Emily Gaudreau

Today I’m sharing a conversation I had with Emily Gaudreau. Emily is a former Playboy photographer who is now an anti-porn activist and sexual abuse prevention educator. We talked about all the implications of pornography, sexual trauma, and how it affects children who are exposed to it at an early age. Emily and I talked a lot about the consumption of pornography which made me think of all of the other things we consume on a daily basis and how dangerous that can be. Just like how we have to be careful about what we put in our bodies when we eat, we also need to be careful about what we put into our minds.
