Speaker 1 (00:01):
Lady said, gentlemen, the best wrestling podcast around hosted by
Brady and Dan.

Speaker 2 (00:10):
Yell you mom up to your living room. It's the
best podcast to listen to morning even after than Lunia Claver,
Black Girl and a Juke talked up about wrestling.

Speaker 1 (00:20):
They do it twenty four seven because they love to
speak on it every week. That's why they your best friends.

Speaker 3 (00:26):
And they're bad or again for some wrestlings.

Speaker 2 (00:29):
So sit back, relaxed time for him, Mamma. Ladies and gentlemen,
fans and friends, we are back on once again. I
am the Custodian of Charisma. I'm the Optimologist of optimism.

(00:49):
She is the Sultan of sarcasm and the Sorceress of sass.
I am the ghost, she is the coat. I am Brady.
She is Danielle.

Speaker 4 (00:58):
Together, we are the best best friends in all the land.

Speaker 2 (01:02):
Together, we are the heal marks Head. We are coming
to you. We're next to each other. We are actually
together for this episode.

Speaker 4 (01:14):
Danielle just got back to New York this week from
her WrestleMania adventure.

Speaker 2 (01:21):
She's gonna tell us all about it. We're gonna talk
about everything, WrestleMania, everything, NXT though WrestleMania fallout is in
full effect. New champions, newish superstars showing up, a whole lot.

Speaker 4 (01:37):
To talk about, so much to talk about, Daniel, it
feels weird. I'm like looking at you at the screen.

Speaker 3 (01:45):
You've just moved over.

Speaker 2 (01:47):
I can't move over a tag because I got a
puppy right here. Actually, no, let's see if I can
get rid of that. Hold on. I don't think I.

Speaker 3 (01:56):
Can look this space right here.

Speaker 2 (02:00):
No, I hide it that comes up. I don't know
how to get rid of that. But anyway, will there's
a puppy here. Yeah, so I don't have the space
to so.

Speaker 5 (02:08):
Yeah, WrestleMania was exhausting and fun was It was a
big exciting weekend.

Speaker 3 (02:14):
I saw some people. I saw Queen of the Ring.
I saw her. She's on like no sleep. I think
she got like three hours of sleep the whole weekend.

Speaker 2 (02:20):
She's working crazy, work crazy.

Speaker 5 (02:22):
I'm so proud of her. Yeah, it was really exciting.
I went with our friend Deb you know d hydraate.

Speaker 3 (02:29):
I did keep her hydrated.

Speaker 2 (02:31):
You didn't keep yourself hyden.

Speaker 5 (02:32):
I did not keep myself hydrated. I tried and it
did not succeed. It needs to be mutual hydration, cried
very hard, and I just it was it was rough.

Speaker 3 (02:42):
I love Vegas, it was rough. It was a lot.
I didn't We didn't do as many shows as.

Speaker 5 (02:48):
We normally do, like I like, we usually do like twelve.

Speaker 2 (02:52):
Shows, but that's like always, so it's too much. It's
a lot, like eventually our brain will be fried and
we'll realize that in the middle of a show and
it's like, oh god.

Speaker 5 (03:00):
We We did five shows total from Thursday to Monday, I.

Speaker 2 (03:04):
Mean includes the WrestleManias, including.

Speaker 5 (03:07):
Theres the United State. So we did one show Thursday night,
which was blood Sport. We did Joe Janelle's Spring Break
on Friday, and then we did NXT at nine thirty
in the morning on Saturday, and then WrestleMania that night,
which was at three thirty. The good thing about that,
I will say is it ends at eight o'clock because
it's a three hour difference, so it ends so WrestleMania
ends at eight o'clock, not midnight.

Speaker 3 (03:29):
You know.

Speaker 2 (03:29):
Yeah. I actually thought that was like, I like that
that had to be cool, like assuming you're not just
completely tired because you did I.

Speaker 3 (03:38):
Mean, we weren't tired. We weren't as bad, but eight.

Speaker 2 (03:41):
O'clock still kind of early. Yeah, you could go out
have a drink, you could still we.

Speaker 5 (03:45):
Can't a little bit, yeah, yeah, and we weren't like
so exhausted because usually we would have crammed another show
in there, you know us. Like, so our show started
at eight o'clock, I think Thursday for Blood Sports, that's
our eight o'clock and we were already up at like
six five in the morning to getting on our flight.

Speaker 3 (04:02):
So that was a long day, Like we were up
almost twenty four hours.

Speaker 2 (04:05):
Like.

Speaker 5 (04:05):
It was one of those moments where deb was like,
I don't know if I can go out after the show,
and I was like, dude, we're not going out after
the show.

Speaker 3 (04:11):
I was like, don't worry, it's okay. But it was
a lot of fun.

Speaker 5 (04:17):
I miss going to indie shows a lot because like
we don't have that many here anymore, like the ones
I really love, like Evolve was a big.

Speaker 2 (04:23):
One to All Shine Shine, Yeah.

Speaker 3 (04:28):
So it was really fun.

Speaker 5 (04:30):
Blood Sport was interesting because I've never been to a
show where it's just all basically technical wrestling.

Speaker 3 (04:36):
It's technical grappling. It's not really like high flying.

Speaker 5 (04:39):
Because there's no ropes, right, there's no ropes, which I've
seen a match like that, but I've never seen an.

Speaker 3 (04:45):
Entire show revolve around that.

Speaker 5 (04:47):
So it was really interesting to watch because it really
shows people's capability of wrestling, and it's really fun to watch, and.

Speaker 4 (04:54):
Its very cool presented as something like its own, yes,
and it's rare to do that in an industry that's
been around as long as professional wrestling, Like you've seen
so many different variations of things, but they have created
their own thing.

Speaker 2 (05:11):
Obviously, all I saw was online but seeing Killer Cross,
rather they called him.

Speaker 5 (05:16):
He announced him as Killer Cross, which I thought was
really awesome. I think he came out as Carrying Cross,
but then ring announcer didn't announce him as Killer Cross,
did it.

Speaker 2 (05:24):
Underneath the taper said carrying Oh.

Speaker 3 (05:27):
It's a carry, yeah, but he introduced it to Killer Cross.

Speaker 2 (05:30):
And then while we're talking about Killer Cross, and.

Speaker 4 (05:33):
Unfortunately we'll only have a little bit of a reason
to talk about him, wrestle many related So real quick,
let's talk about the kind of shoot ish promo.

Speaker 2 (05:42):
He cut in like that Sam Roberts interview, and the
brilliance of it is that when he starts off and.

Speaker 6 (05:50):
He's he's just rage, you know, he sits down, just pissed,
like he's giving Sam Roberts shit, like he's coming in yeah,
coming super hot.

Speaker 2 (06:01):
And then like in the beginning, he's talking about storyline stuff,
you know, are you happy AJ lost? Are you happy?
Blah blah blah.

Speaker 4 (06:09):
But then he talks about real shit and at the
end of it pointed me bring it up is he says,
here's a message from Killer Cross.

Speaker 2 (06:19):
Yo.

Speaker 3 (06:19):
He's yeah.

Speaker 5 (06:21):
What's really great about him is I know when they
were trying to push him in NXT, it was kind
of falling flat a little bit and then he got hurt, right,
if I remember correctly.

Speaker 2 (06:30):
No XT push was smashing success. He was the champ.
Everyone loved him. In fact, in an interview he did recently,
he was talking.

Speaker 4 (06:41):
About how good it feels that people are talking to
him about how AJ he liked his program with AK,
like his match, and he's happy about the work. It's
not an interview actually, it's the documentary Cardona yea videographer,
did for him at GCW.

Speaker 2 (06:57):
But he spoke about how for the past, you know, years,
all people would talk to him about was his NXT
run because it was the top that they saw him.
It was the last time they saw him. He used
and get the strap and then they used that a
positive way.

Speaker 4 (07:12):
Uh So, now he's kind of got a resurgence that's
not been manufactured by w DOT or even barely assisted.

Speaker 2 (07:19):
By w W Is this mine? No? Is this mine? Yep? Okay,
it's barely been assisted by w WE. It's really just
and it's so it's it's weird because.

Speaker 4 (07:32):
In my mind it happened right after AOP got released,
and kind of.

Speaker 5 (07:37):
I would say that because they tried to put them
with AOP and he was it wasn't working.

Speaker 3 (07:40):
And it was it sucked because like we've watched him
and when it was.

Speaker 5 (07:43):
Still impact, like we watched Killer Across and we liked
Killer Across a lot. I know, you have a little
gripe with him because he pretended to be a bald
man's he had he had the trigger, were bambed hoodwinked.
You were hoodwinked by him, and he is.

Speaker 2 (07:57):
This And I hate being hoodwinked. Everybody knows that.

Speaker 3 (07:59):
Everybody knows that who does like being hoodwinked?

Speaker 5 (08:03):
But I love this what he's doing and he seems
like the more invested. It's been this like Papa h
run Is you really see that this guy is a
guy that's really loved by the people he works with
and like very respected even in blood Sports. Right before
Bloodspot went on, they were all facing the camera and
he like cut a promo saying how thankful he is

(08:25):
to be here, and he did like all this wonderful
stuff and you could just tell like, even though he
is a WWE talent, there there is a line of
respect for him there. Like it was so nice to
see how over he was during his match and it
wasn't just because he was a w W talent, it
was because people love him.

Speaker 2 (08:42):
It reminded me of when we were at GCW and Hammerstein.

Speaker 3 (08:46):
Watching Tom Pika Pascock.

Speaker 2 (08:49):
What's his it's Bishop Dyer.

Speaker 3 (08:52):
Yeah, but he was a Bishop DIYer then he's still
Tom Baron Corbyn.

Speaker 2 (08:54):
Is right exactly.

Speaker 4 (08:56):
People don't but seeing him get the great response at GW,
real felt so happy that he's been accepted the way
he has.

Speaker 2 (09:04):
Same with Killer Cross, Carring Cross And to go back
to the shoe promo he cut like he has been
a real shit about the fact where he says and
then he's essentially saying I'm talking.

Speaker 4 (09:15):
To the guy in the truck in the suit. If
that's triple ah, if it's not, he's certainly allowing us
to let our mind wander.

Speaker 2 (09:25):
He's certainly allowing us to think, Hey, who could this
guy be that has all this power and decision making.
But when he's saying, I didn't ask to wrestle Randy,
I never asked for it. They asked for it. It
happened organically, and you.

Speaker 4 (09:40):
Ignored it for a viral moment. And nothing against Joe,
I take nothing from him, but you ignored it.

Speaker 2 (09:45):
Yeah, And then.

Speaker 5 (09:47):
Because that was pretty much the first one that everyone
was thinking of. Besides I think that Nick Alvis was
a little.

Speaker 2 (09:52):
Bit too well. It's also a thing where before that,
And I don't know if they're still doing it.

Speaker 4 (09:57):
We haven't really heard the murmurs, but that might be strategy.
But if you go back a month maybe two, when
Dominic first started talking about who we want a new member,
a lot of us I one hundred cent remember saying
it real quick. Somebody asked me to live and I
was like, oh, carry cross would makes sense.

Speaker 2 (10:13):
And then naturally and organically.

Speaker 4 (10:16):
Other wrestling fans start coming to the same conclusion where
all of a.

Speaker 2 (10:19):
Sudden next view or two, everyone's like, oh, carry across.

Speaker 4 (10:22):
Because once again, and this was right around the time
AOP had just got released. He's left without a stable again,
but he had been doing great work with New Day,
with Sammy and everything.

Speaker 5 (10:32):
I think there was I think that was when you
were like, Danielle, if you had to pick somebody who
wouldn't be And when I said, Kirie and Crossing were.

Speaker 2 (10:38):
Like, no, that's right. Yeah I didn't think you werena. Yeah,
so I could surprise you that but yeah, so so
and like and so that's another thing. And once again
we've kind of seen We don't know if there's a
new member or not, but either way, I'd be very
surprised if it was cross because they've kept him involved
with other things, whether it's the A J feud, whether

(11:00):
the thing with.

Speaker 3 (11:00):
Say just keep him. They keep him in the loop
and then to keep him.

Speaker 2 (11:04):
He's the devil everything.

Speaker 3 (11:05):
I should say, he's.

Speaker 5 (11:06):
Keeping himself relevant. I don't want to say they he's
keeping and he's killing it.

Speaker 2 (11:12):
It was.

Speaker 3 (11:12):
It was funny too.

Speaker 5 (11:13):
At the show there's like a box seats because you
know it's a theater, especially so in the box seats
on the right are all like talents like significant others
or friends and stuff. So like Scarlett was there, I'm
pretty sure Bailey was there for Shana and Natty. Like
there was a bunch of people, a lot of right

(11:35):
the next a lot of the X people there. Jade
was there, Yeah, yeah, that's Cordiate. Like a bunch of
those women were there and it was nice to see.

Speaker 2 (11:44):
Like Scarlet, Walter Houser, Yeah, Paul alter Howser. Yeah.

Speaker 3 (11:48):
So like there's a guy next to me. He kept
zooming in on all of them, and deb was like
what was he. I'm like, well, there's an XT talent
up there.

Speaker 5 (11:53):
I was like, there's Woe people up there, because like
I was like, I was the scarlets up there for
I was like for Killer Cross right that it was
really interesting to watch, like I said, without the ropes,
Like it's a really interesting fun way of watching it.
And I think if you're not that into wrestling, it's
hard to fop. I don't want to say hard to follow,
but technical wrestling is very quiet, Like no, there's not

(12:16):
these big, big moments like high flying stuff where you're like,
oh shit, they're still like, oh shits when you're hitting
hard because they hit hard.

Speaker 3 (12:22):
And stuff like that.

Speaker 5 (12:23):
So it's really interesting to watch because it's almost like
a respect level where everyone's quiet because they're trying to
watch and kind of like Japan. Yeah, so it was
really that was a really fun match to watch. Natty
like Natty's recept like the reception she got.

Speaker 3 (12:39):
I was surprised because I.

Speaker 2 (12:41):
Know, I love the new nickname, the low key legend.

Speaker 3 (12:44):
I loved it.

Speaker 5 (12:45):
She came in with like her her little intro and
then it was mixed with killing in the name. Yeah,
against that was fucking so good. She came in with
such fire and and she was just beating the.

Speaker 3 (12:55):
Shit out of her opponent. She was like giving her
the finger, and I remember people were tweeting or and
being like where was this Natty and w W. I'm
like they would never.

Speaker 4 (13:03):
Let her do right, and that's and that's what's frustrating.
And and then it's when you see Triple H allowing
talent like Shana, like Cross like Natty to go and
a lot of w W. When Triple H sends Amas
over to Japan and he becomes the Noah Tag Team Champion,
and does an awesome job, and then they have him
come back for no reason so he cannot use them.

(13:25):
You're kind of like, okay, wait a minute, Like eventually
it gets to a thing where you know what certain
people are capable of, where you choose.

Speaker 2 (13:32):
Not to like for certain points.

Speaker 4 (13:35):
Like it's just it's if hell, I'm getting ahead of
myself a little.

Speaker 2 (13:40):
Bit, and we will get to it in full.

Speaker 4 (13:42):
But if you look at the tag t match that
just happened on SmackDown, the lad of TLC match.

Speaker 2 (13:50):
And and like, don't tell me you didn't know these
guys could do this. Don't tell me you didn't know
you were setting them up to give us a banger.
And don't get me wrong, I understand that if it
was a wrestlmator, they would not have gotten thirty minutes.
They got no commercials.

Speaker 3 (14:03):
And also we.

Speaker 5 (14:04):
Also understand that because Days New Days are vets, like
you wanted to put a spot with them at WrestleMania.

Speaker 3 (14:10):
Like we get it.

Speaker 5 (14:11):
But like, if I had to pick between the two
tag titles, like that was the one I would have
picked for WrestleMania, not the New Day in the war means.

Speaker 2 (14:17):
And it's one of those things where if you're committing
to New Day war Raiders because of the respect load
for New.

Speaker 4 (14:23):
Day or because you feel like the war Raiders have
earned it you just want to get them on, or
just even because I remember last time I.

Speaker 2 (14:29):
Said, I thought maybe they did it simply because.

Speaker 4 (14:31):
SmackDown kind of because remember they had an original tag
team match that got us to this one, And I
was like, okay, well, SmackDown top part of WRESTLINGIA Weekend
Raw is separate, so they'll give the Raw tag team
championships there. But it's one of those things where then
you should have made making that program like like a winner, like.

Speaker 2 (14:53):
A talking point.

Speaker 4 (14:56):
It was easily the match that people cared the least
about from the entire weekend three shows NXT and both
nights of WrestleMania being.

Speaker 5 (15:04):
There, I could tell you that was definitely and I
hate using the run, but that was the Pea break right,
and and I love all four of the men in
that ring, Like I love the war Raiders and I'm
happy they were TED champions, and I love New Day
and I love this heel gimmick of New Day.

Speaker 2 (15:17):
But like it wasn't a real few.

Speaker 3 (15:19):
It wasn't a real few it was kind of just
just new.

Speaker 4 (15:23):
They had been doing their random thing, popping in, popping out,
doing something, doing nothing, and then eventually, like over the
last month, almost as if WWB just randomly decided.

Speaker 2 (15:34):
Oh yeah, let's get it. Yeah it was then they're
just talking a Pierce we need to.

Speaker 5 (15:38):
That was definitely the match that like people were like, Oh,
we'll get food, I'm gonna go to the bathroom.

Speaker 3 (15:43):
I'm gonna do this.

Speaker 2 (15:44):
Also, even if the story was better, let's be real,
a standard two or two tag match compared to a
TLC match with three teams the caliber of three profits
Dy and Motor City machine gun.

Speaker 5 (15:55):
Correct, Like, the Motiva City machine guns are finally in
ww and they don't get a Wrestlemandium right, Like that's
bonkers to me, right, and they're not on the card
for WrestleMania.

Speaker 3 (16:05):
That's weird to me.

Speaker 2 (16:06):
But it's also it's one of those things where with
this match, you also like the storytelling for this feud,
the work all the.

Speaker 4 (16:16):
Tag teams have been doing to keep that division so
exciting and so fresh.

Speaker 2 (16:20):
With like it.

Speaker 4 (16:22):
I think I could be wrong, maybe it bleeds into
twenty twenty four, but I feel like within twenty twenty five,
we've seen MotorCity Machine, Goes as Champs, d I Y Champs,
and now Street Rappers.

Speaker 2 (16:31):
Yes, so I.

Speaker 4 (16:32):
Believe all three of these teams pretty sure they rated
the belts without it necessarily feeling like you know, a
like an eye roll.

Speaker 2 (16:40):
Oh, they just keep handing it out like no they did.

Speaker 3 (16:43):
They're going after each other and they're like, no, this
is my title.

Speaker 5 (16:46):
Yeah, and they and they want to It's not even
that they want to take the titles just to have
the title. They want to take the titles from the
tag team that currently had them. There's like it's almost
like a blood feudal yus, like they're.

Speaker 2 (16:56):
All against each other and all three had a chip
on their should there. All three were out to prove
and Angelo Dawkins said it in a post show interview
about how we gave everyone a reason to say we
should have put them on Mania, that leaving them off
Mania was a mistake, but it's okay because we got
these were the best tag team and we showed them.

(17:18):
So yeah, they absolutely they all three teams showed why
they deserved a may I want to.

Speaker 5 (17:24):
Just go back to Bloodspory and yeah, of course the
match of the night. It was the match of the
weekend until I got to NXT Stand and Deliver. But
I will say Jonathan Grisham and Zach Saber Junior fucking
killed it. Like this this match, Like if anybody has
the time and finds it somewhere, please watch this match,
because like jon and Grisham is very short and stacked,

(17:45):
and and Zac Junior is tall and thin. They were
just knocking each other off, Like they just kept knocking
each other out of the ring, and like I think
the rules with that is you get a certain amount
account and then like you're automatically I forgot then I
think it's twenty But like they were so hard hitting
and like there was so much offense going back and
forth and so much defense. Like at one point, Zach

(18:06):
Saber Junior kicked John than Grisham out of the ring
that I thought he snapped his neck, like he literally
went back short like that out of the ring. Like
it was such a phenomenal match, And like our friend
deb is like obsessed with Zach Saber Junior, so we
got to she was like waiting for that match, and
I was like, this match did not disappoint.

Speaker 3 (18:23):
It was hard hitting.

Speaker 5 (18:24):
It was technical because you know, he's a technical master,
and so is Jonathan Grisherm.

Speaker 3 (18:28):
People don't give Jonathan Grisham enough guard in mind, he's
so fucking good. He's a beast. It was one of
my favorite matches obviously, and so we got to stand
in deliver and.

Speaker 5 (18:38):
Then we got to see Zach Saber Junior again for
joe Janelle's spring break, so dev was very happy we
got to see him two days in a row.

Speaker 3 (18:45):
And he was wearing.

Speaker 5 (18:46):
Orange, which is her favorite color, so she was very
excited that he was wearing. Joey Janella's was a little
for you know, pun intended cluster fucky. It was a
little all over the place.

Speaker 3 (18:57):
It was fun.

Speaker 5 (18:58):
The main event match was Saboo versus Joey Janella and
the rope was barbed wire and there was barbed wire
like things everywhere. Saboo got caught very early in a barboire.

Speaker 2 (19:10):
I don't know if he was supposed to, but he
did lips I saw.

Speaker 3 (19:14):
Yeah, it was. It was chaos. It was very sloppy
and chaotic, but fun and chaotic.

Speaker 5 (19:19):
And then like it was very funny because I messaged
you and I said, Brady how long do you think
this match is going to be?

Speaker 3 (19:27):
And you were like seventeen minutes.

Speaker 5 (19:28):
I said, okay, I'm gonna time it seventeen minutes on
the note the dot, I literally was.

Speaker 2 (19:36):
Like seventeen minutes. And I sent you that text back
so fast.

Speaker 3 (19:40):
Like I was just kind of like, let's see, Yeah,
you were just like seventeen minutes.

Speaker 5 (19:44):
And I mean five minutes of it was Sandman coming
and walking around pouring beer in everybody's mouth.

Speaker 4 (19:51):
Five minutes was going to be spent on like one
of them or both of them, like bleeding or like any.

Speaker 2 (19:57):
Right, so I'm like's gonna.

Speaker 3 (19:58):
Get a lot of It wasn't necessarily a good match.
It was just messy, like it was all over the place,
but it was fun. I love joe Janella.

Speaker 5 (20:04):
I think Joey Janella is a gem when it comes
to the indie scene. I think he gives so many
people opportunities. I feel like because of Joey Janella, we
saw MJF. Because of m JF, we really got to
see Ethan Page a lot to shine. Not taking away
from Evolve, but like you remember that thing with him
and Joey with Ethan Page, where if Ethan Page loss.
He had to he had to book the Clusterfuck. So,
like I feel like Joe Janella gives so many wrestlers

(20:27):
opportunities from his indie shows that like I really respect you,
he doesn't.

Speaker 3 (20:34):
I think he does. I think he's wonderful for the
independent community. Like he always gives people shots.

Speaker 5 (20:41):
He always will put his body on the line first
to get somebody over, like Okay, maybe he'll win, but
he made someone else look like a fucking star.

Speaker 3 (20:49):
And even after he'll always get on the mic and
give like he No, I wasn't. No, that was the Clusterfuck.
The Clusterfuck was its own show. Oh that was after
me on? Was that after Mania on Saturday? Or was
the show after that?

Speaker 5 (21:04):
We were so tired, Like at Thursday, we were up
twenty four hours, like we were like.

Speaker 3 (21:08):
We gotta go to bed. Like I was like, it's okay.

Speaker 5 (21:11):
I was like it's fine because I didn't want to
overexert ourselves either because we had so much to do.

Speaker 3 (21:15):
Saturday was the rough day. But yeah, but then we
went into NXT. I will say going into NXT.

Speaker 5 (21:21):
At nine thirty in the morning the first like the
pre show match, like you could tell people were tired,
like it's nine thirty in the morning.

Speaker 3 (21:29):
We're trying to.

Speaker 2 (21:30):
Get excited, so hold on, do be a quick favorite,
though I do want you to save your NXT lives. Sfore,
when we get to xc.

Speaker 3 (21:37):
OH, I thought we were at no right now.

Speaker 2 (21:39):
I want to talk. I want to get right into
the needy, greedy, the meat potatoes from WrestleMania and the fallout.
I want to get into it everyone's talking about. So
let's get into the way Wrestlemanian Night too closed. People
not happy with this to set the table real quick.

Speaker 4 (21:57):
For my viewing experience, not at the show, I was
watching with my two roommates who were not wrestling fans.

Speaker 2 (22:03):
I actually been watching with another friend who was also
not a wrestling fan. Came back and watched the.

Speaker 4 (22:06):
Main event with my roommates, literally told them what was
gonna happen. I told them the smatch was gonna be slow,
and they probably were and enjoy the beginning of it,
but I told them it was being done deliberately to
kind of you know, wheel the crowd in. I'm like
he and eventually my rumors were like this, this kind
of sucks.

Speaker 2 (22:24):
Why is like? Why is nothing happened. I'm like, they're
doing it in a purpose, they want a toy with you.
I was wrong. It just wasn't that good.

Speaker 5 (22:31):
I think I think people wanted it where John Cena
was like I'm ruining wrestling, all right, I'm gonna.

Speaker 3 (22:35):
Make it, but also like, yeah, you're ruining wrestling. But
now I'm bored.

Speaker 5 (22:39):
Yeah, and it's like, I will say, I'm gonna give
kudos to myself before we start getting into the nitty
gritty John Cena coming out with just a black screen
of white lettering and a black shirt. Like I said,
I was like, he's not coming out as pretty bebels.
This man is coming out and just black. I was like,
nothing's gonna possible.

Speaker 3 (22:55):
I fucking loved it. Yeah, I will say that that
match was very There was a lot.

Speaker 4 (23:01):
Of miss miss and well then I also explained I
was like, and also another thing is like this match
is gonna be like whatever, whatever happens here really doesn't
matter because the truth is this match is all about
setting up to the finish, and the finish is gonna
be And I told him like, Travis Scott's gonna come out, Uh,
He's gonna do some shit. And then probably the Rock
will come out too, and that'll be the big ending.

Speaker 5 (23:23):
I will say, I feel like maybe they should have
like pow out a little bit better for Travis Scott
coming out. I didn't want Traviscott to come out. He
came out when he was doing a Randy Orton entrance.
He was coming out way too slow and taking the
sweet time. But I will say, why are.

Speaker 3 (23:38):
You coming out when John Sene is already winning?

Speaker 2 (23:41):
The fact that yet No, that was the fact that
John Cena had the advantage at that moment, like he
was kind of in a power.

Speaker 4 (23:47):
Position, is right. That was weird, And so the timing
of that was weird. And then Sina looking so cocky.
You almost like thought, oh shit, did the Rock send.

Speaker 2 (23:56):
Travis to turn on Scena? Is he done with him? Cody?
How his soul? Are we getting a double turn?

Speaker 4 (24:02):
And you're kind of thinking, but then no, it's just
Travis Scott setting up to get a crossroads from Cody.

Speaker 5 (24:07):
And then also like, why wouldn't Cody just let Travis
hit him and then he would have got disqualified.

Speaker 3 (24:12):
Oh he's not, like he should have.

Speaker 2 (24:14):
Cody was so great, he was like you think God forgot,
you gave me a black guy.

Speaker 3 (24:20):
I have to say, no matter how many times I
see it, I do not like the Crossroads. It is
not a fun finisher for me. Every time I watch it,
I'm just like, I hate.

Speaker 2 (24:29):
That Trinity crush Roads the three.

Speaker 3 (24:31):
I don't like that.

Speaker 2 (24:32):
I don't mind the crush.

Speaker 3 (24:34):
I mean, I think you know what happened to with
this match.

Speaker 5 (24:37):
I mean we more almost likely even though I predicted
Cody to win, like obviously, as the show was progressing,
I'm like, scene is winning, Like this is just gonna
be a thing.

Speaker 3 (24:45):
It's gonna be exciting.

Speaker 5 (24:46):
The crowd was very mixed, and I'm not saying nobody
was booing Cody, but there was very Let's go see
a Sina socks.

Speaker 2 (24:52):
It was very pretty.

Speaker 3 (24:53):
That was most of the chance.

Speaker 4 (24:54):
There was no show crowd was booing Cody, and the
raw crowd was booing Cody for no reason.

Speaker 5 (24:59):
So so right, the rock crowd is the same. But
I will say I feel like because Night two was
so strong compared to Night one, that the ending was
just like PLoP like it was VISI.

Speaker 2 (25:14):
We we were talking about this recently because a W
is regularly guilty of this where great show that what which?

Speaker 3 (25:22):
Which show just happened?

Speaker 2 (25:23):
I forget that?

Speaker 3 (25:23):
Yeah, but there there.

Speaker 5 (25:25):
There pally just happened, and it was a great show
the entire time until that anyone, like.

Speaker 4 (25:31):
Right, I finished, And it's all about how you finished.
It's it's all about how you finished in all.

Speaker 3 (25:36):
Aspects of life. It's all about how you finished.

Speaker 5 (25:38):
Exactly like the fact that like you you they kept
like edging us and then just like stopped and went
to the bathroom.

Speaker 2 (25:49):
Exactly what about me? Now to this point, and I
was doing a raw watch along and somebody asked me
about it, and it was it was fresh and it
just happened, and I said, I'm like, I will. I
even told them tune in this weekend because I got
my tinfoil hat on for Danielle. Now granted by now
we're week removed practically, and this is not going to

(26:12):
be a hot take because you've heard it already before listeners.

Speaker 4 (26:16):
But my conspiracy theory and it's not crazy. Rock and
Triple H they don't fuck with each other. And something happened,
something happened this whole thing. And I said this before
the Rock showed up randomly on pat McAfee show when
he was not previously advertised, just popped up Tuesday morning.
I said it before Triple H was like kind of

(26:39):
like giving his weird explanations of like oh like and
then we see clips like, No, the fact of the
matter is The Rock did not tweet anything about WrestleMania,
not the entire weekend. Also, for anyone to tell me
that it's normal for The Rock to just be home watching.

Speaker 2 (26:57):
No, No, that's not normal.

Speaker 5 (26:58):
The Rock wouldn't come out with a fucking flamethrower for
no fucking reason and just was like, yeah, like no reason,
just to beyond WrestleMania.

Speaker 2 (27:06):
I mean, TKO gave him like thirty million, he's on
the board, he's the final boss. Like, it's not like
this is just a normal show. This and I.

Speaker 5 (27:15):
Never build up to and I never thought I would
say this, but I think if The Rock came out,
that would have saved the main mester.

Speaker 4 (27:20):
Well, no, because that's what Because they chose to build
to this match starting with.

Speaker 3 (27:25):
The Rock, with him selling it with John c S.

Speaker 4 (27:30):
And then with The Rock disappearing because that's what Rock does.
We're all saying, oh.

Speaker 2 (27:34):
He's gone because they want to surprise us when he
pops up again at WrestleMania. So Rock, so like something happened,
and I don't know what it is, but Rock, I think,
under normal circumstances would be there no matter what. But
especially with Stone Cold and Brett Hart receiving their award
or their induction.

Speaker 4 (27:55):
Brett mentioned that he's the first wrestler with three rings,
so they did get additional rings for their reduction. So
just as impactful as that he passed induction, you'd think
the Rock would be there for them, considering the respect
he has for both men, how close he is or
at least was with Steve and they work together. Also
Key pointing to pay attention to Triple H and I

(28:16):
don't know if there is a Guinness World record, but
I'm sure he broke it with his over an hour
Hall of Fame speech. This man thanked everybody he damn
near wrestled ever in his career.

Speaker 2 (28:27):
He thanked wrestlers more repeatedly. He thanked them all.

Speaker 1 (28:32):
He thanked the people that he works with, backstage, people
in the back office. The Rock fits in both of
those categories. He did not mention this man once, not once.

Speaker 5 (28:45):
Yeah, I just don't Yeah, it was weird, so there
has to be something.

Speaker 3 (28:50):
There's nothing rotten in the state of day.

Speaker 4 (28:51):
Like something's up, and then even with the rock coming
out and then kind of trying to escape, goat the
company on Tuesday on Pat McAfee show.

Speaker 2 (29:00):
Is so bizarre too, where he's basically like, oh, yeah,
they called me because Elimination Chamber tickets were low, so
they wanted me to boost it, so there was no plan.
I popped in to do that. But then I said,
all right, guys, I set you up. Now you guys
are on your own. And it's like, that sounds stupid,
That barely sounds like it'd be your idea, just for

(29:21):
no reason. And also that doesn't even sound like a.

Speaker 4 (29:24):
Good idea, Like you're telling me what you've said to
Triple H or whoever you're talking to, but why don't
you tell me what they said back, because under no circumstances,
just making you the focal point.

Speaker 2 (29:34):
Of the segment that starts this whole shit, having you
set the table for I want you to be my champion.
I want your soul, right, and then Sina seemingly takes
your offer, sells his soul to you, and now becomes champion.
He's not your champion.

Speaker 3 (29:52):
Yeah, it makes no sense.

Speaker 2 (29:54):
Nothing about it makes sense. And as I said, and right,
something happened. This was not the plan. Travis Scott was
fucking roped in because he was involved with the Rock thing.
Whether that's just because Travis Scott and w W are
working together, we've seen him come into jay USO's entrances.
There's certainly a partnership in this music. Or if that

(30:15):
was just something The Rock thought of last minute, like hey, Travis,
you come and punch coding the face, it'll be a
cool moment. I don't know, but it almost felt like
they It reminded me.

Speaker 4 (30:25):
Of obviously very different but when Shane McMahon injured himself
wrestling Mill and Snoop Dogg.

Speaker 2 (30:33):
Randomly had to come in and take care of business.
It was people's elbow looked ridiculous. It was fantastic, are
you kidding?

Speaker 3 (30:41):
Be helped Top ten.

Speaker 4 (30:42):
Wrestling, But it was clear like Okay, well this can't happen,
so Snoop you gotta step in. I feel like Travis
Scott might have been involved even if The Rock was
gonna do something, but it wouldn't have been like this.

Speaker 2 (30:57):
The long ass entrance, Travis Scott, where we're scratching our head,
why is this happening? Because that was going to be
The Rocks long ass entrance, which would have made sense
if it was The Rock Rock exactly.

Speaker 4 (31:09):
So I think for the most part Travis had to
play fill in here, not an easy role. And and yeah,
the it was faulty booking, and as I said, I
think it was beyond.

Speaker 2 (31:20):
Their control because of whatever happened between Triple H and
The Rock.

Speaker 4 (31:26):
These men never liked each other when they started. Triple
H is like, like, it's notoriously known that Triple H tried.
I think, like, I think I'm forgetting a story if
it was. I think Mark Henry like found out they
did something in The Rock and then told him and
was like, no, HBK. I thought, was like you the
one remember on Young Rock.

Speaker 5 (31:46):
He like insinuates that someone like tried to mess with him,
like tried to get him in trouble.

Speaker 2 (31:52):
I remember.

Speaker 4 (31:53):
But I always thought that was like Sean and Triple Ah.
I mean the streets talk about it as if back
then they were both very threatened by a Young Rock
coming in immediately winning the title. Second generation. This was
you know, second generations weren't born on trees back then.

Speaker 2 (32:09):
Now they're all over the place. But yeah, it's just
it's one of those things where no one will convince
me I'm wrong about this, and I don't think we'll
ever find out the truth.

Speaker 4 (32:19):
I don't think we'll ever actually find out what happened.
But something happened and and.

Speaker 5 (32:25):
Yeah, and it kind of and I kind of disappointed
the fans away, not the outcome.

Speaker 3 (32:29):
It was more so the match that, like.

Speaker 5 (32:31):
Up to that point, this was being a great wreffania,
like especially Night two.

Speaker 3 (32:35):
Night two was like the women came into Night two
like follow that.

Speaker 5 (32:39):
Yeah, like you know what I mean, Like and it
was really like it was just such good.

Speaker 3 (32:44):
The pacing was great.

Speaker 4 (32:45):
Like you're talking about the triple threat, I'm talking about
the triple match.

Speaker 2 (32:49):
Of the weekend second. Okay, Well here here's the funny thing,
because if you're saying second or third, and maybe I'm wrong,
but I gotta feel like your only you're talking about
triple threats or triple threat or threat.

Speaker 3 (33:06):
I know the weekend threats.

Speaker 5 (33:09):
Well, my my top three one of them Jonathan, Jonathan
Grisham and Zach Saber definitely the weekend. Yeah, this was
my This was my match of This is probably my
number two, two or three. I have to think really
about the other, but I know my number one.

Speaker 3 (33:29):
We'll get to that. But this, this matter.

Speaker 2 (33:31):
Like you're number one, is probably the match of the night.
But this was the best match of the night, if
that makes sense.

Speaker 5 (33:38):
Like like we'll get anyway, but this match, this match
was so good. I will say, I know we talked
about this. I hate when the champions don't come in last.

Speaker 3 (33:49):
They should come repeatedly.

Speaker 2 (33:52):
I don't know what's going on.

Speaker 3 (33:53):
I mean, I understand people love Mommy.

Speaker 2 (33:56):
I know they just had to be something to entrance.

Speaker 3 (34:00):
Wasn't that phenomenal?

Speaker 2 (34:02):
Yeah? And Charlotte's wasn't that crazy? Yeah? So was awesome? Right,
So in my mind I was trying to think.

Speaker 5 (34:09):
The only thing I could think with Tiffy's is because
they had to set up the boxes.

Speaker 3 (34:13):
Maybe they had that and then they had to transit.

Speaker 2 (34:15):
It was just easier to do that first.

Speaker 3 (34:18):
And then take them off really quick. Maybe while she
was coming. Maybe I don't know, but this match was
definitely amazing.

Speaker 5 (34:23):
I also noticed throughout WrestleMania a lot of people wearing
white Dom was wearing white, Leo was wearing white, Seth
was wearing white, wearing red, Live was wearing red.

Speaker 3 (34:34):
Aj Styles was wearing white. There was a few like
I kept naming.

Speaker 5 (34:37):
That, like white, white, white, everybody's wearing white. I would
never wear white.

Speaker 4 (34:40):
Inn I supposed to wear white after labor Day like
white whites.

Speaker 3 (34:44):
Well it's on labor Day.

Speaker 4 (34:45):
Yet it's always after labor day until labor Day happens.

Speaker 5 (34:51):
But yeah, one hundred percent, this match was absolutely amazing.
It was The storytelling in this match was so flawless.
It's like, obviously Bianca and Ripley, Bianca and Ria are
gonna be the demise. I know what, We're gonna be
the demise of each other. And he always gonna capitalize.
But Leo wasn't gonna take ship. Leo did not look

(35:12):
like a chump in this match. She fucking killed it.

Speaker 4 (35:14):
Leo was stand out like this match was very much
like the story was that Bianca Riha and as a result,
everybody else is overlooking Eo.

Speaker 2 (35:25):
So this story, this match was very much built built
around her shining.

Speaker 4 (35:31):
This was her crowning moment, and you know, Bianca and Rhea,
we're so happy to do this.

Speaker 5 (35:38):
A hundred persons, one hundred percent, because people have been
dying for that that Ria and Bianca match, and it's like, nope,
let's insert Eo here.

Speaker 3 (35:46):
Soleo can beat this ship out of both of you.

Speaker 2 (35:49):
Also deserves to be like like she deserves to be
in the same conversation that Riha and Beanca is, and
Ria and Bianca have inserted themselves in the same conversations
that Becky and Charlotte is and Bailey is there. As
far as I'm concerned, this.

Speaker 5 (36:02):
Was definitely a great storytelling in the aspect like Rhea
and Bianga kept foiling each other every time there was
a moment to get tapped, every time there was a
moment to pin. Yeah, they kept sucking each other up
and kept ruining each other's moments, and EO is able
to capitalize. And it's not saying that EO couldn't stand
on her own because EO got licks into like hard
licks and yo, EO's fantastic.

Speaker 3 (36:23):
Anybody who looks over EO is wild because she is
so freaking talented. Yeah, I love Mommy, but like I.

Speaker 4 (36:29):
Do worry, Yeah that now with her being champed, that
means the end of damage to control maybe, like, and
don't get me wrong, right now, Carrie's saying is still heard.
I think she's going back soon, but she's heard Oscar
I believe is still on the shelf and also dealing
with a random.

Speaker 2 (36:47):
Stalking Yeah, exactly.

Speaker 4 (36:50):
Uh so, But I when I say I think it's
the end of damage control, I think Dakota will probably
turn on EO's because, as you said, most.

Speaker 2 (36:59):
Likely Ria and Bianca will probably, But.

Speaker 4 (37:03):
I don't know if they're gonna continue immediately because that
seems more like a Summer Slam match than a backlash match. Definitely,
And Bianca kind of mentioned on SmackDown talking about getting
back to SmackDown and that she has some drama waiting
for her in terms of Jade and Naomi in that fallout.
So maybe Bianca and Rea hit pause while still kind

(37:23):
of taking jabs at each other on TV, and then
via the Draft, they get on the same show and
we get the Summer Slam match.

Speaker 2 (37:30):
Possibly.

Speaker 4 (37:32):
Yeah, the draft is stupid and the fact that like
we know it, like it just kind of looms over
it because we know it's coming.

Speaker 2 (37:38):
So it's like.

Speaker 4 (37:41):
Raw after MANI and smack that after Mania. Yeah, they're big.
But at the same time, I feel like they're not.
They didn't really press start on anything yet, and we
don't know if they're waiting for the draft or if
maybe they just want to don't give you everything at once.

Speaker 2 (37:56):
But yeah, fantastic match. Barnburner, burn the barn down and
speaking up, burn it down? Is this your match of
the weekend? NXT triple Threat? Good for you? Anya?

Speaker 3 (38:12):
All right, we'll get into that. I can't wait, especially
being there live.

Speaker 2 (38:18):
Yeah.

Speaker 4 (38:18):
No, it was perfect, And to be honest, that backtracking
just dismidge in terms of why the Tax Team Championship
match might not have been on WrestleMania. How many triple
threat matches give us?

Speaker 2 (38:31):
I mean, don't get me wrong, I think.

Speaker 4 (38:33):
A triple threat TLC kind of you know, that's not
your standard triple threat. Any of your complaints about a
triple threat will would certainly not apply to a TLC
match with six guys, you know, six people.

Speaker 2 (38:47):
Rather, I would love to see a women's tag team
TLC match.

Speaker 5 (38:50):
I would say, I would say NXT triple Threat wasn't
even a triple threat.

Speaker 3 (38:53):
That was a four. But we'll get into that.

Speaker 2 (38:55):
Yea.

Speaker 5 (38:56):
But yeah, this match was everything and more, this match
only picked up the crowd because the.

Speaker 4 (39:01):
First night, I'll be honest with you, this match should
have been the night too.

Speaker 3 (39:08):
If this was a Night two match, it would have
been a perfect WrestleMania night.

Speaker 2 (39:11):
Everyone.

Speaker 4 (39:12):
The the reception to WrestleMania would have been significantly different
at this close.

Speaker 5 (39:17):
If I tell you, I will tell you were at
Night one. The people next to me and a couple
of people around me. They disappeared after what was the
opener for this? Oh, so they disappeared for Jay after
j was one. They disappeared and they didn't come back
till like the match before this, Like they were gone
the entire time.

Speaker 2 (39:37):
Maybe they were at the bar. Did they come back drunk?

Speaker 5 (39:40):
I mean, they weren't drunk already, but like they they
like left and I'm like, sory, maybe they have friends
with well, I mean they were also cosplying, so like
they might have got stopped to take pictures.

Speaker 3 (39:49):
But at the same time, it's like, no, no, there's
some there's some matches on here.

Speaker 4 (39:52):
I do want to see, So like maybe when they
maybe they went to the bar and we're like, honestly,
we were just watching the screen in our seat.

Speaker 2 (40:00):
Made it so we.

Speaker 5 (40:01):
Yeah, so we And it was funny because because I'm
sure people know this, the guy sitting next to me,
he came over down next to me and he was
wearing the same exact showing Michael's cosplay outfit as me,
the same jacket and everything. I was like, people are
going to think we're together. I was like, dude, I
have to take a picture and send this to my
friend Brady. I was like, this is very important. And
then when HBK came out, we all were like like

(40:22):
screaming and girl crazy. It was a lot of fun.
But this this match was so well done. It was
so well orchestrated. I tell people all the time wrestling
it's not just about the wrestling, it's about the storytelling
and the storytelling.

Speaker 3 (40:36):
And this, Yeah, was it predictable? Sure, but it was
still beautiful.

Speaker 2 (40:40):
I mean it was predictable, and that I predictable? Did
it I predictable who it did?

Speaker 4 (40:46):
It did feel And this is obviously you know better
than me because I wasn't there, but from watching the.

Speaker 2 (40:52):
Crowd reaction did feel there was a bit of shock
in there.

Speaker 5 (40:56):
It was it was very much like people were like,
he's gonna churn he's right, he's gonna.

Speaker 2 (41:01):
He's gonna because the way Paul did it, and I
understand you kind of have to, but like the way
he was kind of like walking and like, Okay, well,
obviously he's gonna do it. And then if he's so
obviously setting Roman up and he's like doing my tribal
chief and setting himself up, putting his arms and it's like.

Speaker 5 (41:17):
Okay, yeah, so so we all knew it was coming,
but it's still a mind blowing moment that you're actually
seeing it.

Speaker 2 (41:23):
And then and Pat McAfee was making fun of it
on your show.

Speaker 4 (41:26):
But I loved that Paul for Roman was sewinging it around.

Speaker 2 (41:32):
Around.

Speaker 5 (41:33):
One of my favorite memes is all these men are
married to hot women and they're fighting over a short,
fat ball man.

Speaker 2 (41:38):
He tweeted, yea, I'm the baddie, like everyone wants it was.

Speaker 5 (41:46):
It was really done beautifully, and Paul Hayman is just
so good at what he does. Like Paul Hayman, You're just.

Speaker 3 (41:53):
Like and then the whole thing like Seth coming out
in the black and then transforming his glasses being the Thorn,
the crown of Thorns, You're like, what is this our savior.
Is this our messiah? Like it's like, what's happening here?

Speaker 4 (42:06):
And leading into this, his outfits had been fairly muted,
like in terms of like dark colors, one color which
is a vest in payans type of thing, like, and
I still don't exactly know a symbolism it played or whatever,
but I know that like there.

Speaker 2 (42:25):
Was something there exactly.

Speaker 3 (42:27):
Yeah.

Speaker 4 (42:27):
And granted people are kind of already complaining that when
he came out on Raw he wasn't completely different.

Speaker 2 (42:33):
But it's not supposed to happen immediately.

Speaker 4 (42:35):
And Paul Hayman said it in his interview where he said,
fact of the matter is August twenty twenty, Roman Reigns
was already however, many time champions had already made invented WrestleMania.
How many times he'd done this, he'd done that, he
was one of the biggest stars in the business. You
cannot debate it. But then he sat on a couch
next to Paul Haymon and the tribal chief was born.

Speaker 2 (42:58):
And tell me who remembers the big dog now?

Speaker 4 (43:02):
And it's one hundred percent right, And he said that
this is the exact position Seth Browns is in now
seth Rons.

Speaker 2 (43:08):
Has made event to Wrestling Adia. How many times seth
Rons has won the championship, how many times he's had stables,
he's had tag teams, he has had everything you need
to have to have a Hall of Fame career. Yet
here we are, new book, brand new book, and it
starts with the chapter titled Paul Haman second chapter Bron

(43:31):
fucking Baraker. That was why?

Speaker 5 (43:35):
But also, do you remember Paul Hayman. I think it
was a couple of years ago. He tried to like
dress him. Remember he was still very.

Speaker 4 (43:41):
Much the tribal. I think it was two years ago.
Bron was still very unexteen.

Speaker 2 (43:45):
I think it was before him, and I think it
was before him and Corbyn paired up. So it was
like that was fun. Yeah, I missed the wolf Dogs.
In fact, in fact, I actually said it when I
was doing the row Watch a lot during brob Baker.
I'm like, if I'm back and I don't think.

Speaker 4 (44:01):
I don't think Bishop is doing this, but there's a
there's a place for this, depending on what Paul Hayman's
Depending on what Paul.

Speaker 2 (44:09):
Hayman's opinions are, A Bishop Dyer, the former Baron Corbin.
I certainly think there's a spot for him, and I
think that's something interesting about this because for me, this
is huge, This is holy shit.

Speaker 4 (44:20):
Bron Breaker has Paul Hayman by his side, like we
really do have the next big thing again. Also seth
Rollins is at the head of another stable. But I mean,
I feel like for this to be successful, and obviously
people are already talking about it. There's people like we
see bron Breaker, Paper Paul, and then they're always like, okay,

(44:41):
but who's the next member.

Speaker 2 (44:42):
Who's the tag team gonna be? Who's this If there
should be a woman, right, who's gonna be the woman?
Speaking of I want to get this out la real quick,
and we'll talk about this a little bit as well.
I think there's only one selection for this now.

Speaker 4 (44:56):
Everyone's gonna say Becky, right, and of course she's married
Set and of course Paul HAMI it would be a
fool not to want to Shana Bailer.

Speaker 2 (45:06):
Shanna Basler will be a fine pick. I can't.

Speaker 4 (45:08):
I've said that, I've championed that Shana Basler should be
a Hayman girl for a long time, but right now
is not the fit. The only person that deserves this spot.
The only right person for this role is Bailey.

Speaker 2 (45:25):
Turn Bailey Heel let her run, rash up, embrace the
emotions she tapped.

Speaker 7 (45:32):
Into and revealed to us in the Chris Van Vliet
interview that happened before she was written off a SmackDown
off of WrestleMania, where Chris is talking about how last year.

Speaker 4 (45:42):
She won Lulla Rumble goes to Wrestlemanta Boy is the title,
but then kind of will nothing really happens and you know,
how do you feel about that? And then she's like, oh, well,
when this comes out, there's already in the and then
she stopped herself because she doesn't want to say too much,
even though Chris was alre like what does that mean?

Speaker 7 (45:57):
Right?

Speaker 2 (45:57):
But Chris is a pro, so he dropped it anymore.
But yeah, so in my opinion, this is the And
then Triple H. I hate when he does this. I
love things about Triple H and I hate things about Triple.

Speaker 4 (46:10):
Ah when he and he gave some horrible answers this
entire weekend, like he did it a purpose, Like I
feel like he just doesn't care. But when he says
and Bailey's gonna be when he says, Bailey's gonna be okay, everybody,
total pro fuck you, you don't know shit. It's the
same as when he told us good things happen to
those who wait talking about Elie Knight, and yes, good

(46:32):
things happened to him, but bad.

Speaker 2 (46:35):
Things have also happened to plenty of people who have waited.
I've said it before, and I hate getting dark, but
people have died waiting for Triple H or Vince whoever
to realize their value. So don't don't tell me that
good thing, you know what I mean?

Speaker 4 (46:49):
Like, I'll believe it when I see it, And the
only way I'll believe it is if I see Bailey
get plucked.

Speaker 2 (46:55):
Let's be real, this entire beginning of the year has
been a waste for her. They've had her it put
over the new Talent, She's lost to Roxane, She's lost
to She's lost to the Nation Icy Championship, and it
all seemed like it was building to a WrestleMania moment where.

Speaker 3 (47:12):
I hurt, like a heel moment, like a heel turn.

Speaker 2 (47:14):
I mean, yeah, it looked like she was gonna turn heel.

Speaker 4 (47:16):
I mean, who knows, maybe if I mean it seems
like from what the streets are saying, this was the
plan all along, that the plan for Becky Lynch's return
was to have Bailey be set up to be her partner,
get taken out, and then have Becky come in and
then lose the title to turn heel. In fact, the
speecher are saying that Becky this was Becky's like, yeah, I.

Speaker 2 (47:37):
Don't think she had any to do Bailey part. I
think her idea was yeah and.

Speaker 3 (47:43):
White again, right, another white outfit. I told you everybody
wearing white.

Speaker 2 (47:48):
Yeah.

Speaker 4 (47:48):
So so I think since Bailey is in a very
like just it's a it's not a good position. She
doesn't really have anything going and at this point, especially
with this and like you wrote her off, we don't
know who attacked her.

Speaker 2 (48:01):
They're kind of suggesting Live did it. Which makes me think.

Speaker 4 (48:04):
That I that this won't happen, that Bailey will just
come back get a new partner. My guess is, if
I had to guess right now, that let's assume Bailey
comes back, gets a new partner to get revenge on
Live in Roquela and Triple H's way of making it
up to her is she gets the tag team titles, right,
the partner will be Dakota Kai in a world where

(48:24):
Dakota does not does not turn on Neo Sky, Dakota
and Bailey reunite form you know, damage Control again or
something like that, and that that is what I would
would That is what I see happening. But what I
think should happen is Bailey joins this new dangerous.

Speaker 3 (48:40):
That also interview made me sad because she was saying,
I'm not on the level of this one.

Speaker 2 (48:45):
This one.

Speaker 3 (48:45):
It's like, dude, you cannot wrestle half of them.

Speaker 4 (48:47):
And the thing that broke my heart was when she
says how they'll give her an idea that she doesn't like,
she will offer an improvement. No, she'll offer an improvement, and.

Speaker 2 (48:58):
Then they just say no and they won't even and
she says that almost makes me feel worse than if
I just said sure, I'll do it, because now I've
tried to make it better and you're just shooting me
down and telling me may it. Yeah, So it certainly
seems like they haven't really done right by her.

Speaker 4 (49:18):
And the question is will they or is this just
how Triple H feels. Bailey is bottom four of the
four horse women she sees everyone else as a must prioritize.
And at this point, Bailey's already been relegated to kind
of the role that Natty's been in for the past
ten years.

Speaker 3 (49:36):
Yeah, it's like Natty left and now your Bailly took
her spot.

Speaker 2 (49:40):
I don't like that, but.

Speaker 5 (49:41):
I think this would be a great addition. I think
she would be a perfect one for this, for this crew.

Speaker 4 (49:45):
And the thing I love most about this crew, which
is why I feel so strongly that Bailey should join.

Speaker 3 (49:52):
And yeah, and.

Speaker 2 (49:59):
You know, Paul Hayman has to see the value in Bailey.
He sees talent where talent is to be seen.

Speaker 4 (50:05):
Also, he of all people, can be sympathetic to the
situation she's in. After this weekend, I do kind of
believe Paul Hayman has some say and at least who
he will work with, who he won't work with, So
the argument for Bailey could certainly be coming from him.
But I think also as soon as this happened, everyone
was very quick to compare this stable to Evolution, and

(50:29):
a lot of people are against that comparison. I don't
agree the Stable will be anything like Evolution. In presentation, however,
it is very much like evolution in one way and
one way only. With the way Seth Rohins has been positioned,
and with the way Paul Haman is positioned, not just
on screen but offscreen. This guy is as close to

(50:52):
Triple H's right hand as possible. Triple H trust this man,
He respects this man, He listens.

Speaker 2 (50:57):
To this man.

Speaker 4 (50:58):
He put this man in charge of the biggest storyline
ww's done, the longest running angle they've done in the past, however,
many years with the Bloodline, and it was a success.
Paul Hayman is being applauded for that as much as
anyone else. So with this stable, it very much feels
like bron Breaker being chosen, not that he wasn't already,

(51:19):
but this is a made man, very similar to what
happened Ren Brandy and Batista got chosen. And that was
what Triple H was saying, like, you guys are gonna
get hated now because everyone knows that you've been picked.
You know you're skipping the line you were joining us now.
Granted this is a different time. Bron Breaker didn't skip
any line. Bron Breaker did his time in that XT
to Intercominal Championship Brains. This is the perfect way to

(51:42):
handle him directly after losing his championship. So but once again,
this is a situation similar Batista and Randy Orton. The
only one who can fuck this up for bron Breaker
is bron Breaker. And everything we've seen, he's got a
great head on his shoulder. Just saw a great video
of him to a marking out. He could not wipe

(52:03):
the smile away a fan I believe made yeah, like
his smile.

Speaker 2 (52:11):
His voice was getting like, oh my god, that's so cool, sweet,
Like even the fact of the high five, like.

Speaker 3 (52:17):
I think it's a cool moment when he's the one, like.

Speaker 4 (52:19):
You know, yeah, And then here's just a little moment
that I have to throw out because I noticed stupid
ship like this.

Speaker 2 (52:24):
But the fact she says Nikki, she's obviously nervous.

Speaker 4 (52:28):
Any Nikki knows you gotta spell your name if you're
getting an autograph. She didn't do it. He stops at
the eye and then double checks and I.

Speaker 2 (52:36):
K K I. She's like, no, n I K I.
She could have easily fucked that whole shit up. Obviously
she was nervous. Good on you, Bron He's a problems
the guy. He's probably signed plenty of Nikki autographs. He
knows he has.

Speaker 5 (52:48):
Spelled one hundred, so he knows he needs to clarify.

Speaker 4 (52:53):
How many people are either forgetting the second K or
adding a third.

Speaker 3 (52:56):
Yeah, the Marges bron right, is.

Speaker 2 (52:58):
He b R O N or no? No, no, double end?
It's double K and break you're thinking of. Yeah, but yeah,
I'm very excited about this. I do wonder if we
will be getting a new member like almost immediately, like tomorrow,
or if they're gonna let this new alliance breed a

(53:19):
little bit. I don't think they need to.

Speaker 4 (53:21):
Rush it, but at the same time, they could just
start building at the same time. There's no like I
do kind of think it's best to just get in
as close to.

Speaker 2 (53:31):
That final form.

Speaker 4 (53:32):
So I mean, granted, if they're gonna do Bronze Sith
Champion by Paul for like a month and then have
somebody surprised that a backlaft by joining them, I get it.
Totally makes sense and it could be somebody from NXT.
You never know, right, But yeah, I'm just and it.
We talk about how it's how you finish grant that.
I think the Monday the Raw after Mania was a

(53:53):
fantastic from start to finish arguably one of the better
Raw after manias that I can think of.

Speaker 2 (54:00):
But I also think that it was largely in part
to the fact that their finish was the perfect finish.
It was the perfect way to close. It was absolutely uh.

Speaker 4 (54:11):
I know we already talked about EO Sky her defending
her championship at WrestleMania, but let's talk about the match
she had the Raw after Mania, EO Sky getting challenged
by the NXT champion, Stephanie, and I was shocked by this.
I didn't see it coming, but I was more shocked

(54:32):
than what happened after where we get rock Sanne showing up.
That made a little sense because Roxanne had a match
with Stephanie, which did happen this past week.

Speaker 2 (54:40):
Stephanie of course retained again, but what I was most
surprised about was Julia showing and seemingly turning heel on Raw.

Speaker 3 (54:50):
Yeah, I was.

Speaker 2 (54:51):
I was.

Speaker 3 (54:52):
I just landed when that happened. I didn't go to RAW,
so I just landed and I was like, Oh, I
was like, what is happening.

Speaker 5 (54:58):
I was like, there's so much happening because I was
about I was watching it while I was.

Speaker 3 (55:02):
My friend picked me up from the airport, and I
was like, oh my god. I was like, look at
because he loves Stephanie.

Speaker 2 (55:06):
Yeah, but I was just like, wow, it's.

Speaker 3 (55:11):
Yeah, it's just for yeah. Well they like the name.

Speaker 2 (55:13):
Stephanie, that's what it is exactly. And the horn showers, you.

Speaker 3 (55:16):
Know, the horns. Yeah, nothing else.

Speaker 2 (55:20):
But yeah.

Speaker 4 (55:21):
I was very surprised that they would have somebody from
ANX like Julia was positioned not only as a face,
but it was kind of her and Stephanie had been
showing respect to each other, almost allies. To see Julia
kind of become an ally of Roxanne, now become an
adversary of Stephanie, become a heel. And once again, the
fact that this happens on RAW, I wonder if it

(55:42):
was just a way of getting more eyes on these
girls as they, you know, take this storyline, this angle
to NXT try to get the RAW audience to follow it,
or if this is a sign that these women will
be called up relatively soon and so we want to
establish a feud here.

Speaker 3 (56:00):
Right right, There's there's a lot going on. I thought.
I thought the after Wristlemini, I thought this was one
of the better ones in a very long time.

Speaker 4 (56:08):
I normally not even that I think champion for champion
matches are stupid, but I question them because normally, but normally,
one champion is gonna have to lose a non title
match for seemingly no reason, and a champion will now like,
if you're a champion, you've got bragg and rights.

Speaker 2 (56:26):
As long as you've got that goal, it doesn't matter.
If you're the interconinal Champion, you can still claim to
be better than the World heavyweight champion if he hasn't
faced you. You're the champion.

Speaker 4 (56:35):
You beat everyone that has faced you for that title.
Who's to say you're not better than that champion or
that champion. So if Stephanie was to lose this, well
now and it's like, let's say it was the intercondinal
champion losing to the world champion, Well now you can't like,
now it's established your two champion, you're b champion, you
are below, And so I never really think there's a

(56:57):
good enough reason to ablish that, which is why I
always hated the Survivor's series Champion.

Speaker 5 (57:03):
I love Survivor's Series Champion Verse Champion. It's one of
my favorites. I love it I wish I would bring it.

Speaker 2 (57:08):
Back, so nonsense, I love it. Nobody benefits.

Speaker 3 (57:11):
I love everybody benefits. We all benefit.

Speaker 4 (57:14):
Speaking of us all benefiting, that crowd seemed to really
benefit from starting the show off with Jay who So
winning the World Heavyweight Championship.

Speaker 3 (57:26):
I didn't like to finish.

Speaker 2 (57:29):
Why did you like it?

Speaker 3 (57:30):
Okay?

Speaker 2 (57:30):
So I understood that you didn't think Gotha should tap
out it.

Speaker 5 (57:35):
But I got it where he just kept getting slammed
and slammed and slammed, and now he's in this and
he's like, oh, I don't I can't take it anymore.
I go to the very sloppy finish for such a
powerful champ.

Speaker 3 (57:44):
Yeah I didn't. I wasn't too excited about that. I
didn't like to finish, But.

Speaker 2 (57:49):
On that, yeah, fair enough.

Speaker 4 (57:51):
I do think one reason this match in the finish
isn't being over analyzed that much is simply because.

Speaker 3 (57:58):
Nobody cares, because we don't want.

Speaker 2 (58:00):
You just want.

Speaker 4 (58:02):
We all knew it was gonna happen from the second.

Speaker 3 (58:05):
We just wanted to fast photos.

Speaker 2 (58:08):
To the end of disast.

Speaker 4 (58:12):
And it's and it's it's weird because a part of
me is slightly worried. Uh, and the way he was
used on rad didn't didn't quell that too much. I'm
worried that he's going to be positioned despite the nickname
Maine Event jay us So, I do not have confidence
the Triple H plans to push him as the main

(58:33):
event champion. That mainly being not just about jay us So,
but the fact that as much as we you know
Revere Gunther's reign, he wasn't presented as the main event
champion he should have been.

Speaker 2 (58:45):
Either he was a mid cart heavyweight champion and he
lost it to a mid card heavyweight champion. And unless
w W starts positioning jay Uso up there and starts
getting in some main event caliber contenders. Uh, you know,
we saw scene again and real quick, we'll talk about
it in a second. Jay whoso needs that type, even
a Finn.

Speaker 4 (59:05):
Balad would be I think I think a great uh,
that would be a great contender for him.

Speaker 5 (59:10):
I think I do have a slight problem with James.
I think j the big thing was the press conference.
Don't be drunk.

Speaker 3 (59:20):
He it wasn't funny. Everybody was like making fun of
it and like laughing. I'm like, it's not funny.

Speaker 5 (59:25):
It wasn't when you and Cody like were a little
buzz you were like drunken, incoherent, and you looked sloppy
and like you're.

Speaker 4 (59:31):
Okay but at the same time but at the same
time nothing at the same time. He was the first match.

Speaker 2 (59:37):
What you don't know, you don't think people was trying
to toast him a million times?

Speaker 5 (59:42):
Yeah, but like get then that's even worse because it's
a four hour show exactly. So up, I thought it
was sloppy. I thought it didn't look like a champion. No, no,
I was, Oh yeah, and your brother who gets in
trouble all the time for drunk driving.

Speaker 3 (59:56):
Yes, j J did too.

Speaker 2 (59:57):
I think I both did. I think Jimmy got it more.

Speaker 5 (01:00:00):
Okay, But what I'm saying is like that doesn't scream
champ to me. If you're showing up drunk and being
drunk and saying silly things. It was one thing like
when Cody does it, but you're incoherent and being sloppy,
like that's not a thing.

Speaker 3 (01:00:11):
And then my my other prama is Jay's not very
good on the mic. He's like fine, he just yells.

Speaker 4 (01:00:16):
I think he is good on the mic, but I think,
I think right now, unfortunately, he's learning that there's pros
and cons to the yeat being so over, and it's
kind of changed his promo cad and similar to what
Stone Cold did for the What stuff, he didn't always
cut promos like that where he lists things.

Speaker 2 (01:00:37):
I got a tequila, I gotta vodka. I'm gonna hit
him with a chair, I'm gonna hit him with a stick.
What what? You know? When What got over, he began
doing that promo style for that to accommodate it, almost,
and I think Jay has kind of gotten into that habit.

Speaker 4 (01:00:54):
And now it's like, I don't know if Jay, Yeah,
like cutting up.

Speaker 2 (01:00:59):
A normal promo would almost seem weird, like he feels
like he has to talk like that. It was fun
getting the Bloodline reunion. I was.

Speaker 4 (01:01:11):
My my, uh my Detective Antennas was going off though
the entire weekend before Sammy showed up on Raw because
I'm like, you know, snooping on Twitter and I'm like,
Sammy Zing posted congratulations to e O Sky.

Speaker 2 (01:01:27):
He did not post congratulations, did you do so? Samy Zy?

Speaker 4 (01:01:31):
He posted one tweet about WrestleMania well actually know there
was two and one showed it kind of showed like
like he was ringside and it was a shot of
the screen after j One and it was that picture,
and then the last three WrestleManias, he was.

Speaker 2 (01:01:46):
On him with Johnny, him with Kevin, and then him
with oh what did you do last year? Oh?

Speaker 4 (01:01:53):
Yeah, winning the Intercaal Championship and then he's like it
be like that. Sometimes there's something along that effect. So
that seemed like a weird, Like if that's the tweet
acknowledging that Jay Usso is champion, that's weird.

Speaker 2 (01:02:09):
And I we know Jay.

Speaker 4 (01:02:11):
And Sandy are tight in real life, so I'm I
was thinking it was weird storyline wise, I'm like, oh,
they well, they've been saying it constantly that they were tight.
You know, we had footage of them doing the handshake
back in NXT days like.

Speaker 2 (01:02:24):
What you don't believe you? You you are. We'll get there,
We'll get there. That was an amazing segment.

Speaker 4 (01:02:41):
But uh, but yeah, I think, like so when Sammy
came out, I'm like, oh, ship, here it comes. He's
turning heel and then it was no heel turn.

Speaker 2 (01:02:51):
But do you think a heel turn's coming?

Speaker 3 (01:02:54):
I can see it I'd be okay with it. And
then you get joined with Kevin Owens and they can
hug each other in fight every like.

Speaker 2 (01:03:01):
And here's the thing.

Speaker 4 (01:03:02):
And I know you weren't at raw, but like, when
watching it, it really felt there was a moment, so
like there's a lot of pauses. They celebrated, they hug Jay,
who shoes on the turnbuckle. Sammy's in the middle of
the ring. Now watching it, it kind of just seems
like Sammy's being Sammy.

Speaker 2 (01:03:19):
He's looking at Jay with his big smile, He's happy,
he's staring at Jay with pride, the pride he just
discussed in coming out to give Jay his respect and saying,
I'm so proud of you. Congratulations. But if you.

Speaker 4 (01:03:33):
Listen, that crowd completely thought Sammy was about to kick
this man in the face. Like Sammy's stopping and staring
at Jay and Jay having his back towards him, and
even with Sammy smiling and looking like he.

Speaker 2 (01:03:47):
Was just happy, it didn't really look like he was
ready to do anything, but the crowd bought in. Now,
I don't know if the original intension is in fact
that he'll turn. I don't know if maybe they'll notice
this and callin utible, but I wouldn't. It wouldn't surprise me.
Depends on how involved Sammy is in with Jay's storyline
moving forward. It wouldn't surprise me if we kind of
see a trend of this. Let's say they have a

(01:04:09):
tag match.

Speaker 4 (01:04:09):
On Raw tomorrow they win, Jay Uso celebrating in the
corner Sammy Zanes either in the middle of the ring
or even on the corner close to the corner, kind
of just looking at him, smiling.

Speaker 3 (01:04:20):
But there's a little lot of heel turning. I feel
like that's a lot of heel turning.

Speaker 4 (01:04:24):
Going, oh one hundred per so much going on. I
mean there's a lot of moving pieces. There's some people
sliding into face roles though, so you know, certainly a
lot going, but it's also heel turns and face turns.
A lot of time happened when a character has kind
of reached a skid. Sammy really winning the inter Canal

(01:04:45):
Championship was like not the right move from nothing. He like,
nothing was really going his way ever since then. You know,
he had kind of a you know, a mediocre I
see Rain lost it and when he the guy he
won the Interground telent title from became champion.

Speaker 2 (01:05:06):
He didn't even get close. It's it's one of those
things where if they were ever going to put Sammy
Zaine on the road to winning the world championship, Jay
whoso being champed would probably be the best shot.

Speaker 5 (01:05:20):
Yeah, definitely, I can see Sammy taking it from Jay.
I think that would be a good contenter to take
it from him.

Speaker 2 (01:05:24):
If I had to put money right now, based on
the way they closed it, in the way I see
the stable going, and if they really commit to what
this stable should be, I do think Seth is the
guy that takes the title from Jay.

Speaker 3 (01:05:39):
I think that is gonna be John's record one day.

Speaker 2 (01:05:42):
Naw, what's Seth that now? Like five six? I don't know.
Let's look at that point, okay, but I don't think
I mean, we've talked about this. Charlotte's gonna be the
one to beat it.

Speaker 3 (01:05:53):
I'm a mail sorry, fair enough, Charlotte should just get
the w W Championship.

Speaker 4 (01:05:59):
I don't think anyone's gonna beat Seen and now that
he's beat Flair, I think, yeah, I think that's that.
If they event like if they can convince Roman to
hang out for the next ten years. Maybe they somehow
pad his stats, but yeah, but I don't even think so,
because Roman gets like long rains, like it would be
hard for him to all of a sudden climb that ladder.

Speaker 2 (01:06:19):
Actually, but he did get short rains before right gets
all the rains haha.

Speaker 4 (01:06:26):
But yeah, Gunther is not taking this loss of his
title well because he has choked out Pat knackafee.

Speaker 2 (01:06:34):
Yeah. I loved that, and it was so random, but
the crowd played their role perfectly. I love that. One
thing this served to do was give Michael Cole a
nice moment of him saying, listen, nobody's gonna scare me
out of doing my job. I've been here when it started,
I'm gonna be here when it ends or whatever, and
goes back out. Crowd, big, big pop, big applause. Michael Cole,

(01:06:56):
Like that was fun. That was cool.

Speaker 4 (01:06:59):
A lot of people we're speculating online that this might
have been done to write off Pat McAfee. It seems
this might be done to write off goth Uh. He
has been indefinitely suspended, whether.

Speaker 2 (01:07:13):
Maybe maybe maybe he doesn't stick to the suspension, maybe
he comes in and just starts beating up people again.
I wish and then I wish the club would come
back just so they could bring back beat up John
Cenia because that shit was fun.

Speaker 3 (01:07:27):
Oh yeah, that was fun. I forgot about that.

Speaker 2 (01:07:29):
And you know what we're gonna do today, right, beat
up chard Sea Like that was funny. Like people don't
give that enough credit. That ship was highly underrated. But yeah,
very interesting to see.

Speaker 4 (01:07:42):
I mean, I don't get me wrong, I love this.
In terms of a follow up, I'm confused as far as.

Speaker 2 (01:07:47):
Is does he stay away? Like, yeah, is there a
real reason?

Speaker 4 (01:07:50):
Is he actually being written off or are they just
suspending him until Pat McAfee shows up on raw and says.

Speaker 2 (01:07:57):
No, you bring that big Austrian son of a bitsh
back here. I'm on a piece of his ass h
so at which I could totally see.

Speaker 4 (01:08:05):
Like when I first saw it, I was kind of like,
yo was Gunther facing Pat McAfee at Summer Slip.

Speaker 3 (01:08:11):
I can see that.

Speaker 5 (01:08:11):
That's what I thought they were originally setting up for
another match form to have a match gun I.

Speaker 2 (01:08:18):
Like the idea that Gunther has lost it.

Speaker 3 (01:08:20):
Though that too, like he under he underestimated.

Speaker 4 (01:08:25):
And he tapped out to his own move, which for
the ring general, not ring like that's flat out embarrassing,
Like tapping out in general, Like that's kind of why
submission specialists do that, right, and sticking it in I
didn't pin you down and it knock you out.

Speaker 2 (01:08:41):
You've literally begged me to stop.

Speaker 4 (01:08:43):
You've admitted that if I keep doing this, I'm going
to cause you bodily harm, if not worse.

Speaker 2 (01:08:49):
So to do that in general has got to kill
Gunther Haha. But that was uninttentional.

Speaker 4 (01:08:57):
But to do it to your own move yeah, Like
that's so I'm glad that that's setting Gunther down a
new trajectory. We are getting a new story, a new
road for exactly.

Speaker 2 (01:09:10):
So I'm he's definitely a fan of that. Yeah.

Speaker 4 (01:09:14):
Uh, what do you say had the pop of the night?
Was it Jay Uso for Night one? Was it Jay
Uso or was it Dominic mysteriomin crazy?

Speaker 2 (01:09:26):
It was Dominic?

Speaker 8 (01:09:27):
Uh?

Speaker 2 (01:09:27):
J was? I think because Jay was expected so like
people were happy, they paid their money, knew happen If
Jay lost? People furious with.

Speaker 3 (01:09:36):
With dom I mean he can't even get booed.

Speaker 9 (01:09:41):
Yeah, Like they did not like that at first, and
there was.

Speaker 3 (01:09:45):
Just this moment.

Speaker 4 (01:09:46):
It was around the time that Dom I think decided
to turn on Finn when.

Speaker 5 (01:09:51):
He turned on that that again storytelling the beautiful doing
the SI on.

Speaker 2 (01:09:57):
Nine, or like, well, Finn stopping the six.

Speaker 5 (01:10:00):
And yet I popped hard Finn stopping the six, I
popped so hard.

Speaker 3 (01:10:05):
I mean even after he won, there was upper win
he won.

Speaker 5 (01:10:08):
I think he had a louder cheer when he ran
back in the ring, like that was such a great moment.

Speaker 3 (01:10:14):
Him throwing the shirt at Fin. People in my sexual world, like, dude,
he just throw his shirt at face.

Speaker 2 (01:10:19):
No, I was freaking out.

Speaker 4 (01:10:21):
Granted he threw it at Pentha because pent was like yeah, no, no, no,
no no. But but I was looking at it as
he threw his fin because he was a judgment dat
he ripped it off the second he one the title
and just throws it.

Speaker 2 (01:10:33):
I'm like, whoa wait a minute, this man just leaves.

Speaker 4 (01:10:35):
Judgment and then and then when he runs past Fin
and like or even just when he first left the ring,
because Finn was still in it, I'm.

Speaker 2 (01:10:43):
Like, yo, they're not even gonna look at each other
this day and won the title, just dipped the ring,
ripped off his JD's shirt, and I'm like whoa And
then like I said, runs past fin fit standing.

Speaker 3 (01:10:53):
I'm like, I will say there was one other really
big popa. This was number one. The other one might
be number two before James.

Speaker 2 (01:11:01):
And we're talking night one or we're talking both. We're
talking night one, okay, cool one?

Speaker 5 (01:11:06):
Yes, yeah one, no, no, no, I'm trying to think of
what I'm about to say. Yeah, but yeah, this was
definitely a fun moment.

Speaker 2 (01:11:11):
This was a great match.

Speaker 3 (01:11:13):
This is a great match.

Speaker 5 (01:11:14):
Dominating Mysterio has really turned himself into the person.

Speaker 3 (01:11:18):
You love to hate but love like it was really fun.

Speaker 2 (01:11:21):
No, man, he's honestly become like the perfect superstar.

Speaker 5 (01:11:24):
His answers to things like when when they ask that's
the business, Like he gets it. When when they were like,
can you say one nice thing about your dad and
he was like he has nice hair, and he's like,
but your dad doesn't have the hair, and he just
goes it's the camera, Like he just knows what he's doing.
Him explaining why he couldn't take.

Speaker 4 (01:11:43):
That mask brilliant compared to the mask. Yeah, he's so good.
He gets the business. He knows how to play along,
he knows how to make things his own.

Speaker 3 (01:11:52):
Dude.

Speaker 5 (01:11:53):
I'm so happy for him because, like you know, he's
a depo baby, so when he comes in, you get
nervous because you're like, oh, are they just gonna get
But this gimmick is been fucking perfect.

Speaker 2 (01:12:01):
It's so good, so good. Yeah, was great to finish.
All four of them killed it and I loved the
I don't know who produced this match. I probably guess
G's and Jordan's, Shane Helms, Bobby Rude, maybe maybe TJ.
Actually TJ. I think they probably put him on a
lot of ladder matches, but it was it was right,

(01:12:27):
but no bron breaker.

Speaker 4 (01:12:31):
Put in Carlito through that table baby was just powerhouse.

Speaker 3 (01:12:36):
And I forgot to mention one thing.

Speaker 5 (01:12:39):
We have to go back for one second because it
made me think as soon as you said the spear,
people underestimate how good Roman Reigns handled offense, like when
someone gives him like he sells so good.

Speaker 2 (01:12:50):
Did you see the video of it? No, there's a
video I just saw today. It's Chris van Vliet interview
he did with Chris Chris.

Speaker 4 (01:12:59):
Cedric Alexander like a month ago, but he just posted
the clip today. I think or I saw it today,
but it's basically them talking about how Roman rains is
underrated for his day to sell yeah, and how the
movie and the movies he takes he makes the person
look like a.

Speaker 5 (01:13:14):
Million But we forgot to talk about that because we
were talking. We got about but like Roman reigns, like
really he sells so well. And during that entire match,
he was just so good at selling. He was good
at selling on roll he was good. Everything was just
so good.

Speaker 2 (01:13:29):
He sold. He sold the hell out that GTS so
so good at GTS.

Speaker 5 (01:13:34):
I'm so happy And I know he plased over this too,
but Cmpong like after the match he sat there and
he was like, I fucking did it, and it's like, yeah,
you made event like it and it was.

Speaker 3 (01:13:43):
It was a great match. I will say I did
not like his theme song and especially live, but.

Speaker 2 (01:13:49):
I don't like that you're stupid. That's a great song.
That's a great song played by that great.

Speaker 3 (01:13:55):
Singing people singing is kill switch.

Speaker 2 (01:13:57):
Old theme was one that was awesome. That was right.
Another thing about like the bron Breaker pairing means that
we're I mean, if they do this right, we're gonna
see bron Breaker probably like bron Breaker is not going
to be positioned as the guy that loses while Seth

(01:14:18):
is being built up the fuse. Bron Breaker is going
to be built as an.

Speaker 4 (01:14:22):
Unstoppable muscle that Seth and Paul were lucky enough to get.
So I think it's very possible we see bron Berger
get big wins on Punk, on Roman Reigns.

Speaker 2 (01:14:31):
Maybe an Orton down the line, like yeah.

Speaker 5 (01:14:33):
But it was just it was very Yeah, it was
yeah Berger, that entire that entire in Colonel match was
so good and everybody just did the finish.

Speaker 2 (01:14:47):
Yeah, but I loved I loved the finish of Finn
having it in the in the bag and then Dom
coming from there. Yeah, and then Finn kind of cost
himself because Finn stopped down from doing the frog flag,
but he left him up there and left him in
perfect position to hit him. So yeah, I love that.

Speaker 4 (01:15:05):
I also liked that we got Dom's first title defense.
I was a little scared that he'd be losing it
depends the next night, but no also excited to see
the return of jd Oh.

Speaker 3 (01:15:17):
Yeah, that was exciting.

Speaker 5 (01:15:18):
I figured I was a little scared too, because I
remember you texting me about this.

Speaker 2 (01:15:22):
But the Curse of Jack Ryder is lost.

Speaker 5 (01:15:26):
I was like, they're not going to do it to
two people were fine.

Speaker 3 (01:15:31):
So but yeah, this was a really good match.

Speaker 4 (01:15:33):
Yeah, and interesting to see the story they're telling here
because it seems like everybody in Judgment Day is truly.

Speaker 2 (01:15:41):
Happy for Dom except for Finn.

Speaker 4 (01:15:45):
We kind of we hid our suspicions that when JD
did come back, and for the record, we don't actually
know that he's back. We know he was in Vegas.
He was No, he was in Vegas WrestleMania.

Speaker 2 (01:15:56):
They did not have. He barely did anything. He got
a little involved on the apron, put his hand on someone,
but he didn't take a bump. So I wouldn't be
surprised if we didn't see him. No, now he's a made.

Speaker 3 (01:16:12):
Man, but he was when he first came over.

Speaker 2 (01:16:15):
But now as the Iron Lung, love that nickname, love
that jacket.

Speaker 3 (01:16:19):
Jacket so sick.

Speaker 4 (01:16:21):
Yeah, So now as the Iron Lung such a badass nickname, Like,
I think he's a made man. I assumed he'd be
loyal to Finn, and I assumed he'd kind of feel
how Finn felt.

Speaker 2 (01:16:32):
But it certainly felt.

Speaker 4 (01:16:33):
Like JD was happy to help Dom. Thought there should
be no qualms about it, and Finn almost looked surprised, like,
what are you doing? I didn't know you were coming here,
you know. So once again, I'm curious to see if
JD's able to start traveling even if he's not cleared,
so that he can get him back with the crew.

Speaker 2 (01:16:52):
I think they've been missing him.

Speaker 4 (01:16:54):
Also interesting to see where they go with this, because
once again, like a split is happening, but neither The
fans obviously loved Dom after he won the title, and
Monday Night at Row was no different. They were all
about Dirty Dom. I do feel like we've reached a
point where Dirty Dom can't be heal anymore and eventually
they're gonna have to make a switch.

Speaker 2 (01:17:12):
But his character is so defined, it's like he was
carved in stone. You can't go back on the things
he said to his dad, and he hasn't. He wont
title it and he was still saying best mysterio alive. Yeah,
he was even talking about Someone asked them your favorite
FOOTI he was like, oh, well, back in the day,
my deadbeat mom before she was like dead beat mom

(01:17:33):
made some great like this and that. So no, not
Chicken Tende's. It was a Mexican dish. But either way,
like so and everything, he's like he still is acting heelish.
I don't think he's going to stop. I don't think
he can. The only way a true Dominic masterial face
happens is if Ray Mysterio turns heel right like that

(01:17:55):
switch has to happen. Yeah, not in WWE.

Speaker 5 (01:17:59):
Oh my god, we're gonna get John Cena, Heiltern and
Austere all before g T A six. Oh did you
see that thing with I think that guy Chris was
interviewing Chelsea and they were like, you know, people talk
about that.

Speaker 3 (01:18:12):
Chelsea Green and penta many and it was like rematch.

Speaker 2 (01:18:17):
We're done, We're done, We're done.

Speaker 3 (01:18:19):
That was great. I forgot about that.

Speaker 4 (01:18:21):
Mad I forgot is so good. I forgot that. I mean,
and granted she was.

Speaker 2 (01:18:28):
Different body type back then, but I forgot the pent
that hit her with like a chop, a big big.

Speaker 4 (01:18:33):
I'm like, how did you and like I watched it
like no boop hit like he I don't think you
can do that today on Chelsea would not go well, no,
no way, but real quick before we move on.

Speaker 2 (01:18:46):
I thought Dominic Mysterio was an amazing selection to win
the Interne Championship.

Speaker 3 (01:18:52):
We wove.

Speaker 2 (01:18:52):
I think we agreed do we both picked Braun, I
picked Broun.

Speaker 3 (01:18:55):
You picked Braun, I picked Panta, I picked.

Speaker 2 (01:18:57):
Right So either way we like we knew.

Speaker 3 (01:19:01):
We also went in being like I'm okay with any
of these people. Yes, I was like anybody who comes
out of this champion, so.

Speaker 2 (01:19:07):
So I'm very happy, like and we talk about it
all the time.

Speaker 4 (01:19:12):
Covid Era was like when he started wrestling, it wasn't
like we saw clips of him training for two years,
like they beat him on TV when he was just
getting in there, gave him his first.

Speaker 2 (01:19:25):
Match on like a whim Like you want to try
it's covid times, bro, We're really like time. Yeah, and
he's gone. He's just it's so fast. I love it, Yeah, but.

Speaker 3 (01:19:39):
Is it fast? It's been five years. It's a long time.

Speaker 4 (01:19:41):
But how many people can look at what they've done
in five six years and it'll be nothing compared to
the fact that this guy's been the biggest heal in
the company for how long He's held two mid car
championships now he has been in one of the most
popular and overheel stables, one of the most popular relationships,
two of them, depending on you know, speaking of before

(01:20:05):
we move on, Bailey was.

Speaker 2 (01:20:07):
In that interview, and this is heartbreaking, but she was
talking about all the things she wants to.

Speaker 4 (01:20:10):
Do, and once again, this is she knew she was
being taken out and people had also been asking her
around this weekend since she wasn't taken out yet about
to talk about Bailey.

Speaker 2 (01:20:20):
And talk about Rocquella. And she's talking about Bailey's my
little sister and this and that, yes, Fuckinge lives her
little sister. She then says something.

Speaker 4 (01:20:28):
About what she still wants to accomplish in her career,
and she says, well, you know, I want to do everything.
I want to be a heel, I want to be
a face, I want to be in a stable, I
want to be in a tag team, I want to
be in a relationship.

Speaker 2 (01:20:39):
Bangle. Does that make you think of anybody?

Speaker 4 (01:20:43):
Because Live Morgan has done literally all those things in
twenty fucking twenty Yeah, is it twenty twenty five or.

Speaker 3 (01:20:50):
Five?

Speaker 2 (01:20:50):
Yeah? Since in this year she has done all those things.

Speaker 4 (01:20:54):
She's gone from face two heel, taken over a stable,
become a relationship bangle. She's been champion multi, So I
don't I'm not rushing to jealousy or anything, but I'm
certain that as she's finding out she's getting bumped, and
she's watching her little sister achieve all these things, and
she's watching herself somehow get pushed down the ladder while.

Speaker 2 (01:21:16):
They're moving up. I just I'm sure there's certain feelings
that she's going through. And that's another reason why I
really hope she gets that spot in that stable. Fingers
Crossed Dom definitely had the pop of the night for
night one. I think night two might go to a
certain someone. I'm scared to say his name. I don't

(01:21:37):
want to hunderstand me.

Speaker 5 (01:21:38):
Yes, it was funny because we glazed over mentioning Joe
Hendry on coming for.

Speaker 3 (01:21:47):
We mentioned it, we mentioned a.

Speaker 2 (01:21:52):
Y they could be.

Speaker 5 (01:21:54):
We were just saying all these people the facts. I mean,
I'm going a little like behind the scenes right now,
I won't need But was somebody we knew, knew who
it was gonna be, and they were like, get riddy,
big pop, big Pop, and I like got my camera
and I was like, I don't know who it is,
and I think this was the perfect the perfect pick
a big pop.

Speaker 3 (01:22:12):
Everybody was excited about it. Like I remember, after.

Speaker 5 (01:22:16):
This match, this ridiculous, silly fun match, I texted you
and said, Joe Hendry just wrestled Randy Orton and took
an RKO at fucking WrestleMania two.

Speaker 3 (01:22:28):
At WrestleMania.

Speaker 2 (01:22:29):
Yeah, like what.

Speaker 3 (01:22:31):
A pop this guy got.

Speaker 5 (01:22:32):
I mean, Randy played into it, Randy turning around and
doing his pose of a zoom in I was fucking dying.

Speaker 10 (01:22:36):
Yeah, Yeah, I loved I loved that WW released the
footage like close up so you can hear what Randy's
saying when he's doing the you know, like when he's
doing the respect now.

Speaker 4 (01:22:48):
Yeah, where he's like saying, He's like, listen, you you
did all this.

Speaker 2 (01:22:52):
You did this for me. I appreciate that. Like that's
some real shit.

Speaker 4 (01:22:56):
I kind of thought when just watching it and not
being able to hear he was just saying, look at
how much.

Speaker 2 (01:22:59):
These people came about you.

Speaker 3 (01:23:00):
Did you you know, did you watch the video? I
think I sent it to you.

Speaker 5 (01:23:03):
You said to me where Joe Hendry was talking about
like when he found out he was gonna wrestle like
a week before and he goes and he just sees
it and he's like what I imagine like Randy Orton
and then it's like a lot of people were like, oh,
but they buried him and he's the champion. But I'm like, dude,
this guy just wrestled Randy or in a WrestleMania bro.

Speaker 2 (01:23:22):
So I was watching this with my friend Mae, who's
not a wrestling fan, and when this happened, and this
was the first time he had seen me do this.
Uh for X is probably the first time I did
the only time I did this in Night Too.

Speaker 4 (01:23:37):
I believe I got up like I'm jumping in the
air screaming holy shit repeatedly top of my lungs.

Speaker 2 (01:23:44):
I am marking out people mark out moment for sure.
He is scared. Shit. She's like, yo, you good? What
the what the fuck?

Speaker 4 (01:23:54):
I'm like, bro, this man no, I literally splaim like
this man does not work for this company.

Speaker 2 (01:24:00):
Yeah, Like he's a TNA wrestler. He's like, oh shit,
I say you TNA champion. I'm like, yeah, bro, the
TNA Champion is facing Randy Orton right now. Like on paper,
wo on paper. This is one of the most iconic
matches to ever take place at a WrestleMania.

Speaker 4 (01:24:19):
Randy Orton's twentieth anniversaries against the TNA Heavyweight Champion, Who
mind you.

Speaker 2 (01:24:24):
Was one of the most over and got probably the
pop of the whole weekend.

Speaker 3 (01:24:28):
Right, and like what's wild too?

Speaker 5 (01:24:30):
I love Pat McAfee being like if Randy win does
he become TNA champion, it's.

Speaker 2 (01:24:35):
Like he should give, he should he should put something up,
he should lie.

Speaker 5 (01:24:40):
But Randy also had the retro trunks of his debut
that great. Yeah, it was such a pop. We all
knew what was gonna happen.

Speaker 3 (01:24:48):
We all knew this man was. It was gonna be
a two minute matches.

Speaker 5 (01:24:50):
Man was gonna get r KO, Like we knew all
this was happening, But who fucking cares?

Speaker 2 (01:24:54):
A part of me wants to complain about the TNA
Heavyweight Champion being solely because he chose to taunt and
you know, get out of the zone exactly exactly. It's
got the ultimate WrestleMania as right. He let the moment
get better of him. There's no shame for.

Speaker 5 (01:25:15):
Him, Like what a post like this man and this
man has gotten over for people that don't know.

Speaker 3 (01:25:20):
This man got over because of a song, because of
his theme.

Speaker 5 (01:25:23):
That's how he originally got over, and then it's just
his personality and everything with it.

Speaker 4 (01:25:28):
I searched his name the other day and I found
a tweet popped up from twenty nineteen where he was
announced as being a new signing of Ring of Honor.

Speaker 2 (01:25:36):
And some some schlub tweets, oh you mean the most
boring wrestler to ever come from the UK since and
then he throws somebody's name out and it's like, wow,
this fucking tweet age like milk yeah, because boring is
the last word I would inspirational.

Speaker 3 (01:25:57):
I really love him.

Speaker 2 (01:25:58):
I mean I can't help, like you.

Speaker 4 (01:25:59):
Just you cannot help but love watching this man succeed
and accomplish his dreams because we've seen people try this,
We've seen people get over organically naturally on their own,
and then there's always, it seems, somebody trying to stop
it out, somebody trying to take it away because they

(01:26:19):
But the beauty of him doing it while working for
the little Company that Could TNA is that like there
was nothing stopping him, Like anything he did for them
they were gonna love. And I think I certainly think
there's an argument to be made for Joe Hendry Jordan
Grace too, the arguments there, but being a big part

(01:26:41):
of WW wanting to partner with TNA in the first place.

Speaker 3 (01:26:45):
It was wild too, because when I think of it,
like I knew like that song was getting popular and
stuff like that.

Speaker 5 (01:26:49):
And I remember going to NXT last year in June
and there was like.

Speaker 3 (01:26:54):
A royal there was like a little rumble, like.

Speaker 5 (01:26:56):
A battle royal, and Joe Hendry came now and everybody
was seeing his solo.

Speaker 3 (01:27:00):
Everyone's singing this man's song and he's not even into it.

Speaker 2 (01:27:02):
He's not even in NXT.

Speaker 3 (01:27:04):
Like this is wild.

Speaker 2 (01:27:05):
However, this man.

Speaker 4 (01:27:06):
Like he start and and kids love it like it's
super catchy.

Speaker 3 (01:27:11):
Like it's ridiculous, but it's so funny. He's also so likable.

Speaker 2 (01:27:16):
I think I even told you that I was djaying
and it was late and we wanted people to leave,
so I was just trying to play stuff to get
about to leave. So I'm like, a fuck it, let
me just play the Joe Henry theme. That did not work,
did not work at all. They started clapping getting into it.

Speaker 3 (01:27:35):
Everybody was so excited, and what a.

Speaker 2 (01:27:37):
Moment, What a moment.

Speaker 5 (01:27:38):
It was fun.

Speaker 4 (01:27:39):
Yeah, and I'm so heavy for Joe Henry, it's it's
beautiful to hear.

Speaker 2 (01:27:44):
Him talk about Triple H telling him yeah yeah, which
is crazy also, and then he was thinking it was
gonna be about w W World because he was doing
appearances for them and stuff, which is probably why he
was never one on the list.

Speaker 4 (01:28:00):
They're kind of like, well, listen, we could go with
like I'm sure they were talking about other options, but
if they already have business dealings with Hendry for that weekend,
it certainly and it was a very smart decision.

Speaker 2 (01:28:13):
And it's just like I said, I just I.

Speaker 4 (01:28:15):
Love watching this guy accomplish things that nobody thought he could.
And for Triple H to say, this will be the
easiest WrestleMania you ever have. Oh yeah, there will be
more like granted it. I mean, it just lets you
in on exactly what kind of relationship WWT AN they have. Yeah,

(01:28:37):
Like CNA is basically a feeder system because it's one
thing to do trades.

Speaker 2 (01:28:41):
You know, I'll send you NXC talent, you sent us TNA.
Jordan and Grace gracefully left TNA walking right into WWB,
which TNA had set her up for Joe Hendry whenever
his contract is up. Clearly, we'll be leaving gracefully and
riding right over to WWB. As far as where is
Randy Orton going after this amazing moment to John Cena

(01:29:09):
that that's how many matches they've they've had two hundred
and twenty one. I'm making that up. They've actually had
what they've actually had twenty one matches, so it really
is number twenty two. I thought of being a bit traumatic. Oh,
I like it, but yeah, it does appear that. I mean,
it's kind of believable, right, I mean, if I if

(01:29:32):
I went through all the house shows, I'm sure it
probably is around there. Probably no way of the only
wrestled twenty one time in their fucking life.

Speaker 4 (01:29:39):
No, but yeah, Orton Cina for what we assume will
be a final time perfect, I don't only because it's
happening so soon.

Speaker 2 (01:29:52):
I would, well, I would buy in.

Speaker 4 (01:29:54):
If maybe SummerSlam was in Saint Louis instead of Backlash.

Speaker 5 (01:30:01):
Dude, wild dude, what is happening in twenty twenty five
is a wild time.

Speaker 3 (01:30:08):
We have, Like we haven't got pop up, John's come on,
we have John Cena turning heel.

Speaker 5 (01:30:14):
We have John cenam Randy Orton facing each other for
a championship.

Speaker 3 (01:30:17):
What is happening?

Speaker 2 (01:30:18):
Willow moves that leg car for all audio listeners. By
the way, the reason to me daniel together is because
I am dog sitting my parents puppy Willow Danielle is
a great helper.

Speaker 4 (01:30:31):
When it comes to giving additional love to puppies. Willow
has now made her presence felt and is trying.

Speaker 2 (01:30:37):
To kick me off the living room to catch She's
still She's still trying to kick me off, and we
will persevere.

Speaker 3 (01:30:46):
She's like, talk about Orton please, But yeah.

Speaker 2 (01:30:48):
It's hard for me to buy into Sina winning the
title at WrestleMania such a big moment, only for them
to drop it to Randy Orton, which that would have
had to be the original plan because I think they
one hundred percent knew.

Speaker 4 (01:31:01):
I think we were set up for if Kevin Owens
was able to wrestle It's certainly seen Randy Orton was
gonna beat Kevin Owens, probably hit him with the punt. Yeah,
certainly seemed like they were heading down. That would be
a big enough.

Speaker 2 (01:31:13):
Win that him coming right after John Cena would make
just as much sense. Not that Randy Orton needs a reason,
but a big win at WrestleMania would certainly set him up.

Speaker 3 (01:31:21):
Oh yeah, this is exciting.

Speaker 2 (01:31:23):
Yeah, this vieude, this dude is getting hot. It is.
It is a good Randy run hoodie.

Speaker 3 (01:31:32):
Like I don't have fifteen, but I want that.

Speaker 2 (01:31:35):
But yeah, I do think this is gonna be a
good one.

Speaker 4 (01:31:38):
But also, just to go back to what I said
about my fears with jay Usso, there's jay us is
obviously not main eventing his first pay per view as champion.
That's not happening.

Speaker 2 (01:31:49):
And and in fact, I'd be willing to bet jay
us So will not main event a single pay per
view as champion unless unless Sena misses a pay review
unless seen a dozen us. I think he said he
has like nineteen dates left or whatever, he should.

Speaker 3 (01:32:05):
Do Survivor series and then they could Champ versus Champ
and then.

Speaker 2 (01:32:09):
No thanks, no thank you?

Speaker 3 (01:32:12):
Yeah yeah, pretty girl.

Speaker 4 (01:32:15):
Right, like we we already kind of spoke about the
New Day war Raiders Magic, Well, no, we're not going
to talk about this, but we will talk about what
New Day did the next night.

Speaker 2 (01:32:28):
They did not kiss everybody. In fact, the weekend triple kissing.
Oh yeah, when we posted that I literally said, this
is clearly Danielle's moment of the weekend. It's not even over. Yeah,
that was so funny. Uh, they definitely have touch penises.

Speaker 3 (01:32:57):
By accident on purpose sitting in a cock chair.

Speaker 2 (01:33:01):
Since we're bringing up the Hall of Fame, I have
another miner. Since you mentioned I have another minor conspiracy theory.
Would you like to hear it now or would you
like to see if I remember to tell you afterwards.

Speaker 3 (01:33:12):
No, put on your app Oh I like that makes noise?

Speaker 2 (01:33:16):
Yeah, because it's.

Speaker 9 (01:33:20):
So.

Speaker 2 (01:33:22):
And once again, guys, this is a big time conspiracy theory.
This is big time tinfoil had here or is it
temple lunifoil tinoil? Okay, So.

Speaker 4 (01:33:33):
I was I was thinking about the Brett hart Stone
Cold Award, you know that. I was thinking about the
fact that it kind of just felt like the announcement
randomly happened like a week before, whereas normally I feel
like it would have been if it was a planet,
it would have been announced in the past with more time.

Speaker 2 (01:33:55):
Uh. Normally there would have been at the very least
the dirt the streets would have been talking about a
new addition to the Hall of Fame. There have been
talks about adding a new award or anything. Keep in
mind they've made an effort to they didn't do a
celebrity inductee this time.

Speaker 3 (01:34:12):
It sucks Sydney Lauper, come on, right.

Speaker 4 (01:34:15):
So I'm thinking about why they would choose to do
this and why randomly like a week before. I hope
I'm wrong, but in my mind and listen, I think
if I put money right now, I say the next
match to going is probably gonna be HBK Taker or
HBK ANDSA Ramone maybe, but I think it'll be HBK TAKERU,

(01:34:38):
Triple H, HBK And and Undertaker are very much you know,
but yeah, like they're all kind of like this is
very much for the boys.

Speaker 2 (01:34:46):
So I think they'll go next.

Speaker 4 (01:34:48):
But eventually I think a match is going to have
to go in that involves someone that WWE is desperate
to use despite the fan telling them not to.

Speaker 2 (01:35:01):
Batman is Hulk Hogan. What if w W invented this
award knowing that eventually The Rock and Hulk Hogan will
get chosen to accept this award, and them thinking either
Triple H setting up the Rock to be part of
a moment that's just gonna be complete horseshit, or them

(01:35:24):
setting Hogan up to actually be assisted by the rock
and try to like just sweep it under the rug
and mad people forget again that they hate this guy.

Speaker 3 (01:35:33):
Wow, that sounds awful.

Speaker 2 (01:35:41):
Uh. Going back to what the New Day did the
raw after Mania, they cut a heel promo. They were
confronted by Alpha Academy Akira and Otis and me too,
and I get so sad that they continue to waste
not just the potential the talent he had, but how
over he maintains he's so they do nothing to get

(01:36:06):
It's all Otis and Maxine and Tasawa. So I got
mildly excited, like, oh shit, this is a great spot
for them. And Maxine cut a great on the way
to the to the ring promo, great promo for her boys.

Speaker 4 (01:36:20):
And that's exactly what all three of these needed, a
good promo by Maxine on behalf of them, setting them
up to get in this position. But it was to
be interrupted by a holiday that we haven't celebrated in years.

Speaker 5 (01:36:33):
I celebrate Brusive Day every Christmas because that's his birthday,
but it's.

Speaker 2 (01:36:37):
Not on Christmas anymore. It's every day, every day, it's
set day through seven day.

Speaker 3 (01:36:43):
Very underwhelming return.

Speaker 4 (01:36:44):
Yeah, those I believe in my my thoughts exactly.

Speaker 2 (01:36:50):
I'm so happy to have him back. And but here's
the thing. The brief promo he cut backstage for ww's
you got me more excited about his return than his return,
where he said it's been five long years since Russ.

Speaker 4 (01:37:09):
Has been here, and now I'm back to take. Uh
take what's oh to me?

Speaker 2 (01:37:15):
Everything great, perfect, perfect, that's a beast, a beast.

Speaker 4 (01:37:21):
I'm excited to see return. I'm excited to see what
happens in Russive's future. However, the Ruster that comes out
randomly during two tag teams confronting each other, only to
randomly attack the face tag team for no real like
I was, I was very like mad like that And

(01:37:42):
it was just and we've seen we've seen this exact
scenario better.

Speaker 3 (01:37:47):
It could have been a better return.

Speaker 4 (01:37:49):
But that is what I'm saying, Like we've seen this
copy and paste before in wwb's past, where they have
someone who's returning from an injury.

Speaker 2 (01:37:56):
Maybe he's a new signing show up.

Speaker 4 (01:37:58):
The fans are excited to see him, but don't really
know if he's a heeler face, but they're cheering, and
then there's a heel and face in the ring and
then boom, they surprise us by going after the heel
or the face rather and oh yeah, you're not supposed
to like us.

Speaker 2 (01:38:09):
But with Ruseve, the fans didn't really care. They didn't
really boo.

Speaker 4 (01:38:15):
They were too happy to see him. They still love
Otis and Tazawa. But this didn't help Otis and Tazawa.
Rusb was getting cheers Russive. They were happy to see him,
of course, to throw up from any crowd. But then
if you see Rusive, he's getting the crowd into it.
He's hyping him up. He's telling him get loud, get loud.
So I'm not getting a heel Rusive clearly. Yeah, And

(01:38:38):
why are they intent on making this guy a heel?
I have never seen someone that the crowd has.

Speaker 2 (01:38:43):
Wanted to get behind more.

Speaker 3 (01:38:46):
Do you remember rusom day with him and aid in English?
He never pulled the trigger on them, and they were
so right white hot.

Speaker 4 (01:38:52):
And it reminds me of Elias because we used to
always talk about how these guys Elias and Russive had but.

Speaker 2 (01:38:58):
Like three shirts as the top sellers. Yeah, and it's
like they they just don't care. So seeing russve get
brought back for a mid card feud, my guess is
tomorrow he'll get a squash match against Azawa. That'll set

(01:39:19):
up that'll set up a match next week for Otis.
It won't be as much of a squash match, but
he will get a decisive victory over Otis and then
we see what's next.

Speaker 4 (01:39:27):
But once again, I hate Russive being portrayed as a heel.
Not that I hate Rusive as a heel, but he
should be a baby face. Make him as a babyface.
He gets super over just by showing up everyone's chanting.

Speaker 7 (01:39:40):
Face.

Speaker 2 (01:39:41):
Yeah, so I hate that they insisted on doing that.
You should have beat up New Day, feuding with a
mid card tag team that they also haven't really done
anything meaningful with. Despite however they are like none of
us excites me. It's kind of just by.

Speaker 3 (01:39:57):
With New Day, be like, I like, big fuck you,
then beat him up, and it.

Speaker 2 (01:40:02):
Also goes into like you look at Andrade, no WrestleMania match,
wasn't on Law, wasn't on SmackDown, not really being used.

Speaker 4 (01:40:10):
He recently returned from aaw because he's running AW didn't
work out. I personally think Ruster killed it as Miro
With AW, everything he did was money, except for like.

Speaker 2 (01:40:23):
The beginning when he was plugging his gaming channel and stuff.
But like everything he did, like it was amazing his
I don't know, I want to say a feud with God,
but that was as close as we got to one,
right and so like. But but once again that didn't work.
And so I worry WW looks at these guys less

(01:40:45):
than somebody like a Drew where he leaves makes himself.
This champion chooses to come back to w because w
wants him, whereas these guys choose to come back because
they're in the same position they were in when they
wanted to leave WWE, and so now they want to
come back. And so I don't think Triple A feels
a sense of urgency to reward them with anything, despite

(01:41:07):
the fact that it's not like these guys left. If
I remember correctly, I think Russell was actually released. Yeah,
I'm pretty fair dead. Okay, I thought.

Speaker 4 (01:41:15):
He was a part of that, like mass releases during COVID,
but I could be I don't.

Speaker 3 (01:41:19):
Think so super funny, Yes, I mean I think It's
funny when when.

Speaker 5 (01:41:26):
We were when we were going into WrestleMania, I was like, Jep,
is this gonna be the first time you see John
Cena Russell And She's like, no, I've seen John Seena
Russell live.

Speaker 3 (01:41:34):
I was like you have.

Speaker 5 (01:41:34):
She's like, yeah, remember he wrestled that guy that came
out on the tank And I was like, oh, yeah, Russell.

Speaker 2 (01:41:42):
I love I love dev not knowing names.

Speaker 5 (01:41:45):
It was weird because deb the first of WrestleMania deb
ever one too was WrestleMania thirty one Daniel Briant one,
and I had to explain everything to her because she's
never watched wrestling in day in her life and then
she was constantly coming to wrestling shows with us. She's
fallen up a little bit. She still remembers people like
it's weird, like this was the first time she's ever
seen CM Punk Russell for w W.

Speaker 3 (01:42:04):
She didn't even know who CM punk was. She just
knew the chant.

Speaker 5 (01:42:08):
So it's so weird to explain to her because she
has been going to wrestling shows with us for so long.
But there's definitely a disconnect because like she came at
a certain point and then she kind of fell off
a little.

Speaker 3 (01:42:17):
Bit like NXT. She doesn't know any of the people
from me.

Speaker 5 (01:42:19):
Next, Yeah, she knew Ethan Page and Jordan Grace, right,
so she knows Ethan Page because you you she could
have never.

Speaker 2 (01:42:27):
Gotten a single of all show. Just having conversations with
you about wrestling, she would have known who Ethan Page was.

Speaker 3 (01:42:33):
Wait a minute, like I love Ethan Paige or something.

Speaker 2 (01:42:35):
That's what they tell me, That's what the streets are saying.
My favorite. Uh just once again very excited.

Speaker 4 (01:42:42):
Very excited to see rusev back, and I'm very kind.

Speaker 2 (01:42:48):
Here's the thing, like a part of me is confident
that if Ruseve gets over, if Rusive remains over, if
the people and we do people remain a loud for Rusive,
I don't think Triple She's gonn throw that away. That's
the difference between Triple H and Vince.

Speaker 3 (01:43:02):
Do you think Alana's gonna come back?

Speaker 4 (01:43:04):
Lana is his is being promoted as his real life
manager now not cafe manager, real life manager.

Speaker 2 (01:43:13):
And she recently and while.

Speaker 4 (01:43:15):
Russev Re signed as a wrestler, she actually just signed
a Legends deal. So I don't think we'll see her
back anytime soon. I think there's always I think, you know,
given the fact that they are together again in real
life professionally and romantically, I think there's always that option.
And given the fact that ww's working with her in
some capacity, whether it's to make an action figure, put

(01:43:37):
her in the video game, whatever it is, that there's
always that possibility. I don't necessarily see the demand for
it just yet. I would say that if like they
want him to actually be a heel, she.

Speaker 2 (01:43:51):
Would have been a great addition.

Speaker 4 (01:43:52):
But at the same time, I don't know, because the
last Lina we saw was like herself kind of shed
dropped the accident. She was no longer theravishing Russian. But
when I think Russian is perfect, Yeah, when I.

Speaker 2 (01:44:03):
Think of heel Lana with heel rusive, I.

Speaker 5 (01:44:06):
Think ravishing WrestleMania thirty one exactly when costplays that was
the only time I could ever get away with that,
or I never costplays her. Now, nobody would get it
or understand it or appreciate.

Speaker 2 (01:44:15):
It right, nobody would. It doesn't work, But it was
so good at that was such a great one.

Speaker 3 (01:44:20):
That's one of my favorites. I was very uncomfortable in
those high heels.

Speaker 4 (01:44:24):
But yeah, I thought Russive's return was a bit, as
you said, a bit underwhelming, And honestly, that's kind of
how I felt about Alister blacks return on SmackDown as well,
exact except the entrance.

Speaker 2 (01:44:36):
And the theme song. Yeah, that song.

Speaker 3 (01:44:38):
I forgot how good that song was hit And I was.

Speaker 2 (01:44:40):
Like, right, I forgot that they took it away from
him when he was on the main roster. For some reason,
I thought he still had it. No, I forgot that
they Yeah, they really like took it. Yeah that was
Cone Arms, right, yes, No, So I'm very excited that
he's got the entrance back, very excited that he's got
not just the theme but the like the grave coming up.
I've always loved that.

Speaker 3 (01:45:01):
Yeah, I like.

Speaker 2 (01:45:03):
But here's the thing, No, Like, it's just that they
they actually hyped this. They promoted this with teaser.

Speaker 4 (01:45:12):
Videos and if you didn't know Alister Black had left
a W and the streets had basically confirmed they were
coming coming to Wing, the.

Speaker 2 (01:45:23):
Streets are saying that's a good.

Speaker 4 (01:45:25):
But like, if we didn't know that he was coming
to w basically we wouldn't have actually watched those videos
and said, huh. I think like the videos didn't really
do anything to tease Alistair Black.

Speaker 3 (01:45:39):
Yeah, they could sease anyway.

Speaker 4 (01:45:40):
They were cryptic. Now, well, there was like a snake.
There was it looked like a creature. There was like
hands and like nail like it wasn't his.

Speaker 3 (01:45:51):
That could be.

Speaker 2 (01:45:53):
There was like stuff lit on fire and like some
of it. He's got candles.

Speaker 4 (01:45:58):
He's got candles as part of his entrance and stuff
that could be.

Speaker 2 (01:46:03):
He has kandos as part of his entine.

Speaker 4 (01:46:04):
So like that's the only part that really like draws
to him.

Speaker 2 (01:46:08):
But other than that, So like when I'm seeing.

Speaker 4 (01:46:10):
These teaser videos and we're being hyped that he's showing
up April twenty fifth, in my mind, I'm expecting to
see a new Alistair Black, an evolution. I wasn't even
sure he was gonna come by himself, you know, I
didn't know. I thought maybe they maybe NXD people. Yeah,
like I thought, like I just it seemed like the

(01:46:32):
video like once again, the videos right, like.

Speaker 2 (01:46:35):
The videos kind of felt like come on. The videos
kind of felt please be done. Like it was like
it was leading to something big and mind changing and
not just leading to by the way Alistair Black's showing
up and so like Russa, there was no teasers, there
was no promotion. He just randomly shows up in the

(01:46:56):
middle of a tag team confrontation and decided to start
beating people up. With Alister Black, there was legit teasers,
there was legit time and effort and energy and money
put into promoting, all for him to interrupt the miss
very similar to lay Ruster, kind of just comings talking
and then and then malcoy Black I'm sorry. Alister Black
comes out, lays him out, which is great and I'm

(01:47:19):
happy to see him, but he's not being presented in
a way where you look at him as upper mid car,
like you're bringing in as like a big you know, yeah,
like like normally debutes or returns on raws or smackedous aftermania.
It's a big spot, it's a big position, and it's

(01:47:40):
treated as such. Like when Bobby Lashley came from TNA
and rejoined w w WA was exciting. Right when he
came in. You knew shit was about to pick up.
You're like, oh, fuck, Bobby lash He's bag and big
things did pick up, not necessarily at first, but still, so,
you know, I just the Alister Black I was expecting

(01:48:01):
more and the fact that it was literally the same
exact Alister Black.

Speaker 4 (01:48:06):
No change in sight at least yet. Maybe we get
some changes as we move on. Maybe, but right now
it's kind of just so.

Speaker 2 (01:48:14):
I almost felt like I was sold a bad bill
of goods where I was more excited. They got me
more excited.

Speaker 3 (01:48:20):
Yeah, than it actually executed right.

Speaker 4 (01:48:22):
Once again, happy to see both rus of Analyser Black
and hopefully there.

Speaker 2 (01:48:26):
Are Yeah, but it is.

Speaker 4 (01:48:29):
It is another one of those things where who's losing
a spot? Right, like who's losing TV time? Because these
guys aren't coming from NXT. They're coming from another company.
So it's like if NXT call ups still happened, as
they should, more spots. So hopefully they find ways to
to use these guys in a very meaningful way without taking.

Speaker 3 (01:48:53):
Me.

Speaker 4 (01:48:55):
Yeah, I liked him and Ricochet as a tag team,
but we didn't understand why.

Speaker 2 (01:48:59):
They were Remember when they did.

Speaker 5 (01:49:02):
That was Ricochet, the three of them, Remember they did
that move and they all sat across Legas.

Speaker 2 (01:49:07):
Yeah, Mustafa, that was dope. Uh oh wait, we talked
about that already.

Speaker 4 (01:49:15):
Zelena Vega speaking of Alistair Black, Holy shit.

Speaker 5 (01:49:20):
Yeah, I was very surprised on That caught me off guard.

Speaker 4 (01:49:24):
See, I kind of had a feeling they might do that,
only because it was kind of felt like they were
trying to make this smack that after Mania like unpredictable. No, no,
Like I felt like they wanted to kind of make
it up to the people that didn't get media matches.
So they had been building up to Chelsea greens Alna feud,
but they didn't build it up to get her a
match at Mania. They you know, we even talked to

(01:49:45):
Lena Vega's number A contender, but they haven't defined when
it'll be Chelsea.

Speaker 2 (01:49:50):
And she should have.

Speaker 4 (01:49:51):
So I think despite the fact that Chelsea Green obviously
had to drop her title in here, I think they
kind of wanted to be like, Okay, you know you guys,
like let's give you the you know you're gonna make
smack Down. You're gonna be a big talking point. This
is your Mania moment. Sorry that it happened, happened a
few days later.

Speaker 3 (01:50:08):
It's still good.

Speaker 2 (01:50:08):
I thought it was. Yeah, I'm not too worried about Chelsea.
Obviously she's so it's not even just the hew over
she is, that's how good she is.

Speaker 4 (01:50:21):
She's been doing this for so long, and she's been
like she she got it from the mud, like from
the ground up, Like Chelsea did not have anything handed
to her, despite the fact that she's been an amazing
like she showed that she can work with guys in
Luca Underground. She showed that she's obviously beautiful and yet

(01:50:43):
and she showed she can talk.

Speaker 2 (01:50:45):
She showed she can connect with an audience. She showed
she can evolve and do different type of angles and gimmicks.
The hot mess. Yeah, she showed her repeatedly, and it
still felt like for some reason it was easy for
companies to deny her and we never made sense at all.

Speaker 3 (01:51:04):
She's fine, she deserved that title, but she also like.

Speaker 2 (01:51:09):
She will be fine. I predicted.

Speaker 4 (01:51:13):
I went on record as predicting a face turn for
Chelsea and the Secret Harvest by by SummerSlam, And I
do think she would look pretty damn good with a briefcase.
People want her to win, right and so like and
and now here we are a year removed. She's the
first ever US champion. They can't take that away from her.

(01:51:35):
So I think she's certainly in more of a position,
a better position than she was a year ago. And
if you remember, despite being a heel, the fans were
getting wowed for her to win. So once again, I
think the smart thing to do is turn her face,
but oh god, probably is.

Speaker 2 (01:51:52):
Alena Vega has deserved this for so long.

Speaker 4 (01:51:56):
Like Zelena Vega was good in TNA, Zelena Vega was
good when she was playing a j Lee in a movie.

Speaker 2 (01:52:02):
Zelina Vega was good the second she walked into w
w E and they told her for the longest time,
we want you to be a manager.

Speaker 3 (01:52:10):
Yeah she killed, she killed, It doesn't matter. Her were fantastic.

Speaker 4 (01:52:14):
Yeah, she killed every single thing they asked her to do,
and majority of the things they asked her to do
all had one thing in common.

Speaker 2 (01:52:22):
It was all making others look better. It was elevating others,
and she did it all with a smile on her face.
She got over as fucked for that big match at Backlash.

Speaker 4 (01:52:31):
Yep, And I think an argument could have been made
that they that they could have pulled the trigger there.

Speaker 3 (01:52:37):
Yes, but she hasn't champion.

Speaker 2 (01:52:40):
This was the first This is the first title he
ever won, not ever held in w W Right Championship Championship. Yeah, though,
Queen of the Ring, they bosh that too. I mean
I blame more on being during the COVID era, the
fact that they botched both king and queen like what.
But yeah, Zelena Vega, very excited to see her as

(01:53:03):
the United States champion. Uh, can't wait to see the
next you know how she has those you know, she
has those entrance things like the wings kind of yeah,
for lack of a better term, I can't wait to
see the next wing she has. I imagine she's got
half Puerto Rico half USA. I like that. That'd be dope.

Speaker 9 (01:53:24):
Uh.

Speaker 2 (01:53:24):
But yeah, congratulations Zelena Vega. Congratulations Tiffany Stratton. You have
played the beast.

Speaker 5 (01:53:31):
So this was the pop up that one because people
were so happy that Tiffany won because people were scared.

Speaker 2 (01:53:38):
Oh so wait, you said this was number two. You
said don was one. This one interesting.

Speaker 5 (01:53:43):
Because except there was one guy behind, like diagonal from
US that kept screaming the whole time.

Speaker 3 (01:53:47):
He was like, come on, Charlotte, you could do it.

Speaker 5 (01:53:50):
And everybody was laughing in our recection because he was
so enticed on Charlotte winning.

Speaker 3 (01:53:54):
But this when she won, there was an uproar because
people were so scared that Charlotte was gonna win. This
match was very sloppy.

Speaker 5 (01:54:03):
It didn't look as bad sometimes, but it looked like
they were just mad at each other.

Speaker 2 (01:54:08):
Yeah, it I mean, and let's call a spade a spade.

Speaker 4 (01:54:11):
Yeah, Charlotte's role in this as the heel and as
the veteran and as the loser was to make Tiffany
look as good as possible.

Speaker 2 (01:54:23):
It was to elevate her. Charlotte clearly had no interest
in doing that, no interest. That was not her priority.

Speaker 3 (01:54:29):
Very sloppy, it was clunky. Like one of my friends
was like, oh.

Speaker 5 (01:54:32):
Tip keeps missing her spots, and I'm like, yeah, she
missed some spots, but she didn't miss I feel like Charlotte,
it was messing her up a lot, and it was
like throwing her off and throwing her momentum off.

Speaker 3 (01:54:44):
It was a very wonky match.

Speaker 2 (01:54:48):
Yeah.

Speaker 4 (01:54:49):
And it also it's interesting that people are it's such
a hot topic the the show, the Netflix show Wv's
gonna be doing in the summer, where they like take
you backstage and like into the writer's room.

Speaker 2 (01:55:01):
Well, because we don't know what Charlotte was told when
she won the Royal Humble.

Speaker 4 (01:55:08):
We don't know what she thought in her head what
she had reasons to think. We don't know what Tiffany
was told. The idea that champions and challengers aren't told
who's winning until possibly the day of or night before
has always seemed weird to me, like there should kind
of be a plan in place if you have a
story and you're starting, it should kind of be like, okay,

(01:55:29):
so we're.

Speaker 2 (01:55:30):
Gonna do Charlotte and Tiffany. Plan is Charlotte's gonna put
Tiffany over.

Speaker 4 (01:55:34):
Big win for her WrestleMania, Like that should have been
explained to both of them from day one.

Speaker 2 (01:55:38):
Yes so, And I think that also.

Speaker 4 (01:55:41):
Played into the competitiveness that we saw get escalated to
levels that were kind of uncomfortable to watch happen on
live TV because perhaps both these girls, sorry women, felt
legit threatened by the other.

Speaker 2 (01:55:55):
Tiffany said it flat out. I don't know if it
was an interview or a promo. I'm the champion. I
think it was an interview actually talking about that chaotic segment.

Speaker 4 (01:56:04):
But she's like, listen, I'm the champion. I want to
stay champion, so I'm gonna do everything in my power
to stay champion. That might have been truer words than
we even realized.

Speaker 2 (01:56:11):
Where you know, Charlotte's trying to make her look bad,
Charlotte trying to make her look like she can't handle herself.

Speaker 4 (01:56:16):
Charlotte trying to make her look like she shouldn't be champion.
She'll never be the next Charlotte.

Speaker 2 (01:56:20):
She'll never be, you know, the it girl that they're
trying to make her out to be. So yeah, I
think Charlotte has legit issues with Tiffany. Those streets have
been saying that Charlotte, just like Charlotte was cursing at
Tiffany after the match, even though even though people were saying, like,
I'm not sure why Charlotte would be the one mad

(01:56:41):
because Tiffany is the one who had a chip tooth.
Tiffany's the one who had a I think they fixed
it right away. I think, well, either that or she
already has fake teeth.

Speaker 4 (01:56:52):
It's very possible if that got chipped like in gymnastics
and we just never knew, or like.

Speaker 3 (01:56:56):
That's just a lot of them, have a lot of
them have a what was it called veneers?

Speaker 2 (01:57:01):
Veneers? Yes, like Raines needs to.

Speaker 3 (01:57:03):
Like dirty those off because they are way too bright.

Speaker 4 (01:57:05):
You know, whose Veneers I love And it's probably just
because I love her. Harley Cameron, Oh, I thought you
were gonna say, woll Goggins.

Speaker 2 (01:57:12):
Fuck. I hate that guy's teeth is so distracted. I
love him.

Speaker 5 (01:57:16):
No shit, they got knocked out when he was like
thirteen from the baseball game. They've really they fixed them
and then they got knocked out again.

Speaker 2 (01:57:22):
They look like actor teeth that should be mobs special. Yeah,
but no, I think that. Uh. I think, like because
I've noticed it more since she does the uh ventriloquism.
She's doing a smile whenever her puppet is talking, and
all I'm like, damn, she actually has Like those are

(01:57:42):
some good veneers.

Speaker 5 (01:57:43):
Yeah, but well, it's so funny when you start seeing
like the road Rules real world challenge people. You know
they got the money because they all start getting fake ty.
They all get veneers, Yeah, all of them.

Speaker 2 (01:57:53):
We joked about that all the time. It used to
be women got faked its, men got fake teeth. Now
they all get fake they all. Yeah. But you know,
like Tiffany also, like going back to her forehead was
fucked up. Even on SmackDown. It seems like Tiffany would
have been the one complaining or or mad, but everything

(01:58:15):
everyone's saying that it was Charlotte.

Speaker 5 (01:58:17):
Said, because I really do love Charlotte and I try
not to get too mad when they constantly throw her
in the in the championship, the title picture and stuff like.

Speaker 4 (01:58:26):
That, because she is what we say, Oh my god,
what has that's it?

Speaker 2 (01:58:33):
It's not Bailey, it's Charlotte.

Speaker 3 (01:58:37):
It should be Charlotte.

Speaker 2 (01:58:38):
I'm not gonna lie. It's gonna work, but it shouldn't.

Speaker 4 (01:58:42):
Be somebody that's already would have it how many times
she held the championship. You should not be a world
champion if you're being considered for this role, even if
you are.

Speaker 2 (01:58:49):
In the women's division, even though Bailey and.

Speaker 3 (01:58:52):
Wait, you think she's gonna join Seth.

Speaker 4 (01:58:54):
Yeah, they because they need to do something with Charlotte desperately.
They can't he like, like, obviously they had her lose
to Tiffany, so they can't.

Speaker 2 (01:59:04):
Just escalate her to the championship. They're not. I fucking
pray they don't just feed EO to her, and they haven't.
They haven't.

Speaker 3 (01:59:11):
Maybe they want to get.

Speaker 4 (01:59:12):
Her US title and then the women like no, like
they need to give her stories that are not Championship motivated,
which is going to be strange.

Speaker 2 (01:59:21):
Right, Paul Hayman does. That's true.

Speaker 3 (01:59:24):
That might be it guys get and then becomes the woman.

Speaker 2 (01:59:28):
It might be Charlotte Flair and and and honestly not
for nothing like Bailey. Bailey would be good in the role.
And Bailey would be good for every reason I said. However,
in terms of a believable woman who's gonna play additional
muscle for Seth for Paul in a stable including Bronze,
Charlotte fits that Bill. Jade Cargill would also feel that Bill,

(01:59:50):
even though I don't see her getting that spot. Very surprised.

Speaker 4 (01:59:53):
Just as we got Stephanie and EO on Raw Throughmania,
we got Tiffany and Jade card you'll smack that after
Mania that.

Speaker 2 (02:00:02):
It was fun, it was better than I expected it
to be based.

Speaker 4 (02:00:07):
On what happened at WrestleMania. I'm sorry, let's not skip
past Jade and Naomi at WrestleMania, because I mean exactly.

Speaker 2 (02:00:18):
And I thought Naomi didn't Naomi right, Naomi's crazy and
it's not.

Speaker 5 (02:00:25):
Against j J's just still getting used to w W wrestling,
and she's still for what it's worth. Step I knew
because she never had like long term matches in A
and W. She was more like a powerhouse that just
came in and destroyed.

Speaker 2 (02:00:37):
She was a gold I was gonna I was trying
to she was a rye.

Speaker 5 (02:00:40):
Bat that's exactly, yeah, but a more likable one because
I actually liked.

Speaker 3 (02:00:44):
J Cars cut the ship like so yeah, but yeah,
it was this match. It was a little clunky.

Speaker 4 (02:00:52):
But that's what surprises me about the fact that just
because Tiffany and Charlotte had a bit of a clunker,
and while you know, I I do think Charlotte had
a big role to play in that, at the same time,
Tiffany's not, you know, perfect, and Tiffany's the newer one,
so you would think she might like a little stigma

(02:01:13):
might have rubbed off on her. And then with Jade
being new and relatively unproven in singles matches, and then
that match doesn't get.

Speaker 2 (02:01:20):
The best reviews. To put both Jade and Tiffany together,
where both of them have kind of been put up
strategically with people who are gonna make them look good,
They've both been set up for success that way. These guys,
these girls were these women were both thrown in the
deep end for this match, and I do think they
delivered it. They get it, they have fun, fun eight minutes.

Speaker 3 (02:01:42):
It was Yeah, it wasn't bad.

Speaker 5 (02:01:44):
I think Tiffany is Tiffany proves that she should be
champion and that she's very talented, and I think when
she's with people that compliment her well, she can really
put on a match.

Speaker 2 (02:01:53):
Yeah.

Speaker 4 (02:01:53):
I think it's wise to not be done with Jade
and Naomi for a few reasons.

Speaker 3 (02:01:59):
This was just probably a throw, you know.

Speaker 2 (02:02:02):
I mean, it's good to keep that storyline going. Also
good to keep Nya Jacks coming for the World Championship,
especially after her getting a bump from Mania. Streets are
also saying and they're they're referring to clips from that
w W Writer show. But apparently the original.

Speaker 4 (02:02:17):
Plans for Mania, Naya Jacks was gonna be revealed as
Jay car Gill's attacker.

Speaker 2 (02:02:22):
It was gonna be Nya and Jada Mania.

Speaker 4 (02:02:25):
Uh so, and and then the fans got involved saying, no,
it's definitely Naomi, No, it's definitely Bianca. And then they decided, Okay,
we gotta choose, and they went with Naomi and I
always killed them.

Speaker 5 (02:02:37):
I think I think This really elevated Naomi's to the
next level of storytelling and like execution.

Speaker 2 (02:02:44):
But not only does Nia lose out on a Mania
match that she has more than earned, but she also
loses out on a whole last story. Granted, that kind
of makes me think, like, does that mean that Naomi
wasn't even gonna be on media? Like, please don't tell
me that's where would have gone. But very very excited
to see both Nyah and Naomi. I kind of hope

(02:03:06):
this becomes a four way feud and they're all going
for the title, because I think that is a big win,
Tipp and he's gonna need Speaking of a big win,
Jacob fat too is our United States champion?

Speaker 5 (02:03:19):
Yell. I mean, yeah, he's.

Speaker 2 (02:03:23):
So good, he's so good.

Speaker 5 (02:03:27):
And oh oh great, we can talk about this now,
all right, we can talk about this.

Speaker 2 (02:03:32):
Haku and Jimmy your so yes.

Speaker 3 (02:03:36):
Abided by the two.

Speaker 5 (02:03:37):
Minute rule, very respectful, very respectful waiting the two minute rule.

Speaker 3 (02:03:43):
As everyone knows, I have a strict two minute rule.

Speaker 5 (02:03:45):
You become new champion, the person has to wait exactly
two minutes before entering the ring. That way, the now
champion can get the picture of the ref holding their
hand up, them holding the belt, just them and the
ref and they can zoom in.

Speaker 3 (02:03:57):
Just be them. You don't need to be doing that
ship jumping in.

Speaker 5 (02:04:00):
I couldn't even jump in the ring like a good person.
Didn't even jump in the ring. He jump over the back,
did jump over the back, but.

Speaker 2 (02:04:09):
He didn't go in the ring. And I absolutely love that.

Speaker 5 (02:04:13):
The judgment Day didn't run into go down like lived
didn't jump run down there she Obi. She obeyed the
two minute rule. Jimmy Uso obeyed the two minut rules.
He didn't even go in.

Speaker 3 (02:04:23):
Who was he in there?

Speaker 4 (02:04:24):
Jimmy Uso was in the ring when Jay Usso had
already left the ring, was on the table doing his celebration,
and then.

Speaker 2 (02:04:31):
Jimmy was in the rules.

Speaker 4 (02:04:34):
Yeah, Haku is my favorite because I remember all of
a sudden he was there and I'm like, oh, Shires
there and then.

Speaker 2 (02:04:41):
Oh yeah, he just jumped He was not supposed to,
but he.

Speaker 3 (02:04:43):
Didn't go in the ring, right like a good brother.

Speaker 2 (02:04:46):
Oh bro, your son, who mind you? You visited in
jail and now you're visiting at the end of the
ring as.

Speaker 4 (02:04:55):
He just won the Championshire WrestleMania. Nah, bro, No barricade
is gonna keep that man this season.

Speaker 2 (02:05:01):
You go there, you give your son a huggin Yeah,
before we move on. Jacob Batu has three challengers, it
seems now. Granted, La Knight did technically, I think, become
number of contender because he breed Drew McIntire by disqualification.
But Drew, and I love this.

Speaker 4 (02:05:20):
I love to get your opinions also, But Drew McIntire
making it clear he doesn't want to. He doesn't He's
not coming after seeing his championship cause Sina's a punk
World Championship, I get it, But no, I want the
baddest champion here, Jacob So, I want you.

Speaker 2 (02:05:36):
I love this, I love it.

Speaker 3 (02:05:38):
I love that. Yeah, Sena's a punk I love that.

Speaker 2 (02:05:42):
Yeah.

Speaker 4 (02:05:43):
And and also not only does it make sense with
Drew logic, which we've also come very accustomed o, but
it actually makes perfect sense in general, Like Sina is
already talking about how eighteen more dates and I'm gone,
what you're gonna fucking try to subscribe to that list?
Like no, Yeah, and he is a punk so and

(02:06:04):
Jacob too is the baddest man in ww B. One
thing I found interesting was solo.

Speaker 2 (02:06:14):
Basically cutting a promo saying he is the reason Jacob's champ,
causing Jacob to respond, and Jacob's response was interesting because
he basically repeated an entire promo right, and I was
kind of like, wait a minute, did this man just
cut the same promo? And then I realized, oh, wait, no,
he's basically turned this promo into a series of catchphrases

(02:06:36):
where he basically says, you need to get in where
you fit in, because I'm all gas no breaks.

Speaker 5 (02:06:44):
You know, it's from a movie somewhere where he's like,
are you just saying cashphrases?

Speaker 4 (02:06:49):
I mean, I feel like it's probably just from like
him growing up. I feel like, yeah, I feel like
people just say that, Like he probably just says that
with the people he grew up with in his bad
friends and family all guess, no breaks, Coast to coast,
I'm America's most.

Speaker 5 (02:07:07):
There's a movie where he's just saying catchphrases the entire
time while he's talking to and he's like just saying
inspirational things.

Speaker 4 (02:07:12):
Literally just yeah, I vaguely know what you're talking about,
but I can't play it to me. I feel like
we're going to continue this, He's gonna continue saying this
specific phrase to to Solo, you need.

Speaker 2 (02:07:28):
To get in where you fit in, because I'm all gas,
no breaks, and that's gonna lead eventually, of course, to
Solo getting in Jacob's face, getting in Jacob's business, turning
on him and putting the breaks on the rise of Fatsu.

Speaker 3 (02:07:48):
We don't like that. That's not gonna happen.

Speaker 2 (02:07:50):
Maybe maybe the long awaited Hiccoleo comes out. Maybe, but
either way, I'm so excited, so happy for Jacob fatu
uh And.

Speaker 4 (02:08:00):
It's just he's shining like a star. Did mention Drew
McIntyre and Damian Priest going for the US Championship.

Speaker 2 (02:08:08):
Danielle, what'd you make.

Speaker 4 (02:08:10):
Of Drew getting the big win at WrestleMania against Damian Priest.

Speaker 3 (02:08:14):
It was fine? Yeah, that was a fine match. You
know what I was thinking. Actually, during this whole entire match,
I kept thinking.

Speaker 5 (02:08:23):
I kept thinking, Man, it's been a while since we
had we did our predictions and we automatically say Drew like,
obviously Drew is winning this match, and this was the
one where we did say Drew and Drew did win.

Speaker 4 (02:08:35):
Yeah, Damien Priest did not waste any time getting his
lick back though, so we're.

Speaker 2 (02:08:39):
Seeing I really like he's really he's really good.

Speaker 5 (02:08:43):
I was happy Drew needed the win. Drew definitely needed
this way and it was something that's been building up
forever and I'm glad he got the win. But it
didn't it didn't hurt Damian Priest, which I liked. So
this match was definitely fun. These guys are hard hitting
and I'm just so happy.

Speaker 4 (02:08:55):
For Drew Magatarre and I'm I'm looking forward to an
La night Jacob Jamie.

Speaker 8 (02:09:02):
They don't need to be in the in the championship
championship right well no, I mean, and that's another thing
that Drew's little scene as.

Speaker 4 (02:09:15):
A punk, it kind of goes to elevate Jacob and
this change a little bit more so other big name
contenders will come straight for Jacob and kind of ignore Sena.

Speaker 2 (02:09:24):
Maybe we get Orton and Jacob. Maybe Orton says, you
know what scene is a pump. Definitely, Uh, let's talk.
I know you hate talking about him, but we got
to talk about the Logan Paul aj Styles match. Did
you take a b break out?

Speaker 8 (02:09:41):
Wow?

Speaker 3 (02:09:41):
This is a break this was a pre break match.

Speaker 2 (02:09:43):
Wow, I'm not gonna lie, that's.

Speaker 3 (02:09:46):
Wild that Aj Styles is in the match.

Speaker 2 (02:09:48):
I like, that's just that's that's petty.

Speaker 5 (02:09:50):
This match wasn't as good as I thought it was
gonna because, like, even though I hate Logan Paul, I
thought he would really like bring it, and I didn't
hate this match, But it wasn't as good as I
thought it was gonna be. But everybody got it as
soon as is aj Styles after his music hit and
everybody's saying this that awful theme song, like, and he
came in with a stupid drone. All as soon as
the bell went, everybody got.

Speaker 3 (02:10:08):
Up and went to the bathroom.

Speaker 2 (02:10:10):
The thing with this match, you're.

Speaker 3 (02:10:11):
Saying, it's weird thinking Aj Styles has.

Speaker 4 (02:10:13):
A p break master, so but the match was all
about storytelling, whereas with Logan Paul's matches, the draw is
the spots, the virality, the you know, the big elbow
dropped from through a table from the inside to the outside,
the moon salts from the inside to the outside, like
those big clips that everyone's gonna gonna rip and post

(02:10:35):
over and over again.

Speaker 2 (02:10:37):
Those are the draws of the Logan Paal match.

Speaker 4 (02:10:40):
The fact that this was storytelling and then carrying cross
getting involved in aj styles, just obsessed with being a
good guy for no reason, Like yeah, they they kind of.

Speaker 2 (02:10:49):
It was a bit of an overbooked finish. Yeah, it
was a little sloppy.

Speaker 5 (02:10:54):
Sloppy, I'm not using overbook over book.

Speaker 2 (02:10:57):
Yeah. I was happy that they got carrying across there.

Speaker 3 (02:11:01):
Yeah, yeah, definitely, I'm.

Speaker 2 (02:11:03):
Glad we saw him.

Speaker 5 (02:11:04):
People got up like this was like all right, bathroom
time and everybody got.

Speaker 4 (02:11:08):
Up because everybody, Yeah, what'd you make of Becky Lynch's return.

Speaker 5 (02:11:12):
I mean, we all know it's gonna Beggy Lynch, so
it wasn't really this This match is just a head
scratcher for me because I don't get the lia about Kiria.

Speaker 2 (02:11:21):
Yo. They are growing, They're like gym they are, And
I like her. I like her. She's good, she's good.

Speaker 5 (02:11:28):
She seems very humble, she seems very like nice and
like all this stuff, and she is good.

Speaker 3 (02:11:33):
She's progressed very.

Speaker 5 (02:11:34):
Much because a year ago when I was talking about her,
I was like, hell no, like you know what I mean,
but like that's whine. But they're really cramming her down
our throat and the Becky thing. I you texted me this,
and I agree with you. I wish they didn't show
her showing up at the Hall of Fame Becky because
I think this would have been a better surprise, even
though we knew it was going to be Becky.

Speaker 2 (02:11:53):
I think it would have been a little bit. No,
I feel very strongly about that. No, I agree with that, like,
if this is what you're booking, we hadn't seen Becky.
Becky recently had been on a show and she said no,
I don't wrestle anymore. So all they had to do
was lead us to believe she wasn't in town. It

(02:12:14):
wouldn't have been hard. All I had to do was
not see her at the Hall of Fame. Let's set
through his own thing, let him sit.

Speaker 4 (02:12:21):
With anyone else, and and I think it would have
been a much bigger surprise.

Speaker 2 (02:12:26):
I think there genuinely would have been shocked.

Speaker 4 (02:12:28):
But essentially, we saw Becky and then everyone was like, oh,
Becky's there, that's fun. And then Bailey gets written off
the next day and we're like, oh, yeah, I mean
big E wasn't even trying to Like Big E doing
the pre show is kind of.

Speaker 2 (02:12:43):
Like, well, there might be a certain person, a countryman
or a country woman, so.

Speaker 3 (02:12:49):
Yeah, it wasn't very.

Speaker 2 (02:12:52):
We get a heal Becky now they.

Speaker 5 (02:12:55):
Lost immediately right after, because all I'm thinking is we're
having Becky and we're having Becky and Lyra face and tum, like, yeah,
that that felt weird.

Speaker 2 (02:13:07):
That felt weird.

Speaker 4 (02:13:07):
And the truth is, I do I think Live and
Rock Keller perfect as champions right now. I've got a
couple of people in mind for who I think they
could lose it to, but I think right now, like
it's it's better to just keep the belts on them.

Speaker 2 (02:13:21):
Also, and you know, I feel very strongly about this.

Speaker 4 (02:13:23):
I hate it when somebody wins the title and then
somebody in their group who has a title loses it
the same day.

Speaker 2 (02:13:32):
They do it all the time and then it's like
they didn't do it with Damian Andria, but then Rea
got hurt, so so it happened anyway. So as soon as.

Speaker 3 (02:13:41):
It was Champs, right when the Champs too, it was
like Finn and then it was.

Speaker 2 (02:13:45):
Like yeah, right, yeah they all yeah.

Speaker 4 (02:13:49):
Uh so I like that Dom Live and Roquelle all
have gold again, especially since we kind of are seeing,
you know, a bit of a civil war in the
judgment day. So so Yeah, just very I'm excited to
see live in Raquel as champs again.

Speaker 2 (02:14:06):
I'm excited that Becky is a heel again. I'm curious
if Becky takes Lyra's title, though I can't see them
having Lyra.

Speaker 4 (02:14:15):
Go over Becky, Like, I don't know, I think it's
too soon for that. But you're right, they're pretty relentless
with her.

Speaker 5 (02:14:24):
They're so obsessed with her. I'm like, she's on Mania
for not even her title.

Speaker 2 (02:14:28):
Yeah, so crazy, so weird. We got to talk about
the Andre the Giant Battle Royal winner real quick. Well,
I did explain to you that because of the fact
that Bronston, Well might explain to you my theory that
since Bronston was the winner last year and had an
amazing twenty twenty four going in like he was killing it,

(02:14:48):
I think a big wrestling moment would have been in
his future this year had he not gotten hurt. So
Carmelo winning does mean something to me. It does mean
that I think we do and we think he deserves
a lot better. This is a year he's been on
the main roster and we have not seen a glimpse
of the Carmelo we saw in NXT we've not seen
a glimpse of the true him, so I'm excited to

(02:15:12):
see him get back to that. However, that Andre the
Giant Chaine misgave him was silly looking, so silly looking. Uh.
We did see Fraction make their SmackDown debut.

Speaker 4 (02:15:24):
You saw Fraction in NXT lose their titles to Hank
and Tank Yo.

Speaker 3 (02:15:28):
That match was so good again.

Speaker 5 (02:15:30):
I watched it with dev Blub doesn't know any of
the NXC people now, and she's like, Dak guy Frazier
and I was like, I know, he's scary good. Actually Vaccine.
Both of them are so good. But that match was
so fast and so good. Hank and Tank are so
good too. Like that match was so fun. Like at
one point, I was like, these guys are dead. I
was like, everybody's dead.

Speaker 2 (02:15:51):
Yeah.

Speaker 3 (02:15:51):
I was like, oh my god.

Speaker 2 (02:15:52):
This match is unbelievable. Fraction is really good.

Speaker 5 (02:15:55):
They're insanely good, like like a.

Speaker 2 (02:15:58):
Team that was kind of just put together. Yeah yeah,
with everyone eyes field for the breakup, simply because they
were kind of just randomly together and here they are
one of the few n X t acts. Assuming this
was a call up call up, one of the few
NXC acts that gets to stay together and get called
up together.

Speaker 5 (02:16:17):
And they had their own like debut separately, one with
Penza and one with.

Speaker 2 (02:16:22):
Red Right so, and a lot of people were thinking
maybe Nathan would be part of Seth's stables since Seth
trained him.

Speaker 3 (02:16:30):
I mean that, but he I mean that match was
so effing good. That tag match was.

Speaker 2 (02:16:36):
You know, a lot of people have said, Austin Theory
should go back with Seth.

Speaker 3 (02:16:40):
I can't handle all the hotness in that.

Speaker 2 (02:16:45):
Well, Paul, That's what Paul's there for, to even it out. Whoa,
you're throwing brown in the ugly Yes? Wow, Scott Steiner,
you mean big pop a pump you mean freak Zilla.

Speaker 5 (02:17:03):
Yes, I'm very attracted to someone nicknamed freaking Zilla.

Speaker 3 (02:17:07):
It's because he keeps the freaks up all night.

Speaker 2 (02:17:10):
Come on now, But like.

Speaker 3 (02:17:12):
Seth, Seth and freaking awesome Theory there, Oh boy, oh boy,
I can't.

Speaker 2 (02:17:17):
Oh.

Speaker 4 (02:17:17):
Also, just real quick, since you brought up Scott bron Breaker,
Scott Steiner, that you just brought up his uncle bron
Breaker doing Steiner Matt. That was amazing. That was easily
like that's probably my favorite promo happening off.

Speaker 2 (02:17:39):
Like not on a show. Yeah, that was so good,
so brilliant.

Speaker 5 (02:17:45):
Bron breaker, because I was like, oh, this guy is
definitely gonna be like a semi but he works.

Speaker 2 (02:17:51):
No, he's a freak of nature. It works. Yeah.

Speaker 4 (02:17:56):
And and the fact that for the like I remember
for years, like while he was in college wrestling, accounts
or whatever would always talk about him the way when
he was playing college sports because he was Scott Steander's nephew,
because he was Rick Tanner's son, so a lot of time,
for a lot of times it seemed like he would
actually go to the NFL.

Speaker 2 (02:18:17):
Yes, and it was always kind of.

Speaker 4 (02:18:19):
Talked about wrestling being what he wanted to do in
backup plan, you know, but we'd see where we go.

Speaker 2 (02:18:24):
So, yeah, he's a freak athlete. He has great promo skills.

Speaker 4 (02:18:29):
When he breaks them out, his matches deliver, His spots
are just second and none.

Speaker 2 (02:18:33):
Those spears he throws them in. Yeah, Bronze a freak.
What did you think, Danielle watching your boy Ethan Page
fall to Ricky sinks?

Speaker 3 (02:18:43):
Okay, I knew, I mean I knew he was We
knew that it was gonna be Ethan Page versus Ricky.

Speaker 5 (02:18:47):
Saints I love the Tony fumble. They continued in to
stand and deliver Tony fumbled. Ethan Page is so good.

Speaker 2 (02:18:57):
Yeah, Ricky Saints is so good.

Speaker 5 (02:18:58):
But man Ethan Page got some special he gets his
gimmicks so over Yeah, so challenged.

Speaker 2 (02:19:03):
And uh and guys, if you're still with us, we're
well over two hours at this point, so there will
obviously be zero T and A predictions for their paperview tonight.
But we are the heth Marks. We're hoping that Ethan
Page takes it home, are we? Do?

Speaker 4 (02:19:18):
We want Joe Henry to lose Tathan Page. I kind
of think it would be cool. I think it would
be cool, I think, and I think Henry would be safe.

Speaker 5 (02:19:26):
I think it would be a good slap in the
face of DNA for how they.

Speaker 2 (02:19:30):
Like right like. It would be very it would very poetic. Granted,
it probably wouldn't be the best thing for Joe Hendry,
given it's the first thing TNA fantasy since.

Speaker 3 (02:19:41):
I don't think I don't.

Speaker 2 (02:19:42):
I think you can.

Speaker 4 (02:19:43):
I think you can sell that losing Randy Orton is
no big deal at WrestleMania as long as you don't
lose your next match and lose your title in it.

Speaker 2 (02:19:51):
So I do think he should retain. But we can't
not lof Ethan Page, especially for that that poet, that
poetry much.

Speaker 4 (02:20:00):
Yeah, but yeah, this was This was a fun match.

Speaker 3 (02:20:03):
Yeah, a good opener, perfect opener.

Speaker 2 (02:20:05):
Probably not as fun as dude the.

Speaker 3 (02:20:07):
Ladder matchres was killer.

Speaker 5 (02:20:09):
Jeb kept saying, this is our favorite match of the weekend. Yeah,
this is a fun said this was our favorite match.
I know you predicted Solouka. I thought all of them
were fantastic. I think everybody had a spot in their
moment to shine. Ladder matches are so fucking fun when
done right, because I hate ladder matches when they're like
they put the ladder and they're not climbing up. There
were some spots though, I was scared when they were
like landing on on ladders and falling off things like

(02:20:32):
there were some matches where I jumped a little bit.

Speaker 3 (02:20:34):
But this was really great. Yeah, this was a really
fun match.

Speaker 6 (02:20:37):
No.

Speaker 4 (02:20:37):
One under quick shot of Fia Hale. I get whoo
every time. And she's so young, she's twenty one, and
we I feel like we've been watching it for so
long already, and she just continues to approve, speaking of
Fia Hale, who is ready for a new semester and
Chase You because it seems Chase You is coming back.

Speaker 3 (02:20:57):
I love Chase You.

Speaker 2 (02:20:58):
We back, baby, I love chasing They're so fun, so fun,
so fun.

Speaker 4 (02:21:03):
Uh not that fun was the way this tag team match,
the Dark State versus the D'Angelo family match ended, or
should I.

Speaker 2 (02:21:12):
Say the way the DiAngelo family?

Speaker 3 (02:21:16):
But I will say, like this is stupid. This was
a crazy match.

Speaker 5 (02:21:19):
But the the Tuesday, the Tuesday after the n X
Day after, when Sax is with Luca and like they're
all talgging, Like I was like, I'm so invested in
this storyline. When he was like, well you know why
I called you out here and he's.

Speaker 9 (02:21:33):
Like oh yeah, cuts off and You're like you're like,
kill Luca?

Speaker 3 (02:21:37):
What happened?

Speaker 2 (02:21:39):
Yeah?

Speaker 4 (02:21:39):
I mean it's kind of seems like Lucas gonna show
up as a heel, like somehow Stax turned him.

Speaker 2 (02:21:44):
But there might be a funeral.

Speaker 3 (02:21:48):
Oh man, it was, Yes, stax'ould just be killing everybody.
And then the scene where they're.

Speaker 9 (02:21:53):
In the hotel room, he's.

Speaker 5 (02:21:55):
Murking, you're supposed to keep it in the parking lot,
keep it in the parking lot.

Speaker 2 (02:21:59):
I'm not gonna lie. This is a bit heartbreaking, not
just because of the great performances everyone and then making me,
you know, feel the emotions of a family betrayed. But
I always say this, like, I really wanted the D'Angelo
family to make it to the main roster as the
D'Angelo family. I truly enjoyed the stable. I thought the

(02:22:19):
Don gimmet could have easily been bad. He Tony D'Angelo
killed it. He's an amazing actor. It's probably why he's
getting acting roles now. Ye, So, like I wanted to
see the family get called up. Who knows, maybe the
family will get back together. I'm the main roster. Maybe
we'll get that one day. But I was really hoping
that they wouldn't get split up in nfsty.

Speaker 4 (02:22:41):
With that said, we are getting cinema, We are getting
a movie. So get the popcorn ready, Let's give Stephanie
her do defeating Julia Given, defeating Miss Parker, defeating Jordan
Grace to retain her women's championship.

Speaker 2 (02:22:58):
Stephanie's for real.

Speaker 3 (02:22:59):
Oh my god, she's so good. All of them were good.

Speaker 5 (02:23:03):
This man, Jada Parker man, like they really like I
was afraid she was gonna get lost in the shuffle.

Speaker 3 (02:23:08):
Because she's dealing with three dominant women.

Speaker 2 (02:23:10):
She was my fick to stand out. She knew she
had definitely stand out.

Speaker 3 (02:23:14):
But Stephanie Man, she's great.

Speaker 5 (02:23:15):
Jordan's great, but Stephanie's so fantastic.

Speaker 3 (02:23:19):
That's another Tony Fumble. Man, She's so talented.

Speaker 2 (02:23:23):
I do wonder how much longer Jordan Grace stays in Tienna.
I'm not in NXT because it does feel like like
they're not going to like I don't see her becoming
NXT champions soon, but they've already had her go for
the title, so it's kind of like, Okay, you can
get away with that at NXT, but you can't make
a trend of me. So she's gonna have a write

(02:23:46):
a longer stay. We now need off the title stories
for her to tell. They can do that, but it's
draft season, so I kind of think she might just
get drafted soon. Let's talk about the main event. This
is your match of the week, no.

Speaker 3 (02:24:02):
Match of the weekend. This match, first of all, comment.

Speaker 5 (02:24:05):
First of all, there was nobody was rooting for someone
over anybody else. Yes, everybody was like, whoever wins this match,
we all win. Like everybody was rooting for Evans. Ever
though it was rooting for Trick, everybody was rooting for
Opa Femi.

Speaker 9 (02:24:19):
And even though Trick is kind of becoming heel, it
doesn't matter. I still like that, right, it doesn't matter.
Everybody loves it. I will say I have to shout
tot Deab again. Dev made me crack up the entire team.
She's like, what are they saying. I'm like, they're saying
whoof that trick? She goes, oh, I thought they were
saying wolf Patrick. So literally I called Trick.

Speaker 5 (02:24:36):
Williams wolf Patrick the entire weekend this match. I mean,
this wasn't a triple threat, this was a four way
because da fucking Bluer, like the rep fucking kicking, fucking
being like fuck you getting knocked out, Like everything about
this match was so glorious. The first minute into the match,
Javonne Evans leaps about twenty.

Speaker 3 (02:24:56):
Feet in the air. I was like, whoa, what is happening?

Speaker 5 (02:24:58):
Like there were no los in this match, and there
was no losers in the audience because everybody enjoyed this.
This match was fired. There was no lull, there was
like there were such close. There were such close near
foles that at one point I was just like, oh
my god, imagine Van Evans takes this right now, like
it was one of those moments, or like, oh my god,
it's Trick taking it back. Are they calling up Obie Obafemi,

(02:25:19):
like is this happened? It was just so fantastic. Deb
was so excited about Oba Femmy's entrance. I was like, dude,
you're gonna not to watch people like an army And
she's like, what do you mean?

Speaker 3 (02:25:28):
And I'm like, it's a fucking cult. The way they're like,
why he comes in and just walks.

Speaker 2 (02:25:33):
It's crazy because we talked about what a risk it
was to turn Trick Williams heel, but Oba Femi is
stepped right up in that place.

Speaker 3 (02:25:40):
He's good. Oh that whole match was beginning to end.

Speaker 2 (02:25:45):
I was.

Speaker 3 (02:25:46):
I was immersing at it. Yeah, I will say so.

Speaker 5 (02:25:49):
Apparently there wasn't enough seeds sold in the top, so
they were moving everybody down, so they put us behind
the entrance so I couldn't see the entrance screen and
the way we were also the the lighting blocked the
camera so I could only watch the ring.

Speaker 3 (02:26:04):
So sometimes it was hard for me.

Speaker 5 (02:26:06):
So when they were on the announcer side, I couldn't
see anything, which got very frustrated sometimes so I had
to like ask people what was happening, and it was
very frustrating to watch. I will say that, like, shame
on you T Mobile Arena for that, because like, at
least put me in to see where I can see
the TV, because like, at least I could see what
was happening.

Speaker 3 (02:26:24):
Like I could only watch the ring and I was
so far from the ring, I couldn't see the ring.

Speaker 4 (02:26:28):
Yeah, I probably have this ranked as top three, like
number three for my top top of the week, the
top three.

Speaker 2 (02:26:35):
Right, but it's so close. It's like this one. I
I was so into this match, Like I was so
invested in this match.

Speaker 3 (02:26:45):
I love all three of the next.

Speaker 2 (02:26:47):
Producers are really good when it comes to the planning
the end of a championship match, great falsekin issues, great
desperation moments, great moments where the crowd really doesn't know
what's about that happen, and as you said, dieble approving
why he is the best rep in the business. Last thing,
we got to talk about Joe Hendry.

Speaker 3 (02:27:08):
That was so amazing.

Speaker 2 (02:27:10):
Showing up calling trick a little bitch and says I'm
here for the champ. Yeah you Yeah, so.

Speaker 4 (02:27:19):
I guess that's another reason why it would probably make
more sense for Joe Hendry to defend tonight, because it
looks like these two champs have unfinished business. Even though
Oba said be smarter than Moose was, don't make the
same mistake Moose did.

Speaker 3 (02:27:31):
That was amazing.

Speaker 5 (02:27:33):
Yeah, I was feeding for that Moose And.

Speaker 4 (02:27:38):
Yeah so, I mean very excited to see the ww's
following up with Joe Henry's WrestleMania appearance with UH showing
up at NXT.

Speaker 2 (02:27:47):
Also interesting to note that during Missus promo he mentioned
Joe Hendry and the streets. The streets have been saying
that there was supposed to be a Joe Hendry misfeud
on RAW that mis would have won. Now it looks
like we might be getting a miss Joe Hendri feud
on TNA.

Speaker 3 (02:28:04):
So wild.

Speaker 2 (02:28:06):
Yeah, it's what a what.

Speaker 4 (02:28:07):
A time, what a time, what a time to be
a lot craziness.

Speaker 2 (02:28:12):
Guys. We have been talking our heads off and your
ears off wrestling. We're gonna leave it at that and
go watch the TNA pay per view. Guys, thank you
so much for tuning in every single week.

Speaker 3 (02:28:25):
Thank you guys so much.
