Speaker 2 (00:30):
Broadcasting from California and Delaware. This is the hard Rocking
Trivia Show, and here are your host Mark and Danny.

Speaker 3 (00:48):
H.

Speaker 4 (00:49):
David's mom actually listened to the show we did with
the Top Top twenty of the last year.

Speaker 1 (00:54):
Really, she said it was very entertaining.

Speaker 3 (00:57):
Wow, it's like, all right, kid, thanks, And she tell
us she can check out with all the other shows
and see how ridiculous we are. Yeah.

Speaker 4 (01:05):
I don't know if she'll listen anymore, but I don't
know if she listen once. That's good enough, Danny, here
we go. You want me to go first, sir? Or
you want to go go ahead? All right, Danny. Question
number one, how many official A Live albums has Kiss released?
I'm gonna say three, A Live four, the Symphonic one.

Speaker 3 (01:28):
Oh I forgot I even have the DVD of that.
Oh damn it. I thought for sure you're gonna get
that one. Well, turn in your Kiss army card. Okay,
remove the tattoo off my ass?

Speaker 1 (01:42):
Right? Yeah, that's right.

Speaker 3 (01:46):
Okay, are you ready for my question?

Speaker 1 (01:48):
Number one? Far Away?

Speaker 4 (01:51):
What guitarist friend of Eddie Van Halen sang backing vocals
on the song Top of the world.

Speaker 3 (01:57):
Funny you should ask, because when I was through re
searching some stuff, it would be Steve Lucas, damn it,
and I almost answered the same question. I guess we
both read Wikipedia today. Yeah, I didn't know that until
this morning or this afternoon. Oh, there you go, damn it.
I was lucky. Yeah, okay. Question number two for you?

(02:19):
What Canadian guitar player co wrote and played on Blue
Oyster Cults nineteen eighty three song take Me Away? And
it also was a video and this guitar player also
opened for Blue Oyster Cult. I think during that tour.

Speaker 1 (02:37):
Canadian guy. I'll say, Aldo Nova, you are correct, all
right for me? There you go. Okay.

Speaker 4 (02:49):
Question number two for you, how many studio albums has
Kiss released? And that oh that includes the four solo
albums that were all released at one time. You're gonna
make me count all these one two?

Speaker 1 (03:05):
Jerry?

Speaker 3 (03:06):
All right, yes, okay, all right, you don't have to
count them. Just bring give me a number, Just give
you a number. You want me to sit here, yeah,
because it could take a long time before you count them. No,
that'll take forever. Okay, Well it was all our twelve
is alright, I'm gonna say twenty one, Oh you're closed.

(03:26):
Twenty four Yeah, and I probably, I probably could name
them all, but I'm not gonna waste everybody's time. Yep,
monster was number twenty four. Good question. Yeah, I gotta
turn in my kiss army. Yep, caring, I got a
laser and laser the tattoo off my ass. Good thing.

Speaker 1 (03:44):
We got those together in high school. I'll tell you
about that.

Speaker 3 (03:50):
Damn it. Okay, my turn right. Question number three And
this is a pretty tough one. And I just learned
about this the other day. Damn Yankees recorded a third
unreleased album and replaced Tommy Shaw with another guitar player.

Speaker 1 (04:07):
Who was that guitar player? WHOA?

Speaker 3 (04:10):
And the only reason I got this is I heard
the podcast and the guy talked about it, and I
was shocked.

Speaker 1 (04:15):
I didn't know either.

Speaker 4 (04:16):
I'm just gonna say, Brad gillis Damon Johnson. Huh you
know Damon Johnson.

Speaker 3 (04:25):
No, I don't know that brother brother Kane Alice Cooper,
and he's in Black Star Writers. Oh man, Well there
you go. That's a good question.

Speaker 1 (04:34):
Yeah. I didn't know either.

Speaker 3 (04:35):
I didn't even know there was a third Damn Yankees album.
Maybe it'll steal a lot of to day someday. Yeah,
they were talking about that. He says, it's probably not.
They're not interested unless it's the original four.

Speaker 4 (04:46):
Yeah, I would think so. I mean, Tommy Shaw is
kind of a big deal. Okay, My question number three
for you? What is the name of the band with
Nuno Bettencourt, members of Guns N' Roses, Robin Xander and
Steven Tyler.

Speaker 1 (05:00):
Oh crap, I think we talked about this a while ago.

Speaker 3 (05:03):
It's that they're that one, not too yep, I know.
And they went over to uh South Africa. Hm, what
the hell is the name of that project? Guitars on steroids, close,
really close, not really called Kings of Chaos.

Speaker 1 (05:25):
Kings of Chaos.

Speaker 3 (05:26):
Yeah, the videos on YouTube are pretty cool.

Speaker 4 (05:29):
Plus New Know has put some on his his Facebook page.

Speaker 1 (05:34):
Pretty cool. Yeah, Steven Tyler singing more than words?

Speaker 3 (05:37):
Yeah, maybe not that one. Yeah, Gary Berry him on that.
I'm sorry, sorry Steve a little bit. Okay, Now we
have to pick something to play, and I have a suggestion.
All right, you want to hear you want to hear
something new from the Black Star writers? Absolutely all right?
This is the killer Instinct on the Hard Rock of

Speaker 3 (06:56):
And here we are once again, kiddies, we cover this
where you have to guess the cover song, the original artist,
the name of the song, and the band covering that song.

Speaker 1 (07:08):
Danny, are you ready?

Speaker 3 (07:09):
Yep? I think you might get this. I think you'll
know the song for sure, and I think you're gonna
get who's covering as well. Go ahead, all right, Danny,

(07:37):
we've heard the song. Can you tell me the name
of the song. It's definitely Surrender by Cheap Trick, That
is correct. And I'm pretty sure I have this album
and I've heard it.

Speaker 4 (07:49):
It's one of my favorite bands from a while ago,
not long long ago.

Speaker 1 (07:54):
But is it Union?

Speaker 4 (07:57):
You are correct, Yes, that's the like Live in the
Galaxy or Live in the Blue Room.

Speaker 1 (08:03):
Or something like. Yeah, live at the Galaxy.

Speaker 3 (08:06):
And we saw that band it uh Jacks in Springfield, Virginia.
What a great club that was. Yeah, I think it's
something at isn't called Empire now they changed the name.
I don't know.

Speaker 1 (08:19):
Hey, do you remember when that place was a one
dollar movie thing?

Speaker 3 (08:23):
I thought? I think I saw the jerk there for
a dollar. Oh you got your money's right? Yeah? And
then it was the Wild West and then Jackson. Now
it's Empire. It's really close to where we all went
to high school. Oh yeah, not even a mile. Yeah?

Speaker 1 (08:39):
What what was that old keen meal and rolling road?

Speaker 3 (08:42):
Hey? I still remember the streets. If there's if there's
the tough streets of Springfield, Virginia, that's Ringfield, oh West
spring excuse me, all right, not the ghetto part of
Springfield where Sandra Bullock is from. Yeah, and and Dave
Grohl I.

Speaker 1 (09:03):
Think days and Dave grollmore out by Lake Braddock. I
don't remember. I didn't know the guy back then, but he.

Speaker 3 (09:09):
Was from Springfield somewhere. I'm not sure.

Speaker 3 (09:23):
All right, now, on the Hard Rocking Trivia Show, we're
going to do a concert review. And this week Danny
and his brother went to go see Extreme celebrating twenty
five years of porno graffiti. And he saw in Baltimore.
So Danny, tell us about the place and tell us
about the show.

Speaker 1 (09:40):
All right.

Speaker 4 (09:41):
It was January twenty fifth, Sunday night down in Baltimore
at the sound Stage, which is kind of near a
lot of the other small concert venues they have right
near the the inner Harbor of Baltimore, so it's really
popular spot, a lot of restaurants, a lot of lot
of nightlife in that area, especially Friday and Saturday night.

(10:02):
Sunday was pretty pretty desolate. Plus it was freezing cold.
But the place, the Baltimore sound Stage, was small. We
were shocked at how small it. We walk in and
think we gotta be going downstairs or upstairs or something,
but nope, we right there. If you were standing on
the sidewalk, you would have had a great audio version

(10:24):
of the concert because it was right there. It was
very small place where I was.

Speaker 3 (10:28):
It kind of like the Roxy in La about that size,
holding about like three inner people or even less.

Speaker 4 (10:34):
It might have been a little bit bigger than that.
The stage was very small. It probably held maybe five
or six hundred people, and it was packed. We got
there in time that we were about four rows. There
were no seats, but we were about four rows from
the stage of people. Of course, when I first got there,

(10:55):
I was behind these two guys that were both easily
six five six X. It's like, are you freaking kidding me?
But we everything kind of moved around and I ended
up right in front of him, so it worked out great.
But my spot for most of the concert was right
in front of Pat Badger, which was fine by me.
Being a bass player, I got to watch him play
a lot. But of course Nuno is all over the stage,

(11:18):
so it was great seeing him.

Speaker 1 (11:20):
Him and Uh and Pat Badger I think is extremely underrated.

Speaker 4 (11:25):
He's great man, he really is. And k Fig is awesome.
He's He's as good as Paul Geary, I think, but
you know.

Speaker 1 (11:35):
I think he's better.

Speaker 3 (11:36):
It's hard.

Speaker 4 (11:37):
It's really hard to say, but I don't know that
he's as good as that Mike Mangini, but.

Speaker 1 (11:43):
I don't think so on that one.

Speaker 4 (11:44):
Yeah, I saw him on that one, the one tour
that Mangini did with him, and he was unbelievable.

Speaker 1 (11:50):
Yeah. K Fig is a solid drummer.

Speaker 3 (11:52):
Oh yeah, yeah.

Speaker 4 (11:53):
So of course they did the entire Porn of Graffiti
album front to back in order, which is kind of
weird of a concert because you know, four or five
songs in you get more than words, which usually isn't
quite the right spot. Even Nuno said, it's not really
the right spot for the song, but we're doing the
album in order, so uh. They did all the parts

(12:14):
in between. You know, if it was musical, they played
the music. If it was something that was recorded, they
played that. Like before he and Woman Hater they did
the Flight of the Wounded Bubblebee's unbelievable just watching him
play that.

Speaker 1 (12:28):
I was gonna say, did he play it was tracked?

Speaker 4 (12:30):
Oh no, it was he played it. They had the
drums track because it's kind of just an electronic.

Speaker 1 (12:36):
It's the tronic fast click track.

Speaker 4 (12:38):
Yeah, yeah, and he played its unbelievable, just looks like
he's not even thinking about it.

Speaker 1 (12:47):
He's of course he's probably not.

Speaker 4 (12:49):
But anyway, the best songs that they played from that
from that pornt of Graffiti, part Easily Decaded Dance. Yeah,
they went out for President, Get the Funk Out. It's
a monster, awesome song after another.

Speaker 3 (13:06):
Now here's the one that they did they pull off
when I First Kissed You.

Speaker 1 (13:10):
Yeah. Yeah, I saw them do that once and it
was surprisingly how well it came off when I saw them, so,
because that's a tough song to sing.

Speaker 3 (13:18):
Yeah, yeah it is.

Speaker 4 (13:19):
That might be my one thing about the concert that
My one negative is that I don't think he was
in great voice. I've heard him sing better this time.
Is I don't know if maybe they just had so
many gigs in a row, because I think this was
the fourth and three nights or something, or the third

(13:40):
and four nights or something like that. But yeah, I
don't think Gary was singing his best that night, but
he was still amazing front man.

Speaker 1 (13:48):
Just yeah, the guy, the guy gives it one hundred
and fifty.

Speaker 3 (13:51):
There, Oh yeah, absolutely, But yeah, whats is he pouring off?
That guy after the first song? Yeah, it's unbelievable. I mean,
he looks like he wait, is about one hundred and
ten pounds. Maybe he definitely definitely needs a sandwich. But
they finished finished the that first set with wholehearted and
then kind of did a real quick verse a crazy

(14:12):
little thing called love, which is pretty cool because he
had the acoustic out anyway, so he just played it.

Speaker 1 (14:18):
Oh okay, so that's a surprise. Yeah, yeah, it was
pretty cool.

Speaker 4 (14:23):
But on when I first kissed you, Pat Badger had
this kind of acoustic bass.

Speaker 1 (14:30):
Kind of thing. It was.

Speaker 4 (14:32):
It wasn't a real acoustic bas like you've seen a symphony,
but it was a stand up kind of thing, real,
real skinny, you know, not much bigger than the fred
board the whole way down.

Speaker 1 (14:41):
And then of course NANOPEI played the piano. That was okay,
that was really cool.

Speaker 4 (14:46):
So then they go off and you know, there's no
way they're done, So they go off and they come
back for an encore and U KFA does kind of
a drum solo thing and then goes right into the
beginning to play.

Speaker 1 (14:57):
With me, which is always awesome. Line.

Speaker 4 (15:00):
Oh my god, unbelievable seeing nun will pull those refs
off as just unbelievable because it's it's so clean and it's.

Speaker 3 (15:08):
So fast, and just like, how's he doing that? Is
he still doing the fake yawning during it? Like this
is so easy? Yeah, I'm not even thinking about this.
I'm so tired and bored. Yeah he does. He does
that right in the middle when he's ripping it. But
it's awesome.

Speaker 4 (15:24):
Then they went into Rest in Peace and Am I
ever going to change from the three side Severn Story album?
Both great songs. I was surprised to play with Me
was the only one they did from the first album.
I was hoping they do kid ego, but didn't do
it at this show.

Speaker 3 (15:41):
And sometimes they do, sometimes they don't, but they usually
stay away from that album usually.

Speaker 1 (15:45):
Yeah, just sad, Yeah I did.

Speaker 4 (15:47):
I have seen on some of the set lists from
other shows that they have been.

Speaker 3 (15:51):
Doing kid ego, but not this time. Uh.

Speaker 4 (15:55):
Then they came out. Gary talked about here we got
a surprise for you. You're either gonna love this song
or hate it, And so they did take Us Alive,
which I love. Kind of a country theme, but it's
like as fast country as you can get.

Speaker 3 (16:11):
Just an amazing song. Yeah, I've seen them do that live.
I'm not a big fan of that song, but it
does kick ass.

Speaker 4 (16:17):
Yeah, it went over big, went over big. Then you know,
played Midnight Express, which was the only song from Waiting
for the Punchline, which I wish they would have done more.
I love that album. There's so many good songs on it.
I agree, you know, they they could do a concert
of that album and I'd be I'd be right there.

Speaker 3 (16:39):
But whatever.

Speaker 4 (16:40):
I'd like to see three sides to Every Story as
a concert too, but then it would be like twelve
people and you and I'd be two of them.

Speaker 1 (16:46):
Right.

Speaker 3 (16:47):
Then. Of course they ended with Cupid's Dead, which headlines read.

Speaker 1 (16:51):
Yeah, good song. So what was that? What was the
crowd like age wise?

Speaker 3 (16:56):
Was it like kind of like The M three where
everybody's in their forties and fifties.

Speaker 4 (17:00):
Yeah, I'd say, you know, most people in the thirties
and forties, you know, nobody really young. Which I asked
my daughter if she wanted to go, and she said,
I don't know, like we'll forget it. Then she does
like nu, No, she she's a she appreciates good guitar playing.

Speaker 1 (17:16):
So she does like, you know, you should have dragged
you there.

Speaker 3 (17:19):
I should have.

Speaker 1 (17:20):
She would have been blown away. It's like, oh my god,
people can play.

Speaker 3 (17:23):
This fast and this clean, this fast, and bands can
actually play together and and sing three part harmonies without
any backing tracks. Yeah, their vocals were awesome and they
were tight man. Yeah, and they're really singing, yep.

Speaker 4 (17:38):
Really singing, and the the whole thing was just a great,
great show.

Speaker 3 (17:43):
You know.

Speaker 4 (17:44):
They they played him three last year and that was awesome.
But this was like the next step up because I
like Porn of Graffiti so much that there are two
or three songs on Porn of Graffiti which they could
have skipped, but then they kind of when have defeated
the purpose. But you know, I really didn't hear need
to hear when I First Kiss You or a song
for love but kind of.

Speaker 3 (18:04):
Like song for Love. Actually I like both of those songs.
They're different. But yeah, see I could, I could. I
could do without money. Oh man.

Speaker 4 (18:12):
Sorry, but Susie once her All Day Soccer was awesome.
That was probably one of the best songs of the night.
That and It's a Monster, just great songs. And of
course he Ma and Woman Hater. They had some kind
of backing vocal or something, maybe a vocal trigger for
the real deep part.

Speaker 1 (18:31):
Yeah, and when's your Brother's your brother a fan?

Speaker 3 (18:34):
Now? Oh?

Speaker 4 (18:35):
Yeah, he's been an extreme fan for a long time.
We saw them open for bon Jovie years and years ago,
probably twenty years ago and down in Charlotte, North Carolina,
and he's been a fan ever since.

Speaker 3 (18:48):
So yeah, those guys still bring it live. And I
think this is just part of a US tour. I
think they just did one leg on the East Coast
because they haven't come out here yet, so yeah, they're
maybe in the future.

Speaker 4 (19:00):
Yeah, I saw that they were done. They only toured
in January, of course. Then I saw the pictures of
Nuna at the Super Bowl.

Speaker 3 (19:07):
And I guess Nuno lives out by me now, somewhere
southern California.

Speaker 1 (19:12):
Yep.

Speaker 3 (19:13):
Maybe i'll catch them when they come out west.

Speaker 1 (19:15):
Hopefully they're still doing the Pornographita album.

Speaker 3 (19:18):
Yeah, didn't they do it in Japan and Europe already
and they're just doing parts of the States. Yeah, Okay,
since we've talked about that, now we got to play
a song from it.

Speaker 1 (19:28):
Since you saw the concert and we've.

Speaker 3 (19:30):
Already played Cube It's Dead'll pay a different Let's play
a different extreme song, all right?

Speaker 1 (19:36):
Do I get to pick this one? Yeah, you go ahead.

Speaker 3 (19:39):
I'm gonna say, let's pick Susie once her all day?

Speaker 1 (19:42):
What sucker not? On the Hard Rocking Trivia Show.

Speaker 4 (20:05):
Now it's time for another session of rapid Fire, where
we try to stump each other with trivia questions from
around the music world. Mark, are you ready for these
very difficult questions? I'm here and I'm representing the entire
state of California.

Speaker 1 (20:20):
Oh, good luck with that. Thanks. All right.

Speaker 3 (20:24):
My first question for you, what was the actual name
of the studio where the Beatles recorded most of their music.

Speaker 1 (20:32):
I'm gonna guess Abbey Road.

Speaker 4 (20:34):
Ah, that's what everybody calls it, but that's not the
name that the studio actually.

Speaker 1 (20:41):
How about George Martin Studio.

Speaker 3 (20:45):
No, it's em I Studios. Damn it, it was on
Abbey Road. Did your daughter give you that question?

Speaker 1 (20:51):
Oh?

Speaker 3 (20:51):
Actually, I just finished a book. Oh okay, I read
it in a book. Okay, Beatles questions, okay, terrific. Hey.

Speaker 4 (21:00):
Most of the recording that goes on nowadays is because
of those guys.

Speaker 3 (21:04):
But all right, let's move on to my question, which
is about a much better band. Skid Row has two
us top ten singles. Name them top ten singles. All right,
I will say I remember you correct and eighteen in
Life correct? You got it. It's funny the two Melowi songs.

Speaker 1 (21:26):
All right? Question number two? Are you ready? Yes?

Speaker 3 (21:30):
Three members of White Sister went on to form what band?
That would be Tattoo Rodeo? That is correct, just Rodeo? Yeah,
too bad. White Sister was actually better than Tattoo Rodeo. Yeah.
They were a great band. You actually saw them a
couple of times. Yeah, the country Club. Yeah, they were awesome,
but nobody was really into them except maybe me. Okay,

(21:54):
here's an Iron Maiden question for you. Question number two.
This is a tough one too, right. What was Iron
Maiden's only number one single in the UK? Whoa number one?
And it came out in nineteen ninety one? Ninety one? Wow?

Speaker 4 (22:19):
Uh, I'm gonna say Fear of the Dark.

Speaker 3 (22:23):
Ring Your Daughter to you gotta be kid me. I
was gonna say that one.

Speaker 1 (22:29):
I thought, no.

Speaker 3 (22:29):
Way, Yep, that's the only number one single they ever had.
Can you believe that out of all their catalog, that song,
out of all the unbelievable songs? Because that was just okay? Yeah,
I think another song is really close. It was like
Holy Smoke. But they were huge then. Whenever they released
back in the early nineties. I guess when top ten.

(22:50):
I guess that was the only number one. Can you
believe that? Okay, here's a question for you. I think
you'll get It's not too difficult. Greg Gifrea recorded with
what they first one would be Angel, Yeah, next one
would be Jeffrea. Yeah, and the third one would be

(23:10):
House of Lord. You are correct? Those great yes? And
yeah you thig I get that one. Yeah, I figured
you would. But I was thinking about greg Ryfrea because
he was the one that basically found White Sister. Yep,
he produced their first album and all that. But which
Feasties an Angel song written by Punky Medosa whips. Oh yeah,

(23:33):
that's a good song. Yeah, it was an Angel song.
And I guess when Angel broke up, Greg brought that
to a White Sister. All right, then, all right, My
last question is a hard one, but you still might
get this, Okay. Two members of the La Club band
Wolfgang from Pasadena formed a new band after that band

(23:54):
broke up and opened for Van Halen. In nineteen eighty four.
Their debut album was released in eighty five. What was
the name of that unknown band at the time they
opened for Van Halen in eighty four. I saw Van
Halen on that tour and they were unsigned at the time.

(24:17):
And you've seen this band live at M three? Whoa
on the backstage? That help you any I will say,
la guns autograph? Really yep? Steve Plunkett.

Speaker 1 (24:39):
Steve Plunkett, he used to be in a band called Wolfgang.

Speaker 3 (24:43):
Yeah, that's a good question. All right, So we got
all that, all those bands. Who should we play? Oh,
let's play some angel We haven't played them. I don't
think have we. I don't think so, not in a
long time. Maybe when I was doing this show solo
I did, but maybe so Okay, how about the Tower?
The Tower good one? On the hard Rocking trivia show

(25:07):
the all right now sign for another episode of cover

(25:41):
this where I pick a cover song by a known
band and Mark has to tell me who the cover
band is, the original band, and the name of the song.
So Mark, go ahead and play that.

Speaker 6 (25:57):
The way we always sho.

Speaker 3 (26:17):
Okay, well I know the original. The original is Black
Sabbath Neon Knights yep. One of my favorite songs. Incredible
song that version wasn't bad. I really couldn't tell who
it was. I'm gonna take a flying leaf.

Speaker 1 (26:32):
Here was it? Helloween? No close? All right?

Speaker 3 (26:38):
That was Anthrax? Really? Ye? Oh that's right. It came
on the covers album and it was also on the
tribute damn it. That was a Oh I should have
got that one. Ye. Definitely one of my favorite songs
of all time. Oh man, I can't believe I missed that.

(27:00):

Speaker 3 (27:31):
All right, now it's time for a little intellectual poetry
where you have to guess the name of the song
and the artist based on the either fantastic or crappy lyrics. Danny,
are you ready to hear? Have? I don't think we've
ever done fantastic lyrics?

Speaker 1 (27:46):
Have we not yet?

Speaker 3 (27:48):
Usually they're really stupid, moronic, asinine.

Speaker 1 (27:52):
Usually.

Speaker 4 (27:53):
Yeah, if we're gonna start doing fantastic I may have
to change my my criteria.

Speaker 3 (27:58):
What I search? Yeah, I just try to find stuff
that shocks me. All right, yep, I'm ready to go ahead. Okay,
I'm gonna read the first part of this song. I
sure you know it well, but I don't know if
you know based on the lyrics. Says I see a
shake and shimmy across that burger shop floor. I've never
seen a woman move so slow. I'm dying. French frying

(28:23):
by the seat of my pants. Take a bite of
double fries. Swear to God, make you late for the dance,
any guests not a clue, Make you late for the dance.
I love the double fries and French fryings.

Speaker 1 (28:42):
You gotta take a guess. Come on, oh van Halen.

Speaker 3 (28:51):
In the ballparks. Okay, next one, here's one for the road.
One shot for the real go getter, silly rabbit.

Speaker 1 (28:59):
You know what it.

Speaker 3 (29:00):
Takes, and then it gives you the chorus and moving
on from im will give you the course. Yet I'll
totally give it away. My stomach's making noise. We're having
a dinner. We're having dinner late because I gotta be kept.
I'm in a cool, dry place, just like any bowl
of cheerios. What yes, when the when the cream is rising?

(29:24):
To the top your you'll find your real bottom line
is when your spine snapple crack and pops.

Speaker 1 (29:36):
Well, it's not felling out for sure. No, it's not poetry. Wow,
is it Crocus? Not Crocus? You were closer with your
van Halen. Yes, I'm gonna give you the pre course

(29:56):
and the chorus. Give me one to go. Hey, buddy,
take a number. She can't say no to what. It
takes a hot dog and a shake. That's what you're
hungry for? A hot dog?

Speaker 3 (30:09):
And h's David leroth.

Speaker 1 (30:14):
Krag.

Speaker 3 (30:17):
I actually like that song?

Speaker 1 (30:19):
You know what? So do why? All right?

Speaker 4 (30:29):
Now it's time for a segment called who the hell
is this? Where I have put together four clips of
a song and Mark has to guess.

Speaker 1 (30:38):
Who this is.

Speaker 3 (30:40):
Now I will give you a clue on this first one.
It is a cover song.

Speaker 4 (30:44):
But okay, you have to tell me who the band is,
all right, all right, So go ahead and play clip
number one.

Speaker 3 (31:03):
All right, have a guest, I think, I do, I do,
I do have a guess, And I've seen a band
play this before. Is the song Fooled Around and Fell
in Love?

Speaker 1 (31:15):
Yes? It is? Is it by the Winery Dogs? You
are correct? Wow, first clip bang.

Speaker 3 (31:23):
Yeah. I saw them do that live with Richie Conson
singing it and it was freaking awesome.

Speaker 1 (31:29):
Oh yeah, it's yeah.

Speaker 3 (31:31):
They also did of course, they did the Talis song
that Van Halen and David Roth did also, and yep
they ended it with that. But another cool cover they
do it They did Gary Gary Wrights my Love Is Alive.
Oh really, yeah, it was really good. That's cool. Winery

(31:53):
Dogs like to do cool covers like that. Okay, so
you know what, since I got on the first try,
let's play that song all right? Fooled around and fell
in love by the Winery Dogs on the Hard Rocking
Trov Show.

Speaker 4 (32:12):
Wait a minute, I kind of remember how it goes.

Speaker 1 (32:16):
I started wrong fucking song.

Speaker 3 (32:18):
That's what happens when.

Speaker 1 (32:19):
You get old.

Speaker 4 (32:19):
