a positive attitude and are able toadapt to different working styles. Problem solving
skills. The hospitality industry can beunpredictable, and employees must be able to

the recruitment process, employers should lookfor candidates who can provide examples of how
they have solved problems in the pastand how they would approach common hospitality industry
