Speaker 1 (00:00):
In the woods, deep in the heart of the woods.
Speaker 2 (00:04):
Hello, ladies and gentlemen, and welcome back to After nine,
a proper after night because the last two we did
a movie watch along on like the two months ago,
and then because of GVDA, guys unlocked the uh War
of the Worlds, which was great. I'm glad we did that.
But we are here to do a nice, good old
regular after nine. I'm trust now. I I'm joined by.
Speaker 1 (00:22):
Hey, my name is Dylan Muss.
Speaker 3 (00:25):
The Field of Fields, tato Field, Yes, in a field.
Speaker 2 (00:28):
Don't know how this show works is it's just gonna
be us shooting the ship talking about whatever I have,
like a one small main topic because like the summer
movie season's over, so is gonna go around because we
don't talk much of that with people. But other than that,
we're just gonna talk about whatever. It's us three, we
got room for seven more. Sometimes it fills up, sometimes
it doesn't.
Speaker 3 (00:44):
We never know.
Speaker 2 (00:45):
But we're gonna have a fun time tonight on this Friday.
So yeah, patrons, people listening, if anyone's watching live after
the fact or at the fact, I'll be dropping the
link right now. As I thought of these gentlemen and
see how they're going. But uh, you know, Flora is yours.
Who wants to open up? I get the things cooking.
Speaker 4 (01:03):
I got a big question for you guys, but I mean, Dylan,
you can open us, open up with that's how you're doing,
big question.
Speaker 1 (01:09):
I'm I'm good, I'm chilling. Had a pretty busy work
week and now I'm just hanging out.
Speaker 3 (01:17):
How's the hand you were talking to us a couple
of days.
Speaker 1 (01:19):
Yeah, yesterday I was climbing and I suffered a bit
of an injury. It's better today, but I still haven't.
Still tweaked a little bit. For any climbers out there,
such as God Loves Me sixty nine, I was doing
a problem with a lot of pockets on it and
uh yeah, just bad movement. So yeah, I won't be
trying that one again because it definitely causing some issues here.
(01:42):
But I kind of stopped right after it started flaring up.
So hopefully I'm fine. Probably gonna go climbing tomorrow, but
you know, if it's if it's not great, I'm it'll
probably be a chill session going with a friend, so
I'll just with the first case, I'll just hang out
with my friend and talk about whatever. So so yeah,
other than that, you know, just been while watching Tron,
just been playing this shit don Tony Hawk games, which
(02:03):
is great. I went to the used game starting at
my house day, bought a Thug two which I've never played,
put it in my Xbox three sixty unrecognized disc. So
I'm gonna go back and I guess that one that's
honestly could be an issue with my Xbox. The disc
drives done. It doesn't even work right these days, like
I've played things on it recently, not that I'm playing
a lot of three sixty these days, but uh, unfortunately
(02:25):
this game is not back Compact on Series X, one
of the few games that isn't. So I'm gonna take
it back and then see if i can get one
on game Pubo or get one from a different place
or something like that. But uh, yeah, I've just been
playing a ton Tony Hawk, which has been nice, and
just hanging out otherwise. Yeah, all as well in my world.
Speaker 2 (02:44):
Yeah, you have this speak question. Is this a question
you want to wait till like more people are here?
You want to start it now?
Speaker 5 (02:50):
Like what is this?
Speaker 3 (02:51):
What is this question?
Speaker 6 (02:52):
But I primarily wanted it's not business. Really, I primarily
wanted you you two guys, and you know what it
it might be handy. He didn't want to male.
Speaker 4 (03:01):
Yeah, it pertains mostly to a male what a male
would do in this situation, but I'm open to what
a female would.
Speaker 3 (03:09):
You're said, you're sending April up.
Speaker 2 (03:11):
Sorry, April, we can't bring you in until I'm gonna
bring it right now. Sorry, you get you know, questions
for you, April until the men speak and everything.
Speaker 1 (03:20):
Very said. Well, also the female perspective.
Speaker 3 (03:24):
Do you think that or did you see April enter studio.
Speaker 1 (03:28):
Cat's perspective? I saw a cat there too.
Speaker 7 (03:30):
Yeah, he loves to give us perspective.
Speaker 3 (03:33):
There we go. Male cat were asking, yeah, there you go.
Speaker 2 (03:38):
So April, before we get to tay this question, I
have to ask because I loved your review, even though short,
so I thought you saw him and he was lastener
on the Thursday, right, that was the last night, which
which I was surprised because you've even admitd this to
yourself that like you score stuff pretty high, and especially
horror movies. So I was surprised. It's still three point five,
so it's still like a pass or failed. But I
(03:59):
was surprised, but I did like that you said that
you didn't understand a lots going on, but you didn't
know if that it had anything to do with not knowing.
Speaker 3 (04:05):
About football or not. But I bet you it's not.
Speaker 2 (04:08):
But I was gonna say any point, if any questions,
we do got the Football Channel discord, so next time
you watch him, any questions, we can't answer some questions.
Speaker 3 (04:17):
But how was that?
Speaker 2 (04:18):
Because I've heard I only talked to one other person
that said watched it, said he felt like it was
like a fever dream.
Speaker 3 (04:22):
So what was your perspective on this movie?
Speaker 7 (04:24):
It was very weird.
Speaker 8 (04:25):
It went very fast, Okay, it there was a lot
of weird imagery that I don't know if I guess.
I mean, I like read some reviews, so like some
of it's like football stuff, and some of it's like
religion stuff, which is also about my things.
Speaker 7 (04:38):
So yeah.
Speaker 2 (04:41):
Too, because like very especially football, lots of God stuff,
and the other things I've read reviews is like it's
they say, it kind of hits you on the head,
but it's a lot about like CT and the concussion programs.
Speaker 1 (04:53):
So that timing's really weird. Because I was just listening
to a podcast about that and learning about CTE, which
is like head trauma, Like it's tricky to diagnose it
completely because you can only diagnose it on like a
dead person, So you can only find out if like
a football player, you know, has their brain inspected afterwards.
But apparently like ninety percent of football players have this,
(05:13):
which just turns them into like you know, potentially like
violent people and do all this crazy. So it's insane
and the NFL just kind of buries it. So really,
why wild timing that you just brought that up because
I've just learned about that the last couple of days.
Speaker 2 (05:26):
Well yeah, and that's kind of all over, like like
I'm not going to go deep dive into but when
I learned about what was a kid like I think
I've talked to Dylan you may know this a little
the wrestling guy at ben Wall that murdered his family
and that's what they said after and they scanned his
brain that it was like ct relate because his one
of he had two finishers. One was a hole but
the other one was a diving head butt, so he'd
always like land on his neck and head and he did.
Speaker 3 (05:45):
That for like twenty twenty five years.
Speaker 2 (05:48):
And that's why for a while, wrestling band like a
lot of really big head relayd moves. They bust them
out now like for a big specially like ooh, but
it's not like before. It's okay, no more diving head butts,
no more this than that. So yeah, it's just it's
a really scary thing because and even if it doesn't
make you vine, it can just make you just just
your life to tearing, you.
Speaker 1 (06:04):
Know, totally change your personality and like it. Even though
people like a lot of these feelers have like players
have like really short careers because that's just like the
nature of physically difficult career and then you come out
of it, maybe you have some money, but not enough
for like a lifetime, and then now your brain is
completely scrambled. And I think with like football too tricky
because so much of it like starts as like a
(06:25):
kid teenager school and stuff, and like it's even worse
on like developing brains. But that's obviously like if you're
gonna get in the NFL, you gotta start playing young, right, So.
Speaker 2 (06:35):
Yeah, so April was really crazy. Yeah, so with the
actual movie.
Speaker 1 (06:39):
Sorry is the movie April? Does it go into that.
Speaker 3 (06:42):
That's what I was gonna ask.
Speaker 8 (06:42):
Yeah, not really like he gets it's not really spoiler
because it happens in the first like five minutes. He
gets ahead injury not not football related outside of football, okay,
and then it kind of so he's got a traumatic
brain injury. And then he's supposed to be going into
the NFL, but he can't go to the like showcase thing,
I guess because he.
Speaker 7 (07:02):
Got hit in the head.
Speaker 8 (07:03):
Okay, And so the Marlon Wayns invites him over to
his house to train for a week so that he'll
be ready to you know, do football.
Speaker 6 (07:14):
Get it?
Speaker 2 (07:16):
So, and I was gonna say, I'm guessing, because yeah,
I will see it, avengu because I I was interested
in I just look a rod to batos Man twenty percent.
Speaker 3 (07:24):
Really like I remember that it's not that bad.
Speaker 2 (07:27):
Yeah, And of course, and of course, like that's the
thing people always forget run a meal. It's not necessarily
people are saying it's a twenty percent movie.
Speaker 3 (07:33):
It's just like when.
Speaker 2 (07:33):
They've pulled the critics whether you give this a pass
or fail, like that's the amount.
Speaker 1 (07:37):
That's cre to the pass one for sure.
Speaker 2 (07:39):
Yeah, but it's just so funny It reminds me because
I know we like months ago when we shared and
talked about this when Jordan Peele was going after weapons
and then his team like botched that and he fired
a bunch of people. It's just kind of funny how
weapons came out a couple of months ago, like massive
hit for Warner Brothers, and then you do have him
come out and everywhere Jordan's Peel's like his name is
(08:01):
almost as big as the title in some of these posters,
and it's like, you know, not doing well the box.
I was not doing well there, So it's like, I
imagine he must be like even like because at least
him was like a big hit.
Speaker 3 (08:11):
They Okay, I lost some weapons, but I got this.
Speaker 2 (08:13):
But the fact that they came out so close together
must be like, oh my god, I'm obviously made the
right move right, because the rumor was that they kind
of maybe low balled the like the money pitch that
they gave to Zach Craiger and he was kind of like,
why'd you do that? Like that guy made Barbaria, Like
why didn't you like go harder for him?
Speaker 3 (08:29):
So it's kind of funny, But what I was gonna ask, ok, yeah.
Speaker 1 (08:32):
Just like on that, the Jordan Peel of it all.
I feel like that, you know, they're trying to trick
people into thinking it's yeah, made by Jordan Peele, So
the expectations are gonna be higher than any other movie
in that way, especially when it's like because the protagonist
is Marlon Wayne's right or is he like I know,
he's like second okay.
Speaker 3 (08:50):
Yeah, he's like the aging.
Speaker 1 (08:51):
It's very much about like you know, black characters like
those are like the protagonists of it. So it seems
like something Peel would do. And yeah, yeah, so obviously
like trying to trick people might not be this thing
too when you're looking for good reviews.
Speaker 2 (09:02):
Yeah, but that's I guess they can trigger that money,
right because if they just put like I think his
name is justin Tipping, no one's gonna see that right
now about Jordan Peele to go oh, I liked this
and I like that, but I was gonna ask with
the because I will see eventually.
Speaker 3 (09:15):
So it's fine with minor sports.
Speaker 2 (09:16):
But with the first act, April of Me some times
later is the and you I reveal what the answer is.
But with his head injury, do they play that off
as like that's why he could be seeing a lot
of trippy and weird stuff for a little bit.
Speaker 3 (09:29):
Is that what they kind of go with?
Speaker 7 (09:30):
Yeah, kind of that and kind of like there's some
drug sort of going.
Speaker 3 (09:35):
On in mixt cocktail, concussion and drugs. Yeah, that'll do
it to you.
Speaker 2 (09:43):
So okay, well, no, I'm interested to see it at
some point. I don't know what is next week swum
back dropped another and then Smashing Machine.
Speaker 3 (09:53):
And then I don't know what the next like poor.
Speaker 2 (09:55):
Movie is coming out in another stuff be stuff you know.
Speaker 6 (10:06):
One.
Speaker 3 (10:07):
Yeah, I'm excited for that one.
Speaker 2 (10:08):
Yeah, Avatar Away the Water is also another horror movie
releasing in.
Speaker 3 (10:13):
Yeah, uh, Taylor, what was what was going to be?
This all? I've at the wrong moment right now.
Speaker 6 (10:20):
You got me at the right time, always the right time.
Speaker 3 (10:23):
No, it's not now I'm telling you to ask your question.
Speaker 6 (10:27):
I'll ask my question question.
Speaker 4 (10:29):
So, uh, names will be uh stripped from the record here,
but let's say this is a very real scenario, very
real scenario. So guy and girl together a long time,
say eight years to speaking, specifically eight years together.
Speaker 3 (10:47):
What's the first name?
Speaker 6 (10:48):
Yeah, So I just want.
Speaker 4 (10:52):
To for a second, guy catches and finds messages from
said girl that he's with to another. Okay, she's she's
starting to like she was gonna go do something that
she shouldn't have because she's in a committed relationship. Guy
bought a house, guided all this, he's ready to go
for it. And so that's caught. This happened and then
(11:13):
they separate. Uh so they're separated for a period of time.
Now they immediately get back together. And as soon as
they get back together, this is months later.
Speaker 6 (11:23):
They get back together. They said, girl immediately.
Speaker 4 (11:26):
Gets pregnant and says that you know, it's yours and
all this and that, and so well now they're baby's here,
everything like that, and they're getting married.
Speaker 6 (11:36):
It's all great. Wow, wow, wow.
Speaker 4 (11:38):
Now do you would you believe it if the girl
said that it's your baby when we know that this
girl has gone while that she was off, went partying
and was doing other stuff and all that while they
were set.
Speaker 1 (11:52):
I mean, how how long did she how long have
they been back together? And how many months pregnant is she?
Speaker 3 (11:58):
They separated but then got back together quick, so that
times got like.
Speaker 1 (12:01):
A potential ploy. I see where you're coming from.
Speaker 4 (12:03):
There A few There was definitely a long period of
time in between a few months, but then yeah, they
got back together and then boom, pregnant. And this person
made a point of saying like, oh, you know, I
just got back together and yeah, we just got pregnant,
and all of a sudden, it's like, get me.
Speaker 3 (12:15):
To speak with Madison. Is there something going on? Uh
you know she's she's pregnant right now? What's going on?
I think for me, and I wouldn't care because it's
sin say.
Speaker 2 (12:25):
I've always said this because I think probably were not
only were equal, Like when we started dating, Emily had
way more like security job like career and everything like that,
and she wouldn't. But I was always a person like
and if I was dating anybody, if they said, hey
I want to prenup, I bet okay, sure sign it
because that's your stuff, right, So to me, it all
depends on I'm I would be blank and say, yeah,
(12:46):
I'd like to have some information if there was no
breakup and no other if there wasn't drama around a
certain shit. And are you saying these texts were specifically
like flirting with another person?
Speaker 3 (12:57):
Correct?
Speaker 6 (12:57):
Yes, they were going to go in over cheat yeah.
Speaker 3 (13:00):
So then for me, if that was not the case
and I won that, then I'm a crazy person.
Speaker 2 (13:04):
But I think if there's evidence, even if it's true,
i'd say, hey, before I commit to all this, I
would like to know the answer because you know, and
then if again, maybe that person would not like that
scenario and that could cause a breakup.
Speaker 3 (13:14):
But for me personally, I would like to.
Speaker 6 (13:16):
Have DNA T right.
Speaker 3 (13:19):
Yeah, I'm not saying those avasive.
Speaker 1 (13:22):
That like, just straight up get the information first of like, okay,
how many months pregnant issue versus when did they get
back together? The math ain't math, and then you can
move on.
Speaker 3 (13:30):
Right away, don't need to worry about no tests.
Speaker 1 (13:33):
So yeah, but then that would be the second step
for sure. I mean it sounds like a sketchy scenario.
For sure. That's the male perspective, at least I know,
which is your the perspective you most wanted. But I
don't know, April, Maybe do you agree to say so?
Speaker 7 (13:49):
I think I've said this before. So I work in
child support.
Speaker 8 (13:52):
Okay, so it is my personal opinion from my years
of working child support that DNHS should just be mandatory
for everybody.
Speaker 3 (14:02):
See, that's a good answer and then happen. There you go.
That's that's easy to tell your friend toather, just say that,
say DNA test should be mandatory for everybody, and then
you know, just go from that.
Speaker 8 (14:13):
So everything right at the beginning, every there's no doubt.
Speaker 3 (14:17):
There you go.
Speaker 1 (14:19):
For twenty years, you know.
Speaker 7 (14:20):
Yeah, I have a guy I talked to you the
other day where he called it and one of the
DNA tests and his kid is thirty. So oh man,
I'm like, that's not gonna happen.
Speaker 2 (14:33):
That's a that's a tough road going down right now
if at thirty, you know, because I.
Speaker 6 (14:38):
Bet off just dying and just taking that to the grave.
Speaker 2 (14:41):
Well yeah, I don't know about dying, but I see
what you mean now. But no, because I had someone
in a different scenario where they broke with someone she
was pregnant and then swore it wasn't his and then
at the age of three, I don't know how I
went about it, but he did get DNA test and
it was his and it was super heartbreaking because he
missed out on everything. Right, So that's where it's like
seeing the other scenario with the person and wants to
be their kid, and that persons, No, it's not your kid,
(15:02):
and it actually is, and it's like, oh man. And
for me, it was one of these things that when
you saw when I saw this little kid, they looked
exactly like, uh, like baby Luigi, but that the features
they had looked identical to their dad, where it was
point of like, yeah, I get your test, but it's
like this. Every everybody that met this kid is like,
this kid is definitely yours.
Speaker 3 (15:20):
It was one of those like sometimes you're like I
could see this was.
Speaker 2 (15:23):
Like, Okay, her jeans didn't do any fighting, like all
your jeans are in this kid.
Speaker 3 (15:27):
And then it was confirmed and not all work down stuff.
Speaker 2 (15:29):
But uh, we'll bring in another male perspective, Superman. Mike,
Uh did did you hear tay scenario here?
Speaker 3 (15:36):
Yeah?
Speaker 5 (15:36):
Did I walk into the Maury Povitch podcast.
Speaker 3 (15:39):
Cheat Moury's retired.
Speaker 1 (15:40):
We're taking in our ten years. We're going in a
new direction now.
Speaker 3 (15:44):
Yeah.
Speaker 2 (15:44):
Actually, if we're gonna know it's Taylor Weekly, he's gonna
have the Taylor Fields Show and he's gonna bring on that.
He's gonna salt the Cryptic clees, he's gonna bring on couples,
and we're gonna do you know the whole the whole.
Speaker 4 (15:54):
Sheeting fights, everything before or after you described sex X
to us, Yeah, check out the.
Speaker 7 (16:03):
Morning.
Speaker 2 (16:04):
I did not have to go as hard. I'm like,
you told me, You're like, just read it. That's fine,
that's fine.
Speaker 5 (16:10):
The delivery was a chef's kiss.
Speaker 2 (16:13):
He I said something. I said, I'll look it up,
and I'm like, you can say what it is. But
he didn't really PG thirteen at all.
Speaker 3 (16:18):
He just said, certain, there's nothing.
Speaker 1 (16:20):
Who doesn't watch Peacemaker and therefore isn't catching up on
those reviews. What happened?
Speaker 4 (16:25):
I don't know nothing to do with the episode. We're
just talking about what Greek means? Do you do Greek?
Speaker 6 (16:32):
Travis makes it an interesting term.
Speaker 3 (16:34):
I mentioned the chili rainbow, but I can't remember how
that he it was Greek.
Speaker 4 (16:38):
Because we're talking about Greek, and then French, and then
if you're German, and then German.
Speaker 6 (16:41):
Was like the like, oh that's kind of gross.
Speaker 4 (16:44):
Yeah, and then you were like, I don't know, Travis
just sounds up all these terms and I start googling.
Speaker 2 (16:50):
Yeah, Mike, this scenario, what would you recommend to uh
Taylor's friend?
Speaker 3 (16:56):
Well, I mean, what.
Speaker 5 (16:57):
It sounds like and I am by no means an
expert in this subject, but I feel like when it
comes to a situation like that, if you're at that point,
I feel like there needs to be a certain level
of trust in the relationship. So you're if you're at
that point and you're unsure, I would probably take a
bigger view of the relationship as a whole. So, yeah,
(17:21):
that's that's the answer I can give you right there.
Speaker 3 (17:23):
That's true. We don't have the context of everything.
Speaker 9 (17:26):
Right.
Speaker 2 (17:26):
If it's been like a bumpy eight years the whole way,
then maybe it's like okay, But if it's like that
it's just that one period, then maybe not, you know, right.
Speaker 7 (17:32):
So I think the important thing is like, if you're
going to do it, you need to do it now.
Speaker 1 (17:36):
Yes, I forgot about the eight years part of the
story that changes.
Speaker 6 (17:41):
Things lost and then a break, you know.
Speaker 4 (17:43):
But again, like this person has I doubt any inkling
and even asked such a question, right whe It's just
and as an outsider, you hear the story and you
get the oldest information and then you look at the
kid and think that kid looks like one hundred percent
mom or like ninety percent mom, And I don't really
see percentage of data in there.
Speaker 6 (18:02):
You know, this is just a little sus, little sus.
Speaker 2 (18:04):
This is listening to the story as to his friends,
saying nothing, just wanting to but I don't know, I
don't know.
Speaker 3 (18:12):
So yeah, well, good luck of that situation.
Speaker 10 (18:16):
You know.
Speaker 6 (18:16):
Well, I mean I'm not super close to them.
Speaker 2 (18:18):
They're you know, yeah, a friend of a friend, a
friend of a friend of mine. Yeah, so there you go.
I'm happy to have no situation like that, so I do. Luckily,
I said this deamily because we just recently and I
actually couldn't. I can tell it here because we're going
to do Originals, but I booted Originals till November because
Kirklan's going to Japants.
Speaker 3 (18:38):
I thought we'll hear about a trip there.
Speaker 2 (18:39):
But we just went to a wedding, and luckily, I
said to amnly all the weddings we've been at, because
I think we've been to five now, no one's been
separated or divorced.
Speaker 3 (18:47):
Some of them are like smaller mountain times, and.
Speaker 2 (18:49):
Some are like I don't know, maybe maybe close to
a decade ago, maybe eight or nine years something like that.
So I'm like we've got a pretty good record right now.
We haven't been to any of those weddings, so I
don't know how I went to got to that. But
the wedding story was we were at this wedding and
the wedding was supposed to start. There's like sly about it.
They said it the ceremonies at three, but then when
(19:10):
you got there you actually found it was three thirty.
They just wanted to make sure one got there, which
I respect it because I'm somebody that like I had
to do that to sometimes these guys. Was a gap
be here at this time. It's like no, no, no, it's
especially extra life days Dylan.
Speaker 3 (19:21):
Dylan. Actually for GV Day, you were.
Speaker 2 (19:23):
Last one, and that was surprising because we were, oh no,
kirkling On was, but you were later than you weren't late,
but you were later than usual.
Speaker 3 (19:29):
Usually their first of the door.
Speaker 1 (19:30):
So mean, I'm an on time guy.
Speaker 2 (19:31):
You were, but me and he are a gatting worried
because it felt like you were like you were on
time or usually it's like you're you're undertime, you know,
But that's fine. Anyways, So it had been at that point,
we get to four and nothing's going on. We're wondering
what happened was the driver. I guess they got had
a limousine driver to pick up the bride and her
wedding party. I guess we don't know the full story.
(19:53):
Sounds like something Kubooki was going on, but I guess
he clocked out for the day and forgot he had
one more person to pick up. I don't know if
that's also the man you're just covering and he didn't
tell them because that feels odd to like you feel
like a person would clock out almost the same time
every day and some would take over, right, But that
was the story they were given that this driver clocked out.
So yeah, the ceremony end up being two hours late.
We got there at three, and luckily it was a
(20:14):
really hot day. But it was like a nice like
garden area, so there's tons of trees and we'd shaded
the entire time. But if we weren't, because I was
in a full suit everything, I would not have been
a happy camper. There was some lemonade and water, but
and there's some wine for the some everyone got like
a glass of free wine for the pep that drank.
But yeah, it was it was quite their deal and
everything was sped up at that point, so it was, uh, it.
Speaker 3 (20:36):
Was quite the day.
Speaker 2 (20:37):
The wedding actually ended up being fun and a good
time and stuff because it was it was uh, I
know some of the people, but it was Emily's work friend.
So it's one of those weddings where it's you're not
the person of interest, you're the the plus one. You're like, oh,
your Emily's you know, significant other. So you feel like
a little less urgency there and.
Speaker 3 (20:53):
You're not talking podcast.
Speaker 2 (20:55):
Yeah I hate that show, but yeah, no, I get
that was quite this to worry that we got told
that the strivergey I guess was done for the day
and forgot So they were just sitting there and Luckier
made of Honor was like, Okay, I'm gonna, I'm gonna
I don't know, I think they said like kind of
like the twenty five minute mark there will get picked
up at some point I can I'm gonna make a
call and then uh yeah, but they got married and
(21:15):
hopefully it's all good.
Speaker 4 (21:16):
So so tell me that they got some sort of reimbursement,
because if you're waiting two hours, that means you're paying
the photographer, like and it's fucking expensive for photographer and
you're on a time sens the schedule, so if you're
delayed by two hours, that's.
Speaker 6 (21:29):
Putting me out big time for everything.
Speaker 3 (21:31):
They they and it's fine because I was at Taylor's wedding.
I thought, you guys, I'm not sure who paid for
the photographer, whether it was.
Speaker 2 (21:38):
On your parents or you guys, you didn't. Yeah, I
think you made the mistake of doing the time limit.
These people said, you're just there into the wedding ends,
and I'm sure that was more expensive for them.
Speaker 3 (21:47):
But I remember your wedding. We were we were running.
Speaker 2 (21:50):
Because it was like we gotta do this, we gotta
do this, we gotta do the first dance, we gotta
do the cake.
Speaker 3 (21:55):
So I remember that last hour was it was it
was a.
Speaker 2 (21:59):
Lot of pill to the O for your wedding, where
I was like, what's going on here with this? And
luckily the photographers were there all days.
Speaker 3 (22:05):
They didn't care.
Speaker 2 (22:05):
They're just sitting around whenever this ends. You know, I'm
not sure if they're getting paid hour or or whatnot.
Speaker 3 (22:10):
So it the full there, Yeah, exactly.
Speaker 2 (22:13):
So it is more expensive, but thank goodness they did
because I don't know about the god what the who's
the person that reads it out there? Efficient Yeah, I'm
not sure because I know some people have different weddings
go too. Like we were talking to someone at the
party and they're like, oh, when I got married, they're
trying to get us to go earlier. So they go
to a concert and they're like, no.
Speaker 6 (22:30):
Oh, fuck off, bull shit.
Speaker 2 (22:33):
They're like, this is the time where we're gonna go
with someone else, and they're like, oh.
Speaker 3 (22:36):
I'll make it work.
Speaker 2 (22:37):
But it's just like she seemed cool enough, so I
don't think she had another wedding after the fact. But
that learned that made me learn whether it's the girls
orvive me and I might actually do aficial wedding And
day I'm oh, I'm gonna get someone that never has that,
because what would you do if they had either you
got to delay the other wedding or if that person's like,
oh I got to go and I can't get married
because you're limo driving.
Speaker 3 (22:55):
May you two hours late?
Speaker 2 (22:56):
Like I don't know, kind of nightmare scenario there. So
but yeah, it was a good time. So but tya,
I will inquire about the I'm sure they got some
discount or reimbursed or something like that, you know it.
Speaker 3 (23:09):
Which there's some people. Do you think they should get
like a full discount?
Speaker 4 (23:14):
I think they absolutely should, like of all days weddings
and like the day of your child's birth, like that's
those are two big ones.
Speaker 2 (23:22):
If they didn't, do you think they should go to
the media, because that's what I heard someone pictures like,
I don't know, it's.
Speaker 6 (23:26):
Not a bad idea.
Speaker 3 (23:27):
Yeah, yeah, all right, well there you go.
Speaker 2 (23:31):
So because Tayla's a big media person, I have not
told the story in Alton another time, but I had
to go. Oh no, I told in the twins when
they went back to the hospital and there was some
let's say, just some kobookie stuff with the way that
we were released.
Speaker 3 (23:44):
Oh yeah, you gotta go.
Speaker 6 (23:45):
You gotta go to the press man, you gotta post that.
Speaker 2 (23:48):
And I was so just worried about the value at
the time. I was like, yeah, I understand, I will
at some point and I never did. But luckily the
pidcen got fixed. I didn't have to but before because
my guy's gonna ask you something, but before I do,
because I had on that first showing April, you heard
this night of the Reaper movie that came out today.
It's on Shutter.
Speaker 7 (24:07):
Oh yeah, it's on my watch list.
Speaker 8 (24:09):
I haven't watched it yet, Okay, okay, everything that comes
out on Shutter goes on my watch list though, So.
Speaker 7 (24:15):
I don't know.
Speaker 3 (24:17):
What what what what? I know?
Speaker 2 (24:18):
I gotta I gotta reget it right now. What's there
like percentage for you this year? Is it a good
year for Shutter?
Speaker 3 (24:23):
Okay, year?
Speaker 7 (24:26):
It's well. They had some really good ones, like The
Ugly Stepsister. I don't know if you watch that one.
That's really good.
Speaker 8 (24:32):
Yeah, I recommend it. It's like a body whoreor Cinderella
type story sister. Yeah, and best visually all was pretty good.
Speaker 2 (24:42):
Oh okay, I've seen this okay, of course, like all
of them are like all the first on Google, like
i'd say, nine images are of said movie, but then
like the tenth one is Doris Ugly step sister from
Shrek that Larry Kingeboys has nothing to do. But I
didn't know that was her name, but no, I've seen
I've seen this poster, so okay.
Speaker 8 (25:03):
Yeah, I'll put that that they have this year. The
Rule of Jenny Penn that was really good.
Speaker 7 (25:08):
I have heard yeah.
Speaker 8 (25:11):
So I think they've been pretty good this year. I
think there was a couple that I didn't really care for,
but not enough to like remember what they were.
Speaker 3 (25:16):
So yeah, well and we got Isn't a Good Boy
coming up? Is that a Shutter or is that not
a Share original? It is, yeah, but it's gonna go
to theaters first, right.
Speaker 7 (25:24):
Yeah, then the Rule of Jenny Penn. And they had
another one this year that came.
Speaker 5 (25:28):
Out in theaters too Dangerous Animals.
Speaker 7 (25:31):
Yeah, dangerous, Yeah, that was I liked that one.
Speaker 3 (25:35):
Yeah, Mike, I don't think you liked that one as much.
I saw from your reason.
Speaker 7 (25:38):
No, I like you.
Speaker 5 (25:39):
Three.
Speaker 3 (25:40):
I enjoyed it, Okay, three is a light. That's a
light like you know.
Speaker 5 (25:45):
For me, it's it's it's a good's I enjoyed it.
Speaker 7 (25:48):
That's good.
Speaker 3 (25:48):
That's good.
Speaker 1 (25:49):
It's a shudder. Like are they like a full on
studio there or is it just them like buying exclusive
rights to like stream these movies.
Speaker 7 (25:57):
I think they like go to festivals and buy.
Speaker 3 (26:02):
Yeah, I think they do. And I think there is
I think there is a mix. I think there are
some like the.
Speaker 1 (26:06):
Ones they're like an esthetic to the Shutter originals or
is it kind of just like, oh, they just bought
this cool looking horror.
Speaker 3 (26:12):
Movie, and horror movie. If your horror movie, well we'll
get you. I do think they I.
Speaker 1 (26:16):
Will get them already pretty niche so that.
Speaker 2 (26:19):
Yeah, I feel like I'll give them this that they
try to like Luckily this year with like the Franco
and Alison Bree went together, and I think we're getting
more of that.
Speaker 3 (26:27):
But I feel like Shutter, if you had any no,
no no.
Speaker 2 (26:31):
But what I'm saying is like I feel they will
take the more riskier, grosser type of horror movies. Like
if you look at Shutter, you're gonna find the darkest
stuff there where. I think now, not that together was dark,
but I think almost five years ago I wouldn't see
like a bigger studio push that out with that amount
of stars. What I mean, I think oste horror is
having a really big couple of years, so that's that's helping.
(26:52):
But I feel like Shutter has always been like, hey,
if you got something gross, we'll take it. You know.
Speaker 1 (26:56):
It's like the biggest thing that Shutter, like a Shutter
original hmm, like would not I know any or they're
like super duper I.
Speaker 3 (27:05):
Think we talked about this last time. Isn't what the
what is the deal? Terrifyer? Is it? It goes?
Speaker 7 (27:11):
That's screen box not okay.
Speaker 2 (27:14):
Screen box with bloody disgusting right, they are like in
partners and stuff.
Speaker 3 (27:17):
Okay, hmmm, I.
Speaker 7 (27:20):
Know Oddity was their big one last year.
Speaker 3 (27:26):
And isn't wasn't host as well? Was I wrong? Yeah?
So that that definitely was that.
Speaker 2 (27:32):
Let's see and then I don't think this counts because
this is one like April saying that they bought. But so, Dylan,
have you ever heard of the VHS series?
Speaker 1 (27:41):
I don't think so.
Speaker 2 (27:42):
So the very first one was like kids find a VHS.
They put in his bunch of it's a bunch of
like anthology short whoores put together. They're still going the one.
Speaker 5 (27:50):
I cannot.
Speaker 2 (27:51):
I'm not even the biggest VHS guy. I need to
rewatch them because I feel like when I was younger,
I didn't love found footage, and a lot of it
has found footage.
Speaker 3 (27:58):
But October third is.
Speaker 2 (27:59):
The VHS Halloween one, and that Trayer looked real good.
Speaker 3 (28:02):
I can't wait for that.
Speaker 2 (28:03):
But I guess technically that's their biggest hit on the streamer.
But they've got in twenty twenty one like a sequel
to it, So I'm trying to find like what their
biggest original was.
Speaker 3 (28:12):
But yeah, that's kind of probly.
Speaker 1 (28:13):
I mean, Host is the one that I recognize, like
out of all that was.
Speaker 7 (28:17):
Yeah, but they did when you alert what you were
just talking about the discord.
Speaker 3 (28:20):
Right, Yeah, I'm kinna try and watch that.
Speaker 2 (28:22):
This I've always wanted to, I just because I always
say with foreign films, I just need a specific set
of time because.
Speaker 3 (28:27):
Yeah, I need to be ill.
Speaker 2 (28:29):
Yeah, and I don't want to, you know, have to
do the dubs because obviously the DVEs is that's.
Speaker 1 (28:34):
Like an evil dead box are on that one? That's funny.
Speaker 2 (28:37):
Yeah, supposedly that's the guy who's directed in Alien whatever
next one.
Speaker 3 (28:41):
Yeah, that's in the room.
Speaker 1 (28:43):
How much is Shutter again?
Speaker 3 (28:46):
Oh oh, I wouldn't know, ninety nine or something. I'll
bring in this thing, bring this man, because it's perfect time.
Speaker 2 (28:54):
For a while, Subs had like two and a half
years of being free on Shutter because he kept finding
codes and whatnot where he gave me codes and stuff.
Speaker 3 (29:02):
You know, the same Shutter right now.
Speaker 1 (29:03):
Any more code.
Speaker 11 (29:06):
I'd have to see. But yeah, the way I had
it for free for so long. It's like, yeah, it
was like you could get a code to get like
a month free or whatever, and then if you canceled,
like at any time, it was like to keep you in,
like we'll give you another month free, and so you
could just do that with like as many emails as
(29:26):
you wanted. So pretty much every code give you like
two months really a free.
Speaker 8 (29:31):
Shutter So I like every horror movie podcast would happen.
Speaker 12 (29:38):
Everybody had like shutter Gun.
Speaker 11 (29:40):
You could just like you didn't watch them, you could
just search up like you go to like a Reddit
post and there'd be like fifteen comments, all.
Speaker 12 (29:48):
Different codes from like different channels and stuff.
Speaker 3 (29:51):
But I feel like that's definitely stopped.
Speaker 12 (29:53):
It's definitely they've definitely cut down on like stuff like that.
Speaker 2 (29:58):
Yeah, it's eight ninety nine now, which like a rider
I swear like a couple of years ago, I spent
like three dollars for just like a month, like it
was super cheap.
Speaker 1 (30:06):
And Disney does that, right, They're like, oh, here's like
five months for a dollar nine nine, and you're like, yeah,
you're not even locked in, So they do that.
Speaker 6 (30:12):
I don't know.
Speaker 7 (30:13):
I think anything twelve, but I have AMC Plus so
I get AMC Shutter Sundance. Yeah, I'm not remembering.
Speaker 2 (30:22):
Yeah, and now like because I remember Shutter like maybe
even like five six years ago when the Halloween movies
were on there, that was a big deal because like,
oh man, because before you go and Shutter and other
than Creep Show, it was just a bunch of stuff
other than the claim, stuff you've never heard of, and
then Halloween came.
Speaker 3 (30:39):
There, It's like, oh my goodness, looks something mainstream.
Speaker 2 (30:41):
And now I think when you go on like even
now like clowning the corn Fields on there, like like
I think that was a shut big.
Speaker 11 (30:46):
Catalog nowadays, I'd say, especially like more recognizable stuff. Like
the reason I first got it, I think was like
when I was watching like the elm Street movies that
was like the only d like they were all streaming,
just like you could just watch all of them in order,
just like Drew Shutter.
Speaker 2 (31:03):
Okay, there was still did you ever watch Watcher that
Stalker movie?
Speaker 3 (31:10):
You watch that?
Speaker 1 (31:11):
I don't think I did. Actually, Okay, Netflix.
Speaker 12 (31:13):
I saw no it was.
Speaker 3 (31:15):
I have a list here of it's all.
Speaker 12 (31:18):
What's it called?
Speaker 11 (31:19):
Is it?
Speaker 3 (31:20):
Mike Michael Monroe.
Speaker 2 (31:22):
Yeah, and then Skin Him a Rink, which I think
is a movie don't fucking hate.
Speaker 3 (31:26):
If you ever s Yeah, watch, I watched ten minutes
of that movie.
Speaker 5 (31:31):
I feel like I watched the whole thing.
Speaker 6 (31:32):
I saw.
Speaker 3 (31:33):
Oh my god, you saw in the theater.
Speaker 7 (31:37):
It's but you're in that cadea you were so mad.
Speaker 1 (31:41):
I can't believe this whole fare like that the movie
cover post or whatever looks great.
Speaker 3 (31:48):
It's good because that's the whole movie. Yeah, the whole
It's it is a very if.
Speaker 11 (31:54):
I remember like the timeline, like when it came out,
like all the memes and stuff just before like either
like loving it or eating it so much.
Speaker 5 (32:03):
It made a ship ton of money.
Speaker 2 (32:05):
It did because it had one of those budget yeah, yeah,
and one of those I never understood.
Speaker 3 (32:10):
The poster is like the scariest movie you'll see her here.
It's like, no, like I can like it.
Speaker 1 (32:14):
I can be shot full of jump scares.
Speaker 6 (32:16):
Not really even that's the thing.
Speaker 12 (32:18):
It's like the opposite of that from what that's.
Speaker 1 (32:22):
Like the easiest way to like make a scary movie
just jam it full of like but honestly.
Speaker 2 (32:28):
Honestly, it's just like if you were too if you,
because I just all the time, like with let's say
Death Stranding, I'll go Death Stranding ambient, and I'll be
like music and they'll show like a couple images from
the game that's skin them a ring pretty much.
Speaker 3 (32:38):
It's like creepy score.
Speaker 2 (32:40):
And then it's constantly like new images coming up, and
that's the whole movie.
Speaker 5 (32:44):
And the camera is constantly just pointing at a place
where like it shouldn't be, like it's either too high
or too low or slightly off. You never see any
image clearly, only like a foot or an arm or.
Speaker 12 (32:53):
Something right now.
Speaker 11 (32:55):
I was just searching because I wondered, like, has that
director done anything else after that? He doesn't even have
a Wikipedia page, but what I could find is like
apparently eight twenty four has them for like some upcoming movie,
but there's not like that's only the only information about it.
Speaker 2 (33:11):
Are interested to see if all his movies are like
not exactly like this, but just always very experimental.
Speaker 11 (33:17):
Like I said, like he had like a YouTube channel
making like horror shorts for a long time, so I'd
have to see those and see if they're like in
that same style.
Speaker 5 (33:26):
I guess I always his kids were the actors that
were used in it. That's also the good easy cost
good Yeah.
Speaker 12 (33:32):
Oh yeah, like His House.
Speaker 2 (33:35):
Yeah yeah, Late Night with the Devil, that was another
big one for them.
Speaker 3 (33:39):
I came out.
Speaker 5 (33:40):
Oh yeah that was good.
Speaker 3 (33:41):
I really like that one. Yeah.
Speaker 11 (33:43):
When I saw that, I saw it, like, I was
really excited for it when it was like announced, and
then I just never saw, like I never got around
to watching it until like a year later. But when
I did see it and you saw two traus the
Suitable Flesh.
Speaker 3 (33:57):
Oh yeah, that was a fun rap.
Speaker 11 (33:59):
By he swapped. Yeah, yeah, because that director he also
did one. I don't know if this is if this
one was like a Shutter original too, but I think
I did see it on Shutter when I watched it.
Speaker 12 (34:10):
Mayhem It's with Tomorrow.
Speaker 7 (34:12):
Yeah, I've never seen that.
Speaker 11 (34:15):
Yeah, yeah, that's the same director as a Suitable Flesh.
I'd seen the other one and I was super excited
for it, and I only saw like a full year later,
like the next October. And yeah, that one was like,
it was totally like what I wanted it to be.
I'd have to rewatch it if I remember really really
enjoying it.
Speaker 2 (34:33):
The one i'd recommend and I told Taylor watch, I
don't know if you ever did dead Stream.
Speaker 11 (34:37):
I know that's been like my Halloween retro, like pick
in the vote for like every year.
Speaker 3 (34:46):
That put in again this year three another.
Speaker 2 (34:51):
That still recommend you watching dad Stream because I remember
that's one of the guy goes in the Hot House with.
Speaker 3 (34:58):
I never watched because I'm like, this is a Taylor
Field cryptic. You should it is.
Speaker 7 (35:03):
It's good.
Speaker 3 (35:04):
Yeah, and you can watch the last too. It's funny.
Speaker 11 (35:06):
It's like a footage evil Dead and like the comedic
type of Evil Dead.
Speaker 3 (35:12):
Yeah.
Speaker 1 (35:12):
But I'm realizing, like I've I've definitely heard about a
lot of these movies now, but I don't think I've
seen a single one of them. So that's definitely a
big blind spot for me.
Speaker 5 (35:19):
Is the.
Speaker 7 (35:21):
Shutter was.
Speaker 3 (35:22):
Yeah, I really.
Speaker 11 (35:23):
Don't got around to seeing it because I feel like
it came out and then like I didn't hear much
like about it.
Speaker 2 (35:30):
It's a it's that's almost like skimmer Rink where it's
a vibe like ambience.
Speaker 5 (35:35):
Okay, it's not as bad as.
Speaker 2 (35:36):
Can no, no, no, I agree, it's not that, but
I just mean like it's it's a slow you're just
following a guy kill people. That's why I dislike the
third act of the kind of detours from that.
Speaker 5 (35:46):
It's actually a very relaxing movie for most of the
runtime because you're just hearing the rhythmic steps of the
guy walking on on leaves. And they're making a sequel,
so I'm excited to see what they can do. But Taylor,
you said that you didn't like in Violent Nature.
Speaker 6 (35:57):
You know, it's not that I like. I like the
idea and I I did it. It's just long. There's
some parts where it's.
Speaker 5 (36:04):
Been at the yoga kill. Oh, that's the hill.
Speaker 3 (36:09):
Yeah, there's some there's some good stuff.
Speaker 2 (36:11):
And then Dylan, here's another shutter one big place in
our heart color space.
Speaker 3 (36:20):
No, No, I can't remember who.
Speaker 2 (36:23):
I think Aaron Brain, I think it was Yeah, Because
in COVID, we just we had no content and we just.
Speaker 3 (36:29):
Let everybody pick a movie.
Speaker 2 (36:30):
Every patron just said, hey, pick a movie, like, let's
watch them, and he picked that and luckily it was
like a Newish movie. But that was a that was
a tough watch for me. I like than Nicholas Cage.
That's not I like some love crafty and stuff, but
there's definitely some stuff that is not up my alley,
and that was that was definitely in that realm of
I'll never hopefully see that again.
Speaker 1 (36:50):
It always gets brought up though, but never forgotten.
Speaker 3 (36:55):
Yeah, it has its place there.
Speaker 5 (36:57):
So they're actually speaking of shutter when I ask the
Canadian guys here, do you guys remember a TV network
we used to have called the Scream Channel.
Speaker 3 (37:05):
Absolutely loved it.
Speaker 5 (37:09):
I remember when I was a kid, I would put
that on late at night because they would have like
every Halloween, all the major horror franchises would marathon on there.
That's why I watched most of them for the first time.
They had those creepy little like commercials in between them.
I love that.
Speaker 2 (37:22):
Yeah, the dynamic it had like a Texas chainsaw kind
of like color scheme when you're in between. That's where
I would watch countless episodes of Do you remember the
Friday the Thirteenth TV Show? So this was the beginning
stages of when they broke up and one person owned Jason.
Speaker 3 (37:39):
One person on Friday.
Speaker 12 (37:39):
Thirteenth Because thirteen TV show is just like.
Speaker 2 (37:43):
Twilight, not even a mass nothing, But as a kid,
I didn't also didn't know about copy write or anything, nothing, zero, nothing,
because I.
Speaker 3 (37:54):
Don't think they even legally could do that.
Speaker 2 (37:56):
So but as a young and that had no idea
about this stuff, and they end up being very young,
like Jason's gonna be in one of these episodes right.
Speaker 12 (38:02):
At some point to keep watching like yeah, show up.
Speaker 2 (38:06):
Appreciation And luckily it was so good because I guess
I should say too, like it is an anthology, but
it's more like X Files where it's a team of
people and they're always dealing with you know.
Speaker 3 (38:16):
So it's like when there's that rumor.
Speaker 2 (38:18):
That conjuring TV show going around, that's my pitch for
that show is just that whoever end of the Rain
or someone young and all the people putting stuff in
that house.
Speaker 3 (38:27):
And seeing what it is. But Friday thirteenth TV show,
I I really.
Speaker 11 (38:30):
Fan of like all this sort of like the goosebum Sorry,
you're absolutely.
Speaker 3 (38:34):
I love I love anthology stuff. I'm like, yeah, you'll
see in a couple of years. I love anthology stuff.
Speaker 2 (38:41):
That that's that's like like Trigger Treats my favorite Halloween movie.
I I don't know why, it's just something I love,
just a bunch of Now, don't get wrong, if there's
a bunch of bad stories together.
Speaker 3 (38:51):
Man, does that really suck? Because I remember there's this movie.
Speaker 11 (38:53):
It's like that the Tarantino movie I saw like four Rooms.
That's like the worst movie I've ever seen. It's an
anthology movie with like three horrendous stories and then the
fourth one is the best one, but just like by default,
it's like it's like a like a three star story,
(39:13):
but the other ones are just like just terrible.
Speaker 5 (39:16):
That's also the ABC's of Death, where it's just like
twenty seven like really really short horror movies that are
to start with a new letter from the alphabet. Yeah,
those are pretty miss.
Speaker 2 (39:27):
And that's why even though they weren't like Audity or April,
what was the was it Cobweb or spier Web a
couple of years ago. Yeah, they're not horror shorts, of course,
they're full movies. But those as I love because they
kind of feel like they're an extended like, oh you
could have saw this in a smaller version, per se.
So no, I love those trick or Treed. I'm hoping
that I think they said for the anniversary, they're putting
(39:48):
it back in the theaters on like the fourteenth and
sixteenth you are right. I'm hoping we get get it. Yeah,
I'm hoping we get that. But we haven't even got
tickets for the Taylor Swift movie. And I'm like, well three, yeah.
Speaker 3 (40:00):
Right, yeah.
Speaker 7 (40:01):
I just got like a random pop up on my AMC.
Speaker 8 (40:03):
I didn't even know that Taylor Swift thing was coming on,
and I clicked on and see what it was, and
it popped up.
Speaker 7 (40:06):
It's like, you're in que You're so much in line.
I'm like, that's what I saw.
Speaker 12 (40:10):
It was just like I think.
Speaker 11 (40:12):
I think it was like there's so much it was
like like when the first one came out, like the
Aerostore one. It's like there's so much traffic that like
you're in a cue just to go to like the theater.
Webs like not even clicking on the movie itself.
Speaker 8 (40:25):
Yeah, it's like if you want to buy tickets or
something else, come back later.
Speaker 2 (40:28):
So I'm hoping because it was like a secret movie
because when they showed the fourth theaters participating, they're all
American chains. So I'm hoping that the Canadians like, oh,
we're gonna come because I'm going to see it. I'm
gonna try and get tickets for the ladies because they'll
want to.
Speaker 12 (40:39):
But I saw like, how mad is a rock gonna
be that?
Speaker 8 (40:46):
No?
Speaker 3 (40:46):
I didn't think about that.
Speaker 2 (40:49):
Oh no, right, because I was like, there's nothing that
weekend and it is Smashed It's Smash Machine and the
re release of Avatar Way of the Water, which end
of Dylan you're gonna be there for right? Get you
saw that bonus there?
Speaker 1 (41:00):
Sorry?
Speaker 12 (41:01):
And the Taylor Slift fant.
Speaker 3 (41:04):
Spider on could you imagine her?
Speaker 2 (41:07):
I want to be like an openimer situation where something
dress like as a nave with like tear swift gear on,
you know, and then something with.
Speaker 3 (41:13):
I don't know what you do for Smashing Machine, I
know that.
Speaker 2 (41:17):
Yeah, the Mma gloves, I guess I forgot. Oh that's
Rock's gonna be so pissed.
Speaker 3 (41:23):
That movie's gonna be an afterthought.
Speaker 12 (41:24):
Now, Oh no, you're gonna flop any he's shown back up.
Speaker 3 (41:30):
Oh yeah, yeah, he's gonna he's gonna enter the rule.
Speaker 12 (41:34):
Yeah, he's got.
Speaker 5 (41:35):
Jamaji three next year. He's good. No, no tears for
the Rock.
Speaker 3 (41:39):
No, he's gonna be fine. And then he's doing some
movie like The Whatever the Chicken Man, when.
Speaker 2 (41:44):
He's playing a seven year old I'm like.
Speaker 12 (41:47):
Second Oscar, he's already got.
Speaker 2 (41:51):
Could you imagine if he just goes on like a
run like you're talking about Tarantino never want an Oscar
and the Rock just like breaks the Daniel Day record
like wins form like just like like I've always thought
about that because if we get to Oscar season, even
though he's younger, I've just always thought, like, what is
that image gonna be When The Rock wins the Oscar
and they pan over to Timney Shallowy and he's just
fucking sitting there watching.
Speaker 3 (42:11):
They're like, Timney shallmy he could argue.
Speaker 2 (42:13):
You could have had multiple times and The Rock just
comes and does one little indie movie and they're like,
here you go.
Speaker 3 (42:19):
I think there's a real strong possibility that happens. I
think like.
Speaker 12 (42:22):
They're like, he's gonna into that campaign.
Speaker 2 (42:26):
He's gonna put everything you've never seen the Rock campaign
until if he doesn't get nominated, that's fine, but if
he gets nominated, oh man. And that's why I think
if he gets nominated, I wouldn't pizza bet somebody he's
gonna win, but he would be my front runner just
because like if the Rock, if there's anyone that can
make it happen.
Speaker 3 (42:42):
The Rock is gonna strong arm his way to make
it happen.
Speaker 5 (42:45):
And then if he's gonna be Daniel da Lewis, the
Rock will be Daniel.
Speaker 3 (42:47):
De Lewis, Daniel Davian supporting.
Speaker 2 (42:49):
Watch Watch Daniel, because that's like an ensemble movie.
Speaker 3 (42:52):
So I bet that's what's gonna happen.
Speaker 2 (42:54):
And they should because then Daniel Day can break the record,
because right now the record is him, Merrill and Jack.
They're all tied for three oscars. They should put Daniel
in supporting and then Daniel gets it and then he
retires agatting for another eight years to make shoes.
Speaker 5 (43:06):
I don't think he would settle for that. I think
he would want to be the main actor. Daniel Lee.
Speaker 3 (43:13):
Yeah go yeah. Well, even if the.
Speaker 5 (43:17):
Movie is not good, I'm pretty sure he will be
good in it. That's the one like almost Gary, Yes, Yeah.
Speaker 1 (43:23):
The Rock wins. What are the odds that he pimps
out Zoa in his his speech?
Speaker 2 (43:30):
You know, actually I don't be the after speech, like
at the press conference, Like that's interesting.
Speaker 12 (43:36):
I think I think the press conference.
Speaker 3 (43:39):
The post I'm gonna go home and drink.
Speaker 11 (43:42):
Some's gonna say no Zoa, Butmana's for sure at least
like whoever is like involved in that, he's gonna shout
them out, like my businesses.
Speaker 3 (43:52):
Like that's just tequila.
Speaker 2 (43:53):
D On Taramanta says tequila and he's always always drinking that.
Speaker 11 (43:57):
Yeah, Zobas is his other child. You know Turuana that.
Speaker 3 (44:02):
That's true love Zoa.
Speaker 2 (44:04):
I feel like he's gonna get canceled at an point
because he doesn't talked about Zoa.
Speaker 3 (44:06):
In a while. It didn't it didn't pop off.
Speaker 2 (44:09):
But no, I didn't think about that. I really want
to Actors round table when they do that every year.
Speaker 3 (44:16):
I'm just the thought of like Daniel Day and the
Rock talking and they're all talking about Jumanji.
Speaker 2 (44:21):
Three coming up and Chicken Man Days talking about this
emotional experience. But no, I think if Rock wins, he's
gonna go full emotion.
Speaker 3 (44:31):
He's gonna be crying.
Speaker 2 (44:32):
Whether that's genuine or not, You're gonna he's there's gonna
be a lot of pauses.
Speaker 5 (44:36):
He's gonna give you seven bucks speech.
Speaker 3 (44:38):
Yeah.
Speaker 2 (44:38):
You know, when I was a kid, even though my
dad and grandfather were famous ass wrestlers, I only had
seven bucks in my pocket, Like they were never gonna
like their dad. His family's Hall of Famers. His family
is like runs the business there. He was never like great,
like gets called seven bucks. But that man was never
gonna be living in his car for the rest of.
Speaker 1 (44:57):
His life, you know, like he's like, I couldn't even
afford one month shutter.
Speaker 6 (45:03):
The Rocks got a ZOA rewards system.
Speaker 4 (45:07):
Now on what is there's level one where you get
your Warrior. Level two, so you buy the drinks and
you get points that rank up rack up towards your
next tier. So there's level two and level three. Level
two is called Elite, Level three is called Champion. So
if you hit level two after collecting five points, you.
Speaker 1 (45:24):
Get Warrior Elite Champion. Yes, level two you get to
get higher than Elite, but anyway.
Speaker 7 (45:32):
I'd say should at the top, I.
Speaker 3 (45:34):
Feel like Elite's top.
Speaker 4 (45:35):
Yeah, the Champion on the Rocks books, so you get
a free ZOA fuel something bigger tank top shirt.
Speaker 2 (45:45):
Then.
Speaker 1 (45:47):
Fuel or feel something bigger fuel fuel something big a
T shirts they can't afford to give away sleeves.
Speaker 4 (45:58):
And then level three, after you had a thousand points,
you get lifetime reward of free shipping, and then you
get a Zoa Live Healthy T shirt.
Speaker 6 (46:09):
That's okay.
Speaker 1 (46:10):
They put the sleeves on that one.
Speaker 6 (46:11):
That's champion, sir.
Speaker 7 (46:13):
How much?
Speaker 12 (46:14):
What does each give in terms of points? Like how
many those? You get a drink you drink.
Speaker 5 (46:22):
Before you reach a thousand points.
Speaker 4 (46:24):
You earn one point for every one US dollars spent,
so that'd be one thousand bucks. So your first order, though,
you can there's a challenge for it. You can get
twenty points in your first order. For your third order
you get three thirty points, fifty for five orders, one
hundred points for ten orders. You celebrate your birthday, you
get ten points. You buy all the Zoa flavors, you
get a hundred points. You try the Zoa Plus powder,
you get twenty points if you buy zos.
Speaker 3 (46:49):
What's happening here?
Speaker 6 (46:50):
Zoaza plus powder is.
Speaker 1 (46:53):
But all that like, I feel like a thousand points
that's pretty easy, and you get free shipping for life.
Speaker 12 (46:58):
Let's do yeah, I mean drinking that many.
Speaker 11 (47:01):
So as you're you're gonna want the.
Speaker 1 (47:06):
You can't move anymore. You need them to deliver.
Speaker 4 (47:08):
So this is pre work out, Travis. This is what
we should have been looking for. It, says Scoop shake
and shred. It's a five and one pre workout supplement.
Speaker 3 (47:18):
There you go shred like the Chicken Man.
Speaker 2 (47:21):
Did you find anybody that, like normal people that aren't
models wearing the shirt?
Speaker 3 (47:26):
Like I wonder.
Speaker 2 (47:27):
I know somebody must have out there done it, but
I feel like I haven't seen the Rock retweet anybody
Rock in their fuel me shirts or whatever.
Speaker 5 (47:34):
You understand, Charvis, Once you reach that level, you are
a model officially, so I guess, yeah.
Speaker 1 (47:41):
You're so sculpted. Fo Yeah, the zo it just transformed it.
Speaker 3 (47:46):
Could you imagine that? Though, Like, don't say that.
Speaker 2 (47:48):
Imagine if he won the Oscar and it was just
five minutes him just pimping everything, seven Bucks, teremona Zoa.
Speaker 3 (47:58):
And you know on ESPN, w's there and I'm the
I'm one of the board members. It's been a great
year for me. Like like he has a lot of
to talk about, but yeah, we'll see. I am. I
am very excited for that movie though.
Speaker 11 (48:09):
I think that I've heard it is really good at
that Like even the people who didn't like the movie
that much said, like Rock is really getting it.
Speaker 2 (48:16):
Yeah, Like I I think I won't say the win
is a pizza bet. But I, like I've said before,
I'm willing to pizza.
Speaker 3 (48:21):
Bet anybody on the nomination. I think he's he's in there.
I think just they want the fun of that there.
Speaker 2 (48:26):
He's gonna be on stage, he's gonna have a very
fancy suit like they'll they'll do something.
Speaker 3 (48:31):
Then you never know, he could win. He could sneak
in there.
Speaker 2 (48:33):
Maybe Schalome and Leo split the votes, because that's what
I'm surprised note of them, super Jack.
Speaker 3 (48:47):
So okay, what is that?
Speaker 6 (48:49):
Feel something bigger? So they think this is the one.
Speaker 3 (48:52):
That's that's it.
Speaker 6 (48:53):
The logo is so small that is ridiculous.
Speaker 3 (48:57):
T what's that guy in the green there doing?
Speaker 2 (48:59):
You know, you know, you come on the guy in
the green.
Speaker 3 (49:02):
There's the guy in the green.
Speaker 6 (49:03):
Guy in the green.
Speaker 2 (49:05):
Okay, but you should know what you gut tongue about
the guy wearing a full like wrestling attire.
Speaker 3 (49:12):
Thing looks jacket, Yeah it does. But there you go.
He's probably some box or.
Speaker 1 (49:16):
Anything to go to the I want to see that
back design on the other tank tops there, the black
and teal, one of the top black and one that's
like a vertical kind of design.
Speaker 6 (49:25):
Yeah, that's kind I kind of like that.
Speaker 2 (49:27):
I like that's an alien. That's an alien symbol.
Speaker 1 (49:31):
That's very video game like waypoint kind of thing.
Speaker 6 (49:35):
Do what you need to do, then do some more.
Speaker 1 (49:41):
So local almost looks like the PlayStation symbols because the
controller buttons, you got the X.
Speaker 2 (49:48):
And if you get to the fifth tier, the legendary,
you can get the PlayStation officials.
Speaker 3 (49:51):
So I remember that.
Speaker 6 (50:01):
This is real.
Speaker 1 (50:04):
There's no why did that question mark?
Speaker 2 (50:07):
I hope when he wins the oscar he like removes
his suit like Superman, but he's got the got bod shirt.
Speaker 1 (50:12):
I like that tank. I like that burgundy tank.
Speaker 3 (50:14):
Yeah, I like that one to the.
Speaker 12 (50:16):
Logo of just like the that logo there with the
mask is good.
Speaker 3 (50:20):
Yeah, it's like some one thing. I'll start to more
crossed out.
Speaker 1 (50:26):
Oh man, it's like the only only.
Speaker 6 (50:31):
Yeah.
Speaker 2 (50:32):
I hope they're doing well, but uh yeah, and even
because like I know it's Paul Thomas Sanderson, it's like,
obviously it's gonna be a big deal. But the fact
that one bat off for another's thing, like so much
praise and so much like, oh, it looks like it's
a big front runner kind of surprised me because I
feel like with Pta, it's either like he's a front runner,
or it feels like with Phantom Fred like like, yeah,
I will nominate for some stuff, but it's not like,
(50:53):
you know, it's like gonna win anything. But this year
it looks like there's a lot going on there. So
I'm very excited next week to catch up.
Speaker 3 (51:00):
I can't wait. I think I've said before. Then I
got to see like a like a ten.
Speaker 2 (51:03):
Thirty showing in that movie's two forty, but I don't
much time, and I got to see it. So I'm
really excited for that. Excited to see Champagne and Something again,
you know. So, yeah, I love good old Champain.
Speaker 3 (51:15):
Yeah.
Speaker 2 (51:16):
I actually don't know how we got to the Rock
and so and how it all comes around but comes.
Speaker 3 (51:22):
Back end up back at ZOA and it's forever infant.
Speaker 2 (51:27):
Do we should just be like moved to the elite status,
you know, we shouldn't have to like, wait, we've probably
given it more press than anybody that's not paid for
by the Rock.
Speaker 1 (51:38):
You know, I would wear those tank tops, well, a
couple of them, I wear what.
Speaker 3 (51:42):
I what if what if you could only wear the
ones you don't like.
Speaker 9 (51:48):
It?
Speaker 1 (51:49):
I don't want free shipping. I want money. I just
want dollars in my bank account. That's all the.
Speaker 12 (51:54):
Gift card instead.
Speaker 1 (52:01):
And a god bore my account so I get the
points to get my free shipping.
Speaker 3 (52:06):
Yeah, we should just push that the discord. We should
just make a geek first account.
Speaker 2 (52:09):
And all it's just like going there and you know
we'll we'll auction the shirt off for extra lifetime.
Speaker 3 (52:14):
That'll be the it won't be a geek for a
shirt this year. It'll be so much like.
Speaker 12 (52:19):
A zoo geek for sure.
Speaker 2 (52:21):
Well, yeah we should, you should. Yeah, we definitely should
work on that at some point. We got a lot
of shirts say it's gotta make that.
Speaker 6 (52:27):
Are we doing two this year? It'll sneak peak. Are
we going to do two separate designs?
Speaker 3 (52:30):
Well, because I haven't. I thought that we were maybe
because we've never done them.
Speaker 2 (52:34):
I we were talking about doing the Fantastic Four both
geek first and then the Superman with gyeak first, because
I we don't have like I feel like every year
there's something that stands out, like, Okay, when Rings the
Power came out, we're doing four of the rings.
Speaker 3 (52:46):
When Barbie like was big, we did.
Speaker 2 (52:48):
That X Men ninety seven, but there's nothing I feel
like that has been like I don't know, there hasn't
a It's kind of like what. I can't remember when
we were talking about it, but it's just I think
it was around the time they did that Netflix run
that K Pop Demon Hunters like that somehow became like
the Summer movie, and even though it was just streaming
and only for a weekend, it's like we didn't have
that big one. I guess said transitions into some of
(53:09):
the topic here where it's just I don't know what
it would be. So I thought, yeah, we might do
the do the options. I want to pitch the boys
that like we did last year. I want to buy
F four suits and if we hit a certain tier
and actually life us wear those cautumes are the Fantastic
four ones. I found like some good twenty dollars ones
on Ali Express. So I think, uh, I think, because
we're just wearing for the.
Speaker 1 (53:29):
One thing, is it like a little positic mask or something.
Speaker 3 (53:32):
I guess we'd have to get that, or we can paint,
use a face paint or rock actual because you have
full rock. I don't want to be the thing though,
I want to. I want Sue because I.
Speaker 1 (53:46):
Like Sue's going to be the thing.
Speaker 2 (53:49):
Sure, he's alway somewhat going to the gym, So why
can't I be the things?
Speaker 3 (53:52):
Do you want me the thing?
Speaker 6 (53:53):
No?
Speaker 2 (53:54):
No, no, one like is anyone's favorite Fantastic Four member
the thing?
Speaker 3 (53:58):
In this room?
Speaker 7 (54:00):
We shoulds vote on who gets to be.
Speaker 12 (54:02):
What benefit you play some game where either.
Speaker 3 (54:13):
Either okay, yeah, something on the line there.
Speaker 2 (54:17):
Yeah, yeah, if we do think, I don't think we
could get wrong, So I definitely least do some.
Speaker 3 (54:19):
Face paint or something like that. But yeah, I just yeah,
I don't know, but yeah, April start with you, what
do you? Because we're I think when a summer officially
end here we have we ended? Are we in fall?
Speaker 6 (54:29):
And all?
Speaker 3 (54:29):
Yet I think it's still.
Speaker 5 (54:32):
Twentieth Yeah, I've heard five games.
Speaker 11 (54:35):
I feel like October is probably like definitely over.
Speaker 12 (54:39):
Then.
Speaker 3 (54:39):
Yeah.
Speaker 5 (54:40):
As far as a movie season, I feel like that
that would end in August.
Speaker 3 (54:44):
To me, that ends in August.
Speaker 2 (54:45):
Yeah, so that's actually say April what and this is
if people don't have a for sure, you can think
about it or just throw something out there.
Speaker 3 (54:52):
Do you have like a favorite movie of this.
Speaker 2 (54:53):
Past summer and then do you have any movie that
kind of let you down? Even though you're very pause
on movies, was there one that you're hoping like a
little bit more and you did?
Speaker 7 (55:00):
That's true. I'm looking through my letterbox. Quick, remind myself what.
Speaker 5 (55:04):
I'm pulling up a lot of movies.
Speaker 3 (55:10):
This is a classic.
Speaker 2 (55:10):
We talked about ZOA and then we at some point
we got to open up the letterbox.
Speaker 3 (55:13):
You're like, I don't know.
Speaker 1 (55:15):
Again, I've been off letterbox too long in this point.
Speaker 8 (55:18):
So has anybody seen Sorry Baby, No one, Sorry Davy,
Sorry baby.
Speaker 3 (55:25):
Sorry baby? Sounds familiar.
Speaker 1 (55:28):
I've not heard of that one.
Speaker 8 (55:29):
Oh I've seen the movie that I'm really mad doesn't
get nominated for So.
Speaker 2 (55:34):
Okay, oh yeah, everybody on my I have nobody on
letterbox that gave it lower than a four point five.
Speaker 7 (55:42):
So it's really good. Yeah, it's it's rough, but it's
really good.
Speaker 3 (55:48):
Oh, Naomi as in it?
Speaker 5 (55:49):
Okay, isn't it like a kind of bottle movie? I think?
Am I wrong?
Speaker 12 (55:54):
There?
Speaker 4 (55:56):
Not?
Speaker 11 (55:56):
Really?
Speaker 5 (55:57):
Okay?
Speaker 7 (56:03):
They see sketch.
Speaker 12 (56:05):
No, that's like the like Christian funded one.
Speaker 7 (56:12):
Or it is.
Speaker 8 (56:13):
So the only reason I saw it is because it
was a mystery, but because normally studios movies, but it
was really good. It's kind of like a Jurastic Park
type because like it was really good.
Speaker 12 (56:25):
So it's like, doesn't the credits have like some like
AI thing.
Speaker 13 (56:29):
Yes, I didn't, but yeah, it's so for context people,
June twentieth is when it starts if you're looking at
when the summer is there, because I didn't, I didn't
know what.
Speaker 12 (56:40):
We watched Extinction on June twentieth.
Speaker 3 (56:42):
Apparently, Oh it's you can make that your summer movie summer.
Speaker 7 (56:51):
I really liked Weapons. I think some of you have
seen that one.
Speaker 3 (56:54):
Yes, yeah, I.
Speaker 11 (56:57):
Haven't seen it yet still, but I haven't really like
I think I've been like sort of spoiled, but like
never really like looking into it, Like if I saw something,
I just like kind of like clicked.
Speaker 12 (57:09):
Past it because I'm definitely gonna watch it at some point.
Speaker 2 (57:11):
But there's some good stuff in there too that I
don't think would be spoiled, that are just like good
moments and everything. It's it's definitely worth definitely worth worth
watch at some point.
Speaker 5 (57:20):
So yeah, I'm watching it tomorrow.
Speaker 2 (57:22):
Okay, April, do you have anything that disappoint you let
you down in the summer.
Speaker 7 (57:27):
So I just saw something. I don't even know where
it was. I watched too many movies, guys, Yeah.
Speaker 14 (57:36):
Scrolling, I think. You go, Oh, I didn't like Oh Hi, which.
Speaker 7 (57:45):
I don't know.
Speaker 8 (57:46):
I don't know if I had very high expectations for
about to start with The Old Guard too, wasn't very good?
Speaker 3 (57:54):
Oh yeah, I didn't. Is Ohhi even is that out now?
Speaker 12 (57:58):
I think so?
Speaker 1 (58:00):
The cast that's too bad.
Speaker 7 (58:01):
Yeah, yeah, I don't know. It was just weird.
Speaker 8 (58:04):
And it's one of those movies like if you reverse
the genders, it would be a horror movie.
Speaker 1 (58:13):
That's like a very that's like one of the sub
genres on on Shutter just reverse genders.
Speaker 7 (58:20):
American. I was kind of disappointing.
Speaker 3 (58:22):
Yeah, I want to see that, but yeah, I haven't
heard the best.
Speaker 7 (58:26):
Things about and I really hated Friendship there you go.
Speaker 3 (58:30):
Oh, yeah, I haven't. Who's the main guy there in
that other guy Kim Robinson, Yeah, I haven't.
Speaker 11 (58:39):
I haven't seen the style of comedy like I started
watching like what's the.
Speaker 12 (58:46):
Name of it is?
Speaker 11 (58:47):
Like I think, yeah, Like I watched it and it's
just like it just wasn't for me, Like his like
I get why people like it, but he's just one
of those that's like I watch it and it's just
like it's really my stuff.
Speaker 6 (59:00):
I keep people here.
Speaker 5 (59:01):
People say that it's not their style of comedy. What
exactly is his style of comedy because I don't know what.
Speaker 1 (59:07):
I think.
Speaker 8 (59:08):
Yeah, I think it's like you're supposed to laugh at him,
but mostly I just felt really.
Speaker 7 (59:13):
Bad for him.
Speaker 8 (59:15):
That's like like neurodivergent person.
Speaker 3 (59:20):
I think he does that and like everything he does
and that I.
Speaker 11 (59:23):
Feel like him suffering is like the comedy.
Speaker 1 (59:29):
Yeah, I will say the positive review I heard from
that one is someone who's a big fan of him
in general, so that makes sense.
Speaker 2 (59:34):
So yeah, No, at some point, I haven't seen stampcom
just like ever, like clips, and I've just never been like, oh,
I need to seek more of this out that Shick
can work and I like Paul Rudd, but I just
because there is just so much stuff and I'll maybe
get to that eventually, because like Dylan, I feel like
the people I've heard good things from our people that
really like his stuff, and I would.
Speaker 12 (59:55):
The ugly sonic in the Chippendale movie.
Speaker 2 (59:59):
Yeah, that's that's an old time he's never that's the
peak right there. He can never get any better than that.
Speaker 3 (01:00:03):
That's that's a fantastic one. So okay, but.
Speaker 7 (01:00:07):
Yeah, Life of Chuck is my one of my favorite there.
Speaker 3 (01:00:10):
Yeah, that's a good one. I was still might be
in contention. That could end up being my gold and
geeks pick to make these guys watch it. It's it's
either that or bring her back. Those are the two
that I think, I know, Dylan, Life of Chuck, that one,
the Tom Hill. Yeah, so it's uh yeah.
Speaker 2 (01:00:29):
I think most of you, like, I don't know Taylor
will feel about it, because I don't know. I feel
like sometimes the really indie hardy movies, he's just like
I don't get it, or like I don't like it.
You know, it's so he's just gruff voice. I feel
like I said, he's the most old man when it's
like something really indan.
Speaker 3 (01:00:46):
I don't know about this. You know, there's a couple
of things that surprise.
Speaker 2 (01:00:50):
But what about you, Mike, You got any contenders for
your favorite moved summer and one would let you down?
Speaker 12 (01:00:56):
Uh?
Speaker 5 (01:00:56):
Favorite movie? H it would still probably be the To
Train Your Dragon remake. Actually, I know it feels a
bit weird saying that a remake is my favorite, like
a live action remake is my favorite movie. But like,
especially since it's the same director who made the animated movies,
it really felt like this was the most successful version
of that kind of thing, to the point where, like, honestly,
(01:01:18):
if I wanted to watch that movie, I wouldn't mind
watching either the animated one or the live action one
because it adds some cool new layers to it. All
the visuals are amazing. I will maintain that the How
To Train Your Dragon soundtrack is the most underrated movie
score of the past twenty years. I love that score,
and yeah, all the actors did a great job, so
(01:01:40):
I mean, yeah, that's probably it was the one I
had the most fun watching in the theater. And okay,
as far as when I think was the most disappointed
a bit Superman because I went into it with like
really high expectations and I still really enjoyed it, not
like to like the James gun level. I thought I
(01:02:02):
would not.
Speaker 3 (01:02:03):
Like Maddy, he was watching every fucking two.
Speaker 5 (01:02:05):
Yeah, he's ten times that box.
Speaker 2 (01:02:08):
I looked at his activity and like everyone so I refleshed.
I just see Maddy said I'm like, this is this
is the last one?
Speaker 3 (01:02:15):
Oh No, he's watched it again.
Speaker 5 (01:02:16):
He's playing in the background for sure.
Speaker 2 (01:02:18):
Probably Yeah, which is so funny because I don't think
it's because Mike, I'm with you. The Superman is my
pick to where I didn't hate the movie, but I
was expecting because I have a bigger picked.
Speaker 5 (01:02:27):
Than that though for most disappointed, my most disappointed one.
And you're probably gonna justagree with me on this, but
is Eddington from ari astor? Oh?
Speaker 2 (01:02:34):
I know, I'm I I'm not like, I enjoyed it
a lot, but I can see why someone would put
that there.
Speaker 3 (01:02:40):
Yeah, I feel like.
Speaker 5 (01:02:41):
I've loved like pretty like well, I've loved this first
two movies, and I was a big defender of of
was Afraid Afraid Yeah, and uh, I just feel like
what he was going for in this movie. I honestly
felt like he did better in the first like third
of bos Afraid. I thought that was like better encapsulation
like the covid era and Eddington to me, it just
(01:03:02):
felt like he's taking like the low hanging fruit that
the characters felt more like just ways for him to
do slogans and catchphrases, and I just didn't really leave
it with a lot of like emotional attachment.
Speaker 2 (01:03:15):
So yeah, most I agree, there's a lot going on. See,
I think I gave before I fought. I love the performances.
I love some of the scenes and just not set pieces,
but the pacing of them I don't.
Speaker 5 (01:03:26):
Visually it was great, Like all the cameras were great.
The acting was good, but like not to the caliber
I would expect from those because there was are like
some really really great actors in there, and ultimately I
just feel like it was a little too busy, like
none of this. There was a lot of like interesting stuff,
but he never had the time even though it was
a two and a half hour movie to really dig
into it. Just the just the Emma Stone subplots that
(01:03:47):
could have been a whole movie on itself with with
Austin Butler and all that.
Speaker 3 (01:03:50):
I say this all time.
Speaker 2 (01:03:51):
I think Emma Stone right now is the best actress
you can make a case for. It doesn't matter male
or female in the world. I like her in Eddington,
But the fact that it was a role I was like,
you could have got almost anybody to do this role,
Like like to me, when you got Emma Stone, like,
let's say you write that role and then almost Stone
agrees to me, you rewrite that street like maybe because
I get it's probably like a budgetary thing.
Speaker 3 (01:04:10):
But then the scenes you get.
Speaker 2 (01:04:11):
Her for him, like I feel like you like like
give her something a bit more to do with that
character when you have for And yeah, I don't know
if it was just they're trying to cause I think
I do think it's like the Nolan thing where I
bet a lot of those actors are working with Ari
definitely at like a discount because they probably like the
stuff he does, and he probably looks as like, oh great,
I can get a bump. But I'm very curious his
(01:04:32):
next movie, because I know he says he's doing a
horror movie. But like Bo Was Afraid and Editing both
like that were really big like financial disappointments for A
twenty four And because I remember there was this rumor
with A twenty four when they saw Bo Was Afraid,
they're like, I don't know, and they are kind of
like you should maybe shot this around and when no
one else bought it, they're like, well, because you gave
us Hereditary and mid some it was kind of like
(01:04:54):
A we'll do this for you, but it sounded like
A twenty four didn't really want it and anything. I
don't know why, because I I still think too like
part of the reasons, I just it's a personal thing.
Speaker 3 (01:05:03):
But I still just think feel they don't want to
go pay to watch a COVID movie right now.
Speaker 2 (01:05:05):
It's like they were not that far away. It's like
you're getting transport back to that time.
Speaker 3 (01:05:09):
And I think some.
Speaker 2 (01:05:10):
Aspects it does that really well, but I agree with
you some of other aspects. It's kind of all over
the place with the the like religious side and political
side and then just like the greater overall and.
Speaker 5 (01:05:20):
The ending that comes out of nowhere.
Speaker 2 (01:05:22):
Yeah, I that feels like our the astra though right
like Bo's Afraid?
Speaker 3 (01:05:26):
Is that too? Like that's it?
Speaker 5 (01:05:28):
And I feel like Bo's Afraid though it prepped you
more for that you were kind of like building up
to as Eddington felt more.
Speaker 6 (01:05:34):
Like this just.
Speaker 3 (01:05:38):
What prepped you for ahead, the paint.
Speaker 5 (01:05:40):
To drinking scene, the stuff going on in the first
the third. I'm not saying it was like one to one,
but it was more so aligned than with Eddington, where
it was eerily realistic and at the end just out
of nowhere. I'm not gonna spoil it, but you know what, it.
Speaker 2 (01:05:56):
Still says realistic though at least right there's no it
doesn't have that fact where it's not like a big
because I think that was a fantasy. But yeah, but
that's what surprised me because I thought for sure we
would go that route. So when Ari didn't go that round,
I was like, Oh, it's like a like a regular
like a regular movie in a sense. And then I
felt a little disappointed there because now I was prep
for this attic monster and there is no addict monster
(01:06:18):
in this movie.
Speaker 3 (01:06:18):
It's just like a kind of depressing ending. It's like, oh, okay, So.
Speaker 7 (01:06:21):
He did say he was making a Western and that
is how you into West.
Speaker 3 (01:06:25):
Yeah, I don't know think I hit yeah the ending
for sure.
Speaker 2 (01:06:28):
I don't think the whole movie, the movie that he
doesn't feel like other than being in the desert, doesn't
feel like a Western to me. I don't think he
nailed that that vibe per se. So I was gonna say, okay,
so how to drain and then Superman for and then
Eddington for those two Okay, but yeah, Anyton, yeah, I understand.
Speaker 3 (01:06:47):
So what about us Bobswe you got.
Speaker 12 (01:06:53):
For favorite one? I'm not really sure. Like I saw,
I didn't see that many movies, but a lot of.
Speaker 11 (01:07:00):
I enjoyed, like pretty much the same amount. Like I
gave a lot of them, like four out of fives.
I think if I had to pick a favorite one,
it'd probably be between probably Superman and Naked gun Oh. Yeah,
(01:07:20):
probably both together there because yeah both and and what
you guys are saying about about Superman is kind of
how I felt about like F four, which I'm pretty
sure I've always said before. It was only like I
just had like super like like like Superman. I was
excited for because just because it was James Gunn. But
(01:07:41):
since I'm not as much of a DC fan, I
didn't really know what really to expect there, and I
ended up enjoying it like way more than I thought
I would. And then for F four, I was expecting
it to be like really really good, and then I
had a lot of excitement for it, and then I
was just like really disappointed by it.
Speaker 3 (01:08:00):
Okay, that's fair.
Speaker 2 (01:08:02):
What about you, Dylan, Because they know there's couple you
skip this year, the bigger one, so I'm curious to
see what let's cook it.
Speaker 12 (01:08:08):
I also shout out a f one. I thought it
was really good.
Speaker 3 (01:08:11):
To you're on the pove camp.
Speaker 2 (01:08:13):
Okay, okay, I still see that.
Speaker 11 (01:08:18):
I will say it's just like it is pretty much
like every racing movie, Like it has like the same
beats as like every every single racing movie.
Speaker 12 (01:08:27):
But I just thought like the performances and characters were
really good.
Speaker 5 (01:08:33):
It's a very very well done version of what it's
trying to do.
Speaker 1 (01:08:37):
There you go, Yeah, there's a There's a few things
I haven't talked about yet because we haven't done a movie.
Been watching sequence in a little bit. I finally did
see Naked Gun and loved it, and just the laughs
per minute are the highest of the year, So it
was just a great time.
Speaker 2 (01:08:54):
I would say, what but that because I made Emily
watch it. The actor that pops up in the third
as wasn't that an amazing poll? Has everyone seen it done?
Speaker 5 (01:09:03):
Here?
Speaker 3 (01:09:05):
I won't say it.
Speaker 2 (01:09:06):
There's just like I'll say, the cameo from another action star.
Speaker 11 (01:09:10):
And the way they do it, it was just like
so hilariously because like I was laughing when it happened,
but then I was like, like, what is even happening,
and then the way they explained it is just like
it's just it made me laughing more.
Speaker 2 (01:09:23):
Yeah, because that was my favorite one, but I couldn't
tell Emily.
Speaker 3 (01:09:26):
So it's like I'm just gonna have to show you.
And it's done such weird. That's why I love like,
oh yeah, yeah, yeah, just so clever the whole movie.
Speaker 2 (01:09:33):
Like I don't know if forget another one, but man,
that was like a parody done the perfect way.
Speaker 3 (01:09:37):
So I'm glad. I'm glad you enjoyed that.
Speaker 1 (01:09:40):
And I forget if this came up on the pod,
but uh, The Roses. Has anyone seen The Roses yet?
Speaker 14 (01:09:46):
No?
Speaker 1 (01:09:48):
Coleman, I loved it. I had every time with that movie. Yeah,
super super funny, like over the top and like just
the right amount, some really nice visuals in there, and
then you know throw and like Samberg in there, and
like Kate McKinnon as well, who are like really, you know,
I'm obviously hilarious. Uh so yeah, I really really enjoyed
that one. I don't think I really have like a
(01:10:10):
I guess my least favorite war of the World's right,
because that came out summer.
Speaker 3 (01:10:14):
That's fair.
Speaker 7 (01:10:15):
Yeah, this is a Masterpiece.
Speaker 1 (01:10:19):
And then actually one other movie that came out earlier
this year, not a summer one. But has anyone seen
the assessment?
Speaker 5 (01:10:25):
No, No, I want.
Speaker 1 (01:10:28):
With Olsen? Yeah, I don't know where that like streaming
or Prime?
Speaker 3 (01:10:33):
Well for Canda, it's Prime. Yeah, yeah, it is worth it.
Speaker 1 (01:10:38):
It's a weird fricking movie. I I liked it, like
there's interesting world building going on, like the set designs
really cool. Acting is great, uh, at least for Candor
is like like crazy in that movie, which is a
super fun performance for her. So I like it. But
it's definitely not gonna be like a you know, top
five movie the year. For me, it comes Golden Gigs time.
(01:10:59):
But I'm when I'm more people have seen that. Definitely
post your thoughts on the discord because I'm curious what
others think. But I think that's literally all the summer movies.
I all the new things I saw this summer. It's
been a lot of still you know, finishing up the
nineteen ninety four's now into Tron and stuff, so I
haven't seen a ton of new things. But yeah, I.
Speaker 11 (01:11:18):
Also did see that a cot stealing movie. I don't
remember if I posted about like on on Discord. I thought,
I thought it was pretty good. The only thing was
and I don't really know if this is like good
or bad, but it felt way way longer than it
actually was, Like it's it's only.
Speaker 3 (01:11:36):
Like but it really like that's really good.
Speaker 11 (01:11:38):
But I think it's like like, yeah, that like so
much happens where it's like it could be like like
like like it literally happened to me that I thought
it was. I'd like read how long the movie was,
like I thought I'd read the wrong time because it's
like an hour forty and I was thinking like maybe
it was like one hundred and forty minutes or something
(01:12:00):
thing and I read it wrong, but it was like
I thought like two hours or more had gone by,
and I checked my watch and it had been.
Speaker 12 (01:12:06):
Like only an hour.
Speaker 11 (01:12:07):
But it's because so much happens in this in this
movie where it's like there's even something like something happens
that I thought was like like, oh, like this happened
after so much had already happened with this other character.
But then now I think about it, that event was
playing like the first like thirty minutes of the movie,
(01:12:27):
and I just felt like it had been building for
way longer than that.
Speaker 12 (01:12:31):
But okay, yeah, but I did. I did enjoy.
Speaker 11 (01:12:34):
I liked all of the actors. I think everyone's doing
fun performances.
Speaker 3 (01:12:40):
Yeah, I don't. I don't know how we got there.
Speaker 2 (01:12:41):
I don't think you tell them discord, but I think
we talked about it a little in the Gimmick because
I kept telling you, you don't watch the wrestler.
Speaker 3 (01:12:46):
Remember that's my prob watch the wrestling.
Speaker 12 (01:12:48):
After we ended the Yeah.
Speaker 3 (01:12:50):
The wrestler, man, I like.
Speaker 2 (01:12:53):
It's that's that's like like it's tough. I know, it's
like they're back to back. But the wrestler in Black Swan,
that's like pick and chill right there. That's like, you know,
he's had some other great ones, like Record for a Dream,
Obviestly Mother was not as like fine as Hour but Noah.
Speaker 3 (01:13:07):
Or yeah or I need to watch Noah again.
Speaker 2 (01:13:10):
But that's what I because I know it's like a
cult following of Defenders, but most people I think have
what you say Mike about uh No, it's.
Speaker 5 (01:13:21):
Not a terrible movie. It's just like a weird sore
thumb in his filmography.
Speaker 2 (01:13:24):
I feel like, is it worse than The Mother thought it.
Speaker 5 (01:13:31):
Feels more like a Aaron Aronofsky movie than Noah does
about Mother.
Speaker 2 (01:13:35):
Well, that's what I'm curious, because I will see it
with Cott stealing to me. When I saw the previews,
it didn't look like Aaron Osky at all. That's what
was surprising me.
Speaker 7 (01:13:43):
It's definitely mainstream.
Speaker 3 (01:13:45):
That's disappointing because.
Speaker 11 (01:13:46):
Now it does get like pretty dark and sad. But like,
I think the trailers played it up more to be like.
Speaker 9 (01:13:54):
A sort of I'm trying to think what director liked
David Lee, not like David Lee, but like what's the
Kingsman director? Oh yeah, I feel like the Tis played
up more to be that sort of thing.
Speaker 11 (01:14:10):
Yeah, okay, but I mean there is like humor definitely,
but obviously I think like the contents of the story
are like some pretty brutal stuff goes on.
Speaker 2 (01:14:20):
Yeah, I just like get depressed with some of these
directors right now in the way Holly works.
Speaker 3 (01:14:24):
Is you got that?
Speaker 2 (01:14:25):
And then like I guess you called It's like I'm
not a fan of some supposedly he's remaking Kujo and
I'm like, really, like that's what he's doing. Isn't he
remaking Kujo? It's him or somebody else. I thought it's
somebody else. I could be wrong, but it's another director
that I'm like, oh, I don't think And when I
hear James Gunn being like, yeah, I'm talking about plastic Man,
I'm like, I don't need Darren iron Oskin plastic.
Speaker 3 (01:14:47):
Man, Like I don't need that.
Speaker 2 (01:14:51):
But but that's why it is, just because some of
these directors, Like that's where like some people made a
really good point that.
Speaker 3 (01:14:56):
I don't know if it should have happened, but ten.
Speaker 2 (01:14:58):
Years ago is Steven Spielberg one director called Duty movie
that would have happened that, like there would have been no, oh,
we're gonna turn you down. Sorry, Steven go away. Like
that's crazy that we're in the same thing. Maritu Scriskezi
like it always comes to like sometimes he doesn't get
the funding from certain places.
Speaker 3 (01:15:14):
Luckily Apple's supposedly funding the next movie.
Speaker 2 (01:15:16):
But it's just we're in that era where a lot
of these guys, I feel like I have to do
a lot of a lot of it used to be
one for you, one for me. I feel like there's
a lot of one for all you going on right now.
Speaker 3 (01:15:26):
Unfortunately, so you know.
Speaker 1 (01:15:28):
Has anyone seen Toxic of Indry yet?
Speaker 7 (01:15:31):
Yeah, that was fun. It's exactly what you expect it
to be.
Speaker 3 (01:15:35):
Okay, good, it's a lot.
Speaker 1 (01:15:38):
I expect it to be. To be honest, I have not,
but I love that director's last movie like a lot.
Speaker 7 (01:15:45):
So I'm I'm very it's gross and.
Speaker 1 (01:15:49):
I'll check it out streaming.
Speaker 11 (01:15:50):
What was the whole story with with talks of Avenger,
Like the movie itself was like it wasn't gonna get
released or something.
Speaker 12 (01:15:57):
I remember there being something that I don't remember the
details of it.
Speaker 2 (01:16:00):
I think the company that produced it thought it was
going to be more like losing more money by releasing it,
so I think it sat on the shelf for about
two years, and then another company bought it from them.
Speaker 3 (01:16:09):
I think they still did end up.
Speaker 8 (01:16:11):
Losing longer than two years because Jacob turned blazing it
and he's like yeah, oh really okay, yeah yeah, And
he's in wet Life of Chuck, so it's like he
doesn't even look like the same pert.
Speaker 3 (01:16:22):
Yeah Life of Chuck.
Speaker 2 (01:16:22):
He's looking real, not not like an old man, but
just like you're the kid from Room. Oh my god,
like that that makes me feel older than anything. But yeah,
I think it was like The Bugs Bunny blew the
world up, like some company came in bought it and
then released it.
Speaker 3 (01:16:36):
And yeah, I think we did get here.
Speaker 2 (01:16:39):
But I think they just played it for like a
week and I didn't have time to see it because
it was semi interested.
Speaker 3 (01:16:44):
But there's lots going on in the summer. But yeah,
I think it did. It just kind of out like
a Okay, I definitely check out.
Speaker 5 (01:16:51):
I've seen that Elijah Wood picture of him looking like
the penguin for like three years now. That's the one.
Speaker 3 (01:16:55):
Yeah, that's like the Brendan.
Speaker 2 (01:16:56):
Fraser Whale photo. There's another Aaron Oscar movie, The Whale.
Speaker 3 (01:16:59):
I I love the way.
Speaker 2 (01:17:01):
I know a lot of people are like, don't like
it for certain reasons, but I loved it, love Frasier
in it. Like I just, uh, I just want to
keep doing that type of stuff. But I did think
of one though I forgot. I mean to take Superman
Away Man Happy Gilmore two.
Speaker 3 (01:17:16):
Always that that was rough. I remembered it. I remember
when someone mentioned some other streaming movie. I was like, right,
Happy Gilmore too.
Speaker 2 (01:17:25):
That was that was That was a tough, really tough
watch for me, and it sucks to me, like started
okay and then just a nose and not that it
was a surprise because I think we all thought that,
but I think that's what paid me. When the first
like twenty five to thirty was I think like maybe
like a seven out of ten and me a happy
Gilmour sequel seven out of ten. Yeah, I'll take that
(01:17:46):
all day long. But then it progressively everything after.
Speaker 5 (01:17:49):
The Margaret Margaret quality scene was done.
Speaker 3 (01:17:52):
I agree.
Speaker 2 (01:17:53):
I agree, that's like that's when the movie shifted. She
like it was like the substance she like sucked up
all the quality and then left like yeah, and I
just I'll say it again, I just hate movies. I'm
not trying to say like Star Wars, but hate movies.
It's just like every single new character it was related
to one the old characters, like I'm so and So's daughter,
I'm so so skid.
Speaker 12 (01:18:12):
Like that's like the the what Naked Gun did as
a joke.
Speaker 2 (01:18:15):
Yeah right, yeah, that was done well because we get
that so much, like I can care about you have
eminem he doesn't have to be like I'm the jackasses
Son's like it's just haven't played eminel Like I didn't
even know.
Speaker 5 (01:18:27):
That was eminent until after I was like, why are
we spending so much.
Speaker 3 (01:18:30):
Time with this guy?
Speaker 5 (01:18:31):
Because because he's related to the guy from the first movie,
And I realized that was eminem What.
Speaker 3 (01:18:36):
Yeah, Taylor, what do you? Who do you got over there?
Speaker 2 (01:18:39):
Well?
Speaker 1 (01:18:39):
What do you?
Speaker 3 (01:18:39):
What do you? What do you got in your mouth? Actually?
And then when you got for your mouth, Yeah, you
had some in your mouth. What are you eating over there? Uh?
Speaker 4 (01:18:46):
The pumpkin pot, pumpkin pie blizzard. Oh, it's back, It's
back every year.
Speaker 6 (01:18:51):
I got it. I gotta get sneak in and get it.
It's so good.
Speaker 2 (01:18:54):
I'll calm down. It's okay, but yeah, I'll have to
get that at some point. But yeah, what's your family
this summer? So you got from Oh I didn't say
my fare is twenty years later. I was brandon enough
about that, but it came out on the day summer
start of June twentieth.
Speaker 3 (01:19:08):
So I'm saying it counts, and yeah, that's still my
movie the year right now.
Speaker 1 (01:19:11):
That might be my top one fifth counts.
Speaker 2 (01:19:13):
Yeah, yeah, So what'll oh they said be that for Halloween.
I'm like, I don't know what I can be Mike,
I don't know which character from that movie.
Speaker 5 (01:19:23):
That's the school tower on the post story.
Speaker 2 (01:19:27):
Yeah, I'll b ray fines and poll skull towers around
like I can't be anybody else.
Speaker 3 (01:19:32):
But yeah, what do you got over there?
Speaker 7 (01:19:35):
Oh?
Speaker 4 (01:19:35):
You know what I'm gonna say, Fantastic four. I was
just really really surprised with Fantastic four, and I'm just
riding high off of that, and it's coming out actually
on its thru vod soon and I think twenty third.
Speaker 6 (01:19:47):
Yeah, that's when when it drops hard copy.
Speaker 4 (01:19:49):
I'm gonna pick up a hard copy of that because
I really really loved that movie.
Speaker 6 (01:19:52):
It was a good time and I'm excited.
Speaker 3 (01:19:53):
To rewatch it.
Speaker 4 (01:19:56):
Yeah, I just I think it's it was a damn
good time. But you you took my us, or at least
I'm with you.
Speaker 6 (01:20:01):
Happy.
Speaker 4 (01:20:01):
Gid War two is absolutely just my least favorite, just
because I that first one. It's not like the perfect movie,
but it's got a lot of nostalgia for me and
just you know, ever since then, just lots of laughs
and memories and stuff like that from from that film,
and I feel like they just really hacked it up
a little bit with the sequel that I've I've met
(01:20:22):
a few people that are.
Speaker 6 (01:20:22):
Like, oh, you know, happy go more to just kid
out all it was good.
Speaker 4 (01:20:26):
I'm just like grin in my teeth, like oh you
like that, Like, oh that's great.
Speaker 5 (01:20:32):
But some people who are really defending it that movie.
Speaker 3 (01:20:35):
There are some there lost individuals.
Speaker 7 (01:20:38):
Person. I haven't seen the first one, so I'm not
going to watch.
Speaker 4 (01:20:42):
Yeah, I will shout out the Materialists, so that's another
one that I have to see.
Speaker 8 (01:20:47):
That still that one yet, I've tried to hold up
a couple of times. So it's just not really it
seems that interesting.
Speaker 7 (01:20:53):
So I haven't made myself watch it yet.
Speaker 2 (01:20:59):
That's not glowing reviews because because that's funny because Dylan,
I know you liked Past Lives a lot, and then
April did you like Past Life?
Speaker 8 (01:21:06):
It was fine at some point, Oh, I think it's
a really well made movie.
Speaker 7 (01:21:10):
It's just not for me. I just don't like Romance.
To be honest, I liked.
Speaker 5 (01:21:16):
Materials more than Past Lives.
Speaker 7 (01:21:18):
Really, Okay, that's definitely see it at some point. I
just haven't got around to it yet.
Speaker 2 (01:21:22):
Yeah, because I like pass Lize a lot, but I
wasn't the when people are like this is the movie year.
I wasn't on that band wing. I was like, okay,
slow down, like I like when she got nominated for
a screen ran. I was like, hey, that's that's about
when people were mad about oh Best Picture Director. Is like,
I can't get on that with the talent we have,
I can't get on that bandwag. But you said you're
gonna pick up a hard cop. You have to ask you,
where is this for your steel book?
Speaker 3 (01:21:44):
Now?
Speaker 2 (01:21:45):
The problem is, I don't know because it's out there,
if it's on set or what the deal is. But
you're like in that more than the.
Speaker 4 (01:21:49):
Drugt I just you pop that up as soon as
I like put a dose of pumpkin pipe blues in
my mouth. It is like the double whammy of just
this is that's really really good. I love that design
so much. And yeah, people haven't seen you should pull
up the Jurassic World one because it's just horrendous.
Speaker 6 (01:22:04):
What a fuck.
Speaker 5 (01:22:07):
I will?
Speaker 2 (01:22:08):
I think I saw they re release them too, like
they got they put more in re release, well, like
they sold more coffees. So I was laughing because I
thought they were gonna.
Speaker 3 (01:22:16):
Do I thought they were going to do like a
new case. But they didn't. Okay, I do have it.
Speaker 12 (01:22:22):
Here saying he hates the Jurassic World one. So I
got mine and you can get it.
Speaker 6 (01:22:29):
I got that four K right here at Ultra HD
with the Blu ray. But you know what I'm gonna do.
Speaker 4 (01:22:33):
I just I just figured this out. People make custom steelcases,
because I've been you know, maybe may or not have
reached out to a guy that makes custom ones for Adrenochrome,
might see a steelcase come for that. But I've been
looking around on like the Etsy shop and I'm trying
to see maybe I might just buy like a custom
good rebirth steelcase and just pop the discs into that,
and then Bob's your uncle, right.
Speaker 3 (01:22:55):
Your uncle, Grandpa's Bob, But no, my uncle.
Speaker 2 (01:22:58):
I'm trying to find a full I keep getting a
lot of keep getting a lot of the small images
of it, but it is a truly terrible one. So
I will I will find at some point one more.
Dot se just sucks ass because they just won't let
me open up any website. It's really like I'm trying
to open something up here and it's just the fight of.
Speaker 3 (01:23:18):
My life here.
Speaker 2 (01:23:20):
It's like trying to get tear swift tickets just to
open up a link on Walmart dot s.
Speaker 3 (01:23:24):
Okay, I got a bigger image because I remember Taylor.
Speaker 2 (01:23:26):
Was pretty disappointed when this came out here. But uh,
I can't get rid of the full ad.
Speaker 3 (01:23:30):
But there we go. Yeah, there's the I'll go up
a little bit.
Speaker 7 (01:23:35):
That's still there.
Speaker 3 (01:23:36):
Yeah, it's it's literally just like an just an like
steal book.
Speaker 2 (01:23:39):
You're supposed to like take some time and curate it
like like same thing that text.
Speaker 4 (01:23:45):
Yes, well it felt the logo got the love on
that top right corner. So it's seventy bucks probably after
taxes and everything, sixty.
Speaker 2 (01:23:53):
Eight delivery to dollars and twenty so yeah, it's gonna
be seventy bucks for that image right there.
Speaker 4 (01:23:59):
Not even the digital copy anymore, you know what. That's
what fucking bothers me is these movies don't have digital
copies anymore. Like it's a fucking joke. I think you
should throw it all in there. I want the DVD,
I want the Blu Ray, and I want the digital.
Speaker 3 (01:24:09):
Cop I lose money that way if they do.
Speaker 6 (01:24:11):
I don't care. I'm paying them. I'm giving them their job.
Speaker 3 (01:24:14):
And they those I pay for your house.
Speaker 1 (01:24:20):
I wonder if it's like a thing with like the
streaming services, like they can't give me the digital code
so that people are forced to go to one of
the streaming.
Speaker 5 (01:24:28):
Where do you even get those? Wo you even enter
those codes? Anyways? Nowadays? I remember there was a place
where you used to always go, but I think it
didn't they like shut down or something at one point.
Speaker 6 (01:24:38):
Yeah, they they they changed them.
Speaker 4 (01:24:40):
I feel like every few years when you do get one,
but usually you can redeem it to you can redeem
it to Google so like YouTube movies, or you could
redeem it to Apple.
Speaker 6 (01:24:51):
Those are the two that I know of because.
Speaker 5 (01:24:54):
I have a bunch of you used to have those.
I never use them.
Speaker 11 (01:24:57):
There were like two other ones. There's like the MOO
Movies Anywhere, and.
Speaker 7 (01:25:01):
Then I think that's the one that's gone.
Speaker 12 (01:25:03):
Yeah, and then.
Speaker 11 (01:25:04):
There's like some other one that like, yeah, I like
bought movies anywere or something like that, because I remember
there's like a thing it's like, oh, you need to
make an account on the new one if you want
to like merge your library or something like that.
Speaker 4 (01:25:17):
It's just really nice though, just when you like, yes
you got the hard copy, but if you don't feel
like just grabbing a disc go from under your bed,
popping into your DVD player or your Xbox PlayStation whatever.
Speaker 6 (01:25:27):
You just go, oh, it's on my YouTube movies and
just clicking there and then.
Speaker 5 (01:25:31):
You know, you could you could probably find some links
that could help you with that, just saying.
Speaker 4 (01:25:35):
Oh, you know, I'm sure that there's some out there,
but that's a whole other step.
Speaker 6 (01:25:39):
You know, a VPN and everything like that, So.
Speaker 2 (01:25:43):
Need a VPN. Streaming is legal here in Canada. I
think it's a I think it's illegal there in America,
but we are. You're allowed to stream in Canada. That's
not against the law here.
Speaker 3 (01:25:52):
Tuarrantine is against the law.
Speaker 2 (01:25:53):
But you can stream like a movie that came out
today in Canada and you can't be arrested for it.
Speaker 6 (01:25:58):
Yeah, they don't change the law like they like this
has been going.
Speaker 3 (01:26:02):
They don't change the.
Speaker 5 (01:26:03):
Law, but they didn't.
Speaker 3 (01:26:05):
They can change laws.
Speaker 2 (01:26:08):
Yes, the laws can change, but I don't know if
they're cracking down on the streaming wars right now.
Speaker 8 (01:26:13):
Yeah, I think our government is currently too busy the laws.
Speaker 2 (01:26:23):
Yeah, be careful, Yeah, the streaming though it might turn
like the death been only over there at some point,
I don't know. You gotta be careful. So, yeah, what
are you looking up to? What are you what are
you trying to find?
Speaker 6 (01:26:32):
I'm just looking.
Speaker 4 (01:26:33):
But you know, my sources on this or not as
strong as my cryptoclues sources.
Speaker 2 (01:26:37):
So I asked you if you want to because do
you you were talking to me about this, do you
have anything to bring up with any of this alien
stuff that's been happening this.
Speaker 3 (01:26:44):
Week or stuff, because you're like, we gotta talk, you
talk about any of this.
Speaker 6 (01:26:50):
I'd like to talk about some of those.
Speaker 3 (01:26:52):
He's not like, you know something he's not supposed.
Speaker 4 (01:26:55):
To if my camera feed goes down, guys, oh no.
Speaker 1 (01:27:02):
No, Taylor, quick question for you. Have you ever seen
the starlightk Starlink satellite?
Speaker 6 (01:27:09):
Yes?
Speaker 1 (01:27:10):
Did you know it was before you saw it? Or
were you tripped out like I was the first time.
Speaker 4 (01:27:13):
I wasn't tripped out. I thought it was interesting to
see in person. Everyone around us was tripping out. I
was like, calm down, Calm the fuck down. Had to
reassure everyone. So it was last year and we were
at the corn Maze and Vernon the Haunted one, and
we're just setting in line and uh, yeah, like just
look up and you just see like the row of
all the lights just moving.
Speaker 6 (01:27:32):
It was really really cool.
Speaker 4 (01:27:33):
It was really neat to see this like Unison satellite
formation going. But yeah, people just see it like, oh,
just start freaking out and.
Speaker 6 (01:27:41):
Losing their minds. But it's Halloween, so to eat his own.
Speaker 12 (01:27:43):
That's true.
Speaker 1 (01:27:44):
I mean, well I didn't know that's what it looked like,
so I was like, why is there a fucking train
in the sky? I was freaking out.
Speaker 5 (01:27:52):
Happening.
Speaker 4 (01:27:56):
But in regards to the alien stuff, yeah, there's been
some crazy things going on now, and I'm gonna pull
up the one I'm gonna share.
Speaker 6 (01:28:04):
I'm gonna share some footage with you guys because this
is some wild ship.
Speaker 4 (01:28:07):
So the first thing you guys can think about is.
Speaker 1 (01:28:10):
Uh, charge.
Speaker 3 (01:28:17):
You talk about this?
Speaker 5 (01:28:18):
Tom?
Speaker 3 (01:28:18):
Are you taking nap?
Speaker 12 (01:28:22):
So?
Speaker 4 (01:28:23):
On the National Archives website, some photos leaked of supposed
air Roswell incident where it shows like the crash site,
it shows.
Speaker 6 (01:28:32):
What looks like a spaceship, which is very very cool.
Speaker 4 (01:28:35):
On top of that, those crater unfortunately not Uh. The
other thing that popped off was every so often they
tackle a congressional hearing in the States where all these
people come together and these political figures and whatnot, and
they talked to civilians and people in the army and whatnot,
(01:28:56):
and they just gather information here, accounts and stuff all
regarding UAPs, extraterrestrial stuff and everything like that, and some
of the stuff that you know under oath, if you
want to take that for what it is. They're talking,
you know, about their experiences in the military, and these
are high ranking military officials, and they're sharing very interesting details.
Speaker 6 (01:29:14):
Not a lot of stuff that they can.
Speaker 3 (01:29:16):
Share, but there's there's some.
Speaker 4 (01:29:19):
Really crazy things that they they will bring up. But again,
lots of stuff that they can't bring up either because
there's a you know, certain black tape over it.
Speaker 6 (01:29:30):
But I'm gonna share some footage that was just.
Speaker 4 (01:29:33):
Recently popped off at the last congressional hearing.
Speaker 6 (01:29:37):
And this is just some wild stuff because when I
saw this, I thought, what are they? What are we doing?
Speaker 4 (01:29:42):
And I was telling Travis about this. I don't know
if you've seen this yet, Travis, I'll still no.
Speaker 6 (01:29:46):
Ihead here, Okay.
Speaker 4 (01:29:49):
So so here's here's the object that they've locked on.
Speaker 6 (01:29:56):
What are we looking now?
Speaker 4 (01:29:57):
So this right here is the unidentified object flying and.
Speaker 1 (01:30:03):
What you're gonna see though, like what is the what
is the rest of it?
Speaker 4 (01:30:06):
This is using I'm assuming some sort of like flur
or like infrared kind of This is the kind of
stuff that you'll see them using in the military. But
I can't speak to this equipment very well because I'm
not for a professional militarist. But they use this for
basically like laser targeting. So that's how they locked onto it.
And when they lock onto this, then they can basically
(01:30:28):
have your like a missile latch onto it too. If
you remember a top Gun the sequel where they're trying
to Maverick thank you. They're flying the jets and they
got to basically have one guy use this kind of
similar camera style and lock on with his laser onto
the target area, and then the guy can like shoot
the missile and like hit the target. So this is
(01:30:49):
a form of lock on, and you're gonna see a
missile shoot from the left side over here. It's gonna
come in. It's going to ping off of this object,
and then the object will have boom there comes then
there's some debris, but it still moves in formation.
Speaker 6 (01:31:04):
It's not falling. It's just kind of moveing away, and
it's like, what the hell?
Speaker 1 (01:31:10):
Yeah, right, because it's in the atmosphere or like in space.
Speaker 6 (01:31:14):
That's in the atmosphere.
Speaker 3 (01:31:15):
Yeah, water.
Speaker 8 (01:31:17):
Yeah.
Speaker 2 (01:31:17):
Because me and Taylor gotten a debate about this because
I like, he's like, oh, why would you even shoot
something like that? But I was like, well, if it
is an unidentified object and they're not responding, you Like
I was like, I'm not saying one hundred percent, I
don't want to make the call, but I could see
why you would make the call and.
Speaker 3 (01:31:31):
Shoot said thing. You know. To me, that's just like,
I don't know, makes sense.
Speaker 2 (01:31:36):
I we don't cause I Taylor likes to think that
these things are gonna be friendly and everything that not all.
Speaker 3 (01:31:42):
Of us, but not all. I just feel like you
don't like I don't know.
Speaker 2 (01:31:47):
I guess you make the risk if you shoot something
and then then you could start a war.
Speaker 3 (01:31:50):
But then Taylor's sharing some files.
Speaker 2 (01:31:53):
With me, like from nineteen eighty nine where they supposedly
caught one of these little guys and they were but
they said he was like not he was not knowing
the nice ones, as they would say, not a nice alien.
Speaker 4 (01:32:03):
So if a missile hits its target, it's gonna explode, right,
there's anything about this is uh that missile hits and
it pings, it pings off and just keeps going. It
doesn't explode three like very symmetrically sized things and then
they all stick together and there and therefore little teeth.
So the thing with that, Travis is there's so many
(01:32:25):
zany conspiracies out there.
Speaker 6 (01:32:26):
When it comes next to terrestrial.
Speaker 4 (01:32:27):
But if you're looking at aliens here and like if
they've been around and they're perusing around for a while.
We have studies going back to the Biblical times where
people are saying these things and putting them into like
tapestry paintings and all this kind of stuff whatever, and
then more reports coming in later and later.
Speaker 6 (01:32:43):
But why would they just wait until now to attack?
If they were going to attack? Why not just why
not before?
Speaker 10 (01:32:53):
Yeah?
Speaker 6 (01:32:54):
All data? But what what data? Though?
Speaker 7 (01:32:58):
That was a world of the world tressed.
Speaker 6 (01:33:00):
Yeah you got me.
Speaker 3 (01:33:01):
I said that.
Speaker 2 (01:33:02):
What if it's like they're just like scoping out places
and it's like the classic movie trope where all their
world's going to crap and oh, they're gonna take over
this world. Because I said before, we're we're in all
like the world ending scenarios, COVID proved like we're gonna
we're lucky to survive that we're we're gonna lose, whether
it's this or whether it's AI, which I have to
ask you about done because one time it's some of
this Taylor and he because I think Taylor disagrees with me,
(01:33:24):
and I think he's like, oh, Dylan's with me. Do
you don't think AI could take over the world and
like terminator us like take us out.
Speaker 1 (01:33:31):
I mean, when I'm seeing some of these bots, these
robots online, it's a it's a little freaky, but I
know that that's like they're still being like all I
have to see is the entity.
Speaker 12 (01:33:42):
You know, the entity could do.
Speaker 2 (01:33:43):
It well for me, what's scary, It's like it was
last month they like gave this program some permissions or
they they didn't know they have the permissions, but they're
trying to hack into the government files.
Speaker 3 (01:33:54):
And then when they.
Speaker 2 (01:33:55):
Caught it well or it has certain job to do
with government files, but then it's start to go deeper
and they eventually did hit the kill switch and stop it.
But then when they asked the AI, why did that?
The AI lied to them and said, no, I wasn't
trying to do that. And I just feel like in
twenty like I legitimately do think the AI is going
I'm not trying to be conspiracy like, like I think
(01:34:16):
that whether it is AI or someone using an AI program,
Like I don't know if it's gonna end the world,
but I do think that can do some like big
time damage. AI scared and AI is the thing where
it's like, other than like helping me on photoshop, we
should not go any further with AI, Like I know
there's some there's some stuff it could do, but I
just worry, Like I just feel like we've seen this
(01:34:37):
movie so many times. I definitely a big fear monger
of that's gonna take us out.
Speaker 1 (01:34:42):
Yeah, I'm with you. I feel like a lot of
dangerous potential because it's also like it's extremely smart but
also extremely stupid at the same time, and that's like
not a good mix. So yeah, I'm I'm with you.
I could see that happening. Like just how much things
have progressed in the last couple of years alone is
kind of insane, and so like what does that mean,
like ten, fifteen, twenty years from now, so yeah, I could,
(01:35:03):
I could see that being a possibility.
Speaker 8 (01:35:05):
Personally, I think it's a little funny you think we're
gonna make it ten, fifteen, twenty years.
Speaker 2 (01:35:09):
But I like to be trying positive, you know, I
like to try and hope that that's gonna that's gonna happen.
Speaker 8 (01:35:13):
I mean, but my problem with AI is that it's
destroying the environment even faster than we were already. So
I think we'll completely destroy the planet before AI will
have a chance to take over.
Speaker 2 (01:35:23):
So then I guess we shouldn't shoot these aliens and
hope that they want to like adopt us or something.
Speaker 12 (01:35:27):
Yeah, you know, that's what I was gonna say.
Speaker 11 (01:35:29):
You know, the aliens there, they're scoping out, making sure
the AI is not doing anything yet so they can.
Speaker 12 (01:35:34):
Come in and help us take over.
Speaker 8 (01:35:38):
They're probably just making sure that we don't leave the
planet and go spread other places.
Speaker 3 (01:35:43):
Yeah, we're being contained.
Speaker 1 (01:35:44):
You know what I learned, because you know how you know,
if you Google something like Gemini is like automatically comes
up and it just gives you false information. If you
just do any Google search and then just put space
minus AI, it just removes AI from your Google Search
it's really handy.
Speaker 3 (01:36:01):
Like literally the minus symbol or the minus work.
Speaker 1 (01:36:03):
Yeah, literally the minus symbol of no space space after
your search, but then no space between the miners.
Speaker 11 (01:36:09):
Do it for images too, if you're just if you're
looking for an image of something you can do right too.
Speaker 3 (01:36:16):
Yeah, that comes up a lot now. Yeah.
Speaker 2 (01:36:18):
See, I feel like you misrepresented Dylan's thoughts.
Speaker 3 (01:36:21):
You made it sound like he was an Absolutely no.
Speaker 6 (01:36:23):
I thought it was a couple of years ago. We
were talking on Dylan.
Speaker 4 (01:36:26):
We're like, I'm not worried about an A couple of
years ago, two years, a lot of a lot of.
Speaker 12 (01:36:30):
Games, you could say. You could say it's like you're
talking to Dylan.
Speaker 11 (01:36:36):
In twenty nineteen about COVID and he was like, yeah,
I don't think it's gonna be a big problem.
Speaker 1 (01:36:41):
I was probably thinking about like the level nine CPUs
and Smash and like, oh, yeah, I'm not worried about AI.
Speaker 2 (01:36:46):
No, I keep dealing credit on COVID because Dylan and
Dylan and Amber were good on that. And then I
then I started listening to them, and then I remember
I had people around me when I was talking about it,
being like I don't need to shut down the boards
or everything that.
Speaker 3 (01:36:57):
I was like, no, I think now I've seen enough
where it's gonna get really bad. But no, Dylan, Dylan
was out on the cur there.
Speaker 2 (01:37:02):
But I just like that Taylor's quoting like possibly like
a drunk deal at the Custard home, Like I don't.
Speaker 3 (01:37:08):
Probably He's like, that's that's what he says, you know.
Speaker 5 (01:37:12):
So I mean, what was AI two years ago?
Speaker 11 (01:37:15):
Oh?
Speaker 2 (01:37:15):
Yeah, it was just like what people said like voice
modular stuff or like the images, and that's when they
were like clearly AI images, right, everything was messed up
were now like because what company?
Speaker 3 (01:37:27):
I can't remember.
Speaker 2 (01:37:28):
There is a company that just this month announced that
they are making an AI movie for thirty million dollars.
They're gonna animate it, they're gonna do all that stuff,
and then they're gonna get cast. I don't know if
there'll be big celebrities or not. And it's like a
company and not like a mass one like disre something,
but it is a company that.
Speaker 11 (01:37:43):
Happened like I know four was like we're doing like
an AI division or something like that.
Speaker 3 (01:37:50):
No, but I can't remember. It is somebody, but that's
gonna be the ten Like it's.
Speaker 5 (01:37:53):
Gotta be able to do. When I think what movie
company is gonna do that, first, I think Illumination.
Speaker 3 (01:37:57):
No, it's not even it's bad that big. It's something
more like I.
Speaker 11 (01:38:00):
Think Illumination is actually like even because I remember they
had a whole like I think when.
Speaker 3 (01:38:05):
They're against it actually right, Yeah.
Speaker 12 (01:38:08):
They had like a.
Speaker 11 (01:38:08):
Campaign that was like making fun of like it was
showing I remember what the ad was. It was like
showing like the six Finger people, and then it like
zoomed out and it was like the Minions. It's like, oh,
you're you're a dumb minion if you're if you're using
a Yes, I remember that.
Speaker 3 (01:38:25):
Uh, maybe it's let's see here.
Speaker 2 (01:38:28):
Open Ai is back. Okay, so no, I guess just
Open Ai and maybe someone's partner them. But yeah, Opening
Eye is back, new feature film made largely with AI
to prove that can make films faster and cheaper than Hollywood.
Speaker 3 (01:38:39):
It's gonna be thirty million.
Speaker 11 (01:38:41):
I think I saw somewhere that it's like, yeah, like
a fully AI made movie release in theaters, but it
was like in Turkey or something, and it was like
a huge bomb.
Speaker 2 (01:38:49):
Yeah, well that that that's what's gonna happen. Like that's
gonna be the test, Like when this when it comes
up to America, Like if it's a hit, it the
first and I guarantee what's gonna happen is at some
point we will get an AI movie that's a it,
and once that hits, it's like.
Speaker 3 (01:39:02):
No, i'm's not over. But the floodgates are off the right.
Speaker 2 (01:39:05):
So you're gonna see so much AI movie on streaming
and in theaters because it's just gonna be so much cheaper.
Speaker 5 (01:39:11):
It doesn't like the dream that like Monday, you'll be
able to just go on like Netflix or something and
it'll just be a screen that says, what do you
want to watch? And you just say what kind of
movie you want, to the actors you want, and like
in five minutes, boom, it just makes a movie for you.
Speaker 3 (01:39:25):
Yeah, that's probably the goal. But I don't want that.
Speaker 2 (01:39:29):
I would love like like I like like it's different
when you're writing cramies.
Speaker 3 (01:39:33):
Oh that's all this, But I don't want to sit
down and like, hey, here's this movie, make it for me,
you know, Like that just feels odd. But they are smart.
Speaker 2 (01:39:39):
To do the they like if they're trying to be
successful to do animated movies because I feel like those
are the people that will care the least, right like
with people with kids and family and see.
Speaker 12 (01:39:50):
What's like on YouTube shorts and stuff like that.
Speaker 3 (01:39:53):
It's like just like a and that's where they're smart.
Speaker 2 (01:39:56):
Where Yeah, let's just do animated kids movies, family movies,
and people will go and watch the drop them at
times when there's not anything else, Like I think that's
what's gonna happen.
Speaker 3 (01:40:04):
It's just a question of how big a hit. And
once we get a big hit, then it's gonna be everywhere.
Speaker 2 (01:40:08):
And yeah, I just hope it's I hope it's used correctly.
But and hopefully there are studios that just stay the
course and you.
Speaker 11 (01:40:15):
Know, use then it'd be hard to like, I don't know,
like mark your advertise them, Like if you don't really
have like a cast or like big studio behind it,
I don't know what you'd really like advertise, like if
if they were really like they made a fully AI
kids movie or whatever, Like what do you advertise if
(01:40:35):
you don't have like an actor, like actors sign on
because even for like kids movies, that's the stuff you
put in like trailers and stuff like that.
Speaker 2 (01:40:43):
Yeah, true, it is stuff like I wonder, like public
domain like uh, what is it steamboat Willie? And like
Batman in ten years like when that stuffs public domain,
you can literally make an AI animated Batman movie as
long as you.
Speaker 3 (01:40:57):
Make sure it stays within those twelve issues.
Speaker 2 (01:41:00):
That's the stuff where you could get like a kid,
cause the same thing is you just have to stay
within that issue. Right, No, no where in the way
in the Pooh Book doesn't have him killing Christopher Robin
and eating people, but like they can make that, right,
So the same way as all they really need is
they just keep that Batman designed.
Speaker 3 (01:41:14):
They can't call it Gotham, they can't do certain things.
Speaker 2 (01:41:17):
And then oh, look, they've been an animated Batman movie
that they can sell for whatever, you know.
Speaker 3 (01:41:22):
And then I'm sure Warner Brothers will be just passed
about that.
Speaker 2 (01:41:26):
Like I feel like that's gonna be such a that's
gonna be interesting too to see how other bigger companies.
Well it won't be actually, because it's just gonna be
bought out at this point, because we got that terrible
rumor today of Netflix trying to buy Warner Brothers a man.
Speaker 3 (01:41:39):
Oh, I that, Yeah, I would, that'll be better.
Speaker 1 (01:41:46):
How much Sus has gotten.
Speaker 5 (01:41:53):
They've been according away all these years for this moment.
Speaker 2 (01:41:56):
Yeah, Like I guess, like we'll see what happens when
Netflix the next few because obviously they did K Pop
and then Frankenstein's getting three weeks. I think Nine's out
is getting like five days. So like to me, as
law as like, like, don't get wrong, that would suck.
Paramount's sadly the better option, even though I think there's
a lot of things wrong with that. I don't want
anyone to buy them, right, because then we're down to
(01:42:17):
four just big studios and that's it. But when Netflix,
it just scares me that at any point, let's say
they bought them and they're doing theatrical stuff and they'll
just because they've gone through times where they start putting
some in theaters and they're like, no, we're not doing that.
Speaker 3 (01:42:29):
That hurts our model.
Speaker 2 (01:42:30):
You know, where you watch Netflix movies at home with
your family, and I like, I don't want to have
a day where there's like a two hundred million dollar
Batman movie and I can only watch it at home, Like,
and I don't think they would, but they could, right
if they really wanted to do a power movie.
Speaker 5 (01:42:43):
I don't think they want to release movies in theaters.
That the big test will be either if they don't
release K Pop Demon Hunters two in theaters, because that
is I think pretty much a guaranteed billion, and they
don't do that, then they clearly don't care about the theater.
Speaker 3 (01:42:56):
They rather have the subs, you know. And but that's
why I think they because it's tough.
Speaker 12 (01:43:01):
It depends. I think they will release in theaters. The
question is like how many, because.
Speaker 11 (01:43:07):
They might just be like, obviously not how long, so many,
so many movies. But it might be like we're putting
one movie in THEA because like this is the one
that's gonna make the most money, So only this one's
going in theaters.
Speaker 2 (01:43:18):
Like when I got I didn't get The Killer, but
I got fucking Red Notice or whatever with Rock and
Red Notice was everywhere.
Speaker 12 (01:43:25):
That must be like in their contract.
Speaker 5 (01:43:28):
Yeah, now that's only the second most watched Netflix original movie.
Speaker 3 (01:43:31):
Thank you, good for kar That.
Speaker 11 (01:43:33):
Number had to admit fake like that, like K Hunter
is the number. I can believe the Red Notice one.
I just don't believe it.
Speaker 3 (01:43:40):
The rock politics to get that number in there.
Speaker 2 (01:43:42):
He was making he had his whole he had the
whole bloodline, watching the Red Notice over and over again.
But yeah, and the other big I think that's my
worry is because I know next year Narnie is gonna
be in theaters and I think they're getting like a
like it's it's at least a month, maybe longer and
it might Yeah, I think it's maybe two months. So yeah, okay,
(01:44:02):
that sounds right. Yeah, that's six weeks. My worry is, like,
I know she's coming off Barbie. I just don't know
how Narnie is gonna do, am I if you were
to ask me? Because I never know, right, the fucking
Conjuring comes out, third biggest horror movie open all like
you never know what?
Speaker 7 (01:44:16):
Because I'm the only one that wasn't surprised by that.
People love it, and Lorraine.
Speaker 3 (01:44:19):
They do, but to be the third of all time,
that's crazy to me.
Speaker 8 (01:44:23):
Build it at this big finale that you're never going
to see them again and.
Speaker 3 (01:44:26):
Until they cut, I mean you are they're gonna come
back this, Yeah that's true.
Speaker 7 (01:44:31):
I just Patrick might be done. I get a younger version.
Speaker 2 (01:44:35):
Well, I just wonder if you put out the wonder
the younger version and doesn't do as well.
Speaker 3 (01:44:40):
Do they go back?
Speaker 2 (01:44:40):
You're like, you know what, there's there's another story, or
it's like, hey, AI so good, we can uh we
just de fake you you're younger again, you know, because.
Speaker 5 (01:44:48):
They could probably get them back if I know Patrick
is directing now, so they say, hey, we'll let you
direct the fifth one.
Speaker 2 (01:44:53):
Yeah, that could be a way, because that's why I
like those movies now, Like I love the Conjuring.
Speaker 3 (01:44:57):
That's the top ten.
Speaker 2 (01:44:58):
The rest have all been like fine, I haven't seen
the new this one, but that's the same thing. What
anyways gonna say with Narnia, Like, I really don't know
how that's gonna do. If you were put you know,
the gun in my head, I'd say, I think it's
not gonna do well.
Speaker 3 (01:45:07):
I don't know if people are dying from.
Speaker 12 (01:45:10):
The state of like the Narnia hype. Yeah, I mean
like they haven't done like.
Speaker 11 (01:45:15):
That because it's not like they had the movies. But
I feel like there hasn't been like any shows or anything,
you like. I don't think there hasn't been any really
new Narnia stuff.
Speaker 5 (01:45:25):
Really, it was it was just the movies and even
those movies, they released them in a weird way because
they would like skip books and the tighter was off.
Speaker 11 (01:45:33):
They're only like three yeah, then yeah, and then they
weren't like it was like.
Speaker 2 (01:45:39):
The first one was the biggest hit. Each of them
were like the first one way better than I thought.
That came out in two thousand and five, made seven
hundred and forty five million of the box off. That's
a major hit. But then I'll get PRIs because I
think that was a Christmas release too. Yeah, there's four
nineteen for Prince Caspian, so you're like getting that, like
half losing.
Speaker 3 (01:45:58):
And then Voyage of the Dawn that's a four fifteen.
That's not too.
Speaker 1 (01:46:02):
Bad to be a question. That freaking subtitle that's.
Speaker 2 (01:46:05):
Not even the full title too for somebody. Damn it, Taylor,
there you go.
Speaker 1 (01:46:12):
And I ripped up that Narnia GameCube game back in
the day. Oh my god.
Speaker 3 (01:46:16):
Oh yeah, I didn't even know they made that. Yeah,
so I really don't know, and that just scares me.
Speaker 2 (01:46:22):
As Let's say they buy Warner Brothers and like, oh yeah,
we're doing all this stuff and fucking big Dan Lynn
can finally run DC because he'd he's the president or
he's whatever CEO of Netflix right now, creative or something,
so he can out gun if he wants.
Speaker 3 (01:46:34):
But that's my worries. They put out in Narnia and
like bombs.
Speaker 2 (01:46:37):
Like, yeah, you know, we'll just keep that DC stuff
for the you know, Superman two, you can just release
next Tuesday, and you know whatever, We'll make it a mean.
Speaker 5 (01:46:45):
Harry Potter that's Warner Brothers. They would move that from
hbioda Netflix real quick. That that upcoming show.
Speaker 2 (01:46:50):
Absolutely and don't get me wrong, that would do massive
on Netflix, right, like a Harry Potter TV.
Speaker 3 (01:46:55):
Like, I still I know people are mad about it.
Speaker 2 (01:46:57):
I'm still in the camp that no matter I feel,
I think the Harry park Show will be I think
that's something where that fan base. Sure the Beast movies were,
but like the Game, the books, like that's still phenomenal.
Speaker 3 (01:47:07):
I think people just.
Speaker 2 (01:47:07):
Didn't care about those Beast characters. I think that's what
it comes down to, you, right, So it's just I
think that's gonna be big. But yeah, Harry Potter show
on Netflix, man, that that's gonna be recommended watching with
everything you watch, and then it's gonna be there.
Speaker 3 (01:47:20):
And they could do their eight partners and stuff.
Speaker 5 (01:47:22):
It would just take four years between seasons and they
would be in their forties by the end of it.
Speaker 2 (01:47:25):
But hey, you know, yeah, like Stranger Things all be
married by that point.
Speaker 8 (01:47:28):
But I have a question for you, really like that.
So Netflix by is HBO or WB whatever, I don't
like this. What do you think happens with WWN A w.
Speaker 3 (01:47:41):
Oh, I didn't even think about that. Yeah, I have.
Speaker 12 (01:47:46):
Tony Kanna press conferences.
Speaker 11 (01:47:48):
It's like the Snowman, the Hughie and Homelander meme where
they like bumping each.
Speaker 3 (01:47:52):
Other the thing for people that don't know.
Speaker 2 (01:47:56):
So Netflix has like a bunch of deals with w
W but then AW, their like competitor is on WB.
I think, unfortunately that they would just like see you later,
Tony Kahan, Like, I think, aw, they'd like let a
run out, or they'd be like, I don't think that.
Speaker 7 (01:48:12):
I think it depends on their contracts though we don't
know how long.
Speaker 3 (01:48:14):
Yeah, they'd have to let it run.
Speaker 2 (01:48:15):
I guess if they keep like if they buy Warbers,
I guess they keep the stations right like TBS and
T and T and stuff like.
Speaker 3 (01:48:22):
And Netflix doesn't have a cable channel right now, so.
Speaker 2 (01:48:24):
They would have two cable like and what's the sports
They have a sport or they had a sports network,
I thought, But yeah, I don't know what would happen
with any of that, And that's another reason why I don't. Obviously, though,
I actually don't know if that's.
Speaker 3 (01:48:38):
A good answer.
Speaker 2 (01:48:40):
Maybe the supercar does happen, we get that one big one,
but then April you'd have to be forced to watch
w B again.
Speaker 3 (01:48:45):
So that's that's the thing.
Speaker 2 (01:48:46):
We're in a tough spot, and there's lots of people
that don't want to do that, right They they're like
in those worlds where.
Speaker 1 (01:48:51):
They you know, April, are you a wrestling fan?
Speaker 7 (01:48:53):
Yeah?
Speaker 8 (01:48:53):
I only watch AW Okay, I don't think I knew
that fact about you.
Speaker 3 (01:48:57):
She lurks in the wrestling discord sometimes we got to
see react to.
Speaker 12 (01:49:02):
The laughing.
Speaker 2 (01:49:03):
But yeah, yeah, the only time she's in there is
that or if she's at a live show. We got
a picture, oh April aw tonight, So yeah, no, that
would be interesting. And that's the thing where I don't.
And same thing this is, I wonder if this is
just the two or if this is just the start, because.
Speaker 3 (01:49:20):
You still got Amazon, you got Apple, you get all these.
Speaker 11 (01:49:23):
Things Netflix WV and then Apple buys Netflix.
Speaker 3 (01:49:27):
Oh boy, they just let them.
Speaker 2 (01:49:29):
They just cant And that's the that's the scary thing
right where I think, but Jim Lely in twenty thirty years,
like the Alien Earth Show, they do have and unfortunately
that whole thing where it's just the corporations owning everything,
like Apple, Amazon and Google are gonna own every movie.
Like Martin Squire says he's going to be directing a
movie for Google and that movie, yeah, the cool movie,
you know. Yeah, just that's and that should be a
(01:49:52):
good like that's probably if the bio happens gives some
good material for the studio next season, I imagine too, because.
Speaker 5 (01:49:58):
That's also an interesting question because let's say Nefinlix does
by WB is HBO just like a thing of the past,
or do they like make like like on Disney plast.
Speaker 2 (01:50:08):
Like.
Speaker 11 (01:50:08):
I feel like it could be sort of like how
what is it when like Disney bombs like or like
Fox like they kind of just kept a lot of
that stuff just like kind of going just like under
a new Like I feel like Netflix wouldn't just like
shut down TNTN TVs and stuff like.
Speaker 2 (01:50:27):
And I think technically because it was like anti trust
things when they bought Fox, they didn't get like the Fox.
Speaker 15 (01:50:31):
TV station, right, So yeah, so I think it might
just be for like the IP which is again super weird,
where like you could watch I guess the plant that
Netflix makes sense, but if anywhere else.
Speaker 3 (01:50:41):
So, and I don't know, I'm not cheering for anybody.
I know people there.
Speaker 2 (01:50:46):
It seems like universals like the Underdog people are cheering
for the Comcast Like I think that's also a bit
more of like a political thing too, because they're not
as tied to.
Speaker 3 (01:50:54):
Certain people, so people are hoping for that.
Speaker 2 (01:50:56):
But I don't know, Like I think, at least quality wise,
if I had to pick, if it's not universal, I'm
kind of hoping it sounds bad. But I'm hoping Apple
like makes a play, because at least with F one
they still put big stuff like they put F one
theaters and when it's doing well, they're just like, yeah,
keep in theaters.
Speaker 3 (01:51:10):
It wasn't like a okay, have there for three days
and done.
Speaker 2 (01:51:13):
Like even the Tar Swift movie being out for three days,
it's like why only three days? Like it'll still just
keep making money like this whole Like same thing with
K Pop. The second it did good that weekend, they
should be like, hey, keep it in for one more week,
just keep going. So and that's where least Apple with
F one and other stuff they've shown, so like if
if it goes Apple, I know that, okay, theatrical, Like
I'm not gonna be watching The only way I can
(01:51:34):
watch The Dark Night four is on my iPhone, you know,
I could actually go see in the theater.
Speaker 3 (01:51:39):
Maybe they'll throw the money at Nolan will get them.
Speaker 5 (01:51:40):
But I'd also see that probably Apple has on average
the best TV output to.
Speaker 11 (01:51:46):
Y right now, and I feel like they can only
make like prestige TV shows.
Speaker 2 (01:51:51):
Yeah, yeah, and that's yeah. And that's the thing too,
Like I don't know what happens with all that stuff.
I know so many people think that gun in the
DC are gonna be safe, and I hope for their
sake it is. But people don't know how studio execs work,
you know. It's just like it's the same thing if
like even we're talking about Big Dan Lynn, like he
like he like Zack Snyder left w B and he
(01:52:12):
did the Netflix, he did Army the Dead and he
did Rebel Moon stuff. And then Big Dan Lynn, who's
not a fan of Zack Snyder's work, becomes the chief
Cray of whatever content officer. And then all of a sudden,
like I think there's other reasons, but like Rel Moon three,
that's not happening. All the spinoffs for a Army of
the Dead that's not happening. So it's like, what if
this guy whoever gets it, what if at some dinner party,
(01:52:33):
James Gonna made some joke about his shoes and he's like, fuck.
Speaker 3 (01:52:35):
James Gun Like I don't. But there's those like we've heard.
Speaker 2 (01:52:42):
The tweets again, you know, like but we've heard stories
of people being caddie, like a tumble one trest told
you where they didn't let Fight You Need a Black
Panther movie for five years because they said I won't
sell toys.
Speaker 3 (01:52:52):
It's like, there's all takes.
Speaker 2 (01:52:54):
This one studio had to be like, you know what,
I don't like this guy, you know, like I didn't
really like. My kids saw The Batman and it scared them.
So you know what, Matt reeves, We're not gonna let
you make The Batman Part two. You know, like that's
that's all it takes.
Speaker 11 (01:53:07):
That's like the well, you know, like the supposed story
of why WrestleMania moved till later in April.
Speaker 12 (01:53:13):
Because Nick kN the president of TK or.
Speaker 11 (01:53:17):
Whatever, went to that WrestleMania in Philadelphia in early April
and he thought it was too cold.
Speaker 3 (01:53:23):
Oh I do remember that, right, that's the.
Speaker 11 (01:53:26):
Supposed story of why they moved it, because he went
It's like because he sits in the corner, you know,
stare glaring at whether it's whether it's a boxing er,
sisters stirring, and yet I thought he thought it was
too cold, so he said, yeah, move it.
Speaker 3 (01:53:41):
And that's what I mean.
Speaker 2 (01:53:42):
It's literally that's a multi three like nine figure like
or even bigger than that deal that they do this,
and it's like because some guy's cold, he's like, yeah,
let's go somewhere else later time.
Speaker 3 (01:53:53):
Like it's all takes.
Speaker 5 (01:53:54):
Like the start of how the original Star Trek got
canceled is because they had the choice between that or
another show, and because the TV studio head's wife preferred
the other show, they kept that one step Star Trek.
Speaker 3 (01:54:06):
That's what I mean.
Speaker 2 (01:54:07):
Like that that's where it's just it's just like what
if this guy's wife watched the first episode Peacemaker and
really hate the orgy scene, right, like, Mark, we can't
have that on our network. It's just that's I just
I don't know, Like I guess you're probably fucking with
a paramount. I hear there's some there's some stuff happening
in nineteen twenty three that's like pretty on the verge
of being uh, pretty dark sexually.
Speaker 3 (01:54:29):
In nineteen twenty three, isn't there or is it the
other show there?
Speaker 4 (01:54:32):
I mean, there's definitely like they they highlight things about
rape and just you know, the problems of being a
woman in that period of time.
Speaker 6 (01:54:40):
It can get pretty graphic. It's yeah, it's refer with
that show.
Speaker 3 (01:54:44):
So that's right. Yeah, I don't know.
Speaker 2 (01:54:45):
It's just and we're uncharted territories. But I just don't
know if this is the beginning or it's gonna be.
What I worry about, What does happen ww with what's
happening with football now? Where Tom Brady's kind of retirement
to go play one game in Saudi Arabia, Like.
Speaker 3 (01:55:01):
Because they April.
Speaker 2 (01:55:02):
They paid so much money, Like yeah, yeah, because like
because April.
Speaker 3 (01:55:06):
I don't know, if you follow this, but a s Bubbs.
Speaker 2 (01:55:08):
He shared this in the Wrestling Discord where it's like
the deal they're getting for that Saudi WrestleMania is more
than like all the WrestleManias combined, like all the thirty
and it's just like.
Speaker 11 (01:55:17):
Because it's like I think it's like every WrestleMania ever combined.
Speaker 12 (01:55:22):
The revenue is five hundred million.
Speaker 11 (01:55:24):
Dollars just off the Crown Jewel shows and stuff like that.
They've already made like six hundred and fifty million dollars
and then for WrestleMania, just the WrestleMania show.
Speaker 12 (01:55:35):
Or like that three week I guess it was like.
Speaker 2 (01:55:38):
Two hundred okay, and the rumbles and Rubion and it's
just crazy. But that's why they just have this oil
money and don't get because remember too, I don't. I didn't, Dylan,
you might remember this more, didn't Embracer group have some
ties to Saudi Ravers something like that when they came
in and bought a bunch of game stuff and they.
Speaker 11 (01:55:56):
Remember they have co like owned by yeah, and they
bought like the rights they bought the rights to the
Lord of the Rings up.
Speaker 3 (01:56:02):
But then just partner Warmbros.
Speaker 1 (01:56:04):
Again, like there's some weird things like like you'd be
like randomly Assassin's creed mirage is getting like a Saudi
Rabi like DLC or something that's that's like it's so weird.
It's so specific this range. So there's a lot. Yeah,
their tendrils are everywhere right now, like in every space,
even like this, they could finds that are like super
controversial because you know they take it. Take a bag
(01:56:25):
from them for like one.
Speaker 11 (01:56:26):
Yeah, they can just offer like as much money as
they want to any literally.
Speaker 3 (01:56:31):
A blank check.
Speaker 2 (01:56:31):
Yeah, and that's the thing where it's just like when
do you starves? I remember what happened is they gave
them this card of what the matches they wanted, and
like twenty five percent the wrestlers were dead.
Speaker 3 (01:56:42):
They didn't even know.
Speaker 2 (01:56:43):
They's like I want to see Yoko Zuna. I want
to see and they're like, well you can't. And that's
why it's sort of like, well, we got his son,
we got his like his daughter and stuff like.
Speaker 11 (01:56:51):
This is kind of I think their requests were like
the face line is the they on like Yoko Zuna and.
Speaker 12 (01:56:57):
Like the Ultimate Warriors.
Speaker 1 (01:56:58):
Yeah.
Speaker 11 (01:56:59):
Also yeah, for Yokozuna, they just got like some like
sumo guy, and I think it wasn't even that it
was like.
Speaker 12 (01:57:06):
A retired sumo wrestler.
Speaker 11 (01:57:08):
You're just like they gave him a check and then
for Ultimate Warrior they got because now it's like there's
like if you go to like that Greatest Rower Rumble,
there's just like some jacked dude from like NXT who
I think is supposed to be like supposed to be
the Ultimate war Guy.
Speaker 12 (01:57:22):
If you look at him, that's like the only match.
Speaker 11 (01:57:24):
He like ever wrestled. Like, so I think they just
like went to the PC where like who the was
jacked guy here? Doesn't matter if his experience, yeah, you know,
I send him out there. So that's like his only
match is just like the Greatest Rower Rumble.
Speaker 2 (01:57:39):
Well, and that's saying like to your pointing about the game,
it's like that's where it's like all took is somebody's
kid or someone's brother's like I love this game.
Speaker 3 (01:57:46):
It'd be great for some DLC.
Speaker 2 (01:57:48):
And that's where they have the money where literally you
just go, hey, you saw gets good at some DLC
the right this fact check that means nothing to them,
and they're like, yeah, great, we'll do it. It's the
same way with wrestling. Apparently for this wrestle anything, they
tried it, which stupid.
Speaker 3 (01:58:00):
They pitched them like.
Speaker 2 (01:58:01):
Well, what if we do like a Saudi Arabia WrestleMania
Super WRESTLEMANA. But then they're still gonna be regular WrestleMania.
And the Saudis, now I think are getting smart because
they're like, no, we want WrestleMania. It's like, okay, we'll
give you WrestleMania. But they're like, don't be surprised if
some group like that. If some kids somewhere is like
I love Batman and some dad who has like trillion
(01:58:22):
dollars of oil gas lean money, he's like, sure, let's
buy Batman.
Speaker 3 (01:58:26):
And then Batman's owned by Saudi Arabia. Like that's the thing.
Speaker 2 (01:58:29):
Like when I saw on NFL Tom Brady about how
he's coming out of retirement to play flag Football'm like, oh,
we're so like it's gonna happen so much like now
because people it's so getting normalized. But going over there
and accept the money, because I remember it was like
ten years ago one and.
Speaker 12 (01:58:45):
The Tom Brady one is literally like the city.
Speaker 11 (01:58:48):
It's not even like not even talking about like, oh,
Saudi Arabia as a whole, that those two are literally
the same guys like it within a week, yeah, something
like he was in Vegas, you know, hit out like
a couple like like half a billion dollars over the span.
Speaker 12 (01:59:02):
Of like two days to WW and Tom.
Speaker 3 (01:59:05):
Brady and it's crazy.
Speaker 2 (01:59:06):
It's just like what's gonna happen with some of the stuff, right,
And it's just been more normalized to go over there,
and yeah, that's what I mean, Like, who knows what's
gonna happen. That's why I hope nothing like that goes
that route because they can just buy it and I
don't know, it's.
Speaker 3 (01:59:20):
Weird, weird time in Hollywood movie making.
Speaker 2 (01:59:22):
That's why I hope like A twenty four and Neon
and these people like they keep I hope they keep
plugging along and can be like financially successful where they
can go.
Speaker 3 (01:59:31):
You know what, we don't want.
Speaker 2 (01:59:32):
To get bought up by like a big company. We'll
keep doing it our win and there always will be those.
But I just like or like the company like Ben Affrica,
Matt Damon are starting like I just like I pull
for those. I just hope it's not like a, well,
let's get to a certain point and then we can
get bought out and like, okay, we did our job.
We like cash to check, you know which I get.
I'm sure these checks are probably super nice. I bet
there's zeros I haven't seen before. But it's I just
(01:59:55):
just sucks that if we just ended with really nothing
going on.
Speaker 3 (01:59:58):
So there you go.
Speaker 1 (02:00:00):
I covered at all this episode of Haven't We.
Speaker 3 (02:00:02):
Aliens Saudi Arabia? So uh oh, you got one more thing.
Speaker 4 (02:00:08):
I got one more thing, one more thing. And I
so when we were we were way at the wedding
a couple of weekends ago, and there was some stuff
I can't if I mentioned it to you and Kirk
I seen this alien videos, but but I can't remem
if I mentioned it. But I I know I didn't
(02:00:28):
play the recording for you. So I it was our
last night in our hotel.
Speaker 1 (02:00:33):
Everything we don't need, we don't need to hear this
recording of your last it's our last night, Madison Madison.
Speaker 6 (02:00:41):
Madison wakes up and then wakes me up around.
Speaker 4 (02:00:43):
Like one thirty in the morning, and she says like
there's something going on in the room next to us,
Like okay, so I'm listening, and then I start I
hear these yells. It sounds like someone crying in pain, almost,
these these yells at first, and so we call the
front desks. Hate sounds like someone's in trouble, and so
the front desk lady comes out as soon as she
(02:01:04):
we're on the fifth floor. Soon as she comes out
the elevator, because I looked at the people and she
listens on the door. Of course it stops when she
gets there. She goes back down and then it starts
up again, so we ignore it. I try going back
to sleep, and we've got to be up at like
six am to hit the road, so it's not ideal.
And it just keeps going and going all the way
up till five am, and finally it just starts to
(02:01:25):
get brutal. I get up out of my bed at
this point because our bed shakes because now it sounds
like like they've smashed.
Speaker 6 (02:01:32):
Into the wall like they are.
Speaker 4 (02:01:35):
They're just it's super, super weird. So I have a
small recording I'm gonna play for you guys to listen.
Speaker 6 (02:01:40):
You're gonna hear the the yello.
Speaker 5 (02:01:43):
Appropriate, right, that's it.
Speaker 4 (02:01:45):
Yeah, So let me let me know, ye arena in
this video, Taylor, Yes, yes, the gamma is on. So
I'm gonna turn the volume up here. I'm gonna play
it so you can hear. There's there's three yells that
you'll you'll hear.
Speaker 11 (02:02:15):
That third one was.
Speaker 6 (02:02:17):
Not so they were that was he's away. So this
is this is a decent hotel.
Speaker 4 (02:02:27):
Like it's like it's like two hundred and fifty at night,
they lock it at nine pm, like it's not just
any hoo joe blow walking any here, like it's a
business hotel. Oh no, no, no, it's it's a business hotel.
And so when we heard that, it was like and
then when they actually sounded like they smashed into.
Speaker 6 (02:02:43):
The wall, it was like, what the fuck? Why is this?
Like what's going on?
Speaker 4 (02:02:47):
And again I I immediately started thinking, like whoa, this
fucker is possessed as demonic shit going on? Next does
something like that, Like, I'll play it again because it's
just the weirdest thing.
Speaker 3 (02:03:10):
Yeah, last, So that was was that going on the
whole night?
Speaker 4 (02:03:14):
He said that was from one am until we left
at like five thirty am.
Speaker 6 (02:03:18):
And they do not disturb sign on.
Speaker 5 (02:03:20):
Their constantly or like sporadically. What it was.
Speaker 6 (02:03:23):
Ever, they were about ten second intervals in between each one.
Speaker 2 (02:03:26):
I do think there's there's always a chance that he
was throwing up to that sounds like.
Speaker 6 (02:03:32):
Him like like, well you think, but who throws up?
Like who does like a five minute.
Speaker 1 (02:03:39):
There was hours every ten seconds. That's like the stomach
can't contain that much.
Speaker 3 (02:03:45):
Some bad food poisoning, I guess, you know.
Speaker 12 (02:03:48):
Oh man, it was there was there as Yeah, no,
actually I am.
Speaker 4 (02:03:53):
I'm gonna call the hotel and I'm actually gonna ask
and see if something went down.
Speaker 3 (02:03:57):
It's gonna be like yeah, and that's.
Speaker 7 (02:03:59):
Absolutely not I to tell you the one They're.
Speaker 2 (02:04:02):
Not gonna tell you, but I wish it's like, yeah,
we were saying we were two fifteen and it was room
two fourteen, and then they're like, sir, no one's stayed
in there in ten years.
Speaker 3 (02:04:14):
That room's been closed. It's a choking of Abraham the Buckingham.
Speaker 5 (02:04:20):
Oh my god, he vomited his guts out literally.
Speaker 2 (02:04:25):
Yeah, it was so bad, seeped through the floors and
everybody got sick and died.
Speaker 3 (02:04:29):
The entire floor died.
Speaker 2 (02:04:30):
Yeah, oh that's great. No, that was a good way
to end it.
Speaker 3 (02:04:34):
There. My goodness.
Speaker 2 (02:04:35):
Hopefully, if you're a listener and you you're that guy,
let us know what happened to you. By any chance
you stayed in the same hotel room with Taylor.
Speaker 3 (02:04:44):
But no, thank you guys for joining. This was fun
to get going and doing this again. I'm not sure
what sext it might be.
Speaker 2 (02:04:50):
Maybe one more movie night for Halloween Whites, because I
think we got to watch some. I think now vod
we can get caught up on the pooon verse because
we've watched the what was it, the two Pooh ones.
Speaker 3 (02:04:59):
The bandy one is out, so I think we might
have to. Have you seen that yet, April, I haven't
seen any of them? Okay, Oh, I thought, no, bring
on the poo two with us?
Speaker 2 (02:05:08):
Nope, Oh my goodness. Are you avoiding those? Is it
like childhood?
Speaker 9 (02:05:13):
No?
Speaker 8 (02:05:14):
I'm drugging around it eventually, but I'm not really that interesting.
Speaker 3 (02:05:19):
No, that's fair.
Speaker 2 (02:05:20):
Even though Tigger, I'll tell you, really delivers in Pooh
Blood Honey too.
Speaker 7 (02:05:24):
He's heard about the second one.
Speaker 2 (02:05:26):
Yeah, yeah, he's just like Freddy Krueger. But Tigger, so
it's it's pretty good.
Speaker 3 (02:05:29):
I do really want to.
Speaker 12 (02:05:30):
See those in the second one because I was all right.
Speaker 3 (02:05:33):
Yeah, it's a fun one.
Speaker 2 (02:05:35):
I'm very excited about the image that they released this
week of the Japano voiced by Robert England.
Speaker 5 (02:05:40):
Yeah, it's Jimmy Crickett.
Speaker 2 (02:05:42):
Jim Yeah, Yeah, Jimmy Cricket. Yeah, Pinocchio. That's gonna be
that's gonna be a fun time.
Speaker 1 (02:05:47):
Like the glowstick wearing like uh, do you remember that
in Pooh Blood Honey too.
Speaker 10 (02:05:52):
Oh yeah, because he says like it's starting to light up,
bitch or so he says something like, yeah, yeah something bitch,
kimber what it was wearing?
Speaker 1 (02:06:03):
Bitches.
Speaker 3 (02:06:04):
Yeah, he was swearing a lot. He was a very
mad tigger, you know.
Speaker 2 (02:06:08):
So, But yeah, we'll probably do something like that. But yeah,
Halloween po will be up. Students will do those as
well as watch those. So no, thank you guys for joining. Uh,
this was tons of fun. Thanks for the video at
the end of the talk.
Speaker 5 (02:06:19):
Thanks for hunting our dreams tonight.
Speaker 2 (02:06:20):
Yeah, you guys are gonna wake up in the middle
of the night, so all right, I'll catch you guys
later in the discord.
Speaker 3 (02:06:27):
Yeah, thanks for joining
