Waynesville, ohio, coming to youon behalf of Holiness Preaching
Online.
Today we want to present to youanother wonderful sermon from a
great Pentecostal holinesspreacher.
So, wherever you are, sit backand prepare to be blessed by the
Word of God.

We'll start reading in verse number 16.
Those of you that was here lastnight, you're familiar with
part of the story that happensbefore this.
But while you're turning there,I will just bring you back up
to date of where you are in thetext.
David has been ransacked andZiklag has been burned with fire

Everything that he has has beentaken from him.
And as he begins to lament andpray, the people are taking up
stones.
They're wanting to kill David.
And David gets a hold of God.
How many knows that when you'rein trouble, just getting a hold
of God can change everything?
And David gets a hold of God.

And David gets a hold of Godand God speaks to him and tells

him to pursue.
And so David starts his journeyand as he's coming he comes
upon an Egyptian that's lost ina field.
And I believe the Lord touchedus last night on that text and
I'm glad that God can find youin the field, aren't you?
Amen.
And then we find that they'regoing right here.
(01:52):
They take the Egyptian and theEgyptian takes them to where
their belongings are.
And that's where we'll pick upin verse number 16.
It says of all the great spoilthat they had taken out of the

land of the Philistines and outof the land of Judah, and David
smoked them from twilight untothe evening of the next day.
And there escaped not a man ofthem save four hundred young men
which rode upon camels and fled.
And David recovered all thatthe Amalekites had carried away.
(02:44):
And David rescued his two wives, and there was nothing lacking
of them, neither small nor great, neither sons nor daughters,
neither spoil nor anything thatthey had taken to them.
David recovered all, and Davidtook all the flock and the herds
which they draved before thoseother cattle and said this is

David's spoil.
Praise God.
I want to look at verse 16.
It says they were spread abroadupon all the earth, eating and
drinking and dancing.
I want to preach tonight oncelebrating too soon,
celebrating too soon.
Lord, thank you for thisopportunity to preach your word
(03:29):
tonight.
I pray that every heart Godwould be touched in a powerful
way and that the Spirit of Godwould minister to us.
Lord, you know every need underthis tent and you are able, by
the Holy Ghost, to meet them andI'm asking that you would do it
by your word and in this altarin Jesus' name, and everybody
(03:49):
said amen, praise God, amen InJob.
The Bible tells us in chapter 20and verse number 5 that the
triumphing of the wicked isshort.
The triumphing of the wicked isshort and the joy of the wicked
is short.
The triumphing of the wicked isshort and the joy of the
hypocrite.
But for a moment.
(04:10):
He's saying that the enemy,that the wicked, does not have
victory for very long.
It may seem like they havetriumphed, but it's just
short-lived.
Here is this group of peoplethat have just raided David and
taken all that he had that wasgood, and when David comes upon
(04:31):
them, they're eating, they'rehaving a good old barbecue and
they're drinking and they'redancing, they're having a party
because they feel like they havejust triumphed.
But what they don't realize isthat God is on David's side,
praise God, and God has spokento David.
(04:52):
And all the celebration and thepartying that's going on was
just celebration.
That happened too soon, praiseGod.
About 50 miles from here, in theyear of 1863, it was the Battle
of Gettysburg.
The armies were coming againsteach other and General George
(05:14):
Meade was the Confederate Armygeneral that day and General
Robert Lee was coming againsthim.
General Lee sent about 12,000men across that field to advance
upon the northern armies.
And they went and they brokethrough the front lines and it
looked like that the South waswinning the war.
(05:36):
And, matter of fact, as you'vestudied and you probably know
better than most, that thisbattle was a great turning point
in the Civil War.
But when the Confederates brokethrough that line and they won
what looked like a great victory, they started shouting the
Yankees are running, the Yankeesare running.
(05:57):
And it looked like the Southwas going to win and they took a
little reprieve.
But what they didn't realizethat the yankees were not
running, they were bringing backreinforcements and they were
setting for another advancement.
And because the yankees, theconfederates celebrated a little
(06:18):
too soon amen, you know thehistory.
Amen that that the battleturned and that General Meade
won that battle.
And historians say that thebattle at Gettysburg and the
picking charge that was foughtthere on Cemetery Hill was a
turning point in the war.
Amen for the history of America.
(06:41):
I'm going to tell you, you mayhave come under this tent and
the devil may have been shoutingand the devil may have been
screaming in your face.
It's time for you to run Amen.
He may be telling you thatyou'll never be able to make it
or that you can't get right withGod, but sometimes the enemy
has had a practice of justcelebrating a little too soon.

Hallelujah, amen.
There's three things I want totalk to you about that the devil
has celebrated too soon on, andthe first thing is sin.
Praise God.
The devil has celebrated toosoon about sin.
I'm sure that he celebratedwhen Adam and Eve took that
fruit.
He hates God.
The devil hates God.
(07:25):
He hates everything about Godand he wants to destroy Him.
This was Satan's grand plan tobring down God's creation to the
depths of hell.
Adam and Eve ate the fruitwhich made Satan's pipe swell,
amen.
The poem says he laughed realloud and said I've learned the

trick of how to bring men tohell.
You lie and deceive and makethem think all is well.
Then you tempt them with yourbest until at last they fail,
and then you laugh with gleebecause now they have a place in
hell.

I'm sure he celebrated whenAdam and Eve fell and thought
I've won the war.
Now men have a trail to hell.

Praise God.

I'm sure he celebrated when Cain killed Abel
and when Noah got drunk afterthe flood and when Lot chose the
well plain fields of Sodom,when Sodom was the home of Lot.
I'm sure he celebrated in thatland of Sodomy when Aaron built
a golden calf and they dancedand played around it, but it was
(08:42):
a celebration that was just toosoon.
When Achan stole the garment,the Babylonian garment, and all
of his family was destroyed.
I'm sure the devil celebratedreal well there and thought well
, my how my trick is working, myhow this is going good for me,
(09:03):
I've got the upper hand.
I'm sure he thought hecelebrated well when Rahab took
the name of called a harlot.
When David committed adultery,I'm sure he celebrated quite
well.
But I'd like to show you somestories.
Where he just celebrated alittle too soon, he ran Samson
(09:25):
laid in the lap of Delilah.
Where he just celebrated alittle too soon.
Amen, samson laid in the lap ofDelilah.
And if you could see in thespiritual world, I'm sure that
Satan was celebrating quite wellthat day.
Amen, when he told her all ofhis heart and sin brought down
that man.
That evening he celebrated, I'msure, as Samson took the
(09:46):
downward spiral Amen, down, down, down.
He went until his hair was cutoff and the Philistines had him
in prison.
They plucked his eyes out.
I can hear them dancing now.
I can hear them shouting Samsonis down, samson is down, samson
is destroyed.
What celebration Satan musthave had because of Samson.
(10:11):
But he celebrated a little toosoon, didn't he Amen.
The Bible tells us in Judges 16and 30, amen, it said, and
Samson said amen.
It says in verse number 23,amen, the lords of the
Philistines gathered themtogether for to offer a great
sacrifice unto Dagon, their God,and to rejoice.
(10:32):
Listen to that.
To rejoice.
For they said our God hathdelivered Samson, our enemy,
into our hand.
They were celebrating andhaving a party that day, amen.
But they made a mistake andbrought Samson out While they
were celebrating over sin.
Samson was led to two pillarsand they celebrated a little too
(10:55):
soon Because God gave himstrength Over everything that
had come against him.
I'm going to tell you tonightSin may be celebrating over you,
but it's celebrated a littletoo soon because you're still
alive tonight and there's graceand there's mercy to forgive you
.
I'd like to tell you one morestory where sin celebrated too
(11:19):
soon.
Go with me in your imaginationto this little child that was
born.
He was a young boy that wasborn Amen.
And some mother and fatherrejoiced this day.
What a great day it was.
But Satan started planting seedsin his heart Amen.
Somehow, someway we don't knowthe exact story he became a
(11:41):
thief, maybe even a murderer inhis years, and he would sing to
death.
Oh, how Satan was happy thatday when those Roman crosses
were built and his name wasstacked to the top, that he was
to die.
Guilty of his sins was theverdict, guilty to die and every
(12:03):
demon that was set to his casefor a party that day at
Calvary's Hill that their manwas going to die.
That day they were celebrating.
I'm sure One man on the othercross began to revile on Jesus,
that center cross, that cross inthe middle.
And this man said Jesus, thatcenter cross, that cross in the
(12:23):
middle.
And this man said we're guilty,buddy, we deserve to be on here
.
And I'm sure hell said yes, youare guilty, amen, yes, you're
guilty.
And two demons gave a high fivewhen he shouted we're guilty,
amen.
But they celebrated too soon onthat hill that day because that
(12:44):
man cried out and said Lord,remember me.
And hell started trembling andthey lost their song that
evening.
The poem says now, on that day,the cry from the cross was
heard.
Lord, remember me.
The celebration for this man'ssoul was over because his simple
(13:07):
plea.
The party went quiet, theshouts all ceased because
Satan's plot had been overthrownby the great prince of peace.
Thank God, amen.
The Lord put a stop to theparty and he said I've got the
last.
Oh praise God, amen.

Say oh praise God.
I want to tell somebody underthis tent that the devil's been
telling you it's too late foryou to get saved, it's too dark,
I've got too great a grip onyou and maybe he's even thrown a
party.
Amen On your behalf, but in thename of Jesus, amen.
He celebrated just a little toosoon.
(13:48):
I said he celebrated a littletoo soon.
The devil thought he had themaster plan.
The devil thought he had anupper hand.
Sin was his tactic.
But oh, he'd have never seen itcoming when he nailed that
middle man to the cross and hecelebrated when he died and
(14:09):
thought all was lost.
But my God, amen, bled and diedand gave his soul for humankind
.
And thank God for Jesus becausehe made the devil out of our
and he celebrated just a littletoo soon For every one of you
that's a drunkard and the devilsaid you'd die A drunkard.
(14:31):
Look at you tonight, sober andsaved.
The devil celebrated too soon.
And for the brother thattestified last night About being
in a field, a drug addict Amen,down in this field.
The devil said you'd die drugaddict.
The devil said you'd never getfree.
But I just come to glorify ourGod and tell the enemy you
(14:56):
celebrated just a little toosoon, because grace has always
been greater than sin and wheresin abounded, grace did much
more abound.
I'm glad to tell you that thedevil has celebrated too soon.
There's no sin that grace can'tcover.
(15:16):
There's no darkness that lightcan't bleed through.
The devil is defeated.
He lost the keys of death, helland the grave.
He celebrated just a little toosoon Hallelujah, oh, praise God
.
I want to talk to you aboutsomething else that the devil
(15:38):
celebrated about.
He celebrated about the humanbody.
You see, divine healing issomething that the devil hates,
because in the curse of sinthere was a curse on the body.
Amen, we know this by amen,many scriptures throughout the
bible where he parallels themtwo together.
(15:59):
Amen, that the body was cursedbecause of sin and the devil has
been trying his best to keepmen in bondage in soul and in
body.
Many have even said that thedays of supernatural healings
are over.
Amen, that we might as well putit in a casket and bury it six
(16:19):
feet under the dirt of doubt andsay the days of healing are
over, the days of miracle arethe days past.
Amen.
I'm sure that hell has triedits best to throw a party of
doubt in many men's minds thatthe days of healing are over.
I'd like to interview one ladywho had been sick and listening
(16:42):
to this party music for 12 longyears and she had spent
everything that she had ondoctors and rather grew worse.
Your Bible says In my mind, Ican hear the voice of the enemy
telling her hey man, I've gotyou exactly where I wanted you.
You've spent everything.
This is the end.
It's over.
(17:03):
You're going to die of thisdisease.
It's all gone according to plan, but that day when Jesus was
passing by, amen she said, if Ican.
But touch the hem of his garment, I know amen, I shall be whole.
And that day, amen the devilcelebrated a little too early.
(17:25):
He took all the money, he tookall of her body's health, but he
didn't take her faith.
And if you've got faith tonightto reach out and touch him.
I believe God's still a healer.
I said I believe God's still ahealer in the house.
Praise God, he's still a healerin the house.
(17:46):
Praise God, he's still a healer.
Just a few months ago we was inKentucky in a revival and there
was a young family there,Brother Jacob Kane, the youth
pastor there at that church.
Their child had been sufferingfrom an infection in his stomach
and he could not get over it.
They tried antibiotics anddifferent things, amen, to get
(18:06):
him past that infection.
Amen.
That revival night that littlebaby would just start screaming
in the middle of the night,screaming they couldn't do
nothing about it In the middleof the service.
It was a terrifying thing towatch the look on that little
baby's face as they would carryit out screaming.
And that little baby, it madeyou just want to do something
(18:27):
about it, made you want to takeit.
Hey man.
They had prayed many times buton that night faith began to
arise in that church.
I'm a man.
That night we began to pray forthat little baby.
They brought him up there,anointed him with all how hey
man, he come back the next nightand told me, said he slept all
night long.
Praise God.
I seen him just a few weeks ago.
(18:49):
And he told me that God hadhealed that baby and he had no
problems.
From that time on, I'm tellingyou, god's still a healer.
I know the devil says the daysof healings are over, but the
devil doesn't have the final sayBecause our God is Rapha.

He's the healer.
Speaker 2 (19:08):
And the devil cannot stop it.
Praise God, brother Luke Reed,from our church, our home church
, was a young man, 13, 14 yearsold.
All of a sudden, brother Lukebegan to lose weight.
He's not very large, but aboutmy size, smaller than me.
And he began to lose weight andwas pronounced that he had
(19:30):
Crohn's disease.
Just a little boy you probablyknow Luke Reed, brother Samuel,
amen.
That little boy was just goingdown to nothing, was skinny as
could be and was going down tonothing, couldn't eat enough to
even maintain his weight.
It looked devastating for thisyoung boy Just on a midweek
service.
He came there to the front andthe power of God began to move.
(19:53):
I'm sure the devil was sayingit's over for you, buddy, it's
all over and there's no reasonto even try, there's no reason
to even go on.
You say why are you saying that,preacher?
Because I know the devil andhow he tries to convince people
that there's no hope.
Amen.
(20:13):
Brother Luke came that eveningand those gathered around and
prayed for him laid his hands onhim.
He went back to the doctor.
He started getting better, wentback to the doctor.
He started getting better, wentback to the doctor.
The doctor said they tested himand the Crohn's disease was
gone.
Because there is a God thatbrings the devil's plans to
(20:34):
naught and what the devil meansfor evil, god has a miraculous
way of turning things for good.
Oh praise God.
It doesn't matter how longyou've been in your situation.
God's a healer.
There was a man that had beenborn in this condition Forty
years.
Speaker 1 (20:54):
The Bible tells us.
Speaker 2 (20:55):
Forty years he'd been there From his mother's womb.
He was in this condition, laidat a gate, called beautiful,
they tell me.
But Peter and John went up tothe temple at the hour of prayer
.
Forty years the devil had beenthrowing a party Saying you're
never going to get over thissickness, you're never going to
get over this illness, you'renever going to get over it.
(21:18):
Come on now.
But he celebrated a little toosoon Because amen, john, peter
and John said such Come on now,if it's 12 years or 40 years,
(21:40):
it's not too far gone for God.
Because he's able to doexceeding abundantly above all
that you could ever ask or think.
He's still a healer.
I said he's still a healer.
Every time the devil's told youthat you're too far gone, that

you're too late for healing, youlet him know he's celebrating a
little too soon Because Jesusis still on the throne.
He's still a healer.
He's the same yesterday, Todayand forever.
He's a healer tonight he couldheal somebody in this tent.
No matter if it's a heartache,no matter if it's a sickness,

god is a healer.

I'd like to tell every critic that the devil has
put his influence on.
He's too late, amen, to tell methat God is not a healer.

I found like telling this storytoday.
I know many of you have heardit multiple times, probably,
amen, but let me tell it underthis tent, for the glory of God.
My mother was playing out inthe driveway.
At two years old, amen.
My grandpa got in his car andwas going into town.

As he got in his vehicle andbegan to back up, he said he
felt a little bump and so he putit in drive and pulled back
forwards.
When he got out and he lookedbehind, what it was that was in
the driveway, there laid mymother at two years old Amen.
Go with me to Joplin, missouri,where I can take you in the

living room with my grandmother,where she would finish telling
this story to us tonight.
She told me.
She said, she said your motherwas black and blue all over.
There was no light in her.
We took her to the hospital andbegan to ask for people to pray
for her.
You see, the devil wanted tostop it right there.
The devil wanted it to be overand I'm sure he started his

celebrating music that it's allgoing to work out as planned.
Praise God, amen.
They began to pray and seek God.
Grandma told me that there wasan evangelist that came there
somehow.
She didn't even know how he gotthere, but there was an
evangelist that was there, shetold me.
She said the last time Iremember seeing your mother,
amen was the doctor.

When we handed her to him, thedoctor started running down the
hallway, her head flopping onthis side and her legs flopping
on the other, and he wentscreaming down the hall as he
ran with your mother in his arms.
She said but we began to prayin that living room and seek God
, kind of like you and I wouldIf it was our two year old
(24:35):
little girl.
They began to pray and seek Godand grandma told me she said
the next thing that I rememberAmen Was God.
And Grandma told me she saidthe next thing that I remember
amen was hearing something comedown the hall.
She said, and I turned andlooked and in between the hand
of the doctor and the evangelistwas your mother and she was
skipping down the hall.
You know why?

Because God has a way of interrupting the enemy's
celebration and saying wait justa minute, I've got another plan
.
Speaker 2 (25:03):
And there may be somebody under here that
spiritually the devil has builtyou a casket and has planned
your funeral, but under theauthority of Jesus Christ, I'd
like to tell the devil, you'vecelebrated just a little too
soon, because he's still theresurrection and he's still
alive.
You may have said preacher, Idon't know if I can get out of

this.
Yes, go listen to the voice ofhell listen to the voice of
heaven saying I am, I am, I'mexactly what you need.

If you need bread, he's the bread of life.
If you need water, he's livingwater.
Speaker 2 (25:41):
If you need him on the sun to shine, he's the
bright and morning star andhe'll tell you.
Tonight morning is on its way.
Hallelujah, praise God.
I believe that hell iscelebrating and has tried to
throw a party over deliveranceand say that the days of
deliverance are past.

I'm sure the enemy tries tofeel like he has spoiled the
church and for many churches hehas stolen their faith for
healing.
He has stole their faith fordeliverance For many people,
just like it was in the story ofDavid, the enemy has come in
and stole everything and Ibelieve that the devil amen is
(26:25):
rejoicing for every person thathe stole their faith In divine
healing and in deliverance andin the power of the Holy Ghost.
You go back in history and youread of the churches that
believed in him.
I'm sure the devil's having aparty over the funds that he
stole from the american church,amen.
But tonight I come to serve him, notice that he celebrated just

a little too soon because thedays of revival are not over.
The days of miracle are notover the days of deliverance are
not over.
He still delivers from demonpossession.
Speaker 1 (27:01):
He still delivers from drugs and alcohol.
Speaker 2 (27:04):
He still delivers from immoral lifestyles.
He still delivers the thingsthat have you bound.
There is no witch.
Amen.
There is no demon that can holddown the power of God, because
he's greater, and greater is hethat is within me than he that's
in the world.
I know the spirit of theantichrist is working and he's
(27:26):
throwing a party, but God, cometo show up on a Friday night at
Temple Bible and say you'vecelebrated a little too soon,
because I'm still king of kingsand I'm lord of lords I'm still
the almighty.
There's nothing that's too highfor our god.
If you need deliverance in yourmind, he's a mind regulator.

He can heal your mind if you need healing in your
body, he can heal your bodytonight.
Speaker 2 (27:54):
He's that kind of guy is there anybody that knows
jesus tonight.
I said is there anybody thatknows Jesus tonight?
I said, is there anybody thatknows Jesus and has found him?
Amen To interrupt the devil'scelebration.

And say wait just a minute, you celebrated a little
too soon.
Speaker 2 (28:10):
I feel like I'm preaching to somebody Like the
devil said it's over.
But I want to introduce him tothe great I am that kicks the
door off of the tomb and says,come out.

Lazarus.
Speaker 2 (28:21):
When he's been in there four days, and when the
devil said I got Lazarus dead.
And then he celebrated fourlong days.
But he celebrated four days toosoon, because Jesus has a way
of making the devil's plansbackfire.
Hallelujah, praise God.

Hallelujah, praise God,hallelujah.
A woman possessed with thespirit of divination In Acts,
chapter number 16,.
She had been so celebrated bythe enemy that people were
making money off of her witchery.
Amen, they were making moneyoff of her.
And she was going around,following Paul and Silas, and
(29:03):
she was saying some good things,but the spirit was constricting
and fighting against them.
But guess what?
There was a deliverance thatwas coming, and for every time,
that woman would bring in moneyto her masters and those masters
would celebrate yes, we've madea good paycheck, yes, we've got
other souls in the grip of hell.
(29:24):
They celebrated a little toosoon, didn't they?
And then, because Paul, beinggrieved in the spirit, turned
and said I adjure thee in thename of Jesus Christ, I command
you to come out of her.
And the Bible says it came outthat same hour.
I'd like to come out of her andthe Bible says it came out that
same hour.
I'd like to just testify Amenfor the woman that was delivered
(29:47):
Devil, you celebrated a littletoo soon and for the poor lady
that for 18 years had been bowedover what the Bible says was a
spirit of infirmity.
18 years held, threw a party.
And since we held her anotheryear, hell said we held her one
more year and they threw a partyand celebrated all the goods

that they had stole from her.
But on that day, when themaster walked in the synagogue,
he seen a woman, amen, that thedevil had been celebrating over.

The devil's been celebratingover you.

He celebrated how he busted up your family.

He celebrated every time you got drunk, he
celebrated every time the deviltore him into your mind.
But in the name of Jesus, hecan come tonight and tell the
enemy.
You're celebrating just alittle too soon, because when
the great I am shows up, there'snothing that he can't do.

He showed up that day and thecelebration was over.
Speaker 1 (30:54):
I said the celebration was over.
He said woman, thou art loosefrom thine infirmity.
Speaker 2 (31:01):
I'd like for him to say devil, the celebration is
over, you've celebrated longenough.
Hallelujah, raise your handsand give God praise here tonight
as they come and help us on themusic tonight.
Praise God, praise God,hallelujah, hallelujah,

Many years ago there was a ladyby the name of Elizabeth, if
I'm right.
Brother Samuel came over on theMayflower, amen.
She became a snow and hadseveral children.
They were known as thepreachers and I have a heritage
in America of godly people.
But when you follow our familytree it turns a little darker,

it turns a little bitter, and westopped being preachers and
started being gamblers andstarted being hustlers and it
looks like we even started beingmurderers.
Come on now, amen.
There's a good chance.
Our great-grandpa caused a lotof havoc in the hills of
Oklahoma and I'm sure that thedevil said what a party we're

having.
The Snow family is wrecked andruined.
They're not known as preachersanymore.
They're known as gamblers.
They're not known as prayerwarriors anymore.
They're known as wicked Amen.
They're not known as prayerwarriors anymore.
They're known as wicked Amen,people that do evil things.
But one day, when my grandpawas headed to a saloon.
Amen, the Holy Ghost prickedhis heart and dealt with him,

and my grandpa went to an oldbreast harbor, amen, and
something very similar toprobably what this is right here
, amen.
Not long after that, he gavehis heart and his life to God.
Oh, hallelujah, I come to tellthe enemy you celebrated a
little too soon when you saidGod couldn't save another snow.

You celebrated a little too soon.

When you said you had stowed them and they wouldn't
ever preach again, and whenthere's another generation of
snow preachers that are risingup and I've just come to tell
the devil you celebrated alittle too soon, and for every
family that's been wrecked andrun by drugs, and the devil said
it's over.

You'll never outlive it.
I've come to preach on thisnight.
You've celebrated just a littletoo soon Because God showed up
and said I've got the final say,I've got the final word.
He's got the final word overyour life.
I don't know what you're cominghere basing and I don't know
what the devil coming hereshouting about, but he's

shouting just a little too soonBecause God is greater.
I said God is greater and noweapon that's going against me,
sound past the line.
Because the devil may shout,but he's shouting too soon when
God's still on the throne.
Somebody ought to praise him inthis house, if you know the

kind of God that I'm talkingabout.
Somebody ought to worship him.
The devil said listen,Tabernacle, it's closing down.
Listen, tabernacle, it's notgoing to make it.
But I come to declare that he'scelebrating Just a little too
soon.
And the devil said the homelesspeople are going down the stile

, the homeless people are goingdown.
I come to tell him he'scelebrating just a little too
soon Because there's an army.
That's why he's in love.
There's a people and the peoplethat you love, my God shall be
strong and do it for us.

Today we want to present to youanother wonderful sermon from a
great Pentecostal holinesspreacher.

We'll start reading in verse number 16.
Those of you that was here lastnight, you're familiar with
part of the story that happensbefore this.
But while you're turning there,I will just bring you back up
to date of where you are in thetext.
David has been ransacked andZiklag has been burned with fire

Everything that he has has beentaken from him.
And as he begins to lament andpray, the people are taking up
stones.
They're wanting to kill David.
And David gets a hold of God.
How many knows that when you'rein trouble, just getting a hold
of God can change everything?
And David gets a hold of God.

And David gets a hold of Godand God speaks to him and tells
(01:31):
him to pursue.
And so David starts his journeyand as he's coming he comes
upon an Egyptian that's lost ina field.
And I believe the Lord touchedus last night on that text and
I'm glad that God can find youin the field, aren't you?
Amen.
And then we find that they'regoing right here.
(01:52):
They take the Egyptian and theEgyptian takes them to where
their belongings are.
And that's where we'll pick upin verse number 16.
It says of all the great spoilthat they had taken out of the
(02:23):
land of the Philistines and outof the land of Judah, and David
smoked them from twilight untothe evening of the next day.
And there escaped not a man ofthem save four hundred young men
which rode upon camels and fled.
And David recovered all thatthe Amalekites had carried away.
(02:44):
And David rescued his two wives, and there was nothing lacking
of them, neither small nor great, neither sons nor daughters,
neither spoil nor anything thatthey had taken to them.
David recovered all, and Davidtook all the flock and the herds
which they draved before thoseother cattle and said this is
(03:09):
David's spoil.
Praise God.
I want to look at verse 16.
It says they were spread abroadupon all the earth, eating and
drinking and dancing.
I want to preach tonight oncelebrating too soon,
celebrating too soon.
Lord, thank you for thisopportunity to preach your word
(03:29):
tonight.
I pray that every heart Godwould be touched in a powerful
way and that the Spirit of Godwould minister to us.
Lord, you know every need underthis tent and you are able, by
the Holy Ghost, to meet them andI'm asking that you would do it
by your word and in this altarin Jesus' name, and everybody
(03:49):
said amen, praise God, amen InJob.
The Bible tells us in chapter 20and verse number 5 that the
triumphing of the wicked isshort.
The triumphing of the wicked isshort and the joy of the wicked
is short.
The triumphing of the wicked isshort and the joy of the
hypocrite.
But for a moment.
(04:10):
He's saying that the enemy,that the wicked, does not have
victory for very long.
It may seem like they havetriumphed, but it's just
short-lived.
Here is this group of peoplethat have just raided David and
taken all that he had that wasgood, and when David comes upon
(04:31):
them, they're eating, they'rehaving a good old barbecue and
they're drinking and they'redancing, they're having a party
because they feel like they havejust triumphed.
But what they don't realize isthat God is on David's side,
praise God, and God has spokento David.
(04:52):
And all the celebration and thepartying that's going on was
just celebration.
That happened too soon, praiseGod.
About 50 miles from here, in theyear of 1863, it was the Battle
of Gettysburg.
The armies were coming againsteach other and General George
(05:14):
Meade was the Confederate Armygeneral that day and General
Robert Lee was coming againsthim.
General Lee sent about 12,000men across that field to advance
upon the northern armies.
And they went and they brokethrough the front lines and it
looked like that the South waswinning the war.
(05:36):
And, matter of fact, as you'vestudied and you probably know
better than most, that thisbattle was a great turning point
in the Civil War.
But when the Confederates brokethrough that line and they won
what looked like a great victory, they started shouting the
Yankees are running, the Yankeesare running.
(05:57):
And it looked like the Southwas going to win and they took a
little reprieve.
But what they didn't realizethat the yankees were not
running, they were bringing backreinforcements and they were
setting for another advancement.
And because the yankees, theconfederates celebrated a little
(06:18):
too soon amen, you know thehistory.
Amen that that the battleturned and that General Meade
won that battle.
And historians say that thebattle at Gettysburg and the
picking charge that was foughtthere on Cemetery Hill was a
turning point in the war.
Amen for the history of America.
(06:41):
I'm going to tell you, you mayhave come under this tent and
the devil may have been shoutingand the devil may have been
screaming in your face.
It's time for you to run Amen.
He may be telling you thatyou'll never be able to make it
or that you can't get right withGod, but sometimes the enemy
has had a practice of justcelebrating a little too soon.
(07:03):
Hallelujah, amen.
There's three things I want totalk to you about that the devil
has celebrated too soon on, andthe first thing is sin.
Praise God.
The devil has celebrated toosoon about sin.
I'm sure that he celebratedwhen Adam and Eve took that
fruit.
He hates God.
The devil hates God.
(07:25):
He hates everything about Godand he wants to destroy Him.
This was Satan's grand plan tobring down God's creation to the
depths of hell.
Adam and Eve ate the fruitwhich made Satan's pipe swell,
amen.
The poem says he laughed realloud and said I've learned the
(07:47):
trick of how to bring men tohell.
You lie and deceive and makethem think all is well.
Then you tempt them with yourbest until at last they fail,
and then you laugh with gleebecause now they have a place in
hell.
(08:07):
I'm sure he celebrated whenAdam and Eve fell and thought
I've won the war.
Now men have a trail to hell.
Speaker 1 (08:16):
Praise God.
Speaker 2 (08:17):
I'm sure he celebrated when Cain killed Abel
and when Noah got drunk afterthe flood and when Lot chose the
well plain fields of Sodom,when Sodom was the home of Lot.
I'm sure he celebrated in thatland of Sodomy when Aaron built
a golden calf and they dancedand played around it, but it was
(08:42):
a celebration that was just toosoon.
When Achan stole the garment,the Babylonian garment, and all
of his family was destroyed.
I'm sure the devil celebratedreal well there and thought well
, my how my trick is working, myhow this is going good for me,
(09:03):
I've got the upper hand.
I'm sure he thought hecelebrated well when Rahab took
the name of called a harlot.
When David committed adultery,I'm sure he celebrated quite
well.
But I'd like to show you somestories.
Where he just celebrated alittle too soon, he ran Samson
(09:25):
laid in the lap of Delilah.
Where he just celebrated alittle too soon.
Amen, samson laid in the lap ofDelilah.
And if you could see in thespiritual world, I'm sure that
Satan was celebrating quite wellthat day.
Amen, when he told her all ofhis heart and sin brought down
that man.
That evening he celebrated, I'msure, as Samson took the
(09:46):
downward spiral Amen, down, down, down.
He went until his hair was cutoff and the Philistines had him
in prison.
They plucked his eyes out.
I can hear them dancing now.
I can hear them shouting Samsonis down, samson is down, samson
is destroyed.
What celebration Satan musthave had because of Samson.
(10:11):
But he celebrated a little toosoon, didn't he Amen.
The Bible tells us in Judges 16and 30, amen, it said, and
Samson said amen.
It says in verse number 23,amen, the lords of the
Philistines gathered themtogether for to offer a great
sacrifice unto Dagon, their God,and to rejoice.
(10:32):
Listen to that.
To rejoice.
For they said our God hathdelivered Samson, our enemy,
into our hand.
They were celebrating andhaving a party that day, amen.
But they made a mistake andbrought Samson out While they
were celebrating over sin.
Samson was led to two pillarsand they celebrated a little too
(10:55):
soon Because God gave himstrength Over everything that
had come against him.
I'm going to tell you tonightSin may be celebrating over you,
but it's celebrated a littletoo soon because you're still
alive tonight and there's graceand there's mercy to forgive you
.
I'd like to tell you one morestory where sin celebrated too
(11:19):
soon.
Go with me in your imaginationto this little child that was
born.
He was a young boy that wasborn Amen.
And some mother and fatherrejoiced this day.
What a great day it was.
But Satan started planting seedsin his heart Amen.
Somehow, someway we don't knowthe exact story he became a
(11:41):
thief, maybe even a murderer inhis years, and he would sing to
death.
Oh, how Satan was happy thatday when those Roman crosses
were built and his name wasstacked to the top, that he was
to die.
Guilty of his sins was theverdict, guilty to die and every
(12:03):
demon that was set to his casefor a party that day at
Calvary's Hill that their manwas going to die.
That day they were celebrating.
I'm sure One man on the othercross began to revile on Jesus,
that center cross, that cross inthe middle.
And this man said Jesus, thatcenter cross, that cross in the
(12:23):
middle.
And this man said we're guilty,buddy, we deserve to be on here
.
And I'm sure hell said yes, youare guilty, amen, yes, you're
guilty.
And two demons gave a high fivewhen he shouted we're guilty,
amen.
But they celebrated too soon onthat hill that day because that
(12:44):
man cried out and said Lord,remember me.
And hell started trembling andthey lost their song that
evening.
The poem says now, on that day,the cry from the cross was
heard.
Lord, remember me.
The celebration for this man'ssoul was over because his simple
(13:07):
plea.
The party went quiet, theshouts all ceased because
Satan's plot had been overthrownby the great prince of peace.
Thank God, amen.
The Lord put a stop to theparty and he said I've got the
last.
Oh praise God, amen.
The Lord put a stop to theparty and he said I've got the

last.
Say oh praise God.
I want to tell somebody underthis tent that the devil's been
telling you it's too late foryou to get saved, it's too dark,
I've got too great a grip onyou and maybe he's even thrown a
party.
Amen On your behalf, but in thename of Jesus, amen.
He celebrated just a little toosoon.
(13:48):
I said he celebrated a littletoo soon.
The devil thought he had themaster plan.
The devil thought he had anupper hand.
Sin was his tactic.
But oh, he'd have never seen itcoming when he nailed that
middle man to the cross and hecelebrated when he died and
(14:09):
thought all was lost.
But my God, amen, bled and diedand gave his soul for humankind
.
And thank God for Jesus becausehe made the devil out of our
and he celebrated just a littletoo soon For every one of you
that's a drunkard and the devilsaid you'd die A drunkard.
(14:31):
Look at you tonight, sober andsaved.
The devil celebrated too soon.
And for the brother thattestified last night About being
in a field, a drug addict Amen,down in this field.
The devil said you'd die drugaddict.
The devil said you'd never getfree.
But I just come to glorify ourGod and tell the enemy you
(14:56):
celebrated just a little toosoon, because grace has always
been greater than sin and wheresin abounded, grace did much
more abound.
I'm glad to tell you that thedevil has celebrated too soon.
There's no sin that grace can'tcover.
(15:16):
There's no darkness that lightcan't bleed through.
The devil is defeated.
He lost the keys of death, helland the grave.
He celebrated just a little toosoon Hallelujah, oh, praise God
.
I want to talk to you aboutsomething else that the devil
(15:38):
celebrated about.
He celebrated about the humanbody.
You see, divine healing issomething that the devil hates,
because in the curse of sinthere was a curse on the body.
Amen, we know this by amen,many scriptures throughout the
bible where he parallels themtwo together.
(15:59):
Amen, that the body was cursedbecause of sin and the devil has
been trying his best to keepmen in bondage in soul and in
body.
Many have even said that thedays of supernatural healings
are over.
Amen, that we might as well putit in a casket and bury it six
(16:19):
feet under the dirt of doubt andsay the days of healing are
over, the days of miracle arethe days past.
Amen.
I'm sure that hell has triedits best to throw a party of
doubt in many men's minds thatthe days of healing are over.
I'd like to interview one ladywho had been sick and listening
(16:42):
to this party music for 12 longyears and she had spent
everything that she had ondoctors and rather grew worse.
Your Bible says In my mind, Ican hear the voice of the enemy
telling her hey man, I've gotyou exactly where I wanted you.
You've spent everything.
This is the end.
It's over.
(17:03):
You're going to die of thisdisease.
It's all gone according to plan, but that day when Jesus was
passing by, amen she said, if Ican.
But touch the hem of his garment, I know amen, I shall be whole.
And that day, amen the devilcelebrated a little too early.
(17:25):
He took all the money, he tookall of her body's health, but he
didn't take her faith.
And if you've got faith tonightto reach out and touch him.
I believe God's still a healer.
I said I believe God's still ahealer in the house.
Praise God, he's still a healerin the house.
(17:46):
Praise God, he's still a healer.
Just a few months ago we was inKentucky in a revival and there
was a young family there,Brother Jacob Kane, the youth
pastor there at that church.
Their child had been sufferingfrom an infection in his stomach
and he could not get over it.
They tried antibiotics anddifferent things, amen, to get
(18:06):
him past that infection.
Amen.
That revival night that littlebaby would just start screaming
in the middle of the night,screaming they couldn't do
nothing about it In the middleof the service.
It was a terrifying thing towatch the look on that little
baby's face as they would carryit out screaming.
And that little baby, it madeyou just want to do something
(18:27):
about it, made you want to takeit.
Hey man.
They had prayed many times buton that night faith began to
arise in that church.
I'm a man.
That night we began to pray forthat little baby.
They brought him up there,anointed him with all how hey
man, he come back the next nightand told me, said he slept all
night long.
Praise God.
I seen him just a few weeks ago.
(18:49):
And he told me that God hadhealed that baby and he had no
problems.
From that time on, I'm tellingyou, god's still a healer.
I know the devil says the daysof healings are over, but the
devil doesn't have the final sayBecause our God is Rapha.
Speaker 1 (19:07):
He's the healer.
Speaker 2 (19:08):
And the devil cannot stop it.
Praise God, brother Luke Reed,from our church, our home church
, was a young man, 13, 14 yearsold.
All of a sudden, brother Lukebegan to lose weight.
He's not very large, but aboutmy size, smaller than me.
And he began to lose weight andwas pronounced that he had
(19:30):
Crohn's disease.
Just a little boy you probablyknow Luke Reed, brother Samuel,
amen.
That little boy was just goingdown to nothing, was skinny as
could be and was going down tonothing, couldn't eat enough to
even maintain his weight.
It looked devastating for thisyoung boy Just on a midweek
service.
He came there to the front andthe power of God began to move.
(19:53):
I'm sure the devil was sayingit's over for you, buddy, it's
all over and there's no reasonto even try, there's no reason
to even go on.
You say why are you saying that,preacher?
Because I know the devil andhow he tries to convince people
that there's no hope.
Amen.
(20:13):
Brother Luke came that eveningand those gathered around and
prayed for him laid his hands onhim.
He went back to the doctor.
He started getting better, wentback to the doctor.
He started getting better, wentback to the doctor.
The doctor said they tested himand the Crohn's disease was
gone.
Because there is a God thatbrings the devil's plans to
(20:34):
naught and what the devil meansfor evil, god has a miraculous
way of turning things for good.
Oh praise God.
It doesn't matter how longyou've been in your situation.
God's a healer.
There was a man that had beenborn in this condition Forty
years.
Speaker 1 (20:54):
The Bible tells us.
Speaker 2 (20:55):
Forty years he'd been there From his mother's womb.
He was in this condition, laidat a gate, called beautiful,
they tell me.
But Peter and John went up tothe temple at the hour of prayer
.
Forty years the devil had beenthrowing a party Saying you're
never going to get over thissickness, you're never going to
get over this illness, you'renever going to get over it.
(21:18):
Come on now.
But he celebrated a little toosoon Because amen, john, peter
and John said such Come on now,if it's 12 years or 40 years,
(21:40):
it's not too far gone for God.
Because he's able to doexceeding abundantly above all
that you could ever ask or think.
He's still a healer.
I said he's still a healer.
Every time the devil's told youthat you're too far gone, that
(22:01):
you're too late for healing, youlet him know he's celebrating a
little too soon Because Jesusis still on the throne.
He's still a healer.
He's the same yesterday, Todayand forever.
He's a healer tonight he couldheal somebody in this tent.
No matter if it's a heartache,no matter if it's a sickness,
(22:21):
god is a healer.
Hallelujah.

And just for the record's sake.

I'd like to tell every critic that the devil has
put his influence on.
He's too late, amen, to tell methat God is not a healer.
And if they're celebrating thatthe days of healing are over,

I found like telling this storytoday.
I know many of you have heardit multiple times, probably,
amen, but let me tell it underthis tent, for the glory of God.
My mother was playing out inthe driveway.
At two years old, amen.
My grandpa got in his car andwas going into town.
(23:08):
As he got in his vehicle andbegan to back up, he said he
felt a little bump and so he putit in drive and pulled back
forwards.
When he got out and he lookedbehind, what it was that was in
the driveway, there laid mymother at two years old Amen.
Go with me to Joplin, missouri,where I can take you in the
(23:30):
living room with my grandmother,where she would finish telling
this story to us tonight.
She told me.
She said, she said your motherwas black and blue all over.
There was no light in her.
We took her to the hospital andbegan to ask for people to pray
for her.
You see, the devil wanted tostop it right there.
The devil wanted it to be overand I'm sure he started his
(23:53):
celebrating music that it's allgoing to work out as planned.
Praise God, amen.
They began to pray and seek God.
Grandma told me that there wasan evangelist that came there
somehow.
She didn't even know how he gotthere, but there was an
evangelist that was there, shetold me.
She said the last time Iremember seeing your mother,
amen was the doctor.
(24:14):
When we handed her to him, thedoctor started running down the
hallway, her head flopping onthis side and her legs flopping
on the other, and he wentscreaming down the hall as he
ran with your mother in his arms.
She said but we began to prayin that living room and seek God
, kind of like you and I wouldIf it was our two year old
(24:35):
little girl.
They began to pray and seek Godand grandma told me she said
the next thing that I rememberAmen Was God.
And Grandma told me she saidthe next thing that I remember
amen was hearing something comedown the hall.
She said, and I turned andlooked and in between the hand
of the doctor and the evangelistwas your mother and she was
skipping down the hall.
You know why?
Speaker 1 (24:56):
Because God has a way of interrupting the enemy's
celebration and saying wait justa minute, I've got another plan
.
Speaker 2 (25:03):
And there may be somebody under here that
spiritually the devil has builtyou a casket and has planned
your funeral, but under theauthority of Jesus Christ, I'd
like to tell the devil, you'vecelebrated just a little too
soon, because he's still theresurrection and he's still
alive.
You may have said preacher, Idon't know if I can get out of
(25:25):
this.
Yes, go listen to the voice ofhell listen to the voice of
heaven saying I am, I am, I'mexactly what you need.

If you need bread, he's the bread of life.
If you need water, he's livingwater.
Speaker 2 (25:41):
If you need him on the sun to shine, he's the
bright and morning star andhe'll tell you.
Tonight morning is on its way.
Hallelujah, praise God.
I believe that hell iscelebrating and has tried to
throw a party over deliveranceand say that the days of
deliverance are past.
(26:01):
I'm sure the enemy tries tofeel like he has spoiled the
church and for many churches hehas stolen their faith for
healing.
He has stole their faith fordeliverance For many people,
just like it was in the story ofDavid, the enemy has come in
and stole everything and Ibelieve that the devil amen is
(26:25):
rejoicing for every person thathe stole their faith In divine
healing and in deliverance andin the power of the Holy Ghost.
You go back in history and youread of the churches that
believed in him.
I'm sure the devil's having aparty over the funds that he
stole from the american church,amen.
But tonight I come to serve him, notice that he celebrated just
(26:48):
a little too soon because thedays of revival are not over.
The days of miracle are notover the days of deliverance are
not over.
He still delivers from demonpossession.

I know the spirit of theantichrist is working and he's

throwing a party, but God, cometo show up on a Friday night at
Temple Bible and say you'vecelebrated a little too soon,
because I'm still king of kingsand I'm lord of lords I'm still
the almighty.
There's nothing that's too highfor our god.
If you need deliverance in yourmind, he's a mind regulator.

He can heal your mind if you need healing in your
body, he can heal your bodytonight.
Speaker 2 (27:54):
He's that kind of guy is there anybody that knows
jesus tonight.
I said is there anybody thatknows Jesus tonight?
I said, is there anybody thatknows Jesus and has found him?
Amen To interrupt the devil'scelebration.

And say wait just a minute, you celebrated a little
too soon.
Speaker 2 (28:10):
I feel like I'm preaching to somebody Like the
devil said it's over.
But I want to introduce him tothe great I am that kicks the
door off of the tomb and says,come out.
Speaker 1 (28:20):
Lazarus.
Speaker 2 (28:21):
When he's been in there four days, and when the
devil said I got Lazarus dead.
And then he celebrated fourlong days.
But he celebrated four days toosoon, because Jesus has a way
of making the devil's plansbackfire.
Hallelujah, praise God.
(28:42):
Hallelujah, praise God,hallelujah.
A woman possessed with thespirit of divination In Acts,
chapter number 16,.
She had been so celebrated bythe enemy that people were
making money off of her witchery.
Amen, they were making moneyoff of her.
And she was going around,following Paul and Silas, and

she was saying some good things,but the spirit was constricting
and fighting against them.
But guess what?
There was a deliverance thatwas coming, and for every time,
that woman would bring in moneyto her masters and those masters
would celebrate yes, we've madea good paycheck, yes, we've got
other souls in the grip of hell.
(29:24):
They celebrated a little toosoon, didn't they?
And then, because Paul, beinggrieved in the spirit, turned
and said I adjure thee in thename of Jesus Christ, I command
you to come out of her.
And the Bible says it came outthat same hour.
I'd like to come out of her andthe Bible says it came out that
same hour.
I'd like to just testify Amenfor the woman that was delivered
(29:47):
Devil, you celebrated a littletoo soon and for the poor lady
that for 18 years had been bowedover what the Bible says was a
spirit of infirmity.
18 years held, threw a party.
And since we held her anotheryear, hell said we held her one
more year and they threw a partyand celebrated all the goods
(30:09):
that they had stole from her.
But on that day, when themaster walked in the synagogue,
he seen a woman, amen, that thedevil had been celebrating over.
Oh God, you know what I feel?
I'm going to preach to youright now?
There's some of you.
The devil's been celebratingover you.
Speaker 1 (30:26):
He celebrated how he busted up your family.
Speaker 2 (30:29):
He celebrated every time you got drunk, he
celebrated every time the deviltore him into your mind.
But in the name of Jesus, hecan come tonight and tell the
enemy.
You're celebrating just alittle too soon, because when
the great I am shows up, there'snothing that he can't do.

He showed up that day and thecelebration was over.

I said the celebration was over.
He said woman, thou art loosefrom thine infirmity.

I'd like for him to say devil, the celebration is
over, you've celebrated longenough.

Many years ago there was a ladyby the name of Elizabeth, if
I'm right.
Brother Samuel came over on theMayflower, amen.
She became a snow and hadseveral children.
They were known as thepreachers and I have a heritage
in America of godly people.
But when you follow our familytree it turns a little darker,

it turns a little bitter, and westopped being preachers and
started being gamblers andstarted being hustlers and it
looks like we even started beingmurderers.
Come on now, amen.
There's a good chance.
Our great-grandpa caused a lotof havoc in the hills of
Oklahoma and I'm sure that thedevil said what a party we're

having.
The Snow family is wrecked andruined.
They're not known as preachersanymore.
They're known as gamblers.
They're not known as prayerwarriors anymore.
They're known as wicked Amen.
They're not known as prayerwarriors anymore.
They're known as wicked Amen,people that do evil things.
But one day, when my grandpawas headed to a saloon.
Amen, the Holy Ghost prickedhis heart and dealt with him,

and my grandpa went to an oldbreast harbor, amen, and
something very similar toprobably what this is right here

Not long after that, he gavehis heart and his life to God.
Oh, hallelujah, I come to tellthe enemy you celebrated a
little too soon when you saidGod couldn't save another snow.

When you said you had stowed them and they wouldn't
ever preach again, and whenthere's another generation of
snow preachers that are risingup and I've just come to tell
the devil you celebrated alittle too soon, and for every
family that's been wrecked andrun by drugs, and the devil said
it's over.

You've celebrated just a littletoo soon Because God showed up
and said I've got the final say,I've got the final word.
He's got the final word overyour life.
I don't know what you're cominghere basing and I don't know
what the devil coming hereshouting about, but he's

shouting just a little too soonBecause God is greater.
I said God is greater and noweapon that's going against me,
sound past the line.
Because the devil may shout,but he's shouting too soon when
God's still on the throne.
Somebody ought to praise him inthis house, if you know the

kind of God that I'm talkingabout.
Somebody ought to worship him.
The devil said listen,Tabernacle, it's closing down.
Listen, tabernacle, it's notgoing to make it.
But I come to declare that he'scelebrating Just a little too
soon.
And the devil said the homelesspeople are going down the stile

, the homeless people are goingdown.
I come to tell him he'scelebrating just a little too
soon Because there's an army.
That's why he's in love.
There's a people and the peoplethat you love, my God shall be
strong and do it for us.
