education and training. A high schooldiploma or equivalent is the minimum educational requirement
for a food and beverage employee.However, some hotels may prefer candidates with
a degree or certification in hospitality,culinary arts, or a related field.

makers. Alcohol and safety training.A bartender should have completed any required alcohol
