that you are hungry for the word of God, because
if you're hungry for the Word of God, then you're
(03:42):
gonna get fed right here. You know what I'm saying,
this is gonna be your buffet. And also I want
to remind you guys that we started a new segment.
It's called the accountability Partner or if you need help,
if you're struggling with the life sin. The Bible says
(04:05):
that there are gonna be many on that day, that says,
have I not done many works in your name? And
Jesus will tell them plainly, I never knew you. You
that work iniquity depart from me. So that shows us says,
there's a lot of people who think they're gonna make it.
They go to church, they do ministry, they teach Bible study,
(04:27):
they cast out devils, even do works in miracles in
the name of the Lord. The Lord is gonna tell
them I never knew you. You know, sin will always
separate us from our relationship with God. And so that's
what the accountability segment is forward to help with that situation.
If you want to self evaluate, if you want to
(04:51):
look in the mirror, which is a word of God
where supposed to always be judging and checking ourselves, comparing
ourselves to the word. Are we obedient? Are we out
doing our own thing? That's why it's important to sting
your word every day. That's why I encourage everyone to
come to this podcast, because on this podcast, we believe
(05:13):
that the ingrafted word is able to save your soul.
So I don't know. We might do something different with
that that's almost like a whole podcast on his own.
We might leap frogging. We might do a book of
the Bible one day and do an accountability partner segment
the next day. So I don't know, so help me
(05:38):
pray on that. If you got any feedback, I definitely
welcome it. If you have suggestions and feedback on if
this podcast is blessing you, what we should adjust, where
we should stop doing, where we should start doing, how
to make it interesting you. We don't want no one
to be bored, But how can you be bored with
the Word of God? Right am? I've always said it's
(06:00):
better than any movie we can go watch. The Word
of God is exciting. But anyway, with all that being said,
let's go before our Father and prayer. Evelieve Father, we
thank you, we praise you, we exalt your holy name.
Thank you for giving us this opportunity to come together.
Thank you that we have your word before today. Thank
(06:24):
you God that this word is able to save our
souls once we ingraped it in. Help us to be obedient,
Help us be doers of your word and not hearers.
Thank you for blessing us to understanding to read this book.
Help us to get out of there, Lord, everything that
you put into it. Oh God, help us to find
the hitting treasures. O God, we ask for your presence
(06:46):
to be manifested. We acknowledge your presence right now, and
bless every listener, Old God in Jesus' name, Amen and Amen.
All right, we got through the intro and let's dive
into the Word Revelation chapter fourteen. We're gonna take a
(07:08):
closer look at the one hundred and forty four thousand.
If you remember with me, I believe it was in
chapter eleven when one hundred and forty four thousand were
chosen from all the tribes of Israel. Now, the Bible
tells us what it means, and it means what it says, right.
(07:32):
The Bible is the great interpreter of the Word, and
so we know that these are all chosen from the
nation of Israel, and it names the different tribes that
they come from. So no these are not the one
(07:52):
hundred and forty four thousand that golf is witness preach
and claim this is not the one hundred and forty
four thousand at other occults and other religious bent of
trying to make no. This is exactly who it is,
(08:13):
and so let's talk about it. Now. This is remember
my beloved brother Apostle John who was given this revelation,
and it says, I look, and I'm gonna read the
chapter and then we're gonna break it down. I looked
(08:37):
and behold a lamb standing on Mount Sion, and with
him one hundred and forty four thousand having his father's
name written on their foreheads. And I heard a voice
from heaven, like the voice of many waters, and like
(09:00):
the voice of a loud thunder. Now let me let
me I know, I said I was gonna break it down,
But man, let me just say a couple of comments
on this, because first of all, this is completely refreshing.
This is refreshing to see the lamb standing on Mount
(09:21):
Zion because in chapter thirteen, man, we saw these beasts
coming out of the sea. We saw a beast that
had that was cloth like a lamb, but his voice
was like a lion, I mean, a voice was like
a dragon. We saw these grotesque creatures with seven heads
(09:41):
and ten crowns and all this kind of crazy stuff.
And we see the world just plunging into darkness. But
here we go. We see the Lamb standing on Mount
Zion and he's with his hundred in forty four thousand,
(10:01):
who has his father's name written on their head. It's like, man,
it's like God will always have a remnant, no matter
how dark, and no matter how much this world will rebel,
that will always be the faithful few. And it says,
and I heard the sound of harps playing in heaven.
(10:25):
Now the world is going through total chaos, you can
just imagine. But Heaven is like a concert.
Speaker 2 (10:33):
Right.
Speaker 1 (10:34):
We know that music can be peaceful. Music has to
be in harmony. There's unity in heaven. Music. To play music,
to play harps together, to have it all sound good,
you gotta have an orchestra or you gotta have some
type of rhythm. And it's beautiful. You're hearing beautiful music
(10:58):
coming out of heaven. And in verse three they sang
as it were a new song before the Throne, before
the four living creatures and the elders now here, we
are back at the Throne room. So there's music in
(11:19):
the Throne room. Hallelujah. They're singing and there's rejoicing, and
we looked at Remember, one of the keys to understanding
the Book of Revelation is you gotta if you want
to identify these groups, you identify them by the lyrics
of their songs. So this is the third song that
(11:39):
is introduced to us in heaven, and this is a
completely different group. We know the Song of the Church.
They were the first ones to sing, which leads me
to believe that they're not gonna be on earth during
the Great try relation. How can they be in heaven
singing their song if they're still on earth. So they
(12:05):
were the first group to sing. The second group where
the Tribulation sings those who were slain, who gave their
lives during the Great Tribulation, and they were given assignments
as well to be the priest to serve in the
temple of God, kind of like the tribe of Levi.
(12:27):
And now here's the third song, and it says that
they sang it as it were a new song before
the Throne, before the four living creatures and the elders,
and no one could learn that song except on one
hundred and forty four thousand who were redeemed from the earth.
(12:51):
So here is a whole new group that the other
groups couldn't sing. The Church could not sing this song,
the Tribune Saints could not sing this song, nor the
angels could sing their song. Their song is exclusive to them.
(13:11):
So that shows you who these people are and who's
going to be in heaven. Now, they were redeemed from
the earth. Now that's key in understanding this verse because
it goes to say in verse four, these are the
ones who were not defiled with women. Now that is amazing. Amen.
(13:36):
And it says they were virgins. Now that leads you
to ask a question. Okay, they were versions and they
are not defiled with women. Now, of course, we know
that we can defile ourselves with women if we interact
with women outside of marriage, so that's a given, or
(14:01):
if we you know, cheat on our wives or anything
else like that. But what about marriage, right, I mean,
that's just a question that I have because it says
that they were virgins. Now, well, we got to go
to the word of God. The Word of God tells
(14:22):
us that marriage is the marriage bed is undefiled. So no,
this does not go against marriage or anything like that.
Or this could mean spiritually as well, that they were virgins,
that they didn't bow down to the antichrist system or
bow their knee to the beast. And it says these
(14:44):
are those who follow the Lamb wherever he goes. These
were redeemed from among men. Now this says it's sect
the second time, that they were redeemed from among men,
and being first fruits to God and to the Lamb
right and in their mouth was found no deceit, for
(15:10):
they were without fault before the throne of God. Hallelujah.
Now I'm gonna park here for a second. I wanna
break it down. At first glimpse of this group, you
(15:30):
would say, wow, these are a special elite group. These
must be some special saints. They have like a special assignment,
a special gift, right like they must be standing out
from everyone else. But ask yourself this, were you not redeemed?
(15:54):
It says in verse three, they were redeemed from the earth.
Are you not from the earth? And is not God
doing a work of redemption in your life? And once
you have been redeemed the blood of Jesus washes away sin,
so then you become a virgin. It doesn't matter your
(16:17):
background and your history. If you've been sexually and more
with all, God washes away and he looks at you
as if you never sin. And then they followed the
lamb wherever he goes. Is that not what we are
called to do? Doesn't the Bible says that the children
of God are led by his spirit. If we're not
(16:44):
doing that, then we're not I mean, what are we doing? Man?
It says again that they were redeemed from among men?
Are we not redeemed from among men? And doesn't the
Bible say that we are the first type of first
fruits of His creation, the first fruits of God. In
(17:06):
the lamb right and in their mouth was found no
deceit are we supposed to be? What does the scripture say?
Are we supposed to be deceiving people? In lying? And
what does the Bible promises? That Jesus is able to
present us before the Father without fault before God? So
(17:28):
all I'm saying is that we should be able to
relate with this group. We should These are our brothers
and sisters. We should look alike. This is who we
should strive to be in a nutshell. This is how
he wants his church. This is the work He's doing
(17:52):
in our lives today. We are supposed to be looking
like the one hundred and forty four thousand. They're not
so mean special group that no one can attain this.
We can attain this. Amen. And I would encourage you,
if you're young enough to where you're still a version,
(18:12):
look at how God looks at you, how God will
set you apart. Amen? All right? Verse six and I
saw another angel flying in the midst of heaven, having
the Everlasting Gospel to preach to those who draw, to
(18:35):
who dwell on the earth, to every nation, tribe, tongue,
and people, saying with a loud voice, fear God and
give glory to Him, for the hour of his judgment
has come. And worship Him who made heaven and earth,
the sea, and the springs of water. Amen. And this
(18:58):
is the message that God has been trying to give
through this whole book. Like He is a god who
created the springs of water, everything that he judged, everything
that was cursed. He has power over them. And the
reason why is because you're worshiping other gods. This is
(19:25):
the trouble he had with the nation of Israel from Genesis.
He is saying, worship him. Nothing else is worthy, No
one else is worthy of our worship. Fear God and
give him glory. And then another angel follows, saying, Babylon
(19:50):
is falling, is falling the great city, because she has
made all nations. Drink of the wine and of the
wrath of her for on a cation. Then a third
angel followed them, saying with a loud voice, if anyone
worships the beasts in his image and receives his mark
(20:11):
on his forehead or on his right hand, he himself
shall also drink of the wine of the wrath of God,
which has poured out full strength into the cup of
his indignation. He shall be tormented with fire and brimstone
in the presence of the Holy angels, and in the
(20:33):
presence of the lamb, and the smoke of their torment,
as sinds forever and ever, and they have no rest
day or night. Who worshiped the beasts and His name,
and whoever receives the mark of his name, Here is
the patience of the saints. Here are the those who
(20:58):
keep the commandments of God. God and the faith of Jesus.
Then I heard a voice from heaven saying to me, right,
blessed are the dead who die in the Lord. From
now on, yes, says the spirit, that they may rest
from their labors, and their works follow them. Now highlight
(21:22):
the fact that their works follow them. We're going to
talk about that a little later. Then I looked and
behold a white cloud. And on the cloud sat one
like the son of Man, having on his head a
golden crown and his hand a sharp sickle. And another
(21:43):
angel came out of the temple, crying with a loud
voice to him who sat on the cloud, thrust in
your sickle and reap, for the time has come for
you to reap, for the harvest of the earth is ripe.
So he who sat on the cloud thrust his sickle
(22:06):
on the earth, and the earth was reaped. Then another
angel came out of the temple which is in heaven,
he also having a sharp sickle. And another angel came
out from the altar who had power over fire, and
(22:27):
he cried with a loud cry to him who had
the sharp sickle, saying, thrust in your sharp sickle and
gather the clusters of the whine of the earth, for
her grapes are fully ripe. So the angel thrust his
sharp sickle into the earth and gathered the vine of
(22:50):
the earth and threw it into the great wine press
of the wrath of God. And the wine press was
trampled outside the city, and blood came out of the
wine press up to the horse's bridle for one thousand,
six hundred furlongs. All right, that was a lot unless
(23:19):
break it down. We're gonna get some good, some nuggets
out of this as God shows us our future. Amen.
I just want to pray again, Father, Please, Old God,
have mercy on us. God. If there's anything in us,
Lord that is not like you, God, if there's any
(23:40):
hidden sin, any presumptuous, anything that would presume upon your grace, God,
we repent. We turn from it right now, because Father God,
we don't want to be reaped in this harvest. Guy.
We don't want the sickle to reap us or our
loved ones. Old God, help us, Old God to get
right even now, God, even before this podcast is Overall God,
(24:03):
we as forgive us for our sins and have mercy
upon us. So God and Jesus staying, Amen.
Speaker 3 (24:12):
Amen and Amen, All right, all right, time.
Speaker 1 (24:22):
For the breakdown. In verse one. Then I looked and
behold the Lamb standing on Zion, and with him one
hundred and forty four thousand, having his father's name written
on their four hands. This scene contrasted beasts in chapter thirteen.
Like I said earlier, Mount Zion represents the heavenly Jerusalem.
(24:47):
The one hundred and forty four thousand are sealed. They
are spiritually protected, identified with God and not with the beast. Amen,
like I choose his team, I choose not to be marked.
And man, I want to have the sealed of the
Father of my forehead. Allelujah. Now we see a clear picture.
(25:11):
Those who choose the lamb receives his name, and those
who follow the beast are marked, and they're marked with destruction.
Now verse two and three, and you song in heaven.
And the song was only sang by the one hundred
and forty four thousand. And this song is very exclusive,
(25:36):
and loyalty and purity in the midst of persecution is
celebrated in heaven. Now this shows how Heaven celebrates faithfulness
when you stand for Christ. Now, Heaven will sing about
it later. How many of us have heard songs in
(25:59):
the past that really have impacted our lives. I mean,
when I was younger, music was like my script for life.
Music told me how to walk, talk, and I would
fall deeply in love through music. The music opened the
door for me to fall in love or even have
(26:24):
a greater dimension. It's just there's something powerful about music.
And just think about the music, the tributes that we've heard.
I know there's a tribute about Marvin Gay when he
had passed away, and tribute about different heroes and different people.
(26:45):
There's different legends that we know of growing up in
their songs, and you know, different events that has happened
in life. And there's been different moves and there's different
song tracks. Right there's a sound that goes with certain
movements for good or evil. Right now, imagine for all eternity.
(27:12):
But don't we gotta get out of our finite minds.
We think that, Okay, once they go to heaven, they're
gonna sing this song once and bam, we're gonna forget
about it. And you don't move on. No, for all eternity,
they're the only ones who can sing this song for
all eternity. We gotta listen. We gotta be quiet. We
(27:32):
gotta be silent and just listen in as they enter
into an intimate place of worship, as they sing this song.
Belove it. We have our song as well, the church
that the others can't sing, and so do the tribulation
scenes ay man like hallelujah. And there will be songs
(27:58):
where all creation can sing see that as well, or
at least different verses where we all can sing together.
But for all eternity. Now is there gonna be a
song about you? And we mentioned how our works will
follow us. Yes, what we do on this earth is
(28:22):
going to follow us, good or bad or indifferent. Remember
the word says Jesus says he will judge us by
our works. Are you? Are we storing up treasures in heaven?
Are we producing works that later will follow us, that
will have a positive impact on our eternal destination? And
(28:47):
my prayer is that we can all say, yes, amen,
I want a song that I can sing and I
want to be sung about when it comes to Gesuzus
Christ now verse four through five. Now these are virgins,
not defiled. They follow the Lamb wherever he goes. I
(29:10):
know he touched on this. But pastor Chuck Smith says
in his commentary, this doesn't necessarily mean physical virginity, but
moral and spiritual purity. These saints are spiritually clean and dedicated.
He man, and like I said, that's this commentary. We
can take it or leave it. But that's some revelation
(29:34):
and insight that he received. Now, purity matters. I will
say this, don't let the world corrupt your walk. Stay faithful,
stay pure. Now the angels get a chance to preach
the gospel. So far, we've only heard the gospel from
(29:57):
pastors and preachers, and maybe you've heard someone witnessed about
Jesus Christ. And I've always had a thought, like, man,
why don't we just have an angel fly through the
sky and preach the gospel and everybody would get saved.
But that's not necessarily true. God is gonna give these
(30:18):
angels a chance to preach the word. In verse six
to thirteen, the first Angel, verse six to seven, he's
preaching the Everlasting Gospel. This is the final global call
to repentance. And I'm willing to bet that there's gonna
be a lot of people who still will not repent
(30:41):
after this angel preaches. Now, this is our job to
reach the lost before judgment hits right, we need to
be doing the same thing now. The second angel proclaims
Babylon is fallen. This is a prophetic announcement about the
(31:02):
fall of the world system, in the political spiritual system
of the world. Now, the third angel is warning against
worshiping the Beast. That's verse nine through ten, and we're
gonna talk about that for a second. Now, this is tough.
(31:27):
There's no middle ground here. Choose God or choose destruction. Now,
Verse nine and eleven tells us what happens to those
who worship the beast. They will be tormented by fire
like they have no more chance for salvation. They've been branded,
(31:49):
they've been marked by the beast. They've been marked for torment.
And it says that they will be in the presence
of the Holy Angels in the lamb. They're gonna be
right there watching the torment go down. Like, man, it
is not worth it. Eternity is not worth it. Why
(32:12):
just so you can buy some cereal in the store. Like,
this world compared to Heaven is not worth it. This
world is temporary, it's perishing, is passing away. We need
to be doing the will of God. If we want
(32:37):
to make this worthwhile. Now verse twelve and thirteen, this
is encouragement. Here, this calls for endurance and faithfulness from
the saints. Yes, we might have to endure some things.
We need to stay faithful to God to the call.
(33:01):
And also those who die in the Lord will be
blessed at this time. Right even before the Book of Revelation,
the Bible says that the death of the saints are
precious before our God, and they will rest from their labors,
but their works follow them. Heaven will reward faithfulness. As
(33:26):
I said earlier, our works will follow us into heaven. Amen.
Now let's look at the Two Harvests, Verse fourteen through twenty.
It says this is this is where things get serious.
(33:52):
The earth is ripe for judgment. Right. It says right
here that the earth is right. Jesus reaps the righteous,
but then the angel with the sickle comes for the wicked.
The wine press of God's wrath is the judgment that
(34:13):
follows rejection of the lamb. Once you reject the lamb,
you have nothing left but judgment. So don't wait another day.
Get right with God right now? Amen? Hey man, that
(34:36):
was chapter fourteen, all right? So let's go ahead and
hit a quick music break. We're gonna hit you with
some harder than ever. Let's do it. Let me fix
(34:56):
this again.
Speaker 4 (35:00):
Sisters stood for the one and a minute or something like.
It was abbatical and the weapons I'm slinging, I'm keeping
them here for the devil. When the case it get tactical, man,
how that my body? I came out that water. My
spirit was gone. But latical. If I'm stepping on standing
in my tent and I'm about to go dune, we
finla go radical, telling them get out they feelings. They
talking my stuff that they did, but I know they
did it. And I got on my knees when I
was my lowest for shore, so I know I'm forgiving.
I was running with bulls, passing the place like Michael,
(35:22):
what's doing with Pippy? Had to keep on my back
when I'm talking, okay, But I was just saving the village.
Don't be telling me that I was harder. Be Far
was saved because Homie, I'm harder and they thought I
went THEMB but Far was saved. I tell him I'm
going with tard it and still reppend my murdering money
and stuff. They don't got the woman in ice. I'd
rather have love in my heart than I hate on
my brother with murder of strife and start playing see
I'm one with the king. What you're saying, I'm gonna
(35:43):
lose my soulf for some vance you can feed that,
gentle spem. I don't run decat for the cap shit
you used to make that way to do a bathless
look yeah, yeah, yeah, look, So telling them we harder
than never we com up with dramas and m died,
and telling.
Speaker 3 (35:59):
Them he's shaming the day.
Speaker 4 (36:00):
That's facts. I don't need no gun. I'm strapped. The
king coming back relaxed. Tell him I'm like what I'm tapping.
Yeah yeah, Look where the God says we restaurant agatst
flesh and blood, but dark princippelogies. So it's not about
nobody's skin. It's not about no color, you know what
I'm saying. It's about what you can't see, what man
can't see. That's why God said open your eyes. Had
come to me, he said, come near me. He said,
(36:20):
I shall give.
Speaker 3 (36:21):
You the way.
Speaker 4 (36:22):
He said, I'm the way, the truth in the life,
and no one shall get to the Father except through
me and I'm stepping for real. I don't care about
nothing else. I'm stepping for the Lord. About Lord God. Yeah,
yeah yeah, tell him be harder than never. We coming
with drums, the armor of God and tell him with
shaming the devil. Yeah. Our praise to the one and
(36:43):
knows you, the true Lord, the true King, the true Savior.
Speaker 3 (36:47):
Yeah.
Speaker 4 (36:48):
Tell him, tell him, tell him be harder than never.
Be coming with drums, the armor of God and tell
him shaming the devil.
Speaker 1 (37:07):
And we are back. We are back. We are harder
than ever. Come on now, this is His Hop radio podcast.
I'm your boy, mister His Hop. We just came back
from our music break. We're breaking down the entire chapter
of Revelation fourteen. It is good. It is good that
(37:28):
where the God is so amazing. And let us know
in the live chat if you're getting some out of
these podcasts, these episodes, let us know. We appreciate that.
If you are getting something out of it, please share
this podcast. Help us get the word out. Because we
want to save the world. You know what I mean,
that's our goal. You know what I'm saying, that's our agenda, right,
(37:52):
We want to save souls because We don't want no
one to have to take this mark of the beast.
We don't want knowing that we have to think's judgment
