chapter five. We're gonna pick it up at verse thirty three.
This has been an exciting book, an exciting chapter. I
pray that you guys are getting a lot from it,
because I know I am. And we're gonna break it

we're going through the Book of Acts and we see
the apostles faith opposition from the Jews and the religious
leaders of the day. The very same thing is happening
to us today, and we here in America were shielded

from it. But the rest of the world has been
dealing with this for centuries, and beloved, do not be
surprised when it comes to America. It's going to be
here one day where it's going to be against the
law to be a Christian or by a penalty of death.

They will demand that you will renounce your faith. If
you continue to keep your faith in Christ, they will
have the authority to kill you on the spot. So
what type of life are we living now? The word
that God says to live is Christ and to die
is Gained. Are you dead? We're supposed to be dead already,

and Christ is supposed to be living through us. So
that we know, as soon as we leave this place,
we're going to be face to face with our Savior.
So we need not to fear persecution or even death.
If we are fully surrendered our lives to the Lord
and belove it. There's nothing in this world worth holding onto.

Everything is temporary, it will not last. We need to
be building up for our eternal home, Amen, our eternal place.
Jesus said that there's many mansions that has been prepared
for us. So don't sell out for these cheap doghouses

on this planet.

God has a real dwelling place ready and prepared for us.
So Amen. So as we see the opposition, don't be fearful,
don't shrink back. As a matter of fact, we can
ask for boldness and courage and the Holy Spirit will

is if I have to give my life for the Lord,
that the Lord will let it be quick and painless. Amen,
Let it be quick and painless, that we don't have
to be tortured and all this other stuff, you know.
But may His will be done. Hallelujah. So we see
the apostles, they are in the think of it right now.

We pick it up in verse thirty three and it
says when they heard this, they were furious and plotted
to kill them. Now once again, I'm coming at you
from the new King, James.

Earlier in the chapter we saw the Sadducees were coming
against them. They don't believe in spirits, but yet an
angel broke them out of prison. Right now, the Scenehedrin

The word means they were cut to the heart, enraged
with murderous intent. Let me say that again. They were
cut to the heart and they were enraged with the

murderous intent. Belove it. These are the people that we
have to deal with. This is what's going on in
their hearts. This gives us an example. When people reject us,
when people persecute us, it's gonna get to this level
where people are gonna be enraged with murderous intent towards

our brothers and sisters. This is the same spirit that
rolls up against Jesus where they nailed him to the cross.
The apostles didn't stir up this rage by being disrespectful
towards them. No, they started up by telling the truth. Beloved,

let them seek in. Just by merely telling the truth,
people are going to want to take you out. When
the spirit of truth speaks, the spirit of darkness reacts
violent league, Beloved and man, we need to pray for
each other. We must expect this today. Truth will bring confrontation.

Let me say that again. Truth will bring confrontation, and
we can see that rising. Even someone on live Internet
being assassinated Charlie Kirk just for standing on biblical principles
and telling the truth. Doesn't matter what you believe on

that matter. The fact is a life was tooken and
people rejoiced over that. That is sad Verse thirty four.
Then one in the council stood up a pharisee named Gamel,
the teacher of the law, held in respect by all

the people. Now this is the same Gamel who was
the teacher of the Apostle Paul. Right, he was well
respected in the community, a great teacher. Ancient writings say
that the only problem that Gamel had if Paul, was

he did not have enough books to supply to him.
Paul was a very avid reader. He would drink up knowledge.
He had a thirst for knowledge and information. And this
man was the one who taught the great Apostle. He

is the grandfather of Paul's educator. Now he was wise,
a calm man, respected even by his enemies. Now God

will raise you up. Unlikely voices even inside hostile situations,
to protect his people. In other words, people that you
wouldn't think would speak up for you will speak up
for you in situations when God desires to protect you,

he could use unexpected advocates. If your assignment is not done,
if you still have a work to do, I choose
to believe that we're indestructible as long as we're faithful
to that work until it's accomplished. Once it's accomplished, then yeah,
we can get out of here a man Now. Thirty

five through thirty seven now, Gameil gives examples of false
movements that rolls and fail by themselves. Through those chapters,

music ministry, and the pastor there said, hey, you know what,

we have this warehouse. You can use it to do
outreaches here. And in this warehouse we totally opened up
and launched Club His Hout Las Vegas and went for
seven years. Now, I believe that that warehouse would have
stayed open, but I came into some compromise, and I

came into some life situations to where God had to
sit me down and I'm in the process of being redirected.
But the vision I believe is still there. So my
hope in my prayer is that we relaunch and reopened
Club His Houp Las Vegas. I believe the community still
(14:53):
needs it. But also my prayer is this, if this
is not God's will, if this is not his direct
from my life, then may Club His Hot never reopen.
I'd rather do well he wants so the movement will
not fade away, but will be sustained to generations after me. Amen,

that is a true work of God. Now verse city
even thirty nine. This, if this plan, or if this
plan or this work is of men, it will come
to nothing. But if it is, if it is of God,
you cannot overthrow it unless you even be found to

fight against God. Now that is wise counsel. Now he
offers divine wisdom to men who did not want it
at the moment. They did not want to hear that.
My question is where was gamel and they put Jesus
on the cross? Now, if I'm not mistaken, I'm just

high priest who said it is better for one man
to be slain in the whole nation to be slain.
And I believe that that was, you know, the word
of God. I believe the Holy Spirit was speaking through
this particular high priest. And ask us for homework, find

one man to die than the whole nation when Jesus
was on trial. I think that was kind of like

Their flesh was ripped apart. If you've ever watched the
passion of the Christ and you saw where they whipped

Even when God protects you, you still may endure some
type of suffering. Now, deliverance doesn't always remove the pain.
But as I said earlier, that's my prayer. You know

what I mean. I want to go out painlessly Lord,
if possible. But it does guarantee victory even if there's
pain in the process, we are still victorious a man
Verse forty one. So they departed rejoicing that they were

accounted worthy to suffer shame for his name. Now that's amazing. Hallelujah.
Me and Zoem three, we were talking about that a
couple of weeks ago, how they were rejoicing after they
got whipped like this. How many of us can say
that we can do that? Hopefully after this podcast we can.

How many of us can rejoice after we get disrespected
and beaten and all this stuff treated badly because of
our faith. The early Church they saw suffering for Jesus
not as defeat, but as honor. Now, this is a
level of spiritual maturity we must strive for, beloved, not

running from persecution, but rejoicing that we were aligned with Christ. Amen.
If he suffered, who's to say that we won't. Amen
forty two, and daily in the temple and in every house,
they did not cease teaching and preaching Jesus as the Christ. Hallelujah.

Who's told you to stop? I've had countless people tell

into my life and he allowed me to continue to
hold that microphone in my hand to bring him glory.
But it's been a fight. It's been a battle ever since,
and I still believe that I have not fulfilled the

musical ministry that God has called me to. I mean, yes,
I love the club, I love the radio, I love
all that stuff. But I have not been recording music,
and I wonder about that, and that's where people have
told me to stop. It's part of my testimony. I'm

going to share it. I want to write a book.
But I was in the season where people were upset
that I was doing music, recording music, and so Amen,
is there something that God has called you to do
that you should be doing and people are telling you
to stop. God commanded them to preach, so they chose

chapter five. We're gonna pick it up at verse thirty three.
This has been an exciting book, an exciting chapter. I
pray that you guys are getting a lot from it,
because I know I am. And we're gonna break it

we're going through the Book of Acts and we see
the apostles faith opposition from the Jews and the religious
leaders of the day. The very same thing is happening
to us today, and we here in America were shielded

from it. But the rest of the world has been
dealing with this for centuries, and beloved, do not be
surprised when it comes to America. It's going to be
here one day where it's going to be against the
law to be a Christian or by a penalty of death.
(05:45):
They will demand that you will renounce your faith. If
you continue to keep your faith in Christ, they will
have the authority to kill you on the spot. So
what type of life are we living now? The word
that God says to live is Christ and to die
is Gained. Are you dead? We're supposed to be dead already,
(06:08):
and Christ is supposed to be living through us. So
that we know, as soon as we leave this place,
we're going to be face to face with our Savior.
So we need not to fear persecution or even death.
If we are fully surrendered our lives to the Lord
and belove it. There's nothing in this world worth holding onto.

Everything is temporary, it will not last. We need to
be building up for our eternal home, Amen, our eternal place.
Jesus said that there's many mansions that has been prepared
for us. So don't sell out for these cheap doghouses

on this planet.

God has a real dwelling place ready and prepared for us.
So Amen. So as we see the opposition, don't be fearful,
don't shrink back. As a matter of fact, we can
ask for boldness and courage and the Holy Spirit will
give it to us in any situation. Amen. My prayer

is if I have to give my life for the Lord,
that the Lord will let it be quick and painless. Amen,
Let it be quick and painless, that we don't have
to be tortured and all this other stuff, you know.
But may His will be done. Hallelujah. So we see
the apostles, they are in the think of it right now.

We pick it up in verse thirty three and it
says when they heard this, they were furious and plotted
to kill them. Now once again, I'm coming at you
from the new King, James.

Now it is the sining Heedrin that is irritated now.
Earlier in the chapter we saw the Sadducees were coming
against them. They don't believe in spirits, but yet an
angel broke them out of prison. Right now, the Scenehedrin

is like a court system, and they were irritated the words.
The word means they were cut to the heart, enraged
with murderous intent. Let me say that again. They were
cut to the heart and they were enraged with the
(08:37):
murderous intent. Belove it. These are the people that we
have to deal with. This is what's going on in
their hearts. This gives us an example. When people reject us,
when people persecute us, it's gonna get to this level
where people are gonna be enraged with murderous intent towards

our brothers and sisters. This is the same spirit that
rolls up against Jesus where they nailed him to the cross.
The apostles didn't stir up this rage by being disrespectful
towards them. No, they started up by telling the truth. Beloved,
(09:22):
let them seek in. Just by merely telling the truth,
people are going to want to take you out. When
the spirit of truth speaks, the spirit of darkness reacts
violent league, Beloved and man, we need to pray for
each other. We must expect this today. Truth will bring confrontation.
(09:51):
Let me say that again. Truth will bring confrontation, and
we can see that rising. Even someone on live Internet
being assassinated Charlie Kirk just for standing on biblical principles
and telling the truth. Doesn't matter what you believe on
(10:15):
that matter. The fact is a life was tooken and
people rejoiced over that. That is sad Verse thirty four.
Then one in the council stood up a pharisee named Gamel,
the teacher of the law, held in respect by all
(10:37):
the people. Now this is the same Gamel who was
the teacher of the Apostle Paul. Right, he was well
respected in the community, a great teacher. Ancient writings say
that the only problem that Gamel had if Paul, was
(11:01):
he did not have enough books to supply to him.
Paul was a very avid reader. He would drink up knowledge.
He had a thirst for knowledge and information. And this
man was the one who taught the great Apostle. He
(11:23):
is the grandfather of Paul's educator. Now he was wise,
a calm man, respected even by his enemies. Now God
(11:45):
will raise you up. Unlikely voices even inside hostile situations,
to protect his people. In other words, people that you
wouldn't think would speak up for you will speak up
for you in situations when God desires to protect you,
(12:12):
he could use unexpected advocates. If your assignment is not done,
if you still have a work to do, I choose
to believe that we're indestructible as long as we're faithful
to that work until it's accomplished. Once it's accomplished, then yeah,
we can get out of here a man Now. Thirty
(12:37):
five through thirty seven now, Gameil gives examples of false
movements that rolls and fail by themselves. Through those chapters,
he speaks of men of the first man drew away
like four hundred people. In the second had people drawn

to him, but once they were slain, the movements died out.
Now is reasoning is simple. If it's man made, it
will die. If it's of God, you cannot stop it. Amen,
another one, Alujah. If it's a man made it will

die out that If it's about God, nothing can stop it.
And when I say this, I think about his hot nation, right,
I think about we opened up a club in twenty
twelve and a lot of people think or the criticism
is that I did it on my own, which when

you hear my testimony and the people that were there,
they will know that it was a miraculous move. My
testimony is that we were invited to wrap at a
local church, but we went to the wrong church, a
church across the street, and we came in as a
music ministry, and the pastor there said, hey, you know what,

we have this warehouse. You can use it to do
outreaches here. And in this warehouse we totally opened up
and launched Club His Hout Las Vegas and went for
seven years. Now, I believe that that warehouse would have
stayed open, but I came into some compromise, and I
(14:32):
came into some life situations to where God had to
sit me down and I'm in the process of being redirected.
But the vision I believe is still there. So my
hope in my prayer is that we relaunch and reopened
Club His Houp Las Vegas. I believe the community still
(14:53):
needs it. But also my prayer is this, if this
is not God's will, if this is not his direct
from my life, then may Club His Hot never reopen.
I'd rather do well he wants so the movement will
not fade away, but will be sustained to generations after me. Amen,
(15:17):
that is a true work of God. Now verse city
even thirty nine. This, if this plan, or if this
plan or this work is of men, it will come
to nothing. But if it is, if it is of God,
you cannot overthrow it unless you even be found to
(15:42):
fight against God. Now that is wise counsel. Now he
offers divine wisdom to men who did not want it
at the moment. They did not want to hear that.
My question is where was gamel and they put Jesus
on the cross? Now, if I'm not mistaken, I'm just

going off the top of my head. There was a
high priest who said it is better for one man
to be slain in the whole nation to be slain.
And I believe that that was, you know, the word
of God. I believe the Holy Spirit was speaking through
this particular high priest. And ask us for homework, find

out who that is? Any type it in the life
chat who was at that said it was better for
one man to die than the whole nation when Jesus
was on trial. I think that was kind of like
similar to the situation that we see now. Amen, find

All right now, but this is one of the most
powerful truths in the Book of Acts. You cannot stop
what God has started. Amen. Hallelujah claimed that for his
high nation. This applies to all ministry. This can comply

to your ministry. Also, you're calling your family, you're healing
anything God has ordained for you. Nobody can stop it.
I don't care how many haters there are Verse fourty.
And they agreed with him, but they beat them and

command it that they should not speak in the name
of Jesus. This beating was severe. They took thirty nine lashes.
Their flesh was ripped apart. If you've ever watched the
passion of the Christ and you saw where they whipped
(17:57):
him enscourged him, this is exactly what happened at this moment.
Even when God protects you, you still may endure some
type of suffering. Now, deliverance doesn't always remove the pain.
But as I said earlier, that's my prayer. You know
(18:19):
what I mean. I want to go out painlessly Lord,
if possible. But it does guarantee victory even if there's
pain in the process, we are still victorious a man
Verse forty one. So they departed rejoicing that they were
(18:41):
accounted worthy to suffer shame for his name. Now that's amazing. Hallelujah.
Me and Zoem three, we were talking about that a
couple of weeks ago, how they were rejoicing after they
got whipped like this. How many of us can say
that we can do that? Hopefully after this podcast we can.

How many of us can rejoice after we get disrespected
and beaten and all this stuff treated badly because of
our faith. The early Church they saw suffering for Jesus
not as defeat, but as honor. Now, this is a
level of spiritual maturity we must strive for, beloved, not

running from persecution, but rejoicing that we were aligned with Christ. Amen.
If he suffered, who's to say that we won't. Amen
forty two, and daily in the temple and in every house,
they did not cease teaching and preaching Jesus as the Christ. Hallelujah.

I praise God for men like this. Now man commanded
them to stop it, right, that's the command of men.
Who's told you to stop? I've had countless people tell
me to stop his hot, stop the music, stop the

things that I believe God has placed in my life
or damed for me. I fell in love with hip
hop music when I was twelve years old. I was

had a dream to make it big. I had a

my heart, my dream. And then at fifteen, Christ came
into my life and he allowed me to continue to
hold that microphone in my hand to bring him glory.
But it's been a fight. It's been a battle ever since,
and I still believe that I have not fulfilled the

musical ministry that God has called me to. I mean, yes,
I love the club, I love the radio, I love
all that stuff. But I have not been recording music,
and I wonder about that, and that's where people have
told me to stop. It's part of my testimony. I'm

going to share it. I want to write a book.
But I was in the season where people were upset
that I was doing music, recording music, and so Amen,
is there something that God has called you to do
that you should be doing and people are telling you
to stop. God commanded them to preach, so they chose

God over man. Hallelujah. This is a pattern of the spirit,
feel the believer. Unstoppable Obedience. Amen. That's a T shirt

that you will give us the grace even if we
have to lay our lives down, O God. Yeah, so God,
let it be quick and painless. But if there is
pain in the process, we ask for the victory over it,
Oh God, that we will not waiver in our faith,

Oh God, that we will not deny you before men,
Oh God, for any situation. Father, while the God we
ask O God, Oh Lord, even more better, we would
want to be numbered amongst those when you come back
for your church, when you rapture your bride. Lord, let
us be the pure bride that you are looking for.

Let us not, Oh God, take a sabbatical and take
a vacation with sin. O God, let us cut sin
off of our lives completely, and let us wait as
your chased version as your bride. And I pray this
