Speaker 1 (00:00):
Lady said, gentlemen, the best wrestling podcast around, hosted by
Brady and daniel your living room.

Speaker 2 (00:14):
It's the best podcast to listen to morning, even apter
than Lulia, Clever, Black Girl and a Juke talking about wrestling.
They do in twenty four seven because they love to
speak on it every week. That's why they your best friends.
And they're back.

Speaker 1 (00:27):
Let's toget for some wrestlings.

Speaker 2 (00:29):
Sit back, relaxed time for him, Mamma. That is right,
ladies and gentlemen, fans and friends, we are back once again.
I am the Custodian of Charismai and the Ophthalmologist of Optimism.
She is the Sultan of Sarcasm and the Sorceress of sass.

(00:52):
I am the ghost. She is the coat. I am Brady,
she is Danielle. We are the best best friends in
all the land. We are the heel Marks. And the
road to the Royal Rumble is over. The Royal Rumble
is coming gone. The road to WrestleMania has officially begun. Danielle,

(01:12):
what is your reaction? Are you still on a Royal
rumble hangover?

Speaker 3 (01:17):
I am still on a Royal rumble hangover. I thought
it was a fantastic Royal Rumble. I had so much
fun watching it. I thought the pacing of everything was good.
I thought like surprises were fun, entrances, moments.

Speaker 4 (01:29):
I had such a good time.

Speaker 3 (01:31):
Well. Also, I don't know if it's biased, but Royal
Rumble is my favorite pay per view.

Speaker 4 (01:34):
I don't it's the most fun.

Speaker 3 (01:36):
Like WrestleMania is definitely the most like significant and important,
but Royal Rumbles the most fun to watch. Like this
is something that like, if people who don't watch wrestling
want to come and hang out and watch you watch
wrestling with you, you make them come and watch Royal Rumble
because it's so much fun.

Speaker 2 (01:49):
Yeah, one hundred percent. And it's one of those things
where anyone can kind of get into because even and
we kind of got both sides of the coin in
this is which will obviously get to but we did
get a fairly predictable winner, and we also got a
winner that few people saw coming. And those are the
type of rides that your casual fan can still ride.

(02:11):
And it's like, even even if you told them when
going into the Women's Will Rumble who was gonna win,
they'd still be able to get engaged and get involved.
In all the action become attached to moments like Chelsea Green,
moments like rock Sane, you know, being the Iron Woman,
all these different things. So there, there's yeah, there's just

(02:31):
so many stories being told, stories being started, finished, continued,
brought back up from years ago. Just so so for
a wrestling fan who follows it all, this is almost
like the appetizer for WrestleMania, but like the big appetizer,
not no little Keisha, nothing like this.

Speaker 3 (02:48):
Now, it's like the sampler platter that you get right
before the meal comes out that everybody starts.

Speaker 2 (02:52):
Staying when you Yeah, that's so big that you have
to pace yourself because other people are like, yo, you're
not gonna have room left for a meal.

Speaker 3 (02:58):
It's like leave me alone, right, It's really fun.

Speaker 4 (03:02):
So who people I did watch it with.

Speaker 3 (03:04):
I watch it with two avid wrestling fans, and then
I watch it with one that's like a casualistic So
it was like, oh, this is important that this is
gonna come out, and this is important that this is
happening like it was. And he was totally engaged and
intrigued by it, and it was like oh and then
when someone would come out that he knew he was
like very excited because he's like.

Speaker 2 (03:19):
Oh, I know this person, so right.

Speaker 3 (03:21):
Yeah, But overall, I thought all four matches were great.
I liked that it was four matches. They did it perfectly.

Speaker 2 (03:26):
This was a very very good Royal rumble. Let's let's
start with the tag team title match, Machine Guns failing
to get back their championship against Team d I Y.
For the record, every time that I get reminded, which
basically means I pay attention to their graphic, that their
team name is actually hashtag d I Y, I always

(03:49):
get very upset. And it's like I never I never
really hear them refer to as hashtag d Y. They
are just Team d I Y I. You know, we
talk about them, it's just d I Y. But if
you dear graphic, it says hashtag di I Y the
entire time. And I hate it.

Speaker 3 (04:04):
Yeah, because when I think of hashtag di I Y,
I think of like I think of like stay at
home moms showing you hacks on how to make make stuff.

Speaker 4 (04:13):
And it's like.

Speaker 2 (04:13):
There's no why, there's no way that if you search
hashtag g I Y right now, are that this tag
team pops up first and your and it is not
just completely bbarded with ways to like make your own
soap in your backyard.

Speaker 3 (04:26):
Maybe it's supposed to be pound signed D why.

Speaker 2 (04:32):
It's it's like a pin code.

Speaker 3 (04:33):
Really big code. Oh god, I like this match. I
love all four of these wrestlers. I yeah, I like
this match a lot. Like it was. It was a
really good match.

Speaker 2 (04:44):
And what I don't think people are acknowledging enough is
the fact that on a four match with a Rumble card,
just by default this the fans are coming in to
see this match. The least the fans are coming in
least excit about this match, ye due to you know,
just the fact that the other matches were Royal Rumble,

(05:07):
Royal Rumble and Undisputed Championship Match, you know what I mean.

Speaker 3 (05:11):
So yeah, what's funny about Royal Rumble is legit. If
you just had those two matches for the pay per view,
people would.

Speaker 4 (05:18):
Still be excited.

Speaker 3 (05:20):
Like it's wild, you know what I mean, right, Like
you could throw it like these are spring.

Speaker 2 (05:24):
To throw it a little stuffing extra but yeah, right, really.

Speaker 3 (05:26):
Right for like a break, but but not break in
a bad way, because these are these are our intense
wrestlers that you want to see wrestle and succeed. So
it was nice to have this type of match. This
isn't a p break match, this isn't a I don't
care about matches.

Speaker 2 (05:41):
This was a good Yeah. My point was the fact
that like they were coming in, they kind of had
their work up against them, you know, just with that
positioning and uh, and they totally delivered. I did not
expect the finish to be clean. I did not expect
who came out with with with Pretty Deadly the SmackDown

(06:01):
before saying to Dy, you're on your own now. I
thought that was a rude. I thought that was a lie,
and I thought Britty Deadly was still in cahoots with
Dy and was gonna come down right. That's not what
we got. They were true to their word. They do
not care about DIY anymore. They're split spilled, But the
street profits are back the street profits, and they want

(06:22):
what they want. Do they want the tag team Championship? Sure,
but that's not what they're coming for. They don't want
them from out receiving machine guns. They want to take
them from Dy, because Dy are the ones that took
them out.

Speaker 4 (06:33):
This makes me very happy.

Speaker 3 (06:35):
I know a lot of times we say that montes
Ford is the star of street profits and that a
lot of times they're like, give him a single run,
give a single which will eventually get there. But I
love them as a tag team so much, and Dawkins
doesn't get enough credit.

Speaker 4 (06:47):
Dawkins facial expressions.

Speaker 3 (06:48):
Alone when they were like beating down Dy was fantastic,
Like he really It's even though, like like I said,
like Montes is the one that people look at the most.

Speaker 4 (06:57):
I always look at Dawkins.

Speaker 3 (06:59):
Dawkins is when the bride is walking down the aisle
to get married, I look back at the fucking groom.
I don't look at the bride because the groom never
gets recognition. And That's why I look at Dawkins because
I'm like, I need to look at this guy because
this guy is a star of the making.

Speaker 4 (07:12):
Two Like you know he's not making, he's a star too.

Speaker 2 (07:15):
Yeah. No, Montes obviously, like he has all the qualities
because not just is he crazy athletic crazy in the ring,
not just have we watched him completely change up his
physical appearance to get bigger, you know, to appear more
quote unquote main event ish, but his personality, his natural charisma,

(07:36):
just the organic connection he makes with anyone watching him,
that is what really takes him to the next level. However,
I've always felt that Angelo Dawkins, just by being so
close to him, gets underrated, gets overlooked, despite how how
large he is in stature. I think he has everything
it takes to also be a star. Is the upside

(07:58):
as high as Montes? Possibly not, but that's we can't
be comparing them all the time, and I think that's
what's hurting him. And the problem is, I do think
at this point in the Street Profits trime together, they
both what we see is what we get. They both
are kind of just playing another version of themselves. Problem
being because the fans are so connected to Tes. When

(08:19):
they do eventually start branching out, and when Tes does
get you know, God willing knock on Wood propelled to
the next level and at least given an opportunity to
do so, Dawkins may not be afforded the same opportunity
to be able to just be himself as well, because
at this point they're so associated, you're gonna think, oh,
he's just doing the same thing. So Dawkins may have

(08:39):
to actually gimmick it up when this is all done,
assuming they don't, assuming they don't, just go the predictable way,
which is just make him evil and jealous, and you know,
he turns on Tes and then they just go with
I'm done being behind anyone, you know, and they just
do like the jealous partner kind of angle. But if
they hate that, do a branch out where they both
kind of just split shows and go their separate ways.

(09:02):
Wish you luck. Dawkins may have to get a makeover. Yeah,
but I think I think he's I think he's up
to I think.

Speaker 3 (09:08):
He's up to the challenge. I think he could do it.
He definitely has the tools, definitely has a skill set.
I definitely think he could succeed.

Speaker 2 (09:13):
Yeah, and I listen, I want to see Tes as well.
But at the same time, the Street Profits should not
end this way because because because when was the last
time like and this guy, these are this is an
overtag team. They don't have bad matches. They're always doing
what's asked to them. And I don't see why they
went so long and got so cold. I understand it

(09:36):
was a rough thing when Bobby Lashley left and he
was just made the you know, the leader of their stables,
so what do we do? I get it. But at
the same time, that whole stable was put together because
you already let them cool down, right, and like this
is just an extenuation of that.

Speaker 4 (09:48):
Right.

Speaker 2 (09:49):
The Tag team division is getting me very excited though.
The free profits, Yeah, we've got the street profits. Motor
City machine Guns are not going to walk away because
they got screwed over again. D I y are our
chicken shit champions who really are just looking for friends
to back them up. Pretty deadly are done backing them up.
But do they want to now get get involved for

(10:10):
the tag team titles. I feel like I'm forgetting about
one other tag team that's also been messing around back there.
I'm oh, no, no, no, uh Santo said Escobars boys. Uh yeah, Humberto,
Humberto and poor guys.

Speaker 4 (10:25):
I'm like, I forgot about that.

Speaker 2 (10:26):
No, they're so good too, and they got they've recently
gotten reinvigorated. I think WW might try them. These baby
faces and Garza and Umberto are just so so good.
There's no I think that's the best way to book them.

Speaker 3 (10:38):
There's no bad talent on the Tag team division. Like,
could the characters be a little bit better. Sure, but
the tag team division is fucking stacked, Like there's so
much going on and they're so you know, what does
that face? Yeah, are you trying to think?

Speaker 2 (10:49):
Well, because I was no, because as soon as you
say like characters, I'm like, I'm thinking, I'm like, maybe
if you're nitpicking in terms of each one, but as
the division as a whole wise like yeah, like we're
getting a little bit from everywhere, Like because when you
say character, I'm thinking pretty deadly. First. Oh wait a minute,
I told you.

Speaker 3 (11:05):
I told you fashion police walk, so forget and pretty
deadly could run.

Speaker 2 (11:10):
Man, Like, I mean, listen, if you're if you're gonna
mention it, we're gonna have to take a quick segue
over to NXT.

Speaker 4 (11:16):
Totally fine, fandango what.

Speaker 2 (11:21):
Yo?

Speaker 4 (11:21):
I I popped.

Speaker 3 (11:23):
I was so excited you said that to me because
I was like, I was doing something else and I
was like, oh shit, I was like, this is fantastic. Yeah,
I love.

Speaker 2 (11:31):
And listen that music was just amazing to hear. I
will say though they kind of they kind of teased
me and then left me, left me hanging a little
bit because when he came out, all I wanted to
hear was.

Speaker 3 (11:45):
Fun dumb, like I want to hear that.

Speaker 2 (11:50):
And then to hear that it's not even fun dongo
and he came out to the music to pop us,
but it's really JDC representing TA Like, I get it,
that's cool, I get it. Understand. Okay, that's what it is.
I understand. But you tease me with I'll go take it.

Speaker 3 (12:09):
We gotta take what we can get, man, we gotta
take And to go right back to the match with
iy Tomaso Champa's frigging face. Man, Oh his nose, Oh
my goodness, my nose is too little to handle. Oh
my god, that's some practical effects if I've ever seen one.
I was like, oh no, I mean it's not but

(12:30):
I mean it looked like that. It was rough. I
was like, this man's poor nose. My nose is too
my tiny little nose.

Speaker 2 (12:35):
Was like oh no, dude, yeah, man, that nose was
taken up three fourths of his face. When that match
was over.

Speaker 3 (12:42):
Stuff like this is when I'm like, stop telling me
wrestlings face like leave me alone, like you know what
I mean. I was like, these men, these wrestlers put
their bodies on the line for our entertainment, you know
what I mean, Like he knew this would be a
good story, not saying, oh, get hit in the face,
but like getting hit in the face. He knows, like
this gets him over. Same what Becky and her was
freaking gushing blood. You knew it was gonna get you

(13:02):
over and they I love wrestling.

Speaker 4 (13:06):
Definitely a good.

Speaker 2 (13:06):
Match, you know. You know Kevin Owens and Cody Rhodes
love wrestling based on what they did to their bodies.
This goddamn ladder match.

Speaker 3 (13:15):
Who baby ouch this. There was a moment when after
Cody threw Ko through the ladder and his neck. I
was so nervous that his neck was stuck in that ladder.
I was like, oh my god, did he kill? Did
he kill Kevin Owens? I was like, because then I
will have to hate him because I love Kevin Owens.
I was so worried. But Ko sells man, I mean obviously,

(13:37):
like he put his body online.

Speaker 4 (13:38):
This match was so fun and.

Speaker 3 (13:40):
So it was so ridiculous. I loved every minute of
this match.

Speaker 2 (13:44):
Yeah, I think what I love the most about it
because it was extremely violent. It was a violent fucking match.
It was a it was an ouch fest. Yes, but
but what I love is that this was about way
more than the championships. This was a.

Speaker 5 (14:02):
Feud that goes back, back, way back, that needed a
payoff like this, especially considering it does appear after the
Royal Rumble and after the raw.

Speaker 2 (14:13):
After the Royal Rumble, it appears Kevin Owens and Cody
Rhodes are finally going their separate ways. So this is
how it needed to end. It needed to end with
the villains slain in a violent fashion, practically a beheading,
and because the villain is not actually dead, we they
even kind of set us up without us even realizing
at the time for what Kevin Owens has got next.

(14:36):
Crazy fuck though, watching.

Speaker 3 (14:39):
This match, Cody felt like the heel To me, he
felt like the fed up hero that time finally turned villain.
I know he's no yeah, but it felt very no
like the I will say norm. I mean, we'll get
to the rumble, mess up of cameramen because camera men
are awful at the rumble, but the low camera shot
panning up to them checking on Ko why Cody is
standing on the ropes like look at like it was maniacal.

(15:01):
It looked fantastic, like excellent camera or excellent production on
that part.

Speaker 2 (15:06):
Yeah, no, the production was great, especially like and just
with like the spots, the Fishermen soup, like the buster
into the ladder, that the Alabama slam at the end,
like this hole.

Speaker 3 (15:17):
It was just things, sorry, things, I get, go for
it things. I get very excited about Kevin Owens. And
you know, I can gush about Kevin Owens all day
because he's one of my favorite wrestlers, if not my favorite.
Like there was literally a moment while I was watching
this match and I was like, Kevin Owens might beat
ted Dbazi. He might be my new favorite wrestler, like number.

Speaker 2 (15:35):
Nine Kevin Owens top.

Speaker 3 (15:37):
What I love about Kevin Owens so much is like
in his storytelling in matches, he's a heel one hundred
percent and he's gonna do heal things to make you boo,
but us as quote unquote, heal marks like we love
this villain, stuff that we want to cheer for him,
and just little things where he brings like anger and
violence and drama to his matches, but he also brings comedy.
Him climbing up the mini ladder to like pretend to

(16:00):
jump on Cody. I was fucking dying laughing, Like he
adds a little bit of this stuff like that he
screams at Michael Cole. He adds every emoments, every emotion.

Speaker 2 (16:08):
He understand under business better than anybody else.

Speaker 3 (16:12):
Anybody knows.

Speaker 2 (16:13):
He knows the ouse. He knows what to do, when
to do, how to do it, how long to do it.

Speaker 3 (16:18):
Why of course he knows everything about it. He has
Your emotions just run rampant. You're like cheering for him,
but then you're booing for him, and then you're dramatic,
and then you're laughing, and then you're crying and then
you're scared. Every emotion runs through you while you're watching
a Kevin Owens match. It's always been like that. And
that's why like having him face all these world champions,
I'm it sucks. He's not he hasn't won it yet.

(16:40):
But he is a believable person. I know.

Speaker 4 (16:42):
I said this.

Speaker 3 (16:43):
I'll say this to him right in the face, like
he's a believable person. Two dethrone champions all the time.
Like there were moments when he was viewing with Roman
where we thought maybe we're like no, no, no, it's Roman,
and it's like, but if anybody's gonna do it, let
KAO do it. Because Ko, just like you said, he
gets the business and he pulls out every emotion that
you have as a wrestling fan, and this is what

(17:03):
makes wrestling great. And he's the type of person that
draws you into wrestling.

Speaker 2 (17:07):
Yeah, and this just I really did want to see
Kevin Owen wins. Kevin Owens win. I really didn't buy in. Unfortunately,
I can picture a world where Cody Rhodes isn't walking
into WrestleMania as champion, and especially now that this win
kind of gives Cody if he or WW wanted to

(17:28):
go ahead and actually have Cody now bring back the
wing the Winged Eagle and actually have that belt be
the belt he carries. Technically he's won it now, so
they could always go with that.

Speaker 4 (17:39):
So silly and like that.

Speaker 3 (17:41):
That's another thing too, that Ko bringing out that belt
out of all belts, because everybody loves that, Like that's
the number one belt that everybody loves it. Everybody knows
what that belt means. So it's just he's a genius.

Speaker 2 (17:51):
I love os so good. Let's get into the women's
royal rumble. These women killed it and yeah, we we
did get the finish that most of us saw coming,
but that does not change that does not change the
fact that this was a very, very fun women's rumble.

Speaker 4 (18:12):
Yeah, this match was so fantastic.

Speaker 3 (18:14):
It had tons of surprises, It had tons of women
getting their moments to shine, like, it had all this
stuff that like we just want from a royal rumble,
Like that's what that it was.

Speaker 4 (18:24):
It was fun that I went on first because of
the outcome.

Speaker 3 (18:27):
I think because Charlotte was winning, it made tend for
it to go on first because that and her ending
that way, especially with this crowd now, it was very.

Speaker 2 (18:37):
It's like, well, also, even if, like even if it
wasn't so predictable, right still, on one hand, you've got
somebody where most likely going to be a heel, even
if it is a return, and then you've got the
biggest babyface in the fucking industry right now winning. So
it's like, Okay, obviously they're gonna close the show with,

(18:58):
you know, the yeat fest right before before.

Speaker 4 (19:00):
We get into the women's match.

Speaker 3 (19:01):
A little bit more, I wanted to mention things that
I loved about this rumble, about this rumble pay per
view in general, I loved that it showed the stat
bar I love.

Speaker 2 (19:10):
Let me yes, I love the stat bar.

Speaker 4 (19:15):
I love that when a person that.

Speaker 2 (19:17):
Was such a welcome edition, like like the Royal Rumbol
is something you're analyzing, right, trying to keep track watching right,
like we needed this without even knowing we needed this.

Speaker 3 (19:27):
Right, so like I love that, Like when someone came
out their home, their home country flag was underneath, so
they were love that. I love where they were like,
this is how many people are still in, This is
how many people have been eliminated, This is how many
are left, or like they would show Romans been eliminated,
and then they would show like how many people are
still in and what number they are? Like I love

(19:48):
the graphic was so perfect and it's like this is
what we always wanted for Rumble because it's especially like
us doing the Royal Rumble Pool. It's much easier for
me to follow. It's like, oh, how many people or left?
Oh so we're up to hear Just all these little
graphics were so intricate. I think at one point they
also put like if Roman got eliminated, they put who
he eliminated?

Speaker 2 (20:09):
I believe if yeah, no, they put they put who
was eliminated by who exactly how many number?

Speaker 3 (20:14):
Who what their number was, because it was like, oh
what numbers shouldn't get knock amor and then they would
like it was up.

Speaker 2 (20:20):
So like I love, I mean that's what that's what's
beautiful about the Royal Rumble because if it was only
about it's kind of like with fantasy football, right, like
you are paying attention to who's getting the catches, who's
getting this many yards. People could be on a shitty team,
but if they're getting two touchdowns a game for you,
and they're a studden fantasy football because of those things,
you you give yourself reasons to pay attention to all

(20:41):
these stats. In the Royal Rumble, it's always not just
about who's winning. In fact, a lot of times roy
Rumble does fall in the predictable category. And I think
that's why it's you know, we're like, okay, bro, you
know we go into the Royal Roaming like bron Breaker
may not win this year, but he might get most elimination,
right we were like Jacob is getting or just like
a big spot. So it's like there's so many different

(21:03):
things you're paying attention to, and now in this new regime.
Whether it's the Paul of bec, whether it's the Netflix TKO,
all of them, they're all coming together to be like, Okay,
how do we capitalize on what we already know our
fans are doing? And who knows? I haven't ever heard
it mentioned, but I do. I do feel like twenty

(21:24):
twenty six maybe the first year we hear WW commentators
start referencing, Hey guys, we know you've got your rumble
pools going. What number you're like? We've never heard Eventually,
like Sports Center, NFL started addressing fantasy sports and all
that kind of stuff, but we've never heard wwe reference
the pools.

Speaker 3 (21:40):
If they do reference the pools, can someone in the
back stop having people have ties for most eliminations?

Speaker 2 (21:47):
Please hate it? Granted, granted this is the only year
I kind of get it. This year makes perfect sense,
but come on.

Speaker 4 (21:55):
Come on, stop that.

Speaker 3 (21:56):
I need.

Speaker 4 (21:57):
I hate splitting money for people.

Speaker 3 (21:59):
I want people to get their full amount, like geez,
I think one year it would. I think Ria the
year got every she got longest participant winner and most eliminations,
and I was like.

Speaker 4 (22:08):
Yeah, I payout.

Speaker 2 (22:09):
I think she was she tied for most eliminations with somebody.
I feel like I could be remembering that wrong. You
do not have to search. I know you're ct You're like,
I haven't in my sheets, I haven't. I feel like
she might have been tied with like Nia Jacks for limbs,
if I if I could be making that I.

Speaker 3 (22:25):
Was twenty twenty three, I believe, but.

Speaker 2 (22:27):
I feel like that easily could be what happened. But yeah,
the ticket graphics were such No she she.

Speaker 3 (22:32):
Got winter longest. She got Winter long and that was
the year Befab got eliminated first. Also again this second year.
She I mean, that's her. She's probably like your welcome
rumble pool people. You're welcome, like you know, I don't
know anyway, So back the women's match was so much fun.
I I loved, you know, the you suck chance for Ivy.
I love Maxine Dupre like she really maxim.

Speaker 2 (22:54):
Hold on, hold on, hold on, don't don't, don't closs
past that. I was so happy for Ivy because a
lot of time it does feel like she doesn't Like
a lot of times, just every once in a while
Chad will mention, yeah, I want you to get the
Icy Championship or something. But the shine doesn't always go
on her and especially when it comes to the heat
Shad Gable has gotten for himself and his stable. So

(23:16):
when she came out and the fans did not hesitate
to give her very happy to the song, both to
the song and just when she was in the ring
and the music stopped, I was so happy for her
that I was so happy.

Speaker 3 (23:29):
For her and her eliminating Lyra. That definitely like that
made a difference to start the feud, and like, you know,
because that's what rumble does too. Rumble begins stories continues storytelling.
That's the point of a rumble.

Speaker 2 (23:39):
And here's the thing I've got. I've got some issues
and we'll get to it a little later, but issues
with the way the Women's Icy Championship has been presented,
the way the champion has been presented since that title
has been introduced to us, and honestly, Ivy Niall is
the only thing really keeping interest level on the typers.

Speaker 3 (23:59):
Also, I have to say, not the cameraman, but the ref.
I give so much credit to that ref because when
Lyra had her malfunction with her her gear, yes, they
literally went this way and then pulled everyone this way
to like and then ran over and made sure like
she was good before she got up.

Speaker 2 (24:15):
And also credit to Live, you can see Liz stops herself,
waits real and then boom, then she knocks her down
right right, she knew But yeah, also you had mentioned it.
But let's go back to Maxine Dupre.

Speaker 3 (24:28):
Maxine Dupre, this is we always talk about maximizing your
minutes and having your moments doing the worm taking her
straps down. I was like, this is amazing, Like, this
is so amazing. I think she lasted like under two minutes.
But who cares, like I remember.

Speaker 2 (24:43):
Well, no, Maxine's one of those where like it's like
one hundred percent, she's the moment maker. Yeah, and for
the record, I have so much respect for Maxine du
Pre because theoretically there's zero reasons she should still be
employed by w W. If you look at the way
they if you look at the way they started with with,
I mean La Knight was max Dupree start with, you know,

(25:06):
like that whole model thing. She gets brought in at
his cousin to take it over. He flat out leaves it.
They give him a YouTube show nobody cares about except
for me. I thought it was hilarious. Then those guys
get fired. She gets paired up with chad Otis and
Tazawa and somehow it works. It's like amazing, it works.

Speaker 4 (25:22):
It works. She looked fantastic too.

Speaker 3 (25:24):
I love her, and she.

Speaker 2 (25:25):
Improves all the time. I do hate the way she
gets the crowd into the worm. I love it when
she just goes into it from the handspring, like I
wish she just would, like, if you want, I understand,
hype them up a little bit, but she does it
for too long, and especially I get it. I get
it too, But like I in matches, Scotty too, Hotty

(25:45):
is like the only person I forgave for that, him
and the rock I guess, but like, really, if you're
in a match, you don't want to do something where
your your person is allowed to rest for like thirty seconds,
solely so the crowd gets hype, especially if the payoff
is like an elbow You know what I mean?

Speaker 3 (26:01):
Right it?

Speaker 2 (26:02):
Scotti to he never won with that fucking move, So
as much as I loved him, I'm sure he wishes
he did things differently.

Speaker 3 (26:07):
But listen, she maximized her mint maximize ha ha ha
got it. She maximized her minutes maximized her her minute,
I should say, and her moment, like I thought, it
was fantastic.

Speaker 2 (26:17):
It was all so Also by her throwing out Ivy,
you know, she she got her revenge for that as well.
She got to say, aha.

Speaker 4 (26:25):
What now one hundred percent.

Speaker 3 (26:27):
I love as we always talk about Royal rumble like storytelling.
Of course, we got who we said was gonna who
I wish won the Royal Rumble, Jordan Grace, so she
has she looks fucking fantastic.

Speaker 4 (26:39):
It was funny because she can't. The siren happened and
I was like, yeah, and everyone's like, who is that.

Speaker 3 (26:43):
I'm like, Jordan Grace here. I was like, I'm not
making that mistake like last year, and I said, it
was just so fantastic to see her. I love that
her and Naomi hugged. I wish that progressed a little
bit more.

Speaker 2 (26:55):
I wish, well know, I loved, I loved where it
took us because it took us to Bianca saying exc
it did.

Speaker 3 (27:03):
But I wish I wish there was something where like
maybe somebody eliminated someone by accident or something that that
way Jordan can go to the main roster. I have
a feeling she's probably going to NXT, but like, well, you.

Speaker 2 (27:14):
Say that because she got eliminateed by Julia the Champ
right at the same time, Jordan Grace, we don't really
know yet, like because she's not you know, she had
a RAW, didn't appear, had an NXT, didn't appear, her
her graphic on ww dot com. Still, it does not
have a distinction at this point. I think it'll depend

(27:37):
on where they see her fitting in WrestleMania weekend, if
they don't have a WrestleMania match for her and they decide,
you know what, Like I'll be honest, I don't actually
think she is going to NXT. I think they realized
that unless they want to make her NXT champ, it
wouldn't actually benefit her to do that. I do think
there's a good chance we don't actually see her for

(27:58):
a while. Like, as I just mentioned, if they don't
have a space for her on WrestleMania, they may just say,
you know what, Jordan's get comfortable. Here's the PC train.
As much as you want work on whatever you want
to work on, We're gonna plan for a raw after
after Mania debut for you on whatever you know like
I could see that as I mean, that's.

Speaker 3 (28:17):
What I want. I want that to happen. I think
I think the Naomi Bianca thing would be super fun,
but I don't know just the way the elimination happened
for that. I just feel like they might have her
go after the NXT title, but like we talked about
last week, like we don't need that. She needs to
go to main roster like that that.

Speaker 2 (28:33):
Speaking of the speaking of the NXT champion got a reference,
and I was very happy that we saw a lot
of NXT women in the Royal Rumble, a lot of
the NXT appearances and and all well deserved. That was
a lot of fun. All of them were able to
really own the moment. But it's been talked about, we
got to talk about it too. There was a huge difference,

(28:54):
hard to ignore the difference in pops that our NXT
Women's Champion Julia got compared to Stephanie Vacker, Like that
pop was big. Granted, I think it's just more of
and it doesn't mean Stephanie should have been the NXT
champ or anything like that, but Stephanie's got more of
star appearance when it comes to an entrance with the
whole aw, like you know, she gets it.

Speaker 3 (29:15):
Yeah, AW messed up. They should have took her like
she's so fucking talented. I'm happy she's that our next day.
But Jesus Christ, like I.

Speaker 2 (29:22):
Told you about that, right, Remember, I don't think I
ever actually told you.

Speaker 3 (29:25):
Maybe refresh my memory.

Speaker 2 (29:26):
No, like I told you my theory where it was.
Actually it was me you and John and we were talking.
I was just kind of like, listen, I don't know
if it'll ever come out, if we'll ever learn, but
I guarantee you AW fucked up in some way. They
didn't go the extra mile. They didn't do what they
needed you to make sure she felt special here, this
and that. That's apparently Conan came out on his podcast

(29:47):
and said that a lot of the things see him
Punk complained about, like, yeah, I got flown in, they
didn't have a car waiting for me, I didn't know
how to get to where I was going. I was
stranded a lot of things. Apparently they did that for
her too, where they did not you know, take care
of her get her there. So yeah, like I from
everything I read, she enjoyed working with the people there,
like wrestlers but the company didn't, you know, give her,

(30:07):
give themselves the best first impression when it came to her.
So yeah, like I said, I saw that coming on
my whims like, there's no way. She just strolls right
on over to XT like they definitely had to mess up,
and yeah, they dropped the ball with her.

Speaker 3 (30:22):
Yeah, speaking of Stephanie, that leap onto Baali was so fantastic. Man,
She's so unbelievably talented. And of course you go to
Baali the vet who's gonna make you look like a
million bucks.

Speaker 4 (30:33):
Not that she needs that extra push, but like.

Speaker 3 (30:35):
Just a little a little sprinkle of glitter to make
it absolutely what a moment for her, Like it look
it looked so good. I love Stephanie. I think she's fantastic.

Speaker 2 (30:43):
And also I also I love Bailey. Bailey's at this
special place in her career. She's almost done everything there
is to do. Any other accomplishments almost seem like it
would just your repeat. You can tell she loves this business.
You can tell she sees her elf in the rock sands,
in the corrid jades, in the Julias and the Stephanie.

(31:05):
You can tell she sees herself in the NXT women
that are doing what she had to do at one point,
and are you know, carrying that torch on you can
tell And as she appears on RAW, I'm SmackDown on
n XT just constantly giving rub after rub after rub
after rub. She's just giving back to the business. She's honestly,

(31:28):
she's their mother.

Speaker 3 (31:29):
Hen like she's just I want to.

Speaker 2 (31:31):
Say, Natalia's gotta be proud of what she's seeing in Bailey.
I mean, I hope.

Speaker 3 (31:36):
So anyway, Natalia's passing the torch to Bally, you know
what I mean, Natalia.

Speaker 2 (31:40):
Satalia when when Bailey was coming up, Natalia had to
have been part of this wisdom, either with words or
just by being herself. And Bailey like paying attention to
what Natalia's done for Live, for b Fab, for for
so many others. Just can't say enough good things about
the veterans in w W today, speaking of the vets,

(32:02):
cannot ignore the fact that the veteran, the returning Nia Jacks,
makes history. She has set a record for the women's
Royal Rumble, eliminating nine women. That is the record. However,
like at once, yes, but yeah, I think no, I
feel like.

Speaker 6 (32:19):
She's like, yeah, that's kind As soon as all the
all them went over the rope, I was like, whoever
has the shacks just won?

Speaker 2 (32:30):
Right exactly? And I saw somebody to tweet like, I
think that was an accent, Like, I don't think exactly.

Speaker 3 (32:36):
I think that was the point, you know what I mean.

Speaker 2 (32:38):
Also also another little night Jacks getting into history. She
has twenty nine overall eliminations for the Royal Rumble. That
is first for women's Royal Rumble. However, she's tied for
tenth all time in the Royal Rumble with your boy
Randy Orton.

Speaker 4 (32:56):
Who how many is Kane still number one overall?

Speaker 2 (32:59):
Cane is still number one?

Speaker 4 (33:00):
And how many is that?

Speaker 2 (33:01):
Forty four?

Speaker 4 (33:01):
Oh it's forty four? I was gonna ask, so she'll beat.

Speaker 2 (33:03):
It maybe maybe forty five forty five kind of?

Speaker 3 (33:06):
And the Romans two right?

Speaker 4 (33:07):
I think Romans two?

Speaker 3 (33:09):
Right?

Speaker 2 (33:09):
Roman? I think is forty two Romans not to Romans?
Far from it. Oh, Roman did climb up, he climbed up.
But I think I.

Speaker 3 (33:17):
Think Roman was at one point most elimination he Bekane
or was tied with you.

Speaker 2 (33:22):
I've actually I've actually got it in front of me
right now.

Speaker 3 (33:24):
For in one rumble.

Speaker 2 (33:25):
So Cain's got forty six total, and you're right, Roman
Roman has the record for most in one rumble. Yeah,
oh he beat he be.

Speaker 3 (33:32):
Kane's record in one rumble. So Roman's number one for
most in rumble.

Speaker 2 (33:36):
You said Romans is the most for one rumble.

Speaker 4 (33:39):
Got it?

Speaker 2 (33:40):
Cain has the most for forty six undertakers there with forty.
Roman Reigns had thirty two was tried with Triple Ah
going into this. He added four, which means he's now
tied for thirty six with Stunkle Steve Boston at the
number four spot, behind only Shawn Michaels, the Undertaker and Kane.

Speaker 3 (33:56):
Right. So with this being said, we need to dress
it and I know I'm lowering my volume for this,
but we had the biggest pop of the night. Oh God,
for the return of Alexiblis.

Speaker 2 (34:08):
Yeah. I lost it. I lost it.

Speaker 3 (34:12):
Lost it before the rum when we were all talking
about me and my friends were all talking and I
was like, I think Alexa Bliss is coming back. I
was like, I think Alexa Blizz Alexa Blizz. I think
we talked about it on last week and we were like, ah,
maybe we don't know. Bah blah, and then when that
music hit out of everything, that was the biggest pop
of the night.

Speaker 2 (34:26):
I guess it was the loudest pop. It was the longest.

Speaker 3 (34:29):
Pop, loudest, longest, Yeah, loudest, longest, biggest pop.

Speaker 2 (34:33):
Absolutely, and listen, maybe it was a little louder than
it would have been had the Dirt Sheets not been
talking all week about the fact that Alexa Bliss is
not coming back. They're far a pressing contract negotiation. It's like,
so everyone kind of just had her out of their mind, like, oh,
get damn, guess not. And then I'll be honest, like
I because this return was so cool and so in

(34:56):
a way unexpected. It made me not be as bum
when number thirty came and it wasn't Becky Lynch, which
I was certain it was gonna be.

Speaker 3 (35:05):
I know you were certain it was gonna be.

Speaker 4 (35:07):
But I'm okay with this Alexiblith.

Speaker 3 (35:08):
She looks fantastic, and yet again the Royal rumble cameraman
fucked it up, fuck up, fucked up again. You miss
Edge's spear, you miss aj styles phenomenal.

Speaker 2 (35:19):
They try to do too much.

Speaker 7 (35:21):
It's like literally she turns around on one fucking camera.

Speaker 3 (35:25):
She literally turned around for a reason, and of course
we know on her jacket it said fiend for life
with a little R obviously in reference to Bray Wyatt,
which was friggin' perfect.

Speaker 2 (35:35):
Lily got friends forever, I believe, Oh friends forever.

Speaker 3 (35:38):
I thought, it's had friends for life my bath and
then and then Lily got a makeover. She looks great.
Her little uh, her little doll got a little making up.

Speaker 2 (35:46):
Yeah, she got spruced up. And in a weird way,
I'm happy that we haven't seen Alexibliss since they Layer
Rumble because if we had to guess, obviously the way
she came out with Lily, with the look with Jackie,
were obviously left to wonder and to think and to
hope and to pray. But with the announcement that the

(36:06):
Wyatt six had moved to smack down, I gotta believe,
I gotta hope, I gotta wish upon a star that
Alexa Bliss does join them, because that's what they've been missing.
But oh my god, this just and Alexa Bliss owned
this moment so much, the entrance serving as soon as
she gets in, giving Bailey a little wave. Loved it.

Speaker 3 (36:26):
I told you it was my Wendy Prefercorn moment. I
was like, she knows what she's doing. She knows exactly exactly.
She took me off that jacket, took off that skirt.
She was right.

Speaker 4 (36:35):
She looks fan.

Speaker 2 (36:37):
Toak amazing she looks and I loved as soon as
like she I believe it was Bailey where she knocks
her down, steps on her back, propped herself on the
ropes and then just has that moment she's like. I
don't know if she was saying I'm back or this
is my ring, something to that effect, but it was
just so good to see her get that reception, to

(36:58):
see her soak it up. It's so long, it feels
like forever.

Speaker 4 (37:03):
It feels like forever.

Speaker 2 (37:05):
Yeah, And it was just it felt so good to
have her back, for her to be back in the
ring doing what she does best. It was just like yes,
And I said it to you when we were talking,
like the day after. I do kind of hope Slash
think that Carmela might have been watching somewhere home, happy
as a clam with her kids, but now maybe having

(37:27):
a little wheel turn in her head like, huh, that
does look pretty fun. That looked like she had a
good time.

Speaker 3 (37:33):
I miss Carmela too, man, I do miss Carmelo, miss
Carmela a lot.

Speaker 4 (37:39):
I was happy she came back in this look Alexa
Bliss too.

Speaker 3 (37:41):
I love this portrayal. Yes, I'm so happy.

Speaker 2 (37:45):
No, honestly, I feel like there's no going back, at
least not until she does. You know, a nice bit
of storytelling with the Wyatt six. I wouldn't mind if
she ended her career as you know, the twisted Bliss
as opposed to ever actually going back to like the Goddess.
I mean, don't get me wrong, I'm a fan of evolution.
So if Alexibliss has another character she wants to break
out down the line, who am I to say?

Speaker 3 (38:05):
No?

Speaker 2 (38:06):
But dude, wait, I love Twist What up?

Speaker 3 (38:09):
Pop?

Speaker 2 (38:10):
I was top of the night of the night, also
talking about our returns, Nikki Bella coming in at thirty
trist Stratus also making her return number.

Speaker 3 (38:21):
The crowd goes mild, like nobody can see see.

Speaker 2 (38:25):
I don't know about that. Actually, I think the Twitter
crowd went mild, but it sounded like the live crowd
did actually respond well to her. I don't know I
did that? Are my ears going? I thought she got
a pretty good reaction. Granted, there was a certain amount
of the crowd what was disappointed, but once again, and
I think that's WWE's fault because the thirty entrant being

(38:46):
a surprise, you're taking a gamble, like you're taking a gamble.
I mean that year with Daniel Bryan ray Masterio shouldn't
have been a surprise because you knew he was going
to be in the Royal Rubble. He was already announced,
So like, technically the fans shouldn't have thought for a
second it was gonna be down, but they did. And
the disappointment factor is real.

Speaker 3 (39:03):
I mean, if you're gonna do disappointment pack factor for thirty,
just throw Charlotte Flair at thirty at.

Speaker 2 (39:08):
This Oh god, yeah, Like.

Speaker 3 (39:09):
That's really just make her thirty like And.

Speaker 2 (39:11):
It's like with Tristrat, she was very interesting because you
could tell that with her returning at the number she did,
it was very much a legend making an appearance. You know,
with Nikki Bella coming in at thirty, it didn't feel
the same, No, it kind of felt like this might
be Nicky Bella coming back, and that WWB wanted to

(39:32):
position her in a way where it would feel impactful
and it would mean more, and they were taking a risk,
but they were also possibly setting her up to get
a big pop once again. I didn't hear the mild
response that you're referencing. I could be wrong. I thought
she got a decent might have just been going I
went mild. Yeah, I went mile.

Speaker 3 (39:49):
I definitely went mile because I was like, I don't know.

Speaker 2 (39:51):
I feel like you could because I wanted Becky.

Speaker 3 (39:52):
I wanted Becky, I want anybody else.

Speaker 2 (39:55):
I mean, I don't, I don't.

Speaker 4 (39:56):
I figured back, I don't hate.

Speaker 2 (39:57):
I don't hate Nikki as much as I right, I
was trying. I was trying to figure out a different
way to word, and that was the sentence in my head.
But here's the thing. Also, I recognize that me and
you have adult memories of Nikki Bella's entire career, Like like,

(40:20):
I was a grown ass man when the Diva search
was a thing, so like I've seen it from start
to finish, and it's just because of that I have
certain memories of it. But there's a whole generation of
girls of guys who grew up on Total Divas, grew
up on Total Bella's, uh you know, and so so
they were introduced to Niki Bella when she was a

(40:42):
bit more established, when she had kind of cut her
teeth and bought the proven her uh you know, pay
her dues, when they had watched her get bumped from
WrestleMania and were heartbroken for her, and then watched her
become champion again and thrust in these storylines. So I'm
trying to be like, I understand that there is actually
a market for Nikki Bella. There is a fan base
and a lot of the women that are in the

(41:04):
future Roxanne core Jades, these women grew up and idolized
Nicki Bella. Roxanne had had a dream match moment messing
with Nikki in the Royal Rumbo this weekend, So I
get it. I'm a little bit more understanding. If Nicki
Bella does get used, I don't really know where she
fits in. If I'm being honest, I kind of an
NXT run would actually really excite me, I think, and

(41:25):
I hope excite her. I think, and I think it
would excite wrestling fans.

Speaker 3 (41:29):
I think it would be good too, because it would
be a lot of dream matches for the women that
you just mentioned in NXT. Because a lot of them,
like you said, grew up with them, and now they're
getting to wrestle their idol.

Speaker 4 (41:37):
Like that's a big deal for.

Speaker 3 (41:38):
A woman that like a lot of people think that
those women started the women's revolution and started the evolution.

Speaker 2 (41:45):
And aren't given the credit for it. Yeah, like there's
a certain group that believed Naomi, Natalia, the Bella twins
that all started or or at the very least deserve
their flowers.

Speaker 3 (41:56):
For you know, so like these women these dream matches
for them because they remember growing up with them. I mean,
I how many times have you and I been watching
wrestling and like I always mentioned like Austin Theory wrestling
John Cena and being like or like Baron Corbin wrestling
Kurt Angle, And I'm like, these guys were probably watching
them when they were children, and now they're wrestling them
on the big stage of fucking WrestleMania or stuff like that.

(42:16):
You know, it's just insane. So like someone like Roxanne,
who like probably you know, probably had her poster if anything,
you know, oh one.

Speaker 2 (42:23):
Hundred percent, there's pictures Roxanne has posted of her like
dresses nikkiy Bell. I don't know it was cosplaying. I
don't know who was Halloween, but yeah, like one hundred percent,
she was an inspiration to her. Uh, let's talk about
Roxanne's royal rumboles. Sand really showed up, showed out. I
can't believe Sar was born.

Speaker 4 (42:41):
I can't believe they had her last that long.

Speaker 2 (42:43):
Also, just for reference, and I don't have the numbers
in front of me, but I'm almost positive. So Pentha
was the longest lasting for the men.

Speaker 3 (42:49):
Forty two minutes forty two and change?

Speaker 2 (42:51):
Was it forty two? I thought it was forty five
forty two. It might have been forty two. I let's
just say you're right, it's forty two. I love being read,
wasn't I believe.

Speaker 4 (42:58):
She was an hour on seven minutes?

Speaker 2 (43:00):
Shut the ford?

Speaker 4 (43:01):
You let me say, oh sorry.

Speaker 3 (43:02):
I didn't think you knew. Sorry, go ahead, I didn't
know you knew.

Speaker 4 (43:07):
I was helping.

Speaker 3 (43:09):
I help it.

Speaker 4 (43:10):
I was just helping, helping.

Speaker 2 (43:16):
Yeah, I should have just said, hey, Danielle, can you
tell me the times please?

Speaker 3 (43:19):
Well, I know the times.

Speaker 4 (43:20):
I had to pay people out.

Speaker 3 (43:22):
I had to know the times.

Speaker 2 (43:25):
But yeah, like a difference of like twenty five minutes,
which is which is wild when you think about it.
So yeah, Roxanne going over an hour lasting, and let's
talk about who the final six was with her, because
these are some heavy hitters for Roxanne to be out
there with Charlotte, Julia the champion of NXT, Nikki Bella Bailey,
and Naya Jax.

Speaker 3 (43:46):
What a what a dream? Huh? Like, these are heavy hitters,
like this is a big And then wasn't she the
last two? She was?

Speaker 2 (43:53):
Right? Yeah? Yeah, yeah, the final the finals, Roxanne, Naya Jaxon,
Charlotte and Naia Jax got eliminated first. Yeah. Yeah, that's wild, wild,
one hundred percent.

Speaker 1 (44:03):
Uh.

Speaker 2 (44:03):
And And you know what, I liked it because in
that moment, I did feel like, I don't think they're
going for it, but rox Sanne could go babyface again
if they wanted, because of the iron woman like performance,
because of the fact that also there were a lot
of people that didn't want to see Charlotte win. So like,
all of a sudden, in that moment, you're kind of like, yo,
Roxanne from NXT Rinna, that's her call up. Let's go,

(44:28):
I'm in, I'm in, I'm in.

Speaker 3 (44:29):
Right this this situation is kind of what people were thinking, like, oh,
she's gonna get her moment is kind of what people
thought might happen here but then happened in the men's
rumal kind of you know what I mean, Like you
were so certain something was going to happen and then
this happened, right, so you know, like it was it. Yeah,
but this was a big moment for her. And then
of course Charlotte comes in. I'm not mad Charlotte one.

Speaker 4 (44:49):
I mean, I'm also boy.

Speaker 3 (44:50):
I love Charlotte. I understand like this it's insane, Like
she just comes back and like, oh, this is how
we're getting her, like and I know people say this
a lot, and it kind of is getting to the point,
you know, when they shove you down your shove her
down your throat so much, people start just being turned
against kind of like what they do at Roman Reigns
kind of what they've done with John Cena, Like there's
a lot of that situation and with her. I feel

(45:12):
like sometimes they don't know what to do with her
if she's not chasing gold, and it's like she can
do other things besides constantly trying to chase gold, unless
this is just how her storyline is gonna be, Like
maybe that's just it.

Speaker 2 (45:23):
This is this is a problem with the women's division
or the booking of the women's division, and it's not
always so apparent because of the fact that there are
so many talented women and also because of the fact
that they have now mid card titles, they have tag
team titles, and they have you know, couples, storylines, tag teams, breakups,
all these different things. So but at the same time,
with Charlotte, it feels like they never do give her

(45:45):
off the title storylines, nobody's got a feud with her,
they're not gonna like and and really, what do you
do because if she is a babyface, then maybe you
can kind of play with that. You can have the
up the next generation of women attacking her because they
want to make their claim, you know, similar to what
people used to do with Sina back in the day,

(46:06):
where if he didn't have the title, you'd kind of
just have it, or even if he did have the title,
a young buck would just kind of come up and
try and take him down and make a name for
himself by that the whole undertaker adage, I'll make you famous.
So if she was a baby face and could pull
off babyface at this stage, then maybe you pull that off.
But as a heel, what's she gonna do other than
go for a title she had, you know what I mean, Like,

(46:29):
what else can she really do? And like it or not,
she is that good where it is kind of hard
to argue. Now, I'm with you. I don't hate this decision.
I get it, and also I kind of expected it.
With that said, the main reason I don't like it
is because of what I think it means. Everyone's already
saying it's Charlotte and Tiffy. That's a lot. I personally

(46:50):
don't mind Charlotte and Rea three. I mean, but if
we're doing but if we're doing Charlotte and Tiffy, and
Charlotte's gonna be the heel and Tiffy's now gonna be
fresh a babyface turn. Tiffy's gotta win. I like, I
don't want to watch and you know, and because Charlotte's won,
the Royal rumbles. So because of the fact that we're
basically locking this in now the next few months from

(47:11):
here till Royal rumble, Tiffy's Rain's not even gonna hit
the way it should because it just feels like dead
woman walking.

Speaker 3 (47:18):
Right right, And that's not fair to her because you're
supposed to be helping elevate them.

Speaker 2 (47:23):
Because you know what it reminds me of, Charlotte is a.

Speaker 3 (47:25):
Vet at this point, so it's like, you should be
helping other people. You could still have a championship, but
you should be excelling other people.

Speaker 2 (47:32):
Was it remind you It reminds me of when Bray
Wyatt won the championship and we were all so happy
until we realized that he was about to drop at
the Randy Orton at the Roy at Wrestlemain, and it
was like, this would be cool if we thought Bray
was going over, And it would have been cool if
Bray had gone over, but it didn't, and it was
exactly what we thought it did, and that's what And
like that first Bray title reign didn't hit the way

(47:54):
it was supposed to because it felt like dead man
walking and it was right and so and so like
that's very concerning with Tiffy and especially like if you're
turning Tiffy face right now, like that's tough because we've
only seen her as a heel character and her don't
gonna be wrong. The fans are behind her. She's basically
a baby face already, but this is still a tender

(48:16):
time because you can't fuck with the character now, and
are you gonna have her be the same Tiffy time
in Charlotte's face? Is it gonna hit the same when
Charlotte is literally laughing at her with that smug look
on her face, knowing, damn well, I'm the Queen, I'm
coming for your title. You can't do anything to stop it.

Speaker 3 (48:33):
Yeah, it's a weird thing because people will get behind
Tiffy being a face because I think she'll be kind
of a face by default because people are gonna be
booing Charlotte.

Speaker 2 (48:41):
So they've been Yeah, but also they've been cheering Tiffany's
like they love her, they respect her, they appreciate her.

Speaker 3 (48:46):
I understand that, but I'm just saying, like, you have
to really keep it up with the baby face stuff
because with Charlotte, like even if you're the worst heel
in the world, Like if they put Naya and Charlotte together,
I'm sure people would cheer for Naya at this point,
like you know what I mean.

Speaker 2 (49:00):
So it's other that they just say you both suck.

Speaker 3 (49:03):
Yeah, it'd be like this. It would be the super Bowl.
This weekend like nobody good, Yeah, nobody cared about it.

Speaker 2 (49:09):
It's literally, yeah, listen, we have to talk about it.
Charlotte's return promo. I personally think people are so people are.
The narrative being spun is that Charlotte attempted to cut
a baby Face promo and the fans weren't having it.
The Cleveland fans did not care. They do not like her,
they hate her. It was go away. I don't necessarily

(49:31):
feel that way. I understand the arguments for that, and
I don't necessarily have arguments against it too much. Other
than this, They've done this with Charlotte before. Charlotte has
attempted to cut Babyface return promos only to you know,
real us in and then hit us with a heel
move like boom me now or whatever she so like.

(49:52):
As soon as she starts talking, you hear the tone,
you see the look on her face. This is the way. Like,
Charlotte's not the best promo, let's be real. I think
she'd kind a good heel promo, but her Babyface promos
is obady been mid and that includes the fake Babyface
promos as well. So I just kind of took it
as the fans not buying in or being sucked in,
like not being manipulated by you bringing up the injury,

(50:14):
knowing damn well that in two minutes you were just
going to rub our faces in your victory, right. So
I kind of looked at it as she entered the
Royal Rumble as a heel. She won the Royal Rumble
as a heel. Everything she said in the interviews, in
the press conference backstage was heel, heel, heel. So I
just thought the fans acted the way they knew that

(50:34):
they were supposed to act, because there's no way they
were supposed to cheer her. And that's the way I
took it.

Speaker 4 (50:38):
Yeah, that's how I took it too.

Speaker 2 (50:39):
Did you?

Speaker 3 (50:40):
Did you laugh when she was going into rumble and
she couldn't get a robe off and she had to
break the buckle. I was cracking up.

Speaker 2 (50:44):
Yeah, she was like.

Speaker 3 (50:45):
I was like that that would terrify me because I
always think of that every time I watched Burless. I
always think the thing. I'm like, what happens if your
snap doesn't unsnap? And that's what happened to her. She
just ripped it off. I thought, I was really I
don't know what made it made me laugh. I was like,
this is so funny.

Speaker 2 (50:59):
I was like I would backstage video of Charlotte messing
with I show Speed. That made me laugh. It was
like they were doing a wu off but like I
Show Speed did like a swaggy woo at first, like woo,
and she's like, oh, that was a weird one, and
then she showed it had a like woo. They did
wo back and forth and then he was like, give
me a chop, so she gives him a little baby

(51:20):
chop and then they just smile and she's like, you
can't shot me. It was just funny. It was It
was very funny. They both just laughed it off. But yeah,
I love Charlotte. I'm a big fan of hers. I
truly don't know how many women I could name that
are truly better than her. There's it's few, if any,
you know what I mean.

Speaker 3 (51:41):
People want to say she's been handed every opportunity, and
that's fine, but she's but but, but she's also a
better wrestler than half the men's roster.

Speaker 2 (51:49):
Here's the thing. If not not handed every opportunity, she
was handed a opportunity. And for the record, when she
was handed that opportunity. She didn't deserve it, she wasn't
ready for it. Her an NXT when she started, she
was trash. Yeah, she was trash. She was she was trash,
She was bad, and if she didn't improve, she would
be forgotten. But she had that first takeover match with

(52:13):
Natalia yep and whether whether it was an Italia bringing
the best out of her in that match, whether it
was the work she had done behind the scenes and
us just seeing it bloom in that match, but that
match made me a believer. That match was like, we've
seen insane improvement. We're talking weeks, within weeks, we've seen it.
And then she just really hasn't stopped. She gets better,

(52:34):
she gets better. She got better and better to the
point where like, yeah, like a lot of the male roster,
most of if not can't touch her, so to say
she's been handed every but no, she was handed a
opportunity and she made the most of it. And most
wrestlers can say the exact same thing. You don't think
Triple H was handed opportunities.

Speaker 3 (52:52):
Right, and she like she should always be in some
sort of picture and program because she is the best
wrestler I work with. Grand like she's yeah, like you
want to complain that John Sene only has five move
sets or fucking Roman reign. She doesn't have five moon
set move set. She's fucking amazing, Like she's an amazing
She's an amazing wrestler. Like I said, like I'm dying

(53:13):
to see her face AJ styles. I would love to
see that match. That match would get me excited if.

Speaker 2 (53:17):
They ever did. For fans of w W two K
twenty five, you'll be in luck because I read the
other day they have in gender they have mixed intergender matches. Yes,
so A j and Charlotte Flair, you can get that
dream match, you can get that going. That would be
a good match.

Speaker 4 (53:33):
That'd be such a good match.

Speaker 2 (53:35):
That'd be a fantastic Were they team together for that
mixed mass mixed match? Yeah, and I missed I missed
the mixed match.

Speaker 3 (53:42):
I missed it.

Speaker 4 (53:42):
Yeah, what is the team?

Speaker 3 (53:43):
Little big? Was that Alexa blissing A Yeah.

Speaker 2 (53:47):
And he's trying to teach her how to lift the car.

Speaker 3 (53:50):
Use your legs, use your legs.

Speaker 2 (53:54):
She's like, this isn't gonna work. Come on, she's a
little I'm gonna have to go back and watch the
video of them together now, because that was yeah, was fantastic. Also,
that was when I realized what a great Alexa Bliss,
what a great actress Alexa Bliss was. I'm surprised she
hasn't done more because if I don't know if people forget,
but she legit had people shipping her and Bronze Stroman.

Speaker 4 (54:18):
Oh yeah, that's right, I forgot about that. Yeah, it's like,
no guys like people.

Speaker 2 (54:22):
Were legit shipping that. There was legit build to these
guys to kiss, which is crazy about Even if we
didn't know that, like she was dating Ryan Cabrera at
the time, that's still it's still the whole thing is wild.
But people bought hook Line.

Speaker 3 (54:39):
And Sinker, right, that's so freaking funny.

Speaker 2 (54:42):
So good. Let's before we move on to the men's
word rumble, let's talk about some women stuff. I am women's.

Speaker 7 (54:49):
Happiness, Okay, no, no, I don't want to leave the
women as we say with the Lady Morgan is qualified
for the elimination chamber.

Speaker 2 (55:00):
I get it. I get I don't like the next
match for getting uh, even if she loses, I'm not
a fan of Lyra Vackeria being a part of this
I'm not a.

Speaker 3 (55:09):
Fan of Lyra Valgia.

Speaker 2 (55:12):
I know you're not, but I don't hate her.

Speaker 4 (55:13):
I don't hate her.

Speaker 2 (55:14):
I don't Now we're talking about her. We're not talking
about that. We're talking about the fact that they just
gave us an intercond championship and the way they brought
Lyra up on Raw was Lyra Vaalkyria trying to get
herself a meaningful spot at WrestleMania. She's the fucking champ.
She should be talking about how that that title is
her ticket to Mania, that she should be asking who

(55:36):
is going to challenge her at Mania? Not trying to
face the world champion at Mania? Like what, this is
just something she's carrying around. I don't understand it.

Speaker 3 (55:45):
I one hundred percent agree. This is what we talked about.
Guntharvill has done this. Missus definitely done this where they're like,
this is my title, Like this is the best time
bron Breaker is doing ron Braker is doing it right now.
Like you're like, I don't need to go after anything
else because this is the championship that I am a champion,
Like what does it matter so her to have to
be in this qualifying She's already a champion, so she

(56:08):
shouldn't even be a part because then it devalues the
women's championship, and now's the.

Speaker 2 (56:13):
Championship has and right now we're gonna lose lose situation
with this matchup because theoretically the interconnin champion should not
be losing non title matches all Willie Nailly, especially if
there's not going to be a follow up, So Bailey
on paper should not win this. Once again, we don't
want the Icy champion going to elimination Chamber attempting to
get a main event worthy spot at WrestleMania. Unique got

(56:36):
the title, and it's to my point earlier Ivy Niles
the only thing keeping this title relevant and making me
give a shit because she's the only one expressing any
interest in having it. Lyra Vakiria has it and seems
to not care. And once again, back to bron Breaker,
we saw bron Breaker show up getting Adam Pierce's face unraw.
What was he saying? Was he saying, you better give

(56:58):
me a qualifying match for the chamber? No, he said,
where's my challenger? He said, this title means everything to me,
where's my competition?

Speaker 3 (57:07):
Correct?

Speaker 2 (57:07):
And that? Yeah, and so and and going on the
other show. Look at Chelsea Green. Chelsea granted, I could
eat my words if they show us the graphic that
says Chelsea Green's got a qualifier coming up. But from
everything she's been doing, posting on Twitter, on Instagram, the
backstage stuff she she gives us to the fans, it's
always about I am your United States Champion and I'm

(57:30):
gonna be the best United States Champion ever.

Speaker 4 (57:33):
Her T shirt's fantastic, Like she's like, I'm a champion.

Speaker 2 (57:36):
Right, She's she doesn't need another title, she you know,
and I guarantee you Also, if they did put in
a qualifier, she'd probably cut a promo that made me
a believer because she talked about the only way to
be the best United States Champion for my people is
to be the world champion as well. Yeah, just taking
all the titles, right, But they're not like, so, yeah,
I'm not a very upset that Lyra is qualifying or

(57:58):
you know, competing for this. Yeah, I'm but Live Morgan
getting in there does excite me. Confuses me a little
bit because I thought they were leading up to Live
Morgan and Roquelt taken on Bianca and Naomi, But maybe
we see most of those women also in the chamber
and that tag match gets just to WrestleMania. That's very possible, right,

(58:18):
I me too, Me too. I also like that it's
not so many like now the we're Don't get me wrong.
I love a good tag team elimination chamber, but then
like sometimes you just have three four on the show,
and it's like, I don't need two elimination chambers both
getting a number one contender spots going into WrestleMania for
the unclaimed champion. I like that. That's the way it

(58:39):
should be, and that's the way I like it, definitely.
I like it. I love it. I want some more
of it. I don't think I don't think you believe that,
but thank you. I appreciate it.

Speaker 3 (58:53):
I believe in lots of stuff.

Speaker 2 (58:55):
Let's talk about the Men's Royal Rumble.

Speaker 3 (59:01):
I thought you, I said, believe so, I thought we
were going that way. I was like, am I supposed
to clap? No?

Speaker 2 (59:12):
This was a really fun rumble.

Speaker 3 (59:15):
Yeah, this rumble had so many moments like I lost
my voice for screaming and yelling oh shit, a lot,
like there was a lot of stuff happening. When Ray
came out. I was like, oh, Dom's gonna be number two.
It only makes sense, and it didn't make I guess
it didn't make sense because.

Speaker 2 (59:31):
Well, no, what are you talking about. They gave Dom
the space he was supposed to get me.

Speaker 4 (59:36):
But I was excited.

Speaker 2 (59:37):
Obviously, obviously we had the Goat John Cena come out,
then in the World come out, then the Visionary come out,
and then of course Dirty.

Speaker 4 (59:47):
When Dom came out.

Speaker 3 (59:49):
When Dom came out, the people were like uh and
I was like, no, this is perfect.

Speaker 4 (59:53):
I'm like, this is the perfect sequence.

Speaker 2 (59:56):
And he handed up. Dom is so good. He's so good.

Speaker 3 (59:59):
I'm so proud of Like, I'm like proud. I feel
like a proud mom. I'm just like, oh, even though
he has nothing to do with me, I'm just like
very like, I'm very happy that he's not just a
nepo baby like he like, you know, he he's working
his ass off and he just knows what to generate
heat and he's fucking killing it. I will say that,
oh dude. That sequence though, was seen a punkin rollins.

(01:00:20):
I was like, seeing that comes out, then that was long,
like Alexa Blitz got her own long.

Speaker 4 (01:00:25):
But people just kept.

Speaker 3 (01:00:28):
The stare down with them with Roman Electric Electric is
the only way I can describe like it was insane.
I was like, whoever booked this is fucking genius.

Speaker 2 (01:00:37):
Like and that's the thing about this rumble where it
just had so many fun spots, so many fun moments.
A lot of people got to shine. I do want
to throw a little negative out there, even though I remained,
But what are they doing with Mellow? Like he continues
to miss and they're the ones missing, they're missing with him.
And on one hand, like I still, like I said,

(01:00:57):
I'm staying hopeful because they're keeping him involved, They're giving
him time on the mic. Like even when he's losing,
he's still attacking Cody, He'll still do this even like
with this he goes home first, he gets out first,
eliminates secure to Zaut. That sets up for the I
Show Speed moment. They even have a little backstage moment
with him and Speed, Like I don't get it, but

(01:01:19):
like I don't, A part of me thinks there's no
way Trible she doesn't nobody has with Mellow, Like we
saw what they did right with Mellow with Trick the
Trick Will, Like it was just so good there is
a mellow gang.

Speaker 3 (01:01:29):
There was some disappointment in the men's rumble with people
coming out for me, like, I don't know, I just
felt like they could have, like do we need is
show speed there? We couldn't have had someone else good
come out, Like at one point I thought your blacher's
gonna walk out, which would have been awesome, But like, I.

Speaker 2 (01:01:44):
Don't know, I'm with you, I'm with you, and it's
like it's one of those Yes, sure I could start
listing people I wish had that spot, but I don't
even really need to. I kind of wish a Kutuzoua
got the spot. I'm a fan of his and his
criminal what they do with him or what they don't do,
I should say. With that said, this is another situation
of me. I get it that you can't argue with

(01:02:05):
the numbers that his moment alone did online on the
all platforms, but that had nothing to do with But
it had nothing to do with everything to.

Speaker 3 (01:02:14):
Do with you're talking about I Show Speed.

Speaker 2 (01:02:15):
Yes, I don't think it had everything, Danielle. You don't
get it. He's the biggest streamer in the fucking world.
But I feel like it's.

Speaker 3 (01:02:23):
Because bron knocked him the fuck out, like if he
just did a backflip it wouldn't have been as much,
or if he just got eliminated.

Speaker 2 (01:02:29):
Okay, okay, okay, but let me put it to you
this way. If Akira Tazawa did the backflip and then
bron Breaker destroyed him with that, that clip doesn't go
nearly as viral. It's because it was I Show Speed.

Speaker 3 (01:02:40):
I mean, I guess, but I'm.

Speaker 2 (01:02:41):
Telling it's They're not saying bron Breakers. They're not They're
not saying bron Bakers shush. They're not saying bron Baker speared.
I show speed. They're saying, I show Speed took a
spear from bron Breaker. That's like the you know what
I mean, Like that's the headline, that's what people are
running with. And and then also I love how I
show speed like he gets speared, but then bron Breaker
throws him to Otis. And then if you watch bron Breaker,

(01:03:04):
like Otis and bron Breaker don't get along. Bron Breaker
just eliminated Otis. Otis could do what he wants, but
bron Breakers just like throw his ass over there, like
still directing traffic. He points over there, throw his ass
sober and then Otis He's like, yep, I don't like
him either.

Speaker 3 (01:03:18):
No, I love Otis.

Speaker 2 (01:03:20):
I thought it was a fun moment. And the truth
is I respect anybody willing to take a big boy bump,
like I respected when MGK signed up to have Kevin
Owens power by him off the stage through a table.
You know what I mean. I respect the jackass guys
when Umaga beat the shit out of him, even though
I don't really that they deserved it because they weren't selling.
But like once again, if you come in and you're
willing to take a big boy bump, you're gonna take

(01:03:41):
a splash, You're gonna take a spear, Then you know
I respect it. I respect he got crushed. Bron Breaker
continue to shine even without getting any you know, doesn't
hold the record this year for most eliminations the longest.
These were guesses we made, but bron Breaker got to

(01:04:01):
shine because bron Breaker speared the leviing fuck out of
Roman Reigns. And even when Roman Rains eliminated bron Breaker.
I don't know if you caught this, it was the
same exact way Roman Reigns got eliminated from Bautista.

Speaker 3 (01:04:14):
Oh I did not know that.

Speaker 2 (01:04:16):
Yeah, where Roman hit the spear on Batista. Coincidentally, another
wrestler who was using as the spear at the time
then goes to throw him out, but at the last
second Batista switches. That's exactly what they did here. Bron
hits Roman with the spear, hypes up, the crowd goes
to throw him over. Roman with the last minute switch
pulled the exact same elimination. Very nice.

Speaker 4 (01:04:35):
I love that.

Speaker 3 (01:04:35):
That is a nice seast egg. I like that. That
makes me happy.

Speaker 2 (01:04:38):
I like that h two. But yeah, I love the
commitment to Bron breaker here. And you know what, I
kind of had him pegged as a final four, but
we didn't need him to be final four a not
in this rumble, but also because of the way he
was used like and he's the r Kennel champion, so
it was okay for us to not wonder is the
inter Caninal champion going to be facing the w B

(01:05:00):
champion wrestling. It's fine. He got dominant, he got big,
he got bad, and then he got out. The final
six was crazy Roman, Rain, Seampunk, Johnson is seth Ron's
Jay Uso and Logan Paul but before we get.

Speaker 4 (01:05:13):
Into the final six, I have to give a thing.

Speaker 3 (01:05:16):
I have to mention because I made notes on this
Gable flipping Penta Ray and Santo's and Mellow and then just.

Speaker 2 (01:05:22):
Like flipping them all over.

Speaker 3 (01:05:24):
I was like, oh, Gable, you are a star.

Speaker 2 (01:05:26):
Give me all of you.

Speaker 3 (01:05:28):
Gable's fantastic. I just want to mention that because I
thought that.

Speaker 2 (01:05:31):
We're far from done with the Rumble. But no, that
was I mean, I figured, as you said, we can't.
We can't go talk about the roll without talking about
the fact that the Royal Rumble believes in Joe Hendry.

Speaker 3 (01:05:45):
What was he number fifteen, number fifteen?

Speaker 2 (01:05:46):
Yeah, that was fun what a pop. It was funny,
such a good pop.

Speaker 3 (01:05:51):
So I had to rewatch it because the people I
was we were all screaming and clapping because I remember
I was like, I can't hear.

Speaker 4 (01:05:57):
I don't know if I'm.

Speaker 3 (01:05:58):
Sure he's getting a good reaction, but people were excited,
like he had to be in the Rumble. He had to,
Like there was no way he couldn't be in the Rumble.

Speaker 2 (01:06:04):
There's there's a clip going around because we posted it around,
but it's an amazing It's literally my favorite daddy daughter
moment time father daughter sitting on their couch watching and
randomly I think, you know, like the ten second timers
going and randomly the father looks to his daughter and says,
say his name, and he appears. They both sing. I

(01:06:28):
believe in Joe Henry. Clap, clap as soon like they
timed it perfectly because then buzz and then the music
hits and the little girl loses her mind. They did it.
Dad goes for a high five, girl goes for a
hug and is screaming, thank you, thank you.

Speaker 3 (01:06:42):
She did it.

Speaker 2 (01:06:43):
They did it. He summoned it. They did it. Yeah,
they did it.

Speaker 3 (01:06:47):
It's such a good moment. I was so excited. That
whole crowd was just like because all the crowd, I
think the cheer didn't last long because everybody needed to
sing and clap right, So it was just it was
such a moment when they should.

Speaker 2 (01:06:58):
Have been waving their hands the air from side to
side as well, wave your hands from side to side.
I believe in Joe Hendrey. What do you mean why
you don't listen to the lyrics? I do, but I
don't obey, but we talk.

Speaker 3 (01:07:14):
No, I'm a woman.

Speaker 2 (01:07:17):
When he says, wave your hands from side to side.
You just put him up and down.

Speaker 4 (01:07:25):
I stopped.

Speaker 2 (01:07:30):
How dare you?

Speaker 3 (01:07:31):
I do delete? I do delete. I do need to
delete straight and horizontal, not diagonally. Also, I think people
don't know the words after that, so.

Speaker 2 (01:07:43):
That's what they did not know. The countries they I know.

Speaker 3 (01:07:48):
Yeah, everyone's like I told you, it's like the end
of the world. So aunty and h.

Speaker 4 (01:07:54):
That's literally how it is, right.

Speaker 2 (01:07:57):
I think that's why he connects to the kids so well,
because the kids they learned songs like that all the
fucking time. So the kids can sing this song. They're
blue in the face.

Speaker 3 (01:08:06):
They probably know how far it is from uh, well
from Tokyo.

Speaker 2 (01:08:11):
I forgot now, God damn it, you fucking kid. But
with this, it really is crazy to think about where
we are in wrestling, Like, yes, Jordan's actually Mickey James
really broke it down when she showed up a few
years ago as the knockouts champion. Jordan Grace continued last

(01:08:34):
year to the point where we were almost kind of
I don't want to say disappointed, but we were surprised
we didn't see Masha ruh. But you know what, maybe
one TNA person per year. Maybe that's the quota. And yeah,
I had to go to Henry. The picture with Joe
Hendry TNA championship on his waist and Triple H pointing
at him is crazy to think about w W logo

(01:08:55):
in the background. What a picture?

Speaker 3 (01:08:57):
What a picture?

Speaker 2 (01:08:58):
And also like like what a picture?

Speaker 3 (01:09:00):
We got a shout out Seamus for believing in Joe
Hendry too.

Speaker 2 (01:09:02):
That was awesome.

Speaker 3 (01:09:04):
Fucking love sham.

Speaker 2 (01:09:05):
That was awesome. And I don't know if you guys
have heard the Joe Hendry already did an interview with
Chris van Vliep talking about that, and he like, I
do love people talking about their Royal Home experiences because
it gives me insight into you know, you never know,
like a lot of these spots feel like they're coming
off the fly, Like is it one of those I
know I'm gonna go to this person then that person,
or you kind of just see someone waiting and like,

(01:09:26):
come on, let's do it. So him talking about like
I got mizzed up for the chokeslam and I see
Shamus standing there and I'm like, is he next? Or
is he just enjoying its? Like it looks like he's
enjoying the show, so we'll just go with it. And
the fans really lashed on to Shamus believing in Joe Hendry.

Speaker 3 (01:09:40):
Yeah, he believed in Joe Henry. I believe in Joe Hendry.
I love him. He's so he's so freaking talented. I
love it. Yeah, what a pop That was so fun.

Speaker 2 (01:09:47):
I love to see people get themselves over and and
you know, I love to see people put the work in,
never say it can't happen to me, and make it
happen to them. Obviously a part of me. It was
a little sad that we didn't get a Matt Cardona entrance.
I wanted that for him. I did, But I still
say there's time and honestly, moments like this, like because listen,

(01:10:09):
let's not forget Mat Cardona works for TNA, so it's
not like he's as disconnected from the company as your
normal indie god or death match king would be.

Speaker 4 (01:10:18):
It's fine.

Speaker 3 (01:10:19):
I think it was a little I think too much
would have been bloated because who do you take out?

Speaker 2 (01:10:23):
You know? I also I would have taken out I
showed speed if we're talking about it, correct, but that's
the correct answer.

Speaker 3 (01:10:30):
That's a correct answer. But I love that Joe Hendry
did get the pop because, like you said, it's a
time to be you know what a time to be
a wrestling fan that people are able to know him
that well to get the reaction, because look at AJ Styles,
AJ Styles when he came back, when he came debuted
at the Rumble, like people knew him too, and he

(01:10:50):
got a pop from that. And he's been in the
indie circuit much longer than Joe Hendry, am I I think?

Speaker 2 (01:10:55):
So? Yeah? I mean it's also Joe Hendry. It got
himself over with a fan base and your you you'd
never know until you know how large that fan base is.

Speaker 3 (01:11:05):
And it was from a song, It's from us.

Speaker 2 (01:11:07):
Testing it out, testing it out in the Royal Rumbo
crowd was a great way and it was like they
just had fun singing, they know, like they got behind
him bood when he was eliminated, they were not fans
of it, so yeah, yeah. And then also seeing Joe
Hendry in the fucking ring with Roman reigns, like what
world am I living in? Right?

Speaker 3 (01:11:24):
Like that's wild world, that's wild Yeah, and then AJ
coming back and looking phenomenal pun intended with his Yeah.

Speaker 2 (01:11:32):
He he looks like he's leaned back out again.

Speaker 3 (01:11:34):
Yeah, because he probably stopped doing steroids.

Speaker 2 (01:11:37):
Shut the fuck up, I knew I can't fucking ever
set you up that ship. Stop saying that shit. Why
AJ styles is organic. Everybody knows that we talked earlier
about tying for most eliminations. This is the only time
I'm okay with it. Roman Reigns and Jacob Fatu h
tied four four. I love what they did with these guys.

(01:11:57):
I love the fact that they did tie with for
I love the fact that they win at it, but
not too much. I love the fact that commentary put
over that we are looking at a future WrestleMania main
event here you think I think it could be. I
think we're definitely looking at a future WrestleMania Maine event
in Jacob bat and Roman Reigns. Has you know he'll

(01:12:17):
never stop being one?

Speaker 3 (01:12:18):
If I'm gonna be honest, I feel like Jacob Fatu
will always be a heavy like. I think he's super
talented and I really like him, but I can't picture him.
I can't picture him.

Speaker 2 (01:12:28):
I think I think, I think you haven't opened your
eyes to see he's no longer the heavy. He's not
heavy now Solo's gone. We don't even know if Solo's
still with that, right.

Speaker 3 (01:12:36):
But I don't I don't. I don't think it. I
don't think of singles. I don't. I don't see it.
I don't see it yet.

Speaker 2 (01:12:42):
I you know, it's okay to be wrong? Where's my?
Where's my? Can you see right now?

Speaker 3 (01:12:49):
It's okay?

Speaker 2 (01:12:49):
Okay?

Speaker 3 (01:12:51):
Yeah, I don't see it. I don't see it. I'm
gonna I'm gonna have to wait and see.

Speaker 2 (01:12:54):
But by the way, for our audio listeners, Danielle has
made me a litany of friendship race. Let's go. One
of course says it's okay to be wrong, as you
have heard us say for years on this show, because
it is okay and Danielle is is often wrong.

Speaker 4 (01:13:08):
So Danielle's it's okay.

Speaker 2 (01:13:10):
Look I look forward, all right? So what level of
success does Jacob have to achieve for you to officially
be wrong here?

Speaker 3 (01:13:16):
I don't know.

Speaker 4 (01:13:16):
I feel like he has to stop making this.

Speaker 2 (01:13:19):
Does he need tomain event of pay per view? Would
that convince you that?

Speaker 1 (01:13:22):
No?

Speaker 3 (01:13:23):
I don't.

Speaker 4 (01:13:24):
I feel like there needs to be Does.

Speaker 2 (01:13:26):
He need a singles match? At WrestleMania. Would that convinced you? Maybe?

Speaker 3 (01:13:29):
Okay, I don't know yet. We'll see.

Speaker 4 (01:13:31):
We'll just have to as you say, we'll have to
wait and see.

Speaker 2 (01:13:33):
Fair enough, I'm not opposed to it. I think I
think there's few people on television that just come across
as believable and as much of a superstar as Jacob Pattou,
in addition to being as versatile as he is in
the ring, in addition to being quickly one of the
better talkers on any show you put him on. Like

(01:13:54):
he's constantly going viral for what he says, He's constantly
going viral for what he's doing. Jacob Botu has every
tool necessary, and the way he switched from heavy to
heavy hitter, the way he switched from I Love You
solo to FA to the way the fans have no

(01:14:15):
reason to cheer him other than what they've been seeing.
And yet you heard those fat two chants at that
Royal Rumble. This guy is a stud and a.

Speaker 3 (01:14:23):
Half stunt and a half woo and a half.

Speaker 2 (01:14:27):
I like that. But yeah, once again, going back with
the final six, this is a wild I don't know
if we've seen a more star studded final six.

Speaker 3 (01:14:35):
And what's funny. What's funny about this final six is
if you're looking at this very quickly, you're like, Okay,
it's gonna be Roman, Punk Johnson, and Seth Rollins. They're
gonna be like, this could be anybody, and any of
these four could win, and it's gonna be insane because Seampunk,
John Cena and Seth Rowlands were the favorites to win
until right before the rumble, and then Jay went.

Speaker 2 (01:14:53):
Up like big that always happen, right, But if you
remember Matt Cardona, or I should say Zach r went up,
Zach Ryder was actually the favorite when that match started, right,
because it's all it's all the people backstage start making
it and putting their gig bets in.

Speaker 3 (01:15:09):
So yeah, So what's crazy is like this six, you're like, Okay,
Logan and Jay Uso are going to be out, and
then it's it's one of these four, right, and then
it completely goes the opposite way, and you're just like,
what is happening? I mean, I love the way they
did it, I love I loved everything about it.

Speaker 2 (01:15:24):
I loved the way Punk and Rollins and Roman got eliminated.
I do love the logan Paul got got to take
the credit. Yeah, because he's the person that needs that
heat for that. Like that was that was good of
course and just and Seth Rollins double stopping romaniful outside
Now quick question, did you because I'm trying to figure
out if they're k fading us. I'm I'm pretty sure

(01:15:47):
they are, just because the knowledge I've read about has
been so limited. But they're making it seem that Roman
Reigns is hurt and like they're saying he's out indefinitely. Yeah,
like that's the way they're putting it on TV, and
there's I think so also, But at the same time,
like I never know when it comes to like when
they actually say the indefinite, Like I think it's just storyline.

(01:16:08):
But then again, all of a sudden, the matches I
heard for Rooman at WrestleMania are now being changed, Like
now I'm hearing that those people are gonna face someone else,
Like all of a sudden, I don't actually know what's
going on anymore, which is always a good place to
be for wrestling fan.

Speaker 3 (01:16:22):
Like I like that, Yeah, I like, yeah, the Dirty's
kind of ruin everything. Now you get so invested in
like reading that shit, I try to stay It's It's
kind of how I feel about watching trailers for movies now.
They give so much away that I try to just
avoid it so I can go in and be like
an excited you know Mark in a way.

Speaker 4 (01:16:39):
You know, so I'm not too sure. But the outside too.

Speaker 3 (01:16:42):
I love that it continued outside, like it wasn't just like,
oh I got eliminated. Now I have to walk back
like there was an actual like feud and anger going on.
I loved everything about that.

Speaker 4 (01:16:50):
I love that Logan.

Speaker 3 (01:16:51):
Yeah, Logan Paul, like that was insane too, Like he's
just ridiculous and generated perfect. He just like Dom did.
I when it came down to Sena and Jay, I
was pacing back and forth at my friend's house, like pacing,
and I was like, it's good. I was like, obviously
it's gonna be Seena. I was like the man, if
it's Jay, that would be insane. But like you're kind

(01:17:12):
of just like, oh, this would be insane, this would
be in sane. You're like, no, it's gonna be seen
it it's okay. But I was like getting.

Speaker 2 (01:17:16):
Nervous and I was like watching it very certain that
Sina was winning course and kind of just grateful that
Jay was the final, right right. I thought that was
a good spot for him. I thought it was a
commitment to him as a future star, commitment to him
and the continuing build of him. Two main event, Jay Uso.

(01:17:36):
I really didn't actually see it coming in.

Speaker 3 (01:17:39):
That moment when it happened. What a what a moment.
But then like when you sit and resonate with it,
you're like, this makes sense, Like it's like, of course,
of course, of course Sina would be the last one,
and of course Sina would sell perfectly the way he
did when he got kicked out of the ring, like
all of it was, and you're like, of course Sina
is the guy to make Jay go over, even though

(01:17:59):
Jay's already over, but like to go over in this match,
Like it made perfect sense once you sit there and
let it resonate. I was fucking excited. I text you immediately.
I was like, holy shit, Like it was one of
those moments that you don't get that anymore.

Speaker 4 (01:18:11):
In the rumble, I feel like a lot.

Speaker 2 (01:18:13):
Of times, the only times I can think of like
a real surprise winner that we didn't see coming, like
at a left field the two names that come to
mind is when Shamus won the Royal Rumble and when
Alberto del Rio won the Royal Rumble. And yeah, like
neither of those two obviously over time. Shamous that sission
ages well, ages like fine wine and we're very you know,

(01:18:36):
Alberto del Rio not so much. But neither of them
were as over as faces or as heels like we've
never I don't know, like we're talking made, we're talking
stone cold level if we're going to talk about who
won the Royal Rumble and and had the crowd get
that loud, that happy, so over like the j Uso

(01:18:56):
effect needs to be studied. It's corral and and for
people saying like, oh, he got one word over for
the record, I fucking hate you people, you people. I
blame you fucking people for why Bobby Rude never actually
got to do anything meaningful on the main roster because
U assholes kept telling everybody that would listen that, oh,

(01:19:17):
it's just the theme song that's over. Fuck you people,
Like I think this is truly a culmination of seeing
j Usso from the beginning to his debut with Temina
to them not really getting much love because the tag
division wasn't getting much love to getting put on superstars
forever to you know, the face paint, like like you've
washed this man grow.

Speaker 3 (01:19:39):
I also hate fucking fickle wrestling fans. I mean, I know,
by definition, a wrestling fan is fickle. If you look
up fickle in the dictionary, there's a picture of wrestling fan.
But it's like, we talk about how the Usso's are
gonna go down as probably the greatest tag team ever,
and now it's, oh, he only has two move sets.

Speaker 4 (01:19:55):
Oh he's not this.

Speaker 3 (01:19:56):
Oh it's like, what's happening here? Oh? I like him?

Speaker 4 (01:19:59):
Yeah, we hate him because he won the Rumble?

Speaker 3 (01:20:01):
Why because John Cena is not gonna win his fuck
johnsona is gonna win his seventeen titles.

Speaker 2 (01:20:05):
Somehow, Like stop it, you know it's funny. I don't.
I don't mind John Cena doing it, Like I used
to think it was silly and not as necessary. The
more I think about it, the more I feel like
they really should it, because it's like John Cena for
everything he's done for wrestling, for everything he did for
the WWB, and for the person he is and continues
to be, like the good example for everybody honestly, you

(01:20:27):
have the opportunity to put him on top undisputed actually
as a history maker. Yeah, you should do it. Fucking
frick I don't need it anymore. Why not.

Speaker 3 (01:20:35):
I loved his uh his towel last the last time
is now. Yeah, I love that. I thought that was great.
Ye yeah, like you can't like let him have it.

Speaker 2 (01:20:43):
Also, I big credit to Sina for for doing this
for Jay. I I'm aware that he just comes to
work and does what they tell him. But nonetheless, let's
be real, he's he's I'm sure if he didn't want
to do something, he wouldn't do it. He's a company,
I'm sure that. And and from what jay Uso has
said an interview us John Cena seemed to enjoy, you know,
this moment for him. Apparently before they went at it,

(01:21:04):
he was like like Jay, before they even start going
at j was like thank you oos Like so, it's
just it was such a cool thing for Sena the goat,
to be the one to get eliminated last, and and
like that's a big that's a big w for jus
that's a big credit. Even just eliminating Johnsona in the
Royal Romal period, but doing it to win that's big.

(01:21:25):
That's big.

Speaker 3 (01:21:26):
So where does this leave him now?

Speaker 2 (01:21:29):
Jay?

Speaker 3 (01:21:29):
Is he going after Gunther? Is he going after?

Speaker 2 (01:21:31):
I mean, that's that's the problem I have, like and
and and they and like I started thinking about it
immediately where I was like, listen, I love the Jay one,
but what are we doing now? Because A I'm not
really a fan overall of WrestleMania matches, let alone main
events being rematches that happened relatively recently, you know what

(01:21:57):
I mean? Like, for example, I don't mind Charlotte versus
Rear three because these are WrestleMania rematches right, like, and
the last one was a few years ago, So that's fine.
But we seen Jay versus gun thro what twice this year? Yeah?

Speaker 4 (01:22:10):
Twice?

Speaker 2 (01:22:10):
So so to you know what I mean with me
within twelve months? Yes, So it's like, so we're like,
that's the way you're doing it. I had to watch
this man lose twice because you wanted him to win
the Royal Rumbo for a third to get the third rematch,
Like really, And it's like, I also, let's be real,
I the Royal Rumble winner should main event WrestleMania. But

(01:22:34):
Jay versus Gun there is not going to main event WrestleMania,
and the sad thing is Gunther flat out said it
on Row. Basically, he basically said, he's like, listen, this
is a big title defense for me. I have held
this title until WrestleMania, and I need to cement my legacy.
A win over John Cena would do that. A win
over Sampunk would do that. Even Drew McIntyre seth rollins,

(01:22:55):
a win over you does nothing for my legacy. And
he didn't say the words, but the win over a
match with Jay. So I don't think closes either show. No,
I don't think it does.

Speaker 3 (01:23:05):
No.

Speaker 2 (01:23:06):
Maybe you don't think Ja's like maybe they give it
night one.

Speaker 4 (01:23:09):
Maybe you think Gun There's gonna be j No.

Speaker 2 (01:23:12):
No, I think they finally let Jake. I mean, listen,
I'm still crossing my fingers that they somehow find a
way to give me j versus Cody, Like because j
versus Cody is the main event, It's not gonna happen, dude.
It's more intriguing. It's more intriguing because it finally gets
me a heel Cody. If yes, if you do Jay
versus Yeah, Jay versus Cody. And then if CM punk

(01:23:34):
or wait before I get there because my add's kicking in.
If this reminds me of when they made Cody up
the Cody kofy have like fifteen thousand matches to get
to WrestleMania, and it's like, why are we giving this
story told itself? And they're like, let's just make him
jump flat out say, Vince doesn't want him the main event,
right even though.

Speaker 3 (01:23:52):
He yeah, it's so stupid. But with this, like you said,
if it's Cody versus j that's much much more intriguing
story that if if CM punk or John Asina win
the elimination Chamber, I'd much rather see them face Gunther
than them face Cody, to be honest.

Speaker 2 (01:24:05):
And here's the problem. They can't give us Jay versus Cody.
Why for the same reason that I don't want to
see Jay versus Gunther Because Jay lost to Gunther twice.
So even if Jay beats Cody, it still looks like
he ran away from Gunther. It still looks like he
couldn't beat Gunther and he knew it. So with the
babyface winner who just won the Royal Rumble, you can't

(01:24:26):
do that. So it seems like Jay versus Gunther is unavoidable.
But they other than just the fans wanting to see
Jay finally do it, I'm thinking is missing.

Speaker 4 (01:24:36):
I'm fixing it. This is what's gonna happen.

Speaker 3 (01:24:37):
Okay, Jay Usso is gonna challenge the NXT champion. That's
what's happening. Yeah, this is what I've decided.

Speaker 4 (01:24:45):
This is what I've decided.

Speaker 3 (01:24:47):
He's gonna do it for Obafemi, and unfortunately he's gonna
lose because Obam is so wonderful and he shouldn't lose.

Speaker 2 (01:24:52):
It's funny. I don't mind that the women do that,
where like Charlotte considers possibly challenging the NXT women before,
right right, which is why, which is why I don't
mind they continue it. But I'm glad that they don't
have the men do that, Like I'm glad that they
don't entertain NXT champion contenders as well, just because I'm

(01:25:13):
because I don't actually buy it and I think it's
really a waste of time. So it's like, granted, I
don't mind Charlotte and Julia, you know, getting face to
face a little rub, but overall, like especially in jay
Uso situation where he's he's where he's not necessarily at
the position where he's giving rubs yet right Like, he's
still he's still on the come up. He's still on
the rise, whereas Charlotte is tippy tippy top. Charlotte's got

(01:25:35):
the throne.

Speaker 3 (01:25:37):
That's fair.

Speaker 2 (01:25:37):
But yeah, I'm I'm very excited to see what comes next.
They've got a lot of work ahead of them to
to make to make the crowd get as into Jay
versus Gun through three as they are like to see Jay.

Speaker 3 (01:25:53):
Winks like Gun versus.

Speaker 4 (01:25:55):
Jay the third.

Speaker 2 (01:26:01):
That's making you laugh way too much, Jason, He's so silly.
This is not that funny. Okay, Well it's John Cena.
After losing Laulah Rumble, made it clear in a press
conference that due to everything he's given to the company,

(01:26:24):
to the sport, he does not feel the need to qualify.
He does not feel the need to ask. He is
flat out announcing he is in the How are you
still I keep going up, calming down.

Speaker 3 (01:26:34):
You are crying.

Speaker 2 (01:26:35):
You are crying.

Speaker 3 (01:26:37):
It is what you are doing.

Speaker 4 (01:26:38):
I'm so sorry.

Speaker 2 (01:26:38):
Go ahead. So Cina has announced that he will be
in the elimination chamber triple H double down, saying seems
to not have to ask. Absolutely, he will be in
the elimination chamber. So Sena is there. CM Punk defeated
Sammy Zaye and we have one more qualifier announced and
we can do predictions here for it. But it is

(01:27:00):
going to be Oh.

Speaker 3 (01:27:02):
I did want to say I thought Sina's elimination his
pre show, post show interview, well, it was.

Speaker 2 (01:27:08):
An interview, his press conference, press.

Speaker 4 (01:27:10):
Conference, whatever.

Speaker 3 (01:27:10):
I thought it was phenomenal. I thought it was beautifully done.
It was calm, collected. He really like took over, like
led the room, which was nice because listening to some
of the people that interview asked questions back there, I
was like, thank god.

Speaker 2 (01:27:22):
Yeah, no, I got happy when he announced, like, for
the record, I will not be taking questions. I am
making a statement. You guys can get your head listing statement. Yeah.
So yeah, I know Scene's a good speaker. Sena knows
what he's doing and he put it. He put it perfectly,
and he made it clear. He's like, listen, I'm not
you know what I said was true and that I'm
not going to demand title matches. But if you got
there are lotteries, then absolutely I've earned my ticket and

(01:27:45):
that's and that's true. He earned his rumble ticket and
a nice cushy spot, and he definitely has earned his
elimination Chamber ticket. I personally think Raymond Sterio has earned
an elimination Chamber ticket, but I don't know if he'll
get it. He's facing Logan Paul. Logan Paul, we already
saw a get involved in trying gett in ray Masterio's
head this past Monday. Will Logan Paul book his ticket

(01:28:06):
to elimination chamber? Logan probably is, yeah. Ray Maisterio just
seems very like he's constantly gonna be put in these
positions because of his former world champion and Hall of
Fame status, right of course, but his positioning on the
card right now is just very far away from the
title picture, so I mean, and also, if if Logan

(01:28:27):
Paul is going to compete on Raw for a qualifying match,
he's definitely going to be in the chamber, Like there's
no way they're bringing him in, and the next time
we see him is until Mania. Like now, he's probably
gonna be here until Mania. Who do you think Logan
Paul faces.

Speaker 3 (01:28:41):
As Logan Paul is going to face wrestling?

Speaker 2 (01:28:45):
Nah I don't think so. Why not because Mario of
the Lucha Outsiders posted something and he kind of made
me buy it. He says it might be Logan versus
a J. I mean, if you're thinking about it, like
Logan Paul, they do kind of have a trend. And
of course you know it's necessary. It's the way you
do it, especially with you know, a non wrestler coming
in to become one. You put him in the ring

(01:29:05):
with the best people that that that know how to work.
You put him in the ring with the people who
know how to make anybody look good, who could make
a broom look good? And AJ Styles could make a
room look fantastic. AJ Styles could wrestle the Invisible Man
to a five star classic. Remember when the Invisible Man
eliminated Ethan Page and MJF and MJF.

Speaker 3 (01:29:25):
Yeah, because everyone forgot he was in the ring and
MJF thirty one? Right was m JF who thought he one?
Or did?

Speaker 4 (01:29:30):
Was Ethan Page thirty one one of them? That was fantastic?
That was so good?

Speaker 2 (01:29:35):
What a what a crazy sentence to say. Now, remember
when the Invisible Man eliminated Ethan Page and MJF right,
like weird.

Speaker 3 (01:29:43):
That was the first week Oh, that's the first weekend
we we were introduced to m JF. Like, that's the
first time we ever saw him, right, it was it
was in New Orleans.

Speaker 2 (01:29:50):
Right, Yeah, Yeah, that's crazy. It was that weekend.

Speaker 4 (01:29:52):
Yeah, in one of my favorite matches with Teddy Hart that.

Speaker 2 (01:29:56):
Was that's a classic that nobody talks about.

Speaker 3 (01:29:59):
I wish we were ordered ourselves talking about that match. Yeah,
me too, because it was so ridiculous.

Speaker 2 (01:30:04):
But back to what happened at the Royal Rumble. Back
to what happened actually the row after the Royal Rumble.
One thing I loved about the Royal Rumble was Sammy
Zaine get peppered in. Sammy Zain had a very meaningful
Royal Rumble performance. And of course his elimination is probably
something we need to be paying attention to because even
though he did hug Jay, he is happy for him
and it is every man for himself. So really, no

(01:30:25):
apologies necessarily from Jay. There's a reason they do things
like this. Jayden eliminates Sammy by accident on accident, This
was very deliberate on w w's part, and we have
to pay attention to this because it will come into
play at some point. The Sammy Zain of it all
is very important to pay attention to hear. And then
also we look at when Cody and Kevin Owens, you know,

(01:30:47):
that car crash of a match, at least the end
of it is Sammy's you know, out for concern for
both men. But Kevin Owens didn't say he wanted Sammy
to be concerned. He said he wanted him to help him,
and Sammy didn't do it, And that might be the
reason why Kevin why he did what he did and
attacked Sammy's ay and after Sammy's a beats Sean Punk. Now,

(01:31:10):
for the record, I think Kevin Owens might have attacked
samy'say because he shook Seampunks and and he shouldn't have.

Speaker 3 (01:31:16):
Maybe, But even even during that rumble match with Cody
and and Kevin, when Sammy came out, like I was like,
oh my god, this is the moment. That's the other
thing of believing, like you're like, oh, is Sammy gonna turn?
And then this is how Kevin's gonna get the championship.
This will be insane and like all that stuff. So
they they really utilize, they're starting to utilize Sammy so

(01:31:37):
much better in the past couple of years, and I
feel like Sammy just gets it. Like we said with
Kevin Owens, Sammy gets it so like this whole storyline
that's going on with him, Like you really have to
pay attention to how Sammy's progressing and Sammy's the slow
burn and that's what's fun to watch about Sammy's Ain
and Kevin Owens. And I can't. I was so sad
that Kevin started beating up Sammy.

Speaker 4 (01:31:55):
I was like, no, Kevin, No.

Speaker 2 (01:31:57):
And he's wearing a Sammy's Ain Forever t shirt as
he does.

Speaker 3 (01:32:00):
My name's on this list, Like it's so yeah, it's
so heartbreaking.

Speaker 2 (01:32:05):
I mean, the one thing that's not heartbreaking is that
we now have reasons to assume we'll be getting Sammy
Zain versus Kevin Owens, which I'm okay with.

Speaker 4 (01:32:13):
I'm okay with it.

Speaker 3 (01:32:14):
I'm I'm I'm all for them always fighting and always
having a match always.

Speaker 2 (01:32:18):
Yeah, if they want to have a date every year, I.

Speaker 3 (01:32:22):
Want to date a wrestleani every year, I'm okay with it.
And they probably can to.

Speaker 2 (01:32:25):
Switch it up. One year they'll team the next year
they'll face each other and they'll team then they'll face
each other.

Speaker 3 (01:32:29):
Yeah, and they'll constantly fighting forever.

Speaker 2 (01:32:32):
Exactly. He's gonna fight Sammy's Ain forever. That's why I
see the T shirt was not finished. That's what next week.
It's gonna come out fight Sammy's Ain forever.

Speaker 3 (01:32:41):
Fight.

Speaker 2 (01:32:43):
It's weird though, Like I'm happy that we're getting this feud.
It's gonna be great. However, Sammy Zain has just cross
paths with Karen Cross, and as we know, Karen Cross
is handing out. He's handing out heel turns to everyone.
You get a heel take kind of it. I think
it's gonna come like one of the more significant and

(01:33:04):
meaningful characters in WW history, right, like just constantly walking around.
He's like death, he touches you, boom, you go to
the dark side. Look at me myself.

Speaker 3 (01:33:13):
I'm not saying anything pervy.

Speaker 2 (01:33:15):
I'm so proud of myself and so like now I'm wondering,
like at first something like I was saying the entire raw,
I'm like, Sammy's Ain's going heel, Samy'sanin's going Hell. I'm
thinking Sammy's Ain's gonna wait until Jay who so wins
the WrestleMania and then he's gonna turn on him. But
now Kevin owens turning on Sammy and and you know
this few doesn't get blown off in just a month
or two. So now I don't know. I still say

(01:33:36):
Samy's got to turn heel because carrying Cross is undefeated
when it comes to that, but we it might be
a bit of a slower better than we thought, right, right,
So I don't Or maybe losing to Kevin at WrestleMania
drives him crazy and that's when he flips out, and then.

Speaker 4 (01:33:48):
He'll be like Kevin, you're right, let's a friendship.

Speaker 3 (01:33:53):
It'll be yay evil heel friendship.

Speaker 2 (01:33:56):
Yay evil heel friendship. Who else do we think is
going to make the elimination shamer before we put so
we got right now, we got seen them punk. We
have Ben Valery and Seth Rollins are going to have
a qualifier, as well as RAYMISTERI and Logan Paul, which
we already cover.

Speaker 4 (01:34:12):
I think Seth Seth will get in it.

Speaker 2 (01:34:13):
I don't want Seth.

Speaker 3 (01:34:14):
I don't want something.

Speaker 2 (01:34:16):
I want somebody to cost Seth like but the match.
But I also wanted I wanted Seth to cost them
Punk the match and then see how neither of them
to be how.

Speaker 3 (01:34:25):
Many are elimination six five six six six. So we
have CM Punk, we have Punk Roman. Nope, I don't
know why I said that Punk Sina Logan Seth said no,
and then.

Speaker 2 (01:34:36):
We have two more yes, and we are hoping that
bron Breaker doesn't even get brought up because as we said,
bron Breakers.

Speaker 3 (01:34:44):
I don't know who.

Speaker 4 (01:34:45):
I don't know who is matchups, but I'm gonna say
l A.

Speaker 2 (01:34:47):
Knight, Well, they they haven't made any more qualifiers. LA
Knight's probably a good one. Damian Priest I think is
probably maybe Seamus Seamous Seamus.

Speaker 3 (01:34:55):
Maybe I'd like to see Seamous.

Speaker 2 (01:34:57):
Oh a j A j A.

Speaker 3 (01:35:00):
I'm gonna go maybe yeah, what about you?

Speaker 2 (01:35:02):
Okay, so AJ is a good one, but I feel like,
let's see l A. Knight is a good one. It'll
depend on if the rumors about Drew McIntyre and him,
if that's true, if anyone actually cares. I've read that
everything's cool down now.

Speaker 3 (01:35:19):
But Drew's an angry, angry Scottish man.

Speaker 2 (01:35:24):
Oh Drew.

Speaker 3 (01:35:24):
True? Yeah, he's a angry man.

Speaker 2 (01:35:26):
No true?

Speaker 3 (01:35:27):
Oh Drew yeah, oh yeah, yeah, Drew, I.

Speaker 4 (01:35:33):
Mean that whole crew.

Speaker 2 (01:35:35):
Drew's got to get in there. Yeah, so maybe no Roman.
But but but here's the thing, and this is what
I don't understand, because technically the chambers shouldn't get made
up until after J decides who he's facing, because then
you want those people to be on the on the
show of that champion, right for example, if he's challenging Gunther,
then you should have SmackDown people be in the chamber

(01:35:56):
because they're the gonna ones that are gonna be facing.

Speaker 3 (01:35:58):
And wise, yeah, I want to shot at the title.
But like, if I'm on one brand and then J
picks the person that I wanted to face, why am.

Speaker 2 (01:36:07):
I going to be in the chamber, Like, you know,
they're probably mixing and matching. So then let's see. So
if Sena is going in unaffiliated with either show, Punk's
representing Raw. So we've got Rollins who's gonna beat Finn. Right,
so Rollins represents Raw. Raymisterio and Logan are both I gets.
I mean, I don't know even know what Logan's on.
Logan goes Let's assume Logan represents SmackDown, even though we've

(01:36:28):
seen him on Raw and I'm pretty sure the matches
on Raw, so really we got like nothing but raw, guys.
Damien Priest is on SmackDown and I think Drew Mcatizing's
backdown two. So okay, so Damien Drew, then that's what
I'm going with.

Speaker 3 (01:36:38):
Okay, I'm going aj and who did I say?

Speaker 4 (01:36:41):
I'm gonna do that?

Speaker 2 (01:36:42):
All right? I love when we're disagreeing with each other.

Speaker 3 (01:36:45):
Sometimes we disagree for funzies.

Speaker 2 (01:36:46):
Yeah, I like a lot of times. Actually, yeah, wait,
one last thing we got to talk about. Okay, That
New Day music is fucking fire. You know.

Speaker 3 (01:36:55):
I heard from the streets that it's Jim Johnson, which
is kind of wild if it is produced it, Yeah,
that's kind of wild.

Speaker 4 (01:37:01):
But I love it.

Speaker 2 (01:37:02):
Randy nominated Mega ran on the on the I love it.

Speaker 4 (01:37:05):
I love it, Yeah, I love it.

Speaker 3 (01:37:06):
I think it's great.

Speaker 2 (01:37:07):
I'm such a good song. And honestly, this is what
I was waiting for. And like I was scratching my
head at what they've been doing with New Days since
the heel turn. A lot of it was stuff designed
to get them where. He messed with the crowd, tease
them they're gonna be there. Oh no, their knack because
you guys don't deserve its, YadA YadA. But we then
had also seen them both now lose a singles match

(01:37:27):
to Rayments Stereo, which almost felt like the same thing
they were doing, you know, it didn't really feel like
the heel turn had taken them to overdrive. However, this
new music, the new logo, the new gear, the new
feel like.

Speaker 3 (01:37:41):
This is the new Day that we need now, the
New Day, the new era, like they're the new Yeah,
it's it's great. They really evolved and they're constantly evolving
their characters to stay fresh and not get stale, and
constantly doing this because they are great wrestlers and they
are a great tag team and they should always be
in the picture. So them just to make sure that
they are staying relevant. This is perfect. I love it.

Speaker 2 (01:38:03):
I thought I thought there was a chance that the
New Day was actually dead and that when they did,
you know, get a new song and recycle, it was
actually gonna come with a new name and they were
gonna like like New Day was us an e. But
this is whatever. But I really don't mind this new
twist on a New Day because I don't know if
you peeped it. But the Unicorn has also turned heel.

(01:38:24):
The Unicorn is evil now Unicorn.

Speaker 4 (01:38:28):
The evil corn.

Speaker 3 (01:38:29):
It's like the party was the Unicorn parties like Evil
Twin from like Kaiju Big Battle, remember.

Speaker 2 (01:38:35):
Right exactly, That's exactly what's happening.

Speaker 4 (01:38:39):
I absolutely love it.

Speaker 3 (01:38:40):
So I'm looking forward. We are now on the road
to WrestleMania. We kept during the show, we kept every
time they pointed at the sign, I was like, drink
time because it's it's sign pointing season.

Speaker 4 (01:38:49):
Everyone.

Speaker 2 (01:38:50):
Yeah. Absolutely, I love punk saying the Sammy you see
that sign, coboy, that's not for you.

Speaker 4 (01:38:56):
Yeah, stop looking at this.

Speaker 3 (01:38:57):
I like the logo this year. At first, I didn't
like it, and then I really looked at it and
I was like, I like it a lot. Yeah, guys,
