a complete story with just
one season without giving away the whole game, especially with

(04:23):
what you have told already. So that being said, though,
like what they what they've given us so far has
been great, and I'm really hoping that we get a
second season, mainly so that whatever story lines that they
do leave open after this, after this episode, after I

(04:49):
guarantee we're going to have a bunch more plots plot
points coming up in next episode that they're able to
actually you know, pan those out next season if we
get second season. So fingers crossed on that, but you
know who knows, So let's go ahead and get into it.

(05:15):
This one is similar to how I talk about every
other time spoilers ahead if you haven't watched it, it
will be coming out on a peacock this coming Friday, Thursday, Friday.
I don't know. I think it drops on Thursday. I
mean I've been watching it on on my sling, you know,

(05:39):
on sci Fi the Thursday nights, well Friday mornings. But
so there, there we are. So anyway, so it starts out,
we've got Ibraheim. You know, last time we saw him,
he was left at More Creek by Jesse after he

(06:03):
took her took m to the creek to get healed up. Well,
it turns out Blaine found him and dragged him back
to his towing business and decided to tie him up
and basically threaten him. He got his notes and was
looking over his notes and is the you know, the

(06:24):
doc has been trying to figure out, you know, this
whole entire season what started Revival Day, and he is
he's onto something. He just hasn't he hasn't put all
the pieces together yet. But Blaine is adamant about trying
to figure it out because he wants to ultimately get

(06:49):
rid of all the Revivers. He sees it as his
holy mission, you know, he sees it as him being
the chosen one to get rid of these guys, these individuals.
That's that's his job. And so any information he has,
an information he can get is going to be beneficial

(07:12):
to him, and he sees Ibrahim as being his goat,
well currently his go to guy for giving that information.
And Blaine is basically telling telling Ibrahim about what happened

(07:32):
the night of Revival Day, about how he was called
out to tow a vehicle. He saw m on the bridge,
and then he saw a light in the woods and
he went toward that light, but by the time he
got to it, the source was already gone. Ibrahim doesn't

(07:57):
believe Blaine. He basically calls him a fraud. I'm like
to like he he heard that about his dad, because
of course Ibraheim is not from around here, so he's
hearing second hand about who Blaine is, who Blaine's father was,
and it is a thing that Blaine is not too

(08:20):
fond of talking about, and so he's not really fond
of hearing his dad being blasphiend for lack of better term. Yeah,
so we'll we'll come back to them a second, but
we do a quick scene of of Dana, Wayne, JP

(08:43):
and a couple other officers. They're at the station and
they're getting a bunch of weapons together because in their eyes,
they finally have enough evidence in their in their eyes
to go take go arrest Blaine. They are adamant that

(09:09):
Blaine is the one that killed Rose and killed em
with the evidence that they got from May. This is
coming second hands from Jesse. Now, if you recall, Jesse
is now gone, but he did find Rose's body in
a trunk or in the trunk of the car that

(09:30):
is now on Blaine's property. Here is my one of
my problems with this scene because it will come later,
come up later on what I mean, actually, you know what,
I'll bring it up here in a second. So, so
they're talking about basically they're gonna go take on Blaine's

(09:52):
militia because he has a whole cult with him, and
they're gonna go go go find m because she's missing
the can't They have no idea where she's at. They
think Blaine has her. When they get to Blaine's place.
You know what what we do see is Blaine and Ibrahim.

(10:13):
We're back to them. Blaine has moved Ibraheim to his
living room now and they're just having a chat talking
about Revival Day and the Revivers, and Blaine brings up
his angel and how that is his secret weapon of
getting rid of the Revivers, and Ibrahim is just like, Angel,

(10:34):
what are you talking about? He kind of puts it
together like he there is a a like something in
his eyes that kind of makes it click, but it's
not fully there yet. We'll get the fully there later
on in this episode. But what as up happening is

(10:54):
at this moment, Dana and the police come bursting into
Blaine's place, and Blaine is not like freaking out by
them entering. He's just sitting there patiently with I can't
remember he's got a gun in the hand still because
he had a gun in the hand originally, but he's

(11:16):
just sitting there patiently and they come come in and
they arrest him or detain him. I guess they should,
I should say for the murder of Rose. But also
like Ibrahim is tied up in a chair in front
of him. Now the thing is, though, is they, like

(11:39):
I said, they thought em was here with Blaine, but
because he's not, Dana's just like, I'm sorry where he's Like,
she asked Ibrahim where AM's at? And Ibrahim's like, I
have no idea what's going on? So it is it's
not good And we're going to get a moment later

(12:04):
on when when Dana and Wayne are interrogating Blaine in
back of the police station and they're basically they're they're
kind of going like back and forth. They're trying to
they're trying to play good cop, bad cop kind of thing.

(12:25):
It's not really working well because they're both kind of
not they're both being bad copsh But Blaine is like
denying killing either one of them. And the thing is, though,
is that even though m has confirmed that that Blaine

(12:52):
was on the bridge, she and we we know that
we know that Aaron was the one that suffocated or
like at least knocked Rose unconscious. We also know that
Rose was found on her body was found on Blaine's

(13:14):
property in that vehicle. We don't know exactly how he
how she died, but Blaine is, you know, still sticking
to his innocence. That being said, though, Dana is still like,
she's very insistent that he that Blaine paid Aaron and

(13:36):
Brent money to kill both Emmon Rose, specifically Aaron like
ten thousand dollars, Brent another like, I think actually Brent
ten thousand dollars to pay off like that. There was
a money trail for that last episode because he needed

(13:59):
the money to pay his help pay his mom's surgery
and stuff. Have that taken care of, So like there's
a money trail leading for that that Brett had, but
it's not leading anywhere. So she is, she's trying to
connect it to Blaine, but he's like, are you kidding me?

(14:23):
I live in a I live in a junk yard.
I live in a toe towing yard, Like I don't
have that kind of money anywhere. But Wayne is like
you did though your dad bought land from the Black Tears,
Like you had that money, and Wayne's like, yeah, I

(14:43):
donated that. I don't whatever money I had. I donated
it too, you know, some time ago. So you'll just
gonna have to, you know, figure it out. So he
still is assistant, especially with wet like Rose. He still

(15:05):
says that Rose is his friend and that he would
never actually hurt her. And I do kind of believe that,
So I don't I don't know, because we still have
the We still have the whoever was in the the
skull mask in play? Was it Aaron? Because that is

(15:27):
you know, m Saul Aaron and then she saw the
skull mask like blurring in and out at the same time.
So it is very very possible, but we don't know.
We don't know. While all this is going on, though,
over at the reviver camp, General Cale is talking with Carla,

(15:51):
the doctor that took over for Iberheim at the CDC,
and she is talking with the General's talking with Carla
about m and she's asking what is going on with
her because she is acting kind of crazy. Well, she
looks like she's had a psychotic break of some sorts,

(16:14):
And Carla's like, look, I don't know what's going on
with her. We've had to she's stronger than a lot
of the other revivers we've had to sedate her. We've
had to use triple the dose of any other like survivor,
any other revivor. So it's it's a lot worse. Like

(16:35):
whatever's going on with her, it's it's getting worse. And
Cale's just like, all right, look, whatever you're gonna do,
you have to make sure you get everybody out of control,
because we're gonna be moving these guys in like the
next couple of days. We're moving them to a different facility,
and we just we need them out of control. And
so we do a quick pan over to m and

(17:00):
she's sitting in a cell. She's got a metal collar
around her neck, and she looks haggard. And then in
her cell with her is her mom. I mean, it's
a manifestation of her mom, obviously, but it's also like
the we'll say, the guilty conscience of her in herself,

(17:23):
and it's gonna be playing in important parts in this episode.
So sometime later, Rody is able to visit him in
her cell, and he is very apologetic to her about

(17:48):
everything that happened. He ultimately he wants her to forgive him. Basically,
Kale threatened his family threatened him with torture. I mean,
he was being tortured, but basically just you know, he
he was at the end of his rope. He couldn't
do anything else. And while he while he's there and

(18:11):
she's looking at him, Patty EM's mom is basically talking,
whisperinging her in her ear the entire time about how men,
you know, they they will hurt women all the time,
and then they will come crawling back asking for forgiveness.
And he's doing the same thing. This is this is

(18:31):
just you know, this is no different than any other
time and or any other guy really, and so Em
like gets up, she walks over to Rothy and like
she's looks like she has like a loving, forgiving look
on her face. Reaches through the bars and like caresses

(18:51):
his face in her hands and then snaps his neck
and like is kind of hanging on the bars, just
kind of like positions there, and he's on the ground
and as soon as he comes to he's like, oh
my gosh, she's crazy. Let me out of here, Let
me out of here. And it's just like, oh boy,

(19:13):
that's that's great, that's just that's just wonderful. And while
he is giving out back to wherever he probably, oh yeah,
and doing that one of the other rooms. Back into
his cell. Cale and Carla are walking in the hallway
talking about the revivors, and then we hear one of

(19:36):
the other soldiers coming up to Kale and he's like, hey,
there's there's an unwanted visitor at the door, and Cal's
just like, well, you need to get rid of him
any means necessary, which is like, oh shit, what does
that mean? We will find out later. Well, actually, you

(19:59):
know what, I'll just tell right now. It's Lester. This
is Lester. He is coming to look for Wanda because
he hasn't seen or heard hither hair of Wanda in
a couple of days. Unbeknownst to him, Wanda's gone thanks
to Blaine. But while that's all happening, we see Ken

(20:24):
Dillish and you know, the mayor and his wife. They
are in the facility. He's visiting her and she is
talking to him about what's going on. She is scared Cale.
She overheard that Cale is thinking or plans on moving

(20:46):
the revivers. She's also worried about getting tortured and being
an experimented on like some of the other revivors are.
But Ken is just like, hey, no, don't worry, I
mean a deal, And Diane's just like, wait, you made
a deal? What you talk about? Like this is this
is crazy, Like what are you doing. But while all

(21:09):
that's happening in the background, we see Tyler And if
you recall, Tyler is part of Blaine's cult group who
is working at the facility, and he's eaves dropping in
on this conversation, so he is, he's mopping the floor.
He's basically positioned in the right place, at the right

(21:33):
time kind of thing. Later on, Dilish makes his way
to Wayne and relays all the information to Wayne and
Diane or Dana about what Diane told her. Of course,
this is after Dana punches him in the face for
throwing him under the bus, which he's like, hey, okay,
I deserve that one. But hey, you know that's fine.

(21:57):
But they're gonna get the Revivers are gonna be leaving
or being moved. We need to do something about it.
Oh and Kale has him like she is. She's stuck
in that remember that one special cage you saw Wayne,
That's where she's at. So they're trying to think think
of a good way to get her out, and Wayne's

(22:21):
just like, you know, I picked river I picked Riverside,
this this place specifically, well, I picked this facility specifically
because it has one entrance and it's it's the this place,
it's it's four to five. Like you, you really can't

(22:44):
get into it. They really can't escape from it either.
So I I don't know what we're gonna do, but
if they if Kale is gonna be moving them, we
need to figure out where. So he has jp reach
out to some contacts, you know, and about any potential
road closures. And this is right here, right on now,

(23:07):
is when Lester Nella brings Lester in and he's talking
about Wanda, and Wayne pulls pulls Nella aside, and he's like, hey,
once you get you need to take him to the
hospital because he looks like he needs to be taken
care of. And Lester's is complaining because like, even though

(23:31):
even though nobody cares about Wanda, like the old people, like,
we're still no one cares about us old folks, but
we still need help, you know. And Nella like calls
Wayne out for basically ignoring Lester, ignoring Wanda, and ignoring
the revivors, like everything that's happened is all Wayne's fault,

(23:56):
and he's just he kind of has to take the
brother because it is his fault he did this, he
left the town vulnerable. And then she goes over to
to Dana is like, hey, when you guys get these
revivers out, whenever you find any, send them my way
to my bar. And there are some tunnels underneath my bar,

(24:21):
and we I will help them escape Walsaw. We'll find
a way. So from here earlier Dana had may look
into where Blaine what Blaine did with his money, and
it turned out that there was during the Black Deer

(24:46):
case trying to find there was a fifty thousand dollars
anonymous donation for any information for Rose black Deer during
the case. Apparently that was from Blaine, and Dana was like, well,
we never got the money, so what happened to that?
And apparently even though the station never got the money,

(25:09):
that it got redirected to Missing and Murdered Indigenous Women's Fund.
So I don't know that that's I don't know why
the the the the station never got that. I think
she mentioned something about once Jesse started, Once Jesse went

(25:31):
on the run, that the that that donation got pulled,
so I don't know if that was what happened, but
either way, the donation, the fifty grand that Blaine apparently donated,

(25:54):
never went to them, so so he apparently did have
the money. But after this, May's getting ready to leave
and she sees Ibraheim reading his Bible, his Quran, and
they talk about real quick religious religion versus science, because

(26:15):
he's trying to find answers any way he can. He
is a man of science, but he is he needs
answers to what's going on, Like he's seen these alien
like beings, he's seen people arise from the dead, and
nothing is making sense right now. And there was a

(26:36):
May starts talking about how her and Rose they had
a pact that if one of them was to die first,
whoever dies first was going to come back and give
the other one a sign and that there's an afterlife.
But she hasn't heard from Rose yet, and you know,
she's she's still holding out hope, you know. So, oh

(26:59):
you know that's I forgot. Oh no, you know, I'll
say that for the n So there's a while all
that's happening, Dana, and but some other cops are searching
Blaine's Blaine's place, trying to find evidence. What they end
up finding is a video, basically the video that Blaine

(27:23):
had that Tyler saw of Wanda dying. And when she
comes back and shows everybody cops and you know, Wayne
and JP and Ibraheim and I think even May of it,

(27:44):
they're just like, okay, so this is the angel he
was talking about? What the hell is that? Ibrahim's like,
that is that's the thing that I saw that Jordan
went to that took her. But it was a lot
friendlier than what this is. So I don't know what's

(28:05):
going on. This is this is weird. And and Dana's like, yeah, Cooper,
can corroborate your story? Like the being that Jordan saw
and touched like it was peaceful, everything was was fine.
So I don't know what this is, Like this thing
killed Wanda, and that means it's there's two of them,

(28:29):
there's more more of them, Like, what's going on? I
don't know? This is weird. So but regardless, now there
is a legitimate way to kill revivers and this is
this is definitely not good. So what we're gonna do, though,

(28:49):
is is figure out a way to that we have
to figure out a way to stop what's going on
with with them moving the Revivers, because JP comes in
it right now, and I think I said he was
in earlier, So I apologize to that about regarding Cale's

(29:13):
plan about moving, like which road she's gonna shut down,
which is one of the roads leading to Lake Superior.
And so Wayne assumes that she's going to get the
Revivers on a train which will lead to a dock,
which then get them on a boat or a ship
and get them onto the lake, which will then lead

(29:36):
them who knows where. So Dana is like, so basically,
Wade's just like, all right, we have to stop her
from getting on that boat, and Dana's like, no, we
just force her to pivot her plan and one that
will actually work in our favor. So we get back

(30:00):
to the the Reviver camp and the Thea is there.
She is there to visit m and she wants to
basically talk to her and just kind of see how
she's doing about her with her her mental health. It's
not it's not looking great. And while this is happening,

(30:27):
obviously em is kind of looking off in the distance,
not ignoring the Thea, but like looking the other direction,
and Patty M's mom is there, but she's looking like
she did after the car crash, the crash that killed her.

(30:47):
And while she is while the thea is talking, Patty
is also talking, basically condemning her for sleeping with a
married man who had a sick wife at home, and
m is like she starts apologizing. Of course, Nathia is

(31:08):
probably thinking apologizing to her, but she brings up her mom,
and Nathia even asks if her mom is is there
with her, and she also asks, well, em asks about
her if she knows about what happened to her mom,

(31:29):
and Natha's like, well no, and like, would you like
to tell me? And and Em starts telling. Starts telling
the story. Apparently, Dana was at Nella's and she she
got into a fight with somebody at the bar because

(31:51):
they were heckling her about the black deercase, and she
called Wayne because Dana was obviously too drunk to drive,
but he didn't pick up, and Patty didn't like to
drive in the winter, so Em decided to drive to

(32:13):
go pick her up, but the road was slick and
the there was a deer that jumped out in front
of her and while this is While this is happening,
Patty is screaming, like this car crash. Patty is screaming
at her like, no, you do not tell that story.
It's a family story. Don't say that in her face,

(32:35):
screaming at this. And so this deer came out in
front of the car. Em swerved to crash the car.
Patty died, obviously, EM got hurt. And Patty is screaming
the entire time, and as she's doing it, blood is

(32:56):
just pouring out of her mouth. It's really really cool
looking visuals. But like em is crying as she's saying it,
Patty's screaming as she's saying it. Like it's it's a
really really cool scene, really good scene. Natha moves into
try and comfort m but the guard quickly like tells

(33:18):
Nthea to stop and like orders her to leave, and
then he shoves her to the ground and Em jumps
Dorothy and grabs the guard quickly and like because he
got close to the cage and is holding the guard
and grabs his gun and there's about like has it
at his temple. Nathia is able to diffuse the situation

(33:39):
real quick, but uh, Emma is just like, oh, you know, okay,
like he lets she lets him go and like throws
the gun down, and she goes to turn to address
her mom, basically saying like, look, mom, I'm I'm still
a good person, but Patty not there, so it's not

(34:03):
good outside of the facility. Dilish returns and tells all
the guards that Blaine is planning to attack the compound
with his militia, and he's saying this really loudly so
that everybody can can hear, because it's part of the plan,

(34:28):
you know, wants to make sure and right the exact
same time, Carla is leaving and as she gets in
her car, Ibraheim is in the car, which I guess
nobody locks their car because I think this is like
the second or third time somebody pops up in somebody's
car in the show. But whatever, But by this point

(34:51):
in time, she's already been like questioning Kale's motives, and
so when they're talking, Carla is definitely like she's like,
I definitely I did not sign up for this. Yeah,
I wanted to experiment on these these revivers. But like,
whatever Cale's doing is a little like she's crossing a

(35:12):
line and them I hit. I'm like, girl, you you
push this man out of his job, like whatever. But
Ibrahim is a bigger man and he's like here when
you next time you you inject the the revivers. Give

(35:32):
him this and she's like, well, what's in this and
he's like, it's just water because it's the the Moor
Creek water so and which we know gives them a
little bit of adrenaline, if you will. Back at the station,
Dana gives Ibraheim a gun that basically tells him to

(35:55):
be like, all right, so you're gonna help JP with
Nella when we get the Revivers out, they're gonna need like,
we're gonna need you there to just kind of be
just helping everybody. And she is very grateful. She is,
you know, she's really helpful. She is also almost able.

(36:19):
Like there's a little moment between two of them and yeah,
so nothing happens because at that exact same moment, Wayne
shows up with Ken and JP and they're explaining the
game what's gonna happen in the game plan, and they've
got a bunch of like fireworks and bombs, maybe not fireworks,

(36:42):
maybe like more like dynamite and basically it's JP's gonna
set it off in the woods and that's gonna be
the signal to start, you know, attacking everything. And while
this is happening at More Creek, Blaine's militia is searching

(37:05):
for a new angel and one is actually coming up
from the water and they're all like, hey, here, here
it comes. They're getting ready to capture it, but then
a third party shows up and takes out the militia
like these camouflage This camouflage guy is on like the

(37:27):
bank and he shoots the the militia guys. So it's like,
who the hell are you guys? So hope, I mean,
we don't find out in this one unless it's unless
it's part of Kale's guys, which I don't think it is.
But here we go. So before he leaves though, before

(37:53):
he leaves the station, Ibraheim goes and sees Blaine again
in the tailor graceer room and he brings him a
sandwich and they start talking again about Revival Day and
where Blaine was exactly, and it starts to kick into
like it starts to figure out with Ibraheim that M's

(38:18):
death was what kicked off Revival Day. That's what started it.
Her death is what brought everybody back to life, and
which I mean makes sense because of what happened, Like
she saw whatever person it was that did the ritual

(38:44):
on her in Moor Creek, something happened there. So of course,
while he is distracted trying to figure this out, Blaine
sees Ibrahim's gun in his coat, grabs it and ultimately
is able to to get out of the station with
Ibrahem as his hostage. And it's like Ibrahim, you dummy,

(39:09):
love you, love you, but like you dummy. Back at
the revivor camp, Carla with a guard is going into
all the cells and they're prepping all of the revivers
to leave, getting ready to leave, and this one in
particular is Roathy's cell, and she is getting ready to

(39:34):
like inject him with the more creek water, and he is.
She tells him that this is going to be different.
You need to feign pain, but help us on the way.
You'll know when to you'll know when to start doing things.

(40:00):
Just but just be just pass it down the line,
make sure all the other revivers know. So here we go,
and he she injects him with the water, which is
like I don't know why you're telling everybody else that
to pass it down the line, but like you're literally
giving this to the same water to all the revivers.

(40:22):
But okay, whatever, But we are outside and there the
revivers are being put into a truck like a the
back of a semi truck for transportation somewhere. They're basically
moved in the middle of night because Kale's plans have
been moved up. And then all of the explosives outside

(40:45):
of the camp gets set off by JP, which is
the sign that the revivers needed. Uh, it's the distraction
that kills that kills guards need, you know. Got uh,
so Rody with the other revivors start there make their move.

(41:07):
This is what happened, Like this was what they needed.
This also gets Dana and Wayne in with with dilish
I should say as well, into past the guards into
the facility. It's mayhem. It's all on the outside, like
all not in the facility proper because they they like

(41:29):
blocked off the doors, but it's in the like it's
it's on the out outside of facility inner gates. Is
that the right word. Yeah, it's not in the facility,
but it's not outside in the woods, so in their gates. Yeah,
so it's it's all mayhem right there. Now that being said, though,

(41:54):
and is still in her cage, Tyler comes running out
and releases them, saying, hey, your sister sent me. We
gotta get you out. So with that in mind, they
will disappear because Tyler knows m is a special one.

(42:17):
He's been eavesdropping enough. He knows she is somebody important.
But back with the rest of the camp, rest of
the people, Dilish is like, he grabs Diane is like,
I'm getting out of here. Wayne is like what are
you doing? We need to we need to go, Like

(42:37):
you can't just run off, and Dylis actually pulls a
gun on Wayne, And when Dana tries to be like, hey,
we need to stick together, he kind of throws Wayne
under the bus here by saying like, hey, like there's
Dana's like, you guys used to be best friends. What

(42:57):
the hell happened? And was just kind of just like, well,
you know, ask him about that night, ask him about
the neither of the car crash, and Dana's just like what,
I'm sorry, what's happening? What's going on? And basically got
implied that actually it's not implied it, he said. He

(43:19):
all but said that Wayne and Diane we're having an affair.
That's why he didn't answer the call when when it
was either anell or Dana, like whoever called him, that's
why he didn't answer the call. So Dana was kind

(43:45):
of shocked, but it was like she couldn't do anything
about it just yet, Like it's like other things are
going on, still trying to figure out what's going on
with m because Rothy, they couldn't find Rothy's like, hey,
I'm still inside. But she she told him to to

(44:08):
get out of here, like go with who like all
the other revivers will, We'll figure out what's going with them.
We'll take care of that. Then this all happened and
she got taken aback. But by this time, it's like
they can hear Cale and the other guards on the

(44:29):
other side of the door getting ready to you know,
blow the doors off of the basically blow the doors
off of you know, to get out to see what's
going on, and they're like, we gotta go. So everybody scatters.
We do see the door get blown off, and Kale

(44:53):
comes walking out and just kind of surveys what's going on,
sees all of the empty trailers and yeah, it's definitely
definitely not good for her. We do see Dana and
Wayne in one of the cars and they're not really

(45:18):
not really talking at the moment, and Wayne or Dana
is just like, I can't I can't believe you, Like
we blamed me and am blamed ourselves for for Mom's
death this entire time, and you were having an affair,

(45:38):
like what what the fuck? And at one point she
like Wayne tries to apologize and she's like, I wish
you were the one that died. And the look that
Wayne had, damn, like the like it was the the

(45:59):
actor David James Elliott. That look man, that he did
a that was a really like really hurtful look and
it did a really good job. I'll give him, give
him profs for that. Now. While this is happening, though,
he is getting phone calls from Lester that he keeps ignoring,

(46:22):
and then this one time, Damage just like just answer
the call, like he's just gonna keep calling back, and
so he does, and he found like Lester's like, hey, look, officer,
you know Officer Cypress or Sheriff Cypress, Like I just
want you to know that there's a bunch of guys

(46:42):
on my property. It's two transproses with guns on my property.
And they talk about a girl like I think they're
talking about m or he thinks, uh, Wayne thinks he's
talking about they're talking about em. And he's like, Oh,
they're going into the church that Blaine's dad used to own,
and I just want you to know what's going on.

(47:03):
And so of course they speed off to that church
and as they get as we get there, we see
Tyler with M walking in. Ibraheim is sitting in one
of the pews, and Blaine is there in the front
with what looks to be a I just call it

(47:24):
one of like you know, a it's like one of this.
I mean, it's just like a sex thing like the
BDSM like cross strap thing that people have, looks like
that sitting at the front of the church. So I

(47:44):
don't know what kicky stuff Blaine's into, but yep, he
calls her the mother of Babylon and he's gonna send
them back to Hell. So yep, that's what we're gonna
get next episode. So I will say one thing, and
I was gonna bring us up earlier, but That's what
I forgot, So I'll bring it up here. He uh.

(48:06):
During the investigation or during the interrogation that Wayne and
Dana had with with Blaine, they they bring up that
they found Rose's body on Blaine's property. They found it,
found her in one of the cars. Now, that's all

(48:28):
fine and dandy. The problem is is that they're hearing
it secondhand from Rose. Nope, from May who heard it
from Jesse more than likely whom did see it too,
did find it on property. The problem is there's no evidence.

(48:51):
They burnt the evidence. He took the evidence from the car,
brought it back home, brought it back to the trailer
to give her a barrel, which I am one hundred
percent four, But they've got no evidence to hold and

(49:12):
to prove that there was that they found a body
on Blaine's property. I mean, I guess they could go
and look at that car, but like, which car isn't
I mean, the only way that that Jesse found it
was because the angel directed them to it. This it's

(49:32):
not like May knows. I mean, they have the car description, sure,
but like there's no way that they can exactly find it.
I mean, I guess they could look for it, but
it's what evidence like. She was wrapped up in a
in a rug or a blanket, so chances of actually
finding like DNA evidence in that trunk is maybe minimal.

(49:57):
You might be able to find it in the car maybe,
but that is just a plot point that I think
was a little overlooked. Regardless, still a good episode. I
did enjoy it. I am looking forward to what the
end will bring. So there is that, but no, we'll

(50:20):
see what happens. And yeah, that's all I got for now,
So thank you all for listening and we will catch
you next time.
