(05:56):

is moving, God is calling his people. So this actually
makes my heart very glad. Hallelujah. All right, Well, while

(06:18):
you're praising there, when you get done praising, go ahead
and grab your bibles, you know, pass in your highlighters,
and let's follow along together here on his Hot Radio podcast.

(06:42):
And we're gonna take it all the way to verse thirty,
from twelve to verse thirty, this is where we had
left off, and let's go be for Father and prayer.
Heavenly Father, we thank you, Father God for your grace

(07:04):
in your mercy. Thank you Father God, Oh Lord, for
this opportunity of God once again, Father, to dive deep
into your word. We ask Father God, Oh Lord, that
the ingrafted word, Oh God, will save us. Father God,
that's the only thing, the only promise we have on
this planet is your word and is your name, the

(07:29):
only name under heaven by which man must be saved.
Oh Lord, you are the oliving of water. We come
to drink. You are the bread that came down from heaven.
We come to eat. We come to sup with you.
Oh God. We had said you will meet us here,
and we ask o God, that this podcast will be
an error in your hand, Oh God, to pierce the

(07:51):
darkness and to set the captains for you. In the
mighty name of Jesus, God's people said, and man, all right,
all right. So we're in chapter eight, verse twelve is

(08:11):
where we're going to start off. Chapter eight, verse twelve,
and it says in Jesus spoke to them again, saying
I am the light of the world. He who follows
me shall not walk in darkness, but have the light
of life. Now, this is one of the confrontations Jesus

(08:34):
had with the religious leaders of the day. He's at
the feast of Tabernacos. They're seeking to actually kill him.
Jesus is consistent. He goes to teach, he goes to
spread the gospel, and they know that they can't stop him.
They know that they're getting desperate. Now, Jesus isn't just

(08:55):
claiming to give life. He is like himself. Just as
the sun reveals the physical world that we see around us,
Jesus reveals truth. He reveals righteousness and the path of

(09:17):
eternal life. Without him, people remain in darkness, morally and
spiritually blind. And that is horrible. That is a horrible
state to be in. And I mean, man, that's it.
The world offers its own light right a counterfeit type life.

(09:39):
They offer fame, they offer pleasure, and they offer us money,
but all of it flickers. And faith Jesus is the
only light that exposes what's hidden and heals what is broken.

(10:01):
Let me say that again. Jesus is the only light
that can expose the things that are hidden, and also
heals the things that are broken. Walking with him means
clarity in confusion, peace in chaos, and direction doubts. We

(10:24):
cannot afford it not to follow him. Amen. He teaches
us how to be husbands and wives. He teaches us
how to gain wealth. He teaches us if we just
follow him, a lot of things can and will be
dealt with. Amen thirteen. The Pharisees therefore said to him,

(10:54):
you bear witness of yourself. Your witness is not true,
answered and said to them, even if I bear witness
of myself, my witness is true, for I know where
I came from and where I am going. But you
do not know where I came from and where I

(11:17):
am going. Amen. Now, the Pharisees challenged Jesus on a
legal technicality that testimony requires two witnesses. But Jesus responds

(11:43):
from divine authority. He knows his origin and he knows
his destiny, something that cannot comprehend at this time? Are
their finite minds could not grasp it? Now you ever
notice how true threatens religion but comforts relationships. The Pharisees

(12:15):
represent people today who are so caught up in control
and caught up in tradition that they can't recognize the
truth when it's standing right in front of them. Jesus
is saying, you don't have to validate me at all.

(12:36):
I am the truth. Come on, Jesus didn't need these
religious leaders to validate them. He is the source, He
is the word of life. How many of us get
confronted with that? I was confronted with that in my

(12:57):
own ministry, where people were saying, you know what if
we don't validate you. Then you're not legit. Right, you're
not legal. It's not legal for you to do or
this or that the other. Don't get caught up in

(13:19):
man's tradition. Stay in your word, alright. Let's go to
verse fifteen through sixteen, and it says you judge according

(13:42):
to the flesh. I judge no one. And yet if
I do judge, my judgment is true, for I am
not alone, but I am with the father who sent me.
Hey man, that's good. Let's park right here and break

(14:03):
that down real quick. Now. Christ's judgment is rooted in
unity with the Father. It's perfect truth, perfect justice, unlike
human judgment, which is limited and human judgment can be biased. Now,

(14:29):
his comes from divine insight. And you know what. We
live in a cancel culture right now, right that judges
quick and forgives slow. Let me say that again. We
live in a cancel culture that is quick to judge,

(14:51):
but it's slow to forgive. But Jesus, he looks past
all the surface. He sees motives, not just mistakes. That's
the light we need shining in our own hearts when

(15:11):
we're attempted to point fingers right, we need that same
light when we want to point fingers at everyone else,
all right. Verse seventeen and eighteen, hallelujah. It says, it

(15:40):
is also written in your law that the testimony of
two men is true. I am one who bears witness
of myself, and the father who sent me bears witness
of me. And they said to him, who who is

(16:01):
your father? Okay, we're about He's about to blow their
minds here in a few seconds, now, Jesus. Right here
he references Deuteronomy chapter nineteen, verse fifteen that says showing

(16:23):
he actually does have two witnesses, himself and his father.
And what he means by that is, look at the miracles,
the fulfilled prophecy of his life, and the voice even
that came down from heaven when he was when he

(16:46):
was baptized, the Father said that this is my son
in whom I am well pleased. The Father himself testified
and gave him that witness. And also through his works,
the Father gave witness and confirms. Now, sometimes you don't

(17:14):
need a man's approval when Heaven has already stamped your purpose.
Now we do know that God put the church in place,
He put leadership in place. Your pastor in place. If
you're in a healthy because yeah, let's admit there are

(17:34):
some unhealthy ministries out there. But if you're in a healthy,
god fearing, Bible teaching ministry, the Holy Spirit will let
them know the calling on your life, and if they're wise,
they will not stand against it. They will not try
to hinder you at all, all right, Verse nineteen and twenty.

(18:00):
Then they said to him, where is your father? Jesus answered,
you know neither me nor my father. If he had
known me, you would have known my father. Now this
is good. He's about to really blow their minds right here.

(18:20):
Verse twenty. These words Jesus spoke in the treasury, as
he talked in the temple, and no one laid hands
on him, for his hour had not yet come. Look
at how many times this phrase is stated here. I

(18:44):
believe that we are indestructible until we fulfill our purpose.
Hey man, now did you see here that their blindness
wasn't intellectual at all? Their blindness was a spiritual blindness.

(19:08):
Knowing the son is the only way to truly know
the father. A lot of religions try to deny the son,
or get around the son and get to the Father.
But no, if you read the word of God, knowing
the Son is the only way. Jesus is the way,

(19:30):
the truth, and the life. No one comes to the
Father but through him. Jesus came to reveal the Father.
Not religion, not ritual, its relationship. We're gonna keep saying this,
and when you walk in that light, you stop living
like an orphan and start living like a child of God. Hallelujah,

(19:58):
How amazing is that. Now let's go twenty one through
twenty four. And Jesus said to them again, I am
going away, and you will seek me and will die
in your sins. Now this is powerful. If you die

(20:19):
in your sins is over, that means you're on your
way to hell. Sin is not going to make it
into heaven. It's not allowed in heaven. So you need
to check your heart. You need to check your heart.
What is in your heart, because it starts there. Do

(20:41):
you regard iniquity in your heart? If Jesus is not
the first, if he's not the reason you wake up
in the morning, if he's not the reason why you breathe,
if he's not the motive of why you do what
you do, if he's not your first love, and chances

(21:02):
are there's an idol and there's some type of besetting
sin that is sitting at the throne of your heart.
You need to repent, You need to dethrone yourself because
that means you're selfish. Right, Think about what you think about?

(21:23):
Are you lusting all the time? Are you thinking about women?
Are you thinking about that next drug, that next drink
of alcohol? You're thinking about going to the club? Like,
what is your passion? Are you thinking about business all
the time? Thinking about money? When can you make your

(21:43):
next score? Or whatever? That is your God, Now there's
a place for all this. Remember the scripture says, seek
you first the kingdom of God, and all other things
will be added unto you. There is a submission, there
is a direction, There is a lordship that the Lord

(22:08):
wants to exercise over your heart, and beloved, we're gonna
pray before the end of this podcast. We're gonna get
you there, hey man. But your eyes gott to be
open first, because I am going away, and now you

(22:28):
will seek me and will die in your sins where
I go, you cannot come. You don't want to die
in your sins, beloved, Hey man, how far did I say,
we're gonna go to verse twenty four. This is and
the Jew said, will he kill himself? Because he says,

(22:49):
where I go, you cannot come. And he said to them,
you are from beneath, I am from above. You are
this world. I am not of this world. Therefore I
said to you that you will die in your sins,
for if you do not believe that I am he.

(23:12):
Now this is important. You will die in your sins. Now.
Remember I said in the last episode that Jesus is
always bringing division. He's always trying to see who believes
and who doesn't, Believers and non believers. That's the division.

(23:34):
That's the divide. Do you believe your unbelief can cause
you to split hell wide open? And we also need
to check our hearts on that. Hey man. The good
news is that there is help because once we're rejecting

(23:56):
Christ means choosing death separation from God. Faith in Christ
isn't one of many pasts that this world will try
to tell us. It is the only way to life.
You see, Jesus wasn't being arrogant here, you know, he
was being honest with us. He was speaking the truth.

(24:19):
The Light is offering a way out, but some still
choose the shadows, which is crazy. Even person I mean,
every person listening today has to make that same choice.

(24:40):
Will you follow the light or will you stay in darkness?
That is the question. All right, now, let's finish this
up with verse twenty five and verse thirty. Then they

(25:04):
said to him, who are you? Now? You see, Jesus
is hard in a in a natural mind, it's hard
for you to understand Jesus. How many times before Christ
have you tried to read the Bible and it didn't
make sense to you? Or how many times have you

(25:26):
heard people talk about Jesus. You may hear things or
maybe understand, but you never really knew him personally, And
so you can relate why people are excited about Jesus
and why people devote their lives to him because he
saved us from some dark, dark stuff. But here we're

(25:57):
gonna see that he is who he say he is.
And Jesus said to them, just what I have been
saying to you from the beginning. I have many things
to say and to judge concerning you. Now, does that

(26:18):
not make you a little bit concern? Right? If Jesus
has a lot of things to say and judge on
the day of judgment. We need to get right right now.
You know what I'm saying. But he has many things
as say and Judge concerning you. But he who sent

(26:40):
me is true, and I speak to the world those
things which I heard from him. They did not understand
that he spoke to them of the Father. And Jesus
said to them, when you lift up the Son of Man,
then you will know that I am he, and that

(27:03):
I do nothing of myself. But as my father taught me,
I speak these things, and he who sent me is
with me. The Father has not left me alone. I
always do those things that please the Father. Man, how

(27:27):
many of us can say that? I wish I could
say that Father get us there. Amen. As I spoke
these words, Oh, excuse me. As he spoke these words,
many believed in him. Amen. Praise God. Many believed in him.

(27:50):
That is good news. And I pray that that is
where our hearts are. Our hearts are in a place
of belief. Now, when he said lifted up, he wasn't
talking about praise. And we've seen praise songs lift him up,

(28:12):
lift him up. But what he's truly talking about is
the cross. He was lifted up on the cross. The
same light that exposes sin awful offers let me give
my mouth to work right here. The same light that
exposes sin also offers forgiveness. You see, the light doesn't

(28:39):
just reveal things, it also redeems. So don't get embarrassed,
don't get afraid, don't try to hide sin in your life.
Allow the light of the Word to expose it. Before
you judge anyone else, judge yourself. See whether or not
you are truly in the faith. And one of the

(29:03):
best ways, as I mentioned, to measure that is what
do you think about? What dominates your heart? You see,
we can control the thoughts and our desires. We can
give them over to God. We can cry out to
the Lord to cast down our imagination and to take

(29:25):
every thought captive. We have to do this. This is
our daily maintenance. You can't just let anything in your heart.
Remember the Word of God says guard your heart, for
out of it are the issues of life. That's why
we need to memorize scripture. We need to speak the Word.
We need to allow the Lord to dwell inside of us. Amen, Hallelujah,

(29:52):
will be right back after this break, y'all.

Speaker 3 (29:56):

And we are back this whole V and Alex Jean
with rain on Me. If you like that, you can
also listen to your favorite h H only his hot
radio station twenty oh seven. I'm the boy missing his hop.
But we are going through the Book of John, one

(32:55):
of the greatest books. This is a great book to
introduce to new believers because the purpose of this book
was so that we can believe that Jesus is the Messiah,
and Jesus is always making that division. Do you believe
or not? Right? We must believe in the Son or

(33:18):
we will die in our sins. That is the message
here in the Book of John. So let's not do that.
Not onto my watch, amen, Thank you Father. All right,
it's time for the accountability partner segment. This is where
where discipleship happens. I was working the altar at church

(33:41):
and I just noticed that there were some people that
were stuck in the same sins that they were dealing
with a year ago. And I was just praying, like, Lord,
how come people are not growing? How come people are
not changing? And as I read the word, you can't
bring your sin in heaven. That's not what the grace
of God is. For the grace of God teaches us

(34:04):
to deny ungodliness and unrighteousness and to turn from worldly lust.
The grace of God is there to give us victory
over sin, not a license to continue to live in it.
So there's a lot of people in church that are
on their way to hell because they don't understand God's grace.
They think it's just a struggle or just who they are,

(34:26):
or they even go harder, you know what I mean,
thinking that they're covered, but they're not. There's no such
thing as one say to always say believers backslide all
the time. You know, Jesus says if you're lukewarm, I
will spew you out of my mouth. It says it's

(34:47):
better that you have not known the truth than to
know and then go back to your old life. And
so this is our accountability partner segment. And if you
would like to go further in that, if you have
a besetting sin in your life, some secret sin, you

(35:08):
know you're struggling with something. It could be pornography, it
could be drugs, it could be anger, jealousy, whatever. Remember,
we got to keep our hearts clean. We got to
get delivered. That is our part in this.

Speaker 2 (35:23):
Hit us up.

Speaker 1 (35:24):
Hit the top left menu on the His Hot Radio app,
click on podcasts and then click on his Hot Radio
podcast and on there there's accountability Partner form that you
can fill out. It's like a self check to see
whether or not you're in the faith. And I would
say read that daily. Just go over it before you

(35:45):
go to bet every day and just read it, read it,
get it in your spirit, and fill it out. If
you need somebody to follow up with you, and myself
or a team member will hit you up. There's power
in agreement in prayer. The Bible says one can chase
a thousand, but two can chase ten thousand. So don't

(36:07):
underestimate fellowship, don't underestimate agreement. We know when the lion
goes out to hunt and they're hunting that herd, and
they're looking for the stragglers, the ones who are isolated,
because there's power in the pack, right, and that's exactly
how Satan hunts. He doesn't want people to go to

(36:28):
church because it's easier to take you out. Do not
isolate yourself. Don't let your teenagers isolate themselves. That's one
things teenagers like to do is be up in their
rooms all day. Uh uh, Hey man, now this is

(36:50):
what if you do have an accountability partner. This is
a good topic discussion to talk about this week actually,
and I'm actually gonna postseason live chat are you walking
in the light? And also we want you to encourage
the listeners here in the life chat as well and

(37:12):
ask them check your spiritual walk this week? Ask each
other do it right now in a life chat, Hey,
how's your spiritual walk this week? Then ask where have
you allowed shadows to linger? And the shadow could be bitterness,

(37:33):
it could be secret sin, it could be fear. All
these things don't belong in our hearts, beloved the word
that God does. And then challenge each other in a
life chat step back into his light through repentance and prayer.
So if somebody needs to repent, pray with them. If
someone needs to prayer, pray over them. Amen. That's what

(37:55):
this community is all about. Your kind of partners. That's
who we are. Iron sharpens Iron. Also quick update about
the His High Radio station. If you didn't know, His
Hoigh Radio is a reporting and a monitored radio station.

(38:15):
We have our own chart system and also every station
Launch Radio. If you guys are listening, you have it
also on your station. It's you can see it on
the links on the homepage. It's by votes. You can
rate a song. You can vote every time a song plays,

(38:37):
just click that thumbs up button and can give it
five stars and you will. Your song can be rated
right on the app. And yes, the data does go
out to the Google analysts, so we can print it
out and see that you're at the top of the
his High Radio charts or the charts on the his

(38:58):
Hot Radio app. And that's pretty significant because there's a
lot of stations on here. We are working together to
do away with darkness, say man. Also, we're on the
gospel station charts and the DRT charts. We do have
an account with media base, but there's some things that

(39:18):
we're working through on that. So if you would like

information on the submissions tab, and consider purchasing and advertisement

(39:39):
packages very affordable. We're not breaking the bank you got
advertised in order to move up on these charts. You
know what I'm saying. So get the word out. Tell
everyone to submit their music in trivia time now, Zone,
I'm not gonna fall for you. Yesterday's Zone asked a

(40:01):
question during the live session and I posted the answer
not even thinking. But let's see what happens today. The
question is how many I am statements did Jesus make
in the Gospel of John. Now think about it. We're
only in chapter eight. We still got more chapters to

(40:23):
go through. But how many I am statements total? And
if you know what the I am statement is, this
is the name that God gave Moses when he went
to set the captors free out of Egypt. Moses asked
him who should I say sent me? God told him

(40:44):
I am that I am, and Jesus is saying the
same thing. I am whatever we need, I am right.
If we need deliverance, I am deliverance. If we need
to forgive our sins, Jesus is salvation. I am also

(41:07):
time for a community shout out. I want to shout
out to the So everyone has seen movements. My wife
and our money, our daughter is making impact in the
community out here in Las Vegas. We just partnered with
Buffalo Wild Wings out here in Vegas. We just did

(41:27):
an event on the Las Vegas Strip just two days ago.
If you're listening to this podcast live, if it's replay,
ain't on telling how long ago it was. But yes, yes,
we sat right up in there. Uh his hot radio
was right in there as I was in there, djaying,
playing some tunes and announcing on the mic, introducing ourselves

(41:52):
to the community. Hopefully you want to see if we
can get some performances going there. I believe God is
doing the work. Eat that in prayer that that will
just spread nationwide. Amen. Yes, and so shout out to
the Exchange Club. They also work with us. They back

(42:12):
us up. That is a network of nonprofit organizations working
out in the community. And we're talking about doing a
segment where we talk to these other nonprofits and you know,
bring it to you live right here on the radio station,
and you know, share some nonprofit news and things like that.

(42:33):
So stay tuned for that, Amen. And remember Christmas is
coming up soon. So we're doing a toy drive. If
you want to send in some toys, or maybe if
you're out of state and you can't send us a toy,
you can donate on our website and we're going to

(42:54):
talk about that in the next segment and help us
to get some toys that we can bless a lot
of families in need. And if you see what's going
on in our economy today, there's gonna be a lot
of families that are gonna be in need this season.
So let's be a blessing to them. Hey man, another one,

(43:18):
and we're also gearing up for Giving Tuesday. If you
want to partner with us on Giving Tuesday, hit us up.
Let us know in the Life Chat. We got a
lot going on, hey man. Last, but not least, we're
gonna shout out our nonprofit organization is Hot Nation, Inc.

(43:42):
We are a five oh one CED three, a public charity.
I am the president of the board, I am a
board member and We are legitimate, y'all. So if you
decide to do you can donate monthly two dollars, three
dollars five dollars a month, and it's all tax deductible.

(44:07):
You can write us off on your taxes. If you're
looking for some tax right off, or if you know
somebody who's looking to write out some taxes, tell them
that this is a good ground to sow into. We're
looking for sponsors, we're looking for donors, and we're looking
for grants. We're looking for funding. We want to relaunch
and we open Club His Hot Las Vegas our headquarters.

(44:31):
We've had some things that happened to us in twenty
eighteen where we had to vacate the building. But I
still believe God has a plan and a purpose and
you can be a part of that plan. You know,
the Bible says it's better to give than receive, and
if you're struggling with finances, the Bible instructs us to give.
For one. It guards our heart against greed, right because

(44:56):
the way the guy says, you cannot serve God and mammon,
it doesn't matter how much money you make, just as
long as that money doesn't possess you, Amen, And a
good way to guard against it is to be a giver.
And also it's his commandment. He commends us to bring
in the ties and the offering, or he releases a

(45:17):
curse on our finances. And so we want to be
a safe place, just so in a good ground. For
years we did free shows. I didn't even want to
ask people for nothing, but I realized I was robbing
them of their blessing by not doing so, by not
giving them that opportunity to sol in a legitimate work

(45:40):
of the Holy Spirit, work of God through His our Nation.
So I don't want to rob you your blessing. And
if the Lord has laid it on your heart, a
quick reminder that His out Nation isn't just a radio station,
it's a movement. We are ministrying in the juvenile detention
centers here in Vegas, hosting live events and bringing the

(46:04):
gospel to the streets. This is a movement. Y'all support
volunteer on our website his hot Nation dot com and
you can also donate on the app. And with that
being said, this is our time for today, but I

(46:26):
do have some closing comments before we get out of here.
Thank you, for joining us yesterday. It was awesome. It
was very encouraging. And see everyone in the live chat.
We have some great interaction and conversations going back and forth.
Don't get left out. Download his high radio app join
us in that live chat. But family, remember this Jesus

(46:52):
isn't just the light of the world. He's a light
that reveals you. Let him shine into every hidden corner
because when his light hits your heart, everything changes. Trust me. Now,

(47:13):
I mentioned that you cannot allow any thought just to
enter into your head. But the only way you'll have
the power to guard your heart is if you're saved,
if you're born again, if you have a relationship with
the Lord, and so I want to pray with you.

(47:37):
If you've never received the Lord, or if you've received
the Lord, but you know you backslid and you know
you're doing things that God commands you not to do.
It could be sex outside of marriage. It can be uncleanness,

(47:58):
it can be a lot of things. It could be lying,
instilling you know that your life is not right with
the Lord. I'm not here to judge. I'm just a
guy on the podcast. I'm not even on video. It's
just my voice coming through the radio station. But the
Holy Spirit has arrested your heart. Well repeat after me,

(48:26):
Heavenly Father, I confess that I am a sinner. I've
broken your commandments. I've sinned against Heaven and against you.
I call upon the Lord Jesus Christ to come into

(48:47):
my life to be my lord and my savior. I
ask you, Lord Jesus, to forgive me and watch me
clean by your blood. Forgive the filth that is in
my heart. I invite the Holy Spirit to give me

(49:09):
the power to come in, to help me to guard
my heart. To help me to keep my heart clean.
Forgive me for the things that I've desired, changed my
heart's desire. Forgive me for the things I've allowed myself
to think about. Help me to cast down imagination. Help me,
Oh God, to take captive every thought. Help me to

(49:32):
bring every thought under the obedience of the mind of Christ.
Wash me clean inside it out. Give me the power
to live for you, Lord until you come again. When
we asked this in Jesus's name, Amen, Amen. If you

(49:54):
said that prayer post in a life chat, get with
us because your journey has just started. Need to be
discipled and remember it's not about us it's all about
the Christ and Scott bless y'all.
