freaking leg pants down.

Speaker 8 (02:46):
I'm wearing I'm wearing pants judge, Okay, all right? Uh?
Why did the media jerk go berserk.

Speaker 11 (02:59):
In a stark room? Mind of the bias lens through
which some media outlets view the world. MSNBC ran a
headline after the sentencing of the illegal alien who murdered
Lincoln Riley to life in prison. This is the headline
they wrote, Lincoln Riley's killer never stood a chance. After

(03:21):
significant backlash, they altered it to quote the guilt of
Lincoln Riley's killer was never in doubt. Now this incident
explains why Comcast is looking to sell the network, because
when it comes to reporting, MSNBC seems more interested in
pushing an agenda than presenting the facts. But here at

(03:44):
hashtag go Right, we aim to cut through the noise
and bring you the truth about our constitutional republic. Welcome
back to hashtag go Right with Peter Boyke and where
we stand for liberty, uphold the Constitution, and fight for
the values of our constitutional republic. In today's episode, we're
diving into some critical issues that showcase the challenges and

(04:05):
victories in our fight for freedom. We got news on
border security, gun rights, judicial out for each and more.
And in a surprising turn of events, we're hearing that
Rick Granell, former acting Director of National Intelligence, might be
tapped as a special voided negotiate peace in the Russian

(04:26):
Ukraine conflict. Let's get to it. Remember we fight for
what's right because it's time to go right, time to
go right.

Speaker 4 (04:42):
It's time to go right.

Speaker 3 (04:49):
It's time to go right.

Speaker 11 (04:53):
In a telling sign of shifting cultural landscapes, a recent
Gallop survey reveals a significant increase of gun ownership among
Republican women, jumping from nineteen percent to thirty three percent
between two thousand and seven and twenty twelve and twenty
nineteen and twenty twenty four. Conversely, Democrat men have seen

(05:13):
a decline from thirty six to twenty nine percent in
the same period. This data underscores a growing divide in
how Americans approach personal security and their Second Amendment rights. Regionally,
the survey shows a clear divide, with fifty one percent
of rural Americans owning guns compared to just twenty percent
in urban areas, reflecting the diverse needs and lifestyles across

(05:36):
our vast nation. Republican men continue to lead in gun
ownership at sixty percent, while Democrat women remain the least
likely group to own firearms at only twelve percent. Dana Leuisch,
former NRA spokeswoman, commented on this trend highlighting the empowerment
of women to protect themselves amidst rising lawlessness, stating quote,

(06:01):
I think it's phenomenal and speaks to the confidence and
courage of women who are moved to protect themselves and
their families. This is not just about statistics. It's about
the fundamental right to self defense, deeply rooted in our constitutions.

Speaker 12 (06:17):
To my mind, to Papa no mannesola on this timesas Wow.

Speaker 8 (06:30):
Tom Hohlman joins us.

Speaker 13 (06:31):
Now, Hey, Tom, that's a story new to most of America,
but not new to you, is it.

Speaker 14 (06:38):
No.

Speaker 15 (06:38):
I've been talking about this for four years, about the
inhumanity that border, about how many children die, whether in
the desert or in the river. Since Joe Biden's been president,
we got nearly four thousand aliens have died across in
this border. Children die almost every day, children get sucksually assaulted.
Thirty one percent of women that make the journey get sucks.
You Assaultedministration has been hiding it. This is something we're

(07:01):
going to address. We're going to show the American people
exactly what we're doing on the border and why we
need to do it. And this is one clean example
why we need to secure that border.

Speaker 13 (07:10):
So Tom, there's other two year olds being held right now,
and because in a rush to get them out people,
they're giving them to strangers who show up and say,
I'm the sponsor, I'm the relative. How do you stop that?
I mean, what do you do with the children? How
do you stop the income and the incoming kids?

Speaker 15 (07:28):
Well, first of all, shame on the Biden administration and Basera,
who's the Secretary of Akhs. Here's on stage about two
months ago bragging how quick these children are released from
government custody. Thought you thought it was a good thing.
Where the release because you're not properly vetting the sponsors.
They stopped the DNA testing. Shame on them. That's why
they have over three hundred thousand children that they release

(07:49):
to unvet sponsors that they can't find. And President Trump
is committed, in addition to securing the border and having
a deportation operation, is to find and locate these three
hundred thousand children. Many of them are going to be
enforced labor, many of them enforced sex trade. We need
to save these children. How do we stop it? We
secure the border, We send a strong mess of the
rest of the world. If you cross this border legally,

(08:09):
you're gonna be deported, You're gonna be detained, you're not
gonna be released. Children won't be delivered to their parents.
And to complete the criminal conspiracy but only smuggling, we
got to put a stop to it.

Speaker 13 (08:20):
So today you're going to be at the board with
Governor Abbot.

Speaker 8 (08:23):
What's the objective.

Speaker 15 (08:26):
Well, we're not waiting to generate twentieth we're already we're
already planning what we're going to do to lock down
the state of Texas. Governor rabbits done a great jobs
of our Look, illegal crossings in Texas is downald eighty
percent because of great work by the Governor Rabbit. And
he's been successful because he's he has taken the Trump
policies and put him to work. He's put border barriers

(08:46):
and walls up, walls work. President Trump proved that he
has consequences. He's arresting people and charging him across the border.
Consequences work, so and and and everybody he arrests, every
every illegal and the troopers arrest is one less got away,
so at least only being fingerprinted, and they're not a
national security threat. Every ounce of fatanyal his trooper seas

(09:07):
is less over those destinies country. So we're gonna build
upon this success. I guarantee you the Trump administration isn't
going to constantly suit him for trying to secure the border.
We're going to partner up and help him do one
hundred percent security on his border. And we're going to
do that across to the southwest border.

Speaker 13 (09:22):
You are building They are building a wall in Texas.
They bought the land and they're building a wall. Is
this wall going to be up.

Speaker 8 (09:29):
To your standard? Is that what these states have to do?

Speaker 16 (09:34):
Well?

Speaker 15 (09:35):
Look, if you want to secure the border, you got
you gotta put up border barriers. We approven border barriers work.
You also got it. And catch and release. We got
to put the Remain in Mexico program back in. You
got the third third Safe country greements, we got the
Congress seats and change asidemn laws. Why I'm not counting
that to happen. So if President Trump's got to come
in with executive orders like you did the first time,
we President Trump with a game changer remain in Mexico.

(09:57):
He had the lowest illegommigration over forty five years. We're
going to grace down ninety percent, and Brian example of
this two year old, when ninety percent less people are coming,
how many children aren't dying across that border. How many
children women ain't sexually assaulted. So look, President Trump's policies work.
We're going to do it again. This time, We're going
to finish the job.

Speaker 13 (10:14):
Tom, you know to do the job better than anybody.
But if we could see those stories, and the only
reason we saw it because the check just STPs said,
you know, we'll blow their faces, hide the identity, but
I want to show you what we're dealing with. We
could see those stories, I think that people would understand,
really what you're up against.

Speaker 8 (10:31):
Do you plan on doing it?

Speaker 13 (10:32):
The three year old that comes across the unther companied
eight year old that comes.

Speaker 15 (10:37):
Across, as tragic and as sad as those things are,
we have to show the American people. We got to
be transparent and show the American people why we need
to secure the border. It's about saving lives. Bottom line
is about saving lives. And I'm sick and tired of
my thirty four years holding dying children, holding dead children,
talking to girls as young as nine that were raped

(10:58):
multiple times. And I've set it before. Everything innocent and
pure within that little girl was ripped from her and
she will never be the same. We're going to tell
the story. American people need to know the story, and
I think by telling that story, President Trump have the
support of American people across the board.

Speaker 13 (11:12):
Well, watch you and the governor at the border today,
and we can't understand what we're in for in the
next while we wait fifty five more days. Tomhoeman, thanks
so much, appreciate it, Thank you.

Speaker 11 (11:23):
New York City has been rocked by a never crime wave,
this time linked to the early release of a violent
offender who later committed a triple slashing. Representative Richie Torres
has openly criticized Mayor Eric Adams and Governor Kathy Hochel
for their approach to public safety and criminal justice. This

(11:44):
incident raises serious questions about the efficiency of current policies
and perrioritize leniency over community safety. I mean, what do
you expect when you let that many illegals come in
and take over the city. The backlash on this event
is not just political noise. It's a crime for a
return of policies that respect the world of law and

(12:06):
protect citizens. This scenario sympathize how progressive policies can have
dire real world consequences, challenging the balance between compassion and
the responsibility of our judicial system.

Speaker 4 (12:23):
I've just been told, I've been fired.

Speaker 17 (12:28):
What they do, and they tell us what they set
a time you're going to how long are going to
be somewhere, And then what they do is they close
all the roads the Secret Service does. And if you
want to lose all support for the Coastguard and no
one'll ever go from me again, I'd better get the
hell out of here. Thank you, thank you, thank you

(12:48):
from the bottom of my heart. Thank you for your service.

Speaker 8 (12:51):
Thank you.

Speaker 4 (12:53):
I really mean it.

Speaker 18 (12:54):
Thank you appreciate it.

Speaker 11 (12:58):
There's significant buzz around allegations that the NIH chief, which
is confess that aspects of the COVID nineteen health initiatives,
including vaccine efficiency, were fabricated. This claim has fueled widespread
criticism and has become a focal point for discussions on

(13:19):
health and governmental trust. Will get you more information as
it comes.

Speaker 19 (13:27):
I think it's insulting when members of the working class,
which the Democratic Party has lost entirely in our lifetimes,
to insist the economy is doing great a twelve pack
of Bounty is forty dollars. Rich folks don't feel that.
Poor folks already switched to Sparkle during the COVID during

(13:50):
the lockdown, and I think telling them that the Nasdaq
is gangbusters is further insulting.

Speaker 8 (13:57):
It's insulting.

Speaker 19 (13:58):
I think the biggest unforced era of the bi An administration.

Speaker 8 (14:01):
By far was the border.

Speaker 19 (14:03):
To tell people it's not a problem is insulting. For
the working class to see incoming migrants getting welcome bags,
debit cards and motel rooms is probably insulting as well.
So there's a lot of work to do, you know.
It was when they they handed out Camo hats that
said Harris Walls and the Democrats were they were kind

(14:26):
of charmed by that their party has gone Quenoa and
the rest of America is eating at cracker barrel.

Speaker 4 (14:41):
Keep the.

Speaker 20 (14:44):
Ground rides a bat when they will say, and will

(15:05):
be joy.

Speaker 6 (15:08):
Stands tall.

Speaker 9 (15:09):
You know who you shine right like the Barnes starling.
They can break you your two far stronger than now.

Speaker 3 (15:22):
And then they then see mos time.

Speaker 21 (15:26):
You got the mom and every storm bunnet they fall.

Speaker 4 (15:33):
No one who.

Speaker 21 (15:34):
Kids the cal I cans in time you find the mom.

Speaker 22 (15:56):
Stop mo every fall your lot pasical like pay.

Speaker 9 (16:05):
Go sad song who you love, shine bright like a
bride sun.

Speaker 21 (16:16):
They can bring you your so.

Speaker 18 (16:20):
Far stronger love.

Speaker 4 (16:23):
To see voices.

Speaker 21 (16:26):
Are child Stephen on your home, save your javen, find
your mind.

Speaker 4 (16:38):
To start in this ste.

Speaker 22 (16:51):
Loved loving to see under nothing, see all they drive,
scream along your homes. Since still you dream, Vie, Lady,

(17:11):
you rise, despine key voices of trial steam Since still

(17:35):
dream vield.

Speaker 6 (17:41):
You rise.

Speaker 3 (17:43):
Despite the sky.

Speaker 23 (17:46):
Status quo now is no charges against the president. You
would have to upset that status quo to later bring
charges again, as opposed to merely postponing the proceedings, which
case the presumption is they continue when he leaves off now.
Jack Smith relied on the opinion of lawyers within the
Department who said that they thought it was required by

(18:07):
the constitution to dismiss the case. But it isn't required
by the constitution. There's nothing that would interfere with his
performance of the office, whether the case is dismissed without
prejudice or merely postponed. So I think this is a
serious mistake by the Department. It compounds the mistake that
you alluded to, which is they waited a year before
they even brought this case for it or began the investigation.

(18:31):
And then you have the Supreme Court with its immunity decision,
and now you have a potential nominee in Pambondi, who
was saying she's going to prosecute the prosecutors.

Speaker 8 (18:41):
All of that.

Speaker 23 (18:43):
Goes against what Jack Smith said in his brief motion that.

Speaker 8 (18:48):
No one's above the law.

Speaker 23 (18:50):
So we're hearing that phrase a lot, but we're not
giving validity to it by these actions.

Speaker 11 (18:57):
And our main story today is a significant legal development,
and the sentencing for President elect Donald Trump in the
Manhattan non disclosure agreement case has been indefinitely postponed by
New York Supreme Court Justice One Merchant. This move comes
after Trump was charged with thirty four counts related to

(19:18):
the classification of payments to Stormy Daniels as quote legal fees.
This case, seen by many as politically motivated, has now
been put on hold, with Trump's legal team given until
December second to argue for a complete dismissal based on
presidential immunity. Stephen Chung Trump's communication Directlars stated quote the
hoax Manhattan case is now fully stayed and sentencing as adjourned.

(19:42):
President Trump won a landslide victory as the American people
have issued a mandate to return him to office and
dispose of all remnants of the witch hunt cases. This
development coincides with the dismissal of federal cases against Trump
for election interference and mishandling class fied documents, you know,
the Jack Smith crap, signaling a potential into what many

(20:05):
conservatives you as lawfair against political adversaries.

Speaker 8 (20:10):
I would like to.

Speaker 11 (20:11):
State, though, I don't know what kind of justice system
we have or world we live in where someone like
Donald Trump, regardless if he was the president, ex president
of regular citizen, etc. When you're running for office and
a large thing, are you just a billionaire? You're going

(20:32):
to be confronted with people who are going to come
forward and try to say that you've done certain things,
and a lot of cases wherever you've done it or
didn't do it, it's much easier to tell them to
go the hell away, and you've got money and you
pay them off. In this case, she didn't have no
problem if Donald Trump slept with her or didn't slept
with her. I don't care at the end of the day.

(20:57):
She made it a point. When Donald Trump was running
for office, she blackmailed him. She went through his lawyer.
His lawyer who was the same lawyer who was stealing
from the Trump administration, who also went to jail and
knows nothing but a crook went ahead and made the.

Speaker 18 (21:16):
Deal with.

Speaker 11 (21:19):
Stormy Daniels and paid her as well the hush money
to keep quiet. I don't think they establish any fact
that Donald Trump knew about it, or said he was
okay with it or anything. All that was said in
this case was that Donald Trump paid the lawyer back.

(21:40):
I think they tried to say that Donald Trump was
using campaign money and was supposed to write that down.
Donald Trump said, I was paying lawyer fees. Trump was
the one being extorted. Trump is the victim. I'm trying
to figure out how somebody who extorts somebody like Stormy

(22:00):
Daniels is not in jail. How a lawyer there steals
from you and goes back door deals. But I'm trying
to figure out how somebody who knew backdoor deals in
this lawyer's case can do this and get away with it.
You got two crooks who blackmailed Donald Trump, but somehow

(22:25):
the victim is the criminal, and if in the case
it had anything to do with something being criminal, it
would have been missdemeanors, not federal crimes. They only did
this because Donald Trump was running for office. If Donald
Trump had not won, I think they still would have
dropped the case. After all, he was a president. Do

(22:49):
I believe any president or past president should be thrown
in jail at any time in this America? No, I
do not, even the bad ones. There's got to be
a way to hate handle this without throwing our presidents
in jail. And that's that's in my opinion.

Speaker 4 (23:08):
We'll be right.

Speaker 16 (23:09):
So Trump just announced that Scott Bessett is his pick
for Treasury Secretary. Scott is an investor, a hedge fund manager,
and the founder of Key Square Group. He lives in Charleston,
South Carolina, primarily with his husband and two children. When
Scott is confirmed, he will be the highest ranking openly
gay official in US history. But wait, doesn't Trump hate

(23:33):
gay people. This incessant fear mongering from the left is
the reason why people are leaving the left in droves.
No one takes you seriously anymore. Trump has a history
of being on the LGBT community side. Despite what the
liberal media has to say, Trump was primarily responsible for
deleting any anti LGBT rhetoric from the Republican Party platform.

(23:55):
He was the first president in history coming into office
supporting gay marriage, a plethora of gay marriages in the
comfort of his own home at mare A Lago. His
Supreme Court ended workplace discrimination on the basis of sexual orientation.
Trump appointees Neil Gorsich and Amy Cony Barrett have reaffirmed.

Speaker 3 (24:13):
Obergefell as subtled law.

Speaker 16 (24:15):
Rick Grenell was the first openly gay Cabinet member in
US history appointed by Trump and President Trump launched a
global initiative to decriminalize homosexuality, especially in places like the
Middle East, barring Israel because they're.

Speaker 17 (24:28):
Fine with it.

Speaker 16 (24:29):
Whoever is saying that Trump is trying to take away
rights from the LGBT community, they're lying to you.

JD is proven he's ready to be a two term president.
If Trump is a one term jvs a two term president.
Now you got twelve years of momentum. But the games
are going to be to pin Trump against JD. If
they're able to find a way to pin Trump against JD.
Now you have division, and now Trump is not happy
about the attention that JD is getting pants is not
going to get reelected. JD has to realize you are

(29:32):
not the alpha. He has to give all the praise
and edification to Trump. The next four years zero taking credit.
If he does that, the head hauncher at the top
is going to give him the biggest endorsement for twenty
twenty eight, and he'll get.
