Speaker 1 (00:09):
Hello, ladies and gentlemen. Thank you detailing the chat. My god,
it's been a day. Hang hell o ladys, gentlemen. Now
I sound good, Now I sound better. There we go. Man,
what a day. I apologize to everybody that watches live.
This is the September seventeenth issue twenty twenty five issue
episode of Travis told you, very hectic day at work.

(00:32):
Not going to get into because I wasted time only
on an hour here, a little under an hour to
be honest, but just a busy wasn't sure later on
this week when I'm be able to get an episode
done and want to try and keep on the wavelength
doing all the episodes. But you know, week three, finally
we already had to change the time. So about what
hour and a half late? Yeah, hour and a half,
you know, not too bad, but yeah, just stuff at work.

(00:54):
My working a little hectic, and there were some tech
issues and the tech issues that people really could not
help me out with. It was one of those things
where get the oh, well, you know, we'll transfer here.
It's like no, like, no one's helping me, and this
isn't going good. But yes, this is Tress told you.
This is you know, the first one I've had to
bump time wise, and this is the first one. Actually
there's some news out there, but nothing that was like,

(01:15):
I'm not talking about the Anicona trailer, you know, I'd
rather talk that only next to it next week for
his news or and after nine plug after nine this Friday,
six pm PST. There's seven soots available because Circlin is
out of town, so it's myself, Dyan, and Taylor. It's
his no emergencies. But yeah, if you want to join,
become a Phase two member of the Patreon and up

(01:36):
and then call in. It's gonna be good time. We're
gonna talk a bunch of stuff because we've gotten a
proper after nine in at least three months. But we're
gonna talk kind of our most you know, our favorite
movie this summer and our most disappointed movie the summer
now that it is over. But as far as another first,
like I was saying, not much news today, that's like
big stuff that I haven't already covered already. Right, let
me call some tabs here, my god, and yeah, just

(01:59):
oh man, what a day. But luckily when we're at Wednesday,
check out me. Until it we'll be reviewing gen V.
Like we've said before, if you want us to continue
with that series, listen up, because if you don't, we're
not gonna continue with it. We might do it after
we don't know what the numbers will be, Like we
just said that before. We were looking at our schedule, like, hey,
very busy. If there's anyone that we would cut its

(02:20):
gen V, We're gonna be watching, we're gonna be talking
about we want to, but we always like have to
weigh like what the other stuff we're doing, right, So
if there's demand, then absolutely, kind of like how when
you guys join Patreon and listen, how you can fund
stuff like trash told you or the Gimmick or side
Quest or the extra reviews. That's where it's like, Okay,
it's not worth the time. Then we got to prioritize, right,
we will work to the bone, don't get us wrong,

(02:41):
but right now it is there's a lot of stuff
going on. But yeah, so we got that Alien episode
seven review, Peacemaker episode five review. After Now, like I said,
the gimmick with myself, David S. Bubbs, I give be
Live eleven a m PST. We're talking all out and
wrestle Palooza, So lots of big stuff going on, and
the traust holds you usually Monday two Wednesday twelve thirty

(03:03):
pm PSD live on Twitter and YouTube. If not, you
can catch on the podcast feeds after and side quest
of course a good episode with Dylan Kirk on this week,
Tayloring Dylan this week. So uh yeah, but this is
the first episode. That's why in the chat, why don't
we talk about anything? Any questions, you know, throw them
in there if you're a patron or you can send
a super chat. This is only an our show, so

(03:24):
that's why it goes that way. But uh yeah, there's
no massive news or some trailers. Is some stuff, but
nothing nothing breaking like you know Paul alter House and
Resident Evil. Great, right, So that's where I do have
a list, and I always had this peg, just like
the first one, depending when I needed it, right, There's
some seasonal stuff that I might do at different points,
but when I needed it. I'm a big Batman guy.

(03:46):
Offuly one knows my fairy character. I did not plan
to do kind of two Batman traut told you back
to back, you know, obviously I did one on Tuesday,
but I was breaking down some news and everything right
we're today. We're doing it too for if I don't
have time, which I think we will. But if I
don't have time, I will break down the second part
of this on another time. We'll leave it as an

(04:07):
evergreen topic. But what we're talking about today is I
feel like I haven't sat down and with the fancast.
I've talked about them a little bit for the DCU Batman,
but I've not done a deep dive. I've seen some,
but we've talked about him here there, but I I
want to go, Okay, what are the top ones as
far as what gets mentioned the most? Like what's my
actual ranking? Because now I have a couple people, so

(04:29):
that's a good thing. Why I'm doing this cast as well.
Before I really had nobody. Because I've said this before,
I'm in the preference of if our passing keeps going,
they can cast whoever they want. Is Batman. I'm not
gonna be mad. I'm not gonna be greedy because I
have a Batman that I over there love, right, I
have a Batman that I could argue eventually might be
my favorite. I need to see more because it's tough

(04:51):
where and I'll say, live action, no one's the interplace
Kevin Connor, but with Bail, I got three movies with Affleck.
He's not my favorite, but I can see why someone
makes it case. And there's some aspects of him that
I could say is the best of you know. So
it's tough. But for me, like I might be leaning
towards him being the best, right And it's tough because
if you make the comparison between him and Bail begins,

(05:14):
Bail gets to be the Batman and Bruce Wayne show
off the very flamboyant fake version right where passing didn't
do much of that, but then his actual Batman, you know,
the Batman when he's in the costume, I would say
clears Bail right, like he's scary, he's messed up. He
has this arrogance about him that I really like that
the animated series has like he's kind of Kevin Conroy
like Batman task like coded at times, which I really like.

(05:36):
So that's why for me, I'm in a situation where
if they do the trilogy, I don't care who they
not that I don't care, of course, I care, right,
Batman's my favorite character, but I feel less inclined to
like really want an actor. I like, right if they say, hey,
Passon's done, so I'm gonna take a drink here because
I'm rushing in here. My god, oh my jees, Louise,

(06:04):
and that's what we're gonna get into it here, Aaron.
I'll bring that up in a second there. But for me,
I want a good actor. But at the same time,
if that happens, I'm great, but I still should consider
I do want someone that is good for the role
because I'll say I love Batman more Batman than Merrier.
But also this is the Batman that's going to be
hopefully the DCU Batman for decades to come, like like

(06:25):
what Downing was, like Evans was right, Oh, so we
don't know. We don't know the success of this universe.
We don't know what's gonna happen. If Warrener Brothers gets
bought up. There's lots of stuff, right, but we're hoping.
And that's some of my issues that I had with
like Jared Leto's Joker right where I thought, Okay, I
don't really like this take, but I really don't like
this take. If this is our our dc right, our

(06:45):
extended universe for years going forward, and it wasn't That
wasn't the plan, but I kind of turned to that.
So who knows here, But yeah, let's talk about some
of these questions here. Say we're gonna get do some fancasts.
Buster Arms comment at nine fifty one in the morning,
so I will read your calling, Buster Bars. You're in
her early, so thank you very much. There are a
few other good options, but scolars. My pick personally has

(07:09):
the age height, the look from when watching nineteen ninety
twenty three, and drop. I think he'd pull if Batman
Bruce well as Fair also still feel that unknown, which
I always personally prefer, even though I do love Jake Jillenhall. Okay,
I'm not seeing nineteen twenty three. I know some people
have said that. I it's tough of me, right because
that's a TV show, So I really have no plans

(07:31):
to watch that show at all. I don't know why
I like Tyler Taylor Sheridan's movies that he's written, and
I don't know if he's directed any right. I think
just at least the writing I've liked, I just any
of the shows haven't really appealed to me as much
as Taylor might like him, then Chris likes him. I
just they haven't appealed to me. Appeal Satan hasn't appealed
to me. I don't know why. Maybe at some point

(07:52):
I will cross that bridge. So I'm not gonna do
that or so like, I'm not gonna have that basis
to come up and say, oh yeah, this is because
most of them's like, hey, walk just movie. Then I go, okay, perfect,
uh drop, I didn't see I don't think he doesn't
he I don't think he doesn't have charisma. I know
someone's be like, you need charisma to be Batman. There's

(08:13):
a certain charisma you do need to of course to
be Batman, but obviously Bruce Wayne and I just didn't
see that there. And that's nothing to pull against him
because he's not playing Bruce Wayne in that movie, right.
I just don't see what people say like seeing him.
To me, I feel that it's a lot of look based.
It's all the superficial stuff. In my opinion, with the look,

(08:34):
the age, the height. I agree. I think he's a
perfect Obviously, I think he's above David Quorn sweat because
I feel like there's a few people, but most of
people didn't have corn sweat until he was in the running,
and then everyone, Oh, I love that guy. Right, we're
tons of people already talking about Scolar. I know Jameson's
watching nineteen twenty three, so Peterre like, oh he's he's
talking about it. So again, I don't think he's like

(08:56):
an all. I'm not. If you had asked me, hey,
you're in the Bad Wing, I say, no, apps not
if he gets cast I'm not in a Oh my god,
it's Jayden Smith. Oh my god, it's I don't know
who else could you? Christopher Walking? Like like, you know,
there's a bunch of like I say, this is a
complete As much as I would love a Batman sixty

(09:17):
seven Christopher Walking, there are some actors in the world
where I go, yeah, this is just overall a bad choice.
To me, Scolar feels like a safe and just kind
of mat choice. And some people said about Corns, but
I didn't understand that because there's a few things I
saw and then after I just like, this guy screams Superman.
I could see there's aspects of him screaming Batman, but

(09:39):
I think for me it's I feel he's similar, and
I guess we're getting into, right, I'm gonna have a
list and maybe i'll I'll try to rank hum and
throw it up here. Let me go Batman fancasts and
I'll screen share at the end there are fan casts.
I feel like it reminds me of Scott Atkins back
in the day when people want really wanted him for

(09:59):
the BVS one, And I know, I think even audition
everything I never saw it. Ossie is the body he has,
like the physical look. He can do the stunts, but
the audition came out on other things I've seen him in,
even John Wick. That's his best role, but that's not
like a Bruce Wayne tight right, Like, I just never
saw it in him as far as being something that
really excites me, right, And that's why I remember even

(10:20):
with Ben Affleck, tons of people are against any idea.
I was all for it. I thought that was there's
an interesting take there with Ben Affleck, and that's what
we got right with Scarlar, I just I don't know,
but maybe that's what they want, right. Some people have
accused Gun of doing that. I don't completely agree with
going the safe routes or listening to Twitter and x
Y and Z. I don't think that's you know, for
issues I have with the DCU and James Gun, that's

(10:42):
not really one of them. I think Million Allcock looks
like she's great. Rachel Bozan was great, you know. So
don't know who's calling me, but they're gonna have to wait.
It's probably work relay thing. Luckily it's been handled, so
no emergency and I'm not even here right now. But
it's one of these things where I get white people
are in that camp, but not necessarily for myself. Aaron says,

(11:04):
to be honest, I don't see any fan cast actors.
I don't see any of these fancast actors as Batman.
I agree, in my opinion, to play Batman you must
look you must look like pure looks wise, you can
also play James Bond like Christian Bale, Robert Pass and yeah,
and that's the thing where I obviously that's rare. Scholar
has that right. You gotta be a handsome folk. I

(11:24):
think there's tons of people that there's you know, you
can look at a guy say he's pretty or cute
or hot. Bruce Wayne has a very hoity toity like
he can be fancy. You know, he can look and
be like, oh, like that is a handsome man. And
I think there's just certain people that don't have that, right,
Like even keenan extent didn't really have that. And I

(11:46):
don't really like his Bruce Wayne as an acting performance, right,
but like Kilmer had that, Clooney had that. So that's
home I want. But Aaron, I agree with you that
most of the fan casts out there, the most popular ones
I don't like, I don't see. I think they're very
on the nose, like I think scholars like that were
for me. It's just it's it's fine. It's a safe

(12:06):
choice where it's a decent guy. Now, don't get me wrong.
I will see anybody. I don't know who is calling
me here, but let's see Okay, No, I don't. I
don't even know if that's a work related in my god,
this day has just been such a bane in the ass.
So I apologize, but I have it on just in
case because as all the kids, you never know, right

(12:28):
that I have two fancasts that I'm bringing to the
table that are mine that I like that I think
most people. One they don't know also talked about it,
but and the other one is they don't agree with
the rest of these fancasts are ones I searched that
came up along on Twitter or articles that like, these
are the ones that come up according to Twitter or
Facebook or polls and stuff, right, these are all the

(12:49):
ones in there. Keens Bruce is even weirder than Pattison.
He is. I think there's there's I think he's just
a weird guy. I think he does fall s bubs
into the camp of when you watch Batman and Batman Returns,
the fact that no one can figure out that this
guy's Bruce Wayne, like he's a he's a fucking weird guy,

(13:10):
you know, like that, like it just it tracks right away,
he gives no. I think it Returns is a little
bit better, but still he just seems off. Even the
stuff in his house, like the armor and the gothic stuff,
like it's weird saving with Patterson right, Other than I
think the only reason people don't jump to that conclusion
is it feels like Passon's Batman or Bruce. People don't

(13:31):
even see him right, so they wouldn't even know he's
a weirdo. At a funeral, you can't say, oh, he's
acting weird. It's like well, maybe he's a friend's dead,
like when we see and the other time we see
him is that at Falcones Club, right like when he's
That's the only thing I think that's saving Patterson's Batman
is or Bruce Wayne is that people aren't seeing him
so they don't know that he's a he's a weirdo,
but yeah they're there. I think his is the way

(13:53):
i'd say is Keen is the weirdest one. I think
Patterson is the most angriest one. And then I I
honestly think that Kilmer's I have a case and this
could be another Drees I told you. I think Kilmer's
is the most fucked up one. I think like the
fact that he has these visions all the time. He's
literally saying that I killed my parents at Alfred It's like, no,

(14:14):
like you said, I it was Harvey that Kile Rob's
like he's all mixed up and everything that were passing
like he has a clear mind. He's just furious, right,
So it's a fun dynamic there. Details it might be
Jordan hum. I haven't saying a fan cast like one.
It would never happen. I just don't think like because

(14:36):
that's a question too, like do they get a no
name or do they get an established name? Right And
if you look, we've talked about this before, Bail is
the most least known name for the live action people
right awfully, West was already in the show. He was known.
Keten was known because people hated the choice. Back in
the day, Kilmer was known. He was up and now
he's already a established star. At that point it was

(14:56):
building a star. Clooney was up and coming but still
very pauper off ear and other things. Bail was the
most like lower tieran thing because like Rain of Fire
and American Psycho and Equilibrium, but he wasn't like an
established name. Batman made him an established name. An affleck
in passing Passon was a big star because of Twilight,

(15:17):
Like there is kind of a history with that and
that you get a bigger star, so you bring something
to it. So if they call that wrote sure, But
the only reason I would say no is just because one,
I know he's directing more and I just don't know
if he'd want to be the face of that too, right,
Like I feel like you have to get somebody that
knowingly is hey, Like it's not like Matt Reeves's Batman

(15:38):
where hete we might make a trilogy. This is hey,
you might be around for ten to fifteen years. And
don't get me wrong, I bet there's tons of people that,
whether it's because they're fandom or the money, want that gig. Right.
My pushback to you, Detoll is, I don't think Michael B.
Jordan would want that gig. Now if he did, what
do you make a good Batman? Yeah, he could be
a great Batman. I think you do the Bruce Wayne stuff,
he's fucking jack to the gills. I'd be down. Michael B.

(16:00):
Jordan is one of the best actors in the world.
So I'd be completely fine if they were announced that
that'd be something to be such a take, right, that'd
be different, and that'd be huge, like the same way
that I only think it's happening now because with Amazon,
like whatever you want to say, like one day when
it's the first Batman or Bruce Wayne or James Bond
casting that first you know, non white actor, it's gonna
be a big deal. Now. Granted I have seen people

(16:24):
Superman says, please not Brandon Block of Wood. Scinar Uh,
you said it, not me. I won't say he's a
block of wood, but I can see why people layer
that against some superman. Mike you, I wonder have you
seen nineteen twenty three because I haven't either, so I
wonder if there's some range in there. But from what
I have seen, there is is of that. So I

(16:45):
definitely agree with you. But with Michael B. Jordan, that's
the tough thing right where we tell this on our
Tron review of Yeah I mean and Chris talked about
when we did Punisher, we did an episode like would
they use the logo and we have those big topics.
I've seen people of color say that'd be Bruce Wayne
is Batman, Hell yeah, X, Y and Z, And I've
seen other people do push back of I'd rather have

(17:06):
someone else, you know, I'd rather have a like a
Terry McGinnis and I can't remember the name. I think
his name is Batwayne and it is like a he
takes over Batman as like the quintessential black Batman, right,
and that sort of term. I've seen people push that,
and I've also seen people push the narrative of that's
part of the point of Bruce Wayne is because his

(17:28):
like his money and like kind of just being white
goes in that character because the guy, he wouldn't be babman.
He's just like this white scumbag, like he wouldn't be
against the man in a way. So there's a bunch
of dichotomy. Now, don't get me wrong, I think there's
some fun stuff to explore there. I just don't think
if you were saying, hey, we're making Reasons done, we're
doing a else Worlds and Michael B. Jordan's directing, I

(17:49):
could see that as the DC you want. I just
don't know if they're gonna jump into like what does
it mean being the black Batman? Right? I think that.
I think there's a great story there, whether it is
Bruce Wayne or a new character I'll lah, you know,
Batwing or Terry McGinnis I'm down for. But on its surface,
I'll be Jordan shirt great. Johnthan Bailey, I do have
him on the list there, right, So let me start

(18:09):
making these right, I'm gonna start. Let's see, can I
screen share? I'll screenshare a little version of this here
and then I will do a big version. We'll start
keeping track here because I have seen Jonathan Bailey and
Mike I did put him on the list, so don't worry.
He is there and we'll talk about him. Now I've
only oh, can I not even there? We go Batman
fan casts, and I'm just doing shorthand names or stuff

(18:32):
like that. You know, I'm not We're alive on it.
I'm not gonna if it's gonna be a misspelling, sure, okay,
So I'm gonna start ranked him as we talk about him.
So we got Brendan unless we got anybody that is
similar named what's his name again, Sclenar, Sclenar okay, so
Sclenar uh. And then we got I'm gonna go John Bailey.
So this is where I think about that, John Bailey.

(18:54):
I would put him above Jones Brendan's scalar because one,
I think he's let me just minimize the screen so
I can type easy. I think he's a he's a
better actor. Again, there is a different take there because
he and I wouldn't mind this too, because we had
that back in the day. I wouldn't mind. Well, we're
even getting that with Pattison, Like he's more of a
slimmer Neil Adams type of Batman, right, you could do that.

(19:16):
I don't think they're gonna do that Superman Mike. Now,
don't get me wrong, maybe Jonathan Bailey is like, hey,
give me those chickens, give me the way powder. And
if that's case, sure, I've only seen knowingly. I'm sure
I've seen him on other stuff. But knowingly, I've only
seen Johnthan Bailey in two things. And that's Wicked, and
that's Drassic World. Drastic World. Not the greatest, but he's

(19:37):
still good in it, and Wicked he's really good. I
don't love the storyline he's in, but he's really good.
So he's somebody that if he was cast, I'd go, Okay.
Everything I've seen him and he's a really good actor.
I don't think he's the type that people are thinking about,
so I think there might be some pushback, but I
would consider him handsome. I consider him talented as long
as he bulks up. If they want that type of Batman, great,
So I put him there. And this is gonna be

(20:01):
the peer wantless not a likely list. That could be
another time. So same thing. If I'm gonna detay all
three in there, if you're gonna throw Michael B. Jordan,
I will put him at the top. Right now, Over
those two just because I've seen that a little. You say, yeah,
so you see too little. But like people said that
about passing right now, that's the thing if they're going
for a slender Batman, which is many times Batman is

(20:21):
sleek keys slying there, or he could bulk up like Bail, right,
Bail's not naturally a massive guy, but he can get big. Right,
Let's say Jase Fox is the black benef from the
future State, thank you very much. Yeah so, and I've
seen people do that. But let's just say if it
was there and detail your patron, So Jordan on the list,
I would put him at the top because that would
be that'd be a striking image of Michael B. Jordan

(20:42):
Dave Krans put together. There's something, there's something, and Jordan,
to me is one of those guys they hope people
had this weird turn. They call him like an eye actor,
which is like a derogative thing of like, oh, he
just makes it some big expressions with the eyes and
that's all he does. Like I don't think so I
think Michael B. Jordan can like look at sinners. That
guy's a Swiss army. If I think he can do anything,
I've seen him like I've seen the wire of stain parenthood,

(21:04):
Like I've seen him do everything from a badass to
like a kid on the spectrum like that, he can
do no wrong to me. Really, So I got Michael B. Jordan.
There did anyone else come up that we haven't talked
about in the comments yet? Okay, so let me pull
up the lists here of who I got for the
uh the most popular, so obviously, and I can talk

(21:25):
about him now. Jake Joe Law because obviously Buster brought
him up, and that is one that he's been He's
gonna come up later on to uh, you know, if
we get to the other talk, which I don't if
we're gonna get to the topic of actors who could
have play bad because we're already at twenty five minutes
and I feel like we're gonna have some good discussion here.
But Jake Joe Hall is an interesting case because he

(21:46):
had come up obviously around the Nolan series. He had
come up as a replacement for Batflick when that whole
drama was going on. He came up with Robert Passing.
I don't think you were auditioned, but that came up,
and multiple scoopers have said, like he's been in talks
before of potential stuff going on, right, and the thing
is with him off that he did Mysterio and this
is where for me, same thing Mightael be Jordan and less.

(22:10):
So I don't think he's signed on to be a
multi Batman. You know. That's why I did Myssterio one
and none, made some money, had a fun on Mzu
Boom moved on. I've I see why people have gone there,
But to me, I'm gonna put him below uh like
he's I think there's just something about it comes down

(22:32):
to the look. Jake jenhol can be handsome, but he
just says I think with him and not that I
just said that was m gonna be Jordan but it
sounds weird. But the eyes are important. I think there's
something about Jollenhal's eyes that almost look too kind. Now,
maybe he could get there, but there's just something where
I just I've never loved that casting. I've never been

(22:52):
on that bandwagon. Now, granted he is a great actor,
and if they were't announced he these two Batman, I'd say, cool,
you got one of the best actors around, like Nightcrawler, right,
Like I think I'm more in the like with Mysterio
DCU joker like that to me is there's just some
actors too that play better the same way as you know,
if we get there, Like no one talked to he

(23:13):
Fledger about playing Bruce Wayne slash Batman right and obviously
saw it had a joker. I think there's some people that, yes,
could make it very a good to very good Batman
Bruce Wayne. And then there's some people that just would
be or that same person though, could make an even
better or perfect type of villain. That's where I've always
been with Jake, you know. So I'm gonna put him

(23:34):
below jo and I will read the whole lesson obviously
at the end, but I'm gonna put him before below
Jonathan Bailey because obviously he's a bit bigger. But I
think any actor can bulk up if you really need
them to. Look at the fucking guy from Red Blue
and Royal whatever it is, look at him playing he Man.
He's massive, Like look at the Rocky right, like rockets
a little too big, but look at how much he's
slimmed down for this chicken pan roll or whatever it is.

(23:56):
To net Like, if you want a big Batman and
someone's motivated, you can and that. So I'm gonna put
him above Brendan, but below John and Bailey. Right now,
Jonathan Bailey would excite me a bit more, and I
think that's kind of He's also perfect in the sense
that obviously he had wakened Durstic world. But I still
think he's like a household name. I think he does.

(24:16):
He's like Brendan where that would get him to a
different level, right where Michael B. Jordan, Jake Jon Hall
like they could get a roll of the d DC
at any point. Right, So let's see the next on
the list here that I have. Let's see here Winston
Duke has come up a lot. Obviously his voice. He
voiced Batman in some sort of audio drama and I've

(24:38):
heard good things about it. I've not heard the audio drama.
So for me, I I just I feel like I
don't have enough game tape on him now. In that sense,
it's the same way as Brendon's Clenar where if I'm
comparing the two and I gotta do and I'm sorry,

(25:01):
So if you're stay at the bottom there, I'm putting
Winston Duke over Brandon. I've seen a bit more rain
from Brandon where the clips I've seen from nineteen twenty
three and drop, and there was one other thing that
I've either seen or seen clips of. Again, this is
why I can fully say if he gets cast, maybe
I'll I don't know if I'll do a deeper die.
We'll see, but maybe I would. I just see more

(25:22):
range in Winston Duke, but I don't. I've not heard
the auto jaw, and there's certain aspects where I don't
know what the Bruce Wayne if I've never seen him
do that swall very charismatic cool like I haven't seen that.
Maybe it's out there, but I just so he's a
lower on the list for me. With Winston Duke, I
want to see some more game tape in general. But

(25:42):
he was good and you know obviously Black Panther and
what was it us. You know, I'm not even saying
this one's from screen ranche on Krisinsky. I'm not putting
him in there. I have not seen enough people. There's
something that are executive's decision. Now. I've seen this come
up a lot, and this was my go to ants
for a while, was Winston Duke is too big. Maybe

(26:03):
you could get like the uh, the absolute Batman detail
right where he is just massive and that'd be fine, right,
Like maybe they want that maybe because I do kind
of like that Superman's an alien has all these powers,
but then Batman's just bigger, muscular, right, So I wouldn't
mind that if he's too big, but it would be funny.
Su Mike says, just like Jack and Wolverine, Bailey has
a musical theater background that could help with physical and acting. Yeah,

(26:25):
I agree with you. I like he is right now.
He's ranked to number two for my choices here, but
Lee Pace he was my go to answer when oftenly
I have people now that are gonna be on the
top of my list, so there's gonna be some cheating there.
So really like three of the bottoms me ringing the
fancasts them one or two like my picks. But he
was my go to because I really enjoy Lee Pace's work.

(26:47):
I think he can be a very versatile actor. You
look at him and, uh god, what's the Brian Fuller
show pushing daisies? Right? I think it is to Guardians
of Galaxy to one of my favorite just comedic roles
in a Horne movie and Body's Body's Bodies. Lee Pace
steals that movie. He's not in it much, but he
steals that movie for the times he's in there. He's

(27:07):
a guy, he has look, he's big, he's I think
he's a really good age for it too. I think
he's like forty six, forty seven, Yeah, forty six. I
just to me, there's just something that I can see
his face and I can see the tornness on there.
So it wasn't that was like my I have a
new go to, Like that's what I want with a bullet.

(27:29):
My bullpick is probably never gonna happen. But everyone has
to have one, right, Everyone has to have that, you know,
shooting high, and sometimes it's right. I was right about
Oscar Isaac, you know, not right, but like I was
lucky with that for the Moonnight. I was lucky with
Vanessa Kirby and that pretty less. Captain Marvel's another one,
and I think I have won more over these like
eleven years of geek first where I'd be like, hey,
this is who would cast That's who I'm rolling with,

(27:50):
and it happened, right. I don't count passing because Patterson,
I remember boss logic. He had heard some stuff, and
then I saw it. I was like, yeah, that's number
one pick if I hear about it, then I don't
you know, Oscar ISAA came with myself britt Larson. I
don't know if I heard it. Put us around Oscar time.
So it's like when she won the Oscar So I
think it was just an easy go to for me.

(28:10):
But I enjoyed her h in the role so far.
Vanessa Kirby to me, yeah, that was like a obviously
that was tough because like people are fancasting all time.
That was just a perfect one. And then there's another
one that I already forgot about, So there you go.
But yeah, Lee Pace, right now, I'm gonna put him
as my number one over Michael B. Jordan and everybody else.
I just I think he has so he has a

(28:35):
great aura that could come to this. But this is
also if you were to make a list, and maybe
if I have time for likelihood, maybe we'll do that.
So I apologize that I advertised the other topic of
my you know, people that almost were Batman and ranking them.
Maybe we'll do that different time and I'll make two lists.
I'll make the traps want listen the likely list because
Leepez I don't think it's likely, but we will do that.

(28:56):
So okay, let's take a look here. I'm not Aritanne Johnson.
I don't agree with that. Glenn Pale right a very
very controversial one. So I'm of a few months. There's
so many angles with Glenn Powell, right, uh, and I

(29:17):
want to watch the show. I love Lee Pace the Foundation.
I've heard, like I've seen a few things, but I've
heard great things about him. He's a very underrated actor,
like and I think that's being when people maybe season
one start bringing him up and I was like, I
would never call that as like a me calling yet
I was like, yeah, I could see that, and I
just there, he just has, like I said, just a
an aura that is correct, but also to me would

(29:38):
have a different vibe right away, where so far everyone
on the list, I'd say that Michael B. Jordan is
you know John Bailey, great actor, jac John Hall, great actor,
Winston Duke, really good actor. Brindon Scalar is there, Uh,
could be a good actor. Just haven't seen him enough, right,
But I could go right away like, okay, they're great,

(29:58):
kind of like with Affleck, right, I was like that
is a take, but he's a good actor, so let's
see it or Lee pace right away. I think I
know what they're going for. And that's where Glenn Palell
don't know what's happening right because about a year ago
I said he was probably the perfect pick star level wise,
James Gunn could get nobody better, right, Like if you

(30:19):
were to if you go, hey, we want to come
and had and heavy. We want a big star. We
want people to care about our Batman, and right away
as well, it would differentials differential itself from Robert Pattison.
Glenn Palell is the guy especially too, and I know
he says that's not the case, but who knows what's
happening when they write it. He said that all my

(30:40):
like the Batman's not gonna be joky and like, uh,
you know, lots of quips like he's a dark character.
James Gunns said, like, you know, he's not the same
as Superman now. Granted though, James Gunn's working with that screenwriter.
And I'm not saying it's honestly a bad thing. If
you have a bit more like Passon's Batman does make jokes,
but they're very Hannibal dry, very dark humor jokes. Right,

(31:03):
I'm fine if there is a lighter Batman, especially in
a fantastical world. Especially this is a Batman that he
can be dark and fucked up, but he's stills to
raise some kids too, right, if we're doing the batmanmily.
To me before guns said that, I thought Glen Pale
would be perfect, and I know people I think have
an issue with it. To me, Glen Pal's another guy
that I've been watching for years. And don't get me wrong,

(31:24):
I'm not saying he would be better than Pass and
better than Bail or better than Batfleck, but I feel
like are better than Keyton. I just feel like he
would come in and could be perfect for what they're
doing in the DCU, because, like I said, or I
was saying, James work on the script. He might say, oh,
it's it's this, and that it's it's super serious, it's
super dark. But when we get there might be like

(31:46):
Superman where it's like, okay, it is, but there's some
portions here where there's a lot of calmedy going on,
or a lot of James gunn ISM's right, which is
fine because the DCU is gonna be in his vision, right,
So with that is like, oh, well perfect. If you're
gonna light hard, more comedic Batman, you know, Glenn Pal's
your guy, Like I'm more action of venture Batman. Glen
Powell is perfect, right, And that's where I like, I
don't think he would ever eclipse those people, but I

(32:07):
think he would make his own little home over there,
kind of like Adam West, right, Like when we talk
about them, I'm sure Adam West is ranked low for
a lot of people, but it's never almost people will
put them aside because it's like, well, it's something completely different, right,
I'm not saying Batman sixty six with Glenn Powell, but
you know, so I've been a big defender. I like
Glenn Palell. I could see it. So I'm gonna put

(32:27):
him at number two right now, Glen Palell, I'm I'm
a defender of it. And again that would be a
huge statement. That's a big star and he's even said that,
you know, he doesn't have much interest in comic movies,
superhero movies, but Batman and something you'd like to do.
I think it would kind of aching back to as
well with Michael Keaton, right, everyone was so mad ah,
mister mom, he's a comedian, he's a comedic actor, Like,

(32:48):
why are you gonna go with this route? I think
Pow would welcome the challenge. I think Glenn Palell is
doing different things now, like he's producing stuff. Apparently he's
with A twenty four and getting the Texas chainsaw right.
So it's kind of like why will be Jordan where
I think he might be going to other things in
his career, but if if he was to me, if
he was cast, it'd be the same way as Batflick,

(33:09):
where everybody was pissed. Not everybody, but a lot of
people are pissed off about it and all this is
gonna be the worst bat Dada. And then when we
got there, everyone's tune change and I've said the story before.
Me and Kyle who's used to host Dynamic Duo and
Rant Ray repeat, he's in a wrestling match this year.
On the ten year, we were the only ones that
work like, yeah, this is a great idea, Like why
like let's see what he does? Like that that's I'm

(33:29):
Glenn Palell, is my Ben Affleck who that happened? So
and you could not blame, No one could blame if
you're looking for success. If anyone were to tell him
from my financial point of view, like oh, getting Glenn
Palell's a bad move, they should be nowhere near making
decisions on a business level for kind of anything, right.
Uh uh. You know we talk about Brandon Scalar. I
was Brandon Sorr. I spelled that wrong. So there you go. Brandon.

(33:52):
I'm not gonna put him on the list because he
already said it's not in his future. About Alan Richardson
obviously came up a lot. I like Richardson more than Scolar.
From what I've seen, there's a been mo ranged there
that could work. Very big dude. That's another like absolute
Batman type. But he's already said he's out, so I'm
gonna say that's done. But that also made me. That
made me think that Brennan is not unless it's the

(34:13):
reverse right where Jameson's watching that and just like Milli,
Allcock had it in his mind that she'd be Supergirl.
Maybe that's why has no chance, because you know, maybe
it's like, hey, I got a guy, and if he
turns it down it doesn't work out, then maybe he'll
come back to you. But right now, I got somebody
I have in mind. Sorry, so Anna Richardson I liked,
but would have been lower on the list. That's here,

(34:33):
Jake Jonhall we talked about. Yeah, uh okay, here's the
number one that's gone around for a long time. Super
Mi Mike says, I see guempum Wore as a perfect
classic Aukaman I could. I don't think he would do that,
though I do. I don't think there's nothing in the
MCU that he wouldn't take. I'm not saying that, but

(34:54):
I do believe him when he kind of says, like, yeah,
there's not much in that franchise, you know, in that
China genre of a Batman, because I think every actor
wants that, right, he was already in a Batman movie.
He got beat up by a bin in Darknet Rises.
He makes a two face reference. So I'm not saying Mike,
that's a bad fan cast. I agree. I think he'd
be great at that, but I think he would go nah,
like that's not for me. Where Batman's part of this

(35:16):
legacy sort of thing, right, So we'll see. But the
one that's come up a bunch, i'd say more than
the Jake Jillenhall one Jensen Ackles. I'm a big fan
of Jensen Ackles. I've watched a couple of seasons Supernatural,
really enjoyed that. I'm a big defender of the remake
of My Bloody Valentine. That's a fun one, like I'm

(35:37):
a Soldier boy a lot and other things. I've seen
him and I enjoy Jensen Ackles, right. I do not
like his Batman voice in the animated stuff. I really don't.
I'm not a big fan of that, not a big
fan of that, or i'd have to no maybe I'm okay, No,
I'll take it back. I think he's fine. The one
I don't like is Jason o'mar, who did like the

(35:59):
main DCAU movies, a lot of them in a row.
And I like Jason Lamar as an actor, especially Life
on Mars. I'm a big fan of him. I wish
he was in more stuff. I think Jensen Ankles is fine.
I think it's fine. Uh, Detail says Bail has the
worst Batman voice. To me, this is where I pushed
back when you are two ways one, Clooney has the

(36:20):
worst Batman voice because it's the exact same voice. At
least Kilmer and Keene change it a little bit. Uh,
That's what I like about especially and Begins. I think
Begins was the perfect amount where he had Bail had
it lower. But then when he you know, catches that
drug dealer, pulls him up on the roof, where are
the other drugs going? You know, are the other drugs going?

(36:41):
That was a better tone. I like that because he
is scary. He looks and sounds like a monster at moment.
That's why I like the voice. Now. Granted, does it
seem like a little silly just talking to Gordon, Yes,
But when he gets that base and it's in the
intimidation or the talking, I like it. Again, Like the
Glen Bell thing, I'm always a big defen ender of
the Bail Batman voice. I love the thing. I think

(37:03):
it's also where it's like and yes, I suppose it's right.
I think Baiale goes too over the top of the voice.
Later on the series it does progressively get more and more.
I think it's just because it begins. He found it.
But then it's like in Dark Knight and Dart and Rises,
he could never get back to that perfect quality. I
know this is a big stretch, but to me it's
like Johnny Dett with the Pirates series, where one to

(37:24):
three felt like a perfect amalgamation of Jack Sparrow of
comedic and serious and even romantic and a good guy
a bad guy, where that the sequels after four and
five were just a caricature. I think Bail can kind
of get there a little bit. But I like it
because to me, it is a I it's iconic because
now ever since Bail and It'll be a long time,

(37:46):
that's the voice, right, So to me it's like and
I guess you could say it's good or bad. Some
people say that about Bain's voice as well. I think
that's good, so I like it. It's different to me,
my least fairly had said would be clooney, because it's
just he's the exact same. And then if it's for
the people that are doing actual voices or a variation
of it, I don't like the BVS and Justice League
got voice box. I don't like Batman sounding like a

(38:07):
robot or Megatron. So that's why for me, I get
why people might have that with Bail, but with Bail,
I think Pattison's is probably it's Pattison or Keyton Keen's
Batman voice is really good, so I'd actually put Keyton
Actually again, for me, I love Baale, so I'm actually
still putting Bail at the top. But for like an overall,
if you're taking everyone's account, i'd say probably cuten everyone

(38:29):
Agreeth is the best because yeah, I don't mean get
wrong though from like practicality in the world, I understand
why Bathleck has that. That's great story wise, absolutely it
just for me, I just don't like saun iving Batman
sound like a robot. I liked it later on when
he lost it, but yeah, for me, I would rank
a few more lower. Super Mike says. Eccles also voice
Jason to on the Red Hood, which is a better

(38:51):
than his Batman. I agree he's too old for red
Hood now, yeah, I would hope so we don't get
a Redhood that one. But yeah, for me, I think
Brennan's Scalar and Jensen Ackles are the same side of
a different coin. So I am and bren o'lahem happy.
I'm gonna put Jensen Ackles last. I think just for
the like who I would be more excited. I've seen

(39:14):
lots of game tape on Jensen to know where Brennan.
He's still knewer brend There's still stuff that I would
have to watch or stuff that I would have to
you know, dig into. But for me, I'm just seeing
what's in the wrestling discord right now as pubs shout
out the gimmick this weekend. To me, I I definitely would.

(39:35):
It's kind of like the Devil you know and the
Devil you don't know. I know Brendon less, so I'd
rather go that around and see where Jensen I've kind
of I think I've seen what the limitations are there, right,
and I think he's still a good actor. I think
he can be great in certain roles. So but yeah,
that's to me, the most popular one that's come up
all the time. Let's see if there's any other on
these lists. Here tabout on richardson Brendon's scalar. Yeah, okay,

(40:00):
here's another one. This to me is a good one.
I've never heard of his American accent, so I'm not
sure where it is. Where would I put mister THEO
James because he does come up a lot. I feel
like it's not down a little bit, But where would
I put THEO James on this list. I'm gonna put them.

(40:23):
I'm gonna put them below Michael B. Jordan because I've
seen a lot of stuff with THEO James. I've seen
a good amount of stuff with THEO James. Like him.
I think he's an interesting one. I definitely like him
as far as the new crop, as far as people
that aren't big stars, because Glenn Pally, you take him
out like Lee Pay, like Lee Pace. That's a personal

(40:44):
one because I really enjoy that guy. But he's hired
tier for me than John and Brandon and Jensen that are.
You know, Jensen's still not the biggest star, right you
go to your parents and who's Jensen acles? Unless they're
a fan of some of his work, They're not gonna know, right.
THEO James, I think there's potential there. I would like
to see him in that type of role. I'd like
to hear his American accent as well, so I like him.

(41:06):
He has a good look. I love his voice, but
same thing. Would the voice be changed up, but he's
doing a big American accent, like the same way they've
fucking ruined Bendiccumber badge for Doctor Strange. Like I've always said,
why they not just let him use his great British voice.
Don't understand it. Just say hey, Steven Strange grew up
in fucking London and then he move over here and
he's in New York. It's all you need to do, right.

(41:27):
This is when that comes up a lot too. Is
Oliver Jackson Cohen. I he's kind of the same for me.
As far as he's in the Haunting Hills series, he's
in some other stuff. He was one of my picks
for Moonnight, and I think I put him in the
category where Oliver Jackson Cohen, I'm putting him below. He's

(41:48):
like in the bottom four. I think he's a guy
and that's why I won him for Moonnight. He's that
one where, yeah, he could be a good Batman, but
better crazier character villain in that sort of sense, right,
So that's where I'm putting it, even though it's a
big phanom in the Hill series, Aaron says, I think
Brave and Bold isn't till twenty twenty e twenty twenty nine,
so we probably won't hear who Batman's playing until twenty

(42:10):
twenty seven at least, I would imagine, so unless he
is in Clay Face or Man of Timore. Right, that
we could always say those could happen. If Brain the
Bowl happens, right, you never know what could happen. Super
bit Mike says, THEO James has his American accent in Diversion,
it's pretty good, very deep. Okay, that works. I've never

(42:30):
seen the Diversion series, but that's good where I feel
like Cumberbatch's American accents something quite different. But uh yeah,
Braining the Bolt's going to be a bit so and
same thing too. That's the thing where unless he has
somebody completely like let's say he is watching nineteen twenty
three right and in his mind like million oll'cock when
you watch House Dragon's like I'm going Brend's Glenar whatever

(42:52):
or whenever. If Gunn is waiting, if that's twenty twenty eight,
twenty nine, that movie does come out, that's still you know,
three what are we now? Three to four years? Yeah,
Like there could be other actors that pop up or
get big, right, the same way as with corn Sweat,
he saw Pearl and like, who's that projectionist? He could

(43:13):
be a great Superman maybe, So there could be something
that pops up in a fucking you know Ty Woods movie.
He's like, that's a that's our Batman right there. So
let's see there anybody. Uh yeah, I got Glenn. I'm
not putting any Candil list. I'm not seeing enough people.
Scott Atkins, I'm not putting that. I'm not putting this.
One of the lists here was like a complete unknown,

(43:34):
I'd be completely down. It's just like a question of
you know what, you know, what does that mean? Per
se because even Corn Sweat was like was like not
a complete unknown but unknown but still at enough game
tape where I thought he looked great. But I would
be down with that too, with something I never heard of,
like the I don't have him ranked here, but I
have him let me pull it up on the list.

(43:55):
I'm not ranking him because he is coming up a lot,
but it's like a it's a newer one. This guy
Nate Man, he's playing when the Kennedy's coming up looks
wise if you were to say take the say he
has a corn Sweat effect, where I think if Nate
Man is a good actor and he can have a
Batman Bruce Wayne vibe, everyone's fucked the same way. The

(44:17):
corn Sweat when that adition came out and like, oh yeah,
everyone was done. Like Nate Man, let me pull, I'll
do some screen sharing here to me, there's some images
and not every image, but there's some images where he
just looks, yeah, here we go. I remove myself. Let's
present that. Let's see stop screen share. I'll bring that

(44:38):
back up in a second. But Nate Man here, I'll
do just a small version of Google because if I
bring up every time, it messes up and brings up
a new window. But this guy, he looks like a
he looks like a drawing, especially some Scott Seniers Batman's
like when he's younger, he looks him very Bay face
not so much. But these are more recent ones when
he's older. This is that photo shoot you just did.

(45:01):
Like he looks like Bruce Wayne, the same way that
David Quorns. But yeah, like these younger photos, not as
that's someone else, but these younger photos not as much.
But the older photos he has the look, he has,
the brow, he's the jaw line like he. These are
the same. These are the same people. So if Nate

(45:23):
Man can act at all and have that vibe, I
think everyone would be screwed, you know, So let me
just bring up here. I know it's here. Okay, we
got about twelve more minutes here, so let's get this
down to the nitty gritty Jack Black as Batman detail.
I'm not accepting that because, no, what do you think
the age range? What age range do you think they
are looking for? For Batman? I think so what are

(45:48):
they looking for? I think the same way Batflick was
in his late forties, but they said anything he was
like in the movie mid fifties, mid or like early
sixties or something like that. I think the same thing
as you can get in their mid thirties and aged
them up right. I think that works for me? Oh,
where was the head? A better version of the note
sharing here? But for me, uh, where is it? And

(46:11):
I lost that too? Like there, oh that was a
bit better. There we go for me. I I'm kind
of fine with whatever they do as long as it
makes sense timeline wise with Damien right, because technically they
could go an Olmen route where he was training with
the League assass They could go many routes, and sometimes
in comic books it's kind of like an against his
will or he's unknowingly sort of thing. They could go

(46:33):
a route that hey, he was whether he was training
with them at sixteen he's slept with Selena or Sleptwattalion
they had this child, right or when he was at
the age of thirty he slept Withatalia and then now
it's forty and the kids ten year old. Like it
all depends, like you can, like I know people have
made it and I get it right because you want
them to go through maybe multiple robins and some training

(46:55):
with backgirl and stuff. But for me, it's one of
these things where technically Bruce Wayne at the age of
twenty could have got Tallya pregnant and he's thirty and
he has a ten year old son, right Like sometimes
people have thrown out these ages and not thought of like,
well it has to be this. It's like not really.
In my opinion, I think you should make him forty.
So he is a season batman. That's different than passing,

(47:16):
and he's had some Robbins. But I could still say
you could you know, like Mike saying here, I've heard
pass Kelby's two a bit too young. Same thing you
could gast have been. Just age him up a little bit,
some makeup, some scarring, whatever it may be. You know
like they did with that, like a little gray in
the hair. I'm not saying put gray and fat mass
Scale's hair, right, but and especially by the time you're
filming now, right, if this is coming out twenty twenty

(47:37):
twenty nine, somewhere in there still few more years. So yeah,
let's see here. And I think that was all my list, right, Yeah,
so the only two that I had, and people, well,
I guess there's three. There's one that didn't pop up
on the list that I was coming up a lot,
but it's very popular. It's a couple of years ago
and then around the time the movie came out, and
I think it still fits. Is Josh Harnett? I think he?

(48:00):
Or am I saying it wrong? Is it Heartnet or Harnett?
I think I've said this my whole life, But he
is a guy that has really impressed me the past
couple of years. Between Trap, between Black Mirror, Let's see
it is Heartnet, Between Oppenheimer, he was somebody and this
is what I mean, and you never know. I think

(48:20):
he's somebody the same way to Peel Tabo Brand's Scalar.
I feel like he could get there. You never know.
But with Josh Arnette Heartnett I would have said when
he was younger, around that age he was talking Nolan,
I always said, no, absolutely not. I don't think he's
grizzled enough. I don't think he has it, and I
don't think he was as good of an actor back
then that he is now. I think he is a

(48:41):
much higher tier actor than he was around H two
O time or you know the ver that thirty Days
movie where he doesn't try to have sex for three days,
like I think he has, you know, upped his game.
And I think that's where where I am with like
a Brendon Scalar, where I think that could happen. So
you could guess that's where I'm with Jensen, where I've

(49:02):
seen Jensen a long enough time where I think I
know what he can do right where Brandon maybe could
do that. So with Heartnet, I'm gonna put him, especially
because he if he's on the older side, I'm gonna
put him. Hmm. There you go. And I want to
watch Penny Dreadful because I've heard great things. I love
Eva Green, so I uh, Mike says that he's totally

(49:23):
a great Batman and Penny Dreadful, so let's see, because
it's I have him right now with the Glenn palell
Ish and I I feel like I'll put him. I'll
put him below pal just because palell is like my
I like the the riot pick, you know, the chaospick
to see what would happen, and I think that would

(49:45):
be a very exciting release. But Josh, if you were
to be cast, that'd be fantastic. Another guy, people, and
these are gonna be my one and two hour So
here's my number two. People know my well, maybe I'll
do my number one because I think I've just talked
about recent So if you talked about a news or
if you've heard a newscast, you've heard me say, it's
not a big spoiler. And people will not have much,

(50:06):
you know, to this name. I've seen only a few
people thrown out. I saw one Reddit post is my
man Sam Reid. Sam Reid a guy that I did
not know existed about a month ago. I watched if
you don't know, he plays the stat on interview the Vampire,
and this is why I even then. I was like,
there's isms of the brute like that he has. I'd say,

(50:28):
the dark and brooding down a lot and then he
has the kind of emotional loss Bruce wayne'side. So I
hadn't seen everything right, but I already saw some things
where I went, okay, those few qualities he is great.
He also, to me, has piercing eyes. It's not because
interview the vampire they has the you know, you know,
all the capsules and other stuff. I've seen him and
now he has some good piercing dark eyes I think

(50:49):
would be perfect. He has a good frame. If you
look at him and coming in an interview vampire, he's
getting like jacked, he's getting big. So for me, everything's there.
But what very much convinced me was great in that
fantastic performance. I saw him in the news reader because
I was. I loved him in less stats, so I
love him in the interview the vampires like, I want
to get more in that thing, Diesel says, Ginger or Batman.

(51:12):
Let's go now two things. One, if they did that,
absolutely sure. I don't think they would. I think what
they would do though, because if you like, look at
Coran's what his hair is not black, but they dye
his hair jet black. You can even see it in
the Superman movie sometimes when he gets up where there's
like an action scene you can see his roots where
it's still brown, where they've you know, died over. So

(51:33):
either way you could die the hair or make him
in ginger if you want. I think they would diet
or who knows. Like I'd be fine if he gets
the Roger Moore treatment right. But for me, I saw
the news Reader where he plays this character where season
one he is i'll just say an intern. He's a
closeted character and he has tons of just doubts and
perservations about himself and he's just locked away. And when

(51:56):
you see the evolution and he becomes like the season
three minor spoilers for the show, but you can see
where it's going. But he becomes like the most popular
news reader that's like a newscaster for the Australia right
news reader in Australia, and he's, you know, they call
him like the King of the News. And he gets
like his hair is more proper and he's more like
powerful and he's like almost like a Bruce Wayne Cocky type.

(52:18):
And I was like doing the leal of like I've
seen everything. Everything that I need from my Batman, I've
seen right here. I'm not gonna have time. We got
five minutes left. If I were to do the ranking
them all, he would probably be lost. As far as
the likelihood of him getting cast, he doesn't have much
to his name. He's doing that show, which always takes
a lot of time, and I think that, like granted,

(52:41):
if it's like corn Sweat, you want to make him
a star, then sure it could work. I think he's
like thirty seven thirty eight, so he could be in
that perfect let me see here, he's okay, it's thirty eight.
To me, that's a perfect age to do the Damien stuff.
So that is my stuff. Where everybody I've seen on
this list, even to Jensen and Brendon's clar right, I

(53:03):
can see them get cast. I see okay. I can
see the vision the same way if Taylor used to joke,
and I've seen people do this when it's like, oh,
Elijah Wood, No, I don't see the vision, you know,
like everybody on the most Paulplar fan cast. That's why
they're there because I see something right where Sam Reid,
out of everyone I've seen, he checks off all the
boxes where I think he can look handsome, he can

(53:24):
do the dark and brooding. He can do the charismac
he can do the emotional, he can do any romance
with Selena Kyle like he can do. He has the
body like he has all those things. He has the age.
I'm not sure his hype, but I think he's like
a taller guy, so like he has everything right. So
that's my number one. Never gonna happen, but I will
pimp them on until it doesn't happen. Sam Maurye Go
number one and then number two, a pick that I

(53:46):
would have never thought because this is the same thing
I talk about with Josh Hartnett. This man comes from
the MSUE. His tenure might be over soon, but he
comes from the MSU. For me, it was last year.
It was like a full year, not the calendar year,
when I saw three movies and he was very different
on all of them, and Thunderbolts and The Apprentice and

(54:07):
and I've forgotten the name the goddamn movie when he started,
but I will bring up there and this was the
biggest one. But fancy if she's listening well like this,
and I've said this before Sebastian stan I would have
never thought that a couple of years ago. You can
listen to what is the movie? He did A different man,

(54:29):
really good movie. I think the third act it's a
little different, and I feel like there's not a think yes, Bobs,
I got there quickly because I didn't have time. But
thank you, yes, Mike, everybody, thank you everybody in the
chat for helping me out recommend it. The third act
is a little bit different, so it's not everybody's cup
of tea. And myself, there's something they didn't love about it.
But when I saw him do those all back to back. Now, granted,

(54:52):
I still don't think he is the strongest actor, right.
I think, like I think Michael be Jordan's better than him.
I would say I think he's level of Josh Hartnett.
I'd say Glenn pala is probably better. I would say
Jake Jenhole is definitely better. Uh, you know THEO James.
I think it's about the same. So I don't think
he's like the best on this list. I put Samory
above him. Lee Pace, like, I think there's this is

(55:13):
I guess I would go back where I would have
thought there were limitters on him. But I think even
in Thunderbolts's Bucky, just little things he does now he's
gone so much better as an actor. Where when we did,
you know, going up to the Infinitey War and Endgame
and like in Civil War, And then I said on
that review, like I thought he was the weakest in
the whole movie. You know, there's times where this is
the thing where actors can approve or depends on the

(55:36):
scriptwriting of the direction. So I've seen enough where I'm
gonna put him. I thought it too. I'll still put
him at too, because I still really like the Lee
Pace role. But Sebastian stan Uh, Yeah, that's who i'd
put in my number two. And I'll read all the
ranking out there, but yeah, there's just something where I
think he's approved and I've seen the quality of him there.

(55:57):
He has the looks, and I think that he has
enough mainstream name as well. Peg Oh, I know him
so right now as far as the fancast, let me
know in the future if I've missed the neck could
recycle back to this, but I'm away. From bottom to top, Jensen, Ankles,
Brendan's Kalar r Winston, Duke Ulver, Jackson Cohen, Jake, Jillhall,
Jonathan Bailey, Theo, James Michael b Jordan, Josh Hartnett, Glenn Palell, Leape,

(56:19):
Sebastian Stan and Sam Reid. So that gives me thirteen.
I did there. So he's gonna make space when they
eventually plays older Luke Skywalker. That's a dream right, that's
a dream fancast And if that would happen, I'd say no,
he wouldn't be Batman officer right, But yeah, there we go. Yeah,
this was a fun one. Thank you to everybody in
the chat. Like I said, that second topic, we'll do
another time because there's some fun. There's some ones that

(56:41):
I knew about and even some ones I forgot. There's
somes I didn't know about as far as people that
almost got Batman not saying. That's gonna be next week.
If we have no news again, then it will be.
But yes, thank you everyone for tuning in. Sorry I
was late today. Try not to get that it happened,
but it was just out of my hand. So thank
you everybody. I'll see you for some other reviews this week.
See for IF nine. And I promise when you hear

(57:01):
from you next, it will not be born
