Anime baby, can you please giveme some music? I want some
music, some nice, smooth, smooth music, because I know you know
how to bring it in. Youknow, sim was still struggling with I
don't think it's pause is adapted likeyour clause, you know. Anyway,

(05:18):
what it I just wondered about thiswould a phoenix be considered a raptor?
Are you okay? I'm sorry, you know, because anime is a raptor.
I mean my fault of phoenix, but I don't know if that would
be a rap you know, ah, believe it all right. So the

(05:43):
title of the message of the dayis unleashing creativity, transforming challenges into opportunities.
Of course, you know, we'removing in the spirit of Koumba.
Of course, in and under theguiding light of emining. You know,
we looking into the power of creativity, particularly its role in creative solutions and

(06:06):
challenging times, because you know, that's what we're dealing with, challenging times
right now, in the period ofuncertainty. Creativity isn't just an artistic endeavor.
It's a survival skill, a beaconof hope, a source of innovation
that can lead us to unforeseen possibilitiesand new horizons. Now in a couple
of seconds, you're gonna see aQR core pop up that will take you

(06:29):
to the test because, like Isaid, I'm trying to once again one
create value, give people what theyneed. And also I want to see
if somebody is out there learning. So I started creating tests for our discussions.
Our interface of challenges creativity emergencies arepowerful to that allows us to view

(06:50):
problems through a different leans, toimagine what could be rather than what is.
It's about thinking outside the convention onboard boundaries, during the dream,
and then bringing those dreams to life. This is where our community strengt lies
and our ability to transform obstacles tostepping stones using the power of our collective

(07:15):
creativity. So here's some power steps. Three power steps. Frondly, y'all
know I be dropping them. Soget your books, get your tablets,
get your cell phones, and getready for these power steps to bring Kuumber
alive in your life. Not thatyou got to practice the ones that I
give you, but you know whatI'm saying, I'm trying to help you

(07:38):
bring an order to your life,a plan, a strategy in core.
Encourage diverse thinking. That's one number. Two. Foster a culture of an
experimentation. That's two. Three Celebratecreative efforts. Now let's go back.
One. Encourage diverse thinking. Promoteenvironment where different perspectives and ideas are welcomed

(08:03):
and valued. Diversity and thought isthe few of creativity, leading to more
comprehensive and inclusive solutions. Two Fostera culture of experimentation. Encourage the community
to experiment and take calculated risk.Sometimes the most innovative solution arise from trial

(08:28):
and error, from the willingness toventure into the unknown. Three Celebrate creative
efforts. Recognize and celebrate creative attempts, whether they lead to success or not.
Acknowledging these efforts Foster community where creativityis nurtured and cherished. As we

(08:48):
navigate through the uncertainties of our times, let's harness the power of creative spirits.
Let's look at challenges not as deadends, but as opportunities to think
differently, to innovate, and togrow. Our creativity is our strength.

(09:09):
A two that can help us buildbridges over gaps of uncertainty and lead us
to a future field with promise andpotential. In the spirit of Comber,
let us commit to being creators ofchange, architects of innovation, and artists
of destiny. Together we can turnthe challenges of today into triumphs of tomorrow.

(09:35):
And with that, you know whatwe're heading. And a man in
and back jamming right now, youtelling them what we had in anime?
Please, I need you know,I think they need to know what we're
heard. Where we're going? Arewe going? P proverb? But the

(10:05):
day? Proverb but a day?And of course, on this inspiring day
and morning for some of you ofKoomba, we embrace the essence of creativity
and innovation a god in proverb, where is where there is no vision?
Y'all are heard this, I knowy'all have Where is where there is no
vision, the people perish. Sothis is a powerful reminder of the critical

(10:30):
role that create create a vision playsin our collective journey, especially during challenging
times where there's no vision that peopleperish. This ancient proverb succinctly captures the
importance of foresight and imagination in shapingthe future. In the context of Coomba

(10:54):
in underscore is the idea that creativityis not just an artistic pursuit. It
is a visionary process that fosters growth, unity, and survival in times of
uncertainty. A clear creative vision actsas a beacon at God's a community through

(11:15):
uncharted waters, turning obstacles into opportunitiesfor progress and prosperity. Kumba's not merely
about creating for the sake of creation. It's about purposeful innovation that uplifts and
advances our community. It's about seeingbeyond the present difficulties and imagining a future
filled with possibilities. This proverb remindsus that without a collective vision, a

(11:43):
creative, hopeful outlook towards the future, we risk stagnation and decline. So
I want to give you course threemore steps. You know what I'm saying.
I mean you could use see becauseall these steps back, I just
come up with ideas and you couldtake take them and you take them,

(12:05):
use them, throw them at whatever. You know what I'm saying. But
here you go. Falseter creative thinking, foster creative thinking, encourage discussion and
brainstorming sessions within the community. Thatare focused on visionary ideas solutions, especially
concerning current challenges. Now, andI said, community, just tribes,

(12:26):
this family, false creative thinking. We're in tough situation. Come on now.
We died from a lack of whatvisions. Come on now, So
we got to go on and comeup with creative methods of getting up out
of that. So we got afalter creative thinking. Set visionary goals as
individuals and as a tribe as acommunity. Set goals that reflect not only

(12:50):
present needs but also our aspirations forthe future. Let these goals be guided
by creative and creativity and ambition.Set visionary goes. Do you have a
vision for your family? Do youhave I mean, you know, being
who I am, I have visionsof grandeur. I had a young young

(13:18):
people laughing at me the other day. They were sitting in my office,
you know, and I was tellingthem, I said, you know,
in the next twenty years, thisinstitution that we have, through this institution,
we will have individuals and positions thatwill be running the city. One

(13:39):
of the young men are happy tobe sitting in the room in me.
He still is in that hood mode. He couldn't see beyond the hood.
He thought I was talking about ButI said, dude, he thought I
was talking about running the streets orsomething like, No, no, no,
no, I'm talking about that.I said, how many people are

(14:01):
on the city councilor Columbus mostly youngpeople that were in the room was like,
I don't know. One of youngpeople looked up. They said,
I think it's seven. I said, well, before I die, I
would like to have five of thosebe individuals who have come through Millennial community

(14:24):
schools. How many police chiefs arein Columbus? What are the young mens
at fourteen? Said no, there'sone police chief. I would love for
that police chief to be one ofthe students that came through here. How
about safety, the safety department,or the fire department, or any of
these other institutions that protect and runthe city. You know what I'm saying,

(14:48):
I would love for young people thatI'm working with to be running those
I'm not talking about the streets, brother, I said, in the streets.
It's small money anyway, except visionarygoals. Oftentimes, when you set
visionary goals, you know you haveto look into the future, and oftentimes
people who are not able to graspthe vision that you have will laugh and

(15:09):
you have to learn how to dealwith that. Whether it's young people are
old people, know, hey,I have a vision for you, even
though you don't have a vision foryourself. Set visionary goals as individuals and
as a community. Set goals thatreflect not only our present needs, but
also our aspirations for the future.Let these goals be guided by creativity and
ambition. Lastly, inspired through action, lead by example, and implementing creative

(15:35):
ideas. Show how practical steps guidedby a clear vision can lead to meaningful
changes in advancement. As we navigatethe complexities of our current times, let
us hold onto the power of creativevision. Let this proverb inspire us to
dream boldly, plan widely, andact innovatively. In doing so, we

(15:56):
ensure that our community not only survives, but thrice propelled by the transformative power
of Koumba. In the spirit ofKoumba, let us unite in our creative
endeavors, for as you can havethe honors our past, celebrate our president,
and eagerly anticipates a vibrant, prospersfuture. All Right, finally,
I'm up and out of here. But of course you know I gotta go

(16:18):
and let you know that the problemof the day is the Princess and the
frog. Princess and the frog. But you know, in order to get
that, you got to get onthat telegram group. You gotta go to
that free JJ equals. I ain'teven gonna say what it is again,
because I don't want to over youknow, I don't want to over burden
some of y'all with, you know, with information that might be helpful to

(16:40):
you, because you might not respectme no more. If I'm trying to
help you might not respect me nomore. That's what I started finding out.
Actually, I really haven't learned that. I started learning that between thirty
five and fifty and it's just nowsticking in. People don't actually respect you're

(17:00):
trying to help them. But anyway, that's brother, I too went into
some private ship. Babe, thisis brother too. I am up and
I am out. You have agreat, great, great komba
