He is also a rabbi and he goes by the
name of Rabbi Ron Arnault. And every time I get
with this brother, I just man, I just feel the

The tora Are is the first five books of the Bible,
basically the books that Moses wrote or it also goes
by the Penitude. And so we're gonna talk about that.

honored to have him, and I would like to introduce
Rabbi Ron Arnault. Rabbi Ron, how you doing today?

with the people of His Top Radio and the fighted
to care of what to what God is doing in
the kingdom.

Amen. Amen, Well, it's always an honor to have you,
and I just want to give them the listeners. Just
a little background. We met when I actually first was
starting out with his high back in about twenty twelve
or twenty thirteen, and you were You came on as
a guest on one of my shows back then, and
(06:48):
I can still remember to this day the power of
the Holy Spirit that just fell like in my room,
like you prayed for me and God just showed up
in a powerful way, and that has always made a
huge impact on my life. I remember it like this
yesterday and also over the years we've prayed together, and
(07:08):
I mean, you're very annointed, like you have a direct
line to God, you know when you need answers and
when you just go before the throne room, and you know,
I'm just honored that we've been able to stay connected
all this time.
Speaker 4 (07:25):
And then yes, it's been also a privilege as I
have been able to mentor and to be a mentor
for people around the world. That what He does with
me is simply there are people that need to go
from point A to point B, and he just uses
me to direct people to him right because he is
(07:45):
a light. Right. Light has no no no pleasure with darkness.
There's no there is no combining the two He just
uses me to to get people to where they have
to go.
Speaker 2 (07:58):
Amen. Amen, And I'm a witness, and like I said,
it's always been a blessing and I'm always honored to
help you out and to get the word out about
what you got going. So with that being said, I
know that you're doing some work with the Philippines, and
we spoke briefly about the Tura, the first five books
(08:20):
of the Bible, the books that Moses wrote, and so
I wanted to share that with our audience today. So
I'm gonna go ahead and just allow you to have
the floor. Yes.
Speaker 4 (08:31):
Sure. So I'm a leader. I've worked directly with governments,
especially Israel since two thousand and eight. I connect nations
and leaders of nations to Jerusalem. And it's say connecting
because as you know, when the Messiah arrives, he will
rule with what with a rod of iron, and he
will rule from Jerusalem as he rebuilds Jerusalem. But I
(08:53):
work also directly with government and community partners in the
Philippines on a historic Torot initiative. And Taura, as you said,
is the first five books, but the entire Bible is
the entire book. And we have we basically have created
an initiative where we are helping to build a curriculum, leadership, training,
(09:17):
and family programs based on the ancient scriptures. So what
does that mean. It's you know, the Philippines is one
of the only nations in the world that openly pursued
a national moral foundation built on scripture. And years ago,
in nineteen ninety six, the Philippine president, which was President Valdez,
he enacted what's called it Executive Order three one nine
(09:38):
that's called the Moral Recovery Program. So he's known as
Fidel Ramos Valdez. But he passed away in nine ninety six,
but before he did, he enacted this and this program
aligned perfectly the values of Torah, which are justice, compassion, family, diligence, honesty,
and leadership. Now fast forward to today, it is relative.
(10:02):
He enacted it, but it wasn't implemented. His relative contacted
me and asked me, because I were government leaders, to
help expand this across the Philippines. So we now have
an expanding movement of Torah centered education across the Philippines.
Where in Oriental Negros, the court he went to the
courts saying, my uncle had enacted this, you need to
(10:26):
pass this. So in the Philippines as we speak, there
are municipalities that are adopting Torah and more recovery training,
which is going back. Basically, it is placing the Torah
in every government office, every school campus, that's every university,
every school campus. In Oriental Negros, three million people have
(10:49):
engaged through the courts. We have the right to engage
with them with Torah teachers and teach them about going
back to scripture. This is this saysn't something small. This
is a national hunger for righteousness. It fulfills the scripture
that says Isaiah two to three, for out of Zion
shall go for to Torah and the word of the
(11:10):
Lord or Yahweh from Jerusalem unto the ends of the earth.
And the Philippines are seven thousand islands on the far
edge of the Pacific, and that literally has been called
by scholars that I've spoken to, including some of them
who have known I'm sure your listeners known prophecy. It's
called the ends of the earth, and the Taura is
now flowing there. So yeah, but the Torah, as we
(11:35):
you know, it's more than just teaching. It's the original
blueprint that Yahweh or God gave to guide nations, families
and leaders. And so the Taura gave moral clarity, leadership,
family structure, national justice, protection and blessings. And he said
in Deuteronomy four six, this is your wisdom and your
understanding in the sight of the nations. So the nations
(11:59):
will look in say that people is wise, meaning the
Philippines in Kenya, we spoke to fifty tour observant congregations.
There are going to be presenting to the President of
Kenya a pattern of executive order three one nine, And
so nations will say those people are wise, their families
are strong, and their leaders are upright. So that is
what that we are reaching for wisdom at a national
(12:22):
scale and other nations.
Speaker 2 (12:25):
Wow, this is beautiful. This is amazing. Man, it's exciting
to hear about this. Now, why do you think you
said that the president he gave an executive order to
bring the Torah to the nation, but it wasn't implemented.
Why do you think that it is taking so long
to implement that order.
Speaker 4 (12:46):
Well, as we know, the Philippines is one is one
of the only nations in the world to actually accept scripture.
But there's a lot of Muslim population in the Philippines,
and so you're you know, light has nothing to do
with darkness, remember when I first spoke in the interview,
So of course you know they were trying to suppress it.
(13:06):
But even during his tenure, Executive Order three one nine
was going through in Manila, there were leadership circles basically
what it started, but it didn't finish. It started what
are called integrity circles. Integrity in government, integrity in the schools,
so that you know, people don't understand we do. We
(13:29):
speak a lot of words, but the Bible says that
every idle word he will hold us accountable to. Think
of this, every need. Everyone confessed that he Messiah is
who he says, but he says every idle word, you
will be held accountable to. So if he's saying that,
then we need to measure our words and so words.
(13:49):
So that's where the President came up the work called
integrity circles, so that in government they knew that they
would be accountable to the word of the more reprogram
that wasn't acted. It was past, but it wasn't implemented
and in every school campus as well across the Philippines.
Speaker 2 (14:10):
Wow. Wow, that is amazing. And I know how powerful
the Word of God is and how God has given
us so many promises out of our obedience. If we
would just observe the Word, if we would meditate it
from the Word. The Book of Psalms said that we
would be a tree like a tree planted by the water,
(14:31):
if we keep our mind in hearts in the Word.
And so my next question is the United States of America.
When our founding fathers came over, they were really connected
to the Word. And would you believe that that is
(14:53):
why our nation became so great so fast? You know,
in the I'm talking about the founding period of the
United States.
Speaker 4 (15:06):
Amen. Amen, Yes, the United States was founded on those
scriptures and on those principles. The Pilgrims escaped England because
they were not allowing them to do what they wanted
to do. They weren't allowing them to practice what they believe.
(15:28):
And so it's not surprising that the US was formed
unjudale Christian principles.
Speaker 2 (15:35):
Amen. Amen. In my heart, in my prayer is that
we go back to it. I mean, we know the
state of our nation today, but I believe that that
God can bring a revival. I believe that there's at
least one more revival. They'll be centaur nation before it's
all said and done. At least that's my prayer and
(15:57):
my hope. And I believe that there's a little bit
going on already. I'm hearing things about it, but I'm
really waiting for it to fall.
Speaker 4 (16:08):
Yeah, I agree. I think a lot of people are
waiting force to fall. But that's why we know that
we are guided by the word. Those of us were believers.
Every word, every word in the Old Testament and New Testament,
even every vowel and every it says every vowel that
heaven and erth shall not pass In other words, heaven
and earth would have to pass away before any jot
(16:31):
word it's called tittle mean, which means vowel or letter
or vowel in the scripture would have to change. Because
of that, we can be sure that He guides us.
And because of like you said, it does say that
in the Book of Joel, it says that I shall
pour my spirit on all sorts of flesh. And so
(16:54):
when I'm seeing in the Philippines or I'm seeing Isaiah,
where it says the torres shall shall go forth from
from Zion to the end, you know, to from Jerusalem's
Judea Samaria in the ends of the earth. That means
that his word is gonna fall, not that it may,
but it is. And that means that that means Tora based,
you know, at least in the Philippines and Kenya, Tora
(17:15):
based character programs, school modules for teachers and administrators, leadership
training rooted in scripture, youth development programs, and a deep
Torah family character curriculum. And basically it's to raise a
generation of leaders who know yahweh no scripture and walk
and righteousness.
Speaker 2 (17:35):
Amen. Amen, okay. And my final question, it might be
a two part question, is UH. And then we'll wrap
it up once this and I foresee this UH actually
coming to pass and making a huge impact in the
Philippines and Kenyan hopefully throughout the world. But once this
(17:55):
is accepted fully, what opportunities are who will be the
ones that will actually be teaching the Torah? I mean,
of course we know no one knows the Torah like
the rabbis. But the follow up question is do you
think that they will allow Christians right or like you say,
(18:16):
e Masianic rabbis teach it as well.
Speaker 4 (18:21):
Well. Actually, in order to teach Torah, normally you had
to be a rabbi, And we are speaking with with
taura teachers. Actually even in Samoa, believe it or not,
whether our rabbi is living there to teach Torah. But
remember that the Torah we have the approval to teach
not only in three in a musicality of three million people,
(18:46):
but also one of two hundred thousand people in every
government's chamber. Now what does that mean is that the
governments and the students, many of them who are not
you know, who are not believers, are going to hear it.
The Taurah is going to bring back wrong families because
it begins in the home. It's gonna bring back righteous
leadership because it's leaders who serve and don't dominate. It'll
(19:07):
bring back justice and equity because it warns nations against corruption.
So why am I saying all this. It's it's wisdom
for daily life, from from businesses to community relationships. It's
not just a law, but it's a blessing order and
peace right. So what that means is that if that
whole nation is going to be enjoying these blessings of
(19:31):
righteousness from the only you know, from the one and
only God who created the Torah, who from his mouth
created the Torah. That means that everyone benefits. It's not
just gonna be the Messianic Jews. What I believe is
going to happen is that the Torah being taught in
the schools, the students are going to get excited and
they're going to start use development programs kind of in
(19:51):
the same way that you saw, you know, people like
Charlie Kirk try to bring back in the US a
revival type program by bringing you know, morality and scripture
back in the high schools.

Amen. Amen, Amen, I mean so, but go ahead. I
didn't want to cut you off.

No, no, no, what what?

What? What I was saying is that because the whole nation
is going to be blessed by the Torah, the light
of torizon just gonna hit the Jews or the messian
It's gonna hit the people that want to be blessed.
You know, nations around the world are going to say
that the Philippines or whoever is practiced practicing God's morality

is a model nation, and they're going to say what
we want. I mean, what we're hoping is that is
that that they're going to want to be spiritually open,
that they're gonna love scripture, that they're gonna love family
and respect and honor and community. Those are Torah qualities
and that follows you everywhere. And what we're hoping is
(20:56):
that they're gonna say, we want righteousness and we want wisdom,
So teach us.

for this whole movement. And definitely whatever we could do
whenever you want us to get the word out or

It's definitely an open door, as you already know. But

like you prayed for me and God just showed up
in a powerful way, and that has always made a
huge impact on my life. I remember it like this
yesterday and also over the years we've prayed together, and
(07:08):
I mean, you're very annointed, like you have a direct
line to God, you know when you need answers and
when you just go before the throne room, and you know,
I'm just honored that we've been able to stay connected
all this time.
Speaker 4 (07:25):
And then yes, it's been also a privilege as I
have been able to mentor and to be a mentor
for people around the world. That what He does with
me is simply there are people that need to go
from point A to point B, and he just uses
me to direct people to him right because he is
(07:45):
a light. Right. Light has no no no pleasure with darkness.
There's no there is no combining the two He just
uses me to to get people to where they have
to go.
Speaker 2 (07:58):
Amen. Amen, And I'm a witness, and like I said,
it's always been a blessing and I'm always honored to
help you out and to get the word out about
what you got going. So with that being said, I
know that you're doing some work with the Philippines, and
we spoke briefly about the Tura, the first five books
(08:20):
of the Bible, the books that Moses wrote, and so
I wanted to share that with our audience today. So
I'm gonna go ahead and just allow you to have
the floor. Yes.
Speaker 4 (08:31):
Sure. So I'm a leader. I've worked directly with governments,
especially Israel since two thousand and eight. I connect nations
and leaders of nations to Jerusalem. And it's say connecting
because as you know, when the Messiah arrives, he will
rule with what with a rod of iron, and he
will rule from Jerusalem as he rebuilds Jerusalem. But I
(08:53):
work also directly with government and community partners in the
Philippines on a historic Torot initiative. And Taura, as you said,
is the first five books, but the entire Bible is
the entire book. And we have we basically have created
an initiative where we are helping to build a curriculum, leadership, training,
(09:17):
and family programs based on the ancient scriptures. So what
does that mean. It's you know, the Philippines is one
of the only nations in the world that openly pursued
a national moral foundation built on scripture. And years ago,
in nineteen ninety six, the Philippine president, which was President Valdez,
he enacted what's called it Executive Order three one nine
(09:38):
that's called the Moral Recovery Program. So he's known as
Fidel Ramos Valdez. But he passed away in nine ninety six,
but before he did, he enacted this and this program
aligned perfectly the values of Torah, which are justice, compassion, family, diligence, honesty,
and leadership. Now fast forward to today, it is relative.
(10:02):
He enacted it, but it wasn't implemented. His relative contacted
me and asked me, because I were government leaders, to
help expand this across the Philippines. So we now have
an expanding movement of Torah centered education across the Philippines.
Where in Oriental Negros, the court he went to the
courts saying, my uncle had enacted this, you need to
(10:26):
pass this. So in the Philippines as we speak, there
are municipalities that are adopting Torah and more recovery training,
which is going back. Basically, it is placing the Torah
in every government office, every school campus, that's every university,
every school campus. In Oriental Negros, three million people have
(10:49):
engaged through the courts. We have the right to engage
with them with Torah teachers and teach them about going
back to scripture. This is this saysn't something small. This
is a national hunger for righteousness. It fulfills the scripture
that says Isaiah two to three, for out of Zion
shall go for to Torah and the word of the
(11:10):
Lord or Yahweh from Jerusalem unto the ends of the earth.
And the Philippines are seven thousand islands on the far
edge of the Pacific, and that literally has been called
by scholars that I've spoken to, including some of them
who have known I'm sure your listeners known prophecy. It's
called the ends of the earth, and the Taura is
now flowing there. So yeah, but the Torah, as we
(11:35):
you know, it's more than just teaching. It's the original
blueprint that Yahweh or God gave to guide nations, families
and leaders. And so the Taura gave moral clarity, leadership,
family structure, national justice, protection and blessings. And he said
in Deuteronomy four six, this is your wisdom and your
understanding in the sight of the nations. So the nations
(11:59):
will look in say that people is wise, meaning the
Philippines in Kenya, we spoke to fifty tour observant congregations.
There are going to be presenting to the President of
Kenya a pattern of executive order three one nine, And
so nations will say those people are wise, their families
are strong, and their leaders are upright. So that is
what that we are reaching for wisdom at a national
(12:22):
scale and other nations.
Speaker 2 (12:25):
Wow, this is beautiful. This is amazing. Man, it's exciting
to hear about this. Now, why do you think you
said that the president he gave an executive order to
bring the Torah to the nation, but it wasn't implemented.
Why do you think that it is taking so long
to implement that order.
Speaker 4 (12:46):
Well, as we know, the Philippines is one is one
of the only nations in the world to actually accept scripture.
But there's a lot of Muslim population in the Philippines,
and so you're you know, light has nothing to do
with darkness, remember when I first spoke in the interview,
So of course you know they were trying to suppress it.
(13:06):
But even during his tenure, Executive Order three one nine
was going through in Manila, there were leadership circles basically
what it started, but it didn't finish. It started what
are called integrity circles. Integrity in government, integrity in the schools,
so that you know, people don't understand we do. We
(13:29):
speak a lot of words, but the Bible says that
every idle word he will hold us accountable to. Think
of this, every need. Everyone confessed that he Messiah is
who he says, but he says every idle word, you
will be held accountable to. So if he's saying that,
then we need to measure our words and so words.
(13:49):
So that's where the President came up the work called
integrity circles, so that in government they knew that they
would be accountable to the word of the more reprogram
that wasn't acted. It was past, but it wasn't implemented
and in every school campus as well across the Philippines.
Speaker 2 (14:10):
Wow. Wow, that is amazing. And I know how powerful
the Word of God is and how God has given
us so many promises out of our obedience. If we
would just observe the Word, if we would meditate it
from the Word. The Book of Psalms said that we
would be a tree like a tree planted by the water,
(14:31):
if we keep our mind in hearts in the Word.
And so my next question is the United States of America.
When our founding fathers came over, they were really connected
to the Word. And would you believe that that is
(14:53):
why our nation became so great so fast? You know,
in the I'm talking about the founding period of the
United States.
Speaker 4 (15:06):
Amen. Amen, Yes, the United States was founded on those
scriptures and on those principles. The Pilgrims escaped England because
they were not allowing them to do what they wanted
to do. They weren't allowing them to practice what they believe.
(15:28):
And so it's not surprising that the US was formed
unjudale Christian principles.
Speaker 2 (15:35):
Amen. Amen. In my heart, in my prayer is that
we go back to it. I mean, we know the
state of our nation today, but I believe that that
God can bring a revival. I believe that there's at
least one more revival. They'll be centaur nation before it's
all said and done. At least that's my prayer and
(15:57):
my hope. And I believe that there's a little bit
going on already. I'm hearing things about it, but I'm
really waiting for it to fall.
Speaker 4 (16:08):
Yeah, I agree. I think a lot of people are
waiting force to fall. But that's why we know that
we are guided by the word. Those of us were believers.
Every word, every word in the Old Testament and New Testament,
even every vowel and every it says every vowel that
heaven and erth shall not pass In other words, heaven
and earth would have to pass away before any jot
(16:31):
word it's called tittle mean, which means vowel or letter
or vowel in the scripture would have to change. Because
of that, we can be sure that He guides us.
And because of like you said, it does say that
in the Book of Joel, it says that I shall
pour my spirit on all sorts of flesh. And so
(16:54):
when I'm seeing in the Philippines or I'm seeing Isaiah,
where it says the torres shall shall go forth from
from Zion to the end, you know, to from Jerusalem's
Judea Samaria in the ends of the earth. That means
that his word is gonna fall, not that it may,
but it is. And that means that that means Tora based,
you know, at least in the Philippines and Kenya, Tora
(17:15):
based character programs, school modules for teachers and administrators, leadership
training rooted in scripture, youth development programs, and a deep
Torah family character curriculum. And basically it's to raise a
generation of leaders who know yahweh no scripture and walk
and righteousness.
Speaker 2 (17:35):
Amen. Amen, okay. And my final question, it might be
a two part question, is UH. And then we'll wrap
it up once this and I foresee this UH actually
coming to pass and making a huge impact in the
Philippines and Kenyan hopefully throughout the world. But once this
(17:55):
is accepted fully, what opportunities are who will be the
ones that will actually be teaching the Torah? I mean,
of course we know no one knows the Torah like
the rabbis. But the follow up question is do you
think that they will allow Christians right or like you say,
(18:16):
e Masianic rabbis teach it as well.
Speaker 4 (18:21):
Well. Actually, in order to teach Torah, normally you had
to be a rabbi, And we are speaking with with
taura teachers. Actually even in Samoa, believe it or not,
whether our rabbi is living there to teach Torah. But
remember that the Torah we have the approval to teach
not only in three in a musicality of three million people,
(18:46):
but also one of two hundred thousand people in every
government's chamber. Now what does that mean is that the
governments and the students, many of them who are not
you know, who are not believers, are going to hear it.
The Taurah is going to bring back wrong families because
it begins in the home. It's gonna bring back righteous
leadership because it's leaders who serve and don't dominate. It'll
(19:07):
bring back justice and equity because it warns nations against corruption.
So why am I saying all this. It's it's wisdom
for daily life, from from businesses to community relationships. It's
not just a law, but it's a blessing order and
peace right. So what that means is that if that
whole nation is going to be enjoying these blessings of
(19:31):
righteousness from the only you know, from the one and
only God who created the Torah, who from his mouth
created the Torah. That means that everyone benefits. It's not
just gonna be the Messianic Jews. What I believe is
going to happen is that the Torah being taught in
the schools, the students are going to get excited and
they're going to start use development programs kind of in
(19:51):
the same way that you saw, you know, people like
Charlie Kirk try to bring back in the US a
revival type program by bringing you know, morality and scripture
back in the high schools.
Speaker 2 (20:03):
Amen. Amen, Amen, I mean so, but go ahead. I
didn't want to cut you off.
Speaker 4 (20:14):
No, no, no, what what?
Speaker 2 (20:15):
What?
Speaker 4 (20:15):
What? What I was saying is that because the whole nation
is going to be blessed by the Torah, the light
of torizon just gonna hit the Jews or the messian
It's gonna hit the people that want to be blessed.
You know, nations around the world are going to say
that the Philippines or whoever is practiced practicing God's morality
(20:36):
is a model nation, and they're going to say what
we want. I mean, what we're hoping is that is
that that they're going to want to be spiritually open,
that they're gonna love scripture, that they're gonna love family
and respect and honor and community. Those are Torah qualities
and that follows you everywhere. And what we're hoping is
(20:56):
that they're gonna say, we want righteousness and we want wisdom,
So teach us.
Speaker 2 (21:01):

for this whole movement. And definitely whatever we could do
whenever you want us to get the word out or
