(03:15):
that the narrow road is difficult, and few find it
that leads to eternal life. Broad is a way to destruction,
and many travel down that road. So this podcast is
for that neural road. We help each other resist temptation,
(03:36):
we help each other develop the disciplines. It takes a
little work. It's difficult on this road, so that means
it takes a little work to stay on it. So
that's our aim, that's our purpose, that is our desire,
is to be that radio, that narrow road radio station.
You know what I'm saying. Wow, that's man, that's a
(03:59):
that's our new statement, the narrow road radio station. Like that. Amen,
Thank you Holy Spirit. All right, So we are gonna
pick it up in the Gospel of John today. We're
still in chapter four. We're gonna go from verse twenty
seven to fifty four. Let's go before the Lord and prayer,
(04:20):
Heavenly Father, Thank you Father God. Lord. We woke up
another day. Father. We have another day, Father God, to
dig into your word. Thank you for this platform. We
ask him. Pray Father God that people will be touched.
O God. We pray Father God that you will bring
the increase. So God, we pray Lord that you shall
(04:40):
be lifted up on this platform, Oh God, Yes God,
and that you will draw all men, Oh God, unto yourself.
Oh God. We pray Lord for deliverance, healing and revival
to break out. Lord God. Yes, God, we come against
the air waves of the enemy. Oh God, we come
against the negative and perverted God in the dis deductive
hip hop that is going through the airwaves. Oh God,
(05:03):
Oh Lord. Let our hip hop, Oh God, speak life.
Oh God. Let our hip hop bring encouragement and blessing.
O God, Let nothing hinder or stop it, Oh God.
And yes this in the mighty name of Jesus. And
God's people said Amen and Amen. And also you can
(05:24):
join us on our website, His hop mention dot com. Amen. Well,
I just want to say that God is amazing, and
you know what, We're just going through a season right
(05:45):
now where we gotta praise God no matter what it
looks like. I'm looking online, I'm hearing a lot of
things in our economy, a lot of things that's going
on in the world today. So we have to focus
even more unto our Lord and stay in the word
(06:06):
of God. Hallelujah. I just want to put this out there,
no weapon formed against us shall prosper. I'm speaking out
over everyone who's listening to this podcast, and that we
shall chat up on surpents and scorpions, and nothing by
any means shall harm us. That the righteous do not
(06:30):
beg for bread, that the wealth of the wicked is
laid up for the righteous. The Lord is our shepherd.
We shall not want. I send that out to everyone
that is connected to this ministry, everyone in the life chat,
everyone is connected to this platform. In Jesus' name. Amen
(06:53):
and Amen, hallelujah. You know the word that God says,
we shall be clearer thing, and it shall be establish.
We have to declear themes over our lives. Amen. Words
are powerful. All right, all right. So we're gonna continue
with the Gospel of John chapter four, starting with verse
(07:15):
twenty seven. We just saw Jesus reveal himself as the
Messiah to the Samaritan woman at the well. Now we're
about to see the fruit of that encounter as we
dive into this and get into this world. I'm coming
at you from the New King James version. And let's
(07:39):
go to verse twenty seven. And at this point his
disciples came and they made and they marveled that he
talked with a woman. Now they were marveling like it
puzzled them. It's like, what is he doing talking with
(07:59):
his woman? Yet no one said what do you seek
or why are you talking with her? Remember we said, oh,
who got the trivia question from the last episode. There
are three barriers that were torn down just for Jesus
(08:21):
having a conversation with this woman, and one of them
was having a conversation with a woman. Right, So Jesus
was tearing down barriers, and so they marveled at him.
Now that disciples were you can say they were surprised
because culturally, men didn't talk with women like this, right,
(08:46):
the Samaritan women, especially this Samaritan woman.
Speaker 3 (08:54):
Right.
Speaker 1 (08:55):
But Jesus always broke barriers for the sake of true truth.
Now this shows us that kingdom work doesn't fit cultural boxes. Amen.
Let me say that again, Kingdom work will never fit
into a cultural box. Jesus is willing to cross lines
(09:21):
that men have made and his primary goal, his heart
is to reach in too save the lost, and that
should be our heart as well. We should not allow men,
their traditions or whatever it may be, to hold us
back as well. Amen, hallelujah. Verse twenty eight and twenty nine.
(09:49):
Twenty eighth. The woman then left her waterpart pot. She
was so touched that she just didn't have time to
continue to do what she was doing. How many of
us get busy and we want to continue our work
even when the Holy Spirit is tugging on our hearts,
(10:11):
even when we know that there's ministry that needs to
be done, even though we know we need to maybe
stop and pray for somebody, or a witness to somebody,
or just stop and spend time with God, just worship
and praise Him, have like a praise break. But you're
more concerned about washing the dishes or going to the
(10:32):
grocery store picking up the kids. This woman was so impacted.
She came to get water, and I imagine that's pretty important,
especially in that part of the world, right to get
your water. You know, the well was pretty deep. She
had to take the bucket and bring it back, maybe
to her boyfriend or something. Maybe he was at home
(10:53):
waiting for this water woman. Where the water at? You
know what I'm saying. But she stopped what she was
doing and she went into the city and said to
the men. Now, because of the type of woman she was,
she probably couldn't go to the women. The women probably
wouldn't talk to her. Now that's just my opinion. But
(11:16):
she had easy access to the men, and twenty nine says,
come see a man who told me all things that
I ever did? Could this be the Christ? Then they
went out of the city and came to him. Now
(11:37):
this was an This is evangelism at heart. Even though
we may talk about Jesus. We want people to come
and experience Jesus for themselves. When I work with people,
when I'm discipling people, if I'm not pushing them to
Jesus and if they're not experiencing a relatelationship with them
(12:00):
for themselves and I failed, they are not supposed to
experience a relationship with God through me. And that's the
issue with the church, the first church that I was
a member of as a new convert, they pushed everyone
(12:22):
to the pastor. Everything had to go through the pastor.
That is in a cult. I am nothing. Matter of fact.
If you see me I fail, You're supposed to see
Christ in me and through me. Amen. Now leaving the
(12:42):
water pots symbolizing leaving behind the old life as well.
She left that thing. She found living water, and she
became an evangelist to her city. She had the water
(13:03):
that quenched her soul, just like Jesus promised her. Her
testimony wasn't perfect, but it was powerful. You don't need
all the answers. Just point people to Jesus.
Speaker 2 (13:20):
It looks like you lost another one.
Speaker 1 (13:22):
Just point people to Jesus Christ. Amen. All right, let's
go to verse thirty through thirty four. Then they went
(13:43):
out of the city and came to him. In the meantime,
his disciples urged him, saying, Rabbi, eat But Jesus said
to him, I have food to eat of which you
do not know. Love it? I love it. How Jesus
will always tackle an issue. He will always confront confusion
(14:07):
or if you have doubts or anything in your heart.
He always knew what was going on. And therefore the
disciples said to one another, has anyone brought him anything
to eat? Right? We're always thinking of the natural. That's
just how we're wired. Now, Jesus breaks it down. Jesus
(14:30):
said to them, my food is to do the will
of him who sent me, and to finish his work. Hallelujah.
How many of us can say that. How many of us,
even though we may be living in the last days,
(14:53):
are determined and focus to finish his work. We got
to prepare ourselves. We have to be people that God
can trust, that He can do a work in us
and through us. Amen. Do not say there are still
four months and then comes the harvest. Behold, I say
(15:17):
to you, lift up your eyes and look at the fields,
for they are already white with harvests. Amen. All right,
So spiritual satisfaction comes from obedience to God, not just
(15:50):
physical needs. Amen. Now, also, let's look at the fact
that this verse challenges us. Are we more hungry for
(16:16):
God's will? Or are we more hungry for temporary things?
Jesus said, my food is to do the will of
him who sent me. Are we hungry for the obedience?
(16:47):
Let that be our food? Or bean the lord or
ban what God has called us? And what we need
to do is to be committed to the very call
of God. Amen. All right, Let's go thirty four, thirty
(17:12):
five through thirty eight.
Speaker 4 (17:15):
It looks like you lost another one.
Speaker 1 (17:17):
Amen. And I just read it, But let me read
it again. Do you not say, there are still four
months and then comes the harvest. Behold, I say to you,
lift up your eyes and look at the fields. But
they are ready and white for harvests. And He who souls,
(17:41):
receives wages and gathers fruit for eternal life, that both
he who souls and he who reaps may rejoice together. Amen.
Now this is powerful. All right, Let's keep going. And
(18:05):
he who reaps receives wages and gathers the fruit for
eternal life. All right. We just read that verse thirty.
I sent you to reap that which for which you
have not labored. Others have labored, and you have entered
(18:26):
into their labors and man, all right, so let's break
that down. Now. The harvest is already ready. It's already there.
The issue is with the laborers. Now, this is still
(18:48):
true today. People are searching. We just need to step
up and share the gospel of Jesus Christ. People are
searching people, and I want to even say people are hurting,
especially now we are so ripe for revival. It is crazy.
(19:14):
People do not trust the system. People are losing their
jobs left and right. People do not know what is
going on. People are going on to social media to vent.
Now is the time to reach them for the Gospel
(19:36):
of Christ. Start a YouTube channel or something. Are going
social media and just start sharing and just start putting
the word out. Start your own podcast. So whatever God
is going to ask a Holy Spirit, what is my role?
What do you want me to do so that I
could be a laborer and this amazing harvest man. All right,
(20:03):
let's go to verse thirty nine. And many other Samaritans
of that city believes in him because of the word
of the woman who testified. Now, do not underestimate the
power of your testimony. Now when I get on YouTube,
(20:32):
my favorite teacher. I've said it before, I believe one
of the most powerful teachers in our generation is Pastor
Chuck's Smith of Cavie Chappel, and he's able to break
it down. And that's where I get most of my insight.
When I want to break down, I refer to him
(20:52):
as well as getting the revelation from the Holy Spirit.
It's always good to have some that you can receive
from someone that can mentor you. Right now now, I
also listen to testimonies. You know, I'm drawn to the
(21:20):
near death experience, the any deeds they call it now,
the people who went to Hell and came back. I
tell you that will help you stay in the fear
of God. Hell is a real place, and I don't
want any part of it. It's whatever the Lord has
(21:41):
to do in my life. Lord, I allow you to
do it. Do the work. But a lot of people
they go out and they trick off and they live
a crazy life because they do not believe in the
realities of hell. We have to educate, we have to teach,
(22:05):
and so testimonies are powerful. Now he told me all
that I ever did. That was her testimony. So when
the Samaritans had come to him, they urged him to
stay with them, and he stayed three he stayed there
two days, and many more believe because of his own word.
(22:30):
Then they said to the woman, now we believe not
because of what you said, We ourselves have heard him
and we know that this is indeed the Christ, the
Savior of the world. Hallelujah, hallelujah. Now this is healthy.
(22:51):
This is how ministry should happen. They should hear our testimony,
but they shouldn't just leave it at that. They should
go one step further and have their own experience and
(23:11):
to be able to come back and say, now I've
experienced the presence of God, I've experienced the power of
the Holy Spirit. My life has been transformed. Yes, your
testimony opened the door, but now I have my own
relationship with God. Amen, No one should. I don't know
(23:32):
the reason why I always hit this nail is because
of what I've experienced of being in a church, and
everyone is pushed to the pastor he was an idol.
No one should be pushed to a man. Every minister
should push you to your own walk in relationship with Jesus,
(23:56):
even myself. Don't put me on a pedestal. First of all,
I will let you down. I'm flesh. I am not
the Savior. I'm not the Christ. Right as John the
Baptum said, I'm gonna say the same thing. I am
not the Christ. I don't want to be put in
that place. I don't want to be an idol to
no one. Only Jesus, Jesus alone, can satisfy your heart.
(24:22):
Seek him. He is ready and willing to reveal himself
to you on a personal level. Amen. You can't live
off of somebody else's faith. You need to know Jesus
for your self. Hallelujah. Now let's hit verse forty six
(24:50):
one and they will finish the rest of the chapter.
So Jesus came again to Kena of Galilee. So after today,
staying with the Samaritans. He came again. Now, Jesus did
a lot of traveling, and maybe in order for you
(25:11):
to minister, you might have to do a lot of
traveling too. You might have to go to different areas
and travel and go around different places. So Jesus came
again to Cana of Galilee, where he had made the
water into wine. So there was a certain nobleman whose
son was sick at Capernaum. Then he heard that Jesus
(25:36):
had come out of Judah of Galilee. He went to
him and implored him to come down and heal his son. Now,
when you have lost another one, a child or someone
you love that is getting ready to die, that can
put you in a desperate place. He was willing. He
(26:01):
heard the testimonies of Jesus healing so many people. The
power and impact of the life of Christ was amazing.
Still is amazing. Amen. Now it says that he was
for he was at the point of death, and Jesus
(26:24):
said to him, unless you people see signs and wonders,
you will by no means believe. Now note this, the
priority of Jesus Christ is always bringing people to a
place of belief. He always wants people to respond right,
(26:47):
You cannot talk about Jesus without getting a response. You
need to receive him, and Jesus is trying to point
that out. Yeah, it's okay to see a sign or miracle,
but that is not the point. It's not the point
(27:07):
just to get entertained. It's not the point just to
have an experience. And a lot of ministries leave it
at that. They'll bring you to a great experience. Even
if people are gifted gifted, gifts are without repentance. God
can gift a person spiritually, but they can use that
gift for the wrong purposes a man. The heart of
(27:33):
Jesus is he wants us to believe that is our
only responsibility in this. He did everything else. It looks
like you lost another one now verse forty nine. The
nobleman said to him, sir, come down before my child dies.
(27:54):
Like he doesn't care about all that. Look, his bottom
line was, my child is about to die. Jesus said
to him, go your way, your son lives. So the
man believed the word that Jesus spoke to him. Amen.
(28:15):
So remember he pointed it out. He said, unless you
people see signs of wonders, you will by no means believe.
So the Lord put the finger on his heart. And
his response is so the man believed the word that
Jesus spoke to him, and he went his way. Jesus
(28:37):
spoke the word, and he went his way. Now, remember
he said, I implore you to come down and heal
my son. He wanted Jesus to come to his house
and heal him. But he had such a belief God
did such a work in his heart where he didn't
(28:59):
even want him to come anymore. He just went his way,
and as he was now going down, his servants met
him and told him, saying, your son lives. Now. Look
he didn't even hurry. He didn't even rush home. He
took his time. That's how much belief he had. Now.
(29:22):
While his response in forty nine the nobleman said to him, sir,
come down before my child dies. Okay, now we already
passed that one. And as he was now going his
servant met him and told him, saying, your son lives,
or were fifty two? And he inquired of them the
(29:46):
hour when he got better. See he took his time
to where he wasn't even there, but his son got better.
He could have if he would have went home immediately.
He could have made it before that, and they said
to him yesterday, See it was a whole nother day.
(30:08):
At the seventh hour, the fever left him. Now, if
your son is about to die and the Lord says, hey,
he will be well, my response probably would have been, okay, well,
I'm gonna go and see right away. But he waited
(30:30):
a whole day, and he's asking him, like, what time
was it when he got well? So then the father
knew that it was at the same hour in which
Jesus said to him, your son lives, and he himself believed,
and his whole household believed. This again, is the second
(30:53):
sign Jesus did when he came out of Judah into Galilee. Amen. Amen, Okay, well,
let's break this down a little more now, a powerful
example of faith. Believing in Jesus. He believed in his
(31:19):
word before he even saw the results. Right, How many
of us need to speak the word of God. We
need to believe the word of God even before the
situation and the circumstance changes. Faith often means taking God
(31:45):
at his word even when the evidence hasn't shown up yet.
Even when we're in a situation and I can testify
that my personal testimony. I remember years ago when I
(32:06):
first got my new job. It was a great job,
great paid, great benefits. I had a coworker that was
constantly going to my supervisor, like on a daily basis,
complaining about me, basically really trying to get rid of me.
(32:28):
I wasn't even through my probation. Good how discouraging that
could be. I'm trying to take care of a family.
I have a wife, I have children at home, and
the job wasn't easy. I was doing some greedy work
at the time, but I always kept going. Our church
(32:53):
was actually in that area. The building our location was
like a couple of blocks away. So before I went
to work, go to the church, and I would always
pray for a pay raise and a promotion. And so
this went on for like a period of two years,
and God promoted me with a new position and I
(33:17):
got a three dollar raise on top of that. Hallelujah.
Even in the face, even in the mist, even though
it looked like for all the reasons to the natural,
like man, I'm about to get fired. These people are
watching me. These people are watching my every move. You know.
(33:38):
It's a spirit of jealousy that have dealt with for years,
and I know it's straight from the enemy. But the
Lord says that he will prepare a table in the
midst of our adversaries. So whatever you're facing, if it's divorced,
if it's problems on the job, even if you got
laid off, God still promises to provide for you. Mind
(34:02):
him of his promises. Don't be defeated. Worship and praise
because it's not our business anyway. God says that he
will fight our battles. Hey man, all we have to
do is praise him. Hallelujah. All right, well, let's go
(34:30):
ahead and hit a music break. We will be right back.
Speaker 4 (34:40):
You are listening to the Light of Las Vegas. This
is the His Hop radio show.

miles wrong. That couple of minds won't work. I was
called to give folks too, because I've been chosen since
birth given. It said he must be food, telling him
(38:06):
a gospel, giving them news. Can't get caught up in
my gift in.
Speaker 1 (38:09):
That little brother.
Speaker 3 (38:10):
This yes killing if it's with abortion about my nation,
what they do.
Speaker 2 (38:14):
I said what I said, and you did.
Speaker 4 (38:15):
What you did.
Speaker 3 (38:15):
In a worry, it's grace and mercers for you.
Speaker 1 (38:17):
Let's go Zig three eighteen.
Speaker 2 (38:19):
I'm gonna want them.
Speaker 5 (38:19):
Got to wash my hands, wiacked flee bye. Can't relay
because I've never read did Carry Baby? Because I've never
read by Terry Baby until I never.
Speaker 4 (38:33):
You are listening to the light I've lost Facis this
his hot radio show?
Speaker 1 (38:44):
Yo? Yo, Yo, we are back. That's a kid Lee
our sister. Yes, come on now with the song live
again with bright sing. Let's do this thing. I love it.
You no compromise. He talks about rainbow LGBT, all that
talk about abortion. I love it when the Saints are bold,
(39:07):
and I love it when the Saints give it raw. Amen, hallelujah.
We need to stand for this sting. Hey, they don't
like us already in no sense in capitulating. We're at
a time where the lines have been drawn and we
got to take that stand. Allelujah. All right, Time for
(39:29):
the Accountability Partners segment. Now here is a challenge for
this week. Call your accountability partner and agree in prayer.
But don't just pray for God to send revival. Ask
him to send you, to send me, to send us
(39:51):
to the harvest. Ask him to send more laborers. Amen,
there's power in your prayers. God will respond to our
prayers to work his plan on planet Earth. Amen, hallelujah. Also,
we want to let you know that His Hop Radio
(40:13):
is a monitored in a reporting radio station or not
just in internet radio station playing music out into the air.
Everything is charted. We have three charts that we work with.
One is the Dart Digital Radio Charts, one is the
Gospel Music Charts. And also we have a chart system
(40:37):
built into the app itself, His Hop Radio and all platforms.
When your song plays, touch that thumbs up button. You
can give it a rating, you can rank it, you
can vote for it. There's a lot and it all
gets ported, gets reported. If you want to go up
on the charts, first submit music to us. To the
(41:00):
website his hot nation dot com. Go to the submissions
tab and make sure you fill out all the info
so you can get complete credit for your song. Right,
that's what you want. We pay royalties. You want all
the credit that you can get for your music. And
also while you're doing that, make sure you check out
(41:25):
our promo packages. Very affordable. We're talking about like fifty bucks, right.
We're not trying to gouge anyone and of course, the
higher you go, the more you will get cimoni and
get that thing. So you can go up these charts
(41:46):
and also so that you can support our platform here
on the podcast on the network. All right, it's trivia time.
Trivia time. What did the Samaritan of Woman leave behind
when she went to tell her city about Jesus? Posts
(42:10):
the answer in the live chat so that we can
keep track. Shout out to our brother zom three. He's
a reigning champion in the community. Amen, because he doesn't
just come to show up and spectate. No, he comes
(42:33):
and he participates. And our brother is getting a lot
out of this community. Amen. Very encouraging, my bro. But
we're trusting God. We're believing God that more people will
join the community and participate. Amen. Now it's time for
(42:57):
the community shot out. If you have an event coming up,
let us know. We want to post it for you.
We want to share your event right here on the
radio station. We are live every day at eleven o'clock
am Pacific's the inner time. We are a community radio station,
(43:20):
so we want to let you know what's going on
locally here in Las Vegas. We love our city and
I do want to announce in let everyone know that
just Money is at the Metals Mall. Her art is
already hanging up on the walls. You can go down
(43:40):
and purchase some of her pieces. It's been there a
couple of days. So we gotta go and check and
see if there's some holes on that wall so that
we can refill them with more paintings. Amen. Yes, And
so this Saturday we have a whole event plan, an
(44:01):
amazing event that we have planned out. Come down five
o'clock Saturday at the Metals Mall, come and support and
be a part of the movement. Also, we want to
highlight our nonprofit organization. His Hot Nation Incorporated is a
(44:24):
five oh one c three. It's a nonprofit organization. Yes,
we are very young, we've been around for a few years.
We're looking to gain funding, to gain traction as a nonprofit.
We're joining other organizations in the community. We are a
part of the Exchange Club that is different nonprofits coming together,
(44:49):
applying for grants and funding and things like that. So
we are doing our homework. We're doing our work. We're
constantly studying and trying to learn this whole nonprofit world,
especially in this economy. But we believe that God will provide.
God has a work for us to do, and yes,
(45:10):
we have to pay for it, right, it costs money.
The Word says, seek you first the kingdom, and all
things will be added unto us. But the only reason
why we do ask for donations is because that it
will bless you. The Bible says it's better to give
than to receive. And once you sow that seed, once
(45:33):
you pour into someone else, your finances will be blessed.
It's a principle, a kingdom principle. Even the rich know it.
Even people who have a lot of money, they find charities,
they find places where they can give. Why not give
into this vision where we can relaunch and reopen our
(45:55):
Christian club in the midst of Las Vegas where it's needed,
where we can save a life, where we can make
an impact to the youth and the young adults. Amen.
That is our heart, that is the work that God
has placed on our hearts. It is all tax deductible,
(46:17):
it's all all right off. So yes, yes, yes, come
and sow that good seed. And with that said, we
want to go ahead and close out. We're gonna give
a closing prayer in just a couple of words of encouragement.
(46:43):
So Lord, help us to see the harvest that's right
before us. Oh Lord, give everyone under the sound of
my voice. Give us all boldness like the woman at
the well, and fail like the noble man. Use us
(47:05):
as your laborers and send us out. Oh God, allow
us to be led by your spirit and allow us
to make the impact that needs to be made on
this world. We asked this in Jesus' name. Amen. Remember

Christ in us. God bless.
