best best friends in all the land. Together we are
the heel Marks. This is another edition of the hell Marks. Welcome,

(01:05):
whether you're joining us live in the webchat, whether you
are listening to us in the future. Thank you for
tuning in. So much to talk about. We've got ae
w Dynasty tomorrow, and of course the road to WrestleMania
rides on. We have big things that just happened last

(01:27):
night on SmackDown. Let's get into the way they closed
the show, Danielle, the favor has been revealed. The favor
saver is no more see him. Punk has told us
what it is he requires from the wise man, Paul Haymen.

Speaker 3 (01:41):
The stupidest favor of all time. What a waste of
a favor? Like, I'm gonna tell you why. So he
comes in. He's talking to Paul Hayman about all of this, right,
He's like, hey, do you remember when you promised me this?

Speaker 2 (01:56):
He's saying, you prophesized it.

Speaker 3 (01:58):
Yeah, no, no, no, it's not no, no, no, He's saying,
you promised me that if I ever remain invented WrestleMania,
you would be at my side. So now you have
to do that promise.

Speaker 2 (02:08):
So that's not technically he didn't promise. Yes he did.
He said, yeah.

Speaker 3 (02:13):
If I say he.

Speaker 2 (02:14):
Was also a swingler in that hold on, hold on.

Speaker 3 (02:18):
So if I say to you, Brady a year ago,
I'm like, hey, Brady, can you come over and help
in like three months, can you come over and like
paint my room with me? Because I need someone to
help me. I was like, can you do me that?
And you're like, yeah, sure, I promise, and then you
and then like yesterday, I'm like, hey, Brady, I'm gonna
call in a favor and you come over and paint.
But you already promised me that that's not a favor.

(02:39):
You already he already promised that, So why are you
technically but no, technically no, no no, but technically technically you
you would already asked me for a favor by asking
me to do this, like no, no, hey Brady in three.

Speaker 2 (02:54):
Months and needs to do that, that's a favor asking
me for a favor, and I might promise to do
you that bait.

Speaker 3 (03:00):
So all all Sampunk was doing was reminding Paul Hayman
that he promised him to do something. That's not calling
in a favor. Now he's still as a favor.

Speaker 2 (03:10):
But also it's like, let's say, let's say somebody promises, Hey,
whenever you get married, I'm gonna perform at the wedding.
You know, Let's assume this person is somebody E would
actually want performing at the wedding, right, okay, or let's
just say our dating whatever, you would want this person
there to do it. And then in the time it
took you to get married. Let's say it's not three, four,
five years down the line. This person is now moved

(03:33):
lives across the world. That persons situation has changed, as
is the case with Paul Hayman, where now Paul Hayman
and Sampunk have gone separate ways. Paul Hayman is Roman
reigns wise Man. So it's one of those things where
it's like, yeah, you said you were gonna walk me
down the aisle, you said you were gonna be my manager.
You said you're gonna be in my corner. However, now

(03:53):
the situation has changed because you're already in somebody else's corner.
He didn't he can't be in bold.

Speaker 3 (03:58):
He didn't say he was gonna do it.

Speaker 2 (04:01):
He promised, okay, but he's also at the time it
was also promising. It wasn't It wasn't a promise what
he was saying, Okay, it was like I'm promising. It's
like no, no, no, It's like if Seth Rollins promises to
Drew McIntyre, you will never I promise you, You'll never
become world shapening. That's what it was. It was a threat.

(04:22):
It was because they were few to hit.

Speaker 3 (04:24):
The time, Hayman wasn't threatening him. He said, I promise
I'll be by your side when you mean event WrestleMania.

Speaker 2 (04:30):
Right, but see him Punk was telling him we're done.
So Hayman was telling him, you're wrong.

Speaker 3 (04:35):
Doesn't matter.

Speaker 2 (04:36):
I promise you. I promised you Punk. Listen, don't at
the bother, but I promise you, one of these days
you will made him WrestleMania, and you know who will
be there, this guy.

Speaker 3 (04:44):
No, he promised he would be by his side. You're
rewording it differently.

Speaker 2 (04:49):
Here, taking everything to literally.

Speaker 3 (04:52):
It's wrong. It's wrong and also just stupid favor. Oh,
he's gonna be on his side. You can't ask the
wise man to try to get you a title shot?
What a punk? A chump?

Speaker 2 (05:00):
What a stupid Haymans No, stupid everyone like romanticizing what
the favor could have been.

Speaker 3 (05:07):
Yeah, Paul Hayman, No, No, Paul Hayman is a talker.
He's manipulative, he's conniving. He can get his way.

Speaker 2 (05:15):
CM punk is a talker. M Punk is manipulative. CM
punk is conniving. CM punk can get his title shot
his way. He tried at the Rumble, he tried elimination
chaper and that Punk's mind. If he beats seth Rons
and beats Roman Reigns at WrestleMania, that gets him the type.
But he could so the only thing he needs Hayman
for is to help that happen.

Speaker 3 (05:37):
Yeah, but he could just have Paul Hayman as Triple H.
If he wins, can he get a title shot and
guarantee it?

Speaker 2 (05:43):
That is a horrible favor.

Speaker 3 (05:45):
That's a better favor. It's a better favor than being
on my side.

Speaker 2 (05:49):
Pump doesn't need Hayman for that.

Speaker 3 (05:51):
He doesn't need Hayman for anything.

Speaker 2 (05:53):
Well, we'll see. It looks like he's right now using
Hayman to at the very least get inside Roman's head.
This is a huge advantage mentally. Did you did you
see Roman reins? Did you see Roman rains and how
he was thrown off like the way he was because
he didn't think Hayman was gonna accept and.

Speaker 3 (06:13):
Then promised, he promised.

Speaker 2 (06:17):
It's so stupid.

Speaker 3 (06:18):
It's such a stupid fucking favor, What a dumb ass favorite.

Speaker 2 (06:21):
I think that's a stupid reason to think. Stupid, Genie,
I think that's such a stupid reason because so wait,
so you really thought that Punk was gonna say, hey,
by the way, Hayman, and this isn't the favor either,
but you know you're in my corner, right and then
just roll the tape. No, say you promised, no promise.
I didn't think that.

Speaker 3 (06:40):
I didn't think that either. But heid, this is a
stupid favor, and this is a stupid thing that he
already promised. Why would you use a favor and a promise.
It's a double positive. You don't need to use it.

Speaker 2 (06:49):
It's like it wasn't a promise, it was a promise.

Speaker 3 (06:53):
It was It's like when Aladdin is drowning in Genie's like,
you have to use one of your wishes and he
forces him to like make the wish even though he's unconscious,
and he's like, up, you used one of your wishes.
It's like what it's like, that's how it works.

Speaker 2 (07:07):
So do you think the favor should have been title shot?
The title shot somehow that Paul Hayman has no So,
so the promise that Hayman, if Punk wins the matter,
should already give him enough AMMO to get his own
title shot. Please, Paul Hayman, please talk to the general
manager and get me my title shot. Based off the win,
I just earned myself title shot.

Speaker 3 (07:29):
Well he hasn't really, like he hasn't earned it one
hundred times.

Speaker 2 (07:32):
Once again, we're living in a world where Punk has
just beaten Roman race.

Speaker 3 (07:36):
Yeah, but the thing is like having him on his side,
it just doesn't it doesn't do anything because like that's
not a big reveal, that's not like the main event
thing is a much better favor, Like when he was like,
you're read your contract, You're now main eventing, and he's like, oh,
this isn't the favor. That would have been a perfect favor.
That would have been perfect.

Speaker 2 (07:54):
A perfect favor for sensical reasons, but not a perfect
favor in terms of ju sing up the story, in
terms of keeping people talking, what are you talking about?
Paul Hayman is gonna be in Cmpunk's quarter for the record,
this has already been like they've already been doing things
with this, leaving breadcrumbs. The fact that Roman reigns makes

(08:15):
his return to beat up seth rollins and one could
only assume he was gonna beat upset Seampunk two. We
literally didn't even see Paul Hayman getting the ring, which
is mind boggling. In and of itself. But all of
a sudden, you see Paul Hayman hugging cmpunk, Like what
when would the wise man be doing this? So all
of a sudden, they're making us painfully aware of the fact.

(08:37):
And now they're even using the words we've got another
pair that we've got to take out, Dan Yelle because
CM Punk and Paul Hayman are best friends all over again.
But yes, you are my tribal chief, but he's my
best friend.

Speaker 3 (08:50):
But here we go again. Now you're in my corner.
So now with this favor, do you have to set rules?
Are there more favors now? Because if he already made
the promise, he could have been like, he could have
been like, well, you already promised you're gonna be on
my side. Don't forget that you're already there. My favorite
is you have to help me win, or you have
to help me do something. He could just be on
his side and walk out with him and just stand

(09:11):
there the whole time. He's still an.

Speaker 2 (09:13):
I'm sure, I'm sure he's going to stand there the
entire time looking shook. He's probably gonna do that thing
he did during the Solo Bloodline era where he probably
doesn't sleep or shave for the next couple of weeks.
He might look completely disheveled and fucked. He's gonna have
a crash out. But eventually, eventually somebody will make a

(09:35):
call to him. Somebody, whether it's Roman Reigns putting his
hand out saying, Hayman, hand me that chair, whether it's
CM Punk saying Paul, you're in my corner, do your job.
Who knows. Maybe somehow seth Rollins gets in Paul Hayman's
ear stupid, like, I just know that basically what they're
telling us. And I predicted this last week when we

(09:55):
found out this was gonna be the closure of main event,
we were like, okay, that means that are ending it
because there's no title. I look at this as an
unofficial number of contenders match, but that has not been stipulated.
So this match is for nothing other than pride. Uh
So it has to be big. We have to get
a turn, we have to get a twist. Something big

(10:16):
happens here, and Paul Hayman, predictably so will be at
the center of it. At least that's you know. So
so I like her, and once again seeing Roman Reigns
completely turn his back to see them Punk very uncharacteristic
of the tribal chief, allowing Cmpunk to attack him from
behind with the microphone hit him with a soweet GTS.

(10:41):
Credit to Roman Reigns for a hell of a cell
on that TTS.

Speaker 3 (10:44):
That was a really goods.

Speaker 2 (10:46):
He sold it like he got shot.

Speaker 3 (10:48):
Yeah, it was really good. It was really good.

Speaker 2 (10:50):
Like literally, if you look at the pose as he's
laid out, it looks like a body. Yeah.

Speaker 3 (10:57):
Yeah, it was exactly the chalk out like great segment.
Don't get me wrong, I just think the favor fell
flat for me. Why did he have a favor for him?
Is it because he went in Survivor series? That was it?

Speaker 2 (11:06):
Right? Yeah? And that's what Paul Hayman was whimpering to Roman.
He's like, the family was in trouble, we needed him
and he helped us. I have to do this for him.

Speaker 3 (11:16):
I don't know. I just I just feel like you
could have asked for such a better favor. I don't know,
I just it's just stupid. It's just I don't know, because.

Speaker 2 (11:24):
I feel I could have asked for I could have
asked them for three other favors.

Speaker 3 (11:28):
Here, what right, I feel like he already promised him
that and he just had to remind him. You don't
have to use it as a favor, just say.

Speaker 2 (11:35):
Hey, you like if somebody promises you something that at
the time you don't want now, and they're promising it
to you because they're basically telling you you're wrong when
you say we're done. Absolutely, we're not done. That's essentially
what Paulan was saying. We're not done. I'll be with
you something. It was more of like I promise you
I'm right, not I promise you I'll be there. It

(11:57):
was more of like you watch you wait and see.

Speaker 3 (11:59):
That's not how are rewording it?

Speaker 2 (12:02):
Are you gonna make me like watch this fucking thing?

Speaker 3 (12:05):
Yes you are no one day time soon.

Speaker 2 (12:09):
I get it.

Speaker 3 (12:09):
You need your face and I respect that as your
best friend.

Speaker 2 (12:14):
One day when you're.

Speaker 1 (12:15):
Challenging for the champions.

Speaker 2 (12:21):
In the main, that's my dream. That's my dream. He
did not say promised. He did not say promised one time.
I'm in that. He did not say promised one time.

Speaker 3 (12:32):
It's two thousand and six.

Speaker 2 (12:33):
This is when Paul Ham in the it costs the
mpunk the money in the bank. Brock Lesser attacked him
the Curtis Axle. Yeah, I'm horrible with years, but that
was when that was occurring. He does not say promise.
He says it's gonna happen, and he says it's my dream.
He does not promise, I promise. Oh my god, You've
got to be fucking kidding me, Paul Haymon.

Speaker 3 (12:56):
We're saying, remember when you said you were going to
do this, So now I'm calling in a favor even
though you already said you were going to do this.

Speaker 2 (13:03):
I'm using my favorite. People be guessing people up all
the time. People be telling people ship all the time,
especially in wrestling, especially at the time a very evil,
manipulative ball Hayman. No promise was made.

Speaker 3 (13:15):
Also, I also think this is stupid. It's main eventing,
but that's I mean, I get why it's my I
like it.

Speaker 2 (13:23):
I do think. I do think WWE should and would
be smart to just go ahead and make it an
official number one contenders match. You've literally got three of
the biggest names competing in the main event, no world
championship at stake, but all three of them have made
it clear time and time again they want the world championship.

(13:46):
Seth rollinds and need to get Seampunk out of his
way so he get the World championship. Roman Reigns just
wants all these people to leave Malone so he can
get his championship back. So so, and seam Punk's been
calling at the champs since he got here, so really
that's the reason why all three of them are here.
So I'd love for Adam Pearce to go ahead and
make it official and tell them.

Speaker 3 (14:07):
To make it a number one contender match. You could
ask so many things, ask for a fucking pastrami sandwich,
goddamn it, Like come.

Speaker 2 (14:14):
On, I mean, that would be a that would be
a pretty lame favorite, considering Punk could just come on
down to Cats get himself an over.

Speaker 3 (14:23):
Prices, going to get the psami sandwich?

Speaker 2 (14:27):
Right? Uh yeah, I mean this segment was was definitely
a show closer, but not necessarily the talking point. After
the show was over, Charlotte and Tiffany Stratton had yet
another war of words on the mic. And this was
a hot mess. This was and and and just and

(14:51):
not even like all bad like some like a lot
of the points Tiffany did make. I thought like if
if some of if it was order a little better.
There was a nice promo in there, but there was
just so much happening in between, and so much clearly
happening off script, and and it was just like wow

(15:12):
and and listen. I mean, there's always a place for
some shooting in wrestling, but I think it's very telling
that when ww posted the clip, they have removed all
of the suspect, all of the low blows, all of
the digs, all the real life shit boom.

Speaker 3 (15:28):
I think what happened was, I mean, we can love
our Chicago crowd, but I think the Chicago crowd shook
Charlotte a little bit because they were getting too loud,
and like, I know you want to do that, and
that's fine, but I feel like I don't want to
put blame on the fans, but it's like, let them
have their segment because you just rattled them and then
you made us watch an awful segment.

Speaker 2 (15:50):
Like so check check this out, Danielle, and I hope
you will humor me for a sec. But I actually
kind of not really transcribed that's the wrong word. But
I watched this segment again and I made notes about
like how it went, trying to figure out like what
happened when it happened, so at the beginning, at the
very beginning, and first off, I actually want to make

(16:11):
a point before we get into that about I think
people backstage knew, like I think people backstage, producers, whatever
in Gorilla knew that this was gonna be messy before
anyone came out. No, not even Chicago Crack. They knew
that this. These two women were not getting along or whatever.
They knew this crevi combustile elements. I think. So, I mean,

(16:32):
listen for I think that. I mean, not necessarily that
they don't like each other or have them been getting along.
I don't know shit about that, but I know that
in the build up, in the build up for this
program and the build up to this match going into WrestleMania,
Charlotte has been really going off script and kind of
exposing Tiffany. It's become a trend and people have been

(16:54):
commenting about it. People have been mentioning constantly and mixed
with a couple When you mix that with the fact
that I think Tiffany missed the moon Salts where she
hit right like everyone butt Charlotte.

Speaker 3 (17:03):
Before you get into that, I just want to say,
I remember us watching yesterday and me being like, don't
they consult before they get dressed because they're looking like
they're wearing the same outfits I did when I was
on Twitter or exit whatever it's called, and I was like,
looking through stuff people did mention I think they're trying
to show the old vibe and the new vibe, like
they're the same, but ones like the oh ish. But
I was like, I understand that. But at the same time,

(17:26):
I feel like it just looks like they're looking like
each other and we need something.

Speaker 2 (17:30):
Yeah. And also, if I'm being honest and as a
straight dude, I probably my opinion is fairly irrelevant here,
but to me, and I remember I texted you, like, yo,
what she wearing to me when Charlotte came out on
that outfit. And keep in mind Charlotte came out first.
It seemed like she was trying to dress like a
twenty five year old yes and that yeah, like, and

(17:52):
I was kind of like, yo, what is she wearing? Right?
And then Tiffany came out and it almost looked like
she found Charlotte's outfit. It was like, let me show
you how this is.

Speaker 3 (18:01):
Supposed to right, and it doesn't come off very well.
It just looks like you guys didn't consult before wearing an.

Speaker 2 (18:06):
Outphabet, right, and well, to me, I'm also like, as
I'm trying to piece these breadcrumbs together and saw this
puzzle that to me is a potential clue of like
maybe they won. If not, both did try to do
it on purpose. Once again, a reason why I think
people backstage knew that this was gonna be messy. Wade Barrett, Okay,
Wade Barrett was put in there to be, as he

(18:27):
described himself, the mediator. Right, He's supposed to ask them questions.
We've seen Michael Cole and others do this a million times.
Wade Barrett said one thing, one thing after other than
introducing them, he asked Charlotte why he chose Tiffany and
if she regrets that decision, this is a question she's
already essentially addressed. Yeah, so really, all he did was

(18:49):
just get them started. He did not ask one more question,
He did not say one more thing. The women just
went back and forth from then. However, you know what
he did do the entire time Constantly he stood there
nervously every time Charlotte got close to Tiffany, he would
approach with his hand in the middle, trying to make
sure that they didn't touch each other. He was there
to prevent this situation from getting even more out of control.

(19:13):
Watch the segment again every time, and not as much
when Tiffany would walk around because she was more of
a sideways pacer, but Charlotte would walk kind of front
and back and get a little close to Tiffany, And
especially when Charlotte was going off script, she would kind
of scream in Tiffany's face. And Wade Barrett was constantly
constantly getting in there and just create making sure, and

(19:34):
he didn't leave that ring until Tiffany was out, and
then all of a sudden, that was it. So the
fact that he was including this when he really didn't
need to be. But then when you watch it, you're like, oh,
that's why he was, so I think people backstage knew.
I also think there's a chance that whether it's wrestlers
that have been mentoring Tiffany and giving her advice, maybe
it's producers working with her or both. I think people

(19:57):
might have given Tiffany a cube, like, listen, if Charlotte
tries this stuff again, you need to be ready because
right now. This is the way fans are seeing it.
Right now, You're getting shown up on the mic. Charlotte's
one of the best in the rings. So even if
you have a five star, whether they're still gonna be
saying she's you know this in the ring Like you're
not trying to compete for that, but you need as
a character, as a worker, to be presented and present

(20:20):
yourself on her level. This might be what you need
to do if she pulls up these tricks. So way
Barrett introduces them. Both introduced to Tiffany, cheers, introduce Charlotte.
She gets boomed. Now Charlotte interrupts and says, you hear that.
That's power. Now, maybe it's just a nothing line for
a heel, but it almost felt like that line should
have been said to the crowd as she's saying, it's

(20:41):
to Tiffany. And once again, this seems very offscript, just
one of you know, just the first digs she throwing in.
It almost seems like you hear that they they're louder
for me than for you. They're here for me. I'm
the queen type of shit, Just little digs. Tiffany then,
of course says, hey, Chicago. What time is it, Tiffy time?
And Charlotte immediately that was cute, you know, just constant,
constantly throwing her down and a quick note and this

(21:04):
is my biggest problem with Charlotte going into this. And
seem Punk recently said this on an episode of WLFG.
They brought him in for the promo battle and he
was saying, I don't like to throw people under the bus.
I want to talk about my opponent that they're the biggest,
the baddest, the best. They're just not seem Punk and
that way, when you beat somebody, you've beaten somebody. But
Charlotte ever since one of the Royal Rumble, has not

(21:26):
shown respect to any champion. Rear Ripley she wasn't showing
respect to when she was teasing calling her out. She's
not shown any respect to Charlotte. She's not respecting the champion.
She's acting as if she is the champion and getting
her belt back is just a mere days away. And
I don't know if that's also the way she's carrying
herself backstage, if that type of thing is getting to Tiffany.

(21:48):
So basically, as I said, Wayberry asked Arlotte the question
right immediately, Charlotte refers to choosing Tiffany as Charity Work
calls her desperate. She's desperate for this match. She wants
there to be a comparison. So I'll give it to
her so she can find out just what everyone in
Chicago knows. There is no comparison. So right off the bed,
as I said, she's not putting Tiffany over, She's not

(22:09):
making it say she's gonna beat someone. She's setting her
up for burial. Right.

Speaker 3 (22:13):
And if you're especially Charlotte Flair, who is a decorated
champion over and over again, you want to fight the best.
You want to have the best. Like when he she
fought Oscar.

Speaker 2 (22:23):
Oscar was undefeated.

Speaker 3 (22:24):
That's why you challenge Oscar.

Speaker 2 (22:26):
You have to re establish again that you're the best.

Speaker 3 (22:29):
Because if you're picking to her, if you're picking low
hanging fruit, not saying Tiffany's low hanging fruit, but you're
saying Tiffany's basically low hanging fruit, what's the point of
saying that. They're like, it's like, why would you go
for low hanging fruit? If you're the champ, you can
fight anybody, anybody, and you should be able to destroy
them and get a title, like you should be able
to fight anyone, and you want to fight the best.

(22:51):
You don't want to fight people that are quote unquote
below you. So it's a very weird play that they have.
I don't know if this was her idea. I don't
know if this was a producer. It's just I just
want to get hold up.

Speaker 2 (23:01):
So so so Charlotte makes those comments, right, just nothing
but disrespect, nothing but putting her down. The crowds responding,
but she's she they are allowing her to talk. They're
not booing crazy, not even after she says that, So
now Tiffany's time to talk back. She mentions that your
biggest competitor has never been the person in the ring
with you. It's always been them, and that's about you'll
never win. I'm pretty sure Tiffany's very much on script

(23:24):
at this point. I like that. No, it was a
great line. I think that's why I think it's very
on script. She then says, you love to act like
nothing gets to you, like you're above everyone else. I
think that second line might have been a tad off script.
Then she says, but then you're crying on some boo
who talk show. Which one is it that should be
off script because there's no reason for that to have

(23:45):
been mentioned. Let's be honest, wrestling fans don't know who
Sherry Shepherd is. Let alone watch that show. That show
got Charlotte more women fans, more women viewers, which is
probably why she went to that vulnerable place in that
conversation that it took it to I know Sherry Shepherd
since she went on Friends and said, my name is
Ronda and these aren't real. But once again, I don't

(24:08):
think the average wrestling fan is keeping up with that,
so this didn't need to be mentioned. But then she
says the saddest part is that when it's all said
and done, you'll always come second to your daddy Rick
Flair and Mania, you'll come second to me. Because of
the way she finished that line, I do think this
was sadly on script. I don't think the second to

(24:28):
your daddy Rick Flair line hits. The crowd did respond
to it. I roll my eyes at it.

Speaker 3 (24:34):
Things that I do say that I will say I liked.
I liked when she called her a nepo baby and
she responded neo queen. I thought that was fine.

Speaker 2 (24:42):
I was like, all right, what I wish Tiffany said here?
And once again, I do think this was a bit
on script the whole Rick Flair and Mania. If she
would have said in the Four Horse Women, you probably
thought you were the best there, but no, no, no,
you're second best to the man. And speaking of the man,
you're also second to year old man. And that WrestleMania,

(25:03):
you'll be second to me. Yeah, yeah, that would it
ties in. It would have been beautiful. Maybe they don't
want to mention Becky Lynch because they're trying to get
her back and they don't know who knows, But yeah,
I thought that would have hit better. So that she
says that line, right, you're gonna come second to me. Now,
crowd boos Charlotte a little as she begins to talk.
It's not what it was, Tiffy. Tiffany then immediately cuts

(25:27):
Charlotte off and says the line Charlotte said in the beginning,
you hear that that's power, And then Tiffy puts her
hands out almost to invite the crowd to rain down
the noise on them, and that that is when the
crowd goes crazy. So it's not just Chicago going crazy.
And giving that giving her the dirty dom treatment for

(25:49):
lack of a better term, to Charlotte. In this case,
Tiffany saw an opportunity use Charlotte's own improv line against
her and kind of got the crowd, turned it around
on Charlotte and got the crowd to hit her with that.
If you watch it again, Tiffany one hundred percent instigates
the treatment. And that's what throws Charlotte of If it's
not just the crowd, it's that Tiffany just did it.

(26:12):
It's that Tiffany really in real time showed power, for
lack of a better term, and and and Charlotte had
no response. And it was painful. Yeah, it was fucking
painful to watch.

Speaker 3 (26:25):
Yeah, this whole thing was it was. It was very
painful to watch all of it because like they couldn't
get words out, and when they did, it was kind
of sloppy.

Speaker 2 (26:33):
She couldn't get the words out. They did, they did
let Tiffany go. In fact, Tiffany, and here's this is
the most Tiffany saying.

Speaker 3 (26:39):
It wasn't hitting for me.

Speaker 2 (26:41):
Some of it, some of them because once again, once again,
so at this point, right Charlotte's stuttering Charlotte stammering. Then
Tiffany does and I think this was an okay line.
It's not too bad. Tiffany just says, cat got your tongue,
what's wrong? You know, kind of kind of like, hey,
listen to me. That almost seemed more professional than anything,
like a little snap snap, like ignore them, it's me

(27:01):
and you. Let's do it. And then Charlotte's literally faced
up because you hear saying, I'm sorry, they're they're booing
so loud, Chicago. What do you want me to say? Man?
This is really so cool, because here's the thing. Tries
to keep repeating a line. She's so thrown off by everything,
loses control, literally taps out, says I'll let you get
the last line. But here's the thing, Tiffany. So then

(27:23):
Tiffany starts going and you can tell when she's delivering this.
It's very much on script, right, it's word for word
the script. She's saying, where were you when you were
twenty five? Basically saying when you were twenty five, you
weren't where I'm at when I'm twenty five, I'm about
to go to wrestlmating as the champion. Fine line for
a promo, you say, this is just another match, but
it seems like I've gotten to you. Mind you Charlotte
Flair has like the mic to her hand constantly like

(27:44):
and it's constantly saying little digs. So she said, she yes,
she said, like I'll give you the last word, but
keeps trying to cut her off, keeps trying to like interject,
keeps trying to put her on the spot. And then
of course that's when we get the whole and you
may be four and read WrestleMania. You may be the
queen in the ring, but out of the ring, you

(28:04):
ain't the queen of shit, and and that this is
when shit gets real, because this is when Charlotte now
cuts her off to make fun of her for her voice.

Speaker 3 (28:12):
Yeah, I can't hit you too squeaky.

Speaker 2 (28:15):
Too squeaky, And it's like, okay, wait a minute, now
you look bad. You cut her off on what may
have been the last line of the promo because then
because I don't know where, because after that, Tiffany's just
the only thing Tiffany had left to say after that
was that after Wrestlmingia, when I beat you, you'll be
in the ring exactly the way you are out of
the ring, and that's alone. What's that record? Oho and

(28:37):
three woo drops the micy gets out that ring as
fast as possible, literally like runs out the ring to
when Charlotte, of course says the most cringe line of
twenty twenty five, it's why Kaiser's in my dms, which
Kaiser he went ahead and dismissed that rumor expeditiously.

Speaker 3 (28:57):
To Tiffany didn't have the mic anymore. So what was
the point of saying that.

Speaker 2 (29:01):
The whole thing was just And once again, so I'm
trying like it was just a mess. It was so messy.
I don't think shading.

Speaker 3 (29:11):
While so you should know better, I feel well.

Speaker 2 (29:14):
And here's the thing. Also, Charlotte has never really been
that good at dealing with like live grenades like that,
like and and this is why people say she's not
a good promo. She can cut a good heel promo,
talked this time and time again. Yeah, but she's not.
That doesn't necessarily make her a good promo because, once again,
a good promo means you do need to be able

(29:36):
to think on your feet. You need to know your character,
what your character would do and say and respond to
any situation, you know, and listen, dirty Dom has not
been around for that long, but he handles those those
grenades like a pro. Uh and and he's just one
of many. Obviously I'm thinking of him because he's getting
that response on a regular basis these days. But so

(29:58):
it is one of those things where like I remember,
you remember little JJ. Yeah, yeah, I remember, like when
he was doing interviews with them, and this was like
forever ago, probably like twelve years ago maybe if not longer.
Charlotte was champion and Alexa Bliss was champion, and JJ says,
if you guys fought, who do you think if you
guys fought for both titles, who do you think would win?

(30:21):
And immediately says, I got five dollars on her and
he points to Alexa Bliss, and Alexa Bliss is like, oh,
and Charlotte Flair is like frozen in vet and it's
like granted, like everyone's around them, Triple Ah, Paul, Stephanie,
like everyone's there for this, and she's just kind of
like okay and like and like literally it's just and
they're just kind of staring at each other and she

(30:41):
has nothing to say or do, and it's JJ who
eventually comes over to her pats are on the shoulder
and says it's okay, life's hard and everyone lapsed in
the moment. We forgot about that, right, But it's like
and like, I just I remember that moment always stuck
with me because I watched her be frozen with nothing
to say, unsure of how to act. I think Alexa

(31:02):
was a heel and Charlotte was probably a base at
the time, so maybe this isn't the reaction the kid
is supposed to be giving her, you know, so she's
just she's not that great at that. And I do
think Tiffany was was wised up by some people who
were kind of like, listen, you need to be prepared.
I once again, I don't like the mention of the
talk show because that was Ashley, that wasn't Charlotte. The

(31:26):
the interview was mostly about her personal life and her struggles,
so shading her for crying on it when talking about
her struggles is very non babyface.

Speaker 3 (31:35):
I was gonna say it was very heelish. It was
a very.

Speaker 2 (31:38):
Shading a woman for three divorces, especially since while we
do not know, there's certainly speculation as to why this
last one failed and while once again we don't know shit,
but it doesn't seem like this is something that she'd
be shaded for by a babyface, like, wow, three divorces,

(31:59):
you're gonna be alone? Sucks for you? Like really, is that?
Is that what you do? And it kind of makes
me realize, has Tiffany turned babyface or did the fans
just like her and she embraces it now it's kind
of it's very on brand for the Tiffany Stratton character
that we knew before, but in this situation seemed very
uncalled for.

Speaker 3 (32:17):
Yeah, I don't know, it just it was a very
sloppy situation and it was very cringey and it made
me almost want to turn off SmackDown because I didn't
want that. I wanted this segment to be over.

Speaker 2 (32:25):
It was. It was definitely rough to watch, and it
reminded me what Charlotte was trying to do to Tiffany
with the with throwing, trying to throw her off and
the little jabs and interrupting her while she's clearly trying
to stay on script and just get her lines out
and constantly trying to like even the nepo turning NEPO
baby into Nepo. Queen was fine, but a lot of

(32:48):
the other interjections were really not necessary, didn't help anything.
I especially hated, as I said, the shading her for
her squeaky voice, Like come on. But on the other
side of that, we saw two absolute pros, two absolute
pros work together in John Cena and Cody Rose. And

(33:09):
when you see the way, when you see the way
they did that, and like, because these guys were going
at it too, these guys this was a heavyweight fight.
They went the full twelve rounds. Yeah, you know, this
was a slug fest, and they took shots that could
be deemed personal shots. They also said things very much
storyline related.

Speaker 3 (33:29):
As I was watching this all I kept thinking when
Cody came out, I'm like, this is the end of
eight mile. I was like, Cody is b rabbit. He's
just naming everything that's wrong with him. And he's like,
here you go, try to say something now, Asina. But
Cina came back clapping.

Speaker 2 (33:43):
Man, tell these people something they don't know about me. Yep.

Speaker 3 (33:46):
I was like, I was like, this is amazing. I
was like, it was really fun. You I loved watching this.
I thought it was fantastic. I thought Sina was really
killing it. I I everything he said. One of the
lines that really stuck out to me when he's like,
I don't bury talent. I am the talent.

Speaker 2 (34:03):
I very very Oh my god. I was like yeah.

Speaker 3 (34:09):
I was like, I mean, you're not wrong sometimes.

Speaker 2 (34:13):
No, And and like Cody came in with real shit
and what I love best is and like, as I said,
they're referencing things that are happening in real life. But
the way this whole thing was done, you could tell
Cody and Sina worked on this together. You could tell
they sat down, They've had conversations and and to that,
Cody has said in multiple interviews talking about a conversation
him and Seen had years ago, and in different interviews,

(34:35):
this story sound comes up differently, But in a recent
one I heard where it kind of just it's almost
sound like Seen it was kind of giving him some
tough love, like really trying to drill in his head
where where he was saying things that he said here,
He's like, I tried to drill in your skull. You
have to be authentic because they can see through phony.
You're too perfect, you're too polished, you're too rehearsed you know,

(34:56):
and so, and those are real things that John Cena
said to Cody roades advice, but tough love, advice that
maybe Cody wasn't recepted to at the time. Another line
I love. He's like, yeah, Cody doesn't dress like me,
act like me. He damn sure doesn't work like me.
But you don't dress or act or work like you either,
because at the end of the day, you're still too
afraid to show us who you really are. Now, I

(35:18):
love that line because it makes me wonder, Like, it
makes me wonder, wait, has Cody not shown us who
he really is? Does that mean Cody's gonna sell out?
Is Cody gonna turn heel? That's just more of like
fantasy booking for like future, because I think they've really
got Cody and that Sena is gonna be a you know, baby.

Speaker 3 (35:34):
Basok Cody act the way he does.

Speaker 2 (35:36):
No I do.

Speaker 3 (35:37):
Also, I'm like, I understand for the storyline, but I
was like, I think Cody's pretty.

Speaker 2 (35:40):
Much well No. The funny thing is when I hear
Sina say that, I think it's funny because it's it
almost reminds me of old Sena, not even on wrestling television,
but like you remember, like you you'd see him do
an interview, and not when he was an actor, but
when he was just Johnson and mister promo and he's
just so reserved, almost like a machine, like a robot.
And like even even even then that viral clip of

(36:02):
that that person like invading his space with the camera
and just like in Sona, Sina being so respectful about it,
which of course we credit him for, but like it
just it almost seems like he was made in a laboratory. Yeah,
and like, yes, this is how you respond to this situation.
So Sina was the was the beta AI original AI
was John Cena. But here's where it got interesting in

(36:24):
this promo where Cina then says, the last real champion
is taking that home forever and exposing you for what
you are. And at this point, boom, the crowd is
now chanting for Sina. The crowd goes crazy for that line.
It even seems like, wait a minute, did the crowd
just flip on Cody? Holy shit, did Sina just do it?
And for a moment he did. But this is where

(36:46):
fucking Cody shows people who he is. Now, this is
where you see the evolution because Cody responds and gets
them back immediately so quick. He's like, I was chosen,
but they chose me. Can you say the same, or
did one guy in an office choose you? Who isn't
here anymore? And we don't talk about Boom. Crowds now

(37:07):
got the O factor going. They forgot already that they
were cheering Sena. They're in Cody's fucking hand. I don't
know who I am. Who the hell knows who they are?
Boom Now he's relatable again. I know this. I'm a
wrestler like my father before me. Boom super relatable And
if anybody is a company creation, it's you JOHNSONA now me.
Now the crowd's going fucking crazy because oh shit, Cody

(37:29):
clapped back with the swiftness and then and then he's
everyone's so scared of Johnson on the mic. I'm not
because you know you've got more dick in that promo
than you do in your jeorts. Like's just Boom, haymaker, Haymaker,
hit him with the body, hit him in the body.

Speaker 3 (37:45):
It's like, your real name is Clarence, and clarence parents
have a real good marriage.

Speaker 2 (37:52):
I was like, this is amazing.

Speaker 3 (37:54):
Yeah, it was, it was It was cinema. I felt
like I was watching like it was. It was so fantastic,
sick done. It's such a difference between the Charlotte and
Tiffany segment that this it's such a drassic change. And like,
as a woman, I want to be so behind women,
but when you see something like this, I mean, obviously
these guys have been doing it much longer than Tiffy

(38:15):
and and and and obviously they have a rapport, and like,
obviously there's different things here, but like what a difference.
Like I was glued to this segment, glued to it
because it was just more knowledge.

Speaker 2 (38:26):
These two are actually, you know, friends, I don't want
to say close friends, because who could be close friends
when you're you know, in that in that age and
success anymore. But they they certainly get along, as you said,
they have a rapport, but yeah, they they went personally.
They talked about real shit. I loved the line where
he said, don't act like you like you cleaned up
your room before you left and went to Hollywood, John,

(38:47):
don't act like you left. Ww you found it. And
while we're at it, who's sold out to the rock
you're my hero, but you're also a piece of shit. Yeah,
but then, but then, and then, but then I loved
seen as back from that too, where he's talking about
the fact that like nobody and this is kind of
the main thing where like got me thinking about Charlotte

(39:09):
when I'm like rewatching this because Sina was, like I said,
as Charlotte was doing it was Seena tricks and like
we have seen Sena put people on the spot when
they maybe shouldn't have been in that position, And he
talks about it here. He's like, every time I'm a year,
it's a challenge to any superstar dumb enough to get
in the ring with me, to see if they're worthy
enough to put me in the ground. No one has

(39:31):
been worthy. So I decided to just do it myself
because no matter what garbage they gave me, I always
found a way to make it great. You had to
leave cause you realized that your best You can't wipe
my ass. I make empires for billionaires. All you've ever
done is steal money from their kids. And then just
when you think holy shit, it's over, Cody just lost again.

(39:54):
Then Cody's like, well, yeah, never once as an audience
ever chanted in me you can't wrestle and boom, A
amazing promo segment is just bookended by greatness from these
two pros who are working together to make something real,
makes something that we can feel, you know, make something
that can take us that all the way to WrestleMania

(40:16):
and possibly be are it was, it was pro it
was cinema. As you said.

Speaker 3 (40:20):
With that being said, Cody's obviously winning, right, who the.

Speaker 2 (40:23):
Fuck knows anymore? To be honest, Cody has to win.
I mean, I think Cody. It makes sense for Cody
to win and for this to be yet another big
obstacle to get, you know, for him to stop down.
But that's if we're really sticking Cody with the John
Cena playbook.

Speaker 3 (40:40):
Well I just figured that. I figured it looks like John.
If John Cena is quote unquote retiring and this is
his last run, you go out on your back.

Speaker 2 (40:47):
Well, no, this isn't gonna be his last match. He's
not ending at Mania. He's got the half of the
year left.

Speaker 3 (40:52):
Oh, I thought he meant this.

Speaker 2 (40:53):
They said. Granted, who knows, Maybe Triple H lied, but
I believe Triple H said something about thirty days first
Sena for the year, something along that maybe I don't
get it good, No he threw me off. Now I'm
like Charlotte, I concede, go ahead, get the last word.

Speaker 3 (41:14):
I don't.

Speaker 2 (41:14):
But yeah, no, no, no. It was just with with
Seene and Cody. This was beautiful to watch. As you
mentioned with Charlotte and Tiffany, it was painful to watch.
And of course, speaking of painful to watch, we have
to give our best wishes to Kevin Owens. Uh so
so heartbreaking and the second the second, Nick All, this

(41:34):
made the intro talking about talking about how we never
know when it's going to be the end. You don't
know how much time you have. Please here, I present
to you, Kevin Owens. I was texting you and me
I was like, oh no, oh fuck, god, damn it.

Speaker 3 (41:49):
I don't want to talk about this.

Speaker 2 (41:50):
I'm so sad, So we don't talk about the segment.

Speaker 3 (41:53):
Kevin Owens is my favorite wrestler. I'm so sad I'm
not going to see him at WrestleMania. I'm so sad.
All I keep thinking though, is like past couple like
pls like you keep landing on your neck, bud stop that.

Speaker 2 (42:07):
Yeah, he Actually, he did an interview today with Robbie
Fox where he said, good news for all us Kevin
Owen's lovers. He is feeling great. It's not like he's
in pain and that's why, you know, he got checked
out or anything like that. Grant that he did say
he's been dealing with neck injury, but he said he
does feel great. It's just one of those things where oh, okay,

(42:29):
you check you know. And he said that he did
like an MRI in December just to check out and
they said you're fine. Then he said he did a
match in January. He didn't say which one, but if
we do our research, we could probably figure out which
crazy ass bump it was or which crazy match it was.
But if January, I'm believing it was probably something he
did with Cody Rhodes. I don't remember. I think that

(42:49):
Alabama slam through the latter might have been February, which
that was February, right, Yeah, So, which is even scarier
considering he's saying that he knows that he fucked his
neck up in January. Yes, so then you think of
all the crazy bumps and the crazy spots and the
crazy shit he did all while knowing his neck was fucked.
It's just crazy, so sad. Yeah, and he's been doing

(43:13):
amazing work for years on years. It's honestly been way
too long since we've seen Kevin Owens as a world champion.
And at this point, I'm just hoping for a successful surgery,
a successful recovery. My biggest hope, of course, is that
he's happy and healthy in whatever happens next, which he
did say he's you know, he feels good now. But

(43:34):
I really hope that he does get back to the ring.
I hope he is able to wrestle again. And I
hope that WW doesn't look at him as Okay, well,
we have to take it easy on this guy. I
hope they look at him as Okay, this guy needs
a redemption story. Fans need to appreciate him. He's gonna
come back. The fans are gonna be so fucking happy
to see him. He's run and he's that triple h run.

Speaker 3 (43:57):
Yeah, he's gonta punch Cody in the face and take
the belt, and then he's gonna go to l a
night and punch him in the face and take his belt.
And then he's just gonna punch or in the face
for no reason.

Speaker 2 (44:07):
They should have you on the booking team. But yeah,
this this one hundred sucks. Don't even want to think
about it, but it is, I guess interesting to note
that God forbid, this is the end. God forbid God Bobby,
God forbid. He doesn't have another match. His last match

(44:30):
will have been a win over Sammy's ain in Canada.
So it's you know, it's it's one of those things
where you kind of as a fan of his, you
take salas in the fact that I'm sure God forbid,
that's what we're looking at, and once again like it's
just and the reason I have to say these things
is because he's having next surgery at forty that's no joke. Yeah,

(44:52):
you know, so, so once again really hoping for a
successful surgery and a speedy recovery. Really want to see
Kevin O didn't He said he didn't know, but he
wasn't even close to hinting at a retirement in this speech.
It was very much I can't make it to WrestleMania.
I'm out. I have surgery. Granted I don't know what's
going on, but I know that missing out on being

(45:14):
at WrestleMania in the ring with Randy Orton is really
you know, you could tell he was heartbroken, Like it
was painful to watch.

Speaker 3 (45:20):
I was gonna seemort and Kevin Owens wrestle at WrestleMania together.

Speaker 2 (45:24):
Yeah, I mean, we have to wait and see if
you're still going to see Randy Orton, what's left? Where
does that leave him? He's gonna Okay, do you mean
nick aldis Nickodonna sounds like a crater wrestler.

Speaker 3 (45:39):
The other guy.

Speaker 2 (45:41):
Adrian Adas from the Skulk.

Speaker 3 (45:43):
That's exactly where my brain that's that's.

Speaker 2 (45:45):
Definitely who Randy is going to wrestle. They've been talking
about signings and hod shotting him to a WrestleMania match.
They've been talking about it for a while. Nick All
this could be especially since nick All this can't he
can't find Randy Orton for this one, because if you
remember the last time he rko nick All this, nick All,
this fine him fifty thousand dollars Randy Orton paid him.

(46:06):
He's like, Randy, I find you fifty thousand, this is
a hundred. He's like, yeah, that's for the next one. A.

Speaker 3 (46:12):
Randy's a goat. I love Randy.

Speaker 2 (46:16):
I mean, gret if Nick All, this who from everything
I've read on him, has been keeping in shape, I
don't believe he ever. Like, it's not like he came
to WWE and didn't wrestle because he didn't want to wrestle.
He was retired. WWE just chose, hey, we're gonna put you,
you know, in the general manager role. So assuming that
this guy can still go a WrestleMania match, I mean

(46:38):
that would be crazy. What are you laughing at? What
You're like?

Speaker 3 (46:40):
As long as he stayed in shape and all I
keep picturing, I meant rude, I know, I know, But
he's wearing all these nice suits and he just like
unhooks like his god comes out.

Speaker 2 (46:52):
Nothing but man boobs under under this.

Speaker 3 (46:55):
He takes awa jacket and he like unooks, is like, uh,
what's that thing called?

Speaker 2 (47:00):
You know girl best? No, no, the thing women wear
commer bun no.

Speaker 3 (47:06):
Men wear, and he unhooks it like you know, the spanks,
and then he just rolls it down in his belly pops.

Speaker 2 (47:12):
It ends. It ends with like the set sound right,
like corset of course it no like a.

Speaker 3 (47:18):
Girder a girder, yeah, girder that's called you know the
things that like the corsets at like pirates pirate women wear.
That's all I at pictures, said he stated Chape. I'm like,
I'm pretty sure.

Speaker 2 (47:31):
That got the shape. I don't know that obviously. Yeah,
there's a difference though, I mean, oh my god, it's
so funny.

Speaker 3 (47:37):
You were just like, as long as he's a cheap
ring shape, Yeah, he's a ring shape, a circle.

Speaker 2 (47:45):
I mean Carrion Cross did post a picture of him
with the wrestle Media sign in the background. Carrien Cross
is one of those where it kind of seemed like
once Sammy Zain got written off screen, carrying, Cross has
been still like keeping his feud alive with AJ Styles,
but essentially in a backstage promo type of way because

(48:07):
AJ's getting the logan match, so Cross is kind of
slithering around the locker room. Maybe he makes his way
over to ram that. I love that two snakes because
one s yeah, I mean nick all this coming back
as like not even just being cool to see him
finally get a w match into being in WrestleMania, but

(48:27):
also the fact that a general manager's kind of like,
you know what, bro, I'm sick of this shit. Yeah
that's it. You hit me twice that say we're fighting,
I'm picking and.

Speaker 3 (48:36):
He beats Randy Orton and he throws fifty thousand dollars
at him, and he's like, that's the next time I
kick your ass.

Speaker 2 (48:41):
Randy Orton will definitely beat nick All this. But no, no, no.
The biggest thing is, though it certainly seemed like Kevin
Owens was being set up at WrestleMania to take the
first punt we've seen in over a decade, obviously that's
not happening. Would Nick All this like or whoever whoever?

(49:04):
I mean, because once again they were building to the punt.
It's not just like, oh, Randy Orton's gone mad, He's
gonna hit the punt because we're doing it again. No,
like Kevin Owens betrayed him, took him out for months,
pushed him to his limit, turned on his buddy Cody Roads.
Randy Orton was being pushed to limits he hadn't seen
since over a decade, and and that's why we were

(49:25):
getting there. So I can't imagine Nick All is doing
anything to piss Randy Orton enough that he would punt them.

Speaker 3 (49:30):
Just being that's what I think. I want Randy Orton
to punt everyone except me. Don't punt me? What I what?

Speaker 2 (49:36):
We were you gonna say that's that's not sure.

Speaker 3 (49:40):
I'm not saying my x rayed comments on anyway.

Speaker 2 (49:43):
I thought of an x ray comment, but it wasn't
even caught the planting saying it. See, I have self control.

Speaker 3 (49:48):
What do you mean? I just self control. I didn't
say it.

Speaker 2 (49:51):
You're about to. I can see it. It's so close.
We do have shut up. We do have a new
number one contender for the US Championship. Jacob Botu beat
Bron Strowman in a last man Standing match. I don't know.
Maybe it's just the fact that I'm so used to
WWB getting everyone, or at least attempting to get everyone

(50:15):
on the card, that I expected this to go, Especially
with last man sitting. I could see them both knocking
each other out and just not getting up.

Speaker 3 (50:22):
It kind of looked like they were both either supposed
to get up or not get it.

Speaker 2 (50:26):
It looked like Stroman was supposed to beat that count.
Stroman did get up immediately after ten, which doesn't often
happen in a last man standing match. Granted, that might
have been a decision made to keep him strong as
a giant and as a monster, they didn't necessarily want
the visual being Fatsu laying him out and him being
left laying more of He just beat the ten count,

(50:49):
still not even giving the pinfall victory, so I did
kind of think it looked like it could have been
a mistake. But at the same time, maybe they did
that to protect him. When watching back, it looked like
Stroman might have hit his head on that last like
tackle into the table spot, which caused him maybe to
be a little slow, But once again, it didn't look
like he was too hurt afterwards, so that might have

(51:12):
just been a good sell on a good booking. For
some reason, I didn't expect Jacobatu and Laen Knight to
be one on one. I think because I was expecting
some bloodline and some solo advancements in there. If Stroman
was involved, then it was made a triple threat that
of course would make it a no DQ match, which
would allow for anything to happen, whether it be Tomatonga,
whether it be solo. Tongolowa could come back, so I

(51:36):
was expecting that. Now, with Jacob Batu facing Ellen Knight
at WrestleMania, I'm not sure what's gonna happen. Ella Knight
just got his belt back. Jacob Fattus on Hot Fire
just the rockets right up that pooper, and it seems
like the fans really want to get behind him and
get that title. I mentioned to you last week. I
don't know if you want La Knight, Like Ellien Knight's

(51:58):
already in a tough situation at this point, you're hoping
the fans just go crazy for both of them. That
they're saying yeah when La Knight hits them, and they're
saying fatu when when Jacob hits them, like you're you
because the fans aren't booing fatu and they're not booing him,
but they're heavily behind La Night. They're not turning on.

Speaker 3 (52:15):
Him and yeah, yeah, so it's gonna be uh yeah, yeah, yeah,
I don't know because we were just gonna be so
excited at.

Speaker 2 (52:22):
Yeah fa tou yeah fat like that.

Speaker 3 (52:26):
You're not that clever, it's gonna be yeah, And yeah
they're also not they're also not that on beat like
the fat would be all over the fuck. My my
my favorite, not favorite thing to watch during Royal Rumble
is people not counting properly, like it's clearly the numbers
just read the number, Like when they do the countdown,
they're like ten ten, not nine, and it's like, no, no,

(52:47):
you're not counting correctly. What's the matter with you? Yeah,
maybe they'll get someone in here. I don't know what
they're gonna do with Broun Strowman, though.

Speaker 2 (52:52):
I don't I don't think bron makes it to the card.
I think bron gets thanked for his hard work in
helping build up Fatu for this moment, probably with stuff
after me. I don't know if it's a heel turn,
or maybe they just get him to a different show
and kind of give him a bit more of a highlight.
But I don't actually think he gets there. I do
think actually, if anything, maybe this match becomes no DQ

(53:15):
and then bron Stroman would get La Knights back to
defend him against Solo and tom Attongo kind of how
they've been doing.

Speaker 3 (53:23):
I don't like bron Stroman's a little run around the ring.
I don't like that he.

Speaker 2 (53:26):
Looks like so it's funny. Is the main reason I've
been tolerating that move for so long, And it's he
doesn't it's not him. Damian Priest kind of does it.
Angelo Dawkins kind of does it, bron Breaker does something
like that. And I've been tolerating it a because a
lot of the times those things do look awesome, like
when Angelo Dawkins throws somebody over the table. That looks cool.
Bronz Stromans, I've never really liked so much, but I

(53:48):
always tolerated because I was waiting for it to get
added to the WWB two K video game. I'm always like,
every like one of these years they're gonna figure it out.
They still haven't added to it, and now I'm just
getting pissed off anymore.

Speaker 3 (54:00):
Who do you play when you play that game?

Speaker 2 (54:03):
All different people? I mean, I'm playing this thing called
w w Faction, so it's more of like you have
to collect players and then you use the people and
you have to switch, so it's not even like just
a regular person. I was excited to play with Javon Evans.
I played with him a couple of times. I was
excited to play with Jacob Bottu because this is his
first time in the game, so I've I've played with
him a lot. I feel I feel like that's ninety

(54:28):
seven percent of why.

Speaker 3 (54:29):
You No, it's not it's not, it's not. And then
I was gonna go into have you played with any women?

Speaker 2 (54:35):
I was just like, whoop, Jade Cargill is a fun
one to play with. I like playing with I like
playing with Roxanne. Also.

Speaker 3 (54:43):
I was like, I was just gonna say you should
reward it as you like using them, and I was like, Nope,
that doesn't work.

Speaker 2 (54:47):
Nope, that's that's worse. That's worse. The worst thing is
that Casey Uh, not Casey, what's her bring name? Katana?
Katana and Uh and Kayden. They have such an awesome
tag tea move set in real life, and the video
game has not added a single one of their tag
team moves. It's so frustrating. Like there's the one where

(55:09):
like Hayden holds Katana up by her fucking hands in
like a cheerleader move and then just censored down. They
don't have that. There's there's the one where they kind
of took it from MotorCity machine Guns where she's doing
the neck breaker and she does the four fifty. They
don't have that.

Speaker 3 (55:22):
We gotta do a rumble bro, we gotta do it.
We gotta do video game.

Speaker 2 (55:26):
Speaking of the MotorCity Machine Guns, They are also new
number one contenders, as they beat d I.

Speaker 3 (55:34):
Y last night, I thought one, Did I miss that?

Speaker 2 (55:37):
Yeah, I guess so. I don't know what you watched.

Speaker 3 (55:39):
Maybe I probably got distracted by something. Something shiny went
by me and I got distracted.

Speaker 2 (55:44):
No, motor City machine Guns won this one. Interesting to
note that for with Jacob Bot two becoming number contender,
it was immediately announced that that match would be happening
at WrestleMania, which of course was a guest already because
I kept saying, I'm I'm getting a WrestleMania, I'm getting
that title. This is what's happening with this number of contendership.
It's not been made that clear. They did not say

(56:07):
this match is happening at WrestleMania. They just said Motors
and Finguans have a future title shot. I think this
either means that the tag team titles sadly might not
make it to WrestleMania, or it means that they're just
going to give us another tag ting title defense for
Street Profits probably next week that you know, we saw
them defended against pretty deadly last week. Next week it's

(56:27):
MotorCity Machine Guns, and then somehow that would get us
to the multi team match that we've been thinking might
get it to Madia if they were going to put
the tagging titles online.

Speaker 3 (56:37):
This is interesting.

Speaker 2 (56:40):
I mean, New Day it looks like they're going to
get a tag team title shot them and the war
Raiders were just hinted at oberon Raw. I unfortunately don't
see both of those. Like, I think all titles should
be defended at Mania, Like that should just be automatic, right,
that's the big show, right, But I don't know if
that happens. Especially Yes, I hope when sir.

Speaker 3 (57:00):
I hope Survivor Series goes back to how it's to be,
where title versus title fights each other. I miss that.

Speaker 2 (57:05):
I hated those matches. Why, I like, because what the
fuck's the point? You're fine titles nobody.

Speaker 3 (57:13):
I don't want that Fiver series matches anymore, right, they
don't do that with the Last Man Standing.

Speaker 2 (57:18):
They've they've played war games matches.

Speaker 1 (57:20):
Now.

Speaker 2 (57:22):
I don't like the title versus not even title vers
title champion versus champion matches because you're you're guaranteeing that
half of your fucking champions are gonna lose non title matches. No, well,
you don't have.

Speaker 3 (57:34):
Taste that ke My fair wrestler. You're saying, I don't have.

Speaker 2 (57:39):
You just stole him from me. I tell you for
how many years about Kevin Steen?

Speaker 3 (57:44):
How many years?

Speaker 2 (57:44):
How many years? You are my kidsre Wow, you're gonna
pretend that I'm not the one to put you on
to Kevin Steen will take. Oh my god, you are lying. No,
you are lying. You did right now.

Speaker 3 (58:01):
You are a fucking liar.

Speaker 2 (58:02):
You are lying through your teeth.

Speaker 3 (58:05):
I didn't even know about Kevin Stein. The only the
first time I got introduced to Kevin Owens was at
NXT in two thouy fifteen.

Speaker 2 (58:14):
I swear that is a black lie. That's just because
you don't listen to me, That's what that is.

Speaker 3 (58:18):
I had to ask Matt who he was and he
was like oh. I was like, he's hurt. He's not
even gonna wrestle on NXT. And Matt was like, oh,
but he's gonna talk. And I was like so, and that's.

Speaker 2 (58:27):
When I felt. I remember watching that fucking debut with
you and us talking about you. You've been been saying, hey,
this is your guy, right, this is Steah right. I
remember sending you the picture when Steen got that took
the picture WD developmental with Finn Baaler. You are out
of your mind. Listeners everywhere are wondering how Brady is
the stone of this show and how so s lying?

Speaker 3 (58:51):
You're lying? I will call MTJ right now, Bro.

Speaker 2 (58:54):
Nobody cares about what m has to say.

Speaker 3 (58:57):
Everybody cares about you were never talking. You are such
a liar that did not happen.

Speaker 2 (59:04):
Listen, we don't have time for this nonsense. I love
number one contenders. Yeah, I still you still no ship?
You don't.

Speaker 3 (59:14):
That page is one of my favorites. You stole either
page from me. I knew about either page way before
you knew about either page.

Speaker 2 (59:19):
That's the only one you put me on. Also, I
put aso you took me to a show that you.

Speaker 3 (59:28):
Oh my god, Oh my god. Is this one how
we're gonna break up? Is this how our friendship ends?

Speaker 5 (59:34):
We've got a six women tag team gauntlet match signed
for next week to assign the number one contenders for
that championship, So once again it's like and I think
live Morgan and Roquelle.

Speaker 2 (59:46):
They probably have a better chance of defending their titles
arm the card than any of our male tag team
champions do. We've got as I mentioned Katana and Kayden Carter.
We've got the makeshift tag team of Bailey and Lyra.
Mind you, this match I'm talking about is happening on SmackDown.
On Raw, Bailey and Lyra are facing each other for
the Intercontinal Championship. We've got Shana and Zoe, We've got

(01:00:10):
Beefab and Meetschen. We've got the Secret Harvests Albifire and
Piper Nivin, and we've got the new team of Natalia
and Maxine Dupre Natalia Natalia. I would almost prefer them
just give us a gauntlet match for the titles at Mania. Yes, agree,
Like all these teams, I would like to see it,

(01:00:31):
MANI I mean granted, Lyra should Yeah, Lyra should be
defending her in Like why is Lyra interested in so
much other ship?

Speaker 3 (01:00:39):
I agree with that, but I also feel Golland matches
can go really long, and I think we don't have
the time for that on Mania.

Speaker 2 (01:00:45):
Okay, well, then just put all the women in a match,
seven women ladder match or seven women, fourteen women.

Speaker 3 (01:00:54):
Just a big ladder match.

Speaker 2 (01:00:56):
Yeah, that's a lot.

Speaker 3 (01:00:57):
That's a lot. That's a lot. I do love go
online matches and I'm.

Speaker 2 (01:01:02):
I make it twelve and then Bailey and Lyra they
face each other for the title.

Speaker 3 (01:01:06):
I do think it's really weird that they're they're putting
Lyra in these matches when she is a champion of
her own and she doesn't need this stuff, and like
why we have a makeshift thing? Just I don't understand
their obsession with her either. She's fine, she's fine, I
just don't under I don't understand it.

Speaker 2 (01:01:22):
Also, it's like, if all these women are competing for
the Number contendership, assuming that that gets them at Mania,
so two of those women get the spot, right, does
anyone else in this match want to go for Chelsea
Greens US title? Because all of a sudden, that's like
it's like WWE doesn't have enough time to dedicate to
all their titles, which is why I was like kind

(01:01:44):
of worried, Like it was so cool that they were
getting a women's ICY title, a women's US title, but
once again we're seeing our women's I see champion constantly
pursuing other goals, other championships instead of other people pursuing
her championship. And then Chelsea Green, it almost seems like
not enough people are pursuing her championship at all and
she's kind of just the port in her girls, which

(01:02:06):
is fine.

Speaker 3 (01:02:07):
And she wants to fight too, that's the thing. She's like,
I'm the US champion, Like I'll find it.

Speaker 2 (01:02:11):
Yeah, Chelsea Green wants a WrestleMania match for sure.

Speaker 3 (01:02:16):
She deserves one.

Speaker 2 (01:02:16):
Who do you think wins this match?

Speaker 3 (01:02:18):
Name the name the competitors again?

Speaker 2 (01:02:20):
We got Katana and Kayden Carter who are really the
only tag team in this match. Uh Shana and Zoe,
Bailey and Lyra Bee Fab and Meetchen, Piper and Alba
and Maxine and Natty.

Speaker 3 (01:02:35):
I don't know why b Fab and Meechen are are
are are sticking with me for a little bit. But
but also Chelsea's crew Alba and Piper.

Speaker 2 (01:02:45):
Yeah, I want to go with them.

Speaker 3 (01:02:47):
As I mentioned last, I want to go That's who
I really want to go with.

Speaker 2 (01:02:51):
But I mean it's tough. It's tough only because Rock
Hellen Live are firmly heels, right, So it's like you
want to assume they're gonna give us, Like granted, I'd
be fine if they gave it to the Secret Service,
if they gave it to album and Piper and then
just kind of segued use the match as a soft
open for the whole trio be going face because if

(01:03:13):
you give it to Piper and Album, there's a good
chance that, especially depending on how they booked the Gauntlet match,
the fans might get behind Piper and Album next week.
It could happen. But even if they don't, I think
if you put them in against liv In Roquel at Mania,
that Mania crowd would be one hundred percent behind Chelsea's squad.
And there you go, soft open. We've got Face Tag

(01:03:34):
champs and Face US Champion Overnight just booth, nice little
stable of champions. It's a lot, but because once again,
because they are the heels and I'm like trying to
go it almost seems like like putting Maxine with Natty
almost seems like maybe they're doing that because they want
Natty on the card. I don't think so, because they
haven't been using Natty in any way, so the lack

(01:03:56):
of build up would just be a head scratcher. But
there's a lack of build up for everyone, as I mentioned,
And like I kind of want to go with Katana
and Caiden because as I said, they're the only actual
Tag team in this These guys have been teaming since NXT.
None of these women have been doing that. The longest
tag team other than them is Shana and Zoe, and
even that has never necessarily felt like a team team.

(01:04:16):
They're still they're still working on that. So it's but
but Caden and Katana don't. Yeah, there's no there's no momentum.

Speaker 3 (01:04:25):
Right, so I don't. Yeah.

Speaker 2 (01:04:26):
I almost feel like Lyra and Bailey are gonna win.
Uh that that that Lyra will defend her championship against
Bailey successfully on Monday. Bailey will give her the handshake,
then they'll they'll win the Gauntlet match, They'll lose it Mania,
and then we get a Bailey Heel turn.

Speaker 3 (01:04:43):
I love Ballly Heel. I never thought I'd see the day,
But man, do I love ball as al.

Speaker 2 (01:04:47):
He's so good. Do you do you think Lyra does
defend that icy title successfully or do you think.

Speaker 3 (01:04:54):
I don't think is winning? I think I think they
they have this obsession with with Lyra right now, and
I think they're just keeping They just gonna keep trying
to put her over as much as possible until the
really over with her.

Speaker 2 (01:05:04):
So what I just said is what I think will
have I think that's fine.

Speaker 3 (01:05:08):
I think that I don't know about the heel turn
for Bailey, but I'm fine, No, that's.

Speaker 2 (01:05:12):
What's happening, Bailey sturning Hil. However, what I would do
if I was booking would reverse that. I want Bailey.
I would have Bailey beat Lira for the title on Monday. Yeah,
Lyra then has to deal with it, right, Lyra's and
now still team with Bailey. She lost the time. I'm
just saying, I believe still your partner, still your partner.

(01:05:33):
So then they win, that they lose at WrestleMania, and
then yes, Lyra goes heel on Bailey.

Speaker 3 (01:05:39):
I like it. I don't hate it.

Speaker 2 (01:05:40):
That's that's what I think. But I think they're going
the other way.

Speaker 3 (01:05:42):
I mean, I don't want either, but I don't.

Speaker 2 (01:05:45):
Think i'd mind Bailey as Icy champion, only because it
does seem that for now and probably for a while,
considering how bloated the talent in n XT women's division is,
and we're gonna be approaching a draft at some point,
so I don't know the next time Bailey will even
be able to sniff a world championship. It kind of

(01:06:05):
feels like she's entering her gatekeeper phase. She's entering her
legend phase. She's entering where the new up and comers
work with her and there's not always emphasis on keeping
her hot as a baby face anyway, as a baby face,
she can kind of rely on the crowd constantly having
this relationship and respect for her and the you know,

(01:06:26):
the legend she is, the four Horsewomen. All that is, right,
I don't know.

Speaker 3 (01:06:30):
I just don't know what to make of it anymore.
There's a lot of stuff.

Speaker 2 (01:06:32):
I don't know much for you to handle.

Speaker 3 (01:06:34):
It's a lot. It's a lot. It's a lot. There's
a lot happening and a lot. It's a lot of things,
but not a lot happening. Does that make sense?

Speaker 2 (01:06:42):
I get what you're saying. Yeah, we got a big debut. Yes,
Ray Phoenix making his debut against Nathan Fraser.

Speaker 3 (01:06:50):
Can we just before we even get into Ray Phoenix,
Nathan Fraser is fucking good.

Speaker 2 (01:06:54):
You know who trained him? Good?

Speaker 3 (01:06:57):
Tyson kid?

Speaker 2 (01:06:58):
Okay, uh guess Seth ronalds Oh.

Speaker 3 (01:07:02):
Oh that makes sense. That makes a lot of sense.

Speaker 2 (01:07:04):
Yeah.

Speaker 3 (01:07:04):
I can't picture Seth Rollins training anybody though. I feel
like he's very selfish and he's like, no mine, No, Yeah,
that's how I picture him. I picture him back, No, no,
this is mine.

Speaker 2 (01:07:12):
I think you're very wrong. I think that couldn't be
farther from the truth.

Speaker 3 (01:07:15):
Well that's how I feel about him.

Speaker 2 (01:07:17):
He's trained a lot of good wrestlers enough where I'm
just kind of like, this is silly.

Speaker 3 (01:07:21):
Okay, whatever anyway, but I you don't have to look
it up.

Speaker 2 (01:07:24):
I don't care.

Speaker 3 (01:07:25):
But Nathan Fraser, I just want to. Like, he was
so good to watch because I was like, oh, he's
on SmackDown. They're having him. I was like, oh, he's
getting fed to Ray Phoenix. But he put up a
hell of a fight. I mean, it was a really
good first day. It was a good debut match, and
it was a great opponent to have for Ray Phoenix.

Speaker 2 (01:07:41):
It was interesting to give him a soft debut similar
that they did Axiom. They did that on Raw, Now
they'reiving this on SmackDown. I am curious. It does kind
of feel like there's no future for Fraction on the
main roster that they're going to that their entire tag
team run will just be be born and will die

(01:08:02):
in NXT and then they'll just both come up independently.
But yeah, no, I like the selection of Fraser for
the first apponement because since he's an NXT talent, just
him getting a SmackDown match is a win for him.

Speaker 3 (01:08:15):
Right, one hundred percent, one hundred percent. He's mondo talented though,
Like I was watching and I was like, I know,
I'm supposed to be watching Ray Phoenix, but Fraser's fucking good,
like super talented, No, so good.

Speaker 2 (01:08:27):
Ray Phoenix's entrance was.

Speaker 3 (01:08:31):
His His entrance was super fun. I always when they
always jump on the rope and jump off, I'm like,
you're gonna fall. Please don't fall, Please don't fall. I
get very nervous. No, it was really good. I liked
the promo at the end, like his little cut. I
thought that was good too.

Speaker 2 (01:08:43):
The logo, the logo for Ray Phoenix is almost exactly
the same like font and format design as Pentha's. Yeah,
because they're Luca Brothers, reunion is definitely coming. Yeah, they're
like that. I'm just like, no, you're not. You're saying things.
This is what you're doing letting me know a goddamn thing.

(01:09:05):
Zero information has been passed from you to me in
regards to the relationship between ray Phoenix and pencil.

Speaker 3 (01:09:15):
Yeah, they was the same. Funt, what font do you
think that is? To look it up?

Speaker 2 (01:09:19):
Alchelmaviic, it's the font name that I obviously just made up.

Speaker 3 (01:09:22):
I feel like that's all I was like, I feel
like that's an old person. That's a boomer.

Speaker 2 (01:09:26):
Fund Alchelmaviic would not be an old person. Fund alcoelm
Maviic would be the sickest fucking font anyone would ever. Like,
all the kids would be trying to tag that font
into their desk. They would be able to do it. Though,
Is it be alchemic? Would you say it was alchemaviic?

Speaker 3 (01:09:39):
That's exactly what it is.

Speaker 2 (01:09:40):
Shut up, all right, I'm being loopy, all right, come
with you. Sorry, Wait, you're not gonna tell me what
the fuck it is.

Speaker 3 (01:09:50):
I tried to look it up, but didn't show me.
It just keeps showing.

Speaker 2 (01:09:53):
How did you even look at? How do you look
up a farm?

Speaker 3 (01:09:55):
I said, what fun is ray Phoenix's logo?

Speaker 2 (01:09:58):
You trust AI to much?

Speaker 3 (01:10:01):
What?

Speaker 2 (01:10:01):
What? What?

Speaker 3 (01:10:02):
What do you mean? Oh, look there's a phoenix logo.
No that's not it.

Speaker 2 (01:10:05):
I don't know.

Speaker 3 (01:10:05):
I'm gonna sorry, go ahead, all.

Speaker 2 (01:10:07):
Right, But as predicted Ray Phoenix did make a big
splash in his big debut. I don't think he makes
the Mania, but I mean, once again, I could see
maybe a Battle Royal on SmackDown before and maybe they
they let him win that I don't know.

Speaker 3 (01:10:21):
But then what about Penta.

Speaker 2 (01:10:22):
Well, Penta I believe is going for the Icy title
last week, and we kind of got hints that this
week when ber Face the Judgment Day in a losing fashion.
But I did enjoy the small bit of tag team
offense that bron and Penta gave us.

Speaker 3 (01:10:39):
Oh yeah, I like that too.

Speaker 2 (01:10:40):
It was a nice little variation of the Steiner Bulldog
with Penta doing his his kind of reverse sling blade.
Was very cool. Match predictably so, bron Breaker spears the
ship out of Penta, Finn Baaler gets the win. Finn
Balor says he's going to Adam Pierce to get himself
an Icy Championship match. Lived More says after he goes

(01:11:01):
to Piers, she go to Piers and get Dominizy Championship match.
Pent is sure still after Bronze. So yeah, I think
it's gonna be a four way four Have.

Speaker 3 (01:11:10):
They ever done a five way?

Speaker 2 (01:11:12):
No?

Speaker 3 (01:11:12):
It has to be six.

Speaker 2 (01:11:13):
Then, right, They've definitely done five, so they.

Speaker 3 (01:11:15):
Do so they do two, three, four, six? Oh, they
do five, you said, h Carl, they definitely have all right,
but yeah, this will definitely be a four way. It
makes sense. Maybe they'll make it a ladder match. Do
we have a ladder match yet?

Speaker 2 (01:11:25):
Not yet. I've been saying that one of the tag
team Championship matches would probably, well, yeah, maybe I'm saying
that because they did that last year.

Speaker 3 (01:11:33):
I know, I see is normally the right, I s
is normally the ladder match.

Speaker 2 (01:11:36):
That once again last year they did tag team I see,
we come accustomed to, like, yeah, because that's they'll usually
put four or five people in. There's one title. I
miss Money in the Bank being a part of wrestling.

Speaker 3 (01:11:47):
One hundred percent. I agree with you one hundred percent.
I wish Money in the Bank will because it like
sets you up for like the year like that, and
you be able.

Speaker 2 (01:11:55):
To get like solid talentaningful a moment like Chad Gable
who is involved in the storyline but might not make
it to media. He could be in that match. Ricochet,
who's with the Miz and just kind of chastising people
in the backstage. Ricochet. I'm not Ricochet. Carmelo Hayes, I'm sorry.

Speaker 3 (01:12:16):
I was like Ricochet was like, he's back Ricochet.

Speaker 2 (01:12:19):
I wish Ricochet could be in the money in the
bank match. That's probably so good.

Speaker 3 (01:12:23):
Yeah, you were, you were wishful thinking. But yeah, one
hundred percent agree, one hundred percent.

Speaker 2 (01:12:27):
Yeah. Uh, speaking of things that I sadly knew were
going to happen, Jimmy so well, yeah, that's because you
listened to me.

Speaker 3 (01:12:37):
I'm not liking this episode. You are being wrong a lot.

Speaker 2 (01:12:41):
Listen you you really were just way too cavalier. We're
trying to take Kevin Owens for yourself and act like
you discovered him buried in a fucking cave.

Speaker 3 (01:12:49):
Oh yeah, I said discovered him. I said no. The
first time I ever realized who he was and started
liking him was at NXT. Kevin Steen.

Speaker 2 (01:12:57):
You that would require you ignoring me all through our
college years.

Speaker 3 (01:13:01):
Fiddle fattle, miss Hannigan, get out of here.

Speaker 2 (01:13:03):
How gare you fiddle faddled me? I have been I
have been hash poshed, I have been serendipity, but you
will never fiddle faddle me ever.

Speaker 3 (01:13:12):
Battle fat but.

Speaker 2 (01:13:15):
It looked like guns hit Jimmy with a spiked fiddle.

Speaker 3 (01:13:19):
Fat man, he really yo. I it was rough, like
I we knew this was coming, but Jesus Christ, I
remember why why. Jay was like, uh, what's that thing
called the zip tie? I was like, dude, this guy's
gonna break his wrist. I understand you're doing this for
a show, but calm down. And Gunter just living hell

(01:13:41):
out of Jimmy.

Speaker 2 (01:13:42):
Man. I thought was going to his wrist up too,
because then he was like trying to break the fucking ropes.
And it's like, bro, you're not going to stop.

Speaker 3 (01:13:48):
It's like, please stop, even even if it looks cool,
Please don't hurt yourself right before Menia. Please and thank you.
Think you think.

Speaker 2 (01:13:53):
Like that ship happens too much, Please don't do that,
please and thank you.

Speaker 3 (01:13:57):
Yeah yeah, man, this ship was crazy.

Speaker 2 (01:13:59):
Yeah, and it was as we knew it would be
the extra spice that this feud needs. You know, it's
just another continuation of Gunther in Jauso's head, Gunther getting
to him, Gunther proving to be the dominant force. I
think at this point now we're looking at Jay completely
on another level. Jay's gonna be enraged. It's almost gonna

(01:14:21):
scare me because my guess is Jay gets the better
of Guntherer the next two weeks, and that usually would
have me scared, thinking Gunther is gonna retain. Like at
this point, I just want us to get to Jay
USO's champion, because it's like Jay Uso can't lose again,
and if he does, I really do fear. Even with
this beatdown, I still somehow am paranoid that Jimmy Usso

(01:14:43):
is gonna turn on him all over again.

Speaker 3 (01:14:45):
And then Jay's just gonna be a chump.

Speaker 2 (01:14:47):
We don't want you to be.

Speaker 3 (01:14:48):
We want Jay to have his WrestleMania moment like main
event m a career moment. Yeah, I don't. If he
does win the championship, I don't think he's gonna be CHAMPI.

Speaker 2 (01:15:00):
I hope he makes a past SummerSlam.

Speaker 3 (01:15:02):
I'm not I could see past SummerSlam or losing it
at SummerSlam.

Speaker 2 (01:15:06):
I mean, I definitely we've become accustomed to people winning
at Mate and then holding it for like a year,
you know, Like I don't do it like gun Thar
pretty much did, like Roman Reigns was doing. But I
don't necessarily see that for Jay, But I also think
a lot of it but a I think a lot
of it would have to do with no, well yeah,
the few. But also I think what got him here,

(01:15:27):
which is the fans. If the fans can stay hot
for him, if the kids are continuing to get the
get their parents to get those aisle seats and by
the stairs so that they can potentially be the general master,
you know, the master of yeating ceremonies. I think if
his merch keeps moving, if the fans keep going wild

(01:15:48):
for this man, then I think the sky is the
limit and nothing can touch him. I also think it's
interesting to note that his cousin The Rock, one of
the most iconic superstars and champions of all time. He
was known for having like extremely short title reigns. They
were always giving him the title, getting the big moment,
taking the title away weeks maybe a month later, and

(01:16:11):
then the crowd would just constantly be because the money's
in the chase. The crowd never got tired of Rock
unless until he was leading for Hollywood. And that's why every.

Speaker 3 (01:16:19):
Time I think of short rains and like the hot
potato thing, I think of Mercedes uh and Charlotte how
they kept passing that title.

Speaker 2 (01:16:26):
I mean, that was ridiculous. Sasha never got a successful defense, never,
like that was just silly. Yeah, I think that, like
it's not And I don't even necessarily mind short reins
as a rule, But once again, with the Rock, the
short reign was designed to keep him over, keep him
more over keep the fans invested in hating who the

(01:16:48):
champion was mostly on triple H and wanting desperately to
see their hero win again and again and again and again,
so it can be done correctly, and I'm hoping they
do it. Speaking of being done correctly, once again, as
we successfully predicted, Bianca bel Air loses her shit, crashes out,

(01:17:08):
throws this match away, says I really don't care about
not all. We don't need a change, we don't need
a winner. I'm done. I'm over it. Y'all keep hitting me.
I'm done. Throw it out, throw it out, that's fine,
yeah it to me, I just don't understand what they're
doing with Bianca because to me, once again, Bianca seems
like the clear cut person to not even boo. But

(01:17:31):
I'm not rooting for Bianca in any one of these segments,
Like it's just she's not coming across as a babyface
that I'm supposed to be cheering for here, and her
throwing the match away like so cavalier and then almost
being surprised in her backstage segment after the show about
why Ria like took her out again, and it's like,
what do you mean, Like Ria had an opportunity. Ria

(01:17:52):
lost her title partially because of you. You really just
had to do your job. You were constantly getting in
the way. She kicked you in the face by accident,
but you're an athlete, gets your ass back in the
ring Cat three and then like getting hit by EO
Sky like hit them back, be the badass referee. That's
why special referees exist. The whole point is that referees

(01:18:14):
can't do the things that need to be done to
get a winner in some matches, so by appointing someone
like Bianca bell Air, you are supposed to avoid those things.
Referees get knocked out all the time. They don't throw
these matches away, and no ref just comes in and
gets the job done right.

Speaker 3 (01:18:29):
It's also a very weird way to just like get
them all in the mix.

Speaker 2 (01:18:32):
Yeah, but I mean it's interesting to see where we
go from here, because once again, Rhea Ripley did not win.
Ria Ripley did leave everyone laying she's clearly not done.
Will Adam Pierce give her another way to get into
this WrestleMania match?

Speaker 3 (01:18:49):
Yeah, probably she'll get in there somehow.

Speaker 2 (01:18:51):
Imagine they don't. Imagine they don't put her on the
Wrestlmania card. However, the ref listen, imagine the referee. Yeah,
that would be stupid, But imagine imagine she doesn't get
on the card. Eo Sky and Bianca Bela make their
entrances for the WrestleMania match, and rear Ripley just comes
out and starts fighting them both. Security gets sent out.

(01:19:12):
Rear Ripley just starts destroying security at to the point
where Beyonca and Eo now want to get their hands
on Ria, and Adam Pierce just says, fuck it, has
a has a crash out as we've seen before, and
just says, fine, go ahead, have your match. I quit,
I give up. I can't deal.

Speaker 3 (01:19:27):
I mean going to happen.

Speaker 2 (01:19:29):
I mean, I think that would be stupid too. I
don't mean what'd you say?

Speaker 3 (01:19:32):
Nothing?

Speaker 2 (01:19:33):
Sorry you are rude today, Daniel.

Speaker 3 (01:19:35):
I'm so sorry. I'm dealing with a thing.

Speaker 2 (01:19:39):
But I'll tell you who's dealing with a thing. Sean Spears.
He's that thing is dealing with is losing his NXT
championship too. NXT's newest new superstar, Ricky Saints.

Speaker 3 (01:19:51):
I'm still not sold.

Speaker 2 (01:19:54):
And my guy all ego Ethan Page looks like he's
got DIBs on that, and he the champions.

Speaker 3 (01:20:02):
If you guys don't already follow us, follow us, Yeah, murder, guys,
we're not just my marks were made.

Speaker 2 (01:20:12):
You gave us the Sina intro.

Speaker 3 (01:20:16):
Because they're a heel.

Speaker 2 (01:20:20):
That's so funny. But yeah, interesting that they are wasting
no time getting Ricky Saints the NXT North American Championship.
For some reason, I feel like he's gonna drop it
relatively quick. Also probably Yeah, NXT doesn't always plan ahead
with this stuff. They give someone the North American Championship,
then they decide, oh wait, you know we actually want
to call this person up, let's get the title off.

Speaker 3 (01:20:40):
I mean it's always the mid car titles. Look what
they're doing with Stephanie like they made her, really they
made her relinquish the title because she won both of them.
And you can't be a double champ.

Speaker 2 (01:20:50):
Then why Meanwhile, that was a full week after they
had her defend both titles in separate matches on the
same night, right, So, like, I mean, unless this was
some real life shit where like somebody said, Okay, this
was fun having her defend both on this one night,
But if we do this on a regular basis, this

(01:21:11):
girl's gonna get hurt. Like we like, two matches a
night is indeasible, and do we want to have her
defend a different championship every week? We can't have her
do simultaneous feuds. We don't want her to drop the title.
So this is probably the safest bet. I get it,
But once again, all the whole conversation should have happened
before you decided to make a double champion, especially considering

(01:21:33):
Julia is back on TV yet, but she's she's back
wrestling for n XT. She'll probably be on TV shortly,
so I yeah, I And this is why I hate
when they do double champions, because it's either a title unification,
which I normally don't like because it means we lose
a title, or the double champion resolution is never satisfying.

(01:21:53):
It's always bullshit.

Speaker 3 (01:21:54):
Imagine she was like I don't want to get rid
of the North American I want to get rid of
the NXT Women's champion chip. Why do I have to
do this one? It just didn't Mike. It was so silly.
It's so silly.

Speaker 2 (01:22:05):
It just imagine Julia ends up winning that ladder match
for the championship and they all they did was trade titles.
They really decided, you know what, they decided after the
Royal Rumble reactions that they got. You know what, we
really should have made Stephane our world champion and given
you that North American championship. Okay, well, I've got a
brilliant idea. Let's let's switch them.

Speaker 3 (01:22:22):
You know what's funny. I wouldn't even be surprised if
that happened. It wouldn't even be surprised. Yeah, they're not
very good with the North American title for either either. Genders,
Like they just don't know what they're doing sometimes, and
it's just they never have.

Speaker 2 (01:22:35):
A I mean I don't I don't think that's always
the case. Like they've had great runs with it, whenever
they doucing weird, like have Solo show up win the
title and then drop it the next week because oh yeah,
you're on the main roster. Well, then why did you
allow me to have this match? Why did y'all call
me as a surprise? You know what I mean? Like, so, yeah,
it's not even that, it's just a lot of times. Yeah,

(01:22:57):
it's on the fly type of shop where you can
tell like whatever they talked about last, which is not
pertain to what they're talking about now. Yeah, but certainly
interesting to see. The entire NXT North American Championship scene
compiled of former ae W talent Sewan Spears losing the title,
Ethan Page now wanting the title, Ricky Saints now holding

(01:23:20):
the title.

Speaker 3 (01:23:21):
Love Love the chant from the fans Tony fumbled Love that.

Speaker 2 (01:23:25):
That was crazy.

Speaker 3 (01:23:26):
That was so I was like, what are they saying?
And I was like, I'm like, oh my god, this
is amazing because when you think you're like, oh, they're
talking about Ricky Saints and I'm like, oh wait, anything
Page and Seawan Spears, I'm like holy shit, I'm like, yeah,
they fumbled big time. Excuse me, big time.

Speaker 2 (01:23:42):
I will say. And it's not that like yes, like
I'm not gonna lie Tony has Yeah, with these three, uh,
there's been I think fumbles on both sides. To me,
the biggest fumble is probably that of Tony Storm. Up.
I don't know. I don't know if anyone knew that

(01:24:04):
she had this, but they should have, you know what
I mean. Like, that's your job to figure out your talent,
See who you have, what they're capable of, Talk to them,
get their ideas. Who knows this could have been a
gimmick Tony had in her back pocket for like years,
sitting on it waiting to get it approved.

Speaker 3 (01:24:20):
Yeah, yeah, did they?

Speaker 2 (01:24:22):
Yeah? Yeah, yeah, I'm speaking of Tony Storm, speaking of
aw we got aew dynasty tomorrow night, Tony Storm will
be on the card. Let's get in to our predictions, Danielle. Okay, now,
let's do you want to go first or second on
the first match?

Speaker 3 (01:24:40):
Why?

Speaker 2 (01:24:41):
Because we're gonna go back and fuck, I don't want
to deal with first.

Speaker 3 (01:24:48):
I'm gonna go first on this one.

Speaker 2 (01:24:49):
All right, We've got Owen Hard quarter final match. It
is the pro too Star Kyle Fletcher versus Mark Barrisco.
What do you want for me?

Speaker 3 (01:24:59):
I'm going I'm going Kyle Fletcher obviously.

Speaker 2 (01:25:02):
Yeah. I believe that we're probably gonna be an agreement
for majority of these quarterfinal Owen Hart matches on both genders.
I'm also going with Kyle Fletcher.

Speaker 3 (01:25:11):
It's really good that this episode we get to end
agreeing with stuff, not disagreeing the whole time.

Speaker 2 (01:25:17):
Wow, I did say we're gonna start the prods agree
with each other. Okay, who knows, who knows what's to come?
Don't count those chickens. But yeah, I think Kyle Fletcher
needs to go as far. I would have Kyle win
the whole fucking thing personally, like, especially after what he did.
Will will ospray, I will spray. Being in the Owen

(01:25:38):
kind of complicates that a bit, but we'll see where
they go with that as the tournament rolls on. How
about let's go to the women's side, Mercedes Money versus
Julia Hart.

Speaker 3 (01:25:50):
Go Mercedes.

Speaker 2 (01:25:51):
You weren't supposed to go first.

Speaker 3 (01:25:53):
You skip my turn, thoughtfully thinking, oh I thought you
paused for me to answer. I'm so sorry for you.
Give me you get the next two first.

Speaker 2 (01:26:02):
Oh man, I'm also gonna go Mercedes Money on this one.
It's just it's it's just too early to lose, uh,
somebody with that much gold. And also it's just weird
to me. Looking at the owen Hart sings or the
bracket rather, I had Mercedes and Athena pegged for the finals,
but they're in the same side, so I'm very curious

(01:26:24):
as to how that you know, handles itself. Let's move on.
I'll kick start this one will Ospray versus Kevin Knight
in the owen Hart quarter final. I will go with
will Ospray with this one again just too hot to
trap but perhaps and Kevin Knight with a great debut
on AW Dynamite, great tag team match with him and Ospray.

Speaker 3 (01:26:45):
I'm going will Ospray obviously, I feel like obviously, I
feel like these are.

Speaker 2 (01:26:49):
Yeah with with AW brackets the earlier rounds, and it's
not even AW. I think with most brackets a lot
of times the earlier rounds will be a little bit
more on the predictable side. You can kind of just
tell who's gonna make it. Uh, Let's talk about the
Tag Team Championships. The Hurt Syndicate defending against Big Bill
and the Bounty Hunter Brian Keith of The Learning Tree Man.

(01:27:11):
I will kick start this one again and I'm going
with the Hurt Syndicate defending it. This is kind of
this is the beginning or we've seen the beginning of
the Hurt Syndicate transitioning into baby Face champions So this
will be the first heel team that we really see
them put the put the boots to, because after all,
they hurt people.

Speaker 3 (01:27:31):
I love this. I agree with you. It's a Hurt Syndicate.
I will say. I do love Brian Keith. I love
him so much. I think he's fantastic and I.

Speaker 2 (01:27:38):
Think big cast he's really grown.

Speaker 3 (01:27:40):
Really, he's really coming to his own. But yeah, I'm
going the Hurt Syndicate as well.

Speaker 2 (01:27:46):
Yeah, uh T and T Championship. Daniel Garcia defending against
Adam Cole Baby.

Speaker 3 (01:27:52):
T and T. I know might, No you're not. Oh yeah, sorry,
sorry for turn. I think I'm gonna go Adam Colebabe
me too. Actually have fun little little pop when he wins.

Speaker 2 (01:28:09):
I think it might be an Adam Cole heel turn.
I might or we might be or that might be
coming up soon. But yeah, I do think Daniel Garcia's
time with this title has come to an end, and
I think Adam Cole is taking over. Daniel Garcia is
interesting to me. I feel like he should be farther along.
Granted he's TNT champion, so but but I don't know.

(01:28:29):
I just feel like he was bigger when he was
doing his stuff with Brian Daniels. He was bigger when
they wanted him to leave Jericho.

Speaker 3 (01:28:37):
So super funny. I confused Daniel Garcia with Ricky Saints
all the time. If one of them comes on the screen,
I'm like, Oh, it's Daniel Garcia. Wait, that's really no.
They don't really look alike, but there's just something about
both of them that are very similar to me, and
I confuse him interesting all the time, all the time.
Like you said Daniel Garcia and I'm like, wasn't that
Ricky Stark's name on? And I was like, oh, They're

(01:28:57):
completely different people, not even the same race, not even
the same This is my life now. Yeah. That's like
when that lady, a lady during Super Bowl asked me
who the guy handing ice cream was the famous person.
I said, Oh, that's o Jo Sinko. She said who's that.
I said, oh, he's a football player, and she goes, oh,
I think you're wrong. I think it's Bruno Mars, and

(01:29:19):
I'm like, Bruno Mars does not look like o Jo Cinco.
I was like, they're completely nope, nope, nope, and she
was convinced it was Bruno Mars and I.

Speaker 2 (01:29:27):
Was like, cool, that's silly woman.

Speaker 3 (01:29:29):
Yeah, go ahead, Sorry, I digress.

Speaker 2 (01:29:31):
We've got our ROH title up for grabs. Title versus
mask match Chris Jericho defending against Bandido. Because of the
fact that this match is happening on an AEW pay
per view and not a Ring of Honor show, I
one hundred percent believe that the Ring of Honor Championship
is changing hands. Chris Jericho is losing, Bandido will win.

Speaker 3 (01:29:53):
Literally what I was just gonna say. I was like, yep,
because it's not ro OH, it's yep. That's what I
think too. I think Bandido is winning.

Speaker 2 (01:29:59):
And I to hear myself complaining already about Bandido. We're
just also not appearing on.

Speaker 3 (01:30:06):
R OH. Well, we have an r O H. We
have the r O H champion always on r O H,
and that is Athena.

Speaker 2 (01:30:13):
Is Athena, That's right. I really hope she comes out
on top of the Owen Heart like her. Losing to
Mercedes would be such a bummer, especially since it's not
even the finals that they would face each other. Uh,
let's get into the Trios Championship up for grabs. The
Death Riders taken on Rated f t R. F t
R has been headed towards a split or a turn

(01:30:38):
or something for a while there they are not clicking
or connecting. Uh. They've even said that listen, I'll win
these titles with you, but afterwards we gotta talk.

Speaker 3 (01:30:49):
I hate doing this because you know I love FTR,
but I gotta go Death Riders.

Speaker 2 (01:30:53):
Yeah, yeah, I'm going to Death Riders. Also, as as
I did mention, it just seems like Rated f TR
is falling apart. I think either FTR is finally going
their separate ways.

Speaker 3 (01:31:05):
Uh.

Speaker 2 (01:31:05):
And I know it seems like Dax might be the heel,
but Cash has been big questionable too. I can't tell.
From the last week, it seemed like Dax it would
be the one who turns on Cash. I could also
see them both just kind of pulling a new day
and turning on Edge and just deciding, we thought you
thought we were gonna split, but really we're best friends.

Speaker 3 (01:31:25):
We're just heels now, We're not just smart, we're helmut.

Speaker 2 (01:31:30):
Yes, and then the theme song hits as soon as
they lay they lay edge out with a spike pile driver. Yes,
all right, let's talk about the International Championship. Your favorite
type of match a triple threat move. So I'll be honest, Danielle,
You're probably gonna love this match. These guys are too good,
not too Speedball Mike Bailey and Ricochet challengeing Kenny Omega
for his International Championship.

Speaker 3 (01:31:52):
Yeah.

Speaker 2 (01:31:52):
I am gonna go with Kenny retaining. But something about
Ricochet like like I don't know, like like it feels
like they've been doing such a good job of pushing
and staying consistent with Ricochet, and if Kenny Omega beats them,
then I feel like we just get Ricochet and Speedball
having their own feud, which would be great. I mean,

(01:32:12):
insert that in my veins, but it doesn't get Ricochet
any closer to gold. But I'm still going with Kenny
because this is a short rain and I can't.

Speaker 3 (01:32:19):
Tell I agree with all that except I feel for
some reason, speed Yeah, I think it's the other way.
If it's gonna be, I think Kenny retains, but I
wouldn't be surprised if it was Speedball.

Speaker 2 (01:32:33):
I love Mike, He's so good he did just get there.
I mean, that's a hot way to sick start his
time there. Yeah, so good. Speaking of so good, back
to timeless Tony Storm, we go as she defends her
Women's World Championship against Megan Bain. Bain has been just
unstoppable since entering this company, really presented as an ultimate beast.

(01:32:58):
Who do you got here, Danielle.

Speaker 3 (01:33:00):
I gotta even though Megan's been such a beast, I
feel like Tony's gonna retain. I feel like she needs
to hold it a little bit longer. So I'm going
Tony on this one.

Speaker 2 (01:33:09):
Yeah. We're just so fresh into Tony coming back and
reclaiming the title. It would wild, Yeah, it would be
wild if she just got like beasted by Megan Bain
and then we had to see another comeback story of hers.
But I don't know. And I also kind of questioned
aw feeding Baine to their champions so quick, considering how

(01:33:31):
unbeatable she's really come across, and and like it's even
like Tony has even appeared phased. So I do feel
like there's a small chance that they do say fuck it,
let's just create a monster with Bane. Tony Storm will
be fine. We can continue this story another way, but
I'm also going with Tomas Tony Storm. I think I
think they gotta they gotta stick with her, and this

(01:33:52):
is gonna be a big win for ae W World
Heavyweight Championship Online. John Mack of The Death Riders versus
Swerb Strickland Uh. The most interesting development in this entire
feud happened in the backstage area on Wednesday, and it
involved Swerb and Hangman, where Hangman is screaming at Swerve

(01:34:18):
telling him, Hey, do you really think I forgot? Do
you really I promised you you'd see This is a promise, Danielle.
What Hangman made us, Swerve was a promise, not his dream.
Remember I swore to you that you would never become
World every cheap Again you thought I was just gonna
let it happen. And then they go back and forth. Listen,
you broke into my home, you burned down my house.

(01:34:39):
You deserved it. I know. Wait what'd you say to me?
I said, I know.

Speaker 3 (01:34:43):
Dude, this is this, I'm this. This was like drama.
This was dramatic. This is like why can't we get
stuff like this all the time? From aw? No matter
how much shit people talk about any moments like this
are insane. It was like it it was dramatic cine
because I was watching it because it's not company doing
it right. It was dramatic cinema. I was like, holy,

(01:35:07):
I was like taken back. I was like whoa when
he was like I know, and he's just like frazzled.
He's like what he's like, would you just say?

Speaker 2 (01:35:12):
What I'm saying is like I can watch this and see,
like you can see Hangman and Swerve working on Oh,
they developed this blood feud, they developed the heat, and
now they've taken us all the way to hear like,
once again, I'm coming in extremely ignorant. I don't know
shit that goes on backstage, But I'm not quick to
give Tony or aw as a company the credit for

(01:35:33):
for moments and stories like this. I think this is
these guys. This is Hangman understanding his character and what
he would do, Swerve upstanding his character. And also this
is the most I think anyone has cared about this
death Writer story in a while, because now we're looking
at it and we're like, holy shit, it's gonna be
Swerve and Hangman coming together to stop the Death Writers

(01:35:55):
that's how this finally happens. They're about to become a unit.
I say that all to say that I do, in
fact believe Swerve Strickland will be our new aw World champion.
But I'm like sixty five, like maybe even sixty two.
It's not like I'm not heavy convinced, because I also
think they might try to stretch this out where Moxley

(01:36:15):
beats Swerve due to help from the Death Riders, proving
once again that as a group they're unstoppable by one man,
and that of course gets us to Hangman and Swerve
uniting to stop the Death Riders. You know, it'd be
one thing, Like I do think Swerve beating this could
somehow reignite the Death Riders and there could still be
more to come, and that's why Hangman and Swerve would reunite.

(01:36:38):
But seeing Hangmanutes we reunite as Swerve is championed, I
don't know, Like that almost feels like something that I
can't see seeing Hangmnutes were reunite against Moxley and the
Death Riders while Moxley's still champion, while they're all still
champions actually, and then maybe even us getting a match
where Hangman and Swerve are competing against Moxley for the
title in the same match. You know, right it's having

(01:37:00):
trouble figuring out when they pull the trigger and who
pulls the trigger. But right now I've got to go
with it. I gotta go swerve strict when it's our
new chance.

Speaker 3 (01:37:08):
So I was gonna go swerve until you said all
that stuff. And now I'm one hundred percent convinced that
it's Moxley, even though I wanted to be. No, we've
agreed on every single match.

Speaker 2 (01:37:16):
No, I just mean, of course, this is what I do.
I talk. I talk every time I played Devil's Advocate
for Nobody, just every ratch.

Speaker 3 (01:37:27):
I was like, yeah, yeah, you're right, and I was like, oh,
so funny. I'm picking Swerve too, And as you finish,
I was like nope.

Speaker 2 (01:37:33):
I was like, Boxley, let me give you every scenario
possible and we're done. Dude.

Speaker 3 (01:37:41):
WrestleMania is right around the corner. WrestleMania crazy, right around
the corner. It's friggin insane. But I'm looking forward to this.
This pl to night or paper This is a paper
view tomorrow. Tomorrow.

Speaker 2 (01:37:51):
You can watch aw Collision tonight where some of these
people will be participating.

Speaker 3 (01:37:56):
My brain doesn't know days of the week anymore. I'm
just like, what day is it. I'm like, oh, it's
a day that ends in day. That's all I know. Like,
I don't know anything anymore. You don't, al right, follow
