Mister his Hot coming at you fromthe business mixer, the LVB and
M business mixer. We got itgoing down up and here, man and
I just met an amazing woman. She was telling me her story, Missus
Bridget Young Ill, Missus Bridget Hill. Okay, alright, Missus Bridget Hill,

(04:36):
I got her sitting down here. We're gonna get into her story.
We're gonna talk about where she's gotgoing in her profession and everything else.
So Missus Bridget or you can Icall you Bridget, call me Bridget because
I am not the missus Okay, okay, alright, alright, alright,

(04:56):
Bridget is in the house. Andso she is a business and financial consultant,
yes, and she offers her servicesas well. I'm looking at her
website right now, and can Ishow the share the phone number if you
want to get in touch with her, if you have a business or if
you want guidance and your finances. The number is seven seventy five nine nine

(05:23):
zero seven one one six. Onceagain, seven seventy five nine ninety zero
seven one one six. Okay,So Bridget, let's talk to you.
First of all, just give usa personal touch, tell us a little
bit about your background, and thenwe'll come back and talk about your business

(05:43):
and everything, your vision and whatyou hold to accomplish in your business,
your organization. All right, allright, So my name again is Bridget
Hill. I am better known asBrand B. If you are looking for
me on the Internet, you canfind me at Brand B Bridget L.
Hill. I am a business consultant, as he said, but I also

(06:06):
helped young entrepreneurs understand and build businesscredit profiles. Specifically, I have a
background as a serial entrepreneur. Ihave been a truck driver and I start
trucking businesses. I also have beena caterer and owned my own food service

(06:26):
business. We just celebrated thirty oneyears in August, so food service is
my background. Also in the consultingfield, I started there simply because I
failed at some things. So I'vetaken that knowledge and I've turned it around
to be able to teach others.I hail from Ohio, specifically Canton,

(06:49):
Ohio, and so I'm the motherof three children, and I raise my
godson, which brings up the fourthchild. I have seven grandchildren. I
haven't always walked on the right sideof the street. So I took what
I learned from the left side ofthe street and put it to game,

(07:13):
and I brought that game into thebusiness world. A gentleman told me one
time, if you had all theknowledge that you have from the streets,
and if you can flip that moneythe way you can out there, then
you have the financial background to putit into business. Raised in the church,
but spent ten years in the world. That ten years in the world

(07:34):
took me down a path where Iwas real lonely and I was looking.
And when I came back to Godand confessed and just revamped and restarted my
life with God, he turned mearound so deeply and so intentionally that I
had to give back. So Idon't just teach business or teach people how

(07:59):
to build business credits. I doit from a biblical standpoint. So that's
the key piece for me. Ihave not always been the one to have
the wisdom, but now that heshowed me how to share the wisdom,
and it's godly wisdom, I tryto share it so that I can empower
others. We are called to bebusiness people. There was a marketplace and

(08:22):
there were business people in the Biblefrom the start of time. So this
is why I am intentional about teachingthese principles and intentional intentional about empowering our
people so that we can go tothe next level, especially Christians. A
lot of Christians think that it isokay to be financially ill literate, and

(08:48):
those things are not taught in school. So I do stress teaching financial literacy.
We should know how to save.We spend too much money at Starbucks,
and we spend too much disposable moneyon things we don't need. We
create idols because we take money andwe take the materialistic things that we desire,

(09:11):
and we make idols of those things. And so we have to draw
it back. And so I tryto teach people the understanding of building wealth
for the generations to come. Itsaid that we will build for our children's
children, and so those are theprinciples and things that I try to teach.
Come on, now, this isamazing and this is right up my

(09:33):
alley. So we're gonna be workingtogether, you know what I mean,
We're gonna be doing some stuff.I failed a few times in business.
I've had other business endeavors and youknow, registered with the state and everything
and went into default and all thisand any other and you know, you
know, this is my attempt again. You know, to me, this

(09:54):
is a nonprofit organization. But I'mpraying, like you know, this is
this is it, like this isgonna stick, this is gonna be whatever
the launching pad. And also I'minterested in other sources of income or being
a serial entrepreneur as well. Ihave a few in my family, you
know what I mean. And it'sjust but sometimes it's it's just I guess

(10:18):
it's hard to find out where toget started. So for a person like
myself that it's in you, youknow what I mean. And I got
one particular passion like this is mybaby right here. But I also want
to create other streams of me.You know, you don't want to just
rely on one source of income. You want to create other streams. You

(10:39):
see people doing it all the time, and you're like, you know what,
I can do it? So whatwould your advice be to a person
in my situation, My advice toyou would be to first ask God about
it. Secondly, if he gaveyou a glimpse of it, it's already

(11:00):
done. We don't realize we're standingon the promises. The promise was given
long ago, so I'm always inLeviticus twenty six. It talks about how
we'll be able to reap the harvestand still have the old while we receive
him the new. So you seeit multiple streams of income. It's going

(11:26):
to come because you are envisioning it. When that happens, because you've envisioned
it, and when you ask him, how am I going to do this?
Because that's me. I can envisionand I can give people platforms to
stand on. It's not as easyfor me when I'm looking at it for

(11:48):
myself. So when I say, take your passion, if this is your
passion, you are your passion,You're going to put those two together and
he's going to make it happen foryou. He will be able to make
it happen for you simply because hegave you the glimpse of it. Visionnaires

(12:11):
are in place because they can seeahead now The key with God is he
can't give it all to you,so we have to in God created time,
but he doesn't work in time. The Word tells us not to worry
about tomorrow because it belongs to him. So that's why it's so important for

(12:33):
us to be led and asked.Okay, I don't know how you're gonna
do it, but how you're gonnado it? With this conference, I
didn't know how I was gonna doit, but I can tell you.
My presentation is coming in. I'mwearing a blind fold and I know the
people gonna look at me like, why is she coming in here with this
blindfold on? Because I want himto know I had to walk by faith
to make this happen. You area man of faith, so I'm speaking

(12:56):
into you right now. It's gonnahappen. But the solid foundation is what
the church was built on. It'sthe same principle for your business. You
have to bring God into it.You have to have a solid rock foundation
in order for your business to grow. I always start with taking the ideal,

(13:18):
putting an outline down if this iswhat you want to do, and
then going into research. Research isgoing to help you understand what obstacles and
hurdles you might have to overcome. But it'll also give you a platform to
say, Okay, I need togo this direction or that direction to make

(13:39):
something happen. The next thing Iwould do is come to the Urban Chamber.
Is who I volunteer with. Isay, come to the Urban Chamber
simply because we have a multitude ofresources. We may not have what you
need, but we can put youin touch with the person who does.
So we work with SCORE, wework with the Small Business Development Association.

(14:03):
We work with different consultants. Theydon't always charge, so we have business
navigators. We have partnerships with theCity of Las Vegas. Really we can
get things like websites, business cards. We have programs, the Accelerated Program,
it's something they just started. Sowe're putting programs in place to help
young entrepreneurs because we understand that theydon't always know which direction to go.

(14:28):
So that's what I would give Nice. Nice, I love it. I
love it. Like I said, you know, we're gonna definitely connect with
you. Man, this is amazing. We already shared your phone number.
Is there a website or an emailaddress you want to share again? My
website is brand b bridget Lhell,So that's www dot brand b bridget lhell

(14:54):
dot com. You can reach meat seven seven five nine nine zero seven
one one six. If you wantto email me, you can email simply
Bridget at brand by bridget lhell dotcom. I always answer. There is
no call that I'm going to turnaway because guess what, I pay my

(15:16):
bills, so I'm always picking upthe phone. I'm looking forward to empowering
you. We have our upcoming conferenceon next Friday. Our Boots and Blazers
Conference is bringing in some powerhouse experts. You should be in the building.
It is going to be held atthe Ahearn Hotel and Event Center. We

(15:37):

forward to putting the information out there. If you don't know it, I
call myself the plug. I amthe plug because I'm going to get you
connected to all the resources to empoweryour business to be able to stand stable

(15:58):

it, and yes, man,I'm gonna have to oh wow, you
know nine to one man, Imight be working over time this weekend but
man, I'm gonna try. I'mgonna try to make that. I definitely

(16:19):

can do. So thank you.I'm gonna let you have your afternoon pleasure
me and you trust me, We'regonna be working. We're gonna be actually
is right there at the at theend. That's one of my last one.
So all right, y'all keep itlocked right here to the His Hot
radio podcast network. We're covering thisevent lv B and M and we're gonna

(16:41):
talk to some more amazing people beforewe're out. All right, Hey,
hey, hey, mister His Hothere and we are still covering this amazing
event. The LVB in M BusinessMixer goes down every first Tuesday of the
month. We are located at theset Fay Hotel. Shout out to Paula

(17:02):
and Sylvester Jackson for bringing all theseentrepreneurs together, all these businesses, these
professionals. They want to come outand share their talents, their gifts,
their expertise with the community. Sothis is what's happening in the Las Vegas
Valley. And right now I'm sittingwith Whistle and she's getting ready to share
what she does and how long she'sbeen doing it and what she hopes to

(17:29):
accomplish here locally in Las Vegas. So I'm gonna go ahead and let her
take it away and tell us.You know, what is it that you
do and what you offer? Awesome, Thank you, oh very much for
letting me do this. My nameis Whistle Carrie. I work with my
husband Doug. We are individual andwe are independent insurance agents and we help

(17:49):
people who are sixty five and olderwho want Medicare or if you're younger in
their disabled there's a whole bunch ofdifferent rules. We help you choose your
own Medicare plan. There are liketen companies in the valley. There's like
sixty five plans. There's all sortsof stuff going on. So what we
do is we sit down with you, We talk to you, We find

(18:10):
out who your doctors are, whatmedicines you take, what do you want
from your plan, and then wehope you choose, let you make up
your mind, and then you're kindof stuck with us because then we contact
you at least once or twice ayear, or if you have a challenge,
call us. We live right herein Anderson and that's pretty much what
we do. And we do freeconsultations, so there's no cost to call

(18:34):
us. Let me give you myhusband's number first, because it's a local
number. Seven zero two eight sixzero eight two O two. Now I
have a scam phone number. Ihave a Florida phone number. I've had
that for twenty three years and allthe scams come out of Florida. But
my number is four oh seven sevenseven zero seven OZH six five and you

(18:57):
can reach me at w dot careyat Medicare Hub. And that's what we
do. And our goal is tohelp people in my age group because I
just turned seventy. Okay, guys, you agree, Oh, I like
him even more to help you findthe best medical Medicare plan for you,

(19:18):
less out of your pocket and themost benefits wee can get you. Going
on, Oh, that's amazing.Okay. So the age you're sixty enough
for the Medicare, and then ifyou're below sixty you say it is disability
at sixty five and over, andif you've been disabled for twenty five months
you can qualify to get Medicare. There's a lot of other things too,

(19:38):
about where you can choose medicare. There's just odds and in so call us.
We'll help you understand. There's allsorts of different types of medicare that
you can get and then people getso confused. But I'm going to say
this, which isn't very nice, trying to ignore the people that call you
on the phone are the people onTV because they're giving you information that may

(19:59):
not be what you need and someof them, I'm quite forthcoming with the
truth. Just want to share andwe need more people like you out there.
Wow, that is amazing. Ithink you're doing an amazing work out
here for people who need it.And it's good to stand up for people
who can't stand up for themselves. So you're out there getting the information you
need, letting me know if thatthere's choices, you're not locked into one

(20:22):
thing. Don't listen to the peoplecalling you on the phone. It's good
to have some trustworthy people out there, and I think it's just amazing.
So share one more time, yourcontact, your your website. Actually share
your website so people can look moreinto your organization. It is dug and
Whistle Medicare dot com and our phonenumber seven oh two eight six zero eight

(20:47):
two oz two. You can callus, you can Texas and leave us
a message. We actually do callback, which is a miracle. Today's it's
already eight. So that's it.Dugan Whistle, Medicare dot Com and four
oh seven seven seven seven O sixfive our seven O two eight six oz
eight two oz two in my name, Whistle, Carrie, Whistle, Carrie.

(21:08):
All right, one more thing beforewe get out of here. I
think it's great that we're meeting upin this event, this atmosphere right here,
the LV being him business Mixer. This is their seventeenth year during this
event. Shout out to Paula SevestorJackson. I just want to get your
opinion. What do you think aboutthis event that they have every month right

(21:32):
here at the Santa Fe. Ithink it's a fabulous experience because number one,
you don't just come here to sellyourself or to sell the things.
You'll meet your network with other peoplewho have the same values that you do.
And the one thing that I've noticedthat people here are concerned about others.
They're very forthcoming, they're very honest, they're very trustworthy. And I

(21:55):
feel the same about Paula. We'veonly been I guess here for like six
months now, and every time Icome, I'm so impressed by what they
offer and for the things that theydo for us and the networking out there.
It's amazing just to meet other peoplewho do different things that you didn't
even know we're out there. Soit's definitely worth it to come out if

(22:17):
you just want to come and patronize, or if you are a business owner
or a professional and you want tobooth, you want to get a table
out here, coming out here andget in touch with them, and yeah,
you'd be able to meet me andpeople like Whistle as well. You
know what I'm saying. So comingout to the Santa Fe every first Tuesday
o the month. All right,So do you have any closing word?

(22:38):
No, but I want to thankyou for letting me talk because I just
think it's a great opportunity and comeout and go to the chef's corner.
They have amazing food. Other peoplethat are here providing things that you can
purchase. They're amazing. They Oh, they're sensing candles, there's clothing,
there's jewelry, there's natural makeup, there's food, you name it, they

(23:00):
got it. They're growing all thetime, and these are just a fantastic
group of entrepreneurs. We want togo back to the roots where small people's
own businesses. I have nothing againstbig corporations, but it's wonderful to see
these people out here that have avested interest in themselves, in their country
and just the things that they canprovide for others. Yes, yes,

(23:23):
that is I believe the backbone ofthe country is small business, you know
what I mean. And it createscommunity and culture at the same time.
So yeah, we appreciate what youdo and we're gonna let you go back
and have a great and amazing afternoonat this event. We thank you for
spending time with us right here onthe His Hop podcast. Thank you so

(23:44):
much. I appreciate it. You'regreat. Thank you. All right,
y'all, keep it locked. Misterhiss out here. This is the LVB
in M. This is mixer.Stay tuned as we talk to the amazing
people that come through these doors.Make sure you are here the next time.
All right, Hey, y'all, what's going on. We are back.
This is mister Hisshot with the HishotRadio podcast Network. We are covering

(24:10):
this event the LVBN M Business mixer. We are throwing down. Man,
this event is going great. We'vebeen able to meet some amazing people out
here. So now we're actually sittingdown and we're gonna talk to missus Chantelle,
and she's gonna tell us about herbusiness or service and what she does.

(24:33):
So Chantelle, tell us a littlebit about you and what you do.
My name is Shantell. Hello, okay, my name is Chantelle.
I'm a licensed estettician here in LasVegas. My beautiful My business is Beautiful
Creations, So I am am likeI said of licensed attention. I provide
facial services. Body waxing such aswaxing Brazilians and vagatials is what I specialize

(24:59):
in, and also lash extensions. So I am currently celebrating two years.
I'll be having a grand opening partyon the sixteenth, and I'm accepting new
clients. So if you'd like toconnect with me, please add me on
social media at Beautiful dot Creations onGmail. So that's gonna be b E
y O U t I f Ul dot Creations c r E A t

(25:22):
I O n Z. And againI look forward to seeing everybody and thank
you for having me. Oh yes, yes, thank you for spending time
with this out here. So Iactually have a question for you. Sometimes
it's hard for men to get waxed, you know what I mean. It's
like, you know, men arekind of more it's more the ladies doing

(25:47):
it. But I had to mywife actually when we were dating. She's
like, you know what you're gonnago, you gonna try this, and
wow, it was like, yes, it was different man. So so
just just just encouraged men out there, you know, if they're thinking about
it, or maybe the woman, the lady in their life they want them

(26:07):
to do it. How do youmake it comfortable for men to come and
get wax or how does it oris it like real excruciate most definitely every
experience it's a different experience. Ido encourage it as well for the men
actually believe it or not. Menget mandilions. So that's something Actually I'm

(26:30):
real big on self care. Sopeople think like waxing, you know,
just one thing, but to gobeneath and actually pull that hair from the
root, exfoliate, do all thosedifferent factors that help within your scared skin
care and body care journey. That'ssomething I promote. So I also do
men's facials, so I'm big onthat too, like men needs self care
just like women need self care. The waxing obviously your pain tolerance. That's

(26:55):
just how it's gonna go. Ifyou have a high pain tolerance, then
you'll be good. If not,I mean there's you know, things the
precautions that you could take, takesome you know, if you want to
take some tiling all or I'd beprofit or something like that just to ease
it. But it's put the strip, pull the strip, and let's get
through it basically, you know.So and as you come over time,
with one of the benefits of waxingthough it does it thins your hairs.

(27:19):
So as you keep coming and Ialways encourage people don't just like, if
you want to get into this, then be consistent. Just like anything else
you want to see results, youhave to be consistent. So with that
being said, as your hair, especially with African Americans, we have course
hair, so with over time, your hairs are thinner. So once you
keep coming to your appointments, thenit's literally a breeze you you know,

(27:40):
you come in there, it's noteven gonna feel the same as how I
feel when you first was coming aboutto scream and run out and not make
it through the appointment. But man, I definitely, you know, I
talk through the service, not justlike quiet mute. You know, I
get to know my clients, youknow, like I ask them I take
a break if they need to.You know, I haven't. I probably
had maybe one client, but youknow, everybody again is different. It's

(28:03):
it's it's not that it's not asbad as people make it out to be.
And it is good on you onceyou feel the after results and see
that after results and feel that smoothness, especially for men with the chest.
So even if you don't get theother but that chest is something us important.
So yeah, definitely men give ita try. Facials as well,
because self care is the best carefor everybody here. And sometimes my my

(28:30):
face gets dry, like riding aroundthe nose area and stuff like that,
it gets dry, and I don'tknow, like do you help with that
as well, like with the facials, with the facial help, I don't
know if any more moisture. It'sit's funny because like up here it's I
can't keep you dry. It's likeI'm always it's always greasy up here.

(28:52):
So I'm wiping my forehead. Butaround here is dry to where it appeals
a lot so so so of courseup there that's your hairline, so naturally
our pores are gonna produce like moreoils up there. And then on top
of naturally, if you have youknow, on a day to day,
if you put oils in your hairor grease or sprays or whatever the case

(29:15):
may be. But when you cometo an appointment, it's not just you
know, come here because you wantedto treat yourself, or because you had
this pimple and you want to popit, or because you needed some hydration
for the day. So we actuallygo I go over what your goals are.
So if you're saying, you knowthis area is more dehydrated in a
sense, usually that's what it is, what the dryness is, especially because

(29:36):
we're in Vegas. We're just wherea desert. We're no water, so
no moisture really and we get alittle bit of moisture, but again you
dehydrated. Once you drink a littlewater, you need the whole gallon,
you feel like, instead of thatnormal adounce or whatever you would drink.
But we start off with a consultation, so with the consultation that will go
over you know, the things thatyou know, you whatever concerns that you

(29:57):
have for your skin, and thenwe'll do the facial. The facial that
would help you know during that time. So when you leave, yeah,
you'll feel that hydration, you'll feelthat glow. But the key is,
like I said, to be consistent. So once you leave there, you'll
be educated on a skin care routineand products that can help you for those
results. So facials, your esthetician, that's like your therapists, your skin

(30:18):
therapists. So you came in,you had the service done, but I
sent you home with homework and youneeded to do that homework. And then
you come in you know, oncea month, and then we check in
on you and see, you know, how are the results or did you
what are you doing or did youdo what we said that you needed to
do. So it's it's a it'sa whole experience, not just you know,

(30:41):

that's why you came in the birthplace, you know, where you came to
visit me again. Of course, man, definitely, I want to look
you up. I want to tryyour services, amazing chair one more time.
You're contact in for if you havea website and email address or a

(31:03):
number where people can hit you upand book an appointment with you, I
can you share that with our audience. Yeah, So my booking link is
going to be because I do provide. I'm a service based business, so
I do have a booking link.It is directly on my Instagram, so
directly in the bio. So thatwould be the way that you would the

(31:25):
most effective way to contact me.So again that would be beautiful. Got
creations on Instagram. Again, it'snot beautiful. We all are beautiful,
but I want you to be you. So not only are you a beautiful
creation put on this earth, butbu because I'm gonna come, I'm ana
be me. So I'm not youknow, I'm gonna be genuine, I'm
gonna be raw, I'm gonna bereal. So again that's b E y

(31:47):
O U T I f U Ldot creation. So c R E A
t I O n Z. Sojust hit me up, follow me,
like some stuff, share some stuffif it's something that you can't utilized,
and telefriend to telefriends. So I'malways doing special treats and giveaways and things
like that. So I'm out heregrowing the growing the brand. All right,

(32:12):
that's awesome. That's awesome, andwe would definitely like to help you
out any way we can with ourradio station and our podcasts. Anytime you
want to get on here and talkabout a service or a promotion that you
may have, you know, hitus up. You know, we'll get
it out to our audience. Andone more thing I want to ask you
to do. We connected and wemet here at the LV being in mixer

(32:35):
here at the Santa Fe Hotel.Shout out to Paula and Sylvester. Can
you tell us what is your opinionabout this event and how do you think
that this event can benefit the localbusiness owners here in Las Vegas. Okay,
the event is amazing. I'm partof another organization, nonprofit business Vestie.

(32:57):
So we're a community of women entrepreneurswhereas that basically just get together and
where each other support system for growingin business. We not only feed into
each other, but we you know, provide more connections and stuff like that.
So I actually stumbled across this eventhonestly being on one of my business
besties, like just scrolling through, you know, like liking some stuff,

(33:20):
supporting, you know, because alike is support, So everything don't have
to be monetary, so like ashare, tell a friend to tell a
friend. And I stumbled across this, so I think that the event is
amazing. It's probably twenty plus vendorshere, all different things. You got
tons of things you have here.We got the hip hop radio, which
is cool. We have some artistsin the building. We have some chefs

(33:45):
in the building making treats. Wehave pin creators. Like it's just dope.
I met some did you. Idon't know the organic farms people,
so they yeah, they were cool. So like how they do the meals
to your or you can get freshfruits to your door. It's it's it's
great. I always mean, Itry to find any event that I can't

(34:06):
come out to and meet people. You might not be in my client but
you might have a service or somethingthat you can offer me, and I
can offer you something in exchange tohelp me grow my business. Education.
So if you are serious about growingyour business and getting out there, you
have to expand your circle. Sodefinitely come out. I'll be out the
next one. This is I don'tknow why, but again everything is in

(34:28):
this divine timing. That's how Ifigure for things, So I don't I
haven't heard about this my first time. Like I said, I just stumbled
across it and I was like, okay, I'm available, I'm gonna go.
And then that's actually the president ofbusiness, Essy's over there, so
I invited to her. So we'rehere networking. But yeah, the event
is ten out of ten recommend I'mready to see it keep going and then
we're expanding these walls because so toget bigger. So y'all got businesses out

(34:52):
there, then definitely come out, definitely support, definitely, just just move
like let's let's grow, let's getit. Yes, yes, all right,
I appreciate that, and thank youfor spending time here on the Hitsie
Radio podcasts. If you download theapp or go to the website, you'll
be able to listen to the rebroadcratread. I can't even yeah, I

(35:15):
can't even pronounce and read broadcasts. You know. Any event, we will
share the link out to you andeverything, and man, this has been
amazing and definitely we want to supportwhat you're doing as well and learn more
about the business besties as well.So keep it locked. Let's stay connected

(35:36):
and you have an amazing rest ofyour evening at this event. Thank you
you as well, Thank you foryour time. All right you too.
Alright, all right, y'all, keep it locked right here to the Hitside
Radio Podcast as we show some locallove. We are on location at the
lv Beating Him Business Mixer, supportingSylvester and Paula. This is amazing.

(36:00):
You heard it yourself. You've heardso many amazing people get on here telling
you that you need to come outand support. So hey, we'll see
you at the next one, thefirst Tuesday of every month. Come on
now, all right, all righty'all, but we're gonna wrap this up
with one more interview here at theLVB and M Business Mixer. Yes,

(36:22):
your boy mister his Hoop from thehits Hote Radio podcast Network. Now we
have Jeremiah, and Jeremiah has acrucial service any business, any entrepreneur out
there. It doesn't matter what kindof product you have. You might have
the greatest service, but if noone knows about it, you're not gonna
sell. You're not gonna be ableto be as successful. So this man

(36:45):
here, he knows about marketing, digital marketing, he knows how to get
your brand out there, the wordout there, and this is something that
we need here at the Hi HoopNation nonprofit organization. So Jeremiah Man,
just tell us a little bit aboutyourself. What type of service you offer?
Sure, thanks for this opportunity. So my company is called Jerry Vicious

(37:07):
Digital Media, where you are amarketing and creative service, so basically digital
marketing, you know, trying toget you guys connected with your target audience.
What kind of platforms will be likeideal for you? If you're in
social media, you know, noteverything has to be on Facebook or Instagram.
Graham maybe might look into LinkedIn becauseyou got more professional like contacts out

(37:29):
there, so that would be likethe right platform. Also for creative services,
if you're doing like a product launch, we're going to take care of
that for you, whether it's promotionalvideos, photography, web, you know,
everything in between like that deals withmarketing and communication. So that's what
we done. And I saw someof your work. I saw some of

(37:51):
your your videography. It is veryprofessional, very clean, very well put
together. How can people contact youor even go to your website or your
YouTube so people can see some ofyour content. Sure, thank you.
So right now I'm working on mywebsite. Originally got hacked unfortunately, so

(38:14):
I have to recode it. Butthe website is JDM make It Happen dot
com, so later the letters JDMand make it Happen dot com. That's
the slogan that I chose because whenI do things, I want to make
sure I make it happen for myclients. Email is Yo at JDM make
it Happen dot com, so youcan reach me through my email. I'm

(38:35):
on Instagram, which is Jevisi's digitalmedia LinkedIn. You can find me there,
Jeremiah Meno, and those are thekey places where you can find my
work and myself and information about thebusiness. Okay, okay, man,
that is awesome. That is awesome. So can you just tell us real
quick man? You know what, how crucial is it? How important is

(38:57):
it for a business owner or organizationto have marketing? I feel marketing is
very crucial. It's very vital becauseit's it's not tangible like a sale,
like we could see sales, wecould see numbers, but the unique thing
about marketing is it's the emotion thatwe capture, either from the event like
what's going on tonight, or likea product like a cell phone. You

(39:22):
know, there's there's battles between Androidversus Apple. And that's straight on marketing
right there. And if that wasn'tmarketing, I don't know what is.
Because it's capturing our emotions and youknow, our our buiding decision. So
that's that's that's key right there.Yes, it's actually very enlightening. I
really didn't consider that. Yeah,you're right, there's there's people who they're

(39:43):
diehard Apple or diehart Android. Youknow what I mean. It's that's really
good marketing. Man. All right, So what what advice would you give?
Let's say a person like me.I have a nonprofit organization. We
are more of a service. Wewant to we do have products, you
know, like our podcast, ourradio or tving and stuff like that.
But you know, we were inthe service end, and we do have

(40:06):
products. We sell, uh,you know, clothing and we have our
own clothing line. And we actuallycreate a culture because the youth, the
young adults, they love music, they love their culture and stuff like that.
So how could being at you know, this article is it a real
journal back in twenty twelve, andwe're still almost like we're starting all over

(40:28):
again, you know what I mean. Like, I mean, we've reached
a lot of people in the valley, but it's like since COVID and stuff,
we're starting over and trying to reachpeople again. So what would be
your advice to us as far ashow can we get back out there and
be like a household brand like wewere at one time? Oh? Man,
I think this is like the perfectopportunity. I mean, there's there's

(40:52):
nothing better than rebranding yourself, youknow. So currently what you guys are
doing. You guys got a lotof a lot of products and this is
going on. I see you keepit going because people people are gonna see.
And it's all about consistency and justjust sticking with it. People get
discouraged so fast, and it's allabout the process. You gotta trust the
process, like with anything, LikeI don't know about like some people,

(41:15):
I'm very spiritual it so I alwaysgot to trust the process when things aren't
going right and then it just happens. So I think you're in a great
situation where you can rebrand yourself. You could get creative and you know,
re event because that's that's awesome.Like all you need to do is just
kind of like you know, turnjust you know, there's yourself in a

(41:35):
different way and you're gonna see likecompletely different results, but in the positive
light. So it's all about reinventingyourself, especially after COVID, but maintaining
what you've been doing in the past. So it's all about just improving as
well. So you know, you'rehoning your skills, you're ironing out all
decreases and yeah, man, thestuff I'm seeing this news article. You

(41:57):
got your podcasts, you got yourmarch. You know you're doing it.
You know, you just gotta keepyou going. Yeah, and then you
know, and just keep learning, like don't don't be afraid to learn new
things. And I feel like that'swhat marketing is all about. Work.
We're constantly learning, we're constantly evolving, and if you don't involve, you're
just gonna be left in the dust. Yeah. So yeah, man,

(42:19):
I say keep you going. Okay, Yeah, all right, appreciate it.
I definitely want to talk a littlemore about your services and how we
can network and collab and and uh, you know, the people that I'm
involved with. You know, theycan use your services too, so so
I definitely want to connect with you, my brother, all right now,
yes, thank you for spending timewith us. All right, y'all,
we're grabbing it up. Everybody's packingit up out here. The LV Being
